I was given a same day appointment for a gas leak. Jesse was very professional and knowledgable. He gave a clear explanation of the problem and how he would fix it. He was finished in a very short time and the job was done well. I will call Steve Morin again if I need a plumber and I'll ask for Jesse.

They arrived in masks for COVID, which was important to me. Excellent work, very polite and professional. Work done in a timely manner. They are now the company that I will call for all of my plumbing needs.

They installed a brand new system in my new hone 2 days later and it was less cost then me buying a system myself to have installed. This is a great family business!  Much appreciated!  Good job. Jack H. from Hope Plumbing. No not really I don't want to reach out to you guys. You can't find me, well just last week someone from Hope called just to see if I need their service. I'm gonna make sure you guys will not auto withdraw from my account again in June for this membership. You guys overpriced. And that technician that I talked about with the low knowledge of the aerator also cracked the main shut off valve when he finally located in the yard. So it was leaking. Thank goodness Citizens replaced that with no charge. Then when he replaced the water meter inside the basement to the house shut off , he either can't figure it out or just that lucky and caused the water meter not to work so it stopped moving ever since he last touched it on Nov 11, 2020. Citizen again came out in Jan to replace a new one at no charge. After Nov. 11 there was another issue. I ended up calling Mr. Plumber and the man was knowledgeable and repair it for less than $300. Your company would probably charge $700+.

This was my first time using Chapman for my heat pump maintenance.  Scheduling the appointment was easy.  The technician showed up promptly,  assessed the problem, offered me options to remedy the situation, and got right to work.  Each step of the process was explained to me, and I chose those items I felt were necessary.  I never felt rushed or pressured.  

This experience was so different from my last dealings with Dial One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.  I was a customer of theirs for more than 25 years, but I refuse to deal  with a company that thinks it is acceptable corporate behavior to have a representative contact me and demand, threaten, and yell at me in order to re-gain my business.

If the need arises, I will again contact Chapman for any service or repair to my heating/cooling equipment.  I hope they send their technician Desmond back; he was very nice.

My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

I had Mike out to do some work on a hot tub in a new house.  He was helpful and beyond the work told me where to get parts so I could work on things myself.  That's the mark of a
Contractor that's got enough work they don't care about you doing some of the work to cut costs.

Whoever drives truck number 111 Should Not drive anymore for your company. Not only he's dangerous but he text and drive at the same time. Saw him cut off numerous people and then he started tailgating people when they honked at him. He would often hold his phone up like he was videotaping or taking pictures of people that took offense to his driving.

Our air conditioner wasn't working to peak performance, so we called Howald. The technician said it was just a dirty filter that he'd clean but would have to charge us $100 for an emergency repair. Total of about $186. He told us the hardware was fine and there was no coolant problem.

The system still wasn't working correctly, so we called in another company. They diagnosed a broken coolant coil and that we'd lost several pounds of coolant. The technician laughed when we mentioned the previous company and mentioned they (Howald) probably played us for a quick buck.

We won't be going back to Howald.

I will give them two stars because they got our drain running for one day. Emergency after-hours service is $109 even though the website doesn't really indicate that. It is $70 for a service call during business hours and then they refund the money if they need to use their machine which is $250 for an hour. We only got 40 minutes of the machine service and paid the $250.  The technician indicated everything was running fine and we should be good going forward. The next day our same drain was backing up again. They want to start all over and charge another $250 even though we didn't get our full hour of service yesterday... I called a competitor and they're going to come out tomorrow and do our line with the camera inspection for $88, I guess I should have went with that in the first place.

Very happy with the service. We called them, They quickly came to take a look, diagnosed the problem and were out the door. While the price seemed a perhaps higher than I expected (my job was a big one) it was done quickly, and right. I would recommend Maxwell and sons for any of your plumbing needs, hands down. If you want solid service and it done right, it's worth it to give them a call.

I had an unusual problem with a plugged up shower valve and Mr Weilhammer knew the solution and spent quite a while advising me over the phone what to do to fix it. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and no charge.

My service experience was quite bad, and a long series of errors were made.  Originally i posted a very detailed and negative review.  Since then I have been contacted by Jason Godby, and was treated very well.  I was assured that my experience was the exception, not the norm, and I believed him.  I have decided to replace my previous extremely negative review, not because I was asked to, but because after my conversation with Jason I felt that they no longer deserved it.  I will use them again and hope that my previous experience was a fluke.

Mark W. has been our technician for several years.  He is always on time and works quickly.  I especially appreciate how he explains the problems or potential problems with clarity.  We never feel pressured to purchase or make changes, but feel informed instead.

Our technician, Jeremy, was very punctual.  When he came in he immediately put his orange booties on and went to work.  He was very professional in his inspection and confirmed what we already knew in one bathroom.   With the exception of the one bathroom we passed the inspection.  Jeremy gave us helpful advice in the settings on our water heater.  Once done with the inspection I asked him if he could repair the problem in the guest bathroom and he said he could, and he did.  Even with the help of one of our five cats.   We have dealt with this company several times now and am very pleased with their services.

I'm very disappointed with Peterman's I had scheduled a day to get my water softener fixed but because they had too many emergency calls (people paying a $100 for a service now). They said they had to reschedule, I would under if I just made the appointment that day, but this appointment was made 3 weeks ago.
