All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

Carolina Pines Plumbing did our Gas connection from the street, our dryer and our stove. Their professionalism, reliability and Costumer service are top notch. Dawn was great scheduling our service calls, updating us with arrival times and letting us know when the inspector was coming. Their price was fair for the quality of service received. We highly recommend them.

I Called Huff plumbing to come over to check a leaky sink a couple weeks ago. We had a tech Michael that showed up right on time got to the sink and found the problem ! fixed it in a little under 30 minutes. Now that's what I call service! Thank you Huff  plumbing for your prompt service ! We highly recommend Huff plumbing!!

Okay, so I called these guys and was immediately met with fantastic customer service. Yes sir and no sir was how I was answered. This is how I was raised. These guys did a completely repipe of my house. They did it with class and aplomb. Everything was perfect when they finished. Additionally, something was weird my sink before they even got to the house and the weirdness continued after they finished. I asked for them to look at it and they fixed it free of charge.

These guys were the bomb. They treated me with respect and they were generous with their time.

Stephen was a complete professional. We have a walk-in shower that needed the tile floor demolished and re-installed after a plumbing issue was fixed. Stephen took care of us like we were his own family. Whenever our horrible plumber (assigned by our soon-to-be-fired home warranty company) threw a kink into the pre-set plans, Stephen worked it out for us. His estimate beat everyone else's by a mile, he showed up when he said he would, did excellent work, and stayed in contact with us the entire time. I have no regrets whatsoever. There were no secrets or surprises.

Had corroded nipple on hot water heater from a leak. Brian came fast, fixed the problem and had informative informations to my questions I had on the subject. Quick, efficient and cost effective.

Called Gary a little after 6:00pm and he was at my front door within the hour. Explained the drain issue I have having and Gary got to work. Pricing was clear, service was great, issue was solved same day. Happy to support a local business especially on that offers great service and clear and fair pricing.

Mr Jordan promised to get back to me after my initial call but did not in spite of me calling him a 2nd time and leaving a vm.  Not such great customer service in my case.

Joey was great to work with on our full plumbing redo. Replaced all the existing waterlines, drains, plumbed the hot water heater, two bathrooms and the kitchen. Joey works efficiently and is very professional. Two years later and not a single problem with any of their work. Pleasure to work with.

We have had a water heater and water softener put in by Lake Norman Plumbing and they did a great job. They came on time, cleaned up well and completed the job in the estimated time. The guys doing the work were pleasant and well-spoken. Steve, the owner, is a great guy and we would recommend them.

My husband & I are SO pleased with the work that was done @ our home (AC, Furnace & all new ducts).  Dillon & Josh completed our install & they were so nice, knowledgeable, on time & cleaned up after themselves.  These guys did everything they could to keep us happy and the pricing was very fair.

These guys are great. Honest and trustworthy people. You won't find a better company to deal with. If only every company operated like they did.

These guys are great!!! Had a stoppage in my house and called Charlotte Plumbing and Repair.  They came out an hour after I called. Fixed my stoppage and even gave me advice on a future project and told what to do to save a thousand bucks. The price was just right too. They actually fixed a botched job that Roto-Rooter did. If you have a plumbing job and you want the job done right at a reasonable price, call Charlotte Plumbing. You won't be disappointed.

as you can see by other reviews, they just do not communicate properly. the 48 hour call-to-schedule promised was not delivered on. They did not respond to voicemails and then miscommunicated via email. They re-arranged twice to perform the installation, I cancelled with them after the 3rd occasion and taking a day off work to stay home for the no show. No kitchen faucet install was possible within a two week window, so left without water for two weeks.
Very bad.

David Hargraves ghosted me after we set up a time for a septic inspection.  He gave me a price, we set a date and time, then he never showed up.  He has not replied to my further emails. I wouldn't recommend him for any work if your time is valuable.

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

DON'T USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!

I had a leak in some piping near the water heater. I could see the section of pipe that needed to be replaced, maybe 3 of plastic pipe. The customer service rep said that the service call was $45, BUT then when they arrived said it was $75 because they had given me a time slot. I guess it's $45 if you tell them is ok to show up whenever they want. The technician lied and said a bunch of stuff was out of code and it would be $500 to fix everything. I looked up the code and checked everything he said was wrong, and he had just made it up. Told him to leave and just lost $80 for no reason. Got a new plumber over and it was repaired for $50.

People warned me they were liars and cheats, but I thought they were exaggerating.....they weren't.

What an experience. Two days off work no show. No explanation. Can't give a time frame or any idea when they're coming. Dispatcher has no idea when they would be coming. Guess this is why they only get two star reviews. My bad for not checking. If you want to stay home indefinitely call them!
