Rate quoted over the phone was the same at the end of the job and even did a quick project request on the side for no extra charge! Nicely covered up our dining area to protect our furnishings which is where he installed our dining room pendant light with dimmer. Excellent patch up job as well. A-EZ Installed a 240 volt plug for my plug in hybrid today.  Mark was early, did a good job, cleaned up before he left, and explained everything he was doing as he did it. I can highly recommend his services.

Had another guy try and wire an ac outlet, HDMI and speaker wire for a home theater.  Had to have him stop after he had started.  He cut a big hole in my drywall and said the wires couldn't be fished.  Would have to open up the ceiling at each rafter to run it.
Had Joe come out.  He saved the day.  Ran the outlet, HDMI, and speaker wire.  He was able to fish all of it without cutting a piece of drywall.  He even found a recessed tv outlet box that was big enough to cover the hole the other guy had cut in my ceiling.  Had him install a hanging light and a fan/light in another room as well.  I'll be using Joe for all my electrical needs from here on out.

FJ is a great guy with excellent customer service skills!  I was looking for an electrician because we have loads of problems at my house and he gave estimates on the phone that sounded reasonable, compared to the other electricians/ companies out there who said there was a minimum fee just to come to the door! The previous yelp reviews definitely helped in calling FJ :)
Anyways FJ comes over, looks at the houses problems, ends up being worse than I thought :( he did what he could that day and I was satisfied, my house needs miracles! However a few days later FJ emails to say it was bothering him that our house could be safer than what it was (our house is about 100yrs old, not vintage cute either) for my husband, myself and our new son.
It was/is very thoughtful that he kept us in mind even though time had passed since he came out. I was shocked and both my husband and myself were overwhelmed by how genuinely nice and caring he is.
I highly recommend him for any size project, the work he did looks awesome and knowing what the problems were before FJ we feel a lot safer.

Chris helped me with an electrical problem in my condo.  It was a situation where I may have had to upgrade my circuit box but Chris found a workaround.  He could have really tried to run up my electrical bill but he found a way to fix the problem quickly and without a huge cost.  He was sensitive to the timeliness of my issue and getting the solution figured out and fixed quickly.  His manner is professional yet affable.  I highly recommend Chris for any size electrical project.

I had a QuietCool fan system installed by Direct Electric and I cannot say anything negative about the experience.  I first contacted through the company website and received a call back the nest day from Rick.  He was full of knowledge about the systems and took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions.  After we spoke about the size of my home I decided to go with the TRIDENT PRO-6.5.   We set my appointment and the guys arrived exactly at the time that was agreed upon.  David and Keith did the install and the system was up and running in 45 minutes.  They went over how the system works and also had time to go over another project I was thinking about having done.  So far the system is running beautifully and we love it.  Could not be happier and will definitely call Direct Electric for future projects.  Thanks again.

Home Depot provided me three companies that would contact me to provide me an estimate on installing a ceiling fan.   Miguel was the only one to actually call (the other two will be receiving Yelp reviews also, except not as positive).  Since I had the ceiling fan and the bracket was already in place he gave me his hourly rate.  Eventually I was going to add a second ceiling fan to a spare bedroom I asked his estimatation on that.  The estimates were reasonable, so I told him I would like to get both done.  I was figuring next week some time would be the appointment.  He told he could get them both done today.  This was a Friday afternoon, so was a little surprised he was willing to work late afternoon into the early evening.  He came as promised and finished by 7:30 pm.  He customer service and workmanship was par none.  He offers suggestions on how to improve the jobs being done.  He suggested a dimmer and fan speed control to replace the on/off fan switch on the wall in the spare bedroom to remove the need to use the chains on the ceiling fan.  Wife really liked that idea.  Both jobs came under his estimation, which was pleasing to me.  Definitely someone I will be wanting to come back for any additional jobs I need to have done.  Give him a call and a chance.  You won't be disappointed.

Electrician Peter McCoy arrived on time to repair our broken doorbell unit. He did it quickly & efficiently explaining to me what could have caused it to burn out so prematurely since it was only 4 months old. He also went above & beyond the job request and corrected & rewired our light switches wired by a previous electrician and remedied the loud buzz in our 2 overhead fans.
Peter was friendly and professional while performing the extra work and left us happy with the results. I would recommend Shamber Electric for any electrical problems you may encounter.

After the pump in my backyard pond shut down, I called a pond maintenance repair company. They deduced that the GFI powering the pond had blown and needed replaced. When they failed to call or return in 24 hours, I panicked! My poor turtles needed help. So I took to yelp and found the reviews for Electrical 24.

Tim returned my message promptly and was able to be at my house at my earliest convenience. I explained my issue and showed Tim the problem. Rather than simply changing the GFI, Tim looked at all the power lines (and there are plenty of them) in my backyard and around the outside of the house. The contractors who flipped my house did a real half-assed job with the electrical work.

I was impressed with how thorough Tim was getting to the root of the problem, while also discovering live power lines which I was told were dormant. Scary! After his assessment, he found the breaker rooting the power to the pond. The GFI wasn't even faulty after all, and didn't need replaced! Tim saved my sanity and will be back to modify the live power sources as well.

It can be a scary thing to have to put your trust in someone, especially when you're going simply off reviews online. But look no further than Electrical 24 for an honest, smart, trustworthy electrician!

I'm a busy person, and on the day EV Pros came to my house, I was especially busy.  We ended up having an additional request to make the day of service, other than having a Tesla wall charger installed.

These guys blew away all expectations.  The communication was great.  They were focused on delivering great customer service, and said so, upfront.  Several times.  And you know what, they delivered.  There was even an issue getting a part.  Initially it seemed like they would have to come again another day to complete the job.  But they got the part from Long Beach that same day and completed the job all in one shot.

When the job was completed, they sent me pictures of the work while I was away.

I would do business with these guys again and I have no reservations.  Excellent work.

Joel and his team did an outstanding job and with great customer service throughout. I was in a major time crunch to get some recessed lighting done before family came over for the holidays. Joel was able to inspect, take the bid and perform the work within a few days. He Even came back the next day to handle a small concern I had on his day off. I would highly recommend these guys again for the great attitude and fair practices. I'll also note when doing any type of electrical work it's better to have a licensed electrician, like Joel, perform the work. You don't want Dan Dan the handyman to forget to cap some live wires and have a potential fire hazard on your hand. Thanks again Joel.

OMG!!! This company is phenomenal!  We had to update our old radiant ceiling heating system and were at the end of our budget. We had totally remodeled our home and spent enough money as it was. Then we had to deal with bypassing the old system and having electric box heaters installed into the walls in 4 rooms. Scary as they would need to cut into the walls to do this.  After 5 other bids from local Electricians that would come out and ask us electrical questions we could not answer (which honestly scared us off) or saying they could probably do the the job) we found Service Rite Electric. They came out right away, told us what needed to be done and what type of power our system could support. They had an estimate in writing to us within the hour via email and came out the next day to do the work. They were finished in 2.5 hours and not one bit of mess! The new wall heaters looked gorgeous and work perfectly and since they finished in half the time, they took off $350.00 dollars!! Yes I definitely recommend this company! Fair, fast and friendly.

This is the second time I have used Dave and his crew. I was hoping the first time was not an anomaly. My wife got one of those new jet engine hair dryers that were tripping the breaker all the time. So I called RK for help. Dave came in to size up the job - even took the time to understand the problem so that he could provide an appropriate solution. He quoted the job then took the time to explains the job very clearly so there is no misunderstanding it was almost a college level tutorial on basic electronics.  His crew came in and got the job done, cleans up and very professional.
