I had a backup sump pump malfunction and I just want to give kudos to Steve and Jesse for diagnosing the problem and seeing it through to the end. Puts a homeowner at ease knowing they won't have a flooded basement. Steve makes sure the job is done right before signing off on it.

We called Winters Plumbing because we had a leak after I over tightened a water supply line and mucked up the threads when installing a new faucet.
Isaiah came to our rescue. He did such a fabulous job and in a short amount of time. Very polite and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Great attitude, friendly and a nice guy to boot.

Jack H. from Hope Plumbing. No not really I don't want to reach out to you guys. You can't find me, well just last week someone from Hope called just to see if I need their service. I'm gonna make sure you guys will not auto withdraw from my account again in June for this membership. You guys overpriced. And that technician that I talked about with the low knowledge of the aerator also cracked the main shut off valve when he finally located in the yard. So it was leaking. Thank goodness Citizens replaced that with no charge. Then when he replaced the water meter inside the basement to the house shut off , he either can't figure it out or just that lucky and caused the water meter not to work so it stopped moving ever since he last touched it on Nov 11, 2020. Citizen again came out in Jan to replace a new one at no charge. After Nov. 11 there was another issue. I ended up calling Mr. Plumber and the man was knowledgeable and repair it for less than $300. Your company would probably charge $700+.

24/7 Plumbing was amazing. I contacted them for an estimate for a water softener drain installation. They were able to accommodate my scheduling needs, showed up on time, and provided me with an estimate. Once I confirmed that I would continue with their plumbing services I was scheduled for my preferred time. The technician came out re-evaluated and made sure that we were going with the best option for the drain. The process was explained to me and the work was completed in the estimated time. Bill did our estimate and Mark completed the work. Both technicians were professional and open to any questions or concerns I had. I was treated with respect and not taken advantage of like I had by other companies. 10/10, will be using their services again.

I would definitely use Grateful Plumber again, they responded quickly to my service request, and I didn't have to wait long to get the work done. Their prices are fair and reasonable and was less than other plumbers I called. And the quality of the work was great and they were respectful of my home.

Woke up to find out that both of our AC units were not working.  They sent someone out quickly and had them fixed right away. Very happy with our experience.

First time we used Big Frog Plumbing based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant. He came up with a solution that eliminated the need to cut into our drywall.  Impressive! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Mike built us a trash can cabinet  for under our counter. He was on time, reasonably priced, and did great work. It looks like it was part of the original kitchen floor plan. We plan on using him  for several other projects.

My kitchen sink wasn't draining. I called Bob and not even 24 hours later he came to the house. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes! Super nice, knowledgeable, and affordable. I'll be keeping his business card close for any future needs.

Two plumbers came out to my daughter's house to reseat a toilet, install a water softener with plumbing already in place, and install a new vanity/sink. My daughter called to go over the estimate with me before authorizing the work to be done. When she told me it would be approximately $700, I thought that was reasonable. But then I was told that was only for that day's charges because they had to come back to install the water softener. The total was over $1800!  I asked to speak to one of the plumbers for a breakdown of the estimate. One of the charges was $198 for them to go to the hardware store and pick up a couple parts!  Yes, they wanted to charge almost $200 to pick up some parts!!  When I told them to forget about it and we would find someone else, the plumber frantically tried to talk me into using them and said he'd take off 20%. When I told him that still wouldn't work, he wanted to know what I would be willing to pay. I wouldn't have had them do service for any price with them trying to rip off my young daughter and then play The Price is Right with me over the phone. I was told the service call would be $29 if we didn't get the service done. When I told them we were declining service, they tried to rip us off again by saying it would be $49 for the trip charge. I don't know what is going on, but $1800 for three small plumbing jobs that would take a couple hours is astronomical, and I was shocked that a locally owned and operated company would be double the price of the next estimate I received. And to be charged $200 to go down the street to the hardware store was completely unbelievable. It's the plumber's job to have the necessary parts, and if they don't have the right parts, it's their job to go get them or order them to repair at a later date. I am attaching a picture of the estimate. Maybe someone can explain why the prices are so much higher than the subsequent two estimates I received and why my daughter was going to be charged almost $200 to pick up parts. I am very disappointed in Carter's Plumbing and expected better from a local company.

Two words-First Rate! Had a 15 year old HVAC unit that needed to be replaced. After (5) bids from other Companies, on advice of my Friend, called Howald and met with Tim F. Should have called them first. Tim explained everything in detail and in a way I could understand. He has over 24 years experience and was willing to work with me on price. Their bid was $300 less than all others and he was the only guy that actually listened to me and didn't try to up-sell me or push something I didn't want.

Set up install 2 days later and their Installers (Jason and Chris) actually showed up 20 minutes early. They have been working together for over ten years and one knows what the other needs or is thinking without asking asking. They work in perfect tandem and knocked out the job in less than 5 hours. They displayed a thorough mastery of knowledge on every question I had during the install and left my house cleaner than it was before they showed up. After the install, Jason took 10 minutes to go over energy efficiency best practices, maintenance, etc. He truly cared about his Customer and about making sure that every nut and bolt was tight and everything was perfect.  

If you don't want high pressure sales tactics and an honest Company that delivers on what they say and prides itself on integrity then call Howald.

Great service!  Our outside faucets were leaking so we called Plumbing Paramedics. They were able to come out the next day. Bobby was super nice and was able to fix the problem within a few minutes. I've dealt with other companies that made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. But Bobby made me feel comfortable and told me he was going to try to fix it before automatically going the replacement and expensive route. Thanks so much for the great service.

We have used Maxwell Plumbing for several things.  We do not often recommend people but he is good at it all!  Customer service, reliable, cleans up after the job is done.  Knowledgeable!   Gave us options on what to do, very happy with results.  Our daughter bought an older home, he worked with her and got everything upto code and fixed.  Also, did a new bathroom re design for some friends of ours.

I had an unusual problem with a plugged up shower valve and Mr Weilhammer knew the solution and spent quite a while advising me over the phone what to do to fix it. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and no charge.

We were in a bit of a pinch once the weather started turning colder. Went to fire up the old furnace and nothing. Of course this was discovered after hours and we struggled to get anyone who could come out in a timely matter.After working our way down the list we were able to get appointment with Godby for first thing the next morning. The technician called to confirm he was on the way and was very professional we he arrived.

Our technician was also very knowledgeable and good about explaining things in a way that was understandable and had us back up and running in no time.

Nick of Action Air arrived on a Sunday morning when our furnace quit running to check it out.  He worked on a solution and then returned a second time to make sure it was running again.  He then coordinated a new parts process and arrived a third time to place the new and guaranteed component in place.

Our shower would not turn off. We had to shut the water off for the entire house. Nick was able to rebuild the faucet for us and we are up and running again. I would recommend Summers if your looking for a reliable, reasonably priced plumber.

BEWARE!  Paid these guys $11,000 for a new HVAC system in November of 2020.  It gets serviced every 6 months.  Peterman Brothers came out on December 2, 2022 for the Fall service.  The guy brought the capacitor to me and told me it was out of range. They sold me an $11,000 system and wanted over $200.00 to replace a part you can buy on Amazon for less than $15.00.  So instead of installinging a new $15.00 capacitor, he put the old one back in.  It would have required the same amount of labor to put in a new one.  And forget about their 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee - means nothing.  When I called to lodge my complaint I was told a Customer Experience rep would call me.  Never called.  I called back and asked for the Customer Experience rep who said she needed more time to look into my issue and would call me back.  Never called me back.
