24/7 Plumbing was amazing. I contacted them for an estimate for a water softener drain installation. They were able to accommodate my scheduling needs, showed up on time, and provided me with an estimate. Once I confirmed that I would continue with their plumbing services I was scheduled for my preferred time. The technician came out re-evaluated and made sure that we were going with the best option for the drain. The process was explained to me and the work was completed in the estimated time. Bill did our estimate and Mark completed the work. Both technicians were professional and open to any questions or concerns I had. I was treated with respect and not taken advantage of like I had by other companies. 10/10, will be using their services again.

We had a problem with a faucet that had been installed by the grateful plumber back in February I called on Wednesday and they came out on Thursday morning fixed it free of charge. Great service and care for their customers!

Mike built us a trash can cabinet  for under our counter. He was on time, reasonably priced, and did great work. It looks like it was part of the original kitchen floor plan. We plan on using him  for several other projects.

I have used Carters for about 10 years.  Everytime, the work is done successfully.  I trust their diagnosis of the problem and they offer two solutions:  1.  economical and 2.  higher quality.  I have chosen both depending on the failure and the type of inconvenience the failure presents.  They also offer a qualitative rating of the economic vs. the higher quality solution.

Starting with the office staff, they listen and work to get you service just as fast as possible. They are never short or rude. I have used them on numerous occasions and they are always professional,  Friendly and explain exactly what they're doing.  Steve, the Plumbing Mgr,  makes sure your problem is solved, including Leaving the office and getting his hands dirty to make sure your job is perfect. I highly recommend them.

Today, Saturday, we heard bad sounds coming from our basement! When we went down, we found water pouring out of our main discharge pipe that eventually leads out of the house. We called this company because they sent out a guy on Christmas Eve several years ago when one of our pipes froze and burst in our crawlspace. This time, Ryan was our technician. He figured out the problem and solved it very quickly! He was very courteous, well spoken and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company for any occasion!

Very happy with the service. We called them, They quickly came to take a look, diagnosed the problem and were out the door. While the price seemed a perhaps higher than I expected (my job was a big one) it was done quickly, and right. I would recommend Maxwell and sons for any of your plumbing needs, hands down. If you want solid service and it done right, it's worth it to give them a call.

Update: Considering the owner's response to my review, and reading how another Yelp user had a similar experience with disrespect from the owner, I will offer my suggestions to whomever is reading this to go with BIG FROG PLUMBING. The process to get someone out was simple and online, and everyone I spoke to and worked with were professional, polite, and courteous. They're who I will go with if I have any issues in the future, and it's literally only two minutes away from this awful company.

I've used Action Air twice so far and have been pleased with the service. The first time was to check my unit, inquire about a new filter, and update my thermostat. Next call was to change out my filter system to one that is more easily managed and more economical. Both techs that came out communicated well and worked efficiently. Action Air sends out texts prior to the responding tech's visit. The texts includes the name and picture of the tech as well as a short bio. It's like a little meet & greet, if you will. Action Air is local and family owned and I highly recommend for reasonable and efficient service.

I forgot one of the first rules of supply and demand. The one that says once you pay for something in advance... like a maintenance agreement... you become the LAST priority for service. Over a 6 week wait just to have routine maintenance. It is clear this company is preying on consumers who initiate these kinds of contracts. Keep control of the situation and don't sign these agreements. Make Summers compete for your business. With service agreements... you lose the ability to force them to compete.

So we had to get our furnace & dryer vents cleaned out due to an intentional fire which was set last week! Peterman Bro came out and inspected our unit and advised us that they recommend that we get everything cleaned and disinfected before turning our furnace back on.. Peterman was able to get technicians out within a week and they came in and cleaned everything Brooke & Tristen were both knowledgeable and friendly. They even were so attentive that they recognized my daughter was upstairs working and was able to clean our upstairs bedroom vents without interrupting her! Now that's talent! So if you're ever in need of a company to clean your vents or even tune up on your furnace make sure you choose Peterman Brothers
