We had Jesse come out to do our sewer line. He was very responsive and timely. Did a great job at a very fair price compared to other local companies. We also used him for our bathroom re-piping when we were remodeling. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great plumber.

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet so I called Petersen home solutions. Within a half an hour I had a text from Jason and an appointment set up for the same day. Jason was very professional and explained everything to me. He is very knowledgeable and fair with his pricing. I would recommend him to anyone. I will absolutely call Jason again with any issues in my home.

We called Scott in the afternoon around 4 and he got back to us really quick. Within 2 hours. We were able to schedule an appt for the next morning. Scott was very punctual, friendly and professional.  Although our water problem didn't present itself when Scott was there, he attempted to try to fix the issue. He was also able to fix another minor issue I've been having with my shower water temperature. He charges reasonable and made aware that his hours could be flexible.  Scott has provided great service and I would highly recommend him!

The Zoom team was very responsive and efficient. Mike and KB even called in advance to explain why they were running behind. They replaced an old and out of work garbage disposal, ensuring the new one worked properly and wouldn't cause any future leaks or damages. I would definitely work with Zoom again.

Most people aren't aware that some of us still have grease traps in the basement, i had one! It exploded and distributed stinking grease all over my laundry room, foul odor! Called the first plumber (won't mention by name), who gave me a time but they were a no show! Started the search over and First Chance popped up, young man answered the phone, gave me the same day time appointment and he showed up! Thank God! He gave me an estimate, which I felt was reasonable, Daniel and Bob completed the work, which looks good and works perfectly! Highly recommend First Chance plumbers!

Eugene Plumber was unbelievable. Responded to me in less than 24 hours with an appointment time for that day regarding my garbage disposal. Made the trip to Home Depot for me to pick up new product and installed in under an hour. Price was very fair. Kind and efficient. Would absolutely use him again. Thanks !

Our basement sump pump was making a noise do to it's age so we had CCP come out and replace it. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We can now sleep peacefully at night without the old pumps noise. Also their rates are reasonable. Very nice and respectful plumber. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I'll post some pictures my wife took.

We had a bit of an emergency situation with a floor drain in our home that was spilling water all over in the middle is a winter Saturday. I called Roto-Rooter and they told me they could be put that evening.  I set everything up and went about my day. They called a half hour later to say they could come earlier.  This was great as we had evening plans.  The service technician, Tim, came to our home and after covering his shoes took a look at the situation and advised me what needed to be done and provided an estimate. I have him the OK for the service and he went to work right away.  He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was able to resolve the issue quickly, and there was no surprise increase in price.  We couldn't be happier with the service, and will definitely call next time we have plumbing repairs needed.

The guy is always bug eyed and had a white powder substance all over his nose.
His wife wasn't much help because she doesn't know how to spell or text.
Aggravating service. Not worth it. Find actual Professional people who are up to date with plumbing... He still thinks it's the late 70s.

Kühn has been our go to plumbers for 20+ years.  They are reliable and trustworthy.  They provide great service and communicate clearly.  We have used them for all sorts of projects both large and small.

I recently contacted escobar construction to fix my attic excellent experience the contractor Cristian Escobar was very detailed with the estimate since the beginning that's what calls my attention when they were here in my house they cover everything no dust were going into the rest of the house they cleaned every single day they worked I have no complaints at all these people are very humble professional responsible. I recommend this company and Cristian Escobar the manager contractor 100% satisfaction

If I could post negative stars... I would. These people suck!! They're too old and absolutely CANNOT do simple jobs. Too expensive. Take up tons of time. Require 3-5 days for simple things. Don't follow through. Never again

This company isn't actually a local plumbing company and is just a shell. They're Beverly plumbing and asked me how to spell Damen Avenue. They told me they'd contact a tech and and get back to me about how fast someone could get out to me. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an update and they had forgotten and asked me to call back in another two minutes

They advertise on Angie's List by offering $99.00 for 2 hours of plumbing labor, so I purchased this deal and this company never showed up.  The first day they rescheduled, the second day they didn't show up at all.  They also lied and said they were on their way.  I took 2 days off work waiting for these people, they didn't have the decency to even call.  I finally called and left a message for the owner himself (Terry Cox), he FINALLY called me back much later and suggested that I cancel the service call.  What kind of business does this?   I'm typically very fair when I judge businesses, but this is some of the worse customer disservice I've ever experienced.   Strongly advise you to consider alternatives before you hire them.
