Water heater replacement. Best price, quick response. Jesse on site, very professional, quick (in and out in about an hour). Highly recommended. Will use them again.

Mr. Winters was very kind and attentive as I explained our troubles with two different toilets. He offered several options for solving our problems with both and was willing to explain it all again to my husband over the phone.  He was honest, thorough, and conservative with his solutions, never pressuring us into unnecessary purchases. We will definitely call him with all future plumbing repairs and evaluations.

Just moved to Indy and apparently Indy have one of the most hardest water in the states. Called in and brought in bunch of salesmen. Out of all of them, we liked cooper's water the best. Scott, the owner, came out and sold us on the water softener and the drinking water system. We thought the price was fair. He did offer discounts for paying cash. The installer was quick and kind. We had no problem with him. The drinking water system we've got was bit bigger than I thought. It takes up half of my bottom of the sink area. So far, our water system is working nicely. I will see if something breaks, how their customer service will be. They do have 7 years warranty on all of their water softener I believe. So far, I do recommend this company.

Hope Plumbing confirmed arrival to our house between 1pm and 4pm. They knew that our well pump was broken and we didn't have any running water. They called at 3:15pm to tell us they weren't going to make it. Extremely unprofessional!

Sump pump flooded our basement at 2 am and they arrived in about an hour. Andrew was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. If you have an emergency, you can rely on them to take care of it fast.

Although Adam wasn't able to fix my problem he  was direct and I feel very honest about the situation.  There wasn't any way around needing to replace the water heater.  I tried myself to remove the leaky hose and it was as if the coupling had been welded to the inlet.  Any more pressure and I would've probably broken off the inlet.

I recently signed up with an annual hvac and plumbing service agreement with Chapman. We installed a new hvac unit a few years back and it started making a high pitched whining noise. The company we purchased the unit through ultimately lost our confidence by lack of knowledge and difficulty scheduling service.
Chapman sent a service tech who immediately heard the noise and knew what it was, since has come back and replaced the part.
My experience with Chapman has been excellent. From scheduling to communication to tech being professional. I Highly recommend this company.

I had Mike out to do some work on a hot tub in a new house.  He was helpful and beyond the work told me where to get parts so I could work on things myself.  That's the mark of a
Contractor that's got enough work they don't care about you doing some of the work to cut costs.

Honest, courteous, prompt, friendly, and fair. Fixed water heater after original installer had botched the job. No pressure to upsell or feel like you are being taken advantage of. A really solid person with Midwestern values who shoots straight. Ever need a plumber who would treat you like an good, trusted friend? Bob is your man. 5 out of 5!

I would give Howald 6 stars if I could! I signed on for a service contract on my rental last year and I just renewed. In the last year and a half, they've serviced my heating and air, and even installed a sump pump, at a really reasonable price! They also came out recently to investigate a mystery leak in the bathroom and again fixed it at a very reasonable price. I had to make a service call today when my tenants told me the heat was out, and Howald came out same-day, fixed it, and changed the filter and did the maintenance call at the same time. Also everyone who works there is always friendly, which important to me since dealing with house issues is pretty stressful. I love this company!

To update, gave 5 stars b/4 & continue to feel same way. I've had yearly contract for years & continue to recommend highly. These folks NEVER let you down. Excellent service, knowledge & reliability!

Replaced and rerouted exterior faucet  and installed new kitchen faucet. Extremely nice people concerned with providing good service and respectful of property.

I searched for someone to grind out corrugated drainage pipes at my mom's house in Noblesville. Weilhammer no longer does that grinding, but M made a recommendation. Weilhammer's top tip was him suggesting how to KEEP the pipes clear of roots. AND he said likely tree roots had gotten in the drainage holes (and that's what likely happened).

They were spectacular suggestions. M, you are the best!

Don't fall for the hype of them being an Indy local name!  Do your research and find a small local plumber on Nextdoor site or through neighbors or friends.  This company lied to our faces as they sent an inexperienced plumber to our home who had to take pics to get answers then took our $50 trip charge check and said he'd be back only to find out they weren't coming back until the following week!! We were without water and they knew this and then said WE WERE at fault when they knew the problem ahead of time!  They lied on the phone and said we didn't tell them it was a  different situation...we explained it exactly and even if it was a diff situation ( which it wasn't)..they should've had the knowledge to do it!!!  The plumber that arrived stated i have three other appts still and its 5pm... i can't do this one right now.  They knew it was not a basic replacement but this plumber didn't know how to do it and we had waited all day on him and then we got blamed!!! We had to fight to get our check back and thankfully we found an honest plumber through Economy Plumbing recommendation!  Steer clear of Godby!!!

Ac stopped blowing cold had them come out. $79 dollar service call  they wave the $79 if they do the repair. Replaced a $20 dollar part charged $203. Guy was there for 10 min. In short I should have did a little research and replaced the part my self. They guy that came out was not overly friendly and replaced the part before I even said I was willing to pay for the work. Probably won't use them again.

Let it suffice to say that I am very disappointed with Summers.  I've used their services several times in the past when I've encountered a plumbing issue, and they were always most responsive and  courteous in fixing the problem.  So I had no reservations about contacting them this weekend when I had an unexpected problem with my water heater.  But it became  obvious from the moment I spoke with their service representative by telephone (at 5:20 p.m.  Saturday afternoon) that he was not enthralled with the idea of paying me a service call.  Nonetheless, he reluctantly agreed to do so after completing two jobs that were ahead of me.  That was the last time I heard from him.  By 10:30 p.m. , he was still a no show.  I would have at least expected a courtesy call from him offering an explanation for his absence, but I didn't even get that consideration.  Nothing irritates me more than when a contractor makes a commitment to me and then doesn't fulfill it.

Summers - if you're listening, you need to have a conversation with this technician about his customer service skills and keeping commitments that he makes.  Because you can bet that if he's done this to me, he has already - or will, do the same to another customer.

Peterman offers a 'membership' in which you pay a monthly fee and get certain perks.  This review is written because I told Peterman to cancel my membership in this 'club' and they never did.  When I called to ask about this, I was transferred to a manager who asked me when I made the request. Amazingly, I did remember when: it was four months earlier. He said he would review the call and get back to me. He did. He said he listened to the tape and that I did, in fact, request cancelation. But since I never confirmed this in writing he could not refund my fees.  Did he also need it notarized?

Unrelatedly, one of their plumbers told my tenant that a clog was due to a feminine hygiene product being flushed down the toilet. Common enough. He then told the tenant not to flush used toilet paper down the toilet either!  For God's sake, why would anyone, much less a plumber, recommend that?  Maybe the tenant should save all the used toilet paper for Peterman to come pick up.
