We just moved into our house and found our washer box valves were leaking in our washer box. They were able to come within 24 hours to fix. Jesse did a great job. He was very professional, educated me on our main water shut off, and completed the job very quickly.

They arrived in masks for COVID, which was important to me. Excellent work, very polite and professional. Work done in a timely manner. They are now the company that I will call for all of my plumbing needs.

I called Coopers after the contractor my home warranty company sent missed two appointments.  Mr Cooper (I'm guessing) arrived on time for the initial appointment and carried his briefcase like an OG salesman - I actually appreciate a simple old school approach!  I purchased the softener for about the same amount my warranty company had paid me for - and knowing warranty companies, they nickel and dime, so the price from Cooper's was great.  The guy came to install a few days later - I had to schedule a time when I could work from home, otherwise, they could have done it the next day - setup was quick and easy and the tech was polite and explained everything I needed to know!  Highly recommend!

Hope Plumbing is our absolute go-to for all things plumbing. This old house needs a special kind of love - the kind of love that Hope Plumbing gives freely.  I was pumped to be able to entertain Tyler M. (Hope Employee extraordinaire) for the past 2 days while he went above and beyond to address multiple plumbing issues in our home. From my first frantic call to schedule until Tyler walked out the door, communication and professionalism has been a common thread.  I always knew what to expect and when - the work was top notch  - and the price was fair.  We will never hesitate to call on Hope for all future needs.  

You get confirmation emails and texts along with an amazing bio of the professional they are sending to your home before they arrive.  It's the little touches that just make me trust Hope SO MUCH. I rarely get this excited about dropping money on pipes, so it has to be real.

Chapman has serviced my company and residential homes and never had an issue. It is nice to have a down to earth tech show up that you can trust. So many places take advantage of the fact that people do not know HVAC systems and get raked over the coals. You never get that feeling from them. I had three companies come out and they all told me I needed to add another system to my house. Called Chapman and they said you just need to divert the heat or AC to where it is beneficial. Then he came back with some dampers and fixed our problem for a fraction of adding another system. I also love how they are so involved with giving back to our community. They are always sponsoring events for local clubs and teams.

My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

Super pleased with Howald, Ricky was my service person and I was very pleased with his professionalism, timeliness, and expertise. The came the next morning of my initial call to replace an outdoor hose valve on my older home. And Ricky also provided me with a convenient indoor shut off valve with easy access. Great service!  Our outside faucets were leaking so we called Plumbing Paramedics. They were able to come out the next day. Bobby was super nice and was able to fix the problem within a few minutes. I've dealt with other companies that made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. But Bobby made me feel comfortable and told me he was going to try to fix it before automatically going the replacement and expensive route. Thanks so much for the great service.

We called Saturday to make an appointment. We have a clogged drain that we just cannot get clear. They were ready to come Sunday, but both my husband and I work. The person who answered our call mentioned that they had to rip up slab at another site that day. It made sense for us to not squeeze it in when we were all busy. We agreed on Monday at/after 3pm. It's now 7:10p. We tried calling to see if someone was even going to stop over. No one answered, voice mail full. Ok...

Worked with the owner, good guy, super nice and helpful with advice on the phone.  Saved me a lot of money.

We bought a new home and had some minor plumbing issues to get looked at. Unfortunately for us this plumbing service was what Angie's List recommended.

Was charged 300 dollars for a tightening on the toilet and an incorrectly hooked up fridge. He was here about 1.5 hours, charged for 2, and half of the time was spent wandering back and forth from his car and fixing a mistake he made in hooking up the fridge to the water line. On top of this was extremely unfriendly and lazy- told us to call the manufacturer for a leaky faucet and for a leaky dishwasher. Told us it would cost us another 600 to cut a hole in the floor and run a pipe into a small room to move the washer up from the basement. Generously took off 15 dollars for making a mistake that he tried to convince us didn't matter and was extremely rude about correcting.

Cannot recommend less. Extremely Unsatisfied.

This company operates off of a predatory business model. Their prices guage people out of their money with high pressured sales tactics and snarky employees. $370 replacement is insane for a $15 part. And to get the price down you add insult to injury by forcing people into joining a monthly club with little to no benefits. This company and subsequently their employees are acting unethically. Can you imagine if I, as a mental health counselor, had someone come to me suicidal and I spent 30 min with them and charged them $300? That's ridiculous, and I would lose my license. This is no different.

Our technician, Jeremy, was very punctual.  When he came in he immediately put his orange booties on and went to work.  He was very professional in his inspection and confirmed what we already knew in one bathroom.   With the exception of the one bathroom we passed the inspection.  Jeremy gave us helpful advice in the settings on our water heater.  Once done with the inspection I asked him if he could repair the problem in the guest bathroom and he said he could, and he did.  Even with the help of one of our five cats.   We have dealt with this company several times now and am very pleased with their services.

I wrote a review on my experience with Peterman's on Yelp and BBB. I received a response from the supposed owners on each site. The responses were from two different Peterman's owners but were worded exactly the same. Doesn't seem like much personalization to me. This response speaks for itself. They only are out to get your money. Don't waste your time or money on this company.
