Our family has had 4 full-house generators installed by LA's Custom Power and Lighting in the last three years. The level of expertise, service and value is superb.  Not only is the team knowledgeable and efficient, they are also warm and courteous gentlemen.  The generators have been a blessing during recent storms, and tornadoes.  Our kids lost power for four days, but were still able to work from home seamlessly.   The family with a new baby and toddler were safe and sound, with no loss of food or precious breast milk.  Such  peace of mind!!  Obviously, we highly recommend this company... and their quality product!

Great company. I was introduced to them by a contractor friend about 3 years ago. They have been to my home on 3 separate occasions. Every time they were prompt and they got the job done at a fair and reasonable price. Most recently my daughters electrical outlets in her room went dead. The gentleman who came out searched for 3 hours to try to find the source.  He finally did in her closet. Most would be very frustrated at that point but not this gentleman (sad to say I forgot his name).  I heard horror stories of how ppls walls were ripped up etc. trying to find a short. We are so thankful for their kind service and will call them again and again for any electrical needs.

Ballasts going out in 3 fluorescent lights. Called Gary Craddock and he recommended converting them to LED. Less expensive than replacing ballasts and LED uses less energy. One day turnaround and it wasn't an emergency. Excellent service, price. Will use again if any electrical issues arise. Derrick, the technician gets an A+ as well!

These guys were life savers. I actually used them for a plumbing issue. The water line to my house was leaking badly but it was underground and it was hard to tell where. Shaun sent his guys over and within hours they had it located and repaired. I couldn't even get anybody else to come look at it in the time they got it repaired. Then came surprise #2; when I got the bill they were more than reasonable. (Sorry Shaun but I was expecting almost double what you charged me.) These days plumbing and HVAC services are at a premium. Most companies, if they can even get to you in time will charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend them and they will be my first call if I have problems in the future.

Very prompt service. James was worried I might have a hot wire and came first thing the next morning to check the wiring. He repaired some wiring problems, hung a ceiling light fixture, fixed one fan, and let me know another one needs to be replaced. I will definitely call him when I need my new fan installed. Very reasonable price.

I now live in CA and still own my Nashville condo.  I got a late night call from the girls that live in my unit now saying the light switch was buzzing/sparking.  Since it was after hours, I called my cousin who is a top notch electrician and he said it was a short and advised me what to tell them to do until an electrician could come repair it.  He also told me the cost it entails so no one would try to juke me as a cross-country landlord.  Turns out, my instincts to call Baird were spot on b/c they reported the same thing my cousin did and at the exact price he said was fair.  They are officially in my landlord rolodex now :)  Highly recommend.

What a great company! They did a great job at explaining our options, costs, and benefits. The price they gave us was more than fair and the inspector even commented on the quality of the work they did. Two thumbs up!

Both Philip and Elis were awesome. They were very friendly and did great professional work for my water softener installation.
They made sure of my satisfaction and also made sure that I am 100% satisfied with the service.
They are a great person and have a positive attitude towards there service. I will surely recommend anyone on their home project. They were easy to communicate with and also flexible in their schedule.

Jared, the owner, was very quick to respond to our request on Yelp and took the time to review the pictures of the work and ask questions prior to submitting an estimate. He and his co-worker, Alexis, replaced six outdoor sconces that were a bit trickier given that the lights we replaced them with did not fit in the openings where the old bulky ones had been placed. Jared took the time to explain what he would do to make them sit properly against the bricks, and he and Alexis did an amazing job. They are both meticulous in their work, professional, and very respectful, hard working people. We asked for their business card, as we intend to let our friends and neighbors know who to call when they need an electrician. We highly recommend Pioneer Electric.

Shout out to Kirby Electric!    2 week new Gallatin residents in desperate need of an electrician.   Went online and started making calls.    Like most trades electricians are in huge demand and none were able to schedule a service call for at least 2 to 3 weeks.   And then I called Kirby and they arrived within 10 minutes.     Guess who has a new lifetime customer.

NEI has helped me with serveral appliance repairs and HVAC work.  Dee has been at my house well after dark and a couple of occasions working hard so that my family would be comfortable.  Can't say enough good things about this company.  Good work, fair prices.

We have used Sewell for 20 years since we moved to Franklin. They are great. We have had them replace both our upstairs and downstairs units as well as using them for several repairs over the years. They are reasonable, prompt with service and extremely polite from the front desk to the technicians who come out on service calls. You won't go wrong doing business with Sewell.

On Wednesday, September 23, 2020, this contractor and his wife arrived late to my home to quote a job. I was wearing a mask, however, neither of them was wearing a mask. They walked throughout the house and the grounds with me and around my team of two mothers and one 11-year old daughter. The contractor and his wife told that they would be sending me a quote and that the job could start on Thursday, October 1st, 2020.
Over the next five (5) days, I texted and called multiple times to follow up. I never received the estimate that was promised me. They delayed my job and cost me $$.

I had not heard back at all until I reached out the day before the job was supposed to begin and asked if there was a reason that I should not leave a negative review for the company. The contractor proceeded to text me that his family was sick with Covid-19 and that he did not owe me anything when I questioned if this was true. His response was, I wouldn't lie about that it's my family and I owe u absolutely nothing in shooting straight. My text in return was, You think you don't owe anybody anything, but you do! Let's say what you are saying is true... You NEVER notified me that my team of other people at the house that we are all exposed to your Covid-19. Neither you nor your wife wore a mask on the premises. IF it's not BS, which I still suspect... then you owed each and every one of us... I will be getting tested this week. Don't contact me again... ever.

I am forced to question this contractor's judgment, social responsibility, and integrity. I will never hire this contractor, nor can I recommend this contractor to anyone.

I was told I could not come into the store unless I put a mask on. Once I got inside 75% of the employees were not wearing one. I have video footage of it. It was told to leave the store by someone who was not wearing a mask because I refused to wear one.
