This is the second time we have called upon Steve Morin Plumbing and have continued to be pleased. They are very responsive on the phone and are very good with communication and keeping you informed. Jesse and assistant arrived on schedule and went right to work to remove the old water heater and install the new one. They were very efficient and careful in their work. While here, they were also able to replace a shut off valve that was not working. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend!

We have had lots of plumbing issues in our older house. Steve and crew have been great at fixing our problems and we will not use anyone else.

Just moved to Indy and apparently Indy have one of the most hardest water in the states. Called in and brought in bunch of salesmen. Out of all of them, we liked cooper's water the best. Scott, the owner, came out and sold us on the water softener and the drinking water system. We thought the price was fair. He did offer discounts for paying cash. The installer was quick and kind. We had no problem with him. The drinking water system we've got was bit bigger than I thought. It takes up half of my bottom of the sink area. So far, our water system is working nicely. I will see if something breaks, how their customer service will be. They do have 7 years warranty on all of their water softener I believe. So far, I do recommend this company.

Although I currently reside in Brooklyn, I previously owned a home in Fishers, Indiana for over 4 years. During that time, I relied on Hope Plumbing several times.

They cleared up a massively clogged drain in the garden tub of my master bath (#curlyhairproblems) after I had tried everything (they graciously recommended) myself.

Another time they repaired the mess my grandfather accidentally created when he tried to fix my garbage disposal after a Thanksgiving potato peeling debacle that left  the pipes too loose to be effective. The cabinet under my sink ended up rotting out and the pipes had become corroded so they replaced them and rebuilt the cabinet.

These guys are professional, reliable and on call when you need them. They never made me feel stupid if my problem was overly simple or entirely preventable with a little common sense.

I highly recommend them and would still be a customer if I lived in the area.

Our bathroom sink was clogged in our 100 year old house.  Another plumber had come and worked hard to clear it - unsuccessfully.  Seriously 24-7 gave us a very quick response time (as they have in the past) but the price ($270) is fairly premium.  Their plumber had to work really hard to clear this one - probably 90 minutes - but in the end, he got it. And it was worth the cost (he said that if he couldn't clear it, there would be no charge).  So:  pretty expensive, though in this time of inflation and trying to pay good wages, perhaps I need to adjust my expectations.  But worth it for the QUICK RESPONSE and for the hard work and success.

Showed up on time, began working immediately & had replacement parts on truck to use when needed

I want to say a huge thank you to this wonderful company who recently installed a new a/c unit for me during one of the first hot spells this year. Not only were they reasonable with their pricing, they also were extremely professional! The person who is charge of scheduling and runs the front office was so incredibly understanding and I felt like I was attended to in a very efficient and thoughtful way! I wish I could remember her name, but she was truly incredible.Thank you so much Chapman Heating and Air Conditioning for being a respectable and responsible company.

I have used Big Frog Plumbing for two jobs. They where fantastic! Quick and clean. Very affordable. They even told me I didn't need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you next plumbing job!!

Mike's is fantastic! He's done a number of things at our place, from spa repairs to fixing some faucets and locks. He's a great communicator, timely, and charges a fair price. Highest recommendation.

We found and called Carter's My Plumber after another company charged us several thousand dollars to replace part of our main drain but it was still clogging up. Carter's sent out Sean, and I can't say enough great things about him! He is the unicorn everyone wants in any kind of tradesman:  Totally reliable, extremely knowledgeable, excellent communicator, punctual, completely honest, fast AND thorough, patient, professional, honest, friendly - basically all the good things. He not only listened, he asked good questions, and encouraged us to ask more. He texted videos of the work he did (scoping the line) right after he was done  so we could decide what to do right then. Sean is a rare breed who clearly takes pride in his work, and IMO sets the example for everyone regardless of what we do. We never once felt like we were being conned into paying for additional unneeded services. I RARELY write reviews for anything, but this guy and the company have more than earned this.

Howald came highly recommended by people in my neighborhood. Some had used Howald for years and years. My experience with them mirrors my neighbors' for the most part; I like this place because they were fast to come to my home (they fixed my AC unit the same day).

I don't know what other places charge to do things, but I'm a little miffed to have to pay almost $100 for a diagnostic fee. This could just be my ignorance of the HVAC trade, but that is a lotta dough just to have someone look in your unit and go, Yep, the whatsit needs to be replaced. Anywho, I'm not complaining too much because now I'm a lot cooler and less grumpy now that I have air. Thanks, Howald!

Started using PHP when we bought our house just for tune-ups and checks twice a year and they never let me down. We recently had a new HVAC and water softener installed by them all in one day and I was super impressed by their service! I already knew they were reliable, punctual, and professional, but the installations were the icing on the cake! Thanks PHP! Highly recommend!

My wife noticed our sump pumps weren't working. Based on reviews, we called Maxwell and Sons. Mike came over darned near immediately. Replaced two pumps quickly and very reasonably. Great experience. We'll use him again.

I had an unusual problem with a plugged up shower valve and Mr Weilhammer knew the solution and spent quite a while advising me over the phone what to do to fix it. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and no charge.

Thank you Godby for coming out in an emergency call. I had no air conditioning and my 90 year old mother coming to my house. Adam fixed the problem in a very professional manner. Steve offered me a replacement for my Mitsubishi mini-split AC/Heat for an upstairs. Set a date and time and Dylan and Jacob the technicians, were prompt, clean and did an excellent job installing.

I forgot one of the first rules of supply and demand. The one that says once you pay for something in advance... like a maintenance agreement... you become the LAST priority for service. Over a 6 week wait just to have routine maintenance. It is clear this company is preying on consumers who initiate these kinds of contracts. Keep control of the situation and don't sign these agreements. Make Summers compete for your business. With service agreements... you lose the ability to force them to compete.

2 stars because their employees do good work. Also 2 stars because their work is extremely overpriced. I paid $30 a month for someone to show up at my house twice a year to check furnaces and ac units. Definitely not worth it. They give membership discounts on other services, but their prices are so ridiculous, i.e. you save $30 on this $450 job to install a faucet. Seriously, no joke $450 to install a faucet. Last straw was a quote of $300 to install a single ball valve ($7.00 part) and job would have taken maybe 1/2 hour. Also, on top of that they wanted me to be the one who coordinated entire job with water company. What a joke. Save yourself some money and hire someone else.
