Huge shout out to Adam Skiscim owner of Winn's Plumbing for his above and beyond extraordinary professional service! We had a hot water heater go down yesterday, called Adam up late in the day and boom he was on our issue. Installed a brand new unit without a hitch after sun down. You just can't find service and timing like that anymore without being gouged in the wallet from an unknown big box service tech. His pricing is right on fair, but his attention to detail, caring about your personal situation, and the quality of work from a licensed professional is what sets him above the herd.
Locals do yourself a favor, call Adam owner of Winn's Plumbing so he can assist you the same as he has me without hesitation! Highly recommended!!

Customer service was PHENOMENAL!! Reached out Monday evening and resolved my problem within 24 hours. Arrived on time. Had to reach out a second time to have dishwasher install and they came out the same day. I've have already done business with them twice and will continue to work with them. Prices are very reasonable.

This company was a no-show TWICE for scheduled appointments....not even a courtesy call to explain why. I called and complained on business voicemail....no one even bothered to call me back. I called again and office lady assured me plumber would call....never happened. Steer clear, folks.

Terry's Plumbing to the rescue!
On Sunday the 10th, I noticed some water coming into my basement at an impressive rate. Since we moved in October 2015, this had happened a few times with heavy rain, but nothing to this magnitude - it was literally pushing holes in the hydraulic cement i had patched in a few places.
There was a sudden cold snap on the 10th as well, went from nearly 50 degrees the day before, to about 0 degrees in a day - and that was coupled with about a half inch of rain - so I just immediately thought I needed a drain. On the off chance it was a water line, I called my borough and asked them to come and check to make sure that this wasn't the case.
The borough didn't call me back until Monday morning, after which I spent most of the night trying to abate the leaking to no avail. The water company professional told me that he didn't think that it would be a water line, or backed storm drain, because the water lines were new, and there are no storm drains on our street. He also mentioned that with the recent snowfall, that they would have to wait to check the line until there was a dry day and a decrease in traffic to be able to hear if there was a leak.
So, based on that information, I surrendered to the fact that I would most likely need an internal french drain. I called several places, and even a general contractor, all of whom didn't have immediate response times.
This is important, because of what my wife and I had to do whilst waiting for an eval and price we could afford - this was building a levy in my basement to contain the water, using flow dams to try to direct it to drains, and every towel, blanket and sheet in the house needed to be spun out in the washer, and about 30 gallons of water vacuumed out and dumped every 6 hrs, for 7 days, so it didn't completely destroy my basement. We entertained all offers, none were great, but we were going to have to do something soon.
Then, on Thursday night, I noticed that around my curb box for the water service line had no snow, neither did my hillside, and it was very soggy. So I took pictures, and sent them to the borough manager, asking for someone to come and check the line. Move to Friday Morning, the water authority gentleman who came up three times over the next few days, was such a nice man, and he very nicely told us what the problem was, and what we needed to do to get it fixed. I called in every person I knew, even my uncle who was a retired plumber for suggestions, no one had a good one, so I turned to Angie's List, and good thing I did.
When I called Terry's plumbing, they were delightful, and Terry himself came out and took a look at what needed to be done. He gave me an amazing quote within my budget, and said that they would be back on Monday. Terry was the absolute best, he was respectful, honorable, and stood behind everything he said to me. The crew that Terry sent must be his A-Team because Jason, Jason and Tim were top shelf. They put me at ease about everything, and got everything taken care of and the water back on within just a few hours of being here the first day. They came back day 2 to straighten up the yard, and patch a hole in my basement floor where the new line came in. The whole Job went off without a hitch, other than it being about 6 degrees outside the whole time.
They cleaned up everything very nicely, and gave me all the information I would need to keep myself safe going forward, and even let me know that my water tank is aging and we might want to budget for that next before it goes. Very professional, very good expert work and advice. I will use Terry's Plumbing again, and will recommend them to everyone I know. This was my first big hurdle as a homeowner, and Terry's made it easier for me. Can't thank them enough.

Had a leak in my house, called the answering service. Call was returned and plumber said he would be at my house the next afternoon. Never showed up, never called to say he wasn't coming. Stayed in my house waiting from 12 noon until 7:30 pm. He is now fired!

Tristan was the plumber that came out to my house, I thought I had a pretty bad plumbing issue & although it turned out to be a simple fix -- Tristan took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, show me how to fix it on my own should the issue occur again, waited for my dishwasher to run to make sure the problem was 100% solved & then checked on the plumbing under my house to make sure it was up to date (at my request which was not apart of the initial booking). Extremely friendly & knowledgeable, called me about 45 minutes before arriving which was perfect. Very upfront about the costs & no hidden fees. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Transou's Rooter & Plumbing to anyone & will 100% be using their services in the future!

I contacted AAA Plumbing because my AC company found a rusted out drain line under my house and it was causing my crawl space to stay flooded. The AC company took pictures and showed me the leak. This company came to my home and informed me that they found it and it would be $650 to repair. I told them to fix it. The plumber spent 30 to 45 minutes under the house and was done. I gladly paid the $650 because I thought the repair was done! I went to work and returned home 6 hours later only to find my crawlspace flooded again. The same problem! I contacted AAA, in which I was informed that they were closed and the work done 6 hours ago had nothing to do with my flooding. They sent the after hours technician around 5:30 pm and he refused to even look under the house and repair the problem. His first comments to me were We want to go home to our families and I want to get paid. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The after hours guy was super rude and obnoxious! He got in his truck and left, leaving my crawlspace flooded and water continuing to flow from the Real Leak. Some guy contacted me claiming to be the owner, apologizing for his technicians behavior. He claimed he would have a truck at my home, the first thing in the morning. The same guy from the original REPAIR went under the home and said it would be another $7500 to fix the Original Leak. I contacted their office for financial information, but my wife said to get a second quote, in which I did! The second company comes and goes straight to the leak and repairs it. If you can avoid it, PLEASE DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY! It is a MONEY PIT looking to take your hard earned cash! Full Spectrum Plumbing Services (803) 366-1200 did the second repair! They were courteous, on time and reasonably priced! they actually fixed what they were called for! AAA Plumbing is the worst company in Rock Hill! Their customer service is horrific and pray you don't get the guy that Wants to get paid and Wants to go home to his family! I got taken to the bank for $650 by AAA Plumbing! Thomas B.

After scheduling an appt last week that was cancelled same day, I tried again. Today the technicians showed up for a few electrical issues and when they couldn't quick fix them (they tried for about 5 mins) , they said their manager needed them to install a generator for someone else so they had to leave. When I asked when they could come back he said they were really busy and it could be weeks and suggested I call another company. And then he wanted $111 for the gas/trip fee. WHAT?!?!
I asked to be placed BACK on their schedule and if/when they show back up and fix the problems, I'll happily update this review (and pay them the one time $111 gas/trip fee).

I don't know about the degree of work these folks do... They never showed up. They were supposed to come out one day, they called me as requested and confirmed the time... that time came and went, an hour later I called to see what happened. He said he was about to call me and could we reschedule for the next day. I said sure and he confirmed time and date. He never showed up and never called.
Don't waste your time... call someone else that will actually show up to the job.

$875.00 for a 2 hour job unclogging a drain pipe. Really? If a person promotes themselves as a Christian that is a moral and fair minded person, as Randy Scribner did to me, they are not. Learn from my expensive mistake and move on to another service provider. Buyer beware. Dave Cope, Stanley, NC
