We were having issues with our kitchen sink which was incredibly problematic. Jesse came out and replaced a valve and installed a new faucet. His service was excellent and he didn't try to upsell us on things we did not need. He was incredibly professional, friendly and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend him and we have definitely found our go to go any future plumbing needs!

Steve really bailed us out.  We ended up having a DIY nightmare and he totally bailed us out.  Contacted him at 1 today and he was out before 3.  He finished the job by 5:30.  What amazing service Steve gave us.  The service was very well priced.  He is already on my speed dial!

I called Coopers after the contractor my home warranty company sent missed two appointments.  Mr Cooper (I'm guessing) arrived on time for the initial appointment and carried his briefcase like an OG salesman - I actually appreciate a simple old school approach!  I purchased the softener for about the same amount my warranty company had paid me for - and knowing warranty companies, they nickel and dime, so the price from Cooper's was great.  The guy came to install a few days later - I had to schedule a time when I could work from home, otherwise, they could have done it the next day - setup was quick and easy and the tech was polite and explained everything I needed to know!  Highly recommend!

On January 13 hope plumbing came to repair a  small leak and  the resulting fire was squelched by the Indianapolis fire dept. they have not returned to repair damages. It must be our responsibility to clean it up ? Very very bad experience. It is like dealing with the sopranos and Barney fife. Only get threats from the owners now.

I contacted multiple companies to fix my sewer cleanout. I needed the job to be completed ASAP, and Seriously 24-7 contacted me immediately. They're able to schedule a visit the same day, and technicians arrived on time. David and Zach did a great job, both very friendly. I Love Grateful Plumber. My business is baking and when I had a leak in my gas line he came out that day assessed the problem, showed me the problem gave me options and my estimate no pressure sales. I had two other plumbers from very reputable plumbing companies come out one couldn't not fix it that day and the other showed up 2 hours late. Adam had all the equipment on his truck and he and his helper were ready to work. His prices are competitive with other Good plumbing companies,He has a great website, he sends a text when he is on his way, he has online scheduling, he educates you, you can call him anytime when you have a question. We just bought our house in December and the AC went out. We had called a couple other companies but Chapman had the best price so much so we decided to go ahead and replace our furnace at the same time.

On the hottest day so far of the year Chapman was able to get right out to our house on Monday and get it installed on Thursday.  They were professional and busted their butts getting the system installed.

My kitchen sink wasn't draining. I called Bob and not even 24 hours later he came to the house. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes! Super nice, knowledgeable, and affordable. I'll be keeping his business card close for any future needs.

These guys are great.  They are always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, and get the job done right the first.  Just had a tech come to check my sump pump back up system after an inspection report said the back-up didn't work. Tech quickly found it in working order, explained how it works, and gave me a written explanation to provide to the inspector.  Great service!  I'd recommend without hesitation.

Plumber was friendly, professional and prompt. But pricing is what I'd have to call gouging. $321 to replace a leaking toilet shutoff valve. Ouch. And they charge $95 just to show up, so when the plumber quoted me $321, if I had turned it down I would have been stuck paying $95 for nothing. No-win situation.

When making the appointment I explained exactly what was needed, later the plumber told me they had flat pricing. I wish they would've told me that over the phone, instead I had to pay $95 to find out. It was a 10 minute job to install a $10 part, I just have no idea how they justify that pricing.

I came home all strung out from the road. The kids were home and two of our three toilets were clogged. Darn kids!  

I called Plumbing Heating Paramedics and the dispatch girl made it happen on short notice and dispatched a plumber. Yes, the upstairs toilet was clogged beyond my level of patience that day. Matt arrived and got the job done.  He was thorough and professional.  Thank you for saving me from having to dig the auger out to unclog the toilet!  The service call was a little salty at $147. Granted he arrived on short notice on Friday around 5pm. My time and patience are worth something. And that day I would have paid twice as much not to have to mess with it. I am an electrical and technology systems contractor with no patience to deal with plumbing issues.  If you are in a jam,call these guys!

I woke up to a laundry room emergency - a large puddle of water overflowing onto the hardwood floors into the hallway.
I called several plumbing companies, and Maxwell & Sons was the first to return my call.
Mike and his assistant were at my house in about an hour, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the faulty water heater at a reasonable pice. I would highly recommend their services for anyone with plumbing services needs.

I came here and found these guys well reviewed. I've had low water pressure and poor hot water in my house so I called these guys.

Response was eerily fast, as someone showed up within the hour. When they arrived they immediately set to work.

They replaced piping and tubing leading into and out of my water heater. It had degraded over time. But when they were done they didn't actually fix my issue. My master bath shower, which they saw, was barely usable. It was mentioned We need to replace the cartridge in the shower faucet.

Do you know what a cartridge is? Did you know there was anything even behind your shower faucet? Because I didn't and I don't care to. That's why I called professionals. But they left on an emergency call and three days later everything is as it was.

They also said I need a new water heater, which is probably right. But there was no guidance on what to get, how to get it, or if they could install it. I was told if it's not fixed in three days give us a call. Well, it wasn't fixed when they left so one wonders how it'd magically fix itself.

But hot water water isn't so much my problem. I have decently hot water. But I don't get to use it because it barely comes out my shower head.

Three days later and we're still Googling and ordering parts, drills, wrenches, and other supplies so we can replace our own shower faucet cartridge. Something that should have already been done and something I don't care to do on account I'm not a plumber.

To add to it, they left two ridiculously large and obnoxiously yellow WEILHAMMER PLUMBING stickers on my water heater and furnace. They measure about 5 or 6 inches wide and 2 inches tall. I don't mind leaving a card, or a magnet, but these were stickers half a foot wide. My house is not a billboard. 10 minutes of scrubbing with Goo Gone, magic erasers, and a wall scraper it came off.

My goal was clear: If I can't take a decent shower this evening, then it's not fixed. $195 later, after 20 minutes of their time, it's not fixed.

From start to finish the Godby team was extremely helpful, courteous and were able to get us an appointment quickly. I have already recommended them to other friends.

Mark W. has been our technician for several years.  He is always on time and works quickly.  I especially appreciate how he explains the problems or potential problems with clarity.  We never feel pressured to purchase or make changes, but feel informed instead.

Called and scheduled an appointment for a few weeks ago to clean the coils and inspect our ac before it really got hot out. The day of the service they called and cancelled because there were more pressing jobs. Fast forward to now and my ac is not working, called Mower and they came over within a couple hours and found my line is frozen and more than likely due to a freon leak. The system has been working but not the greatest for a little bit now and would have been caught during the service I scheduled before the heat wave...  Don't advertise a service and then cancel, when you preach about continual maintenance and then do not have time for it I can tell you it's extremely frustrating.

I put my details in to Yelp seeking quotes.
The person who got back to me from this company was from a different department and couldn't forward me on unless I created an account with them first.
I just needed a quick price, no hassle. IF I decided to proceed, than I would have been happy to create an account, but not for a simple estimate.
I decided not to give my business to a company that makes the process unnecessarily complicated.
