Good luck finding a more honest and reliable plumber. I've used Winn's twice now. The first time I was so impressed with his work that I kept his number not knowing when I might need a plumber again. 2 years later now, when my water heater went out this week, I knew exactly who to call for quality work. Adam came when he said he would and replaced our water heater the next day.

Finding reliable and honest companies is not easy so when you find one, you hold onto their number.

Jim at Lowery Brothers Plumbing responded quickly and helped us with a disconnect, repipe, and reconnect around a new kitchen countertop installation. He was professional, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and tidy. He thoughtfully accommodated scheduling around countertop installation. We will definitely consider working with this company for future jobs.

Had a main water line break and called 4 plumbers at 8 am.  Jim called me promptly, made appointment for 10 am.   I already dug a small hole in the yard where the water surfaced.  He  dug deeper and wider,  and found the broken pipe which had a broken slip connection.  He fixed the pipe which was 8-10 inches under the concrete driveway, and my wife asked him about our nine year old hot water heater(not getting very hot).
He Diagnosed  the heating element as faulty and fixed that also.    Highly recommend Jim-excellent contractor.  I have neighbors who have had water line problems, and many companies would remove a lot of driveway to fix a problem like I had.  Yes, I got lucky, but Jim made that luck happen.  Highly recommend Jim Meyers Plumbing!

I can't stress enough how glad I am that I called Terry's plumbing. Matt Mertz Quoted me $250/hr for a clogged main. Terry's was only $89 total and came out the very next morning. If you have someone quoting you thousands for an extensive job, I would definitely give these guys a call for a quick second opinion.

I can't say enough good things about them. Friendly, professional and very timely. The first time they came out and assessed the problem they knew they had to come back. I thought we'd have to wait...they came back the very next day and went above and beyond fixing our issues with old plumbing and a leak with our toilet. Just because I can compare...our contractor had a plumber do our work with a new water heater and the amount he charged was astronomical and he charged every time he came back because he not only took his sweet time coming back he charged a service fee which these guys did not. I felt for the amount of time and work these 2 guys put in it was by far a fair price! I HIGHLY recommend. Especially how courteous they were wearing foot covers and just very nice compared to our overly expensive rude plumber our contractor hired for us.

I have used these guys a couple times and have been very pleased on both occasions.  Both times I had a list of things to do and they knocked them out very quickly.  More importantly it been a while and all the work is holding up nicely.  There are no fancy trucks and uniforms or advertising with this company so you are not paying for all that stuff.  Very reasonable straight forward pricing.

Joe and his protege, Mike, not only superbly fixed my clogged toilet (which was also evident in the tub), they also cleaned up really well afterwards.  

I strongly recommend All Clear Sewer and Drain if you have any clogged drain issues!

BTW, Anthony, (a USMC Veteran), with whom I set up the appointment, was also fantastic!

I tried multiple times to call to have a leaked repaired. Every time I call I am asked to hold and then immediately hung up on. Obviously they don't need any work. Keep looking somewhere else because they don't care about customers.

Tristan was the plumber that came out to my house, I thought I had a pretty bad plumbing issue & although it turned out to be a simple fix -- Tristan took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand,  show me how to fix it on my own should the issue occur again, waited for my dishwasher to run to make sure the problem was 100% solved & then checked on the plumbing under my house to make sure it was up to date (at my request which was not apart of the initial booking). Extremely friendly & knowledgeable, called me about 45 minutes before arriving which was perfect. Very upfront about the costs & no hidden fees. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Transou's Rooter & Plumbing to anyone & will 100% be using their services in the future!

This company is nothing short of shady,  replaced septic pump $3800 .. pump costs $800-900, what a ripoff!
told me my float was bad a year after replacement, got a second opinion they advised my septic was working perfectly

After scheduling an appt last week that was cancelled same day, I tried again. Today the technicians showed up for a few electrical issues and when they couldn't quick fix them (they tried for about 5 mins) , they said their manager needed them to install a generator for someone else so they had to leave. When I asked when they could come back he said they were really busy and it could be weeks and suggested I call another company. And then he wanted $111 for the gas/trip fee.  WHAT?!?!

I asked to be placed BACK on their schedule and if/when they show back up and fix the problems, I'll happily update this review (and pay them the one time $111 gas/trip fee).

I called Best Rate because they advertise 24/7 service.  I called at 9:30 PM and was told no one could come out until sometime the next day.  When I said that I thought they offered 24/7 service the man said he was one man down and I don't want to know what the quote would be for them to come out that night.  My emergency was not at all important to him, in fact he seemed as if he thought it was humorous.  Some choice words come to mind about this man that I won't put on the internet

$875.00 for a 2 hour job unclogging a drain pipe. Really? If a  person promotes themselves as a Christian that is a moral and fair minded person, as Randy Scribner did to me, they are not. Learn from my expensive mistake and move on to another service provider. Buyer beware. Dave Cope, Stanley, NC
