I hired Bill for a small job of replacing an exhaust fan in a bathroom.  He arrived on time, charged a very reasonable rate, and he stuck to the quoted rate even though he later found that the exact motor I needed wasn't available.  

He retro-fitted a different motor into the fan housing which took quite a bit of time, and could have hardly been worth his time considering the low rate that he charged me, yet he did not utter a word about it and did it with a cheerful attitude.  Will definitely use him again and I hope I can award him a bigger job next time.

We have used Raceway for our solar panel installation and we are very happy. They worked closely with the roofers because we were getting a new roof, too, and that really helped make things go smoothly. We also used them recently to replace a breaker for our jacuzzi. They were punctual, courteous, and got the job done.

I've worked with many contractors, subcontractors, and electricians, and I cannot recommend Mark and Steven highly enough.

I had just a simple receptacle upgrade, but Steven still treated me like I was their only customer. He communicated quickly and efficiently, and had me text a few photos to ensure that he was able to get me an accurate quote over the phone. Their pricing was extremely competitive (I called 3 other electricians). He also got me in on their tight schedule the day after I called!

The owner, Mark, came out to do the actual work. He was super friendly, very thorough, informative, and shared funny stories of how not to treat expensive electrical equipment.

I've been told that when it comes to contractor jobs, you can only pick 2 of the following -- fast, cheap, and good. Now I have proof that you can get quick service, a great price, and high quality.

We were having trouble without electricity in our house all while the crazy pandemic is going on. A friend recommended Joe B. Electric to us. He was helpful and friendly! He even came back to help us put an additional part in that we needed to order. Great service!

Chris is a great guy. He sorted the electrics when I demoed my shed. He also sorted out the electrics when we did our landscaping, including pulling a hell of a wire, and figuring out how to fix the electrics through my landscaper's disaster. He just coached me through a quick fix over the phone. Really honest and great value.

Steve and Direct Electric are a class act.  Very communicative and responsive, and they do what they say they are going to do.  We had him quote a complicated commercial meter replacement and also get in touch with San Diego Gas and Electric on our behalf, and he was a consummate professional.  Would like to work with him again in the future.

Miguel was very professional all around. His work was done in a good manner of time. He was always accessible and personable. He did important electric panel replacing and contacted the city for all things necessary. He made sure to leave the property as good or even better than before they started. I appreciate his work ethic

Thanks for the help! I had 3 wall outlet that were not working. He came to my house on time, found out it was only a trip GFI. He didn't even charge me a penny!!!

Jeff's guys do excellent work.  They installed a high speed car charger in my garage and when I asked why the cord wasn't the longer one Jeff personally reached out to let me know he re-ordered for the longer cord and would have it re-installed when it arrived.  Both times they came out to install and re-install they were very professional and even problem-solved for placement on the wall that could have presented a problem later.  I appreciate the work they did...may not be the least expensive solution but with their own warranty covering my charger I have confidence in the service I've received and will receive in the future.  Can't recommend EV Pros enough!

Rudy is not only a great guy, but a very experienced Electrician.  He has done countless projects for many friends and associates of mine and has my highest recommendation.  Honest, Thorough and Friendly.  This is one electrician that does not make a living from gouging his clients. He's a good man!

The five star reviews for this place come from people with barely any other yelp reviews.  I would keep this in mind when making a decision for yourself.

My experience mirrors a negative review below in that I had to redo Tony's expensive work because he did not do the job to CA code requirements. It is astounding to think that on a $2k job he would try to save maybe $50 in material rather than do it to code.  My husband even asked him about the wire size he was using and when confronted he says it is to code and fine.  Only after he pressed it further, did he finally relent and said my husband was right but that it would be fine and the code was too strict.  I'm still waiting for him to refund our money.  

His worker was also sloppy and messy and not very professional.  This was about a year ago so I don't recall his name.  

If he was a dirt cheap electrician I could maybe understand his thinking, but when he charges top dollar and you get subpar and amateur quality work there is just no point in entertaining his offer for your job.  Maybe he can do a ceiling light or fan, but I would not trust him to do anything that required higher gauge wire that one day might lead to your house burning down because he skimped out.

In the past,  I have not had great luck with electricians.   Recently, Jason from Service Rite came to our place and installed LED lighting under my kitchen cabinets and replaced some switches.   He installed two Panasonic Whisper fans in my bathroom with new switches.    He was professional, courteous, punctual and did a great job.   I highly recommend him and this company.

Laguna Electric is led by Lucian who is a great electrician. While getting a quote I noticed that he was super responsive and addressed all of my concerns. Pricing was straightforward and came in right in the middle of all of our bids even though we got a crew of 4 instead of 2 like the other bids. What also made us choose Laguna Electric was the amount of commercial work that they had done in his Yelp photos and the attention to detail displayed in the pictures.

I'm glad I went with Laguna Electric because it took the crew of 4 the whole day to complete the job. Going with any of the other companies would have meant that the work would need to occur over several days.

The day of the job he showed up on time with his crew. They were all very professional and courteous and even accommodated our request to change the location of new outlets halfway through the install

There were no surprises at the end and Lucian and his crew went above what was necessary to ensure that we would be happy with the electrical work in our building.

I would choose them for residential electrical work as well. They did extra electrical work, moved belongings back to where they were, and cleaned up after themselves. What more could you ask for from an Electrician?

David responded to my Yelp request within an hour, and managed to get someone out to us the first thing the very next morning for a small job (fixing a light socket).  The repair men arrived on time, were polite, worked quickly, and explained the problem and what they were doing to fix it.  I'd definitely go back to RK Electric for any future work we may have.

Unlike many electricians, Saied was quick to respond to my call and evaluated the job quickly.  He was able to schedule the job to meet our needs perfectly. He added some 208v outlets in our warehouse exactly as we needed, even suggesting a couple of better options.  His work was quick and clean.  I'll definitely call him again when I need more electrical work done.

I found Jorge and his son Danny on yelp after the last electrician didn't want to hang up my chandelier. Jorge was quick to respond and came the same day to install our brand new chandelier from our 18 foot ceiling. Not only we're they fast, but reliable and courteous. I will definitely use Tapia Electric again.
