Excellent service with good pricing and very friendly staff. Happened to call them when searching for quotes. They had the lowest price and I felt the most comfortable with Steve explaining exactly what they expected to do to replace my water heater. Only one issue: The price difference between paying by check/cash or using card. Since I had no checks available and hadn't been notified to collect some cash, I had to pay the 5% fee for using a credit card. Aside from that, I had a great experience and feel more than comfortable having Jesse in my home to do repairs again. After I go to the ATM, of course.

Steve was very professional and able to get out to my property the very next day. Gave me two options before moving forward and didn't charge us a service fee to diagnose the problem. Tenants are happy and I'm happy. Thanks again Steve!

Excellent service. I waited 2 days for a call back from Culligan and finally gave up and found Coopers online thanks to their great reviews. I have to add mine to them. They installed a brand new system in my new hone 2 days later and it was less cost then me buying a system myself to have installed. This is a great family business!  Much appreciated!  Good job. When the sump pump goes, you need it fixed quickly. Hope was able to fit us in same day and was at our house within an hour to replace the system. We will gladly use Hope plumbing in the future based on our experience this time. Thank you!

OF COURSE my sump pump went out on a Sunday and flooded my crawl space.  I called Seriously 24/7 and Brittney(?) sent out Antonio and his assistant Jacob right away.  They were polite, extremely professional, educated, and explained everything in layman's terms. They installed a new pump and the water drained quickly.  A few weeks later, the pump stopped working and I called Seriously 24/7 and Brittney sent the two back out immediately.  The switch was faulty and was quickly replaced - no charge of course. (probably an unusual manufacturer's defect?)

Had Chapman plumbing fix a toilet they had installed that developed a small leak at the base.  Amy took my call last week and offered to have someone come out immediately that day!!!!  Since a small leak, as scheduled for today.  Gage came out and was extremely nice, wanted to fully understand the issue and fixed it at no cost!!!  They honored their work and product.   From the office staff to the technicians, they are always so nice and helpful.

My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

Mike built us a trash can cabinet  for under our counter. He was on time, reasonably priced, and did great work. It looks like it was part of the original kitchen floor plan. We plan on using him  for several other projects.

I should of have had him bail when I found out he had no equipment to pressurize gas pipes to be able to check pipes for leaks with soapy water on joints of pipes
I guess that doesnt matter if you are too big to go into attic where most of the pipes are

Charged me $564..06 for house leak search. The only pipes he searched where the 2 on the furnace room
Replacing the 2 valves should have cost about $400

Called Carter's out for a new gas dryer instal and hookup. Very friendly customer service from the first call. The technician called before our appointment and was right on time. Very pleased with Carter's My Plumber.

They refused to give an estimate on the requested work.   I guess it was just too hard....

Plumbing Paramedics performed an inspection on our plumbing after the rebuild of our new Old Town Design Group house which flooded due to an installation error by their contractor, BRS Mechanical (BR Schroeder and Sons).

Plumbing Paramedics were extremely professional and thorough and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They also noticed that a flush valve had never been installed on our tankless water heater. Plumbing paramedics returned later and installed a flush valve and flushed our system for a great deal. I am grateful for their honest and quality work.

My wife noticed our sump pumps weren't working. Based on reviews, we called Maxwell and Sons. Mike came over darned near immediately. Replaced two pumps quickly and very reasonably. Great experience. We'll use him again.

These guys did a fantastic job with our water heater and water softener installation.  Very knowledgeable and gave sound advice.

My service experience was quite bad, and a long series of errors were made.  Originally i posted a very detailed and negative review.  Since then I have been contacted by Jason Godby, and was treated very well.  I was assured that my experience was the exception, not the norm, and I believed him.  I have decided to replace my previous extremely negative review, not because I was asked to, but because after my conversation with Jason I felt that they no longer deserved it.  I will use them again and hope that my previous experience was a fluke.

Used them for years and were very happy with their sevice until the last two years.   They would service the units but seemed more concerned with what else they could sell on top of the service.   I am discontinuing their use.

Let it suffice to say that I am very disappointed with Summers.  I've used their services several times in the past when I've encountered a plumbing issue, and they were always most responsive and  courteous in fixing the problem.  So I had no reservations about contacting them this weekend when I had an unexpected problem with my water heater.  But it became  obvious from the moment I spoke with their service representative by telephone (at 5:20 p.m.  Saturday afternoon) that he was not enthralled with the idea of paying me a service call.  Nonetheless, he reluctantly agreed to do so after completing two jobs that were ahead of me.  That was the last time I heard from him.  By 10:30 p.m. , he was still a no show.  I would have at least expected a courtesy call from him offering an explanation for his absence, but I didn't even get that consideration.  Nothing irritates me more than when a contractor makes a commitment to me and then doesn't fulfill it.

Summers - if you're listening, you need to have a conversation with this technician about his customer service skills and keeping commitments that he makes.  Because you can bet that if he's done this to me, he has already - or will, do the same to another customer.

Have been pleased with Peterman Brothers for most of their work and routine maintenance calls we have had them do. Don't care for when routine maintenance is being performed that the sales pitch starts for new equipment is highly recommended or current equipment should be replaced even though the equipment is working fine. Doesn't matter what kind of business it is I don't care for that kind of customer service. There is a difference if they would say we recommend soon or in the future this be replaced but just don't give the hard sell. Other than that Peterman Brothers is a reputable company.
