Our water heater decided to give up the ghost early yesterday morning, flooding the basement and nixing all hot water in the house. One call to Defab plumbing and it was all fixed by the evening. Vincent returned our early morning distress call almost instantly, and was able to pick up and install a new tank the same day. Excellent work, reasonable price, and useful advice to boot. We'll definitely use Defab again when the need arises.

We first used Presidential a few years ago for a kitchen sink leak and they were so wonderful we've stuck with them for all our plumbing issues. Today I discovered the kitchen sink was leaking again underneath and had been for quite a while. I called and left a message and Tim called me back within 5 minutes. He had a plumber close to me and sent them right over. Within 10 minutes Dan was here and assessing the problem. He had everything he needed in the truck and got right to work. Less than an hour later everything was done at a very reasonable price. Dan was pleasant, professional, very thoughtful of COVID safety and explained my options reasonably. It can be hard to find responsive, quality plumbers and these guys are just that.

I purchased a real fixer-upper - diamond in the rough - at the end of January 2020. Suffice to say I was a bit overwhelmed with everything that had to fix. But Darren and his team were there to work with me and talk me through the fixes that I knew about and the ones we found along the way.

I cannot say enough how much they really made a difference. From the smallest fix to the biggest projects, they were honest, conscientious and straight forward with what they needed to do and what the impact would be. We successfully fixed all of the plumbing issues and helped turn my house into a home - with working water and gas :)

With any project, there were additional needs and things that we discovered/broke along the way. The team was very accommodating and again very exemplary in their conduct and very resilient in their pricing for services and hardware needed. Additionally, they were very proactive in searching for a solution in extreme cases, in one example they found gas lights that needed to be disabled so they replaced the gas lines directly to the ranges to prevent a larger issue down the road - keeping me informed every step of the way.

Impressive Plumbing is one of the few businesses that are 1:1 with their namesake, everything they do is impressive both in service and conduct. They will truly care about your needs, be responsive if something breaks, and will try to find the best possible solution. I would work with them again in a heart beat.

I'm giving a middle of the road score, which will go up if my phone call us returned and down if it isn't. I got home this morning to find your truck parked in my spot. Your plumber wanted to argue with me that it wasn't actually parked there, he was merely unloading it. In my clearly numbered spot. When the tow truck arrived, he argued with the driver until the driver asked me to call the police. I did and went into my condo, the truck is now moved, I don't know if it was before or after the police arrived. Please note, this has also triggered a call to the building department, if you're working in unit 3 you spotless be fine but if you're in unit 1, you should go pull a permit.

Summary: Had what seemed to be a clogged drain turned into a major repair right before Thanksgiving. They were able to (as much as they could) help with coordinating with city and ultimately leading me to the real culprit.

I reached out to Johnson Bros. to see if they were able to help and quickly made an appointment for the next day. Nate was my point of contact the entire time and he was easy to reach keeping in mind that he's answering calls as well as on jobsites. I originally reached out to have a sewer drain unclogged, but quickly learned that there was a major obstruction in the sewer line and needed to get it replaced. Nate reached out to the city (Randolph) to make them aware as well as double check to see who's responsible for the replacement. It ended up being my responsibility to make the repair, but by doing this - it made it easy for the drain layer that I hired to quickly do the work. All of this was coordinated without me ever having to be at the property. I'd highly recommend considering Johnson Bros.!

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Over the last 10 years they've helped us with furnace problems, water heater problems, stubborn clogs, and general plumbing in two different homes, and they've always been professional, efficient, punctual, and fairly priced.

We woke up this morning to a dead hot water heater, fearing that because we were going into a long weekend we'd be without hot water until next week. Roscia's team was here by mid-day, and had a new heater installed and running within 3 hours.

Came home one day after work to find a small flood under my hot water heater in the basement. I searched online for local plumbing companies to come and install a new one. I called three of them, and Rizzo's was the only one able and willing to help me get a new one installed asap. (I left messages for the other two, and a week later still haven't heard back from them). John (owner?) was helpful in trying to find me the same hot water heater. I sent him pictures of the model # to his cell, and an hour later he called me saying he found a couple. They were able to come out the next day. The tech Mike arrived roughly on time. I showed him where the Hot water heater was, and told him if he didn't need me I'd be upstairs (I don't like breathing down peoples necks while they're trying to work). Took Mike just shy of 2 hours to finish the install. I checked the connections to the pipes and it was very neatly soldered a very clean install. Would call them again for my plumbing needs

Christopher Marshall is the epitome of the hard-working, highly skilled, competent expert tradesman. He is delightful to deal with - provides quotes he stands behind, maintains excellent communication. Price is the best and responsiveness is the absolute top of the line. I would trust him with anything plumbing.

We have had Bill and others from Akian out to fix a few heating related issues for us and they did a great job every time. I really appreciate their quick response when it's cold out!

Chris Belli has been here to fix small issues twice and was prompt, professional and reasonable each time.  A lot of plumbers are very prompt and courteous when it's a big $$ job but Chris is just as diligent about a clogged drain as a commercial boiler replacement.  

He was referred to me by a neighbor who also thinks he's great.  Another bonus; if you don't have time to make phone calls on a work day, Chris checks his contact-us email on the website several times a day.  So even if you email him before you leave for work at 6am, you can be sure he will get back to you within hours.

if you would like to be taken advantage and lied to and new equipment you bought swapped for old equipment this is your guy. a Liar and a con man is the best way to describe this guy.

I hired Greg to fix the drain in my bathtub.  He was here within a couple hours of my initial call and fixed the problem in a fraction of the time I was expecting.  Greg is very professional and extremely knowledgeable.  He walked me through what was done step by step to make sure I was fully satisfied before he left.  I highly recommend G A Dacey Plumbing and Heating.  I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing/heating needs.

Tried to repair a toilet water supply valve myself and got into a jam with it. Had to shut the water off and Called PHD around 3p or so not expecting to get someone out until the following day.  To my surprise, Robbie was able to come to my house around 4:30ish and installed a new valve and water supply hose in less than 30 minutes.  Great service and professionalism.  Worth every penny.

I love these guys.  As a single mother with not a lot of house repair talent, trusting vendors is really important to me.  Jack and Francis are trustworthy, kind, friendly and know what they are doing.    And their bills have always been reasonable.  Only problem is that they ares so good, they stay very  busy!

We just bought a condo and we had a faucet leak. They came and fixed the water leak. They were professional and work was completed.

If you like paying for someone to come to your house to give you nothing; if you like planning around a 4 hour window just to have no one show up or tell you that you would have to reschedule; if you like having the inconsistency of 15 different plumbers coming to diagnose the same problem, only to have very different solutions, then to be charged for all the different diagnoses; if you like condescending people who say things like, I've had a bad day and I'm not in the mood to negotiate; and if you like being told that the solution is just to take shorter showers (shorter then 5 min?), then you will probably like Tbros.
