Had an error code on my 5 1/2 year old hot water heater so it wouldn't kick on.  The son came by and looked at it (for 2 mins) and said I needed a new hot water heater after consulting with his father.  Quoted me $1,900 for a new unit with installation.
I called the Mfg (AO Smith) myself and found it was still under warranty. Tech Support told me the code was a dirty flame sensor and sent me instructions on how to fix it. Took all of 10 mins, cost me $0, and it's working perfectly fine.
Do your homework, call the manufacturer, and get multiple estimates if you need work.

They replaced my water heater and installed a water softener.  They are Professional, fair and efficient.  I would definitely recommend.

We developed some plumbing issues in our house and I wanted to pick a great plumber who was knowledgeable, friendly and affordable.  I found all of that in Hope.  They came out to look at our plumbing issues and easily dealt with every one of them. They fixed dripping taps, unclogged our drains and even got our washer hooked up to drain (We had allowed the water to drain into a sink, but they installed a drain pipe for us).  I have definitely found my go-to plumber and would definitely recommend them to others.

Utter rubbish. They give insanely high quotes to avoid doing any work, then collect the $95 fee for the estimate.  TOTAL SCAM!! Look elsewhere

Always prompt, quotes reasonable, no surprises and no waiting. Adam has replaced 3 toilets, several faucets , and an outdoor water valve through the years.

Chapman has serviced my company and residential homes and never had an issue. It is nice to have a down to earth tech show up that you can trust. So many places take advantage of the fact that people do not know HVAC systems and get raked over the coals. You never get that feeling from them. I had three companies come out and they all told me I needed to add another system to my house. Called Chapman and they said you just need to divert the heat or AC to where it is beneficial. Then he came back with some dampers and fixed our problem for a fraction of adding another system. I also love how they are so involved with giving back to our community. They are always sponsoring events for local clubs and teams.

First time we used Big Frog Plumbing based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant. He came up with a solution that eliminated the need to cut into our drywall.  Impressive! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I had Mike out to do some work on a hot tub in a new house.  He was helpful and beyond the work told me where to get parts so I could work on things myself.  That's the mark of a
Contractor that's got enough work they don't care about you doing some of the work to cut costs.

Contacted Bob twice about scheduling a time to come out to 2 separate properties. He said he would contact the tenants to set up the appointments but never did. Didn't respond to follow up texts either. Not sure why he would agree to do something and then not follow through.

In response- why did you not notify me? Why did you not respond to my text for an update?

Called Carter's out for a new gas dryer instal and hookup. Very friendly customer service from the first call. The technician called before our appointment and was right on time. Very pleased with Carter's My Plumber.

This was our first time to have Howald do our seasonal AC check-up and I could not have had a more positive experience.   James was on time, polite and very knowledgable.  After identifying some issues that needed attention, he would thoroughly explain why and how it should be addressed.  Unlike other service providers, I never felt like he was trying  to sell me something.  And, the service contract provides a nice savings!   Again, if you need service for your AC or furnace, give Howald a call!

Very happy with the service. We called them, They quickly came to take a look, diagnosed the problem and were out the door. While the price seemed a perhaps higher than I expected (my job was a big one) it was done quickly, and right. I would recommend Maxwell and sons for any of your plumbing needs, hands down. If you want solid service and it done right, it's worth it to give them a call.

After having a horrible experience with the big local plumber, we called Weilhammer and had a great experience!  We had two toilets running, and they were prompt to respond, on time, and a fraction of the price the other guys wanted to charged!

We have recommended them to several friends after my parents made the same mistake with the other company.

We were in a bit of a pinch once the weather started turning colder. Went to fire up the old furnace and nothing. Of course this was discovered after hours and we struggled to get anyone who could come out in a timely matter.After working our way down the list we were able to get appointment with Godby for first thing the next morning. The technician called to confirm he was on the way and was very professional we he arrived.

Our technician was also very knowledgeable and good about explaining things in a way that was understandable and had us back up and running in no time.

I called yesterday after a couple of weeks with no AC in this Indy humidity! They put me on a cancellation list which I was already on a few but just trying to get someone as quick as possible. I have a 100 pound Great Pyrenees who was not enjoying the heat either. To my surprise they called and could get me in same day! Mitchell showed up and was very nice, easy to speak with and very friendly with all my crazy dogs. It started thundering and lightening with rain coming any minute. He worked as quick as possible to get my AC recharged and got completely soaked finishing up! But he finished and was still smiling. The work was finished for less than 6 quotes and estimates I had received! He also sold me on a warranty they carry that offers 2 service calls a year and they make sure the system is working good. SOLD! Thank you Mitchell and Action Air!

I would highly recommend Summer's for any plumbing repairs. Jason came to my home when my water heater was in need of replacement. He replaced the unit quickly and efficiently. He was extremely professional and more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. Super nice guy; I would definitely call him again for help!

I emailed them on the 25th of Jan 2021 with a request for furnace maintenance and to get a quote for a all home humidifier. A rep emailed back asking for our address and contact number. I replied on the 27th of Jan with the information requested. I emailed again on Feb 2nd explaining that I had replied with the requested information a week before with no reply from them. I would say they obviously did not want our business.
