Got scheduled the day and time I wanted. Showed up a half hour late, but most plumbers have half hour window. Because we knew the source of the leak, they did not charge diagnostic fee. Cleaned up afterwards (for the most part). Very friendly. They only take one type of credit card and charge an extra fee if you use credit card (5%). But Jesse did a great job. Would definitely use them again!  Bonded and insured.

Great service , quick response, and best pricing.  We talked to several companies everyones pricing was double.

I will not be using this company again for my plumbing needs.  I am sorely disappointed.  I was the victim of the cracked, underground water pipe. A situation that costs thousands to remedy. We called Hope thinking that they would be the best option since they market themselves as being experts with older homes. They were able to fix the problem but only after they charged an outrageous amount, destroyed my personal property, and ripped items off of the outside of my house leaving ugly and unseemly blemishes in the paint. I am all the more furious because my husband and I spent 2 weeks of our most recent summer painting the outside of the house. My husband was home all day and no one ever asked him to move anything or for permission to damage property. I value a company that remembers and appreciates that where they are working is also where someone is living; that this is a place where great amounts of money and time have been placed. It is not just a job it is a home. I am offended and hurt by the disrespect and the lack of compassion that this company has for its clients. As stated earlier, I will never use this company again and I recommend that others don't use it either.

I contacted multiple companies to fix my sewer cleanout. I needed the job to be completed ASAP, and Seriously 24-7 contacted me immediately. They're able to schedule a visit the same day, and technicians arrived on time. David and Zach did a great job, both very friendly. I'm very happy with their help and job and would definitely call them again. Thank you!

I got up in the morning, headed to the shower. There was this gross smelly backup the have come up our shower drain. I really wasn't sure who to call. As I scrolled through plumbing services I found that Grateful Plumbing had same day service and they were just down the road. They were here very quickly, great service, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again awesome service!

Chapman has serviced my company and residential homes and never had an issue. It is nice to have a down to earth tech show up that you can trust. So many places take advantage of the fact that people do not know HVAC systems and get raked over the coals. You never get that feeling from them. I had three companies come out and they all told me I needed to add another system to my house. Called Chapman and they said you just need to divert the heat or AC to where it is beneficial. Then he came back with some dampers and fixed our problem for a fraction of adding another system. I also love how they are so involved with giving back to our community. They are always sponsoring events for local clubs and teams.

My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

Honest, courteous, prompt, friendly, and fair. Fixed water heater after original installer had botched the job. No pressure to upsell or feel like you are being taken advantage of. A really solid person with Midwestern values who shoots straight. Ever need a plumber who would treat you like an good, trusted friend? Bob is your man. 5 out of 5!

My first experience was ok. My sump pump stopped working, the technician recommend me to replace the entire system which they wanted 3k which was a high price. I said what is the mandatory things I need he said the main sump pump. I asked how much is that he 670 I said that's not bad let's do that. He then tried up charging me to a sump pump battery charging me almost 1100 for that and install. I said that's unreal high it's 100-200 to buy it and takes less than a couple minutes and showed him the prices so I declined that and did it myself.

My sump pump starts making a huge noise 2 weeks later so I call them up again they come out and said it's my backup pump needing replacing I said how much is that he said $3900. I said you guys are some con artist that's unreal high I said you just did the main which was more expensive for 670 and now you want me to do that I said I can call anyone else in town and would be under 1k. He then email me a quote later for 2900.

I texted the guy and asked how much he would charge for labor to do it he said around 500 or less then I asked him is this the part at Home Depot it was under 200 he said yes.

So a 700 bill that he wanted to charge 3900 I obviously didn't use them and I called up another company that quoted me 550 for materials and install.

This company is a scam and rip off they saw my house and thought they could rip me off.

We're in the process of building a master bedroom with en suite bath in our attic along with piping HVAC to parts of our house that weren't set up with heating or cooling. It's an old, quirky little house in SoBro.

Before calling Howald we had three companies to our home in order to get estimates for the work we needed done. All of them seemed overwhelmed and uncertain by the work we wanted done and never followed up or gave any sort of estimate. I was shocked. Even after calling to check in we heard nothing back.

However, Howald saved the day. The technicians came for the estimates quickly and were prompt for both the heating/cooling and plumbing. The day of the jobs, they were again prompt and worked quickly. Once we were billed, the actual cost came in a little under the original estimate which I thought was a pretty classy move. So far, we're happy with all their work. The technicians are polite and friendly.

We finally got to the point where our gutted kitchen is ready for some plumbing work and we knew just who to call. They're coming again to do some additional plumbing work for us this Friday!

I came home all strung out from the road. The kids were home and two of our three toilets were clogged. Darn kids!  

I called Plumbing Heating Paramedics and the dispatch girl made it happen on short notice and dispatched a plumber. Yes, the upstairs toilet was clogged beyond my level of patience that day. Matt arrived and got the job done.  He was thorough and professional.  Thank you for saving me from having to dig the auger out to unclog the toilet!  The service call was a little salty at $147. Granted he arrived on short notice on Friday around 5pm. My time and patience are worth something. And that day I would have paid twice as much not to have to mess with it. I am an electrical and technology systems contractor with no patience to deal with plumbing issues.  If you are in a jam,call these guys!

Very happy with the service. We called them, They quickly came to take a look, diagnosed the problem and were out the door. While the price seemed a perhaps higher than I expected (my job was a big one) it was done quickly, and right. I would recommend Maxwell and sons for any of your plumbing needs, hands down. If you want solid service and it done right, it's worth it to give them a call.

About a year ago, our well pump stopped working. We called a couple of plumbing companies, got quotes and were ready to contract with one of them when a friend told us we should call Weilhammer because they could probably give us a better price. We did and their quote was nearly half what we were going to pay. The guys came out, did the job, we paid and once again, we had a working well pump. I'm surprised there are several negative reviews for Weilhammer on here. On Angie's List, they have 122 reviews and an A rating. And they are recommended by many of my neighboors on the Nextdoor neighborhood app I use.

Very disappointed. I called Godby to find an electrical problem because a neighbor recommended them. We'd had a leak and the plumber (who did a great job) said the cause was an electrical current arcing on the pipes from malfunctioning fixtures. Godby's electrician spent something like four hours examining our electrical service and assured me there was no problem.

A month later, another leak. Plumber (same company but different individual) confirmed the problem was electricity on the pipes. Called Barth Electric; they sent an electrician who found the problem promptly and fixed it. Needless to say, I would NEVER use Godby again. Not only did we throw out the money we paid them, but the subsequent leak that could have been avoided cost nearly 400 to fix--and that's before repairing the hole in the drywall.

I've used Action Air twice so far and have been pleased with the service. The first time was to check my unit, inquire about a new filter, and update my thermostat. Next call was to change out my filter system to one that is more easily managed and more economical. Both techs that came out communicated well and worked efficiently. Action Air sends out texts prior to the responding tech's visit. The texts includes the name and picture of the tech as well as a short bio. It's like a little meet & greet, if you will. Action Air is local and family owned and I highly recommend for reasonable and efficient service.

I would highly recommend Summer's for any plumbing repairs. Jason came to my home when my water heater was in need of replacement. He replaced the unit quickly and efficiently. He was extremely professional and more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. Super nice guy; I would definitely call him again for help!

I woke up a few days again to a gurgling sound in my toilet as I was taking a shower. I didn't think much of it, thought it was a clogged drain from hair, I have long curly hair.

Come to find out my sewer is clogged. I called on Sunday. My mom swears by this company. Someone could have come out but I waited until Monday morning. The gentleman were very nice. Educated me along the way and made sure I understood what was happening and why they were doing what they were doing. I've got roots in the line and old clay pipes going out to the sewer line.

I was offered a great deal with good financing. They will be starting work within 48 hours.

Thank god for Petermans. It feels good to have a company you can trust that's honest and explains how things work. Best of all, they do it all: Air conditioning, plumbing, electric, HVAC, water heater.

This could have been a bad day but I feel relieved.
