Very happy that I found them on Yelp. The response time was fast and the scheduling was super easy. Jesse- Steve's son took care of my water softener install. He was professional, polite, and does a very thorough job. I would use them again with any plumbing work in a heart beat. Their pricing comparing to what Amazon was quoting me was quite competitive. Overall a very good experience.

We have had lots of plumbing issues in our older house. Steve and crew have been great at fixing our problems and we will not use anyone else.

Just moved to Indy and apparently Indy have one of the most hardest water in the states. Called in and brought in bunch of salesmen. Out of all of them, we liked cooper's water the best. Scott, the owner, came out and sold us on the water softener and the drinking water system. We thought the price was fair. He did offer discounts for paying cash. The installer was quick and kind. We had no problem with him. The drinking water system we've got was bit bigger than I thought. It takes up half of my bottom of the sink area. So far, our water system is working nicely. I will see if something breaks, how their customer service will be. They do have 7 years warranty on all of their water softener I believe. So far, I do recommend this company.

Our water heater stopped heating immediately after a power outage and we thought, for sure, it was a small issue. Called Hope Plumbing to come take a look. Kurt Maynard, the plumber who was sent to help us, showed me in great detail all of the things that were awry with my 11-year-old water heater. It was apparently on its last legs just before the power outage. Lots of corrosion. Thermostat was shot (I knew this because I tried around 20 times to adjust the water temp; no success). Kurt quoted us a reasonable price on a high quality (i.e., a Rheem) water heater. He installed it, cleaned up after himself, and arranged a no-interest payment plan (we didn't have 2K laying around at the time). And we talked about a whole lotta stuff that had nothing to do with plumbing for over an hour after he was finished. Such a personable fellow! The whole company is very friendly and deeply committed to providing great service. Just a joy to work with. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Recommend them wholeheartedly!

Excellent service and repair completed by Mark and Zach today!
I appreciate they took time to unclog our kitchen line, explain what can be bad for garbage disposals, and also went above and beyond in answering questions I had about our homes sub-pump/watercut off. I liked that I wasn't spoken down to as a women (as some repair folks do) and felt safe with the team.
I had a friendly booking experience with Angie. Seriously 24/7 were here and completed service promptly, were respectful of my home, and cleaned thier work area.

I've never received such poor service. Besides the faucet dripping after a supposedly new one was installed, the owner then insisting it's normal and they'll charge me another $49 to come out again if he thinks nothing is wrong, today I noticed numerous scratches in the wood laminate flooring in front of the rug in front of the sink. I don't know what they did but clearly you can't trust these guys in your home. They could've easily put something down to protect the floor. They clearly don't care or only give good service to certain people. They only offer a 30 day guarantee on their own work but tell me delta offers a lifetime warranty on the faucet. Conveniently they took the box the faucet came in and any warranty information with them. The receipt they sent shows only one price for everything, $359. No company accepts that as proof of purchase. They were here for 30 minutes and only did damage

Outstanding company. They show up when they say they will, they're very professional and they do quality work. Prices are competitive. I will definitely use them again.

My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

Pictures indicated complicated door installation but my simple door installation was unacceptable! Asked if he could recommend someone......not able to recommend any one else. Gets one star because he at least got back with us.

Called Bob and he came the same day. He is honest and works quickly. I'll use him again

OVER $400.00 TO RESEAL TOILET!
A toilet in my house had a small leak from the seal on the floor. I called Carter's My Plumber to request an estimate to reseal it. They told me $273.00 over the phone. It seemed a little high, but I made an appointment for the next day. The plumber that arrived was a nice young man, we like him. The only extra parts were for a new shutoff valve on the water intake line next to the toilet (a $5.00 part). Somehow, my bill soared to $411.00! For that amount of money, I could have purchased a higher end toilet from Home Depot and had them install it. So, I'm very dissatisfied with what I got for my money. The bill should have been $273.00 and maybe another $20.00 for the shutoff valve (including labor). So, before you call the plumber, think Home Depot or Lowes, get a price on a new toilet including installation. I think you'll be MUCH happier.

I called this company after reading the reviews online after waking up to no heat at all on one of the coldest days of the year. My inside temp was 50 degrees. I put in an emergency call at 6:38 am Tuesday 1/16/2018. I was advised a technician would call me when they were on their way to my home...I'm still waiting on that technician to call me. Absolutely unprofessional, especially in an emergency situation. Did not and will not ever use their services. Had to select at least one star in order to leave this comment however, I would choose zero if I could!

Excellent to work with. Came out same day for a broken sump pump and they quickly replaced it for a reasonable price. I will use them again.

Great experience with these guys. Super friendly on the phone, and they were extremely professional upon showing up. I had two toilets that kept running and had called a local, supposedly reputable, plumber first. They quoted me $1000 to fix both toilets, and I then had them leave. Weilhammer then shows up and fixes everything for $200, and were a pleasure to deal with. The even replaced everything with new parts. It's nice to have some honest people in the area for this work.
Update: a friend had the same experience with the other company. These guys are a great option for the area.

Complete bums. Had a service call for no heat. Was 5 hours late. Quoted a new system for $10,000. Another company came out and did a $257 repair and it's good as new. Crooks!

Fantastic customer service, super nice staff from the person answering the phone (I forgot her name) to the two technicians that came to my house (Jeff & CJ). Very knowledgeable and quick. It's a locally owned company which is also nice. They were the most professional people to ever service my AC (I've had a few). Would highly recommend.
13284 Britton Park Rd, Fishers, IN 46038
Called and scheduled an appointment for a few weeks ago to clean the coils and inspect our ac before it really got hot out. The day of the service they called and cancelled because there were more pressing jobs. Fast forward to now and my ac is not working, called Mower and they came over within a couple hours and found my line is frozen and more than likely due to a freon leak. The system has been working but not the greatest for a little bit now and would have been caught during the service I scheduled before the heat wave... Don't advertise a service and then cancel, when you preach about continual maintenance and then do not have time for it I can tell you it's extremely frustrating.

We had Peterman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Inc. come to look at a sump pump issue where there appeared to be a leak outside of our home. The person (Zach) sent to our home went around the backyard and performed some sort of inspection and then came to the front door and presented two quotes: one to replace the sump pump line coming out of the house for $5800, and the other to replace the sump pump line and replace the sump pump. This was a red flag, as he had not even looked at our sump pump.
I asked him to show me what he saw in the backyard, and he pointed out what I thought was an underground gutter extension and said the leaves/dirt/brittle corrugated pipe indicated that the line had collapsed. I pointed out that there was another area closer to the sump pump that may actually be the output of the sump pump, and said that they would figure out where the sump pump was draining when they dug it up. Another red flag that they were not correctly diagnosing the issue. Both of those areas we later confirmed were the underground gutter extensions.
I ended up digging up the earth around the sump pump and saw that the issue was the PVC pipe coming out of the house had cracked underneath the ground and needed to be replaced. It was a straightforward fix that cost $25.
We fortunately know enough to ask the right questions and determined that Peterman was not correct before spending almost $6000 on a repair that was not needed. We spoke with the person who came to our house about what we found, which he argued about until we showed him the pictures. I truly believe this person was predatory and was trying to take advantage of what he thought was our lack of knowledge to charge for an unneeded and much more expensive service.
