Sam came through for me and did an excellent job repairing my front and back doors after my boyfriend did a not so good job on them.  Super responsive and reasonable.  I plan on using him in the near future to paint my kitchen cabinets and install new backsplash.

I'm all about DIY and saving money, and of course after watching several YouTube videos on the subject I decided to remove the ballast from my garage light fixtures to convert to efficient LED. After hearing a pop, and spending the next three hours of trouble shooting why my entire garage had lost power, I came to the conclusion that I needed an electrical expert. I called Tommy at Stay Grounded Electric, who I found through a quick Yelp search. Tommy gave me a fair quote over the phone and said his brother was in the area and would get to me shortly. Not even 5 minutes after sending my contact info, his brother Ethan was at my door. He went through my whole Mickey Mouse wiring job and went back and even re-wired a previous light fixture I had done just to be certain. He problem solved and checked everything in the electrical line from the breaker box until he found a shorted wire. Ethan was super professional, friendly, quick and repairs the wiring issue. What seemed like a simple wiring job turned out to be pretty involved; I was way out of my league. At the end of the project when everything started working again, he even took the time to install my new LED lights. This is a friendly neighborhood company and they treated me like family. The professional work provided I would have thought would have costed twice what I paid! I greatly appreciate all the work and expertise and wish I had called you from the start. I'm responding to the ceiling fan review. We did install one of the blades upside down but the colors were similar and neither we nor the customer saw it at first. We returned to flip the blade as soon as we heard and we apologized. The remotes all synced to each other when we set them up. We spent an hour trying to get them independent but we couldn't.  The owner replaced the remotes and when we installed them they all worked independently. We charged for the return because the new remotes proved it wasn't our fault. The ceiling fans were balanced when we left. She never asked us to come back to rebalance. I can understand the customer's frustration but we can't be responsible for manufacturing problems or poor quality fans.
