Hot water heater tank leak on holiday weekend. Called on a Sunday call was answered on 3rd ring.  Got estimate over the phone and plumbers arrived first thing Tues am. Replacement was completed final price as estimated. Professional polite and efficient. OP office.  I would absolutely recommend and will use this company again

This company did a wonderful job of rodding out my backed up sewer.  Reasonable price.  They also recommended additional repair work, (waiting for the quote via e-mail) showed me a picture of corroded coper vent pipe.  Excellent clean-up after work.  Stopped by my house within an hour of my call.  Workers were polite and well groomed.  I wish I had known about this company years ago.

Joe was an incredible find when we moved into an old house.  He's easy to contact, arrives when scheduled and does outstanding work.  He stepped in at the last minute during a big project when another plumber that the village recommended turned out to be a disaster.

Had received a quote from another plumber for my cabin in Three Oaks.  Thought it was somehwat high so decided to get a second quote before proceeding...so glad I did!  Not only was Goodman lower but my experience from initial call to on-site completion was top-notch on all.  Nick (owner) took time to explain the issues and even though they ran into an unexpected on-site issue (I actually had a 120v water heater versus a 220v), he was able to pivot immediately and get a new unit in and install it the very next morning in time for guests arriving following day.   Could not recommend this company enough - just an honest, efficient, professional small business that always make sure they have a happy and satisifed customer whatever it takes.  Thanks to Goodman team and will be recommending you to all the other owners at Lakeside Cabins!

Bob always does a terrific job for us. He has done all the plumbing for our bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, taken care of our clogged drains, banging pipes, run the line/hooked up our natural gas grill and even rodded our sewer line.

We needed help with removing our toilet and replacing the wax ring, but we didn't have the tool to cut a rusty screw. They were quick to respond to my initial call and flexible with coming later the following day when my husband was home from work. I have changed my rating do to what I feel is being over charged. I have used GP for years and for the most part have been pleased.  Unfortunately I have had an ongoing shower issue in which the shower was presenting a leak from the back side of the granite running down from a panel in back of the on/off valve.  GP came out numerous times over the span of a few months to figure out the issue as the leak continued and spread.  In the meantime, I had the granite walls cleaned and re-sealed, the granite and glass joints re-caulked as well all the hardware re-caulked where it meets the granite, the granite floor mortar was removed and redone, and finally a hole cut in two places in the drywall on the opposite side of the shower wall to see if the leak could be detected from that point which it wasn't.  I have yet to have the drywall repaired and the wall painted.  Same person came out to try and figure out our dilemma each time.  From the start I (who has zero expertise in plumbing) suggested removing the panel behind the on/off lever to see if that is where the leak was occurring since this is where the water developed a water mark which was getting worse each time I used the shower.  The plumber did not listen to me and said it couldn't be the problem and to continue using the shower.  I didn't continue using that side of the shower.  I was charged each time they came to my house. I then started using the shower head on the opposite side (there are two shower heads in the same shower area) and the drip pattern on the leaking side dried up completely except on the floor of the shower under the granite tiles. Low and behold the SAME PROBLEM started with the opposite side shower on/off lever with the same drip pattern happening AGAIN but now on the opposite wall!  I called GB to voice my frustration because it was now happening with both on/off levers on opposite sides.  I also voiced my frustration that the panel in back of the on/off lever was never removed to see if the leak was coming from when the water was turned on which was what I suggested from the get-go.  Finally the owner came to my home to see if he could figure out the ongoing issue.  As it turns out I was correct, the leak was occurring behind the on/off lever panels on both sides of the shower.  If they would have done this on the FIRST VISIT, I wouldn't have incurred the above mentioned expenses in trying to figure out the issue with various vendors providing their services.  I just received yet another bill from GP for parts and service for their final visit.  While I agree I should pay for the parts, are you kidding me in charging for a service call after previously charging me for 3 visits and not rectifying the leak the first 3 visits?  Bad choice in charging me for service the final time, after all the aggravation and additional needless expenses I incurred, the final service portion of the bill should have been comped.  It is time to take my business elsewhere.

In the last 3-4 years I've probably had him work on 40-50 homes, and have always been pleased. I've recommended him to family, and other property owners(investors), and they've always been pleased.

I just closed on a house and realized my A/C was not working! I was so frustrated and mad at my inspector for not being more detailed in his inspection. It was almost 90 degrees F in my house! I could not take the heat anymore so I called about 3 A/C companies. I was not satisfied with any of them and one overcharged me for just coming to my house and doing unnecessary work to tell me there was nothing else they could do but to get me a new A/C. My condenser was not working at all. My parent received an advertisement coupon from King Heating and A/C just that same day and they were able to give me a better deal. I met with Ralph the next day and he was able to service me and get me a new A/C unit that afternoon. He gave me $300 off from the coupon for my new A/C and willingly installed a new digital thermostat for free in the package. The technicians came on time and installed my new Payne A/C for roughly $2,000 without getting me a new matching coil. They were able to still use the same coil I had with no issues. There were 2 A/C technicians that came to my house...pretty young fellows (probably in their late 20's/early 30's) and were able to answer my questions. I got a call the next week to schedule a check on my A/C from the technicians so I am just waiting on that right now. My house is now running on A/C pretty well and I am glad I got rid of the old A/C unit and the outdated thermostat!

We recently hired him for a small shower renovation. We paid him $4k and he never finished the job. We had 3 separate plumbers check his work and All of them said it was incorrect. We ended up paying someone else to finish the job correctly. He ghosted us and never responded to us after he took our money. HORRIBLE! Please Do Not Hire Him!!!

SHADY! SHADY! SHADY! This company reported me to a credit agency for work they supposedly did at an investment property of mine ten years prior. When asked why I had not received a call, email, letter, or fax in the previous ten years, the owner, Joe responded...our bookkeeping hasn't been that great, but we're following up on stuff now.  I have invoices paid in full from another plumbing company for the same work Public Plumbing claims to have done, the same month back in 2001. When I asked him why I would have had the same work replicated the following month for $2,500 by another company, they said I don't know.   BEWARE, if you have them come out and give you an estimate for work, they may report you to a credit agency 10 years later for not paying them on work they were never actually hired to do and did not do!
