Even before David came out to my house, he had spent probably an hour on the phone with me, over the course of a few different phone calls. He took time to understand the issue with my water heater, and was willing to help however he could. In order to help me with my particular situation, Dave gave me advice on using my manufacturer warranty, came to my house to remove the unit, drove with me to Home Depot to make the swap for the new unit, and then came back to my house to install the new heater. His business partner Matt was fantastic too. Friendly, respectful, and really knowledgeable. Both of them helped to turn an unpleasant repair into an enjoyable afternoon. Fair-priced and service-oriented! Def recommend.

I was looking for a plumber to do several repairs to our home. Bailey reached out to me (the only business to contact me personally) and so so nice and was able to fit me into their schedule quickly. Chris came out to do a free estimate on the plumbing issues we needed done. Once he evaluated what we needed, he quoted me a reasonable price and was able to go pick up the parts and do all the repairs that day. He was very friendly, honest and efficient. I also love that they are small family and veteran own business. Great customer service all around. I definitely recommend Rose Plumbing and will call them the next time we need a plumber.

Have used Ron Cunningham's service 3 or 4 times over the past 20 years. Prompt and reliable service. Reasonable rates also.

I will call them again! They sent someone out who was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The issue I had was resolved.

After they installed our shower valve everything was great until tile was applied and found the shower valve was too far forward to be right. It worked but I didn't like it. The point was I called Albert & Son Plumbing 25+ times including multiple messages to try to have this corrected! No response whatsoever!
The shower valve now fixed by Julian's Plumbing (Check them out) and I wont do business with Albert & Son Plumbing ever again.

I would not use this company if I were you. My wife had set up bi-annual inspections with Brother's Heating and Air approximately 2 years ago. Twice a year they would come out and spend about a half hour inspecting the HVAC units. We thought this would be a good idea to do this to prevent more serious expenses later. Brother's charges your credit card each month for this service. Last August, 2021 a representative from their company came out. They are very respectful and professional in their delivery. But, don't let that fool you. You see, the technician left 2 of the 3 vents open on the handlers, which I found a couple months later after the inspection. I personally started changing the filters myself, since their fees for installing the 3 filters were over $500 each visit. Now, this takes us to today's visit, April 7, 2022. The purpose for this visit was to address the hot air upstairs where the kids sleep. The call was made the day prior, and the tech arrived on a scheduled next day visit. I followed Jamal outside to the 3 ac units. He noticed this piece which was on top of one the electrical boxes and inserted it into the box. The unit started right up. I asked him what was that piece you just put into the electrical box? He told me it was a disconnect. Which as he described was like a light switch. The unit started right up and I thought, hey that was easy. Jamal, said he wanted to inspect the unit which had only been inspected 4 weeks earlier and received a clean bill of health. Nevertheless, Jamal found a leaking coil and an almost dead capacitor. He fixed these items which came to $722. I asked him while we were settling up, if the disconnect had been inserted in the box, would he even have needed to come out? He said probably not, but the low Freon from the leak and weak capacitor would have eventually needed service. I asked if there was anything he could do for me for the prior technician not reinstalling the disconnect? Jamal said he would have to address this next Monday morning since he was off the next day Friday.
The bottom line is, they do not care about their customers. Two hours later, a manager named Jason called me and o explained the situation to him. He only responded saying that it was an honest mistake by his technician, which I do agree. But, his remark saying there is nothing more he can do.
This company has no regard for their customers. There pricing is also very exorbitant. Stay away from them. The night time girl answering the phone, Sienna(?) was very snarky as well.

We were referred to Accent Comfort Services by our home insurance company.
At first it started off well - after work I had a missed call from a customer service representative asking me to call back to schedule my appointment. Initiative, I like it! However the next day I answered the phone to a different customer service agent telling me they had scheduled me for 2-4 on a day that did not work for us. I explained to her that we couldn't make that work and begged for an after 4pm (or even 3:30) or weekend appointment. She informed me they only did those appointments during their busy season. So you have someone trying to give you business during your slow point in the year and you can't even try to reach a compromise?
My boyfriend rearranged his busy work schedule so he could be at our house between 2pm and 4pm this Thursday. Then today I received a call to inform me that they would no longer be able to keep that appointment. The technician would be running early. Now we are scheduled between 12:30 and 2pm. I told her that really did not work for us that someone had rescheduled meetings specifically to keep that appointment. The customer service representative said there was nothing she could do and if we couldn't make 12:30 to 2 work we would need to have our insurance company refer us to another service provider. Which we gladly have done.
I fail to even comprehend why a company would throw away business during their slow season, especially with an appointment they set. Their only reason for breaking the appointment seemed to be that the technician didn't have enough work to keep him until 2:00 and was unable to wait 1.5 hours between 12:30 and 2:00 to honor the agreement we had made. What a terrible business practice.
