Loved working with Don and his son! I had a broken dishwasher, and I thought I would have to spend almost $1k to replace it. But Don & son saved the day! They were fast, efficient, and price was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs.

So far, I have only gotten an estimate on ceiling work. But, from my experience with the estimate alone, I was very impressed with how professional, punctual, and honest Jason was. He made a 45 min trip out to the northern suburbs for an estimate, took his time and walked us through the service options and prices, educated us on pretty much EVERYTHING in the house and what to check on every year to make sure everything runs smoothly, and how to fix our current project if we were to do it ourselves. Overall he's a good guy who knows his stuff! Highly recommend this company.

Scott is terrific! I've used Scott's company several times. Great workmanship, fair prices, and he was on time. Explained the toilet problem and had the parts in his truck (I'm a lucky girl!) and fixed the situation. Great guy, easy to talk to and he explains the situation well. I don't trust anyone else. This company is awesome!!! The night before I was about to leave on vacation I noticed that my garbage disposal way broken and clogged and emitting a foul odor. I scrambled to find someone on Yelp that could come first thing in the morning. The owner responded in minutes to my Yelp request and she moved things around to get my appointment before my flight. The technicians were right on time, did a great job (even explaining how everything worked) and made sure they left my home exactly the way it was. In and out in under an hour! Will definitely be calling back again!!!

Most people aren't aware that some of us still have grease traps in the basement, i had one! It exploded and distributed stinking grease all over my laundry room, foul odor! Called the first plumber (won't mention by name), who gave me a time but they were a no show! Started the search over and First Chance popped up, young man answered the phone, gave me the same day time appointment and he showed up! Thank God! He gave me an estimate, which I felt was reasonable, Daniel and Bob completed the work, which looks good and works perfectly! Highly recommend First Chance plumbers!

Usually, I dont do reviews, but I have to post and rave about Eugene.
1. Responsive time was within 10 minutes
2. He quoted me a price for one of my showers that wasn't draining, and I asked for a $20 discount, which he agreed(price is super reasonable)
3. He said he would arrive between 6.30pm and 7.00pm( He arrived at 6.45pm).. Punctual
4. Fixed the problem, then proceeded to check all the   other bathrooms and sinks to make sure everything was draining properly for no extra charge.
5. Paid him the original price he quoted for a job well done; he sent a text 1 hour later saying I overpaid him by $20( discount) and would zelle it back( Honesty)
All these qualities are rare to find nowadays... I highly recommend him for all your plumbing work..My new go-to guy..Thank you Eugene..

Our basement sump pump was making a noise do to it's age so we had CCP come out and replace it. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We can now sleep peacefully at night without the old pumps noise. Also their rates are reasonable. Very nice and respectful plumber. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I'll post some pictures my wife took.

First service tech showed up 1.5 hours after they said he would, then refused to do the work when my husband inquired about the price.  They sent a different service tech out this evening (Jeff #1375) and he was excellent.  Explained the estimate, offered a 10% discount, was efficient and tidy.  Thank you!

We needed a plumber, it was Easter weekend and wasn't sure we would be able to get a plumber at such short notice. I called Jim early Saturday morning, made awn appointment for the next morning. Jim got to our house at 9:00 and fixed our plumbing issue in no timed flat. He was accurate, and affordable. Jayde and Derrick

Beware of back end pricing.
Purchased a home that needed major renovations. Was quoted over $2000. I agreed. When work was done the technician  said he found more wrk that needed to be done. His boss came out and quoted me  $600 for new work. Okay, fine. Set up time, technician came out for second round of repairs and low and behold they said all my pipes needed to be replaced and quoted me a range of $2000  - $3000. Get the hell outta here! I immediately dismissed them from my list of contractors and hired another plumber who did the repairs for $650 and passed all village inspections.
Beware of back end pricing. They will get you with a reasonable price and find something MAJOR and try to screw you with an even higher price. Get multiple, multiple bids before going with cal city.

I recently contacted escobar construction to fix my attic excellent experience the contractor Cristian Escobar was very detailed with the estimate since the beginning that's what calls my attention when they were here in my house they cover everything no dust were going into the rest of the house they cleaned every single day they worked I have no complaints at all these people are very humble professional responsible. I recommend this company and Cristian Escobar the manager contractor 100% satisfaction

If I could post negative stars... I would. These people suck!! They're too old and absolutely CANNOT do simple jobs. Too expensive. Take up tons of time. Require 3-5 days for simple things. Don't follow through. Never again

This company isn't actually a local plumbing company and is just a shell. They're Beverly plumbing and asked me how to spell Damen Avenue. They told me they'd contact a tech and and get back to me about how fast someone could get out to me. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an update and they had forgotten and asked me to call back in another two minutes

Terry Cox and his so called partner, Ray prey on the elderly. They were referred by a City of Chicago water inpector to do a big plumbing job for my father, whom is a retired City of Chicago worker. The first estimate was $7,000, the next day my dad was presented with a contract of $22,000 for repairs, which he paid. However, they left the place in shambles everyday with exposed safety hazards.   3 day job took 2 weeks with daily issues that were popping up to add to my father's total expenses. Several complaint calls were made to Terry Cox the owner, he would screen his calls and returnm the calls two to three days later. When Terry Cox went out of town, Ray his nephew requested an additional $2200 in cash from my father and begged my father not to let the owner Terry Cox know of this transaction. Once Terry was notified he came on site, he stated he would replace the concrete porch and the landscaping due to the unprofessional behavior from his nephew. They replaced the porch with no support and the landscaping is less than, to say the least. There are large spaces between the concrete and the dirt. There is even a family of stray cats living in the space. When we threatened litigation, Ray called and used profanity and was threatening towards two family members. We are now pursuing action with the BBB and Lisa Madigan's office and have contacted several news stations' investigative reporters. These thieves that prey on the elderly need to be put out of business!!!!!
