This is the second time we have called upon Steve Morin Plumbing and have continued to be pleased. They are very responsive on the phone and are very good with communication and keeping you informed. Jesse and assistant arrived on schedule and went right to work to remove the old water heater and install the new one. They were very efficient and careful in their work. While here, they were also able to replace a shut off valve that was not working. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend!

They arrived in masks for COVID, which was important to me. Excellent work, very polite and professional. Work done in a timely manner. They are now the company that I will call for all of my plumbing needs.

Mike R. came out and explained all of the options available for water softener and reverse osmosis systems.  He was courteous, very thorough and knowledgeable.  We plan to go forward with the systems we chose.  Thanks Mike!

Couldn't get anyone to show up. Finally Hope came to the rescue! couldn't find the leak since we shut off the water but they were very helpful. Now we wait until it leaks again and I won't shut off the water so we can follow the trail. I post this because they could have just made something up and replaced a part that didn't need replacing. While the 'issue' is resolved just yet, I appreciated the quick and polite service AND I didn't get sold repairs I didn't need.

They were very responsive to my request.  I didn't give them a good value because when I inquired about the visit they were going to charge me $99 for the visit and assessment.  Which was the highest of the company's I spoke with.  They wouldn't give me that $99 dollar credit if I selected them to do the work.  However the other 2 companies I contacted would give me the assessment cost credit if I chose them.
I didn't choose them to perform the work so I cannot speak to their quality.

Adam is a great guy. He is knowledgable and accommodating. He is always thorough, prompt and communicative.  I use him for all my clients plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone. My only reason not to give 5 stars is the pricing sometimes a little higher than average but hey.. I am not a plumber, he is and everybody has to eat so who am I to balk at his pricing. Besides, what is cooler than a plumber with a Dead inspired logo? I will happily pay more for good vibes matched with quality service.

Outstanding company. They show up when they say they will, they're very professional and they do quality work. Prices are competitive. I will definitely use them again.

My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

I had Mike out to do some work on a hot tub in a new house.  He was helpful and beyond the work told me where to get parts so I could work on things myself.  That's the mark of a
Contractor that's got enough work they don't care about you doing some of the work to cut costs.

Called for a simple service appointment and Bob didn't sound like he wanted my business at all. I told him someone else had worked on the issue in the past and he said, Why don't you just have them do it? I asked what his minimum service call was and he said, If I have to sit around for a couple hours, probably a couple hundred bucks. At least it's good to know about his level of professionalism  before hiring him.

OMG. Finally, professionals who tell you when they'll arrive, show up early, tell you all your options, what it will cost, are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and clean up after themselves.
I had my 25+ year old toilet replaced in my house built in 1925. Brendan & Ryan arrived, assessed the situation, gave me the price options and did the work. Did the whole job on a FRIDAY afternoon (when most people want to beat feet for the wkend) in about an hour. All that and a ten year warranty.
Five stars isn't enough.

Our air conditioner wasn't working to peak performance, so we called Howald. The technician said it was just a dirty filter that he'd clean but would have to charge us $100 for an emergency repair. Total of about $186. He told us the hardware was fine and there was no coolant problem.

The system still wasn't working correctly, so we called in another company. They diagnosed a broken coolant coil and that we'd lost several pounds of coolant. The technician laughed when we mentioned the previous company and mentioned they (Howald) probably played us for a quick buck.

We won't be going back to Howald.

A chipmunk got into our A/C unit and ate the wiring. No joke. Eric came out, ordered parts, then came out again three days later and basically had to rewire it. Honestly it didn't cost as much as I expected, and he even disposed of the dead chipmunk ;)  They were really good wearing booties to not track dirt and also wearing a mask and keeping distancing for all this COVID-19 mess. Anyway, I thought they did a great job for the money and would call them again for sure.

I called in the afternoon today for a clogged drain, they were here within 30 minutes, and it was fixed 30 minutes after that.
The plumber was nice, the job was neat and the price was right. $80.

Great experience with these guys. Super friendly on the phone, and they were extremely professional upon showing up. I had two toilets that kept running and had called a local, supposedly reputable, plumber first. They quoted me $1000 to fix both toilets, and I then had them leave. Weilhammer then shows up and fixes everything for $200, and were a pleasure to deal with. The even replaced everything with new parts. It's nice to have some honest people in the area for this work.

Update: a friend had the same experience with the other company. These guys are a great option for the area.

GODBY HPE has always been there when we needed them- whether it's plumbing, electrical or heating/air related I know I can count on them to give me a fair price and diagnosis of the problem and that they will work to fix the problem quickly! I also appreciate their semi-annual HVAC check which assists in keeping our systems in top working order! I refer them to friends, clients, and colleagues- knowing they will be treated right!

Used them for years and were very happy with their sevice until the last two years.   They would service the units but seemed more concerned with what else they could sell on top of the service.   I am discontinuing their use.

I needed help with furnace issues ASAP & after hours during extremely frigid weather. The after hours call representative was polite & professional. I had a prompt return call from a tech.  He had one more run before he could visit me, & he was right on time.  The tech was very polite & professional.  I was fortunate to have a minor problem.  The tech showed me how to deal with it & how to read the error codes on my furnace should I have any further problems.  He priced some other services I was interested in & explained the yearly plan (which I declined). No hard sell, & no attempt to take advantage of my emergency repair situation.  I'm impressed and will consider Summers for my future HVAC & plumbing needs.  Thank you!!

Let me start by saying the technicians have been very professional.  That being said, at first Peterman came to fix a leak and quoted me a price for a maintenance plan,  I informed the tech I had 2 HVAC units.  He said no problem it was still residential.   Upon arriving for AC maintenance they tech stated I didn't have the right plan for more than one unit.  So, I upgraded.  When the tech came for Heating maintenance, she cleaned both units and quoted me a price for duct cleaning.  I thought it was hefty but I agreed and paid a non refundable deposit.  Upon arriving today for duct cleaning, they asked why I was only doing 1 unit, I said I was quoted a price for the house and it wasn't per unit.  Never did the tech say per unit, just getting the ducts cleaned.  My house is only  2400 sq feet, it's not big, just has an addition.  They wouldn't honor the quote I was given, still wanted me to sign stating they did some work (which they didn't) and I would pay.  I wouldn't sign and they left.  Seems the techs are not very informed of the policies and it's been an ongoing issue.
