I had a great experience with Steve Morin plumbing. Jesse was prompt, effecient, and friendly. He explained everything well and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He did a great job and I am.glad I chose them!

Steve really bailed us out.  We ended up having a DIY nightmare and he totally bailed us out.  Contacted him at 1 today and he was out before 3.  He finished the job by 5:30.  What amazing service Steve gave us.  The service was very well priced.  He is already on my speed dial!

Freddy Luna from Hope did an excellent job saving me from a completely stopped up sewer drain on a Sunday morning.  I called very late Saturday night and got the first appointment Sunday morning; Freddy was right on time.  He was very attentive, discussed the issues with me and what I had already tried to clear it, and explained what he could do along with prices.

He was completely done within 45 minutes of arriving - drain cleared, cleaned up, and took payment.  Freddy was extremely attentive to cleaning up splashes in the basement and some dirt that got on the stairs from the snake.

I even asked some questions about the particular snake he used in case I decide to get one myself, he was very helpful answering those questions too and gave me some tips for my particular cleanout if I do go that route.

I can't stress enough how good an experience this was; even Hope's phone dispatchers are very helpful, courteous, and efficient.

I normally do plumbing work myself, but this is my second time using Hope to clear a main sewer line since I don't have a snake that large.  I'll definitely use them again in the future.

A simple task of replacing faucets turned into needing to call in the professionals. I reached out on Yelp over the weekend and received a timely response. Communication was excellent; I was actually quite impressed with the level of communication. Received a quote for the work in the morning and they were available in the afternoon to complete the job. Mark Lambert arrived and got right to work. He completed the job very fast and was thorough. He cleaned up after he was complete. I've been looking for a reliable plumber for a while and so glad I found this company. Thank you!!

I Love Grateful Plumber. My business is baking and when I had a leak in my gas line he came out that day assessed the problem, showed me the problem gave me options and my estimate no pressure sales. I had two other plumbers from very reputable plumbing companies come out one couldn't not fix it that day and the other showed up 2 hours late. Adam had all the equipment on his truck and he and his helper were ready to work. His prices are competitive with other Good plumbing companies,He has a great website, he sends a text when he is on his way, he has online scheduling, he educates you, you can call him anytime when you have a question. Grateful Plumber has impeccable customer service and is my number 1 go to Plumber!

Had Chapman plumbing fix a toilet they had installed that developed a small leak at the base.  Amy took my call last week and offered to have someone come out immediately that day!!!!  Since a small leak, as scheduled for today.  Gage came out and was extremely nice, wanted to fully understand the issue and fixed it at no cost!!!  They honored their work and product.   From the office staff to the technicians, they are always so nice and helpful.

First time we used Big Frog Plumbing based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant. He came up with a solution that eliminated the need to cut into our drywall.  Impressive! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Pictures indicated complicated door installation but my simple door installation was unacceptable! Asked if he could recommend someone......not able to recommend any one else. Gets one star because he at least got back with us.

Watch out for the additional charges. He added $40 worth of parts that he never told me about until he was done. His prices I feel are inflated. I paid $335 to have a $75 sink faucet replaced.

He waited 81 days to deposit my check.  In that time I had to get a new checking account. I didn't close out my account until more than 30 days since the last interaction was posted, but I didn't validated all checks had been paid out. To be honest I right maybe 3 checks a year so I didn't think about it.  I would think a entrepreneur would want to get paid and wouldn't sit on a check for 81 days.

When my check was returned I immediately paid him, but he was adamant that it was all my fault and I had to pay his returned check fee. My mistake was an honest one and I paid my debt. He wouldn't budge on his returned check fee.

Update...for the record I paid the return check fee and PayPal fee. It was you that offered to return those fees after a long morning of debating

Very expensive but they got the job done and did prioritize me due to my water being completely out.

Plumber was friendly, professional and prompt. But pricing is what I'd have to call gouging. $321 to replace a leaking toilet shutoff valve. Ouch. And they charge $95 just to show up, so when the plumber quoted me $321, if I had turned it down I would have been stuck paying $95 for nothing. No-win situation.

When making the appointment I explained exactly what was needed, later the plumber told me they had flat pricing. I wish they would've told me that over the phone, instead I had to pay $95 to find out. It was a 10 minute job to install a $10 part, I just have no idea how they justify that pricing.

These guys are absolute pros. All in one year, we needed an AC, water heater, and water softener. We also had our ducts cleaned. I feel like i've met almost all of the employees by now, including the owner, and everyone I've met has been great. The work is top notch- no cutting corners with these guys, and it shows. I am 100% satisfied, could not ask for anything more.

After ARS tried to screw me with a $2000. Quote for unstoppable my kitchen drain...I called Maxwell Plumbing and got the job done quickly for only $475. WOW!

Mark was GREAT to work with. I called after hours, he picked up right away and after explaining the problem with my water heater he was able to get to the problem right away. He even sent me a picture of what the issue was and explained what had to be done to get it fixed.  One of the nicest and most pleasant experiences I have had. He is honest and upfront! I HIGHLY recommend him.

The only reason I will not give Godby five stars, I'll explain later. Air conditioner went out in my home. Godby has serviced my home before, so I gave them a call. A technician came out, and told me it was the furnace. It was the original furnace that came with the house, so I figured it was time to replace it. The person I spoke with to set up the appointment was very kind and got my appointment set up for the next day. She also gave me a window as to how long the job would take.  The next day came and I received a call from Deacon telling me that they are on the way. Soon after,  Deacon and Joe was at my door. They introduced themselves, and came in. Right away they got started on removing the old one and in with the new one. During that time, Joe came upstairs and put in the new thermostat. He told me that when they were finished, he'd explain the new functions on it (digital, touch screen, Bluetooth, very cool!). Not long after, they called me downstairs and the job was done. Joe came with me back upstairs and explained in detail the use of the new thermostat. During the time in my home, both guys were very professional, courtious and easy to get along with. Great job guys. As they were leaving, I asked for a business card. They said they didn't have cards of their own. Godby, get your technicians business cards!
Now, the only reason for the 4 stars was because I had to have a very minor adjustment made. Without calling, the guy just showed up! I could see that he was from Godby by his vehicle and shirt, but didn't tell me who He was. He got the job done quickly and was nice, but gave no heads up that he was on his way.

I've used this company for years and was always happy with the service and price. But it seems those things have changed. I feel they've become predatory in their business practices. Over priced and always finding a problem. Disappointed with them.

Let it suffice to say that I am very disappointed with Summers.  I've used their services several times in the past when I've encountered a plumbing issue, and they were always most responsive and  courteous in fixing the problem.  So I had no reservations about contacting them this weekend when I had an unexpected problem with my water heater.  But it became  obvious from the moment I spoke with their service representative by telephone (at 5:20 p.m.  Saturday afternoon) that he was not enthralled with the idea of paying me a service call.  Nonetheless, he reluctantly agreed to do so after completing two jobs that were ahead of me.  That was the last time I heard from him.  By 10:30 p.m. , he was still a no show.  I would have at least expected a courtesy call from him offering an explanation for his absence, but I didn't even get that consideration.  Nothing irritates me more than when a contractor makes a commitment to me and then doesn't fulfill it.

Summers - if you're listening, you need to have a conversation with this technician about his customer service skills and keeping commitments that he makes.  Because you can bet that if he's done this to me, he has already - or will, do the same to another customer.

The slogan for this company should be You would be better off just buying a new one.  We were told it would cost $1400 to fix a switch and a cracked heat exchanger (this is where they threw in the scare of carbon monoxide poisoning-dangerous situation).  It would just be better to buy a new furnace.  They were going to call back with a quote .  Several days went by with no call.  That turned out to be a good thing because we called someone else who fixed our furnace for $240 and could not find a crack in the heat exchanger.  Then to add insult to injury we have called three times to opt out of their preferred customer benefit for which we pay $16 a month.  We have to write a letter to get out of it. Seriously.  Just called again we can write a letter take a picture of it and attached it to an email.  I just don't feel like we should have to do this
