We needed our sewer pump replaced and did a random search on Yelp. Jesse was our plumber and he did an OUTSTANDING job! The most immaculate CLEAN plumber I have ever had, any mess or cleanup he did and left the area SPOTLESS. On top of that the job was suppose to take between and hour and a half to 2 hrs and he was done in an hour flat! Took pride in his work and was very thorough in explaining the details to me.  Could not recommend this company enough, and shoutout to Jesse for making someone who has Extreme OCD and germaphobia feel comfortable!

We called Winters Plumbing because we had a leak after I over tightened a water supply line and mucked up the threads when installing a new faucet.
Isaiah came to our rescue. He did such a fabulous job and in a short amount of time. Very polite and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Great attitude, friendly and a nice guy to boot.

Hope Plumbing is thorough and organized- but you pay a very hefty price- they are far more expensive than other plumbers.

The sink in one bathroom was not working properly, so I emailed them yesterday.  I had a return email right away.  Once I provided my phone number, they called and set up an appointment for this morning, which was also confirmed by email.  I received a call 30 minutes before their arrival, and they had my sink fixed (as well as pointing out a couple of other things I might need in the future, complete with an estimate but no pressure) in less than half an hour.  Polite, fast, reliable service.  I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

i sooooooooo wish i could make this a no star review.    we had chapman install our payne ac unit and compressor in 2018.
the install not only took 13 hours the first day the service manager **chris had to come out the second day to fix something i made sure they we're 100% aware of before they started and did incorrectly.  well we are now a year and a half out from install and  outside our service warrenty  still having the same problem and looking at paying for labor that should have been fixed previously.  the home is a  1600 sq foot home yet the ac cannot get the house below 78 when above 90 out.  

i cannot say enough horrible things about how condescending most of the office employees & managers have been especially shirley & chris.......  

maybe i should send this write up to the colts so they can think about who the have represent them....

I have used Big Frog Plumbing for two jobs. They where fantastic! Quick and clean. Very affordable. They even told me I didn't need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you next plumbing job!!

Mike built us a trash can cabinet  for under our counter. He was on time, reasonably priced, and did great work. It looks like it was part of the original kitchen floor plan. We plan on using him  for several other projects.

Honest, courteous, prompt, friendly, and fair. Fixed water heater after original installer had botched the job. No pressure to upsell or feel like you are being taken advantage of. A really solid person with Midwestern values who shoots straight. Ever need a plumber who would treat you like an good, trusted friend? Bob is your man. 5 out of 5!

Called Carter's out for a new gas dryer instal and hookup. Very friendly customer service from the first call. The technician called before our appointment and was right on time. Very pleased with Carter's My Plumber.

Starting with the office staff, they listen and work to get you service just as fast as possible. They are never short or rude. I have used them on numerous occasions and they are always professional,  Friendly and explain exactly what they're doing.  Steve, the Plumbing Mgr,  makes sure your problem is solved, including Leaving the office and getting his hands dirty to make sure your job is perfect. I highly recommend them.

A chipmunk got into our A/C unit and ate the wiring. No joke. Eric came out, ordered parts, then came out again three days later and basically had to rewire it. Honestly it didn't cost as much as I expected, and he even disposed of the dead chipmunk ;)  They were really good wearing booties to not track dirt and also wearing a mask and keeping distancing for all this COVID-19 mess. Anyway, I thought they did a great job for the money and would call them again for sure.

After ARS tried to screw me with a $2000. Quote for unstoppable my kitchen drain...I called Maxwell Plumbing and got the job done quickly for only $475. WOW!

Great experience with these guys. Super friendly on the phone, and they were extremely professional upon showing up. I had two toilets that kept running and had called a local, supposedly reputable, plumber first. They quoted me $1000 to fix both toilets, and I then had them leave. Weilhammer then shows up and fixes everything for $200, and were a pleasure to deal with. The even replaced everything with new parts. It's nice to have some honest people in the area for this work.

Update: a friend had the same experience with the other company. These guys are a great option for the area.

I've never had a better experience than with John, Will, and the whole crew!!  They stayed late to finish a two day job on a Friday. So cool. We are the kings of hot water. Or better yet, the ladies in the house say we are the queens of hot water. Get the tankless and recirculating pump. You won't regret it.

Grant did a wonderful job.  He was polite and very professional.  The charge was very high for replacing only one element.  I checked the parts on line and the highest charge for a element was 60.00 and that was for a pair.  They were only at my house for an hour.  So the mark up on the part is 2 or 3 times the cost and the labor is 160.00 or an hour.  My bill was $340.00.

Our shower would not turn off. We had to shut the water off for the entire house. Nick was able to rebuild the faucet for us and we are up and running again. I would recommend Summers if your looking for a reliable, reasonably priced plumber.

After dealing with two other companies to resolve my furnace being completely out for over a week during below freezing temperatures, all I gained was bills for diagnostics with no effort in repairs. Just one company pointing a finger at another, and that's it.
Peterman contractor, Mr. Peterson, came as quickly as he could during a hectic season. Diagnostic charges are about the same as anywhere else... But he didn't leave until it was fixed AND tested! He was also very honest and great at explaining things to a new homeowner. My furnace is literally older than I am, but I can now be in my home without having to worry about busting water lines or having to wear 3 layers of clothing.
