We were having issues with our kitchen sink which was incredibly problematic. Jesse came out and replaced a valve and installed a new faucet. His service was excellent and he didn't try to upsell us on things we did not need. He was incredibly professional, friendly and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend him and we have definitely found our go to go any future plumbing needs!

We have had lots of plumbing issues in our older house. Steve and crew have been great at fixing our problems and we will not use anyone else.

Just moved to Indy and apparently Indy have one of the most hardest water in the states. Called in and brought in bunch of salesmen. Out of all of them, we liked cooper's water the best. Scott, the owner, came out and sold us on the water softener and the drinking water system. We thought the price was fair. He did offer discounts for paying cash. The installer was quick and kind. We had no problem with him. The drinking water system we've got was bit bigger than I thought. It takes up half of my bottom of the sink area. So far, our water system is working nicely. I will see if something breaks, how their customer service will be. They do have 7 years warranty on all of their water softener I believe. So far, I do recommend this company.

BEWARE.  Hope Plumbing works on a 'contract' basis, not hourly.  We saw the signs around the neighborhood and called to fix a dripping shower.  Total time to fix the drop: 45 minutes.   Total bill: $231 ($163 is the standard faucet repair).   I called to check on why such a steep charge, thinking $100 would be reasonable.   It was explained that all faucet repairs are $163, plus parts.   For such a minor job I recommend going with a handyman, not Hope Plumbing.

The sink in one bathroom was not working properly, so I emailed them yesterday.  I had a return email right away.  Once I provided my phone number, they called and set up an appointment for this morning, which was also confirmed by email.  I received a call 30 minutes before their arrival, and they had my sink fixed (as well as pointing out a couple of other things I might need in the future, complete with an estimate but no pressure) in less than half an hour.  Polite, fast, reliable service.  I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

We needed our kitchen sink unplugged, and they did a efficient job of taking care of it. They were also right on time early in the morning.

Had Chapman plumbing fix a toilet they had installed that developed a small leak at the base.  Amy took my call last week and offered to have someone come out immediately that day!!!!  Since a small leak, as scheduled for today.  Gage came out and was extremely nice, wanted to fully understand the issue and fixed it at no cost!!!  They honored their work and product.   From the office staff to the technicians, they are always so nice and helpful.

I have used Big Frog Plumbing for two jobs. They where fantastic! Quick and clean. Very affordable. They even told me I didn't need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you next plumbing job!!

Mike's is fantastic! He's done a number of things at our place, from spa repairs to fixing some faucets and locks. He's a great communicator, timely, and charges a fair price. Highest recommendation.

I cannot rave about them enough!  We scheduled the installation of our gas water heater for 1-3.  The gentleman were here at 12:15 and were very professional.  They reviewed the cost that we were quoted and honored the quote even though it was off.  They quickly installed the new heater and hauled off the old one with the cardboard box from the new one.  They shared maintenance information  to keep the new one in shape.  Brandon and Todd did an amazing job!

Always prompt to return your call. Have used them for both plumbing and HVAC issues. Knowledgeable local people that get the job done and have always treated us well.

So happy this team was able to help me tonight!! Called because I came home to a hot house, just googled mapped HVAC and they came up as a 24 hour service so I called. Gave my information to the receptionist who promptly sent an email to her technician whom also promptly called me. Came out right away and fixed my AC!! Super friendly and super honest. I couldn't have picked a better company!! Definitely will be looking forward to having them back out to make sure everything else is working good on my units, and maybe repair some plumbing issues too!! Thanks for all the help!!

After fixing my first issue, I called Mike for help with high water pressure. Mike jr came out, worked his magic and put a pressure value in where the water comes into the house. He was quick, efficient and easy to work with. This family is amazing and I highly recommend Maxwell & Sons for your plumbing needs.

They came out today to fix low pressure on hot water. Turned out to be a pipe almost clogged completely clogged clogged with lime. While they were here we had the tank replaced. Very happy with the service. Would use them again.

My service experience was quite bad, and a long series of errors were made.  Originally i posted a very detailed and negative review.  Since then I have been contacted by Jason Godby, and was treated very well.  I was assured that my experience was the exception, not the norm, and I believed him.  I have decided to replace my previous extremely negative review, not because I was asked to, but because after my conversation with Jason I felt that they no longer deserved it.  I will use them again and hope that my previous experience was a fluke.

Polite, competent, easy-to-understand technician.  He quickly diagnosed a service issue with our PTAC unit, then did a thorough maintenance routine on our HVAC furnace.  I particularly appreciated that he fully explained what he found and gave me alternatives for correcting issues.  Would definitely recommend!

Our technician, Jeremy, was very punctual.  When he came in he immediately put his orange booties on and went to work.  He was very professional in his inspection and confirmed what we already knew in one bathroom.   With the exception of the one bathroom we passed the inspection.  Jeremy gave us helpful advice in the settings on our water heater.  Once done with the inspection I asked him if he could repair the problem in the guest bathroom and he said he could, and he did.  Even with the help of one of our five cats.   We have dealt with this company several times now and am very pleased with their services.

Their prices are astronomical! They also charged an 85$ fee just for the privilege of hearing how astronomical their prices are! My wife, who made the appointment, was under the impression that they were going to diagnose what was wrong with our slow drain for 85$, but no. They also want to charge $400 to install a toilet that WE provide! It takes less than an hour to install a toilet, so their price per hour is roughly $400! I would not recommend letting these people in your home.
