The outdoor faucet at our home was leaking into the kitchen and the basement. We contacted multiple plumbers to get a quote.  Steve Morin, the owner responded to my inquiry very quickly. He answered all of my questions and provided a very reasonable quote ($350 to $450). He explained that the final pricing would be dependent on the repair.
Jesse Morin, arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. He was also very informative and showed me what he needed to do to make the repair. He answered all my questions. I actually learned things about the plumbing in our home of 20 years.
Added bonus: Jesse was actually able to do the repairs at the lower side of the quoted price range. The Morin family is now our new #1 plumber of choice!!!

We had questions about our water softener and wanted to make sure it was working properly. Cooper's Water Conditioning was a lot of help! They came out and made sure everything was working properly. They were quick and efficient! They were highly professional and we would recommend them!

I was promised the giant heaping mound left in my front yard would be graded for free as part of finishing a sewer job (that they had to re-do btw). After several months, I've emailed and called with no responses. I was actually told the guys are too busy to read their emails. Seems my neighbor had the same problem. It would have been nice to establish a relationship with a reliable plumber as we have an old house with many issues. Not impressed with being totally ignored.

I had great experience with Seriously 24-7 fixing a leaky faucet.  They were very professional, very well planned and organized, punctual, and efficient.  Price was very reasonable.

We needed to have Grateful Plumber come to our home for an evaluation of a possible leak.  He showed up early and was rude to the tenants.  He said he fixed the issue, which took about 15 min of his time.  The charge was $201.  Overall, seems overpriced for simple fix with few parts.  Not happy with experience overall.

Had Chapman plumbing fix a toilet they had installed that developed a small leak at the base.  Amy took my call last week and offered to have someone come out immediately that day!!!!  Since a small leak, as scheduled for today.  Gage came out and was extremely nice, wanted to fully understand the issue and fixed it at no cost!!!  They honored their work and product.   From the office staff to the technicians, they are always so nice and helpful.

First time we used Big Frog Plumbing based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant. He came up with a solution that eliminated the need to cut into our drywall.  Impressive! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I had Mike out to do some work on a hot tub in a new house.  He was helpful and beyond the work told me where to get parts so I could work on things myself.  That's the mark of a

Honest, courteous, prompt, friendly, and fair. Fixed water heater after original installer had botched the job. No pressure to upsell or feel like you are being taken advantage of. Paul and the team at Carter's saved the day. After many awful experiences with companies no showing appointments, giving inaccurate troubleshooting, and generally fear mongering about our lack of water, we could tell immediately that Paul was the real deal. He showed up and did a little trouble shooting, but after years of experience was able to conclude that the well pump itself was the issue. Not a cheap fix, but we decided to move forward and replace. Even when they hit a wall because our old pump turned out to be stuck, Paul knew what we should do and who to call, and worked with the second party company to prioritize our job. Although we ran over into a second day, they showed up early the next morning, got to work, and came up with a solution that did NOT involve drilling a new well when our old pump broke off during pulling. We have water!!! Thank you Paul and team for doing the job right and being transparent along the way. We will be calling Carter's for any future plumbing needs!!

Howald came highly recommended by people in my neighborhood. Some had used Howald for years and years. My experience with them mirrors my neighbors' for the most part; I like this place because they were fast to come to my home (they fixed my AC unit the same day).

I don't know what other places charge to do things, but I'm a little miffed to have to pay almost $100 for a diagnostic fee. This could just be my ignorance of the HVAC trade, but that is a lotta dough just to have someone look in your unit and go, Yep, the whatsit needs to be replaced. Anywho, I'm not complaining too much because now I'm a lot cooler and less grumpy now that I have air. Thanks, Howald!

We have used Maxwell Plumbing for several things.  We do not often recommend people but he is good at it all!  Customer service, reliable, cleans up after the job is done.  Knowledgeable!   Gave us options on what to do, very happy with results.  Our daughter bought an older home, he worked with her and got everything upto code and fixed.  Also, did a new bathroom re design for some friends of ours.

I have always found the owner Mark to be very knowledgeable about water heaters. He knows his stuff. Gas water heaters are big on his list. The electric tankless are pretty much impossible except to run a single fixture in a home or business like a sink or lav. Plumbers know that. We get the specs on how much heat rise you can get from a device used to heat water from the cold, cold ground. A tank can heat and simmer the water over a two hour period. A tankless has to instantly heat the cold water into something usable.  For instance, a gas tank may be 38,000 BTU, and a tankless would need 199,000 BTU. That's over five times the amount of gas required to heat the water as quick as needed. Heating by electricity is far less efficient. I have learned so much over the years from Mark. Thanks :)

Jason, the owner contacted me a few days ago to correct the issue. We agreed on a deal that we both felt was fair, and he asked me to give his company another chance, which I will. I have used Godby many times over the years and will hopefully continue to do so in the future.

They were able to send someone out the same day which was wonderful. Grant was very professional & nice. He was able to replace the water shut off valve which had broken & that was worth the visit. But he didn't fix the leak in our toilet. He thought he had but it was leaking again within a couple of days. I totally understand that he couldn't loosen the 23 year old bolts but do feel like he could've sealed it which is what I'm getting ready to do. Just need it to hold until the world is back to normal & it can be replaced.

Let it suffice to say that I am very disappointed with Summers.  I've used their services several times in the past when I've encountered a plumbing issue, and they were always most responsive and  courteous in fixing the problem.  So I had no reservations about contacting them this weekend when I had an unexpected problem with my water heater.  But it became  obvious from the moment I spoke with their service representative by telephone (at 5:20 p.m.  Saturday afternoon) that he was not enthralled with the idea of paying me a service call.  Nonetheless, he reluctantly agreed to do so after completing two jobs that were ahead of me.  That was the last time I heard from him.  By 10:30 p.m. , he was still a no show.  I would have at least expected a courtesy call from him offering an explanation for his absence, but I didn't even get that consideration.  Nothing irritates me more than when a contractor makes a commitment to me and then doesn't fulfill it.

Summers - if you're listening, you need to have a conversation with this technician about his customer service skills and keeping commitments that he makes.  Because you can bet that if he's done this to me, he has already - or will, do the same to another customer.

Very disappointed, we just had a faucet installed 60 days ago and it now leaks the cause is broke, my guess is due to being over tight.  The cost the replace the whole faucet, $192.00 the cost to fix just the drain $319.00.  We just had them install a new HVAC and have used them for several years for PM service.  I guess I would expect more.

Update we did work out an agreement that we were both satisfied with
