This man is a puntual, reliable, knowledgeable & professional electrician. We asked him to replace our outside light  fixtures. He came over, gave us a fair bid & made the appointment for the following Monday. My husband couldn't remember how the exterior garage lights turned on & was immediately reassured there was a timer and it was set. His card says service, remodeling and new construct so we'll definitely be using him again. He's also very personable & polite.

Disappointed in the customer service and pricing this company provides.  Got an estimate from the owner, Mike, for changing out outlets and light switches (from Decora to toggle and replacing some with timers and dimmers - about 60 total give or take).  Original estimate came in at $1120.  Ended up agreeing to $970 estimate based off of the expert owner's estimate of work.   After the two employees completed their work which was two guys 3 hours each or 6 work hours for both (breakdown is pricing from the company: $125 first hour, $95 for next two hours total of $315 each), so the total without tax was $630 which ends up being $340 less than $970 (agreed estimate) and $490 from the original estimate of $1120.  Mike contends that they are experts in their field, which I guess is supposed to be the reason for the overpricing.  I take issue with owner Mike's overestimate of the time it was going to take them - I am a layperson not knowing how long experts take to change out the outlets and switches which is a basic task so I of course had to go off what he said the job would take.  If the job was a complicated or involved project, I might not have an issue with what they overcharged.  The employees finished up an hour and a half early or three hours for both of them.  They probably ran off to another job and are getting double pay for the hour and a half they left me early, although I don't know if this is the case.  I addressed my concerns with Mike directly and got nowhere, no offer to split the difference to make the customer happy and to be fair, nothing other than a question from him whether their work was okay.  I did not have issue with the work, other than the clean up vacuuming needed to be better (drywall left in my carpet and on the tile floor and I had to have the guys redo work because one new switch in the closet didn't turn on the light which they did not notice) and I had to clean up black fingerprints from the light plates and outlets.  Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, especially at this time when all of us are hurting financially. Guess Raceway Electric won't be hurting with the extra $340 they got from me.  Would not recommend this company unless you like supplementing Raceway's bottom line for nothing in return.

After the pump in my backyard pond shut down, I called a pond maintenance repair company. They deduced that the GFI powering the pond had blown and needed replaced. When they failed to call or return in 24 hours, I panicked! My poor turtles needed help. So I took to yelp and found the reviews for Electrical 24.

Tim returned my message promptly and was able to be at my house at my earliest convenience. I explained my issue and showed Tim the problem. Rather than simply changing the GFI, Tim looked at all the power lines (and there are plenty of them) in my backyard and around the outside of the house. The contractors who flipped my house did a real half-assed job with the electrical work.

I was impressed with how thorough Tim was getting to the root of the problem, while also discovering live power lines which I was told were dormant. Scary! After his assessment, he found the breaker rooting the power to the pond. The GFI wasn't even faulty after all, and didn't need replaced! Tim saved my sanity and will be back to modify the live power sources as well.

It can be a scary thing to have to put your trust in someone, especially when you're going simply off reviews online. But look no further than Electrical 24 for an honest, smart, trustworthy electrician!

Jennifer was my contact person at EV Pros, she answered my call promptly, was pleasant, answered all my questions, texted me back when I had more questions. I sent in a video and some pictures and she was very responsive. When I was ready to install, she had me scheduled right away and the installer arrived less than 18 hours later due to a cancellation in their schedule - now that's service! I've had more trouble making appointments with almost anyone else. Additionally, Jennifer gave me more options than just the next morning. Efficiency = A+

I was highly recommended to EV Pros from a friend who is very particular about his vehicles. We are in the process of preparing to charge for our first Tesla that is coming soon with a wall-mounted charger. Meanwhile, the previous owner of our home had been plugging in her Tesla to the dryer-type wall outlet in the garage cabinet. Our installer explained that the wiring on the existing outlet could have caught fire because the wires were not the right width and could have overheated over time, they would not able to handle the load. Kwan (our installer) was kind enough to remove the outlet and covered the opening in order to deter any future owners of trying to plug in.  Expertise = A+

Not only did Kwan expertly install our new charger (that looks like a fuel pump) in our garage, he took the time to place it; he was mindful of the space and the door opening and the accessibility to the unit. Then he rearranged our entire electrical panel and explained the safety features of this type of charging. He is so informative and cleaned up after himself; you'd never know he was here except for installing the beautiful charger. Professional = A+

Kwan made sure, after the installation, that the gas dryer and the AC were still operating properly. I would hire EV Pros in a heartbeat. They didn't rush out because the installation was done. They answered my questions about connecting to the internet (which they had done).  It's worth every penny and I felt they were reasonably priced. Kwan's truck had everything in its place. This company was amazing. I paid using Venmo, very easy and quick.  I had an amazing experience with EV Pros.

We had been considering a whole house fan for several years.  Living on the border between Westminster and  Huntington Beach, and not really needing central A/C, we finally decided to go with the whole house fan, motivated by sleepless nights during these past few heat waves.  After looking at various systems, we decided to contact Comfort Cool, based upon the specifications of their systems and their reviews on Yelp.  Installation Day!!  Joel, our installer, arrived a bit early on a Saturday!! morning, checked the attic space and determined the best location for the intake vent.  Throughout the entire job, Joel was patient, professional and very knowledgeable - there were some minor concerns about placing the intake vent in the hallway ceiling due to the location of the supporting joists, but he was able to work it out easily.  Joel is an excellent communicator!  He put down plastic protective sheets, he was mindful of our cats, and completed the entire installation in about 2-1/2 hours.  The ceiling intake vent looks great and has automatic louvres that open only when the system is on (clearly demonstrated by Joel!).  After completing the installation, he cleaned up more dust than he created.  We fired up the system, and the fan is soooo quiet - not even any vibration noise!  Joel then reviewed the entire operation, including how different windows open to different degrees affected the air flow and balance.  Joel is not merely an electrician -- he knows and understands air flow dynamics!!  He also completely reviewed the operation of the wireless remote control.  We most strongly recommend Joel for any electrical work you are considering, and we plan on contacting him again in the near future for an estimate on a whole-house rewiring project (our house was built in the 1970s with aluminum wiring) including additional outlets and capacity.  Thank you Joel - you are the BEST!!  And we will be in contact!

Five stars to Rudy.  We chose him from the YELP reviews and could not be more pleased.  He responded immediately, gave us a very reasonable estimate and arranged a time to do the work.  He showed up right on time and his work was great.  He gave us  excellent suggestions and when done, his work was so clean that we did not need to do any painting or drywall repair.  I have saved his card and will absolutely use him for all my electrical needs.  I highly recommend him.

Washer and dryer suddenly stopped working so I knew it had to be related to the electric. Called up Brite first thing in the morning and got a same day appointment within my time schedule - was accommodating for later in the day. Came out, assessed the issue and was out of the house under an hour. Tony was very knowledgeable and walked me through what he was doing as I wanted to learn a little as well. Made recommendations for improvements, but did not try to sell them, just informational. Reasonably priced and will definitely be using him for any future electrical needs!

In the past,  I have not had great luck with electricians.   Recently, Jason from Service Rite came to our place and installed LED lighting under my kitchen cabinets and replaced some switches.   He installed two Panasonic Whisper fans in my bathroom with new switches.    He was professional, courteous, punctual and did a great job.   I highly recommend him and this company.

Laguna Electric was great! They showed up when they said they would. Two-man crew that showed up for my project we're very nice guys and very courteous. I feel they went above and beyond with my project. I would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

David responded to my Yelp request within an hour, and managed to get someone out to us the first thing the very next morning for a small job (fixing a light socket).  The repair men arrived on time, were polite, worked quickly, and explained the problem and what they were doing to fix it.  I'd definitely go back to RK Electric for any future work we may have.

Gunner came out on time and took care of the minor plumbing problems we had. His pricing was very reasonable and I will not hesitate to call him again if needed. Definitely recommend.

Unlike many electricians, Saied was quick to respond to my call and evaluated the job quickly.  He was able to schedule the job to meet our needs perfectly. He added some 208v outlets in our warehouse exactly as we needed, even suggesting a couple of better options.  His work was quick and clean.  I'll definitely call him again when I need more electrical work done.

Totally recommend this company they are professional, fast, friendly . Jorge  did a really good job and let us know the best options for further projects
