All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

Carolina Pines Plumbing did our Gas connection from the street, our dryer and our stove. Their professionalism, reliability and Costumer service are top notch. Dawn was great scheduling our service calls, updating us with arrival times and letting us know when the inspector was coming. Their price was fair for the quality of service received. We highly recommend them.

We had an issue with water coming into our unfinished basement from the main sewer line on New Years Eve.  We called a national plumbing chain; they were able to unclog the line.  They then sent over a nice sales guy to assess the issue.  He ran a camera through our line and told us we had roots in the pipe.  We live in an older neighborhood and they said we needed to either treat our main line to the street with a rosin coating that would cost $17k (and last a max of 10 years with no warranty) or replace the line (and tear up our yard as our pipes are 8 feet underground) at a cost north of 50k.  Wow.  We asked a lot of questions about the roots/break in the line and never felt like we completely understood the problem.  We then called  Jason Huff at Huff Plumbing to come out and get a second opinion.  Jason ran the camera through our main line to the street.  He said there was some evidence of roots in our line.  He said we could replace the main line to the street at a cost of $10k - much more palatable than north of $50k.  He also thought the rosin coating that had been recommended by the other plumber was not effective.   We talked to him a lot and he patiently answered all our questions. decided that we had lived in the house for 35 years, this was our first problem with backup and we had an unfinished basement.  Our decision was to do nothing until it happened again.  He said, if I were you, I would do the same.  So grateful for his candor.  We have found our forever plumber.  It scares me to think that I would have a torn up yard and could be out over $50,000 if I had not gotten his help .

James from Freedom plumbing arrived on time and was professional and courteous.   He quickly located the leak problems in both the kitchen and bathroom.  He was there about 1.5 hours to repair both leaks and install a new kitchen faucet.  We were VERY PLEASED with the service and price and highly recommend them.  We will definitely use them again in the future!

Stephen was a spectacular worker and a knowledgeable guest to have in our home. We called him in to redo our kitchen tile and backsplash and we couldn't be happier with his work. Always kind and willing to work with us, I fully recommend him for any future work.

Had corroded nipple on hot water heater from a leak. Brian came fast, fixed the problem and had informative informations to my questions I had on the subject. Quick, efficient and cost effective.

Called Gary a little after 6:00pm and he was at my front door within the hour. Explained the drain issue I have having and Gary got to work. Pricing was clear, service was great, issue was solved same day. Happy to support a local business especially on that offers great service and clear and fair pricing.

We contacted him to help us with our old water valve and he was kind, efficient, and prompt.  He explained what he was doing and what to expect, he was great.  Will recommend him to friends who need a good plumber.

Said in my last review if I ever needed plumbing services again, this is who I would call and I did.
Ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot that could not be installed because the water valve under the sink could not be fully shut off.
So I instantly called Plumb 4 U Plus More.
The tech. they sent out, David, arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Within 15 minutes he had the water valve repaired and 45 minutes later the dishwasher was installed, tested and working. He then cleaned up what small mess was made during the install.
I'm really glad now Home Depot couldn't install the dishwasher as David told me they are all the time fixing problems from Home Depot and Lowe's appliance installs.
David fixed the leaking valve, plus installed the dishwasher for less than Home Depot wanted just for the install plus they wanted $25 just to haul off the old dishwasher, which I saved by doing that myself.
If you are ever in need of plumbing services that won't break the bank and that are done by friendly, professional technicians, then the wife and I highly recommend Plumb 4 U Plus More.

Called them to fix knocking in my pipes. Showed up quick (which is rare these days).  They replaced a PRV valve, didn't fix it. They replaced a shower valve, didn't fix it. Told me These things are tricky, could be anywhere. Gave me the bill, which I paid. I think of them every day when my pipes knock. Nice guys, not good plumbers. At least not in this case.

We called to get a quote for a whole house humidifier. The rep quoted us out two 5000 sq ft (top of the line) units when our house is only 3400 sq ft total. I asked why he would quote us on something so expensive when all we needed was 1500 sq DT on each floor. The total quote was over 7 THOUSAND dollars for something that I've paid less than 2k for in the past. I asked that he revisit the quote if he wants my business and never heard back from them. Also customer service in general when you call is just plain old poor. Do yourself a favor, listen to the majority of these reviews, pay less and get better customer service somewhere else.

The team from Brown's heating and plumbing made short work of replacing my 22 year old water heater ,though it will sadly be missed, it was replaced with a brand new one. The price was reasonable , professional and committed to accomplishing the work needed. Thank you for making it a pleasurable experience. This restores my faith in local businesses. I look forward to call on them again when needed and I will definitely tell my family and friends.

I would recommend Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to everyone in Charlotte. I found a professional plumber I trust for emergencies and for plumbing repair jobs that I don't want to do. My cost for service and repairs are always reasonable and I know exactly what I am getting from the get go. They show up when they say they will. They have been respectful and take the time to explain everything so there are no surprises on the invoice. They are courteous and respectful to you and your property, cleaning up thoroughly after the job.

We called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair in a plumbing emergency, and they were on the job in just about an hour. Their fast response time saved us from additional damage-- that's why we will always call them first.

Arrived promptly and were very courteous.  Gave good advice on maintaining my new dishwasher

Dave was very professional and clean and efficient!  He gave recommendations but focused on the requested service.  Very pleasant and good value.

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

I heard a radio ad for Benjamin Franklin plumbing that said we will come to your house and unclog any drain for $99. When I got home I looked at their website and the ad is prominently placed on their website.  I called, they took all of my information and scheduled an appointment and then told me that in addition to the $99 that there was a $77 service fee. This is totally misleading and in conflict with the radio ad. I told them that I was not going to pay more than $99. The person put me on hold, came back online and told me a service manager would be in touch but wanted to go ahead and schedule the appointment anyway which I did.
The appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Did not receive a call from my service manager but at 730 that morning I did receive a call from someone who only identified herself as Jennifer who called to say that she was very sorry but there drain cleaning machine was broken and they needed to cancel the appointment.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is one of the largest plumbing contractors in the city of Charlotte. They do work 24 hours a day seven days a week. I would not be surprised if they have at least 50 or 75 trucks on the road on any given day. I find it ridiculous that they would need to cancel my appointment because there are drain cleaning machine was broken. This is dishonest. They have not removed the drain cleaning special from their website and this is not a business that I feel will provide you with honest information and service at a good price.
Additionally, because I didn't believe what I was told. I called posing as someone in my neighborhood a couple streets away and set an appointment for a drain cleaning today. They did disclose there was a service fee but today it was only $57.
Instead of dealing honestly with their misinformation in their ads they chose to lie to me about their ability to provide service. If you like to do business with liars then feel free to use them.

Over priced is and understatement.  I could not remember if I used Ben Franklin or another group 8-9 years ago when we had the exact same issue- a leaky pipe in the basement ceiling.  Adam from BF wanted to charge me $480 if I did not buy the BF membership.  If I bought the membership, it only cost $460.  The last plumber charged me less that $100, no membership needed.  Just like the last time, when Adam arrived, I had the water off and drained, the floor cover in plastic, the ceiling sheetrock cut and the pipe exposed.  I was floored he wanted to charge me so much.  .
