I've used Bill at Mister Electric for years, he is a staple of Scripps Ranch. He is a one man shop, polite and fair in his dealings. His reported closure by Yelp (december 2018) is untrue, I called him this week and he was at my house to provide quotes for some small jobs I need done.
He is busy but leave a polite, clear message on the voice mail and expect a call back about your work. Recommended.

Eddie, the electrician from Raceway, was so responsive and honest.  He took the time to contact me while on vaca out of state.  He was so helpful and explained everything in detail.  He's a keeper!

I used A-EV installs to put a home EV charger at my home after I bought a used Tesla model S.  As with everything I do.  I shopped around to find the best value.  My first call was to Mark and after he spent 15-20 minutes calmy and clearly explaining his process and my options, he said please feel free to get other quotes as I am confident you will come back and be happy with our service and fair prices.  He did and I was!  

One cheap quote I got was from a guy who wasn't liscensed or certified.  No city permit,  no thanks and wouldn't qualify the EV rebates through SCE.  Another was from a guy who quickly spit out info and seemed bothered by many questions.  Hell No!  

As Mark predicted,  I went back to him and was 100% satisfied. Cool guy, articulate and smart.  He gave me several options and I love where we landed.  I saved money on not buying an unnecessary wall unit, he showed up on time, did great work and was very responsive.  He even offered to paint the pipes to match my house if I had the paint!!!  I did and he did.  I highly recommend Mark and his company - Nordstroms level service and product at a N-Rack price!

We were having trouble without electricity in our house all while the crazy pandemic is going on. A friend recommended Joe B. Electric to us. He was helpful and friendly! He even came back to help us put an additional part in that we needed to order. Great service!

We contacted Good News Electric to install a pair of outdoor lamps on the outside of our home and they did a great job with the installation!

Miguel was very professional and provided a free estimate with a written quote of the work to be done. His estimate was very fair and he was available almost immediately to start the project. Miguel and his team showed up on time and they were very thorough. They completed the installation of the lamps and had everything cleaned up in a little over 4 hours.

I reached out to EV pros to have them install a NEMA 14-50 outlet. I decided on pursuing a permit for extra reassurance which they were to easily able to handle. Joel was spot on twice now. Used Joel when I first moved in and he straightened out my thermostats and my doorbells. This time I had Joel put another box on my house so I can run my generator as a back up for when PG&E shuts down our power due to high winds.

Had some quality issues after the install and some deceptiveness on change order pricing. I consider his charge order pricing to be overcharging. Very responsive to the quality issues and sent crew out as soon as possible to fix each issue, every time. Make sure each light and electrical outlet in the house is tested. I expect an electrician to do this testing but obviously it was not done and we had to find the electrical defects ourselves. Crew was very good to work with, polite and professional, and they cleaned up after themselves.

OMG!!! This company is phenomenal!  We had to update our old radiant ceiling heating system and were at the end of our budget. We had totally remodeled our home and spent enough money as it was. Then we had to deal with bypassing the old system and having electric box heaters installed into the walls in 4 rooms. Scary as they would need to cut into the walls to do this.  After 5 other bids from local Electricians that would come out and ask us electrical questions we could not answer (which honestly scared us off) or saying they could probably do the the job) we found Service Rite Electric. They came out right away, told us what needed to be done and what type of power our system could support. They had an estimate in writing to us within the hour via email and came out the next day to do the work. They were finished in 2.5 hours and not one bit of mess! The new wall heaters looked gorgeous and work perfectly and since they finished in half the time, they took off $350.00 dollars!! Yes I definitely recommend this company! Fair, fast and friendly.

WOW! Amazing service and next day turn around. I called to put patio lights in and the next day they came out and installed them! Can't beat that kind of service. Love my new patio lights.. now we can entertain in the backyard. I'm very happy!

This is the second time I have used Dave and his crew. I was hoping the first time was not an anomaly. My wife got one of those new jet engine hair dryers that were tripping the breaker all the time. So I called RK for help. Dave came in to size up the job - even took the time to understand the problem so that he could provide an appropriate solution. He quoted the job then took the time to explains the job very clearly so there is no misunderstanding it was almost a college level tutorial on basic electronics.  His crew came in and got the job done, cleans up and very professional. We reached out to Tapia Electric on a Sunday, they gave us multiple options to come out, and were extremely flexible with our limited availability for scheduling; they even agreed to come on a Saturday!
