We were having issues with our kitchen sink which was incredibly problematic. Jesse came out and replaced a valve and installed a new faucet. His service was excellent and he didn't try to upsell us on things we did not need. He was incredibly professional, friendly and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend him and we have definitely found our go to go any future plumbing needs!

We have had lots of plumbing issues in our older house. Steve and crew have been great at fixing our problems and we will not use anyone else.

Excellent service. I waited 2 days for a call back from Culligan and finally gave up and found Coopers online thanks to their great reviews. I have to add mine to them. They installed a brand new system in my new hone 2 days later and it was less cost then me buying a system myself to have installed. This is a great family business!  Much appreciated!  Good job. No Nonsense, just done right!
After a serious problem with our internal plumbing, I called Hope Plumbing hoping to get a good job done reasonably.  Well, long story, short, I DID!  From the first phone call I made, through the quoting, to the finishing and clean up of the crawlspace (sorry guys) and back yard, I have nothing but High Regards and Hope the best for the company who specializes on Older homes, like Mine.  I hope the best to Mr. Tingle and Travis for the hard work that they performed.  I will highly recommend them to anyone without regrets.  I asked for the job to be done right, and that is exactly what I got, a job done right and timely. Our water heater went out in the middle of the night, never does this happen during the day!  I called them at 5:15 am and they were at my home by 8:30. Had options and were ready to go in no time.  We had our new tankless water heater installed and hot water in a few short hours.  They are awesome!  To get my job done quickly and efficiently one of the owners showed up and joined the other two to make sure this was done fast and efficient.

I am very pleased with the Grateful Plumber! Not only did he respond quickly to my query through Yelp, he was friendly and informative over the phone. I was given a time window for my appointment and he showed up on time with an assistant. He patiently answered my questions, offered thoughtful advice and gave me quotes before starting work. The job was done quickly, reasonably and cleanly. I have a couple of bigger jobs to be done in the future and will call on the Grateful Plumber for them!

I have been using Chapman for the last 4 years on my personal homes and several rental properties. They have installed 4 ac units for me in that time. Every time I call they come out same or next day, once on a Saturday they came within 3 hours! Estimates are always clearly presented to me, even with a variety of options. The service techs are always timely, presentable, and polite. I always feel I am getting the best deal and good value. I've used other companies at my place of business due to contracts and would prefer to use Chapman!! Give them a try!

First time we used Big Frog Plumbing based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant. He came up with a solution that eliminated the need to cut into our drywall.  Impressive! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Mike's is fantastic! He's done a number of things at our place, from spa repairs to fixing some faucets and locks. He's a great communicator, timely, and charges a fair price. Highest recommendation.

Bob is a straight shooter. He is fair and diligent. He was responsible and honest about every step of a process I had far underestimated. He is also a really decent guy. I had numerous other calls from other plumbers ... three days after my post.  Bob called immediately. I thought I was saving money but in fact letting him do his job probably saved me a lot of time, aggravation and money. I'd use him again in a heart beat. If he treats you as he treated me you will be pleased indeed. Plumbing is a tough business. In a world of marginal people, this guy should be proud of the honest job he does.

Highly recommend Sean Mooney of Carter's My Plumber. We had some ongoing floor drain issues (that were not staying fixed). A friend referred us to Sean, and we are so happy with his work. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Very reasonable price. Ours was a drain issue--older home (built in 1947). But I now plan to call them for everything. Their service level was super impressive from the call back by Tonya (after business hours) to the work by Sean.  I haven't seen this level of service in a very long time!

This was our first time to have Howald do our seasonal AC check-up and I could not have had a more positive experience.   James was on time, polite and very knowledgable.  After identifying some issues that needed attention, he would thoroughly explain why and how it should be addressed.  Unlike other service providers, I never felt like he was trying  to sell me something.  And, the service contract provides a nice savings!   Again, if you need service for your AC or furnace, give Howald a call!

My wife noticed our sump pumps weren't working. Based on reviews, we called Maxwell and Sons. Mike came over darned near immediately. Replaced two pumps quickly and very reasonably. Great experience. We'll use him again.

Worked with the owner, good guy, super nice and helpful with advice on the phone.  Saved me a lot of money.

We have been a customer of Godby for probably over 10 years. We are on their Club Godby. I'll say they have very good service however,  I called to have them look at a couple of things. There is a $99 service call which is fine. We needed a frost free outside spigot repaired and Gary the technician (who has been here before and is a nice guy) gave me the estimate to replace one outside faucet (spigot) and I was shocked. I expected it to be over $200.? but it was over $400. Labor is over $200 per hour. I told Gary to forget it and paid the $99 call fee. We will be looking for another HVAC and plumbing company. BTW, the 3 stars were for their service. If I had to give a star rating on pricing, it would be a one.

Our AC unit had been serviced last year by a different company, so it seemed odd that we would need service again so soon. Called Action Air who was able to come out quickly (and even had an earlier opening on the appointment day, so came out sooner) and take a look. They noticed there were potential micro leaks happening, which had been pointed out previously by the other company, and they recommended adding leak sealer, which had Not been previously mentioned or recommended. Refrigerant was filled, sealer added, and AC quickly started working well.
To go even further, they offered the Year membership, which actually dropped the overall cost of service and then includes two free checkups. They just finished the checkup and noticed the blower was running high, so upon lowering it the unit will run more efficiently and properly - more very helpful information!

Tl:dr; quality problem-solving, informative, and timely.

I forgot one of the first rules of supply and demand. The one that says once you pay for something in advance... like a maintenance agreement... you become the LAST priority for service. Over a 6 week wait just to have routine maintenance. It is clear this company is preying on consumers who initiate these kinds of contracts. Keep control of the situation and don't sign these agreements. Make Summers compete for your business. With service agreements... you lose the ability to force them to compete.

If you are a senior person looking for a plumber, look out for
Peterman, they will take a advantage of your age because
they know you are old and don't have much knowledge about
repair costs.

I need a outside faucet replaced, Peterman was recommend by
a friend name Shawn M, and Drew Gomez came out to do
the repair work, which was a nice guy.  He gave me a total
cost, but did not break out the cost, and he said the cost would
be $560, but with the goofy contract, which costs $12.00 mo,
the cost would be $520.  I would say the part cost aprox $50,
and labor cost for a hour should not be over $200. With the
cost for the parts and labor was $520.  That means labor
cost was $450.  My doctor doesn't charge that much.

I'm 84 but if you are younger and need repair work I'm sure
your labor cost would be less.
