Chris did a great job for us. He came out after hours and replaced a shower valve that I managed to damage while trying to replace a cartridge. I will be using him in the future for our plumbing needs.

I was recommended that I call Rex May by two different people! I'm so glad I did. I called on Monday morning and they were able to come by around 11:30. It took them maybe 30 minutes to fix my toilet. They were fast, professional and fair. If I ever need a plumber again, I will know who to call! I was worried that I would have to schedule out a couple days because my issue wasn't an emergency. So thankful they could help!!

These guys were great! We had a pipe leak and our carpet was completely soaked. They came out to the house within an hour and found the problem! They told us they were going to have to cut into the drywall to make the fix. I expected to have to schedule a separate time for them to do this work. They did it right on the spot and had us fixed up within an hour! I was so impressed with how friendly and speedy they were. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They went straight to business. I will definitely be calling them again with any further issues we have!

I called this company out to inspect a leaking toilet. I gave the receptionist my phone number three times. The plumber did not show up on the scheduled date. I called the next day and was rudely told that he tried to call three times and I never answered. I asked the receptionist to read back my phone number and informed her that they had an incorrect number.
She sent a plumber to come out the same day. He came in and diagnosed the problem as a cracked bolt connecting the tank to the bowl. He told me that my toilet was very old and he may not be able to get parts. I informed him that I would like to see if it could be repaired. He was in my house for no more than 5 minutes.
After he left, I didn't hear anything for a week. So, I called another company who came out the same day. The plumber also diagnosed the same cracked bolt. He walked out to his truck, got two bolts and two gaskets and made the repair. The entire inspection and repair took about 15 minutes.
Another week goes by and I get a bill in the mail from Muegge for $65.00 for a service call. I have no problem being billed for them to come out and paid the bill in full with no complaint. What has made me really angry is a notation on the bill that they called me to advise that I needed a whole new toilet. They still had the wrong phone number listed. And I clearly did not need a new toilet. They tried to get me to buy a new toilet to the tune of $450 when $15 worth of parts was all it took to fix the leak.
Be wary and get a second opinion if you ever call this company.

Kyle was very responsive to my inquiry. I had a leaky old water heater that needed to be replaced. Kyle scheduled me on same day. Job was done in roughly 3 hours and was done professionally. I would recommend this vendor to friends

Stop here!!! this company is a scam. They came to my house to fix the water and said my plumb was out it was going to cost me 4500.$ to fix it . I got a second pinion from a handyman that ( was friends and found out it was just a switch and cost me just 95$ to get it fixed and get my water going. I payed 75$ to the Handyman and the part only cost 20,$ Thanks to the internet and the people that posted there experiences with them (Amber G and Tara E ) I found out they were scamming me. So tank you all you really saved my ass.
