Professional, honest, courteous and fast CA Licensed Electrician! Bill was easy to get a hold of by telephone and quick to respond and schedule. Rate quoted over the phone was the same at the end of the job and even did a quick project request on the side for no extra charge! Nicely covered up our dining area to protect our furnishings which is where he installed our dining room pendant light with dimmer. Excellent patch up job as well. Raceway Electric consistently does an outstanding job for all the properties I manage.

I had them install a nema outlet for my tesla--- they quoted me $250(similar to other installers).  The day before the install date, some guy from their company calls and said they made a mistake and actually it costs $600+.  After I protested, he said ok since we already quoted you $250.

The install itself went ok but later when I asked about a permit, he wanted to charge an additional $240 for the paperwork even though the city charges only $50 for it.

 Needless to say I declined and I found all the info I needed online to complete the paperwork and the $50 permit fee myself.

Look I understand everyone needs to make a living but this company has a bit of bait and switch going on and they inflate prices hoping to catch an unsuspecting customer into paying it.  Not cool..  use a different installer or at least know what other electricians charge before you consider these guys

We were having trouble without electricity in our house all while the crazy pandemic is going on. A friend recommended Joe B. Electric to us. He was helpful and friendly! He even came back to help us put an additional part in that we needed to order. Great service!

After requesting recommendations through my cities Facebook page Eastvale Talk and looking at Yelp, I decided to give DEC a call, among other vendors.  I talked to Ric (sales guy) and it was a very good professional experience.  He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions correctly without bullshit or any sales pitches.  Just facts, which I liked.  So I decided to go with DEC for my Whole House fan based on this.

I was a little shocked at the price for the QuiteCool Trident system, but my house is big and I understood the physics behind it the size needed.  The system is better then the cheap Home Depot direct belt drive fans.  So after a few research links, I decided to go with DEC recommendation of the Trident 6.5 system with 15 yr warranty.  The price was a little over my range, so I had to think about it and look at my numbers.  

I emailed Ric to thank him for his support, but that the price was a little over my budget and that I will have to pass.  After a few emails back and forth, we agreed on a price and setup an installation date.  I like the fact that they stuck with me and didn't blow me off.  They actually worked with me to get the system installed.  That is great too.

The installation crew showed up on time and started work.  The only complain I had was that I saw the installer taking my smoke alarm off and I asked him why, since it seemed weird to me.  He said they were tapping into it to get AC power to power the fans.  I am no building code enforcer or know the codes/laws but it didn't seem right that they will tap into my fire alarm system.  I didn't feel comfortable having the fan's  10-13 amps of current going through a low-current smoke alarm that are in series.  Long story short, we went back and forth about it debating the legality and functionality.  I was getting frustrated because the installers were trying to school me on why it is OK and they would say things that were not correct when it came to power.  I never told them, but I am getting my PhD in Electrical Engineering and these guys where telling me I was wrong and schooling me.  I would fire back simple questions to their debating answers and they couldn't answer them correctly or hum/ha around it.  I think after a few minutes, they realized I knew what I was talking about and gave up to make a call to the owner John for advice.  But even after all that, that installation team still did great work and were very good at what they did.  It was only the schooling that I didn't like.

At the end, the system was installed and they gave a great presentation on how it works and how to use it.  After installers left, I went into the attic to see the system and noticed that there was still a power wire going from the attic outlet to the smoke alarm junction box.  I also noticed the grill from the vent damaged.  I sent an email to Ric and John (owner) called me almost right away.  He was very professional and assured me that he will have another crew come to my house the next day to change vent grill and look at wiring.  That is great customer service and I really appreciated that.  John assured me his guys will take a look.  

In the end, I was happy with everything.  The second crew came the next day, replaced my grill and assured me that the power was from the outlet and not from the smoke alarm.  They even ran some tests to make sure my home breakers don't pop.  

You rarely see now a days this type of customer service.  I would definitely recommend them or call them again.

You can get kind of confused not knowing your options on which outlets to use and how to get the installation done. The team of electricians are very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the options. They put lots of plastic sheets up and covered the floors. Very respectful team of individuals. I was very pleased with the work I had done with electric 24. When I called he was in the area and stopped by within 20 minutes. Turns out it was just a minor fix so he didn't even charge me. I offerred to pay something but he said it's alright. Just tell some friends about him. He was a real nice guy and was able to answer a lot of questions I had. I will definitly use electric 24 again!

Great service! The office gets back to you within 24 hours with to find out what you need. An electrician was scheduled within the week at our convenience. Work was done to our specifications, in a timely manner, even tho there were some unforeseen issues with switches. Cleaned up behind himself. They also installed our whole house fan previously and we were extremely happy with the service then as well. We will use them for any additional electrical issues.

Called Rudy at 7:30p when our refrigerator and oven lost power. He came out in 15 minutes and fixed the problems in another 15 minutes. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend.

OMG!!! This company is phenomenal!  We had to update our old radiant ceiling heating system and were at the end of our budget. We had totally remodeled our home and spent enough money as it was. Then we had to deal with bypassing the old system and having electric box heaters installed into the walls in 4 rooms. Scary as they would need to cut into the walls to do this.  After 5 other bids from local Electricians that would come out and ask us electrical questions we could not answer (which honestly scared us off) or saying they could probably do the the job) we found Service Rite Electric. They came out right away, told us what needed to be done and what type of power our system could support. They had an estimate in writing to us within the hour via email and came out the next day to do the work. They were finished in 2.5 hours and not one bit of mess! The new wall heaters looked gorgeous and work perfectly and since they finished in half the time, they took off $350.00 dollars!! Yes I definitely recommend this company! Fair, fast and friendly.

On a Saturday afternoon around 4PM, I screwed up one of my outlets (because I am the least handy person in the world) and Lucian helped me right away. Initially he tried to help me over the phone which is always nice of any servicer to try before coming out. After not being able to diagnose over the phone he was able to come out within 20 minutes to fix the problem within 10 minutes. Super fast and resonably priced. Thank you for your help Lucian!

This is the second time I have used Dave and his crew. I was hoping the first time was not an anomaly. My wife got one of those new jet engine hair dryers that were tripping the breaker all the time. So I called RK for help. Dave came in to size up the job - even took the time to understand the problem so that he could provide an appropriate solution. He quoted the job then took the time to explains the job very clearly so there is no misunderstanding it was almost a college level tutorial on basic electronics.  His crew came in and got the job done, cleans up and very professional. I called Anthem Handyman Services to fix a leaking water pipe in my wall. Gunner showed up in a timely fashion to repair the leak. He even came back the next day to repair the drywall that was damaged during the leak and repair process. It was such a relief to deal with one company during this ordeal. I would totally use this company again.

We had an outlet making a crackling noise and sparking so we were really concerned about an electrical fire. He came out over the weekend and was quick, efficient, reliable, and had fair prices. We will be using him again any time we have electrical issues in the future!

What an incredible service from Tapia Electric. We couldn't be happier with their work. They are super friendly and personable. We had a couple of items for them to install including our 3 kitchen pendant lights and a few other light fixtures. They are very detail oriented and get the job done fast!
