Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for getting my water running again in my home. I appreciate the last minute work and for making sure that the job was done right and was clean and back to normal when you left.

Would give them six stars if I could. Family owned business that actually acted like they wanted our return business. We had a quote from another well known company that tried to talk us into $10k with of unnecessary repairs. Economy only fixed what was broken and had it done within 24 hours for a fraction of the cost.
9116 N Karen Dr, Mooresville, IN 46158
Very quick. Easy to talk to. Gets the job done right.
That's what I'm thinking but evidently Yelp wants a higher word count so...
Punctual
Reasonable prices
Explains stuff
Are you serious Yelp?!?! Take my review already!!!

Friendly, professional and efficient! They came out the same day we called and gave us great service and a price that was far better than the competitors! I would highly recommend using them!

Today in a bit of a panic situation I called Efficient Systems for an electrician and spoke with the Operations Manager John New and he got in contact with Service Manager Rob Baber. Both were prompt and willing to help, not even knowing my full situation. The issue ended up being resolved without the need for an appointment but the way was treated and how they saw my situation as a priority goes a long way in the electrical industry. Rob literaly calmed my anxiety over the phone. Thank you Efficient Systems Electrical Team today your help today. Would highly suggest using this team for all your electrical needs.

Absolutely one of the most overpriced Plumbing I called I called them out on a gas line leak and their price started at $275 for the first hour and $100 every hour after that. I paid for the first hour as they were already at my house. But after that I called around and found out other places start out at about anywhere from about $79 an hour to 150. I found out that 275.. all I can say is if you do decide to have them come out I would 100% suggest getting a second estimate because I can almost guarantee you you will be overcharged if not .. also beware they will tear your stuff apart and then increase the price after the work has started and to feel stuck so beware of that as well with them I would suggest anyone but Cobra Plumbing.. after Cobra Plumbing was finished I found three other leaks that they missed in my gas pipe...Poor Workmanship and Way over priced!!!!!

Their customer service is very pleasant and I appreciated that. When they dispatch a tech to your home they send a picture with a bio and some highlights about the tech's life; including hobbies they enjoy. To some that might seem like nothing, but I like to have an idea of who is coming into my home. It simply made the transaction warmer. The lady that answers the phone is a fresh breath of air with her politeness and understanding. My only complaint is that 3 techs had to come out for an issue that I called in; each time the one before said there was no problem, but then the other tech found something. I still feel they were very competent.

Water bill was very high, so I hired a plumber. He determined that I had a leak from a water pipe in the cement slab the house was built on. He said I would need to hire a leak detector specialist to pin point the leak to minimize the damage. I found an ad on the internet for Mr.Leak Detective. He came out with some gauges & determined the leak was in the slab between the lower kitchen cabinet & the vanity in the MBR. He did not bring a marker or tape to mark the spot. I had to go out to the garage and get some tape & supplied a marker. He said he was positive that was the spot. I paid him $300. before he left. The plumber came in a few days later & had to remove the lower kitchen cabinet, made a hole of 8 x 12 in the wall & then used a jack hammer to go through cement to pipes. The leak was not in that spot. The plumber worked another hour and he found the leak 4 ft over, just under the stove. The previous damage wasn't even necessary! The stove could be rolled out and the plumber had to use the jack hammer and make another hole in the floor & repaired the leak. I then had to pay $250. more to the plumber and had to hire a handyman to put the cabinet/counter top back and repair the hole in the wall. This so called leak detector did not know what he was doing and caused unnecessary damage to my home. He wouldn't answer my phone calls until I used a different phone. He knew about his mistake because my plumber called him and told him. I requested a refund of the $300. fee he charged, but he will not give me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR WATER LEAK DETECTION!

My review will read the same as the others... With a home warranty company, I was given this company's name and then they gave me a 7 hr window and then no one showed up after waiting for four days for hot water. Then I was told they would come in the morning and no one ever came. Do not recommend.

I recommend that you NEVER use this company. Absolute terrible service!!! They were very dirty and left a horrible odor in our home after they left. They were 1 hour and 15 minutes late, they tracked mud/dirt through the house even left mud from their shoes inside of our shower! One of the men walked into our master bathroom, shut the door and I'm guessing used the toilet. He never said a word , didn't ask asking permission. Then walked out of our bathroom and went straight to his truck not even making eye contact with us, it was very strange and very rude...oh, and very disgusting! Then the other guy proceeded to tell us the cause for the leak in our shower, but wouldn't fix it. Said they were there only to assess the problem but still charged us a big fee for just coming over.

In May of 2021, I purchased my first home. As part of my closing cost I agreed to buy a home so long as a sewage line was repaired. The company the seller chose was John Fowler Plumbing.
I was given the check at closing for John Fowler Plumbing. The amount was nearly ten grand. I contacted the company. They came and took the check, in full, prior to rendering any services. I didn't think anything of it, so I let them have the check-assuming that the work would just be completed. The company came to my home to obtain the check. They said they would be out to complete the job; which they had to re-scheduled. This wasn't a problem. I understood.
When the plumbing company finally came to do repair they disconnected me from city sewage. Then, expressed this wasn't the job they thought it was. It was then insinuated that either me, my family, or my neighbor need to contribute to the cost of this repair.
I felt that the company should take some accountability and shouldn't have quoted for a job they couldn't perform. I also felt that they should be asking the seller to pay as this was part of the agreement for purchase of my home. So, my family and I contacted an attorney. After the attorney was involved, things were able to finally be resolved to have the sewer line replaced. However, after the company left they left my yard a complete mess! There is rocks, clay, debris everywhere as well as a huge dip near my house.
I felt that this huge dip of dirt near my house could be problematic. My neighbor was concerned about it as well. So, my neighbor calls John Fowler Plumbing and asks if they will fix the damage they incurred to his yard while performing this project and if they could fill in this dip that he has left next to my home. They immediately say no, landscaping wasn't part of our agreement. I later received a text and advised that landscaping is not part of the price that was paid and that eventually the rain will settle the dirt after a few months.
John Fowler Plumbing, in my opinion, does not care about people. They will take no accountability for any mistakes they may make. I feel that they only care about trying to get as much money from you as they can. If you're not willing to give them several extra thousand dollars in addition to what already quoted to do for a job, they will not treat you well and they will destroy your yard and leave you high and dry. They did not care about the safety conditions of raw sewage in my yard and they will did not make much effort to clean up any feces or toilet paper that was in my yard because of the disconnect that they performed.
If you live in Indiana - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think about hiring literally anyone else. I suggest Second Opinion Plumbing or Seriously 24/7. I had them come out and inspect what was happening at my house. The people at these companies were really sweet and they were willing to work with me to help resolve my issue very promptly!
