We've used Bill for many years. I'm surprised there are not more reviews posted regarding his excellent service. If you want someone who shows up on time, returns phone calls, is professional and honest with reasonable rates, don't hesitate to call him.

Sam & Billie arrived promptly and took the time to go over the work order with me, I was grateful for that and it gave me an opportunity to make some changes. They were professional and knowledgeable and didn't seem to mind my questions. I would use them for any and all electrical jobs that will come my way in the future.  Thank you Raceway Electric for the stellar service.

Had another guy try and wire an ac outlet, HDMI and speaker wire for a home theater.  Had to have him stop after he had started.  He cut a big hole in my drywall and said the wires couldn't be fished.  Would have to open up the ceiling at each rafter to run it.
Had Joe come out.  He saved the day.  Ran the outlet, HDMI, and speaker wire.  He was able to fish all of it without cutting a piece of drywall.  He even found a recessed tv outlet box that was big enough to cover the hole the other guy had cut in my ceiling.  Had him install a hanging light and a fan/light in another room as well.  I'll be using Joe for all my electrical needs from here on out.

FJ is a great guy with excellent customer service skills!  I was looking for an electrician because we have loads of problems at my house and he gave estimates on the phone that sounded reasonable, compared to the other electricians/ companies out there who said there was a minimum fee just to come to the door! The previous yelp reviews definitely helped in calling FJ :)
Anyways FJ comes over, looks at the houses problems, ends up being worse than I thought :( he did what he could that day and I was satisfied, my house needs miracles! However a few days later FJ emails to say it was bothering him that our house could be safer than what it was (our house is about 100yrs old, not vintage cute either) for my husband, myself and our new son.
It was/is very thoughtful that he kept us in mind even though time had passed since he came out. I was shocked and both my husband and myself were overwhelmed by how genuinely nice and caring he is.
I highly recommend him for any size project, the work he did looks awesome and knowing what the problems were before FJ we feel a lot safer.
Give FJ a call you won't regret it!!!

We had a severed hot wire in the backyard and Nextdoor recommended Christopher Lundgren from Lundgren's Electric to contact. Best decision! Christopher is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and his prices are fair. Now we can rest soundly knowing the outdoor cable is fixed and is no longer a potential fire hazard.

Don't waste your time! Called for an estimate, Jordan came out and met with me. Never received the estimate. Called the office and texted John the owner numerous times. Received nothing but excuses and more empty promises. Poor communication and poor customer service.
I won't waste any more time on this review just don't call this company or you will get the same bad service.

I have used Miguel for a few years and was excited that he started his own business.  He is very competent, cheerful and has great ideas.  His assistants are well versed in the trade and have other assorted skills. He has done every thing from new circuits, powered vent fans, lighting, et.al. Highly recomend Miguel for small repairs, complete start up installs, new projects and upgrades.  All around craftsman. Very happy.

Izack and his company was great to work with. Very easy to get an appointment, they showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves :)

I highly recommend Electric 24.  They came out the same day and did a fantastic job.  Very clean, honest and professional.  You won't have to worry about getting ripped off and getting a substandard job done!

Jennifer was very quick and professional in her texts back and forth giving me a quote and detailed everything I needed for the plug install. She worked with my schedule and we scheduled Kwan for the install. Kwan came in and was very professional as well. Very quick and kept everything clean! Joel has been my electrician for more than 10 years.  He does great work on our offices and homes.  Newest project was a remodel that included a large flat screen mounted with electrical outlet, and multiple HDMI, and conduets installed behind the TV to hide the wires and cords.  A very clean and beautiful job that allows us to watch TV without looking at any wires or cords.  He is also very competitive in his rates and works well within our budget.

I called several electricians and left voicemails including Rudy. None of whom called me back, except Rudy and I'm so glad he did. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. Very upbeat attitude and real world Solutions. Rudy is my 1st call for an electrician.

STAY AWAY!!!  The saying birds of a fleather flock together has been verified after my experience with my kitchen contractor recommending Tony from Brite Electric.  They both did a number on me.  

My kitchen cabinet installer, who butchered my cabinets and admitted he had no idea how to do Ikea cabinets after having said he just did an Ikea kitchen the week before, recommened Tony to do the electrical for the kitchen as I needed new outlets and wiring.  At that point  I didn't know the kitchen guy was a hack, and I was on a tight timeline so I went with Tony even though his price was high.  He comes across as being very sharp and personable.  I suppose those are the ones you have to be careful of.

Tony charged me $1500 to wire up most of the kitchen.  The job took his employee James about 4-5 hours as most of the walls were open so he could do things pretty easily.  Here are the issues that arose:

1) They used 8 gauge wire for a 50 amp cooktop.  Per CA code a 50 amp appliance requires 6 gauge wire.  This is a big no-no.  It really is pathetic as the thicker gauge would have cost maybe $30 more.

2) They used a 8 gauge 2 conductor wire for the oven, when it requires a 8 gauge 3 conductor wire.  Per CA code if you had existing 8-2 wire you could reuse it, but it is much safer to use 8-3 and it is a code requirement when wiring new.  Again, they cheaped out.  This would have cost maybe $15 more.  They probably just didn't have any with them and figured I would never know.

3) They used a 50 amp breaker on a 30 amp appliance (over).  This defeats the whole point of having a breaker and is a serious problem.

4) They left a mess everywhere.  When they drilled through joists they didn't bother to vacumn anything up.  They even left their Jambu Juice cup from lunch.

5) They did not patch or cover any of the drywall holes they made.  This is unacceptable for the amount I paid and they never told me otherwise.  I then had to pay the kitchen contractor $150 to patch some drywall holes.  I think it was a total scam between them.

6) Most of the outlets were not lined up and visually off.  I had to pay somebody else to move them later.

7) The price!  I paid what amounted to probably $300/hr.   What is worse his original quote was $2100.  I'm such an idiot.

Here is where it gets fun.  After I discovered that his job was totally subpar I called to figure out a resolution.  At first he totally rebuffed me and said everythign he did was to code and he works on million dollar homes as does the same thing (this means this was not a one-off but he does illegal work regularly).  After I very specifically pointed things out he offered to send me a small amount of money.  I then told him there were more issues than I even previously knew about and the amount he was offereing was inssuficient.  At that point he stopped responding to me.  

BBB, contractor's board, and small claims court here I come!  If anbody has any questions about this review feel free to contact me.

In the past,  I have not had great luck with electricians.   Recently, Jason from Service Rite came to our place and installed LED lighting under my kitchen cabinets and replaced some switches.   He installed two Panasonic Whisper fans in my bathroom with new switches.    He was professional, courteous, punctual and did a great job.   I highly recommend him and this company.

Laguna Electric was great! They showed up when they said they would. Two-man crew that showed up for my project we're very nice guys and very courteous. I feel they went above and beyond with my project. I would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

David responded to my Yelp request within an hour, and managed to get someone out to us the first thing the very next morning for a small job (fixing a light socket).  The repair men arrived on time, were polite, worked quickly, and explained the problem and what they were doing to fix it.  I'd definitely go back to RK Electric for any future work we may have.

I called Anthem Handyman Services to fix a leaking water pipe in my wall. Gunner showed up in a timely fashion to repair the leak. He even came back the next day to repair the drywall that was damaged during the leak and repair process. It was such a relief to deal with one company during this ordeal. I would totally use this company again.

Saeid and his two assistants did 2 days' work for our kitchen remodel, including install of a new sub panel.

I have done similar work myself and I'm quite fussy about details.

We are happy with his work. I would use him again.

Initial discussions proved to me that he has lots of experience and very sound judgment. He made some good suggestions (such as putting in a bigger sub panel than I had in mind (negligible price difference).

Saied was extremely easy to work with as we discussed many details of the job, including changes while the work was underway.

His fixed bid ($5,000) was pretty reasonable. Our other bid (Rory Higgins) was $9,448.The job entailed about 45 man hours (not including travel time) and maybe $800 to $1,000 of materials. Some of it was difficult attic work, and also being a good detective as he integrated with our existing circuits. It turned out we needed one extra circuit installed, which he included at no extra charge.

They worked pretty hard to fish difficult areas instead of cutting excessive holes in our walls.

All the communications and timeliness, was excellent, and Saeid is a really nice guy.

What an amazing job Jorge and his son Danny did on my home.  They just installed 8 recessed lights, a switch and chandelier.  If I could give them 10 stars, I would.  We need more of the types of professionals.  Their work was outstanding.  Their customer service was even better.  Its difficult to find genuine professionals who are easy to work with.  When I called Jorge he was the only one who wanted to come see the job in-person and  was there first thing the next morning.  They went above and beyond also, installing an extra switch we did not initially discuss because they felt it was right and did not charge extra.  I will for sure be referring him to my neighbors and any future work I need him for.  Thank you gentlemen
