The shower faucet  in one of your bathrooms was stuck with the water turned on. Long story short we could not turn it off and essentially had to turn the main water off to our house.  I contacted a couple other plumbers who gave me quotes that were pretty expensive. I contacted Steve at 10 pm not expecting a response. He contacted me within 5 mins, had me send him photos, and the first option he provided me was cost effective and a 1/4  gift price and work of the other quotes I received.  While he did offer the same options as the other quotes -which came with a higher price, he assured me it was not necessary. He sent Jesse, who was awesome! My dog loved him too. He knew exactly what to do do, showed me the issue, and had it fixed quickly. Jesse was very polite and had great customer service! He did an excellent job! Honestly I cringe when I think of having any independent contractor come to fix something in my home but Its a relieve to know I can trust  Steve Morin Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future. I'll keep this mostly brief; didn't show up when they were scheduled, had issues with some of the work, and they were expensive. Quality Plumbing work is expensive no matter who you use. The majority of the work they completed was fine, but they over complicate the work to pad the quote and make the job more expensive. Ultimately it's about value and craftsmanship, there was no value or long term savings realized by the higher rates they charge. I can not recommend this company and do not plan on using them again.

I had great experience with Seriously 24-7 fixing a leaky faucet.  They were very professional, very well planned and organized, punctual, and efficient.  Price was very reasonable.

The person who is charge of scheduling and runs the front office was so incredibly understanding and I felt like I was attended to in a very efficient and thoughtful way! My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

Pictures indicated complicated door installation but my simple door installation was unacceptable! Asked if he could recommend someone......not able to recommend any one else. Gets one star because he at least got back with us.

On two occasions I've called Bob for help. On those two occasions he's taken the time for me to explain the issue. Even sent a few pictures of the issue. On those two occasions he's walked me through the fix. A VERY HONEST man! It's not often you find someone willing to help you out even if it costs them a few bucks.

I will call again when a situation arises

Highly recommend Sean Mooney of Carter's My Plumber. We had some ongoing floor drain issues (that were not staying fixed). A friend referred us to Sean, and we are so happy with his work. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Very reasonable price. Ours was a drain issue--older home (built in 1947). But I now plan to call them for everything. Their service level was super impressive from the call back by Tonya (after business hours) to the work by Sean.  I haven't seen this level of service in a very long time!

After our annual service call, once again Larry sent a reliable, friendly and knowledgeable professional who serviced our AC. We SO appreciate a trusted business partner caring for our home.

After fixing my first issue, I called Mike for help with high water pressure. Mike jr came out, worked his magic and put a pressure value in where the water comes into the house. He was quick, efficient and easy to work with. This family is amazing and I highly recommend Maxwell & Sons for your plumbing needs.

They came out today to fix low pressure on hot water. Turned out to be a pipe almost clogged completely clogged clogged with lime. While they were here we had the tank replaced. Very happy with the service. Would use them again.

The only reason I will not give Godby five stars, I'll explain later. Air conditioner went out in my home. Godby has serviced my home before, so I gave them a call. A technician came out, and told me it was the furnace. It was the original furnace that came with the house, so I figured it was time to replace it. The person I spoke with to set up the appointment was very kind and got my appointment set up for the next day. She also gave me a window as to how long the job would take.  The next day came and I received a call from Deacon telling me that they are on the way. Soon after,  Deacon and Joe was at my door. They introduced themselves, and came in. Right away they got started on removing the old one and in with the new one. During that time, Joe came upstairs and put in the new thermostat. He told me that when they were finished, he'd explain the new functions on it (digital, touch screen, Bluetooth, very cool!). Not long after, they called me downstairs and the job was done. Joe came with me back upstairs and explained in detail the use of the new thermostat. During the time in my home, both guys were very professional, courtious and easy to get along with. Great job guys. As they were leaving, I asked for a business card. They said they didn't have cards of their own. Godby, get your technicians business cards!
Now, the only reason for the 4 stars was because I had to have a very minor adjustment made. Without calling, the guy just showed up! I could see that he was from Godby by his vehicle and shirt, but didn't tell me who He was. He got the job done quickly and was nice, but gave no heads up that he was on his way.

My parents and I got a flyer from Action Air for their different services. These include Water Heater, Drain Cleaning, Sewer Water Line, and others. We recently encountered a clog with a kitchen sink, and thought to give their service a try.

Scheduled an appointment for them to come and diagnose the issue. Their phone service is a bit weird, they have an operator to take phone calls, and someone will call back. This seems inefficient to me, but different business, different operations. When the plumber went out take a look, their diagnosis was they are unable to run the drain machine, and frozen pipes. They mentioned to me that they might need to replace the pipes and plumbing. They said they will consult with their boss for a quote during business hours.

That's understandable, but I wanted to try someone else. So I called for a second opinion, and was actually referred to a company named Commercial Sewer Cleaning. They said they also had a lot of calls ahead and might not be the same day, but left my number. They actually called back the same day, and was able to come take a look at the clog as well. I told them the diagnosis from Action Air, but they told me that shouldn't be the issue. The current piping might be old, but it does have insulation and is not exposed to the elements. They were later on able to snake the pipe and clear it up.

So Action Air gave me the wrong diagnosis. It seems like they want more work and money to replace the pipes. Which would still not resolve the issue cause there will be no change to the clog further down the pipe. To me, their plumbers do not seem to have the knowledge and experience of how to correctly diagnose problems, and it is unprofessional.

I needed help with furnace issues ASAP & after hours during extremely frigid weather. The after hours call representative was polite & professional. I had a prompt return call from a tech.  He had one more run before he could visit me, & he was right on time.  The tech was very polite & professional.  I was fortunate to have a minor problem.  The tech showed me how to deal with it & how to read the error codes on my furnace should I have any further problems.  He priced some other services I was interested in & explained the yearly plan (which I declined). No hard sell, & no attempt to take advantage of my emergency repair situation.  I'm impressed and will consider Summers for my future HVAC & plumbing needs.  Thank you!!

i just read the peterman brother's response to my yelp review. i believe it was written by the same person i spoke with from the customer experience team. wow! i am without words! i don't know how to be any clearer! i told him on the phone when he called then i communicated it again in my review... i did not request a diagnosis of any kind!  i was well aware of the leaky pipe and i intended to fix it myself. i knew of the leak before i ever picked up the phone to call peterman brother's. this required no diagnosis as i already knew about it and i already knew what i was going to do to fix it!! all i wanted from peterman brother's was to unclog a drain as specified in my initial call! nothing nothing nothing more! you charged me a diagnosis fee for something i did not, i did not, i did not request! do you understand? wow! this is what you can expect if you deal with this company! i know times are tough for employers right now and it's hard to find qualified employees but come on!
