I had Jorge upgrade my electrical panel and add a port so that I could charge my Tesla electric car in the garage.

Overall, Jorge did a superb job, was very friendly and made me feel like a friend and family.  Plus, he didn't make me feel stupid even though my questions were dumb at times. While he was at my home, he even checked out one of my outlets in a room for no additional charge. Nowadays a lot companies nickel and dime you so I really appreciated it.

If you need any residential electrical work, Tapia electric is the  company to hire  and where I  will go to get all my electrical work in the future.

We set up tapia electric through Yelp. They were referred by a friend to install our Tesla charging plug. All was set for them to arrive. They were given our address and phone number. 8am came around and no one showed or called. My husband went into Yelp to grab their phone number to call them and there was a message asking for our address again. And because we didn't respond to them right away the electrician said he was moving on to his next appointment!
We contacted them to let them know that they had the address. Also my husband confirmed the night before about the time and the response from Maribel was see you at 8 no one asking for our address. My husband took the day off from work to be here for these people and they lack any courtesy or customer service.
Just an update - owner sent me a private message name calling and saying no address was ever given. Slightly threatening also. I requested from Maribel not to contact me again. Very professional....

What an incredible service from Tapia Electric. We couldn't be happier with their work. They are super friendly and personable. We had a couple of items for them to install including our 3 kitchen pendant lights and a few other light fixtures. They are very detail oriented and get the job done fast! I am super thankful we found them and we will be getting other future projects done by them. Very reasonably priced too! Amazing quality. A++++ HIGHLY recommend!!

Very fast response and timely completion with installing 220 for the electric range! They needed to think outside of the box to extend the power through the walls so that it's hidden. They patched and cleaned after the work.

Hired them to install an outlet in my garage to charge my EV. Got a few quotes and they were on the lower end. Did the job two days later, were very professional and left everything cleaner than it was before.

While running some wiring though the front yard they had to dig a trench from the electrical panel to the garage. We realized a couple days later they hit a sprinkler line, I let them know and they came over right away and fixed it. Would definitely use them again.

Over the holidays Jorge and his assistant came to my house to put in a new circuit and outputs in my garage. He also replaced some outlets in the house with traditional plugs and usb ports on the outlets. He was able to do the work quickly and very fair price compared to what I was quoted elsewhere.  He showed me exactly what work he did and explained what would be needed to keep everything up to code. He was also able to run the the electrical cables through the attic and into the dry wall without making any excessive cuts or holes I would have to fix later. I was very happy with the work and will be using Tapia electric services in the future. Sorry for the late review guys. Thank you.

We needed a Sense energy monitor connected to our breaker box and solar system. Tapia electric did an excellent job. They were very pleasant, easy to work with, showed up on time and cleaned up some wiring congestion in the breaker box. Highly recommended! I would give more than five stars if I could. Many thanks!

I was in need of a bunch of things done in my home. Adding plugs, running a new line to a shed, installing more canned lights, moving a ceiling fan and installing another, and trouble shooting a circuit, and more. I got several prices and their price was very good!
They came over 2 separate days and did great work! He showed me work that was previously done that was not up to code! He fixed those problems and did all the other work very professionally! They cleaned up after themselves and left everything very neat! I am so pleased we chose them! I highly recommend Tapia Electric!

Our electricity was off in the living room for a month and these guys came and saved us in a flash. George and Danny are very reliable persons. They have done work in my home since I bought my home in 2011. From changing all my light fixtures, to putting in new ones and adding ceiling fans in all my living rooms, loft/bedrooms. They are very clean and professional. Needed help with reconnection on my 220 volt dryer wall outlet and Tapia electric helped me out super fast. I was in great need of my dryer due to recently moving and having a baby during the move, all other electricians I reached out to didn't see the worth on coming to help me out just for that , even though I stated I have some future projects in consideration but needed my dryer first.  Tapia electric after dryer repair was complete , we talked about next project and we are schedule to set up appointments and continue doing business soon. Thank you for accommodating me in such a short notice,  explaining along the way , and accommodating more time to talk about next project.

Wow! We were having a 240 outlet installed in our garage to accommodate our EV. Jorge and Danny were kind, knowledgeable efficient and QUICK! These guys are the best! We were experiencing power outages in part of our new home and they came out the same day to fix it. In the process of troubleshooting, they discovered several issues stemming from very sloppy electrical work done by the previous owner which posed many fire hazards throughout the home. They worked hard to fix everything and charged a very fair price. They were very kind, professional, and thorough.

Called Jorge, he came out within 30 minutes to my house and fixed the problem in as much time as that!   I had 4 sockets where only 3 were working. I had pulled them apart and still couldn't figure it out, but Jorge was polite quick, and very helpful and figured the issue quickly and resolved it.  Definitely recommend for all your electrical issues.

George and Danny are an amazing father son duo. Their work is reliable, clean and efficient. I had them add outlets, move outlets, hang chandeliers and repair panels.

What an amazing job Jorge and his son Danny did on my home.  They just installed 8 recessed lights, a switch and chandelier.  If I could give them 10 stars, I would.  We need more of the types of professionals.  Their work was outstanding.  Their customer service was even better.  Its difficult to find genuine professionals who are easy to work with.  When I called Jorge he was the only one who wanted to come see the job in-person and  was there first thing the next morning.  They went above and beyond also, installing an extra switch we did not initially discuss because they felt it was right and did not charge extra.  I will for sure be referring him to my neighbors and any future work I need him for.  Thank you gentlemen

George and Danny are awesome. They made time on a short notice (request) and switched out an old light in the laundry room and installed a new one. The work was done very professionally and they are courteous. I would recommend them.

We contacted Tapia Electric and two other electricians in November 2021 for an estimate. We chose Tapia Electric to complete the work because George really listened to the list of electrical work we needed to have completed. He made several suggestions, giving us the opportunity to decide what would work best for our lighting concerns. We could tell that George had a serious and sincere interest in completing the work to our satisfaction. The work was completed by George and his son Danny. They added 6 Post LED lights in the backyard, installed security cameras, 2 of the installations required installing electrical pipe and drilling through stucco.  The work was completed neatly and piping not noticeable.  George and Danny  replaced all coach lights in the front and backyard and porch light, fixed outdoor GFI, fixed bathroom lighting and replaced switches, installed pendant light in MB. George and his son Danny are a great team. They work efficiently and cleanly, all the while being willing  to stop and answer any questions. Their patience and willingness to listen while applying their expertise is unmatched. Because of this willingness to listen and do a great job, it allowed us to discuss other work that needed to be done and which they completed. They are professional, knowledgeable, respectful, kind and patient. Most importantly, the pricing is fair allowing a customer to prioritize their electrical needs. We will be hiring them to  complete other electrical work in the near future. We have hired other electricians and can honestly say that Tapia Electric is the best and we highly recommend Tapia Electric!
