Professional, honest, courteous and fast CA Licensed Electrician! Bill was easy to get a hold of by telephone and quick to respond and schedule. Rate quoted over the phone was the same at the end of the job and even did a quick project request on the side for no extra charge! Nicely covered up our dining area to protect our furnishings which is where he installed our dining room pendant light with dimmer. Excellent patch up job as well. Thank you for illuminating our home in Carmel Valley!

I called Adam and he pulled up my address on Google Street View over the phone and game me a reasonable estimate in minutes. They installed the charger including routing through small crawl spaces above the kitchen and entry way.  Very professional and communicative.  I highly recommend them.

Called the electrician company that my neighbor works for to try and get some things done as a surprise to my husband. The lady on the phone said she had him busy on other projects but she would send who she could spare. The man that came to my house smelled so bad and his clothes looked like they had not been washed in a week. After he left I called the lady back she just laughed on the other end and said well what you expected to get when you call me on the last minute on a Friday.

This is a late review, because they completed the job several months ago. These guys were awesome. Very professional and they were right on time.The fans and lights installed are doing great. My husband and I will be hiring them again to install more fans, soon. We will not be hiring any other electricians but Direct Electric Company!!

Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call. Most superior customer service, expertise and response time we have ever had hiring an electrician. Nick is the best!!! We called him out to repair a faulty exterior electrical outlet and kitchen outlet and he immediately found the issues, one of which was due to a previous electrician's botched wiring job that could have caused a house fire. The repairs were done in no time and the price was reasonable. Having done an entire house remodel we have run into many unscrupulous contractors and have been hesitant to hire yet another electrician, but we will NOT hesitate to call these guys again. Thank you Nick!!!!!!

Great guy; fair, honest and real. Rudy helped fix some small electrical issues that were causing a major headache. He made sure the whole house was up to code (small house) and advised us how to handle any new issues that may come up.

The five star reviews for this place come from people with barely any other yelp reviews.  I would keep this in mind when making a decision for yourself.

My experience mirrors a negative review below in that I had to redo Tony's expensive work because he did not do the job to CA code requirements. It is astounding to think that on a $2k job he would try to save maybe $50 in material rather than do it to code.  My husband even asked him about the wire size he was using and when confronted he says it is to code and fine.  Only after he pressed it further, did he finally relent and said my husband was right but that it would be fine and the code was too strict.  I'm still waiting for him to refund our money.  

His worker was also sloppy and messy and not very professional.  This was about a year ago so I don't recall his name.  

If he was a dirt cheap electrician I could maybe understand his thinking, but when he charges top dollar and you get subpar and amateur quality work there is just no point in entertaining his offer for your job.  Maybe he can do a ceiling light or fan, but I would not trust him to do anything that required higher gauge wire that one day might lead to your house burning down because he skimped out.

In the past,  I have not had great luck with electricians.   Recently, Jason from Service Rite came to our place and installed LED lighting under my kitchen cabinets and replaced some switches.   He installed two Panasonic Whisper fans in my bathroom with new switches.    He was professional, courteous, punctual and did a great job.   I highly recommend him and this company.

People say the best compliment you can give is a referral! Well look no further....Lucian from Laguna Electric responded Friday evening to my message and was here on Saturday and fixed my electrical problem quickly. Ryan who came Saturday was very professional and knowledgeable.  The price was affordable with no extra cost because it was a Saturday. As a woman it is nice to know someone isn't trying to dup you or take advantage. Laguna Electric will get my future electrical business!!

David responded to my Yelp request within an hour, and managed to get someone out to us the first thing the very next morning for a small job (fixing a light socket).  The repair men arrived on time, were polite, worked quickly, and explained the problem and what they were doing to fix it.  I'd definitely go back to RK Electric for any future work we may have.

Gunner came out on time and took care of the minor plumbing problems we had. His pricing was very reasonable and I will not hesitate to call him again if needed. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I loved working with Saeid for installing the lighting for our entire house. He is quick to respond, accommodating, and experienced. His team installed lighting for our house in a day - 26 recessed lights, 2 chandeliers, bathroom fans, vanity lights. We will definitely work with him for future projects and are so happy to have his work in our home!

Our electricity was off in the living room for a month and these guys came and saved us in a flash. I would definitely recommend them and call them again,they arrive early, work fast and are reasonable price. He explained everything they are doing, the most friendly people. I would definitely use them again. I would give them a 10 star if they had one.
