I had a great experience with Steve Morin plumbing. Jesse was prompt, effecient, and friendly. He explained everything well and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He did a great job and I am.glad I chose them!

We have had lots of plumbing issues in our older house. Steve and crew have been great at fixing our problems and we will not use anyone else.

Scott from Cooper's Water, LLC was recommended to us by a neighbor. He came and diagnosed a broken soft water resin tank and from start to finish our service was professional, extremely courteous, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company and the technician, Jesse, who arrived to service the drinking water filtration system and to replace the resin tank.

It was apparent that the previous plumber had misdiagnosed the issue and was not transparent about the options. I appreciated the honesty and presentation of options that helped us decide what was best for our situation. I highly recommend!!!

Hope Plumbing confirmed arrival to our house between 1pm and 4pm. They knew that our well pump was broken and we didn't have any running water. They called at 3:15pm to tell us they weren't going to make it. Extremely unprofessional!

This is the 2nd time I have used Grateful Plumber, both times they have been on time, well priced, and very responsive to my numerous questions. Adam has worked to get our old pipes flowing again while letting us know what problems could be coming down the line and what may need to be done to fix other issues (we have an old system and large trees, a bad combination...). I trust Adam and will continue to use and highly recommend  Grateful Plumber to all who ask.

Woke up to find out that both of our AC units were not working.  They sent someone out quickly and had them fixed right away. Very happy with our experience.

My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

Pictures indicated complicated door installation but my simple door installation was unacceptable! Asked if he could recommend someone......not able to recommend any one else. Gets one star because he at least got back with us.

Bob is a straight shooter. He is fair and diligent. He was responsible and honest about every step of a process I had far underestimated. He is also a really decent guy. I had numerous other calls from other plumbers ... three days after my post.  Bob called immediately. I thought I was saving money but in fact letting him do his job probably saved me a lot of time, aggravation and money. I'd use him again in a heart beat. If he treats you as he treated me you will be pleased indeed. Plumbing is a tough business. In a world of marginal people, this guy should be proud of the honest job he does.

Called them out to put a drain in for my clothes washer. The guy looks everything over then goes over the plan and gives me a price. He also notices my hose spigot could use changing, shows me why pointing out issues with it. Gives me a price of $294 for just the spigot and can be done later. So I agree to the drain install price and he comes back out a few days later but tells me he's not sure if it can be done! He calls his manager who comes out and tells him how to do it, which was the way he told me HE was going to do it. It gets done and works fine. I call them a month later and ask to get the spigot changed now and how much was that again I asked? $294. I said go for it. They send the exact same guy out that showed me the problem with the old one. He tells me it should be $394 because of how difficult it is to get to! He was the one that looked at it in the first place! Felt like he was trying to shake me down for $100 more. Nice guy good work but not exactly trust worthy. Probably wouldn't use them again.

Have used them a few times, and they have consistently had experienced, quality technicians come out. My most recent experiences with them were for plumbing issues -- one bathroom and one kitchen issue -- and they came promptly and did a good job, even when one of the situations involved some trouble-shooting. Solid, trustworthy business. Would absolutely recommend them.

Called for emergency plumbing service on a Sunday afternoon. Was told I should get a call from a technician by 4pm. I never got a call from anyone. Waited all evening and night, had to call the office 4 times and still no service. So much for emergency response. will never call again

I called in the afternoon today for a clogged drain, they were here within 30 minutes, and it was fixed 30 minutes after that.
The plumber was nice, the job was neat and the price was right. $80.

Mark was GREAT to work with. I called after hours, he picked up right away and after explaining the problem with my water heater he was able to get to the problem right away. He even sent me a picture of what the issue was and explained what had to be done to get it fixed.  One of the nicest and most pleasant experiences I have had. He is honest and upfront! I HIGHLY recommend him.

Don't fall for the hype of them being an Indy local name!  Do your research and find a small local plumber on Nextdoor site or through neighbors or friends.  This company lied to our faces as they sent an inexperienced plumber to our home who had to take pics to get answers then took our $50 trip charge check and said he'd be back only to find out they weren't coming back until the following week!! We were without water and they knew this and then said WE WERE at fault when they knew the problem ahead of time!  They lied on the phone and said we didn't tell them it was a  different situation...we explained it exactly and even if it was a diff situation ( which it wasn't)..they should've had the knowledge to do it!!!  The plumber that arrived stated i have three other appts still and its 5pm... i can't do this one right now.  They knew it was not a basic replacement but this plumber didn't know how to do it and we had waited all day on him and then we got blamed!!! We had to fight to get our check back and thankfully we found an honest plumber through Economy Plumbing recommendation!  Steer clear of Godby!!!

I understand that pleasing customers can be very difficult. I also understand that sometimes service must be revisited and adjustments have to be made. However, the treatment by a plumber from this company was beyond anything we've ever experienced. He was rude, unprofessional, condescending and frightening. This company needs to really think about who they send to represent them. Our technician surely is not likely to create positive experiences.

I would highly recommend Summer's for any plumbing repairs. Jason came to my home when my water heater was in need of replacement. He replaced the unit quickly and efficiently. He was extremely professional and more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. Super nice guy; I would definitely call him again for help!

We just moved into our home from out of town and found Peterman Plumbing via Angie's List to look at the drainage for our sinks and the functioning of our water softener as we have never had one before.  We purchased an Angie's List coupon for the service call for Peterman Plumbing.  On November 13, the technician fixed the sink drainage issues but wasn't knowledgeable about water softeners.  He said he needed to call a manager to help him ascertain the situation with our water softener.  While I worked in my home office he came back upstairs and said it was full of water, defective and needed to be replaced and no repairs would help.  He provided some quotes and left.  Our family reviewed the quotes and sought a 2nd opinion who came by in a few weeks on December 6 to examine the water softener.  The 2nd plumber agreed and informed us he needed to shut off the appliance immediately as it was continuously running water.  A few weeks later we noticed our water bill was over $1,000 (normally around $200) due to an elevated reading between November 13 and December 6 and it was due to the Peterman's failure to shut off the water softener or let us know we needed to shut it off as our 2nd plumber did.  After receiving the water bill, we spoke to a manager at Peterman and he was not sympathetic and quoted some insurance fine print language that they couldn't touch our appliance and do repairs without our permission.  He had no explanation or apology.  I told him if they had just told us the softener was using excess water and needed to be disabled we would have asked him to do it or asked him how we could handle ourselves and we wouldn't have such a large bill.   We spent $1000 literally down the drain which could have gone toward a new water softener.  We will never use Peterman Plumbing again and encourage you to stay away from their horrible service.
