We've used Steve's services for a sump pump w/backup, frig water line, bathroom pipe repairs, and more over the last 3 years. They have done an excellent job every time and have been very flexible and quick on timing. Every single installation has been trouble free from day one. I strongly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. It's good to know you have a guy who can get it done right!

Mr. Winters was very kind and attentive as I explained our troubles with two different toilets. He offered several options for solving our problems with both and was willing to explain it all again to my husband over the phone.  He was honest, thorough, and conservative with his solutions, never pressuring us into unnecessary purchases. We will definitely call him with all future plumbing repairs and evaluations.

Scott from Cooper's Water, LLC was recommended to us by a neighbor. He came and diagnosed a broken soft water resin tank and from start to finish our service was professional, extremely courteous, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company and the technician, Jesse, who arrived to service the drinking water filtration system and to replace the resin tank.

It was apparent that the previous plumber had misdiagnosed the issue and was not transparent about the options. I appreciated the honesty and presentation of options that helped us decide what was best for our situation. I highly recommend!!!

I requested a quote online via yelp and was messaged to CALL for a quote.  And the estimate fee would be waived.  I called for the quote and was told they do not offer quotes or estimates over the phone. Hope should remove the quote option from yelp then. Was also told I cant get an estimate or even an idea of a starting price over the phone which was annoying.  So I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Made the appointment and was told anytime between 8am and 6pm I think.  I mean sheesh, that's a very wide window.  Luckily Jeremy arrived earlier in the day around 9a I think.  I needed a brand new toilet I had to be installed and the old toiled removed/haul away.  I was BLOWN AWAY by the price he gave me $358!!! Almost $200 more than some estimates I got before. But since he was already there I went ahead with the service.  Luckily I purchased two of the yelp deals ($100 for $150) which was yet another hassle to use.  It was as if I was being a bother to ask about the yelp deal.  The tech had to go out and call in to ask about the coupon, then had to call in to ask if I could purchase two (the details on the deal clearly says I can purchase up to 3).  so thankfully I paid $258 instead, which is still absurd to me.  After I purchased them I had to wait for Hope Plumbing to show receipt from yelp.  I screen shotted the purchases and all.  It was just not a seamless process.  Jeremy offered to come back another day once Hope received confirmation of the yelp deal purchase.
But no way.  I was off work that day. so he agreed to stay and wait. Again the only reason I went through with it was because it was one of the few days I had off work and had been procrastinating about the project for a year.  The job itself was done well.  It was just a toilet replaced. But was a hassle and grossly overpriced I think.

These guys are very professional. I have a duplex property and needed some fast repairs done. Kody worked fast to schedule me in and the work was completed on time and turned out great. They installed a new kitchen faucet and unclogged the bathroom faucet in one unit in less than an hour. I will have them back to do more work and I am glad I found a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company to do business with.

I recently signed up with an annual hvac and plumbing service agreement with Chapman. We installed a new hvac unit a few years back and it started making a high pitched whining noise. The company we purchased the unit through ultimately lost our confidence by lack of knowledge and difficulty scheduling service.
Chapman sent a service tech who immediately heard the noise and knew what it was, since has come back and replaced the part.
My experience with Chapman has been excellent. From scheduling to communication to tech being professional. I Highly recommend this company.

Starting with the office staff, they listen and work to get you service just as fast as possible. They are never short or rude. I have used them on numerous occasions and they are always professional,  Friendly and explain exactly what they're doing.  Steve, the Plumbing Mgr,  makes sure your problem is solved, including Leaving the office and getting his hands dirty to make sure your job is perfect. I highly recommend them.

Plumbing Paramedics performed an inspection on our plumbing after the rebuild of our new Old Town Design Group house which flooded due to an installation error by their contractor, BRS Mechanical (BR Schroeder and Sons).

Plumbing Paramedics were extremely professional and thorough and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They also noticed that a flush valve had never been installed on our tankless water heater. Plumbing paramedics returned later and installed a flush valve and flushed our system for a great deal. I am grateful for their honest and quality work.

Replaced and rerouted exterior faucet  and installed new kitchen faucet. Extremely nice people concerned with providing good service and respectful of property.

They came out today to fix low pressure on hot water. Turned out to be a pipe almost clogged completely clogged clogged with lime. While they were here we had the tank replaced. Very happy with the service. Would use them again.

I needed a half turn master shut off valve for the water installed. I called and asked for a ballpark figure and the price was so good I told them let's do business. They came out the next morning and installed it and thank God they did, because I had a leak in the upstairs toilet where I needed to turn the water off that night. I definitely will use them again.

Used them for years and were very happy with their sevice until the last two years.   They would service the units but seemed more concerned with what else they could sell on top of the service.   I am discontinuing their use.

Let it suffice to say that I am very disappointed with Summers.  I've used their services several times in the past when I've encountered a plumbing issue, and they were always most responsive and  courteous in fixing the problem.  So I had no reservations about contacting them this weekend when I had an unexpected problem with my water heater.  But it became  obvious from the moment I spoke with their service representative by telephone (at 5:20 p.m.  Saturday afternoon) that he was not enthralled with the idea of paying me a service call.  Nonetheless, he reluctantly agreed to do so after completing two jobs that were ahead of me.  That was the last time I heard from him.  By 10:30 p.m. , he was still a no show.  I would have at least expected a courtesy call from him offering an explanation for his absence, but I didn't even get that consideration.  Nothing irritates me more than when a contractor makes a commitment to me and then doesn't fulfill it.

Summers - if you're listening, you need to have a conversation with this technician about his customer service skills and keeping commitments that he makes.  Because you can bet that if he's done this to me, he has already - or will, do the same to another customer.

Last month they came out and gave us a quote to replace furnace and heat pump. we had issues with new system running constantly. We had them come out 5 times and always found something not set right. First time they came out the heat strip was not hooked up. the additional times they came out they adjusted blower settings replaced the new thermostat. The system would not reach set temperature. The last time they came the Monday after Thanksgiving and made some more adjustments it has been working okay. Getting ready to call them again as last 2 days it has ran continuously again. Cost little over $12,000.00 and suppose to be energy efficient.     Not saving money like this. They need to get this fixed. I will not be recommending them to anyone. No follow up calls to make sure everything is okay.
