Our building lost heat during the coldest days in February. We had several plumbers/boiler specialists come out to look, including an evaluation for a new boiler. Jason from Robco agreed with another plumber that our boiler had some life in it yet, assessed the problem and was willing to fix it immediately. The work was time-consuming and dirty. We ended up needing a new circulator pump, though he took the time to try replacing a few parts to see if he could salvage the pump, which had seized, initially to save us some money. He then spent several hours draining our closed loop system to get all the air out. In the end, our heat was working better than it had in years. Robco is always reasonable with costs for labor and materials, and always provides great customer service.
