Super impressed with the service and price that I received from this company.  I'm new to the area so I am having to rely on reviews to get work done on our new home.  Found out we needed our sump pump replaced so I called around and this company had the best price and was able to fit me into their schedule right away.  Jesse came ahead of time and did a fabulous job explaining everything to me and getting the system hooked up.  I feel very confident with the service and product I received and will give them a call first if I need service in the future.  Awesome service.  Thank you!!!

Steve really bailed us out.  We ended up having a DIY nightmare and he totally bailed us out.  Contacted him at 1 today and he was out before 3.  He finished the job by 5:30.  What amazing service Steve gave us.  The service was very well priced.  He is already on my speed dial!

Excellent service. I waited 2 days for a call back from Culligan and finally gave up and found Coopers online thanks to their great reviews. I have to add mine to them. They installed a brand new system in my new hone 2 days later and it was less cost then me buying a system myself to have installed. This is a great family business!  Much appreciated!  Good job. Our water heater went out in the middle of the night, never does this happen during the day!  I called them at 5:15 am and they were at my home by 8:30. Had options and were ready to go in no time.  We had our new tankless water heater installed and hot water in a few short hours.  They are awesome!  To get my job done quickly and efficiently one of the owners showed up and joined the other two to make sure this was done fast and efficient.

Adam and his helper actually just left my property.  Had an appointment this morning for plumbing  repairs and new equipment installation.   All work was completed quickly and prioerly.  I also thought for all the work they did, the price was quite reasonable.  This was the first time I had used this business, but in the future they will be my first call.

My first time using this company. I can say that I am impressed with the quality of work. There was a kitchen drain that was giving me problems and their plumber provided an easy fix. I do appreciate the technician's knowledge and communication style. He was able to provide me quotes for other services I want in the future. I am excited to add this company to my list of servicers.

I have used Big Frog Plumbing for two jobs. They where fantastic! Quick and clean. Very affordable. They even told me I didn't need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you next plumbing job!!

Mike's is fantastic! He's done a number of things at our place, from spa repairs to fixing some faucets and locks. He's a great communicator, timely, and charges a fair price. Highest recommendation.

Contacted Bob twice about scheduling a time to come out to 2 separate properties. He said he would contact the tenants to set up the appointments but never did. Didn't respond to follow up texts either. Not sure why he would agree to do something and then not follow through.

In response- why did you not notify me? Why did you not respond to my text for an update?

Used Carter sever times. Have aways done fine work at a fair price. They stand behind their work and ensure the customer is satisfied. Brad is top notch and we'll always request him when we need service.

We have used Howald for several years for heating and plumbing services. Every specialist that has been in our home has been courteous, prompt and helpful with explaining any issues and costs.

We have had minor and major repairs done. Recently we needed a new thermostat user interface and the technician, James, helped me set up some functions and the app on my phone. He went above and beyond.

We paid a fee to be in a plan that includes routine maintenance, discounts  and priority in scheduling. So far that has paid off nicely since the furnace in our new home has had several issues.

Will be recommending this business to friends and family.

A chipmunk got into our A/C unit and ate the wiring. No joke. Eric came out, ordered parts, then came out again three days later and basically had to rewire it. Honestly it didn't cost as much as I expected, and he even disposed of the dead chipmunk ;)  They were really good wearing booties to not track dirt and also wearing a mask and keeping distancing for all this COVID-19 mess. Anyway, I thought they did a great job for the money and would call them again for sure.

Very happy with the service. We called them, They quickly came to take a look, diagnosed the problem and were out the door. While the price seemed a perhaps higher than I expected (my job was a big one) it was done quickly, and right. I would recommend Maxwell and sons for any of your plumbing needs, hands down. If you want solid service and it done right, it's worth it to give them a call.

Great experience with these guys. Super friendly on the phone, and they were extremely professional upon showing up. I had two toilets that kept running and had called a local, supposedly reputable, plumber first. They quoted me $1000 to fix both toilets, and I then had them leave. Weilhammer then shows up and fixes everything for $200, and were a pleasure to deal with. The even replaced everything with new parts. It's nice to have some honest people in the area for this work.

Update: a friend had the same experience with the other company. These guys are a great option for the area.

Jason, the owner contacted me a few days ago to correct the issue. We agreed on a deal that we both felt was fair, and he asked me to give his company another chance, which I will. I have used Godby many times over the years and will hopefully continue to do so in the future.

Nick was wonderful! He figured out the issue fast and educated us on our new thermostat. Great customer service!

Called and scheduled an appointment for a few weeks ago to clean the coils and inspect our ac before it really got hot out. The day of the service they called and cancelled because there were more pressing jobs. Fast forward to now and my ac is not working, called Mower and they came over within a couple hours and found my line is frozen and more than likely due to a freon leak. The system has been working but not the greatest for a little bit now and would have been caught during the service I scheduled before the heat wave...  Don't advertise a service and then cancel, when you preach about continual maintenance and then do not have time for it I can tell you it's extremely frustrating.

Here is my disastrous experience with trying to schedule a service call with Peterman Brothers to repair our HVAC System.

In  early July 2022,  I had PB inspect our HVAC system at our home. They found an issue that will eventually cause our system to fail. They quoted me a price of $1,400 and said that if I called them within a month to schedule the service that they will deduct the $85 inspection cost from the bill to repair. I called them at the end of July to schedule the repair. When I called I was told to expect a callback from a Resolution Specialist to schedule my repair. The Resolution Specialist called back later that day and left a voicemail message. I called him back shortly after and left a voicemail message for him. He never returned my call.

Time marches on and no callback. So on October 11, 2022, I called again to schedule the repair to our furnace. Again I was told that a resolution specialist would call me back to schedule the repair. It's now Saturday, October 15 and I have yet to receive a call from Peterman Brothers. And to top it off, twice since my original call this week, I called to ask why I did not get a callback- each time they reassured me they the resolution specialist will call soon.

Their ads on the radio/ TV promise  to expect excellent service. But don't you believe it!

After this experience- I will be having Williams Comfort Air service our HVAC system.

Actually they deserve a NO star rating.
