1) Communication-Hank responded to our service request from the very beginning and continued to text and call us throughout.  He took pictures and video and even Face Timed us from the property to show his work!
2) Competence-Hank immediately fixed the numerous items we needed fixed and went above and beyond to do any unexpected extra things that he saw that needed to be fixed!
3) Character-Hank was very patient with us throughout and did his work with excellence and integrity.   He even used his contractor's discount at a certain home improvement store to save us some money and we believe he charged us a very fair market price for all the services that he provided.

AJS Electric was wonderful.  He was thoughtful, careful, gentle, read instructions immediately and worked well with my landscape architect figuring out how to install a stainless box for my new garden lighting timer.  He came quickly, was prompt, cleaned up after himself and his pricing was very fair.  I highly recommend him.

Brandon and Robin were fantastic. Went above and beyond while installing two ceiling fans and provided fantastic service. They were very professional and courteous will be using them in the future.

I finally purchased a Tesla because the extreme ridiculous gas spike increase. I got tired of supporting billionaire oil investors becoming richer. Anyways, I got purchased a Tesla Wall Charger because I got tired of the crowded Supercharger stations and plugging daily with the portable 110v charger. My dad is a retired electrician and insisted on installing it for me, but because my house required a 2 story wiring, I decided to hire an electrician to install my Tesla Wall Charger. I submitted multiple electrician request and M Tech was the most reasonable price.

Mr. Yoo arrived on time and prepared. His van gave me comfort because everything single item was accessible and convenient. The installation required over 100ft because my breaker is unfortunately in the backyard and the Tesla Wall Charger is in the front of my garage. Mr. Yoo and his partner worked expediently and finished fast. The electrical work is clean. See the pictures. They also cleaned up nicely after. We had Rudolph Electric replace our main electrical panel, and Tim, Leonard and Katelin were all fantastic to work with. They were always on time, extremely friendly, clean and very fairly priced. When we need future electrical work, we're going back to Rudolph Electric.

Sam was professional and honest.  He repaired my window. The window looks great. He matched a quote I received from another company after I had made a mistake and replied to his email. He was accommodating and was able to match the other company.  I would recommend him to my friends.

Dejan is reliable and knowledgeable!  He wired my master bathroom during my complete remodel. He was thoughtful about helping me figure out how to move things around to make them work. He completed the job and was open to do some additional electrical work I needed!  If you need a great electrician hire him!!

I needed a Nema outlet installed in my garage. They communicated well and was on time. Prices are honest/great and they were in/out in less than an hour! Highly recommend!

Christian is a wonderful person and he is very skilled at what he does.  We had a leak in the plumbing and he did a thorough inspection and figured out where the leak was coming from.  Our shower upstairs was leaking behind the wall so a simple fix ended up becoming a very time consuming repair.  He was very patient throughout the process and explained what he was doing step-by-step.  Then he made sure that everything was good before he left.  He also did not charge us an arm and a leg for his job.  Considering how extensive and time consuming this job was, we thought that his fee was very reasonable.  While working on this project, we got to know Chris well and we can say that he is a very honest and friendly person.  He doesn't do much advertising but he gets many clients through just word of mouth which is a testament to the quality of his job and his great personality.  I have worked with a few unfriendly and shady handyman before but he is someone you can trust.  You can't go wrong with him.  Trust me.

My dad and I started a machine shop in Orange County and Greg setup the power to our mill, lathe and air compressor. We were very impressed with how quickly his crew completed the job and the professionalism they showed. They even added an outlet for us to plug in our level 2 electric vehicle charger. Would recommend for commercial work.

It's hard to find someone who will respond quicker than him. He was sure to be positive that we were happy with the electrician he sent out.
We had EV charger, flood light installed. The charger didn't work but electrician was there to double and triple check that his part was done right. Turns out the JuiceBox unit just didn't work. He waited while I talked to them and arranged for a new unit to come out.
Boudy got him back out when new unit came and only charged me what the company would pay for reinstall since it was a defective unit. In the meantime we wanted a new fan installed. Electrician came, again right on time, and did great work. Cleaned up after himself; made sure everything worked right and we were happy before he left.
Very please all the way through. Would definitely recommend them and will gladly use them again when I need my security cameras upgraded.

Fixed a non existent problem in 2 min and charged me $65. When I called to ask why it was an hour to drive down to my house and back up.... Didn't make sense.
Im giving a 2 star instead of 1 because of their speedy response.

We had electrical work done by Adam for moving a ground wire from panel to house, and his expertise was very impressive. First of all, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and was very easy to work with. He knew exactly how to handle, and the least invasive way to move wire/concrete. Will definitely use Castle Electric in the future for any wiring/electrical work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

These guys are the best, I have used them 3 times already and super impressed not just with service but quality of work.
