Todor Georgiew, Owner of Electro-Integrity, certainly demonstrated why his company has received 5 Star ratings from everyone. He personally responded within 15 minutes from my initial inquiry about installation of an outdoor motion sensor with camera. He then came out to the house the following day, inspected the layout and reviewed my home electrical system. He gave his professional recommendation as to what hardware I needed to purchase and how the installation would be made, especially in connecting to the house electrical system. Once I received the ordered hardware, I contacted Todor to arrange for the installation. An appointment was made the next day for his employee, Yelson, to do the installation. The next day Yelson Thor showed up a half hour early from the appointed time. He  consulted with me about where and how to install the outdoor motion sensor and camera. He then skillfully installed it, including connecting it to the indoor electrical system without having to drill unnecessary or unsightly openings in the front exterior house wall. As he did the installation, he kept me apprised of all the possible options. Upon completion of the installation, he made sure that it was fully functional and advised me to contact him if any problems arouse. In summary, Electro-Integrity lived up to its moniker. I now have a reliable electrician/electrical contractor to contact and use if I encounter any electrical problems in my home or my rental property. Thank  you, Todor!

I worked with Todor and his team to install: 240v electrical for a new hot tub, an outdoor outlet, outdoor lighting, and relocate an electrical ground wire. The end-to-end experience was great. He was professional, responsive, organized, and timely.

He helped to coordinate between our hot tub contact and some landscapers we were also working with in parallel to ensure the installation was completed correctly. He also handled everything with SF DBI for scheduling and conducting the onsite electrical inspection once all of the work was completed.

Overall very happy with the services, definitely recommend Electro-integrity and will gladly use them for future electrical needs.

I highly recommend Todor and his team!  I can't say how many electricians we have been through (we have a very old Victorian which has needed lots of fixing).  Todor is the first electrician I've used that really knows his stuff -- he's efficient, professional, timely, etc.  He installed a new 240v EV charger in our garage and new heaters in our backyard.  I will definitely be using him again!

Todor installed a new ChargePoint EV charger in our detached garage which required bringing power out from the main house & installing a new sub panel.  While we had him here, we also asked him to upgrade our outlets and install new lights.    

We had some complications along they way (namely the pros/cons of attaching conduit to the side of the house vs. trying to route it through internal walls.  He was patient and thoughtful in helping us think through options and when we were aligned, him and his team were incredibly diligent in making sure the work was aesthetically pleasing.

Todor is patient, thoughtful and knows his stuff.  And he'll explain as much about electricity as you are willing to learn!

They're the best - always answer right away or call back quickly, send someone out quickly, all their electricians are knowledgeable and do good work without trying to upsell you on a bunch of unnecessary projects.

I emailed and talked with todor about a few small jobs around my house.  He have me some advice that saved me a lot of money, and ended up working really well.   I really appreciate it!

Todor was recommended to us by a friend.  I appreciated that he worked with our electrical setup rather than just saying it's too old and we need to replace it all.  He was great with scheduling and completing the work, on time and at a great price.  I will definitely contact him again.

Had an arc underneath kitchen sink. Dang have to find an electrician.  Wary feeling never know what you're going to get.  Yelp can kinda guide you but still...

This review is long overdue.  My brother and I have done a lot of business with Todor over the last 6 months as we resurrected an old Victorian in the Haight Ashbury.  

When it comes to electricity (or plumbing), you don't take the cheap handyman route.  It can be flat out dangerous!  

We had originally hired someone with many fantastic reviews that were clearly from people who were happy just for responsiveness, but likely did not have the expertise to know if anything had been done properly.  This person had installed a bunch of electric heaters, every single one of them was done incorrectly.  Further, several electrical sockets were installed, also done incorrectly.  And when I say incorrectly, we could feel voltage coming off one of them and there were  no less than 3 potential fire hazards.  It was money down the drain, requiring a complete redo of the work, and would have been a potential future lawsuit, had we not had the expertise to understand the fire hazards that resulted from this work.

Then we hired Todor.  And we hired him again - and again.  Yes, he is busy, but he found a way to squeeze in each job.  He knows SF electrical code inside and out.  His crew is highly trained, extremely professional and treated with respect. Each job is done on time and perfectly.  

This is one of those professionals, where I had no regrets with any piece of work that was done.  Every time I wrote a check, it felt good, because I knew our home was safe not only for us today, but for the future owners once we are able to sell it.

Integrity seems to be in short supply or seemingly really hard to find these days - at a fair price.  Well, I found it here and I am grateful.

I called Tudor to help with our residential electrical needs throughout the years. I am very happy to have an electrician who I can count on. He pays attention to details and does what needs to be done for safety. Bottom line, I trust his workmanship and his knowledge. I highly recommend him. He is very busy but definitely worth the wait!

Todor and his workers have addressed several electrical issues over the years.  The work has been high quality and he provides *excellent* customer service.  He has been able to accommodate visits, despite a busy schedule.  Happy with the work he has done in our apartment building over the years!

I originally considered hiring Electro-Integrity, but they were busy on a large scale project at the time. I then proceeded to hire a different electrician to assist with my multiple electrical issues. Originally, I thought he had fixed my problem by swapping a switch, but it turns out that was not the case. After multiple follow-ups and no real assistance (unless I paid an expensive rate for him to come out), I decided to reach out to Electra-Integrity again.

Todor was able to come to assess the issues I was having. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about the issues and addressed nearly all of them on the initial visit. The only issues I had remaining cannot be fixed (and they are very minor) unless I tore down the walls and the others can be improved with a follow-up appointment. I appreciate that he explained everything as simply as possible and completely made sense compared to other electricians I've spoke to. The work he did to fix those issues have not come back up either, so I trust that he knows what he is doing. All of this was done in a fair price for the first visit. Unfortunately, shelter-in-place began before I could hire him again for the follow-up work. I will probably reach out to him when things are looking better so I can finally wrap up the remaining minor issues. Thank you, Todor!

I found Electro-Integrity on Yelp as the highest-rated electrician in my area, and now I understand why. As a new owner of an older home, I found that there was a lot of modernization to do. I had an ancient fused panel and tiny breaker box, which is now an up-to-code, inspected 200 amp panel with room to expand. I'm very much a do-it-yourselfer, but I didn't want to leave anything to chance, especially where safety is concerned. Todor responded to my email very quickly, and took the time to explain all of my options with the amount of detail I was looking for.

Being a first-time homeowner, it took me a moment to get comfortable with the quoted price. But after seeing the quality and quantity of work done, I knew it was a good value. These are not general-purpose handymen, these are electricians who know exactly what they're doing. All of the permits and inspections were included in the job, and I didn't have to worry about any of those external details.

Todor and his crew did the job very professionally and courteously, on time, with no problems. I'm contacting Electro-Integrity now to get some more lighting installed.

Todor. is the best electrician that I have ever worked with. We have a large very old Victorian in San Francisco with a number of complex electrical issues. Todor recently replaced our old circuit breaker panels, a very complex job. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent. He is easy to work with and highly responsible. Lastly his pricing is reasonable,

Todor and his master electricians set up a new sub-panel and ran electrical from the ground floor up four floors to the roof, in metal. I never thought I'd call something electrical beautiful - it is! Todor handled the permit and after completing,  met the City Inspector. A fair price, outstanding work and great service.

Had a very positive experience with Todor this week, when he retrofitted 5x of our kitchen recessed lights from fluorescent into LEDs (including a dimmer switch), and fixed 4x broken recessed lights in my living/dining room. He was responsive over email and phone as we discussed the scope of the project and agreed on the timeline/cost (which was fair). He also provided options for the light fixtures and introduced me to his supplier who helped pick out the right ones for our space. Once on site, Todor explained the rationale for his approach, worked efficiently/quickly and was very tidy. He brought his own vacuum, so at the end there was no sign of dust/mess that was certainly coming down as he was working. Overall, very happy with the experience, and will be calling on Todor again soon to retrofit the rest of our lights into LEDs.

Todor and team did an excellent job updating the electrical system in my two-unit building, including adding new service, relocating the main panels and meters, installing new sub-panels, updating wiring, installing new lighting, changing out switches and outlets, etc.  The work was done efficiently and we got all permit sign-offs and the PG&E green tag very quickly.  Amazing quality and service all around.

As a long-time, S.F. homeowner, I categorize installing a new UL listed 200 meter/main combo and 30/40, exterior, electrical panel in the same category as putting on a new roof or painting the house.  In addition, a NEMA 14-50 EV charger was installed into our garage in order to charge our electric vehicle.
As such, what you want from an installer is excellent communication and dependable installation by professionals at a legitimate cost.
In July of 2019, Todor and his quality team from Electro-Integrity provided all of these. Todor made himself available with home visits and responsive E Mail communication throughout July. We knew exactly
what was going to be done and how much each item would cost. E Mail questions were answered overnight.
Over three days the job went smoothly and only on the last day, were we without electricity for 3 hours.
From the time their neatly, stocked, spotless vans arrive in front of your home, you will realize the quality of service being extended to you.

Todor and his crew rewired my entire 1909 built home, which was knob and tube through most of the home. The scope of the work also involved significant upgrades, including recessed lighting throughout, replaced fixtures, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, accent lights on the stairs, Lutron switches, a heated towel bar in the bathroom, a new fan in the upstairs bathroom, and a new HVAC unit for upstairs (which required a second electrical box to be installed upstairs). Throughout this process, Todor was able to make great suggestions for design options and really understand my ultimate vision and make it happen, while remaining within my budget and working with me to understand cost trade offs.

The crew is respectful and careful, and despite the massive effort and mess of a job this big they did everything possible to make it so I could stay there while the bulk of the work was happening. The most important thing for me was that we were able to have a fair discussion about work order changes as they occurred. Todor is very reasonable, and it was easy to come to the right solution for both sides when issues came up with the original bid and plan. He and his crew were also able to work with the other subcontractors I had in and out of the house at the same time, helping me to pull the whole project together reasonably even though I didn't hire a general contractor and was managing the subs myself.

I can't recommend Electro-Integrity enough for your next big electrical project.

Very pleased with the experience. Tesla charger install which required meter upgrade and city permit went extremely smoothly. They are very busy so getting an estimate took some time but it was definitely worth the wait.

I'm really happy I found Electro-Integrity through Yelp. I know why they're rated so highly. The electrician was super helpful and did everything he could to troubleshoot a constant issue I'm having. Then he did even more testing after he installed some of his newer equipment. There are a few other things we need to have him come back and fix, but this is definitely the guy I want to work with.

Todor, on the other hand, actually came out to my place on a Saturday and gave me his assessment of the situation in person. Electro-Integrity is an aptly-named business, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest electrician in SF.

After reading many of the five-star reviews here, I decided to give Electro-Integrity a shot. The hype is all true, and I have an electrician for life.

Todor gets five-stars across the board. He responded to my Labor Day weekend email at midnight, scheduled me quickly for the following Tuesday, and kept me in the loop via phone and text message about the appointment. He quickly diagnosed a tricky short in my electrical system and had the whole issue resolved in two hours. He patiently explained everything and answered all my questions.

When the job was done and paid for, he noticed some conduit he felt should be anchored and went out of his way to take care of the detail. Otherwise, he said, he wouldn't be able to go to sleep that night. Outstanding attention to the job.

Have an electrical issue? Hire them. In San Francisco, fire safety and electrical system integrity are incredibly important. Todor and his guys will give you great peace of mind.

Todor and crew help bring our TIC up to code for a condo conversion.  They were very help, responsive, and were super safe wearing masks during COVID.

I called today about working in my funky house, I need odd work done quickly.. And I got a call back within an hour, Todor was polite and knowledgeable. And even though I'm not be able to work with him because I need the work done sooner than he's available Im giving  him five stars for his response time and his good nature.

Todor did a great job, although i was not home for the installation as i was at work he did everything in his power in order to try and save me money. For a month we tried to fix our oven/fuse/ power outlet problem ourselves and then gave in, and started looking for help.  We contacted a few electricians on Yelp and G-search; no one returned our call for help.  Finally, a neighbor gave me Todor's number.

I was looking for an electrician to install 31 recessed lights throughout my home, install a dining room linear chandelier, and replace an entry way pendant chandelier.  Because of the scope of work I was nervous about finding the right company to do the work.  I went with Electro-Integrity and I am 110% satisfied with their work.  Todor and his team (Ivor) came in and provided me with a very fair quote.  When I look back at the work / service they provided a few key points come to mind:

Friendly - Todor and his team were super friendly . Always attentive and responsive, answering all the questions I had.

Excellent customer service - Todor always contacted me back same day whenever I had questions. They kept me informed of the process every step of the way.  Todor even made periodic check in calls to make sure I was satisfied with the work happening.  

Provided options - Todor looked at the scope of work and work and provided me with options.  I truly appreciate Todor taking the time to look into options and educating me on the choices.  

Quality work - Todor and his team took their time to do things the right way and did not take shortcuts.  At the end of each day his crew would always  clean up and make sure everything was put away.

I was once in the dark but now I can see!

Todor and crew rewired completely my 100 yr old SF home (4 X 1 bdrm units) to bring up to code for a TIC condo conversion.  This is a job that requires a good understanding of city inspectors and how this whole convoluted process works. It's been a couple of years but we finally finished the rest of the construction and final inspection passed. This was a huge job and tenants were involved and everything was handled professionally.

Todor did a great job installing a smart ceiling fan in my apartment. He is very detailed oriented and made sure the work was done perfectly. I highly recommend Todor!

I wanted a 220v outlet added to my garage for electric car charging.

Todor was quick to provide an estimate and was very communicative when his prior job ran long.  He ran the subpanel we agreed on but also rewired my main panel and replaced some cracked breakers for no extra charge.  Oh, he also added some bracing and installed my charger as well which was above and beyond what I expected.  

I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and have given his name out several times to friends when they've needed electrical work.

Pros:  
- Completed most of required work: installed new bathroom fan, installed exterior light, and diagnosed fault in bathroom lighting

Cons:
- Failed to diagnose problem with fan/light in second bathroom, seemingly mainly because they didn't want to get up in the crawl space
- Cut more holes than needed in drywall.  Cut holes willy-nilly (tons of little pieces around the fan, rather than one big piece and drilled holes rather than cut into the drywall at a 45 degree angle--the standard for cutting drywall that needs to be REPLACED)
- THREW AWAY THE CUT OUT DRYWALL PIECES:  just WHAT is supposed to go in their place??!  [Luckily I retrieved the usable pieces from the bin.]

All in all, not an experience that is on par with the other glowing reviews of Electro-Integrity on Yelp.

Today was the second time I called Electro-Integrity.  Todor is reliable, reasonable, punctual, knowledgeable, quick to respond and pleasant to deal with.

Yesterday our electrical panel went haywire and was giving intermittent power to our washer and dryer (in a 5 unit building this is a BIG deal).  Left Todor a message, he responded in a couple of hours and in spite of a full schedule gave me a half-hour window for arrival.  He arrived exactly as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, had the parts in his van and replaced them in minutes.  In a half hour including chit-chat all my problems were solved.  I knew that would happen because...

Back in January a dryer electrical outlet at my mother's house had a mini-meltdown.  My 1st reaction was to turn to yelp, and contact the highest rated electrician.  He asked me to email him a picture of the outlet so he could obtain the precise replacement part.  He showed up to our appointment as planned, fixed the problem and checked around the panel to ensure all was well.

I'm satisfied with both repair services and am now looking for potential upgrades to do now that I found my ideal electrician.
