Steve was great on the phone with providing a quick quote and one that was the best value quote we could find. With ours being an urgent issue he booked us in for the following day and his son came to fit the water heater. He wore a mask at all times however he didn't introduce himself so he caught my wife off guard slightly, but he was pleasant, continuously washed his hands and they did a fantastic job, hauled away the old heater, and we have a great 1 year warranty covered by Steve of any issues arise. We will definitely use Steve again.

Steve has done a couple small jobs and then rough-plumbed a new bathroom for us. I've been impressed with his professionalism, punctuality, diagnostic efforts. He's been willing to take the time to fix some things instead of just replacing them. I'm going to keep him at the top of my list for plumbers.

Just moved to Indy and apparently Indy have one of the most hardest water in the states. Called in and brought in bunch of salesmen. Out of all of them, we liked cooper's water the best. Scott, the owner, came out and sold us on the water softener and the drinking water system. We thought the price was fair. He did offer discounts for paying cash. The installer was quick and kind. We had no problem with him. The drinking water system we've got was bit bigger than I thought. It takes up half of my bottom of the sink area. So far, our water system is working nicely. I will see if something breaks, how their customer service will be. They do have 7 years warranty on all of their water softener I believe. So far, I do recommend this company.

They're able to schedule a visit the same day, and technicians arrived on time. David and Zach did a great job, both very friendly. Adam and his helper actually just left my property.  Had an appointment this morning for plumbing  repairs and new equipment installation.   All work was completed quickly and prioerly.  I also thought for all the work they did, the price was quite reasonable.  This was the first time I had used this business, but in the future they will be my first call.

We used Chapman for the first time about 10 years ago. Our furnace went out in the middle of a freezing cold wonder and Chapman came out immediately and totally hooked us up with a great deal on a new furnace in no time. Since then, they have replaced our water heater and air conditioner. Let me tell you that Chapman has totally taken care of us. Always. They are kind, competent, and customer focused. They fight to find the root of any complex issues and come up with the best, most economical solutions. I will always use Chapman for our hvac and plumbing needs. They are THE best!

I have used Big Frog Plumbing for two jobs. They where fantastic! Quick and clean. Very affordable. They even told me I didn't need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you next plumbing job!!

Pictures indicated complicated door installation but my simple door installation was unacceptable! Asked if he could recommend someone......not able to recommend any one else. Gets one star because he at least got back with us.

Bob got right out on a situation quick. Well I was staying with a buddy of mine for a few days and someone dropped a bomb in the tolite, like got it plugged up, them sausage rolls we ate did the pipes no favors. Got backed up pretty good, clogged up. Gave Bob a shout out and he came eager as a beaver to make that cheddar and get the drain flowing once again.

He didn't stay long, but he dislodged that log stuck in the drain pipe quick.  Him and his team also got skills on a plunger, they have a technique side to side and flush flush and plunge the heck out of it, bust the pipe wide open. Got that bad stuff out of there and down the drain to never never land. Bob thank you sir! you saved the day. These guys do all kinds of plumbing jobs, they glue the plastic pipes together, build mazes you name it, know what they are doing.

When you're writing a review on a plumber, you know you've just spend some time and money that you would have rather spent elsewhere.  But, if we had to, I'm glad it was Carter's we were able to call.

A month ago, our main sewer line decided to break on us and back up into our basement.  Long story short, almost all the piping in our basement and out to the city line have been replaced by Carter's.  We've worked with them several time and they've proven to be honest, fair and do great quality, quick work.  

I hope we don't see another plumber for a VERY long time, but when we need one, we know who to call!

Howald provided exceptional service again. Howald is our go-to for our HVAC needs including replace our complete system 5 years ago.  We had a plumbing issues so I called them. Wow!! They were able to address our shower issue in one call and serviced our other shower as well. I thought it was a valve issue, but their technician (Sam) determined it was a completely clogged filter.  He had us up in running (water) in no time.  Now our visiting family members have their own shower! Thanks

These guys are absolute pros. All in one year, we needed an AC, water heater, and water softener. We also had our ducts cleaned. I feel like i've met almost all of the employees by now, including the owner, and everyone I've met has been great. The work is top notch- no cutting corners with these guys, and it shows. I am 100% satisfied, could not ask for anything more.

Do not use this company!!!  Have a leak from an upstairs shower into a closet on the main floor.  I contacted our home warranty company and they assigned Maxwell and Sons the job.  They came over and looked, took the $65 service fee and I never saw them again.  I had a couple of phone calls with Mike and he promised to come by and start the repairs.  He was was driving at the time of our conversation and said said he would call back in a few minutes to schedule the appointment.  That was 3 days ago.  Unreliable company.  They just took the $65 and ran from the job.

These guys did a fantastic job with our water heater and water softener installation.  Very knowledgeable and gave sound advice.

Good job replacing a faucet.  4 stars because price seemed high to me for a straight forward job, but that might be standard rates.  Quick service and good communications.

Our AC went out on a Thursday and I called the company that put our system in our new home.  I will review them separately.  Needless to say, they did not want to help me unless I bought a service contact.  So I went to Yelp to locate another HVAC company with a good track record and my fellow Yelpers did not disappoint!

I called the Action service line on Saturday morning and got someone at their call center.  They were professional and took my information and said the on call technician wold call me back.  CJ from Action called me back within 20 minutes and I reviewed what efforts I had tried and agreed I had done all I could do and that he would stop by after two calls in front of me.  At 11am CJ called back to let me know he was on his way and he showed up at the expected time.  He examined the inside unit, checked the thermostat and when he examined the outside unit, he quickly discovered the fan was not running.  He checked the electrical connections and determined I had a bad capacitor that drives the fan.  He had one in his truck and had it installed in a few minutes.  We had cool air!  
Price was reasonable for the part and weekend service.  CJ was professional and explained everything clearly.  I could not be happier with my experience with Action Air, they now have a new customer!

This will be my company for such needs in the future.

Super professional service from Aaron who took care of my Geothermal issue.  He dug in and found the real problems instead of trying to sell me a new unit which another repair company was trying to do.  Saved me a ton of money.  Signed up for their maintenance plan.  Highly recommended.
