I was given a same day appointment for a gas leak. Jesse was very professional and knowledgable. He gave a clear explanation of the problem and how he would fix it. He was finished in a very short time and the job was done well. I will call Steve Morin again if I need a plumber and I'll ask for Jesse.

Winter's Plumbing was such an interesting mix of great and not-so-great. I've contacted them twice; they are routinely more quickly available than most other plumbers, which is great as plumbing is always urgent. The first time, another plumber was available same day (unusual). The second time in need, Winters was available the following morning, which was excellent. It even made me look past Winters' $239 price for clearing a bathroom sink clog: perhaps it was that high because the work would be on a Saturday. And when I called back and mentioned that I had Covid but would stay out of circulation, it didn't phase Winters. Amazing. They promised arrival 9 AM, called at 8 AM to tell us they'd be there promptly at 9:00, and they were. Superb. Wore booties, checked everything out, and went to work. UNFORTUNATELY: they couldn't clear the clog. (Yes, we have an old house but I don't believe we've ever had a plumber who couldn't clear the line.
Can't say they didn't try: Vacuum hose: no. Small snake: no. Large snake: oops, too large Small Snake: machine locked up, started smoking. 1+ hour and a few calls to HQ, no success. Leaving our front door open multiple times wasn't good (very active cats). A request that I pay 1/2 now and 1/2 when they fixed it on Tuesday: I had to firmly pass. An explanation of what they would do on Tuesday: didn't give me confidence. Final outcome: I proposed paying their entire service charge (a much lower-than-market $39, nice) and letting them spend Tuesday on other customers: accepted. Again, a real mix of very good and not very good, from very nice people.

Our current system wasn't working and we were expecting a lot of family in for the holiday. Meanwhile our toilets and sinks were turning orange and the water smelled. Cooper's Water Conditioning performed a miracle and got a new and better system installed within a couple of days, before our guests arrived. Thanks to Josh and Brett for doing such a great job installing it all. Paula C

If you are looking for a reputable plumbing company look elsewhere than Hope Plumbing. My experience with this company has been absolutely horrific. I was told by the plumber Caleb who came out to inspect the problem that my job would last one day, it ended up lasting 5. My sewer pipe had to be replaced which is a huge cost, but was reassured that it would be a one day job. Peter Reynolds the job site manager never communicated that it would be longer. Two days they guys showed up an hour late and I had to call Peter to find out where they were. He reassured me that he was going to take care of me and that Hope is a reputable company, if you have to tell people that you probably are not. From day one working with them has been a nightmare. Peter makes more excuses for his incompetence along with his crews. They also broke my neighbors tree and he is still waiting for them to replace it, it's been two weeks. My sidewalk where they had to dig up was suppose to be cemented over last week and was done today, and was just left with nothing around it for anyone to walk in wet cement. Not to mention the pile of debris that is left if the street from the cement contractors. I can't say one good thing about Hope plumbing but if you use them just Hope you get better service, but look elsewhere. The owner Jack Hope when contacted could have cared less about any issues. Awful company, awful customer service, awful representation of Indy.

Around 10:30pm on the Thursday night before memorial day weekend my plumbing backed up. After searching on Yelp, I picked Seriously 24/7 because of the star rating, the reviews and they were a local business and I wanted to support local businesses. I actually live less than 20 minutes away. I called thinking I would leave a message and I would get a return call the next morning. It was surprising to have someone answer the phone so late, but then their name is 24/7. They offered to send someone out that night, but the normal $89 service charge would be $139, so I elected to wait since I was given an 8:00-10:00am appt. Since this is during COVID-19, I was asked if I wanted the technician to wear a mask, which I said, yes. At 7:39am I received a call and a text message with a picture of the technician, Dan, who was coming. AWESOME!!
By 8:27am, when my technician still had not arrived, I called and had to leave a message, but my technician arrived a few minutes later. Actually, two technicians arrived, hmmm. It was mainly the second tech, Antonio, who did the work, don't know why two were sent, that is until I got the bill, it was $270, to clear out a drain. I was stuck, needed this done now, did not know if I could get someone else out that day, as well as I had a cleaning person to coming and sterilize after the work was finished. Seeing my panic over the cost the technicians offered to use the camera to look through my drain pipe, which I agreed. They had to go back to the shop to retrieve the camera and was back within 15 minutes.
Bottom line is, Seriously 24/7 lived up to the reviews, worked efficiently and cleanly, and their technicians were polite and courteous, I should have realized the price would be high, but honestly $270. Maybe they could charge less if they would send out one tech for a one tech job. Since they did use a camera to look through my drain, I feel the charged price covered the drain cleaning and the use of the camera. Additionally, their payment system asked if I wanted to tip! Have never seen that before
Would I recommend Seriously 24/7 Plumbing and would I use them again, my answer is the same for both, only as a last resort.
Update: it has been a week since I spoke with Jason at Seriously 24/7, and sorry it has taken me this long to post an update. Jason was affable and extremely concerned about my issue, he even thanked me for my review. To have an owner so concerned and attentive to his customers as well as his staff, it's understandable why the customer service at Seriously 24/7 is so good. Concerning the cost of my drain clearing, well it's understandable and Jason explained it was not the cost of sending two technicians (one was in training). Guess you can attribute my displeasure in the cost in my wanting to save money )I'm retired, can't blame me on being thrifty).
Again, asking the question if I would use Seriously 24/7 again, my answer is, yes.

I needed the wax rings replaced on two toilets and Grateful Plumber came out and checked out another toilet while there to make sure it didn't have any issues. i would definitely call again if I have any other plumbing issues.

We just bought our house in December and the AC went out. We had called a couple other companies but Chapman had the best price so much so we decided to go ahead and replace our furnace at the same time.
On the hottest day so far of the year Chapman was able to get right out to our house on Monday and get it installed on Thursday. They were professional and busted their butts getting the system installed.
I was so happy with all the work and explanation of the systems. Highly recommend.

Mike's is fantastic! He's done a number of things at our place, from spa repairs to fixing some faucets and locks. He's a great communicator, timely, and charges a fair price. Highest recommendation.

Called for a simple service appointment and Bob didn't sound like he wanted my business at all. I told him someone else had worked on the issue in the past and he said, Why don't you just have them do it? I asked what his minimum service call was and he said, If I have to sit around for a couple hours, probably a couple hundred bucks. At least it's good to know about his level of professionalism before hiring him.

OVER $400.00 TO RESEAL TOILET!
A toilet in my house had a small leak from the seal on the floor. I called Carter's My Plumber to request an estimate to reseal it. They told me $273.00 over the phone. It seemed a little high, but I made an appointment for the next day. The plumber that arrived was a nice young man, we like him. The only extra parts were for a new shutoff valve on the water intake line next to the toilet (a $5.00 part). Somehow, my bill soared to $411.00! For that amount of money, I could have purchased a higher end toilet from Home Depot and had them install it. So, I'm very dissatisfied with what I got for my money. The bill should have been $273.00 and maybe another $20.00 for the shutoff valve (including labor). So, before you call the plumber, think Home Depot or Lowes, get a price on a new toilet including installation. I think you'll be MUCH happier.

When we purchased our house, one of our toilets were not set, one was running, our radon system wasn't attached and our water shut off was on the basement ceiling (who puts it there?). Aaron came out and fixed all our needs reran our water shut off to a side wall so all can reach it. He was great and personable. We ended up signing up for their 1 year service plan and are glad we did! Aaron is super personable and helped us understand the issues that were going on. We feel confident knowing we have plumbing heating paramedics when we need them.

Good job replacing a faucet. 4 stars because price seemed high to me for a straight forward job, but that might be standard rates. Quick service and good communications.

My Lennox AC failed last evening. We telephoned our service as we were premium members. The other service was called at 6pm, and the return phone call was made 16 hours later.
In the interim, I telephoned Action Air. Tim arrived at my house 4.5 hours after I requested service and had my AC repaired and working less than 6 hours after my original telephone call.
Tim is a great service technician who explains everything he is doing in great detail. I found him to be very thorough in this work, and efficient.
I highly recommend Action Air. My partner and I will be joining their Service Club Membership where they have 24/7 service and their goal is to return telephone calls within 30 minutes, any time day or night.
Thank you Action Air for employing Service Technicians like Tim.

Let it suffice to say that I am very disappointed with Summers. I've used their services several times in the past when I've encountered a plumbing issue, and they were always most responsive and courteous in fixing the problem. So I had no reservations about contacting them this weekend when I had an unexpected problem with my water heater. But it became obvious from the moment I spoke with their service representative by telephone (at 5:20 p.m. Saturday afternoon) that he was not enthralled with the idea of paying me a service call. Nonetheless, he reluctantly agreed to do so after completing two jobs that were ahead of me. That was the last time I heard from him. By 10:30 p.m. , he was still a no show. I would have at least expected a courtesy call from him offering an explanation for his absence, but I didn't even get that consideration. Nothing irritates me more than when a contractor makes a commitment to me and then doesn't fulfill it.
Summers - if you're listening, you need to have a conversation with this technician about his customer service skills and keeping commitments that he makes. Because you can bet that if he's done this to me, he has already - or will, do the same to another customer.
