DaVinci Plumbing Heating Drain

John and his crew are awesome.  They did my heat conversion (oil to gas) and it is flawless.  John told me every step they were going to do, gave me a solid price with no extras as they went along, and the place was immaculate when they left.  We planned this months in advance and John made sure my old equipment got me through until I could get the Mass Save paperwork done.  I would recommend John and this company to anyone.

John came in after another plumber, who truly had no idea what he was doing, and figured out the issue. At the time high efficiency residential boilers were pretty uncommon. John took it upon himself to learn everything about this intricate machine and its technology. I work in the design and real estate world and have worked with all kinds of trades and I can say whole heartedly that Davinci PHD is the only way to go. Referrals are a huge part of my business so knowing that you can trust the people you recommend is incredibly important. Kind, knowledgeable, professional and HONEST are just a few of the words to describe John and ALL of Davinci PHD.

I am director of Facilities for a large Dental organization. I called John with an issue we had with a hot water heater. I had 3 other quotes from national firms we typically use, but wanted to get someone in locally as being a former plumber, my national quotes were all extremely high. John gave me a quote by pictures and description alone which was spot on where I thought it would be, and he had it done within 4 hours of my call. Not sure if he was just sitting around the house waiting for my call (actually he was on another job at the time) but amazingly he got it done and we were back up and running. I set him up as our normal plumbing option in the area where I have 5 or 6 locations he can now service. It's nice to see guys doing quality work for the right price with honesty and integrity. I don't get a lot of that around the country. If/when I'm in trouble in his locations, he's going to be my first call.

The best thing about DaVinci Plumbing is that you don't have to worry about anything.  They just take care of it.  Johnny and Crew did an oil to gas conversion seamlessly.  He got the permits, inspections, oil tank removal, chimney work, etc., all lined up.  It was like a military operation.  Everyone showed up on time and was very responsive.  A day and a half later, I had gas heat and hot water.  West Medford has a gem in DaVinci PHD.  I'm going with them for a dishwasher install next week.  Highly recommended.

DAVINCI PLUMBING IS THE BEST!!

After a horrible experience with another plumber in the area, I had DaVinci highly recommended to me by a friend who had her entire townhouse redone in the south end, and used DaVinci for the entire project.

I had problems with my hot water on two separate occasions and DaVinci came over and fixed it very promptly. Their prices are MORE than fair and they are a pleasure to work with. The second time they came over, they had trouble isolating a specific problem and knocked a few hundred bucks off the price. Totally unexpected AND my hot water was back to normal the next day. They fixed whatever was wrong!

I cannot recommend them enough and I will never use another plumber again!

THE. BEST. John is super responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. After overfilling my water boiler and having a mild panic attack, John called me back via FaceTime and patiently walked me through the process of fixing the issue. He followed up the next day to make sure everything was OK and to schedule a time to inspect the system himself just in case something was wrong. He really cares and is a pleasure to work with. I have rented a number of apartments in the Somerville/Cambridge area and I wish I had known about John sooner. John and his team can't be beat.

when you have a casual, friendly interaction on the street unrelated to any specific business transaction and come away feeling instinctively better, maybe that is some kind of vague signal ? not sure ... but this is precisely how this place got on my radar ...  

It is a bit of a leap of faith to schedule work based on such haphazard interactions alone, and yet ... I did just that and have no regrets at all, they were professional from the time I contacted them with my inquiry, showed up promptly, completed the (albeit small) project to my satisfaction and charged a fair price for the time spent.

I feel lucky to have run into the owner and am relieved to have found a reliable, trustworthy business for future work ... nothing more to add than that, readers ....
