To make a long story short I purchased an out of state investment property in Indianapolis. However, I was swindled by the seller and the properties were not as they appeared. I was stuck in a horrible position with the property management company I was working with and being out of state only made it worse. I searched for a contractor to help me get the properties fixed and rented out so I could finally make some income.

I found a Val here on yelp and we began to communicate. Since the very beginning Val has been responsive, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. He provided me with estimates for work that need to be done and we went forward. The properties were rehabbed thanks to Val and not only did it and there. Val went out of his way to meet with potential tenants to show them the properties during the day while he was working on other projects for other customers. He must've showed those properties to a couple dozen people and eventually he helped me decided on tenants. Val even helped me find a good lease agreement.

Does it end there? Nope.

Val continue to help me and get the lease agreement signed by the tenets. He mailed me lease agreements, first months rent and deposits through money orders in the mail.

That's it's right? Again no. Doesn't end there.

Soon after the property is rented out small issues came up with tenets mostly regarding the plumbing. Val was quick to show up to the properties and take care of the issues.

Of course none of this was free, but was it worth what I paid. Absolutely.

Now is this the end? No.

After this experience with Val I have decided on one thing. I will continue to invest in properties in Indianapolis and I will only work with Val. He is a one stop shop and I know that working with him I will be OK.

Val thank you my friend for all the work you have done for me. You are a great contractor but I consider you an even better friend now.

After going through two of the we will clear your line or it's free companies, we finally turned to Lew's and were thrilled with the prompt service and outstanding knowledge.

They were here within two and a half hours of my call and resolved our main line clog problem that have been going on for a week within 1.5 hours. They water jetted out our line at a cost of $150 and used a camera at a cost of $50. And then of course the hourly labor.

I would highly recommend them; I would recommend any company where the owner's name is over the door, they care so much more than the plumbing heating paramedics and the Roto rooters and the service plus companies, which seem to hire 20 year old guys that really have no idea what they're doing.

Our technician suggested we put root X down our main drain once a year to keep the roots from coming back -what a brilliant idea!

the other companies wanted me to spend $3,500 to dig into the ground to see what the problem could be. I had an uneasy feeling in my stomach and reached out to a friend that referred this company. Yes, they do charge money for their service, but from my experience with the two other companies I used (see my Yelp reviews on them) the companies that advertise to be free are going to do their best to get their money by scamming you.

I was recommended that I call Rex May by two different people! I'm so glad I did. I called on Monday morning and they were able to come by around 11:30. It took them maybe 30 minutes to fix my toilet. They were fast, professional and fair. If I ever need a plumber again, I will know who to call! I was worried that I would have to schedule out a couple days because my issue wasn't an emergency. So thankful they could help!!

Our company used L furnace mechanicals LLC on multiple occasions. If you need help with electrical issues , plumbing or HVAC look no further and give them call !!! Fair pricing , very knowledgeable , professional. Highly recommended

We lost AC going into Labor Day weekend. We called Summers and they were out at our house on that Friday within the hour. Unfortunately, the news was not great and we ultimately had to have the furnace and heating pump replaced. While this was not the outcome we were anticipating, Kyle was extremely genuine and tried many outlets to try and get things working before replacing them. They ended up coming out on a Saturday to make sure that we had everything up and running. In addition, Kyle was very responsive. He answered all of our questions and concerns via text and over the phone. Kyle and the other technicians were all very friendly, and knowledgeable and didn't mind my dog's unsolicited need for attention. Kyle and his team are the best technicians in Hancock county.

We called when our water heater broke. They said they could be out that same afternoon, we were impressed. They told us they would call when they were on their way. So went to the back yard to wait for their call. Next thing we knew, the owner of our house called said they came and left. ‍ when we called the company they did not apologize but was very matter a fact, even after reminding them that they were to call us, the ones who live here, before they came. This happened on a Thursday, they would not come back till the following Monday, which was ridiculous to us when it was not our fault but theirs for not giving us a heads up. They didn't seem to mind one bit that we said we would call another company, we called Roto-Rooter they were at our house within an hour. Says a lot about this company and how much they care about their customers.

Kyle was very responsive to my inquiry.  I had a leaky old water heater that needed to be replaced.  Kyle scheduled me on same day.  Job was done in roughly 3 hours  and was done professionally.  I would recommend this vendor to friends

Stop here!!! this company is a scam. They came to my house to fix the water and said my plumb  was out it  was going to cost me 4500.$ to fix it . I got a second pinion from a handyman that ( was friends and found out it was just a switch and cost me just 95$ to get it fixed and get my water going. I payed 75$ to the Handyman and the part only cost 20,$ Thanks to the internet and the people that posted there experiences with them (Amber G and Tara E ) I found out they were scamming me.  So tank you all you really saved my ass.
