Fantastic to work with! Excellent service! I called Sunday night to leave a message for a routine job... they called back Monday morning and I couldn't take the call... I totally forgot to call them back but they followed up with another call an hour or so later. They were able to come that afternoon. Great job!!

I called on Memorial Day to schedule an appointment to drain a bathtub; Matt responded to me within an hour and was able to come and help 2 days later. The condo association I live in requires insurance information from contractors, and Matt did not question this and provided the information within 12 hours. He was thorough in his work and even found issues with other pipes that were unrelated to my bathtub when he had to go down to the crawl space. He suggested solutions to myself and the management of the building, and was cautious not to do any fixes unless he had our permission. I would recommend him! Oh and of course the drain issue was fixed, and works like a charm now!

Kevin was great to work with. He was professional and reliable. He communicated and dealt with unexpected issues well.

DON'T TRUST MOYNIHAN PLUMBING.  I received a very competative estimate from Dennis and agreed to have he handle my kitchen restoration project.  2 weeks before the start date I double-checked with him and he said he would be ready to start on time.  I scheduled electricians and carpenters to come in after the plumbing starts.  Problem was that Dennis did not show up, call or email.  I spent a week trying to get in touch with him by email and phone and he ignored every attempt.  I finally had to hire another plumber.
I am not sure what really happened but his bid was $1000 less than any other plumber.  I guess he realized he under-bid so he just blew off the job.  His lack of contact really screwed up my schedule. I do not recommend Dennis Moynihan for any plumbing jobs.

Huge thanks to Frank who came to my rescue after the water was shut off in my building and the stem broke in valve...leaving me with no water.  Frank arrived the following morning, analyzed the issue and sent me pics of the completed job while I was at work. Timely, efficient and doesn't rip you off.

Quality, Great Team, Etc. Because the Owner of this Company and his staff gets the plumbing done and the knowledge is outstanding. The work is neat. I had another company step in because I was trying the cost at the time. It was a game changing moment because I went back to the best of service with a twist. The twist is the Owner and his dedicated crew. When I say a twist is don't get it twisted when it comes to this company. Boston Drain is negotiable, professional and for years got it right. Mom, I and my family is so thankful this company is still around with this type of service. Thank you Chris for a company you built for us.  Kyle and the rest of the staff thank you so much.

These guys were the best. They installed a new heating system in my 150 year old home. They worked quickly and cleanly and explained everything they were doing. Very well priced and showed up nice and early. I would highly recommend them.

Absolute Prevision Plumbing repaired a hot water radiator in my home. They showed up on time, were professional, and cleaned up after they were finished. The process took shorter than they estimated. They also followed up with me later that evening and in the week to make sure the radiator was still working and to make sure I was happy with their work. I highly recommend their work.

I have used this company for the past 4-5 years and have always been very satisfied with the company from the time I placed the call to when I received the bill.  The plumbers are courteous and knowledgeable.   People and reviews can have one bad experience, I have had many years of consistent quality service.  

I once used a lower cost plumber who did poor quality work and was redone by Chenette.  I have since been a loyal customer and never look for a better company or price.

The cheap man spends the most in the long run.  

Once you find a quality company with excellent customer satisfaction and service why change.

With Allen Plumbing, the customer is not always right. VERY expensive and no solution. They came to fix a problem and I ended up no better off. Yet they refused to come back without another $800 charge.

I needed to replace my old kitchen faucet so I bought a new kit from Home Depot and began removing the old faucet as I planned to do it myself.  I removed almost all of it, except for one piece (apparently I needed a special tool from the old faucet kit to remove it). I ultimately called Kirkland and Shaw to help me remove that one piece and install the new faucet.

They came and removed the piece which I couldn't do and installed the new faucet. I was pleased with the work, but it seemed to take the plumber a lot longer than expected (almost 2 hours of work?)  

When I got the invoice, I was shocked to see that I was charged almost $300! When my husband called to go over the bill, Kirkland and Shaw was unfriendly on the phone and wouldn't hear our side of the story and ultimately even got hung up on.  The invoice included $60 worth of supplies (I dont know much about plumbing supplies, but that seems excessive!) and they were charging us for their driving time to and from our home, which I think is ridiculous.

Although my faucet was replaced (which i did half the work) but $300 later and an unfriendly phone call, I will not be using Kirkland and Shaw for any future plumbing repairs.

Had a leaking dishwasher. Showed up within 15 minutes and replaced it. Will call with all future plumbing needs!

I met Rusty when I bought my house in 97... Since then he has done all my work, from water heater, furnace to new BR and kitchen. Always punctual, professional and reasonable and throw in a great sense of humor. Never had a problem with ANYTHING he has done. He does not take new customers but if you do get in you are VERY fortunate.   He is very busy but you can get in touch with him anytime... wish I could give him 10 stars... All tradesmen should be this good!

Needed to replace a filter, and fix the hot water heater.

I Called the guys this morning and they got here before noon. Tony had experience with the type of piping we had, fixed the stopped up pipe in no-time.  Brilliant. Two thumbs up for Tony and Duane!

Charlie has always responded quickly to my calls/texts, and has always done a great job. He fixed a utility sink in my basement, and figured out what was wrong with my air-conditioning (even though he doesn't work on air-conditioning normally).

They came and replaced my hot water heater with a Top brand and was very satisfied with the service...They came installed and got it going..came to the RESCUE...

Would NEVER support this company. Their home, which has Jonasson trucks parked outside, has tons of trump signs lining their lawn. If they are still supporting this lying, corrupt, racist, bigoted admin, they DO NOT deserve our business.
