Do you want sloppy? Do you want excuses? Do you want to pay $2800 for a water heater and have the job done half-@ss? Call Hudson Plumbing! They took out the old water heater and installed the new one PARTIALLY on the old wood pad. It hangs off on one side. They also attached new copper pipe to 35 year old PVC pipe when I requested the attach it to the copper pipe that the old PVC ran to -which would have been EASIER, LESS TIME CONSUMING, REQUIRED LESS COPPER and the same distance going the other direction. I also requested they delete an old valve and excess piping to a second water heater-did they? No, of course not. Called and got the excuse express from 'name redacted'. We are calling a new plumber to fix Hudsons mess. I wish this would let me post photos of the sloppy, crappy workmanship so you could see how lame they are.
DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for getting my water running again in my home. I appreciate the last minute work and for making sure that the job was done right and was clean and back to normal when you left.

I'm a new customer and was very satisfied. Mike the technician showed up on time with a pleasant attitude and did a good job for the quoted price.

This man is amazing. The clog in the sewer line was full of roots and debris. Pat worked over and above to clear this mess. He did not charge anymore than his estimate although the time and effort he put in was worth at least double. He had to take off the bathroom door so the machine would fit in the small bathroom area and he cleaned up the mess to the point you would have never known what a disaster area it had been. You will never regret calling Pat for any of your sewer needs. Oh, and he arrived past business hours and made sure the job was done when he could have put us off for the next day. So awesome!

Friendly, professional and efficient! They came out the same day we called and gave us great service and a price that was far better than the competitors! I would highly recommend using them!

I've used Efficient Systems for a number of problems in our recently purchased house. They have been most helpful and easy to work with. They are respectful of your property, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Do not recommend this plumbing service at all. My family is redoing our kitchen and putting in hardwood floors on the main level, and these guys screwed up everything that they touched. They installed a toilet on the main level, it leaked, and now there's water damage on the ceiling of our recently renovated basement! They also reinstalled our laundry machines, and that leaked all over the place, too! Luckily, we have tile in there, not hardwood floors. Then, they installed our sink, but never asked which side we wanted the faucet handle to go on! Never communicated with us, nothing! Plus, they didn't ask which side we wanted our garbage disposal, but we paid an extra amount of money to get the sink mirrored, the sides switched, but that was a waste. And the icing on the cake, we switched from an electric stove top to a gas one, and Cobra installed it. We have had so many problems since. A guy installed it, and part of it didn't look right. The man said, oh no, don't worry, it's supposed to be like that. Later, we noticed a gas smell. After all the issues we'd had with them, we talked to the foreman of the kitchen remodeling. He said, it is definitely not supposed to look that, and that the plumbers would be called back. Well, they came back, and tightened one of the valves. Still had a gas smell. And we didn't want our house exploding after paying a boatload to get it all nice and pretty. So we're still having problems, and I'm holding off on lighting any candles for a while.
Anyway, I do not recommend these plumbers. I understand making one mistake, maybe even two, but three or more strikes. . . They just screwed up everything they touched. Don't go to these guys, go to people who actually know what they're doing. I'm not ranting because they did something small I didn't like, and now being petty. No, I'm trying to warn you, if you don't want to end up with more problems than you had before you called, then avoid these plumbers like the plague.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. There is promise of doing a comprehensive pool leak detection. However our experience comprised of a gentleman in swim trunks using a fanta 20 oz soda bottle filled with red dye and just pouring it around potential cracks. He didn't wear scuba gear, didn't take the lights out (which is a must). He said the lights were leaking and was confident. So we fixed the lights just to have someone tell us the lights will always show a leak if they are not taken out prior to testing. We spent over 500 dollars filling our pool for him, paid him 350, fixed the lights for over 200 based on his recommendation. He never pressure tested the pipes or even got under the water. He said he would come back if it was not the lights due to light rain, which the management of the company said it wrong because many tests can be done with rain. This was an utter waste of time and money. Now we are stuck with a leaking pool still and have to refill (spending another 500) and hiring another (hopefully more competent) company. I even went to management who agreed this was unacceptable and said he would take care of the situation. I NEVER HEARD BACK. This company will drain you of money and not even care. STAY AWAY! Unless you want to waste, time, money, energy, and frustration. This company only responded to me when I said I would put up a review of my experience and still never remedied the situation.

Was stood up two days in a row by Assurance Plumbing Company. Right from the start this company was assigned to me via my home warranty company. Three days after being assigned I did not hear from them, so I called twice and left messages. I never got a call back. Finally on the fourth day I got someone on the phone and they set me up for a Thursday 9-4 window.... no show and no call..so at 4:30 I call and they tell me that they are not coming, can we schedule tomorrow? I said sure, again a window of 9-4. This time I begin to call them at 12 noon and they assured me they were coming. Again at 3:30 I call, yes they are coming. 5:00 the answer machine and now the office is closed. No show!!

I had four Flushmate power toilets recalled. John and Associates were assigned by Flushmate to swap out the power flush tanks. Even though they were late for the appointment they got right to work doing the job. The younger one is the owner who inherited the business from his dad. Before plumbing he did HVAC work. The older gentleman is in poor health and he is a cousin. He has 50+ years plumbing experience and it shows when conversing with him. He physically can't do much of the work and directs the younger one when needed. These skilled tradesmen may look a little disheveled and sloppy but working as a team are definitely not baffoons. They finished the recall work in 2 hours and then replaced my kitchen faucet as an addon. No leaks in any of the four toilets or my new kitchen faucet.

In May of 2021, I purchased my first home. As part of my closing cost I agreed to buy a home so long as a sewage line was repaired. The company the seller chose was John Fowler Plumbing.
I was given the check at closing for John Fowler Plumbing. The amount was nearly ten grand. I contacted the company. They came and took the check, in full, prior to rendering any services. I didn't think anything of it, so I let them have the check-assuming that the work would just be completed. The company came to my home to obtain the check. They said they would be out to complete the job; which they had to re-scheduled. This wasn't a problem. I understood.
When the plumbing company finally came to do repair they disconnected me from city sewage. Then, expressed this wasn't the job they thought it was. It was then insinuated that either me, my family, or my neighbor need to contribute to the cost of this repair.
I felt that the company should take some accountability and shouldn't have quoted for a job they couldn't perform. I also felt that they should be asking the seller to pay as this was part of the agreement for purchase of my home. So, my family and I contacted an attorney. After the attorney was involved, things were able to finally be resolved to have the sewer line replaced. However, after the company left they left my yard a complete mess! There is rocks, clay, debris everywhere as well as a huge dip near my house.
I felt that this huge dip of dirt near my house could be problematic. My neighbor was concerned about it as well. So, my neighbor calls John Fowler Plumbing and asks if they will fix the damage they incurred to his yard while performing this project and if they could fill in this dip that he has left next to my home. They immediately say no, landscaping wasn't part of our agreement. I later received a text and advised that landscaping is not part of the price that was paid and that eventually the rain will settle the dirt after a few months.
John Fowler Plumbing, in my opinion, does not care about people. They will take no accountability for any mistakes they may make. I feel that they only care about trying to get as much money from you as they can. If you're not willing to give them several extra thousand dollars in addition to what already quoted to do for a job, they will not treat you well and they will destroy your yard and leave you high and dry. They did not care about the safety conditions of raw sewage in my yard and they will did not make much effort to clean up any feces or toilet paper that was in my yard because of the disconnect that they performed.
If you live in Indiana - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think about hiring literally anyone else. I suggest Second Opinion Plumbing or Seriously 24/7. I had them come out and inspect what was happening at my house. The people at these companies were really sweet and they were willing to work with me to help resolve my issue very promptly!
