We are so pleased with our new water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system Cooper's Water Conditioning installed! They came out quickly, tested our water, and gave us a quote which was less expensive than other companies for the same or similar equipment. They scheduled the install to fit our schedule. Paul the installer called to let us know he was coming exactly when he said he would be at our house. Paul was fast, efficient, and installed both the water softener and reverse osmosis water system perfectly. When he was done he cleaned everything very nicely. He walked us through everything we needed to know before he left. The price was exactly as they quoted. We could not be more pleased with the entire system which was installed! Thank you.

I've used Hope plumbing a handful of times and have been pleased with their service. We've had them remove and install a new water heater, replace a spigot and address a few other leaks in our condo and home. Their customer service, starting at the initial call to schedule a service is super. The receptionists are always friendly and thorough and their service men have always been on time and explain issues in a way that I can understand. They've followed up afterward to make sure our issues were resolved. While you're never thrilled to hire a plumber, Hope makes it as easy as can be.

The sink in one bathroom was not working properly, so I emailed them yesterday.  I had a return email right away.  Once I provided my phone number, they called and set up an appointment for this morning, which was also confirmed by email.  I received a call 30 minutes before their arrival, and they had my sink fixed (as well as pointing out a couple of other things I might need in the future, complete with an estimate but no pressure) in less than half an hour.  Polite, fast, reliable service.  I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

We used Chapman for the first time about 10 years ago. Our furnace went out in the middle of a freezing cold wonder and Chapman came out immediately and totally hooked us up with a great deal on a new furnace in no time. Since then, they have replaced our water heater and air conditioner. Let me tell you that Chapman has totally taken care of us. Always. They are kind, competent, and customer focused. They fight to find the root of any complex issues and come up with the best, most economical solutions. I will always use Chapman for our hvac and plumbing needs. They are THE best!

My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

Pictures indicated complicated door installation but my simple door installation was unacceptable! Asked if he could recommend someone......not able to recommend any one else. Gets one star because he at least got back with us.

I should of have had him bail when I found out he had no equipment to pressurize gas pipes to be able to check pipes for leaks with soapy water on joints of pipes
I guess that doesnt matter if you are too big to go into attic where most of the pipes are
Charged me $854.22 to put on the 2 valves
Charged me $564..06 for house leak search. The only pipes he searched where the 2 on the furnace room
Replacing the 2 valves should have cost about $400
Overcharged me by $1000
He told us the pipes were fixed

Howald provided exceptional service again. Howald is our go-to for our HVAC needs including replace our complete system 5 years ago.  We had a plumbing issues so I called them. Wow!! They were able to address our shower issue in one call and serviced our other shower as well. I thought it was a valve issue, but their technician (Sam) determined it was a completely clogged filter.  He had us up in running (water) in no time.  Now our visiting family members have their own shower! Thanks

So happy this team was able to help me tonight!! Called because I came home to a hot house, just googled mapped HVAC and they came up as a 24 hour service so I called. Gave my information to the receptionist who promptly sent an email to her technician whom also promptly called me. Came out right away and fixed my AC!! Super friendly and super honest. I couldn't have picked a better company!! Definitely will be looking forward to having them back out to make sure everything else is working good on my units, and maybe repair some plumbing issues too!! Thanks for all the help!!

From start to finish the Godby team was extremely helpful, courteous and were able to get us an appointment quickly. I have already recommended them to other friends.

Our front water spicket had been leaking a stream of water about the size of a pencil we noticed when we returned from vacation. Every plumbing company I had called in the past was two to three days out or I could pay their overtime to get them out today. I am also still waiting for return calls from some of them. Many of their quotes were unreasonable as well.
This is the first time we have called Action plumbing and they came out the same day I called (without any additional costs or fees).  Grant was extremely professional, quick, friendly and thorough! He let me know the difference in cost choosing a replacement vs a repair. The repair was still under the other plumbers prices and the leak is totally resolved! Thank you Grant! Lexi (schedules the services)  was also extremely helpful letting me know of the coupons they had available! She was also very friendly and accommodating!  I would recommend Action Air!

I signed up for their maintenance program and he fixed my ac so I can enjoy Labor Day weekend with AC
I am a fan of this company and Bryant
This will be my company for such needs in the future.

*company does not honor their promises* I hired this company to do a full home rewire on my home. I passed on a much cheaper offer, because I wanted the best service I could find by going with Peterman Brothers. The initial estimate was that the job would take four days to complete, then it ended up taking almost a month. I was told a few small holes may need to be cut to run wire, then it turned into every room having several holes and very large sections of walls and ceilings being torn out. Their technicians left feces and snot covered toilet paper in my bathroom. They kept leaving my doors and windows open, in the middle of winter, even after I complained to their customer service about it. A scrapper in the neighborhood saw my door was left open and walked into my home, seeing all of the expensive items in my home and asking the technicians for scrap. Huge safety issue for me, now that the scrapper knows I have stuff worth stealing in my home. The customer service manager guaranteed they would send out a cleaning company and repair crew to clean my home and repair all the walls and ceilings. Now, I just got a call from someone else in the company that said they're backing out of that promise, and won't be following through with their promise to repair my home. From start to finish, using this company has been one headache and issue after another. The only solace I've had this whole time was their promise to repair my home, and now they're saying they know the promise was made but they won't be honoring it anymore. Steer clear of this company, and hire someone else for much less. At least hire someone else for a far cheaper price. That way all the poor service and broken promises won't sting as much. Since you'll feel more like you got what you paid for. I'll be getting with a lawyer and seeking damages to my home and the upheaval in my life during this whole process.
