Very pleased with the work that Ed and his team did on my property. I had them come out and install a new outlet for my RV property and run a new wire that required some trenching and I was very happy with every thing that they did. I will definitely call them when I'm in need of an electrician.

Joe Harris worked for us previously as a sub-contractor and did a great job. That is why we called him back to do a small job in our garage (lighting installation and changing washer to a separate circuit). He came out to give an estimate immediately in early December. However he put us off twice for a firm date because he stated that he had another large job and would contact us and never replied. We don't think he wanted our small job - his bid for a few hours work was quite high. Nice man. Competent electrician, but we are very disappointed the way we were dismissed.

I recently bought an electric car in December and I was interested in installing a home charger in my garage. Jeff gave me all the information I needed to evaluate what options I have for home charging. In the end, I decided against installing a second meter dedicated to EV charging. With my solar panels, I produce enough electricity to support just having a 220V outlet installed in the garage.

Jim was the electrician that performed the work. He was prompt and worked very quickly. The price was great and the workmanship was outstanding. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future projects.

I have to tell everyone about these guys. My first installation was a Ring Flood Light on the side of my house. They did a super professional installation at a good rate. The installer never had to bring the power down and spend a fair amount of time to ensure the picture and camera angle was just right. Fast forward a few weeks...I had Inception Electric come out and run CAT 6 network cable throughout my house, add conduit to my garage, cut wall plates for the wires and run wires through the walls. Once again these guys came out and laid paper throughout the house, wore shoe coverings, and were very professional. The job was done that day and was done exactly as I wanted it. Great company that I will use for all my electric and wiring needs in the future!!!

I really like these guys. They showed up when they said they would. They tackled a complex issue and didn't just give up. They sent three different techs out until it was fixed. And they didn't overcharge when they easily could have.

I thought of writing this right now because I'm about to call them out again for a different issue and I thought everyone should know that there is a reliable, team of electricians in south OC!

Eduardo and son (both are licensed electricians) arrived on time, evaluated our breaker panel and wiring, checked voltages and installed the higher amperage breaker needed to charge my new Chevy Bolt. They are a pleasure to work with. Patient with my questions, knowledgeable and professional. Project was completed in one visit. I highly recommend them.

Very bad customer service!!!!  I ordered my $200.00 rewads card in May and it still has not arrived even though it was promised in 4 to 7 weeks   I have called 3 different times and still no card.

The supervisors NEVER called back.  Shame on you!

Was gifted a cool old lamp made from an abacus, that no longer worked after I tried to attach a shade. Gibson rewired it completely and made sure to use (new) parts that looked old, down to the antiquey looking plug. Also changed it to a dimmer switch that works with any bulb. Very happy with the results.

I was referred to Tim by my student intern.
I manage vacation rental property in La Jolla and Mission Beach. My brief story is:
SDG&E shut off the electrical feed to one of my property's and just left a note on the door with no explanation. I called Mission on a Friday at 2:00pm left a message and received a call back in 15 minutes. Tim was at the property by 4:00 pm and committed to the repair Saturday at 8:00 am. He was done by 4:00pm on Saturday and that is where he really stepped to the plate. SDG&E after telling us we did not need a permit reneged on the commitment to turn on the service after the repair and required a city inspection and permit. You and I know this is code for city work and fees. Tim took care of the permit on Monday, Met the inspector on Tuesday, and arranged the SDG&E turn on of the electricity on Wednesday. This fiasco was created by city and SDG&E bureaucracy whose business ethics are deplorable. It's a breath of fresh air to see how customer service oriented individual businesses like Mission Electric are to deal with.

My doorbell started ringing randomly so I called an electrician to see if it was a short. He did find where the short was and fixed it but I felt like he was trying to sell me on other jobs. For example, he told me the wiring in my house was old and should be replaced and he said my fusebox was also in need of replacement. I'm not sure I would call him again, I don't like feeling pressured like that.

I contacted Source 1 for a small job, replacing a light fixture in my kitchen, and I was given a reasonable quote that I agreed to.  I was then contacted by the installer and we agreed on an appointment time of 1:00 pm to do the work.  The installer rang my doorbell at 12:45, came in and completed the work, and presented me with the bill around 12:40, 55 minutes later.  Because it was higher than I expected, I asked to know why.  His explanation was that he had actually arrived at 12:30 so I was being billed an extra $85 for another hour.  He said he had tried to call when he was on his way but my phone went directly to voice mail.  (This is true because even though I did not get the call, I did get a voice mail around 1:20, so this one is on me.)  When I asked why he had not just come to the door at 12:30, he claimed he had but there was no answer when he rang the doorbell.  NOT SO!  I had arrived home around noon and had been sitting in my living room waiting for his arrival.  The doorbell is loud, not broken, and did not ring until 12:45  when it was obviously working fine.  Bottom line:  I was charged an additional $85 dollars for the time the installer claims he sat in the driveway, all of which was before our agreed upon appointment time.  I will not be using this company again.

I was in desperate need of a new outlet for my car. I purchased a new EVSE but it required a 14-50 outlet and what I had was a 6-50.
I reached out to Mauricio and asked if he could do the job.  My only requirement was that I need someone to come out that morning since I was going out of town.  He snuck me in at 10am as opposed to 4:30 which he originally told me so I was stoked.
Mauricio came out, installed a new outlet to replace the older one and installed my charger as well.  He did a great and clean job. Price was very fair and in comparison to what I was getting quotes for.  I highly recommend Professional Electrical Services!

What a rip-off! They charged over $400 to install a ceiling fan and an outlet. They were here for 2 hours (why it took even that long is another mystery since there were THREE guys here working) and 6 mins. but charged for full 3 hours. When I called them to inquire about the charges, they were flippant and uncooperative. And when I asked why a very similar job the year before cost under $200, I was told that I got a real good deal.  Seriously??
Never again! Buh-bye...
