I have had Jesse, Steve's son, come to my home three times in the past year, and I have had a very positive experience every time. Last winter, our water meter froze in the front lawn because our pit was slightly open. It burst, and sprayed water, as well as stopped the water going into my house. Steve was very quick to answer the phone, and talked to me calmly while I was highly stressed after having no water in my home for three days. He did what he could to adjust the schedule so that Jesse could come help me, at a time when I'm sure many other homes were experiencing busted pipes due to the freezing temperatures. Jesse was friendly and explained what was happening clearly. He drained the pit, explained what I needed to tell the city so they could fix the meter, and left me with a quote to fix the actual pit when the weather warmed so this wouldn't happen again. Steve and Jesse helped me get through my stress and frustration, and also taught me some things I didn't know yet about home ownership.
This fall, Jesse fixed two leaky toilets, and again, explained everything he was doing before proceeding, and was very clear about pricing. He was also kind enough to talk us through some other unrelated questions we had for possible future work.
Finally, Jesse came out recently to fix the water meter pit. Same experience - friendly, quality work, clear expectations, etc. He left the area looking very nice, and gave us good instructions for getting grass seed down quickly to make it blend with our yard again.
Each time I've called, Steve has been ready and willing to work with me on information, scheduling, and pricing. Jesse has been a pleasure to have in my home. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve and Jesse to anyone needing plumbing work, and we look forward to calling them again in the future when we do some home renovations!

Upon using Yelp's feature & having professional experts contact us made everyday simple things less challenging. This company was concise in their service fees associated with remedies. Tho we needed a water softener install plus an indoor shut off value update & repair, our immediate needs became apparent. We opted for only doing the line with pex*. Goodness gracious, I hope I'm using the appropriate terminology in this review ;) .
We were delighted when Winters explained what was needed in our amended plumbing job, arrived when promised, waived the service fee (omitted upon verbal agreement/payment). I assumed this much as we hired them upon the IRL visual pricing. Winters texted us when their person (Donnie) was on his way in the morning of. We received a text so we would know who was coming & ETA of arrival.
Donnie arrived when he said he was going to, explained what was required, preformed exceptionally well, no additional mess was present after the job was done, & the best part is that Donnie didn't try to overwhelm us with unnecessary services that we didn't need or thought we ought to want. Love love love that aspect of hiring Winters. The best part of Winters is that they are local.

Cooper's Water Conditioning performed a miracle and got a new and better system installed within a couple of days, before our guests arrived. I thought long and hard about leaving this review considering the owner seems to be somewhat reactive in his responses, but figured I always use yelp to find the best of the best, and my fellow yelpers deserve to know my experience as well.
So here we go. We had a toilet that wasn't filling in our rental. It was Sunday night of all times for this to happen and not something I could hold off until Monday unless my guest didn't use the toilet. So... I checked out yelp to find an emergency plumber in the area. I wasn't sure if it was the shut off valve that was leaking or the fill valve was defective. So, Yes, I could have gone to Home Depot to get the parts which would have totaled about $30 MAX. But, figured I'd get an expert in who could do it quickly. I checked yelp and saw that seriously 24/7 had some pretty good reviews, however several mentions to them being expensive. Like, obscenely expensive. I figured, Aside from the $159 emergency fee, how bad could it really be for parts that cheap? I called and the lady taking my call was pleasant and they got someone out about 1.5 hours later. The cost would be $159 plus any work to be done. The guys who came were friendly enough, and then they hit me with the cost. This is where the I almost fell over. They wanted $587 to replace the fill valve (nothing wrong with the water shut off). Or, they could replace the toilet for me for $1200? Are you actually kidding me? Seriously they were not. Since I already had $159 invested in this, a couple of hours of wait and a renter waiting for me, it didn't make sense for me to then head to Home Depot for my parts on a Sunday night and have it take any more time. For God sakes I could have gotten a whole toilet and a ring and replaced it myself for $150 if I had another hour. Seriously disgusted, I agreed to that price and in 10 minutes my problem was fixed. Oh great, it comes with a year warranty! Awesome, considering I could always replace it for $15 if i needed. (Looked up the exact part at any box store). Glad I have a functioning toilet but don't be like me and think to yourself how bad can it actually be?Because it will be worse. I am leaving this relationship feeling violated, but as a consumer you should know this business uses a predatory pricing scheme.

We just bought our house in December and the AC went out. We had called a couple other companies but Chapman had the best price so much so we decided to go ahead and replace our furnace at the same time.
On the hottest day so far of the year Chapman was able to get right out to our house on Monday and get it installed on Thursday. They were professional and busted their butts getting the system installed.
I was so happy with all the work and explanation of the systems. Highly recommend.

Called for a simple service appointment and Bob didn't sound like he wanted my business at all. I told him someone else had worked on the issue in the past and he said, Why don't you just have them do it? I asked what his minimum service call was and he said, If I have to sit around for a couple hours, probably a couple hundred bucks. At least it's good to know about his level of professionalism before hiring him.

I cannot rave about them enough! We scheduled the installation of our gas water heater for 1-3. The gentleman were here at 12:15 and were very professional. They reviewed the cost that we were quoted and honored the quote even though it was off. They quickly installed the new heater and hauled off the old one with the cardboard box from the new one. They shared maintenance information to keep the new one in shape. Brandon and Todd did an amazing job!

Couldn't recommend this company more. They were on time, professional, and followed up same day!! They spent 10 hours at my house removing my 30 year old furnaces (yes two separate furnace as I owned a duplex built in 1900) and they were amazing! Honestly have nothing but positive feedback for this company as especially their installers! I always look for ways to provide constructive criticism but I don't have any. This is my first review nor because anything has been missing but because they have been so great!

About a year ago, our well pump stopped working. We called a couple of plumbing companies, got quotes and were ready to contract with one of them when a friend told us we should call Weilhammer because they could probably give us a better price. We did and their quote was nearly half what we were going to pay. The guys came out, did the job, we paid and once again, we had a working well pump. I'm surprised there are several negative reviews for Weilhammer on here. On Angie's List, they have 122 reviews and an A rating. And they are recommended by many of my neighboors on the Nextdoor neighborhood app I use.

Since then I have been contacted by Jason Godby, and was treated very well. I was assured that my experience was the exception, not the norm, and I believed him. I have decided to replace my previous extremely negative review, not because I was asked to, but because after my conversation with Jason I felt that they no longer deserved it. We used Bloomington heating and cooling 5 years ago for new furnace and added mini splits to our 3rd floor That did have heating or cooling to it.
Peterman took over for them.
My mini splits stopped working. I called and thought wow, the monthly membership sounds great and everything sounds awesome on friendlines!!
We scheduled my appointment for them to come look at the minis.
Scott came out, he was an employee of Bloomington heating and cooling and was one of the guys who installed the minis. He was great As always.
He came back and said the computer component was bad, it was covered under my original warranty.
And said he estimates a week for the part and I told him I wouldn't hold him to it because left happens then he left. I did not complain about how long the part took to come in.
No one ever called me.
But 2 days later I get an email saying my return appointment was 3 weeks later..
I called and told them no I would not be home, and no one had even asked if I would be.
So we rescheduled for the next day, then they didn't show up, I called, and they said no they scheduled it for the day after. Again I wouldn't be in the home.
I was told they couldn't come and they couldn't set up an appointment.
Then she said a group would do a review of the bad customer service and then call me.
So at that point, a month later and no appointment was even set up..
2 days later Scott called me and said he was on his way over! I had no clue what was going on. Again I was not home and I told him he couldnt come.
The office called me the next morning to schedule an appointment, yet still no word on any review!
Scott came out the next day and spent 4 hours installing a computer component to the outside unit. Only to find something else wrong. He wasn't able to fix the unit and the quote to fix it is now $1700!
My total for the current day was $221.00 I only had checks on me. I wrote my check and let Scott know I wouldn't be able to go through with the repair due to finances.
Unfortunately when the company cashed my check it was returned.

I called him back and paid the balance. Then informed him that I wanted to cancel that so called really cool monthly membership (they were taking it from my card on file but couldn't take the 221. From that card???) That we weren't going to use them because of their horrible customer service, and the fact the my system still isn't fixed and they quoted it at $1700 to fix it. And that no one in the company ever cared to even apologize for the way we treated over appointments!

I then asked for confirmation that it was canceled and he said I'd get a confirmation in an email...and that was it. it's been an hour and no email...
