We had to have our water lines replaced. The guys did a great job. Our estimate from Absolute Comfort was a fraction of a competitor's estimate. They also moved the lines for our washer, cleaned out our crawl space, and installed a water softener. We have more work that needs to be done, and we will be using Absolute Comfort again!

Ok its rare to run into a business as customer centric as Pristine. My plumbing sewage line connection outside my house had broke and I am selling the property so I needed to get a repair estimate. I contacted at least 7 or so businesses that do this work and Pristine was first to respond quickly which would be a plus if I had been still living at the house as a house without a sewage conneciton would be a real emergency. Others didnt respond or were literally a week later. Provided a thourough estimate and evaluation of the line and potential solution that was in line with the only other similar quote I received. I would have and probably should have used them for the repair and ran into a huge potential issue with the company I selected. I called Pristine back to see if they could help and got an immediate response ironically going late into the night and running out of time my vendor is going to fix my issue, but based on my interactions and the great service I would definitely recommend Pristine and will definitely be calling them for any future needs I have.

Sam with May Plumbing did a fabulous job installing a new outside faucet for me today. They were able to give me a very reasonable quote and even do the install the very same day! Extremely efficient and obviously skilled and experienced. I will absolutely call them again!!

This is the cleanest plumbing company I have ever used. They came the same day to repair my toilet and water jetted out a clogged sink drain. Great price great customer service and all around great company to work with. I will never call anyone else.

Their plumber scratched our wood floor and he nor his supervisor would take any responsibility over causing it. We've had a plan with Service Plus for about 2 years. I was already getting sick and tired of every time they came out they would try to convince us to buy some outrageously priced replacement for whatever mechanical they were servicing at the time even though ours were working fine. They constantly had some list of reasons why we needed to spend $8,000 plus. Then last week we decided to have them replace one of our toilets because it was running and we were told the inside needed to be rebuilt. They quoted us $700 for a new toilet and install. We decided to buy the toilet separately (for a fraction of the cost) and have them do the install. Terry, the plumber showed up and my husband had brought the toilet upstairs on his own. When Terry opened the box, he discovered it was broken. He and my husband carried it down the stairs so it could be exchanged for a new one at the store where he bought it. They set it down at the bottom of the stairs and my husband thought they would pick it back up to carry it out to the garage. Instead, Terry (and Terry alone), dragged the box across our wood floor. One of the pieces of the broken toilet must have been poking through the bottom of the box and completely scratched the floor. He even got down immediately and started trying to scuff it out. When I called Service Plus, the supervisor, Mark Fite was a complete jerk and seemed very irritated with ME and claimed his guy said my husband was holding the box when it happened and it wasn't his fault. He basically told me it's a he said, he said situation and why should he believe me over his guy? A responsible company would apologize and send someone out to see the damage. They have insurance for this reason but from the moment I talked to him, he was defensive and rude. A wood floor cannot be repaired in just one spot. It would need to be sanded and stained and you can't color match a wood floor without it looking off. So basically our entire first floor would need to be redone. I should also mention, the spot is right in the entryway. I will never use this company again and I will post a negative review explaining what happened in every possible place, including on the Carmel Moms FB group which will cost them a lot of business.

Hired to free a drain. Two guys came out...both nice and professional. However, they were unable to unclog the drain....after paying nearly $200! I spoke with the company owner who refused even a partial refund!!!! I had used them successfully 3x before......Will not use again!!!!

These folks are honest, fairly priced, and get the job done right -- and fast! I was quoted several thousand dollars by one of the big-name, corporate plumbing companies. I sought a second opinion and somehow ended up here. Curt and Jerry got me fixed up for a fraction of the price. Everyone at the company from Denise on the phone to the fellows who came out to do the job were extremely helpful and honest.

Called for emergency service for a kitchen sink back-up. They were able to get a technician to me within a few hours. They gave me a courtesy call approximately 30-20 minutes before his arrival so that I wasn't stuck at home waiting, which I really appreciated. The technician was professional, friendly and even advised me on a better coupon to utilize which saved me money. He stuck with the job despite having to return to his shop to trade out machines. It took him a few hours to fix the problem, but it's been a few weeks now, and we haven't had any further issues. The company even gave a follow-up call a few days later to confirm that our issue was resolved. All in all, I hope I won't need Summers services, but they will be the company I call should the need arise.

They completed a very expensive plumbing job for us that cost thousands. In the process, they damaged our irrigation system in multiple spots, so much so that it is completely unusable. They ran over it with their heavy equipment and broke the lines. Now they say they can give us a $175 credit to fix it, which will only cover the repair of one spot. They are also saying it is not their responsibility to fix this. I have spoken with multiple people there who say that it's our fault for not knowing exactly where the (underground) lines were (although Mr. Plumber could see control boxes level to the ground), so therefore, it is not their responsibility and there is nothing more they can do for me. It is extremely frustrating that a large company bringing in millions a year that can afford television advertising would be so cheap and unwilling to do the right thing, especially since an irrigation system moving water through PVC pipes is plumbing, and being a plumbing company, they could easily and inexpensively fix the system. Now we are stuck with coming up with the money to try to fix something that THEY DAMAGED. They are obviously motivated by greed and money, not doing the right thing. Shame on you, Mr. Plumber. I will NEVER use them again and will be sure to let others know about my experience. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That was a week ago and they have yet to respond. With the number of plumbing companies in Indianapolis, nobody needs to put up with inferior customer service such as this.

I had Heffner Plumbing come out to install two no charge warranty parts on my water heater. They were at my house for 1 1/2 hours and I was charged $425 dollars. I was charged $170 dollars for him to fill out a form for the warranty parts. I think this was excessive.

Do not call this plumber! I was forced to call him through my warranty service, but now realize that I would prefer not to even have the warranty plan if they ask me to use companies like Ameri-Plumb.
The owner of this company is Jon and he should strongly consider a career change immediately.
