I had to get the plumbing work done and working with Jim was outstanding.

Jim was really pleasant to deal with, always on time and easy to communicate with.

The work was initiated as explained and finished in time. He explained the work he did in details and completed the job. I have already given his name to my friend who is looking to get the plumbing work done.

Very happy with Doughty & Sons. They came to install our new gas stove and took away the new one. It was very easy to set up the appointment and they were clean and did the work in a speedy fashion. They were also very friendly to deal with both on the phone and in person. I would  definitely recommend them.

I needed a flight of stairs replaced a.s.a.p. and Mark took care of it.  His price was good and he was quick with the work.  Would definitely hire him again.

I contacted Budget Plumbing the week of Thanksgiving because my Lochnivar Boiler system stopped working and water heater was leaking.
Tom arrived a few days later and was very knowledgable of the system and was able to repair the boiler system and replaced the water heater tank.

Tom was professional, pleasant and very honest. he informed me of my options and allowed me to pick the best one within my budget. He explained to me what caused the system to fail and what necessary steps to take in the future to avoid the same failures.

I was having trouble with the plumbing in my ranch house.  Both bathrooms and the kitchen sink were affected.  I called All Drain Services and they quoted me costs, and sent someone right away.  Joshua came,  was courteous,  professional and went above and beyond to keep my home clean while he worked,  keep me informed,  stay within the quoted price and clean out my drains so that everything is draining again.  He also made suggestions about how to ensure clogs don't happen again.  I will gladly have All Drain Service back for my next issue and will refer others to them. Joshua was the best and the price I paid was more than reasonable.

I just moved into a new house and the mixing valve on the hot water tank sprang a leak.  David took my frantic phone call, was here within an hour and fixed the problem (a cracked washer) in ten minutes.  What a relief!

I. Called Jim After reading only positive reviews. It's always a bit nerve  wracking  needing help when I do t know anything g about  fixing things. Like plumbing.  Jim was extremely professional  and fixed thy problem. He also showed me how he fixed it.   I  have a 2nd bathroom so I really appreciated this info.  Jim was on time  each time and  got the job done quickly.  I will always recommend Jim for any plumbing issue. He's the best!

I had a broken water heater. I called Rob. Rob called back. Rob said does 10:30 Monday work for you. Rob showed up at 10:30 on Monday and replaced my water heater. Simple as that.

Martin was an exceptional find for my plumbing needs! As Landlord, I needed assistance with some issues present at a new property in the area. Martin not only answered the phone in a warm and welcoming mood (surprisingly strange in the trade), but made sure to send an outstanding professional to help on a timely and professional manner; he was right on time and clearly knowledgeable to solve the issue promptly. Martin earned my business and I sincerely recommend his work for any plumbing project.

We used Mike twice at our home. The first experience was great, the second was an embarrassment to the the profession.

We had a water line leaking behind the wall in our 3 year old house. Mike showed up quickly and capped off the leaking water line. That was $200 dollars we would later find out.

Mike came back a couple of days later to tackle the leaking water line. Instead of a game plan and a scope to look inside the walls, he proceeded to cut three holes into the walls of our 3 year old home guessing where the leak might be. After the above exhibition, we decided to call it quits.

We never called MPD back to finish the job he started. I bought a scope, called a handyman and the leaking line was fixed.

Back to MPD, he happily billed us $438 for three holes. The grand total listed in our photo of the bill. And it was three holes, not two like he wrote down.

I was very disappointed with this fellow.  I had my tenant call him, and he promised her he'd show up to fix her gas leak.  Then neither she nor I heard from him again, despite numerous calls and voicemails.

As an out of state landlord it is always the dreaded call from the tenants when they call at 9:00pm telling me the heat isn't working.  I call Quarry Hills and talked to them about the various work that may be needed to get the boiler back up and running.

They performed the work and called me upon completion to let me know it was just a pilot light...the cheapest option discussed.  They could have taken advantage of me and made some extra money but they were honest and got the heat back up and running.

I would use them again and would refer them  to a friend.

As a first-time, very new owner, I was frustrated to find myself without heat during the first real cold spell of the season.  Originally the problem was speculated to be a thermostat malfunction, but once the thermostat was replaced and I still didn't have heat I knew I needed professional help.  After reading the yelp reviews for numerous different plumbing and heating companies, I came across the reviews for James and AICA Plumbing.  Everyone talked so highly about James and their experiences using his services, so I decided to trust my gut and give him a call.

I called during those cold days of early January, and he explained that he was very busy because of how many calls he was receiving but that he would try to get to me as soon as possible.  I was expecting to have to wait a day or two, but he called back and said that he would come over that evening.  I had been sleeping in multiple heavy layers, under as many blankets I could find and my poor dog had to live in his doggie sweater and jacket, so I was super stoked when he said he could attend to the issue that very night.

James came right when he said he would and got right to work on the problem.  The three furnaces for the building are very close together, and being the middle apartment, my furnace is extremely hard to access.  James worked diligently and explained things to me (a total home repair newbie) so that I would understand exactly what was doing.  As a young woman with not much experience with repair, I felt very comforted by his explanations and never felt like I was being scammed.  He and I talked the whole time he was working and I found him very pleasant and engaging.

James fixed the problem (water pump).  He then reviewed all the different parts of the furnace and hot water heater so that if I ever had a problem in the future he could try help me troubleshoot it over the phone.  I didn't have a check on me (I had just ran out) but James allowed me to send him the check in the mail once I got my new checkbook.

Today my condo-mates noticed that my furnace was leaking and had caused a puddle in basement.  I immediately called James and like he promised he walked me through the process of checking it out.  We identified the problem and he had confidence that I could fix it on my own with a quick, cheap trip to home depot for a part.  While at home depot I received a phone call from James saying that he would come out tonight if I couldn't fix it, free of charge, because he realized I might not have the right tool for it.  I wanted to give it a shot on my own, but ultimately had to call in James for re-enforcement as I could not make the dripping stop.  I told him it was not an emergency and he did not have to come immediately (especially since there is a big football game on right now, and I didn't want him to miss it if he was a Patriots fan,) that it could most likely wait a day or two.  James insisted and said he would be at my place around 7pm, after dropping his wife off.  He came right on time and fixed the problem expertly, free of charge.

I would recommend James to anyone in need of plumbing services.  He is professional, pleasant and very skilled.  I will definitely be having him service my furnace from now on.

Stood me up twice for the initial visit before John came out to look my water heater.  The first time they just never wrote down the appointment they gave me, the second time they called about an hour late and said they had another job to do.

John's expertise is good and he spent a good long time inspecting and explaining the heater to me and what we was planning to do. When he left, he said they would call me to set up an appointment to do the work in the coming week.

I never heard from them. I called and left messages several times and have never heard back. There's no way I would work with them now after all the time I've wasted on them. If I could hire John individually, I would.

GREAT PLUMBERS! LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Jimmy and Keith have been a delight over the past 5 years! They are very fair on pricing, they get the jobs done in a timely manner, and they plumb with a smile :) . Definitely the cleanest and sharp dressed plumbers I've ever seen!

Tim is a very professional and nice person who replaced my boiler quickly. He finished the work days ahead of schedule and was very thoughtful about giving me a price I could work with. It's easy to get a hold of him with questions, too. Highly recommend his company!

Well, they were nice enough on the phone and  I would have liked to give them my business but they didn't really give me the chance. I called to see if they had something in stock. They said they'd call back. I called back when I didn't hear from them after a couple hours, they said they'd call back.....on and on.  Sorry guys but you never called so I couldn't buy anything.

Jack and his team are great. They're extremely responsive and you can always get Jack on the phone. Our water heater suddenly gave out on a Friday evening and by Saturday afternoon, Jack had a new one installed. That is exceptional service in my opinion. Jack's pricing is very reasonable and the quality of work is outstanding. We use them for all of our plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company!

Very disappointed with the lack of service after I was recommended to GBP&H from another plumber.  If you did not want to provide me a quote, just say, Sorry, I'm too busy at this moment or I do not service the Metro West.
