I cannot say enough good things about the service provided by Hope Plumbing. I had water backing up through a floor drain in the basement after heavy water use, it was getting worse and my 40ft snake wasn't finding anything. They dispatched a tech,Sean who went out about 50-60 ft, with a spade bit that given the size of my lot should have been fine. I asked him if he would hit it with a 3 root auger and he agreed that he would after an (included in original price) camera inspection to ensure there was nothing that would ensnare the auger.  A tech named Ryan came out and camera'd the line and cleared the auger use. Sean came out again ( included in original price) and ran the auger out about 70 ft. This should have been way more than enough given the small lot size,
The problem returned....I was stumped. Hope sent Ryan back out, He  pulled the manhole, checked sewer flow and prepped the camera to run all the way into the cities system. He told me he suspected the problem was deep and located the source of the stoppage... 9 ft into the street and 13ft down. He explained city responsibility and gave me some tips on reporting to the city.  Ryan provided me with great advice and his video evidence. The city ended up digging up the street and replacing my connection to the sewer main.
It's odd to write a glowing 5 star review for a company that technically didn't solve the problem, However 4 trips out and all the advice really showed me their dedication to getting it solved as best they could and going above and beyond in helping a home owner out. I would not hesitate to utilize Hope again. Ryan and Sean were professional, personal and helpful.

The sink in one bathroom was not working properly, so I emailed them yesterday.  I had a return email right away.  Once I provided my phone number, they called and set up an appointment for this morning, which was also confirmed by email.  I received a call 30 minutes before their arrival, and they had my sink fixed (as well as pointing out a couple of other things I might need in the future, complete with an estimate but no pressure) in less than half an hour.  Polite, fast, reliable service.  I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Arrived right on time, gave a reasonable quote for the work that needed to be completed, completed it in less than an two hours and everything has been working great ever since!! Our sink had been leaking and it turned out the plumbing work had not been done correctly so Adam and Brandon got it fixed for us! Highly recommend!

This was my first time using Chapman for my heat pump maintenance.  Scheduling the appointment was easy.  The technician showed up promptly,  assessed the problem, offered me options to remedy the situation, and got right to work.  Each step of the process was explained to me, and I chose those items I felt were necessary.  I never felt rushed or pressured.  

This experience was so different from my last dealings with Dial One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.  I was a customer of theirs for more than 25 years, but I refuse to deal  with a company that thinks it is acceptable corporate behavior to have a representative contact me and demand, threaten, and yell at me in order to re-gain my business.

If the need arises, I will again contact Chapman for any service or repair to my heating/cooling equipment.  I hope they send their technician Desmond back; he was very nice.

My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

Mike's is fantastic! He's done a number of things at our place, from spa repairs to fixing some faucets and locks. He's a great communicator, timely, and charges a fair price. Highest recommendation.

This plumbing service came out to my home with a 1 day notice of calling them. I had a water meter pit that needed maintenance. After receiving 4 quotes from other plumbing services, they gave me by far the BEST deal! It was so reasonable that it was unbelievable.

The customer service via phone and in person was awesome. This company was not like the other big name companies. They were very personable and wanted to actually help out instead of having an objective of sucking your pockets dry.

I can't believe that I was not referred to them by anyone locally because they were a godsend. I will from now on use them as my plumbing service with no questions asked.

Two words-First Rate! Had a 15 year old HVAC unit that needed to be replaced. After (5) bids from other Companies, on advice of my Friend, called Howald and met with Tim F. Should have called them first. Tim explained everything in detail and in a way I could understand. He has over 24 years experience and was willing to work with me on price. Their bid was $300 less than all others and he was the only guy that actually listened to me and didn't try to up-sell me or push something I didn't want.

Set up install 2 days later and their Installers (Jason and Chris) actually showed up 20 minutes early. They have been working together for over ten years and one knows what the other needs or is thinking without asking asking. They work in perfect tandem and knocked out the job in less than 5 hours. They displayed a thorough mastery of knowledge on every question I had during the install and left my house cleaner than it was before they showed up. After the install, Jason took 10 minutes to go over energy efficiency best practices, maintenance, etc. He truly cared about his Customer and about making sure that every nut and bolt was tight and everything was perfect.  

If you don't want high pressure sales tactics and an honest Company that delivers on what they say and prides itself on integrity then call Howald.

Started using PHP when we bought our house just for tune-ups and checks twice a year and they never let me down. We recently had a new HVAC and water softener installed by them all in one day and I was super impressed by their service! I already knew they were reliable, punctual, and professional, but the installations were the icing on the cake! Thanks PHP! Highly recommend!

We have used Maxwell Plumbing for several things.  We do not often recommend people but he is good at it all!  Customer service, reliable, cleans up after the job is done.  Knowledgeable!   Gave us options on what to do, very happy with results.  Our daughter bought an older home, he worked with her and got everything upto code and fixed.  Also, did a new bathroom re design for some friends of ours.

After having a horrible experience with the big local plumber, we called Weilhammer and had a great experience!  We had two toilets running, and they were prompt to respond, on time, and a fraction of the price the other guys wanted to charged!

We have recommended them to several friends after my parents made the same mistake with the other company.

I needed a half turn master shut off valve for the water installed. I called and asked for a ballpark figure and the price was so good I told them let's do business. They came out the next morning and installed it and thank God they did, because I had a leak in the upstairs toilet where I needed to turn the water off that night. I definitely will use them again.

So I bought a Sensi Thermostat online and then I realized my old house did not have the proper wires and I would need a pro to install it and run wires.  I looked online and called these guys. They told me they could do it but I would have to wait three weeks.  I decided to wait because they seemed like the right company.  The night before the appt, they called to confirm they would be out and all was good.  They were to come out between 2 and 5.  I left work at 1:15 to be home for the appt.  At 1:45, I got a call from their guy saying he was not coming because they can't install a thermostat that they did not sell me.  Thank you for making me wait weeks and leave work to find out you were not willing to do the work.  Bad experience!

I would highly recommend Summer's for any plumbing repairs. Jason came to my home when my water heater was in need of replacement. He replaced the unit quickly and efficiently. He was extremely professional and more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. Super nice guy; I would definitely call him again for help!

Having replaced two furnaces at my duplex the year prior, I made it a priority to schedule the AC check that was part of my annual memberships. Instead of checking my AC units, the technician inspected my new furnaces. For context, it was above 80 degrees that day and predicted to soon reach near 90. Sure enough, about two weeks later, after not hearing from the customer experience team to reschedule and address the confusion, the AC blew on a 90+ night. So, I called Peterman because 24 Emergency Service was also part of the memberships. I was told it would be NINE DAYS before a technician could come check the unit, take it or leave it. This resulted in having to spend nearly $500 on a stand alone unit because my elderly tenant needed sleep and feared of health issues resulting from the excessive heat.

When I called Summers, they stayed on the phone with me and made sure I picked the correct portable unit that would fit the windows in my unit. They were there 12 hrs later to check the unit and make the repair and gave me the member pricing because they felt awful about my situation.

Peterman promise is 24 hr Emergency Service. That does not exist.
Their website claims they'll make it right. That is an outright lie.
