Best Electricians in United States
I was looking for an electrician to come do some work at my house so I looked on yelp for reviews. Found a good review for this company and they were close to my residence, so I gave them a call. I got voicemail for the company and left a message explaining what I needed and left my number to be called back. It is now a week later and I have yet to get a returned call, so just know if you call this company and leave a message you may not get a call back.

One star cuz that's the minimum, second cuz the phone number goes to him... beyond that....zip. Left 3 messages without reply over a week. Apparently doesn't need my business. Moving on. Good reviews, wish I could have seen it. (And paid for it).

Thank you for your excellent work! I got an itemized break down beforehand, and Michael arrived promptly and got the job done. I will be using JLB for my future electric needs.

Disciple Electric has completed 2 important jobs for us now - We added a large voltage hot tub and now a home pool that needed its own electrical outlet. Extremely thorough, making sure we knew the process with quote beforehand, noting things during, and walking through the work completed after. Things are done properly, safely and professionally. Disciple Electric takes care of setting up codes inspections, etc. All inclusive. Our home looks great and, most importantly, the hot tub and pool area are safe. Having a child, safety is our #1 concern. We will use Disciple Electric again for any future electric needs. HIGHLY recommend.

Our garden lights had been out for quite a while. We had tried to replace the bulbs and were convinced that the fixtures would need to be replaced. The guys repaired one fixture and replaced the other bulbs. Done in less than an hour. They were very careful to avoid stepping on our plants. Awesome. will definitely call them again.

They were responsive and professional! They set up my new light fixtures quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend them!

My Tesla was being delivered unexpectedly sooner than I thought and had 2 days until delivery. I needed it done fast and originally I went to Tesla's website to get a 'recommended' electrician for the job. After a couple quotes (which ranged between $875-$1500!) my wife then discovered Flavius who had 5 star ratings here on Yelp. I contacted Flavius who owns Higher Power Electric for a quote and he said he could swing by around 5pm the same day. Wow! He was on time and checked everything out and quoted me a price I could not say no to. It was WELL below the other quotes and not only that, Flavius could come back out to install my Tesla Wall Charger the very next morning! Wow again! I told him I was a bit skeptical because I didn't choose a 'Recommended Electrician' off the Tesla website but he reassured me. I highly recommend Tesla to add Higher Power Electric to their list of recommended electricians. Competitive pricing & fastest service around, period. Thanks again Flavius! The charger is working flawlessly.

When I purchased my house in 2014, it was without a heat-pump. I requested bids from 5 HVAC contractors and made sure that I was comparing apples to apples, in terms of general equipment specs and the scope of work. All the bids matched, but on two points, one stood out.
All bids were for 13 SEER units of several different manufacturers, but the bid from Ascension Services Company specified a 14 SEER unit. I could not complain because their price was also $500 lower than the lowest of the other bids. I was a little skeptical and contacted ASC.
I spoke with owner Jeremiah Lechert at length, for over a week, regarding HVAC systems and bid. Not only were my questions answered; I learned a few things. I also realized that Jeremiah is a walking encyclopedia of even the most esoteric information about installing and maintaining HVAC systems. Needless to say: ASC got the job.
Jeremiah and his team completed the installation on time and with great attention to the technical details. The system has been running flawlessly (to heat and cool) from day one. I have since brought them back to relocate a floor vent and replace the dryer vent termination outside. I remain pleased.
Jeremiah is amicable and honest almost to a fault. He runs his business with integrity and an efficiency I rarely see in contracting companies. He may sometimes come off as a little gruff on the surface, but think nothing of it. He has more than proven himself to me and I highly recocmmend his company.

You can't base a company due to one employee but after spending $26,050.00 with a company for 2 new units for a residential home one would expect to be treated as a valued customer . First of all we did receive 3 bids from reputable companies and out of those the salesman/ project manager that we liked the least was the one with the Lee company . We went ahead and went with the Lee Company simply because of the companies reputation . The units are fine the Installers were great . The issue was the salesman / project manager . As my spouse and I were outside looking at the upstairs unit the senior installer had called the Salesman / project manager and had him on speaker phone . The installer ask where the second crew was because they had scheduled two crews for installation due to having 2 units . The project manager told the installer to go ahead and set the second unit up because the other crew was behind . The installer told him they could not set it up because the pad had not been delivered , the project manager got irate and said I DONT CARE what you have to do JUST make it work . Once again the installer explained that it would not work ! The project manager repeatedly keep telling him to just make it work . I dont care who you are that's not what a homeowner wants to hear after spending twenty six thousand dollars with a company . So the saleman / project manager didn't care after the sale he just wanted it done even if it were wrong . So if your in the Sumner County / Hendersonville Tn do yourself a favor and get a different saleman not Anthony Grayson , or do business with another company . I did reach out to the company and they issued an apology but somehow we still feel like we were just another number and the job was done . Wonder how the Governor would like how one of his project managers conducts business with his company .

Never go back .. I have built 3 houses in 2 different states and this place has by far the worst service !! Entered , walked straight to the desk . One person got up and turned away to busy herself with paperwork and the other person answered the phone , listened for a minute , then asked if I needed help . Why, yes I am here to pick 2 specific items and want to spend about $4000 . The lady whose name I only know because I overheard the desk call her asked how she could help . I told her what type of room I had ( modern ) and what I needed . She showed me 2 items which were totally rustic . I pointed out some things I liked . Her answer.. no we don't have your size or
finish . Ok , so now I begin to look at lights . Once again she shows me an antler light ?? Really horns or some such thing . I turn to look at a$3500 light and she WAlKS away !! Never again .

Update: I wrote this review not recognizing that anyone from Lee Co. would see it. As a parent I am trying to build relationships with companies that I can trust so that I can pass those relationships down to my children and know that they will be taken care of. I have a disease that will likely take me from my children sooner than I want so this is especially important to me that I have these things set up for them. Service Manager Chad called me to talk about what happened on the weekend and I assumed it would be another debate about whether I should have felt the way I did or not, such as the call from June on Saturday. It was not. Chad was super nice and wanted to restore our relationship. He sent Wes, the most amazing tech, out to look at my unit and he had it figured out in less than 30 min. Wes restored my heat and my relationship with Lee Company by lunch. As for now our unit is working. I was shocked that Chad was so caring about the situation with the tech and customer care rep on Saturday but he also seemed to care that we had no heat. I know that there will always be the June's of the world but I can handle that as long as there are the Chad's and Wes' here as well.
Been with this company for years as we have used them to maintain our heating/cooling system. Called them Saturday morning to schedule a service call as our unit is making a noise and Auxillary heat is kicking on and lead to a $700 bill this month. The unit was just serviced a couple of months ago. A very rude June answered my call and I asked her what the cost would be to figure it out and she informed me that it would be $79. When the tech arrives I asked him if there would be tax and he tells me not to write the check yet because there will be a diagnostic fee of up to $130 additional dollars. I asked him to elaborate on this as I was not told about it and he explained it to me and said that there had been several people earlier in the day who were surprised by this charge as well. I told him I could not commit to this additional charge without speaking to my husband and could not reach him at this point so we would not move forward. He made several calls to his boss over the next 20 min but each time he made this call he walked far away from me so that I could not hear the conversation which seemed extremely shady to me. I told him that I felt very mislead concerning what the cost would be and could not commit to pay up to pay $130-$200 before the repair even began without speaking to my husband. The tech and I spoke for about 20 minutes. I think his boss was telling him to try to talk me into it. The tech initially told me that there had been several other customers that morning who were upset about the hidden charge but then later back tracked and said there had only been one. Even if there had been no other customers, I felt mislead and this charge shouldn't have been hidden. I eventually told him to just leave and that I would rather wrap my 7 kids in 10 layers of clothing before allowing a company that I can no longer trust to look at and ultimately repair my system. At this point I wondered if this would be a situation where I am told the problem was something pricey when in fact it wasn't. I called Hiller who charges only $79 - no additional charges to diagnose and give me a quote on the repair. June did call me back and say she was going to make it right but in the same conversation told me that I was not mislead when she told me it would be $79. I also spoke to the manager who was willing to wave the additional fees but at this point I can't trust this company. We are at the mercy of these guys and need to be able to trust the companies that we do business with. I don't mind paying a fair price for a job done well but I will not go for this company telling one fee and then the tech adding fees once he is here as if I am so desperate that I will pay anything to get my unit fixed. I will moving my contract to Hiller which I should have done 2 years ago when they took care of my plumbing. Just want to do business with folks that appreciate their customers and don't want to take advantage of them in order to pile up the all mighty dollar.
Update: Karol, I was not in search of a final price. I was told the cost for the diagnosis would be $79 so that is what I expected to pay. I was not told that was a chance that the fee could be higher based on these things that you have mentioned. Thank you for responding to my review. I have spoken with your manager and he understood clearly why I felt mislead and lost trust for your company. This was not a miscommunication with the tech and he is not to blame for anything here. This is an issue with what is told to customers upon placing a request for service. As far as walking away from customers while speaking with the home office, I think you would be hard pressed to find a consumer who wouldn't be suspicious of this behavior. Thanks again. Deborah

This company receives 4.9 rating on google and I cannot tell you why. The ceiling my bedroom started to smell like plastic burning. I called this company and they sent two people out and charged $125. That would be fine except the transformer in the fixture was the problem. They told me they did not have one and I would have to order it online. I did - another $50. Then the guy said that it would be another $125 service call to install. So...I call when I get the part - take afternoon off from work ( frowned upon) and wait. And wait. No one comes...by 5 pm I called and he said that they couldn't be there until 8:30 pm. Because of the way they took the transformer out of the fixture, it cannot be installed without professional help. The owner said Too bad. Construction is up again and we don't have time for little jobs. I ended up buying a new fixture...dont think I will call them to install it or fix the other one.

I called to have the services taken out of my name on Friday morning. I was told they could not process the order and shift them back to my apartment building till the following Tuesday. I'm not sure why they need over two business days to complete what should just be changing a few lines in their computer. Their portal is terrible, but they can set the bar at whatever range they want since they are a monopoly.
