All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

Carolina Pines Plumbing did our Gas connection from the street, our dryer and our stove. Their professionalism, reliability and Costumer service are top notch. Dawn was great scheduling our service calls, updating us with arrival times and letting us know when the inspector was coming. Their price was fair for the quality of service received. We highly recommend them.

We had an issue with water coming into our unfinished basement from the main sewer line on New Years Eve.  We called a national plumbing chain; they were able to unclog the line.  They then sent over a nice sales guy to assess the issue.  He ran a camera through our line and told us we had roots in the pipe.  We live in an older neighborhood and they said we needed to either treat our main line to the street with a rosin coating that would cost $17k (and last a max of 10 years with no warranty) or replace the line (and tear up our yard as our pipes are 8 feet underground) at a cost north of 50k.  Wow.  We asked a lot of questions about the roots/break in the line and never felt like we completely understood the problem.  We then called  Jason Huff at Huff Plumbing to come out and get a second opinion.  Jason ran the camera through our main line to the street.  He said there was some evidence of roots in our line.  He said we could replace the main line to the street at a cost of $10k - much more palatable than north of $50k.  He also thought the rosin coating that had been recommended by the other plumber was not effective.   We talked to him a lot and he patiently answered all our questions. decided that we had lived in the house for 35 years, this was our first problem with backup and we had an unfinished basement.  Our decision was to do nothing until it happened again.  He said, if I were you, I would do the same.  So grateful for his candor.  We have found our forever plumber.  It scares me to think that I would have a torn up yard and could be out over $50,000 if I had not gotten his help .

James and Freedom Plumbing were referred by one of my neighbors. They had done work at my neighbors' recently. Making an appointment was simple and easy. The technicians arrived on time as scheduled. What was most impressive was the time they took to explain what they were going to do to isolate the problem. Once they found the issue, they were able to quickly acquire the needed part and solve my problem. I was also impressed with the professional uniforms which included their names. Just an awesome experience. Will definitely use Freedom Plumbing again!

Stephen was a complete professional. We have a walk-in shower that needed the tile floor demolished and re-installed after a plumbing issue was fixed. Stephen took care of us like we were his own family. Whenever our horrible plumber (assigned by our soon-to-be-fired home warranty company) threw a kink into the pre-set plans, Stephen worked it out for us. His estimate beat everyone else's by a mile, he showed up when he said he would, did excellent work, and stayed in contact with us the entire time. I have no regrets whatsoever. There were no secrets or surprises.

Had corroded nipple on hot water heater from a leak. Brian came fast, fixed the problem and had informative informations to my questions I had on the subject. Quick, efficient and cost effective.

Refrigerator installers could not install water line.  We are new to the area and I saw good reviews for this service.  I called and he came the next day working around our schedule, and hooked up the line.  Really great service.

Mr Jordan promised to get back to me after my initial call but did not in spite of me calling him a 2nd time and leaving a vm.  Not such great customer service in my case.

Said in my last review if I ever needed plumbing services again, this is who I would call and I did.
Ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot that could not be installed because the water valve under the sink could not be fully shut off.
So I instantly called Plumb 4 U Plus More.
The tech. they sent out, David, arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Within 15 minutes he had the water valve repaired and 45 minutes later the dishwasher was installed, tested and working. He then cleaned up what small mess was made during the install.
I'm really glad now Home Depot couldn't install the dishwasher as David told me they are all the time fixing problems from Home Depot and Lowe's appliance installs.
David fixed the leaking valve, plus installed the dishwasher for less than Home Depot wanted just for the install plus they wanted $25 just to haul off the old dishwasher, which I saved by doing that myself.
If you are ever in need of plumbing services that won't break the bank and that are done by friendly, professional technicians, then the wife and I highly recommend Plumb 4 U Plus More.

Called them to fix knocking in my pipes. Showed up quick (which is rare these days).  They replaced a PRV valve, didn't fix it. They replaced a shower valve, didn't fix it. Told me These things are tricky, could be anywhere. Gave me the bill, which I paid. I think of them every day when my pipes knock. Nice guys, not good plumbers. At least not in this case.

We called to get a quote for a whole house humidifier. The rep quoted us out two 5000 sq ft (top of the line) units when our house is only 3400 sq ft total. I asked why he would quote us on something so expensive when all we needed was 1500 sq DT on each floor. The total quote was over 7 THOUSAND dollars for something that I've paid less than 2k for in the past. I asked that he revisit the quote if he wants my business and never heard back from them. Also customer service in general when you call is just plain old poor. Do yourself a favor, listen to the majority of these reviews, pay less and get better customer service somewhere else.

First, I called in the morning and they were here two hours later.  My heat pump was overheating. Alex had it fixed quickly and he showed me the bad part which needed to be replaced.  The charge was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company.

These guys are great!!! Had a stoppage in my house and called Charlotte Plumbing and Repair.  They came out an hour after I called. Fixed my stoppage and even gave me advice on a future project and told what to do to save a thousand bucks. The price was just right too. They actually fixed a botched job that Roto-Rooter did. If you have a plumbing job and you want the job done right at a reasonable price, call Charlotte Plumbing. You won't be disappointed.

I had a hole in my water line in the kitchen and it was late in the afternoon. I called R&R Plumbling and they came out in less than an hour. Right away on the phone they understood the urgency saying 'we have to get your water turned back on!' This was much appreciated after calling numerous companies and having people laugh or giggle at our situation or the a tech not returning a call at all. They arrived and were very nice, courteous, professional, and fixed our problem in 20 minutes! I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Dave was very professional and clean and efficient!  He gave recommendations but focused on the requested service.  Very pleasant and good value.

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL HOMEOWNERS - I fell for the good old boy servicemen who ended up selling me an irrigation tank (almost $2000 and completely capped off by BFP bc it runs NOWHERE!) that they said we needed for our sprinklers to work - only to learn 2 days later from our sprinkler co. that ALL houses in the city run on city water which means we never needed an irrigation tank unless we lived in the country :0, and all the little items they said oh, don't worry, we are not even charging you for this when I said not to clean hair from my drain since I have the same $.59 plastic tool and know how to do that...they DID charge me $272 x 4 even though they did not even clean all the drains nor did I ask them to :0, charged us $228 for new toilet handle when I have a photo that it is rusted and old, and charged $155 to caulk something he also said he would not charge for AND did not caulk....So I just warn other PLEASE BE CAREFUL!  I always want to believe the best in others and that folks are trustworthy....we cannot get them to call us back.  SAVE YOURSELF, DO NOT FALL FOR THE GOSH-SHUCKS, I'M JUST A SIMPLE MAN TRYING TO DO A GOOD JOB schtick...I did and we really got taken for $6200 would love to stop that from happening to you by both being stuck with fraudulent items you do not need and items that are old and items that they SAY are not being charged but are exorbitantly (tell me who can't clean out their own shower drain in 2-5 minutes with a plastic tool from Lowes?) BEWARE ~use another company

WARNING! DO NOT CALL THEM, their pricing is so ridiculous that you will end up paying the call fee ($59-$99) and tell them to leave. There are plenty of other reliable and trustworthy companies out there, these guys are criminals. They quoted my me more than triple what another company came and fixed it for. I will be calling the B.B.B. to enlighten them of these predatory practices.
