Got scheduled the day and time I wanted. Showed up a half hour late, but most plumbers have half hour window. Because we knew the source of the leak, they did not charge diagnostic fee. Cleaned up afterwards (for the most part). Very friendly. They only take one type of credit card and charge an extra fee if you use credit card (5%). But Jesse did a great job. Would definitely use them again!  Bonded and insured.

Steve has done a couple small jobs and then rough-plumbed a new bathroom for us. I've been impressed with his professionalism, punctuality, diagnostic efforts. He's been willing to take the time to fix some things instead of just replacing them. I'm going to keep him at the top of my list for plumbers.

Called them at 730 and someone was at the house by 915. They diagnosed the problem and fixed our water heater! Very polite, knowledgeable, and FAST!

Great communication (texts confirming appointment time and when plumber was on the way), on time (or even early! - called first to confirm availability), professional demeanor, gave options to repair and/or replace, left repair area clean. Plus - we're back to taking hot showers again! Very satisfied!

I have been using Chapman for the last 4 years on my personal homes and several rental properties. They have installed 4 ac units for me in that time. Every time I call they come out same or next day, once on a Saturday they came within 3 hours! Estimates are always clearly presented to me, even with a variety of options. The service techs are always timely, presentable, and polite. I always feel I am getting the best deal and good value. I've used other companies at my place of business due to contracts and would prefer to use Chapman!! Give them a try!

First time we used Big Frog Plumbing based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant. He came up with a solution that eliminated the need to cut into our drywall.  Impressive! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Whoever drives truck number 111 Should Not drive anymore for your company. Not only he's dangerous but he text and drive at the same time. Saw him cut off numerous people and then he started tailgating people when they honked at him. He would often hold his phone up like he was videotaping or taking pictures of people that took offense to his driving.

Super pleased with Howald, Ricky was my service person and I was very pleased with his professionalism, timeliness, and expertise. The came the next morning of my initial call to replace an outdoor hose valve on my older home. And Ricky also provided me with a convenient indoor shut off valve with easy access. I appreciate you all and will be calling you for my next plumbing or HVAC needs.

These guys are absolute pros. All in one year, we needed an AC, water heater, and water softener. We also had our ducts cleaned. I feel like i've met almost all of the employees by now, including the owner, and everyone I've met has been great. The work is top notch- no cutting corners with these guys, and it shows. I am 100% satisfied, could not ask for anything more.

After fixing my first issue, I called Mike for help with high water pressure. Mike jr came out, worked his magic and put a pressure value in where the water comes into the house. I called yesterday after a couple of weeks with no AC in this Indy humidity! They put me on a cancellation list which I was already on a few but just trying to get someone as quick as possible. I have a 100 pound Great Pyrenees who was not enjoying the heat either. To my surprise they called and could get me in same day! Mitchell showed up and was very nice, easy to speak with and very friendly with all my crazy dogs. It started thundering and lightening with rain coming any minute. He worked as quick as possible to get my AC recharged and got completely soaked finishing up! But he finished and was still smiling. The work was finished for less than 6 quotes and estimates I had received! He also sold me on a warranty they carry that offers 2 service calls a year and they make sure the system is working good. I needed help with furnace issues ASAP & after hours during extremely frigid weather. The after hours call representative was polite & professional. I had a prompt return call from a tech.  He had one more run before he could visit me, & he was right on time.  The tech was very polite & professional.  I was fortunate to have a minor problem.  The tech showed me how to deal with it & how to read the error codes on my furnace should I have any further problems.  He priced some other services I was interested in & explained the yearly plan (which I declined). No hard sell, & no attempt to take advantage of my emergency repair situation.  I'm impressed and will consider Summers for my future HVAC & plumbing needs.  Thank you!!

They totally destroyed the front yard, needlessly.  There are things called planks....or plywood....to reduce the giant tracks left by machinery.  They sent some kid out to do a half ass hack job.  Not impressed at all.  The front yard looks more like a gravel pit.  Sewer line replaced, and after spending $$$$$$$$ to do THAT..... kid tried to sell a $70.00 drain cleaner concoction.  Why would a newly replaced sewer line need cleaned?  The issue was swept under the carpet and was explained away with some nonsense about a soft clog and a collapsed vent pipe !!  Beware of this company.  Especially if you're a senior citizen.  A disgusting and unsavory way to do business.
