I had a great experience with Steve Morin plumbing. Jesse was prompt, effecient, and friendly. He explained everything well and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He did a great job and I am.glad I chose them!

We called Winters Plumbing because we had a leak after I over tightened a water supply line and mucked up the threads when installing a new faucet.
Isaiah came to our rescue. He did such a fabulous job and in a short amount of time. Very polite and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I hired Hope to move shower plumbing in our bathroom.  I checked on their progress about 2/3 way through the day, and realized they were not placing the new plumbing in the agreed upon locations based upon measurements.  The plumber started coming up with different reasons (conflicting) on why he had done what he did.  I wound up asking him to leave and to speak with a supervisor.  
They then sent the same technician out the next day to re-do the work. Still wasn't done correctly.
About a week and a half later I was awakened to the sound of water flooding my basement.  The connection he made to my existing piping had failed.  I will spare you the details in getting someone out to deal with the situation, but was essentially told they would have to work me in because I didn't have a scheduled appointment.
Customer service manager came out to the house and sent a water remediation team to come clean up the water, and said he would reach out in the next week to work on compensation for my damages.  It has been more than two months and no word.
Every company makes mistakes from time to time, it is how they deal with them that separates excellent providers from poor ones.  My experience with Hope has shown them to be in the poor category.

They were very responsive to my request.  I didn't give them a good value because when I inquired about the visit they were going to charge me $99 for the visit and assessment.  Which was the highest of the company's I spoke with.  They wouldn't give me that $99 dollar credit if I selected them to do the work.  However the other 2 companies I contacted would give me the assessment cost credit if I chose them.
I didn't choose them to perform the work so I cannot speak to their quality.

Adam's been to my house twice to fix my piece of junk water heater. His communication, honesty, timeliness, and service has always been excellent. Highly recommend!

I have used Big Frog Plumbing for two jobs. They where fantastic! Quick and clean. Very affordable. They even told me I didn't need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you next plumbing job!!

Mike's is fantastic! He's done a number of things at our place, from spa repairs to fixing some faucets and locks. He's a great communicator, timely, and charges a fair price. Highest recommendation.

Both times I have had bob out to my house he has always been quick to respond and can got to me either that day or the next. First time it was a on/off valve for my outdoor hose spout that had been leaking in my house fixed it right and haven't had problems since. The second time I had concerns of a bathroom water leak and he instructed me to do three tests to see which involved closing the drains to see if the smell in my bathroom continued. If you want someone to do the job right bob is the guy for you. I understand why he doesn't give you a price when he walks in your door seeing some projects are hard to price.

Called at 3:30 came right away. Quoted over the phone and did not try to sell us on a program.

We had a long running issue with our main line that turned out to be a ATT cable through the line. They took pictures and had us up and running. No need for us to be present for the work to be done.
Hope we never need them again but they are who I'll call.

Two words-First Rate! Had a 15 year old HVAC unit that needed to be replaced. After (5) bids from other Companies, on advice of my Friend, called Howald and met with Tim F. Should have called them first. Tim explained everything in detail and in a way I could understand. He has over 24 years experience and was willing to work with me on price. Their bid was $300 less than all others and he was the only guy that actually listened to me and didn't try to up-sell me or push something I didn't want.

Set up install 2 days later and their Installers (Jason and Chris) actually showed up 20 minutes early. They have been working together for over ten years and one knows what the other needs or is thinking without asking asking. They work in perfect tandem and knocked out the job in less than 5 hours. They displayed a thorough mastery of knowledge on every question I had during the install and left my house cleaner than it was before they showed up. After the install, Jason took 10 minutes to go over energy efficiency best practices, maintenance, etc. He truly cared about his Customer and about making sure that every nut and bolt was tight and everything was perfect.  

If you don't want high pressure sales tactics and an honest Company that delivers on what they say and prides itself on integrity then call Howald.

Today, Saturday, we heard bad sounds coming from our basement! When we went down, we found water pouring out of our main discharge pipe that eventually leads out of the house. We called this company because they sent out a guy on Christmas Eve several years ago when one of our pipes froze and burst in our crawlspace. This time, Ryan was our technician. He figured out the problem and solved it very quickly! He was very courteous, well spoken and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company for any occasion!

My wife noticed our sump pumps weren't working. Based on reviews, we called Maxwell and Sons. Mike came over darned near immediately. Replaced two pumps quickly and very reasonably. Great experience. We'll use him again.

The only reason I will not give Godby five stars, I'll explain later. Air conditioner went out in my home. Godby has serviced my home before, so I gave them a call. A technician came out, and told me it was the furnace. It was the original furnace that came with the house, so I figured it was time to replace it. The person I spoke with to set up the appointment was very kind and got my appointment set up for the next day. She also gave me a window as to how long the job would take.  The next day came and I received a call from Deacon telling me that they are on the way. Soon after,  Deacon and Joe was at my door. They introduced themselves, and came in. Right away they got started on removing the old one and in with the new one. During that time, Joe came upstairs and put in the new thermostat. He told me that when they were finished, he'd explain the new functions on it (digital, touch screen, Bluetooth, very cool!). Not long after, they called me downstairs and the job was done. Joe came with me back upstairs and explained in detail the use of the new thermostat. During the time in my home, both guys were very professional, courtious and easy to get along with. Great job guys. As they were leaving, I asked for a business card. They said they didn't have cards of their own. Godby, get your technicians business cards!
Now, the only reason for the 4 stars was because I had to have a very minor adjustment made. Without calling, the guy just showed up! I could see that he was from Godby by his vehicle and shirt, but didn't tell me who He was. He got the job done quickly and was nice, but gave no heads up that he was on his way.

So I bought a Sensi Thermostat online and then I realized my old house did not have the proper wires and I would need a pro to install it and run wires.  I looked online and called these guys. They told me they could do it but I would have to wait three weeks.  I decided to wait because they seemed like the right company.  The night before the appt, they called to confirm they would be out and all was good.  They were to come out between 2 and 5.  I left work at 1:15 to be home for the appt.  At 1:45, I got a call from their guy saying he was not coming because they can't install a thermostat that they did not sell me.  Thank you for making me wait weeks and leave work to find out you were not willing to do the work.  Bad experience!

Our technician, Jeremy, was very punctual.  When he came in he immediately put his orange booties on and went to work.  He was very professional in his inspection and confirmed what we already knew in one bathroom.   With the exception of the one bathroom we passed the inspection.  Jeremy gave us helpful advice in the settings on our water heater.  Once done with the inspection I asked him if he could repair the problem in the guest bathroom and he said he could, and he did.  Even with the help of one of our five cats.   We have dealt with this company several times now and am very pleased with their services.

Don't use this company.  They will rip you off. They charged me $2200 to replace a 50 gal gas water heater, which is at least $1000 more than I should have paid.  I found out later that this water heater is less than $1000, and when I asked for a breakdown of where the other charges came from, I got no response.  I was told someone from the Customer Experience team would call me back and I'm still waiting.  I feel they took advantage of me because I'm a female.
