It's Saturday, and it's Memorial Day weekend. A guest accidentally zaps my electricity while running a hair dryer. Circuit breakers look fine, but flipping them on and off doesn't solve the problem.  

Who do you call? Actually, anybody that'll answer. I called other highly rated Yelp-recommended companies, but they all bailed and weren't around for the weekend. I called up Kevin, it was already almost 5pm, and he answered and said he can come right over.

He diagnosed the problem methodically and within a half hour had everything back up and running again. He was courteous, pleasant, and very knowledgable (I think he's been doing this since 1976). Highly recommended when you need someone who knows his stuff in a pinch.

Hank is an excellent plumber and electrician, as well as general handy work. He knows his stuff and is meticulous in his work. You will find cheaper handymen, but if your job is tricky, you should consider Hank. He does excellent work.

Note that we used him to:
Swap out sconces and add a chandelier in our bathroom;
Hang the mirrors on porcelain tiles;
Install a new toilet;
Install shower hardware;
Fan/lighting in the shower

Would I use him again? Absolutely!

AJS Electric was wonderful.  He was thoughtful, careful, gentle, read instructions immediately and worked well with my landscape architect figuring out how to install a stainless box for my new garden lighting timer.  He came quickly, was prompt, cleaned up after himself and his pricing was very fair.  I highly recommend him.

Ehrlers Electric was great to deal with.  They made quick work of a home EV charging station.  Their price was very fair and the work was fantastic.  I will use them again!

Mr Yoo is a great guy, fabulous tech. Easy going guy that knows his profession. He leaves a little mess behind but I don't mind because he delivered on all the goods.

He installed a dedicated breaker for my electric car charger, and my work space in the garage. I look forward to hiring Mr Yoo in the future.

A friend referred me to Tm after I had gotten a few other quotes that I wasn't thrilled with.  When Tm came to give us an estimate, not only was his quote more than fair, his work was outstanding.  He has done work in almost every room in my house,  from ceiling fans to electronics and running new lines for lighting.  He is professional, flexible and stays until the job is done.  He is also honest which in my book counts for a lot.  I highly recommend Rudolph Plumbing.

Sam and team sanded and stained my front door it was in bad need of repair. They did a great job and had good communication throughout the process. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Dejan is reliable and knowledgeable!  He wired my master bathroom during my complete remodel. He was thoughtful about helping me figure out how to move things around to make them work. He completed the job and was open to do some additional electrical work I needed!  If you need a great electrician hire him!!

This was the most amazing customer service experience I've ever had with any company. These guys were Professional with a capital P. We had a complicated job mounting a large chandelier in our living room. An existing canned light needed to be removed in the center and the chandelier needed to be wired to a new dimmer. Normally, holes would need to be made in the ceiling to thread the wires, but these guys wouldn't have any of that! They used the existing canned lights as access areas and were able to thread it without making any holes in the drywall. I saw how hard they worked (non-stop) from 5 pm to 9:30 pm making this happen. The final product looked incredible. They moved all the furniture out of the way, they draped everything and cleaned up absolutely any mess that was made. They were so careful with our walls and our home in general. Their price was phenomenal as well. I can't say enough about this company and Jerry and Brandon. Thank you so much for your help, you deserve more than 5 stars.

Aaryn was the most thorough and detailed electrician to explain every aspect of the job on our outdoor pergola and garage. He was upfront about labor and costs on what needed to be done unlike a couple of other electricians who tried pushing unnecessary extra added costs such as i.e. a subpanel that were not in line with our requested usage needs and would have added an extra 2-3K. It was difficult not choosing Aaryn only because we decided on the same electrician who did work on our house 4yrs ago. We would strongly consider Aaryn again for any future electrical needs!

I called to get an estimate for installing bathroom ventilation fans. The experience was completely unprofessional, and indicated that they are not taking on new work.

The gentleman answered the phone with Whaadup! I stated that I would like an estimate for an electrical installation. He, in a mocking tone, mirrored my words exactly, what sort of electrical installation would you like an estimate for. Then, as I began to explain, he interrupted me, saying, I don't wanna do this, I'm retired, and hung up the phone.

Not sure why this business thinks this practice is acceptable, but I definitely won't ask for any work from them now.

I haven't done business with this company, but I called them in a pinch because another electrician who I've done business with left me hanging. After a few minutes talking and no promise that they would be able to help me today, I got a text with the contact info for another electrician that would be able to help me in the time frame I needed.

So this review is on character and if their work is half as good then 5 stars from me. Thanks again!!!

Doing a home remodel and had New Electronics Communications install my WiFi network, HDMI connections and electrical outlets.   They did a great job and were flexible in coordinating the work. Abdu even helped me move my desk into my new office.   Will have them come back to do my home electronics install.

CYDD Electric is clearly way over-capacity at this time.  I had difficulty booking a small job (installation of a ceiling fan), finally received confirmation at 7 am for a 10 am appointment, appointment cancelled at 9:30 am because Carlos was too busy.  After complaining, I was told not to come back for a make-up appointment.  Take your business elsewhere, CYDD Electric is just too busy to bother with your petty, nothing job.  They have more important things to do.

I work for a property management company, so having reliable vendors is always important. The guys at Le's Electric have always been super great! We can always count on them to resolve any electrical issue. Definitely recommend them!

Tommy G. and his crew are exceptional in the both the work they do and the customer service they provide. We had a major job that needed to be done in coordination with our electricity provider. Tommy met with us, listened to our concerns and provided a solution to our problem. To say.

We had electrical work done by Adam for moving a ground wire from panel to house, and his expertise was very impressive. First of all, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and was very easy to work with. He knew exactly how to handle, and the least invasive way to move wire/concrete. Will definitely use Castle Electric in the future for any wiring/electrical work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I'm responding to the ceiling fan review. We did install one of the blades upside down but the colors were similar and neither we nor the customer saw it at first. We returned to flip the blade as soon as we heard and we apologized. The remotes all synced to each other when we set them up. We spent an hour trying to get them independent but we couldn't.  The owner replaced the remotes and when we installed them they all worked independently. We charged for the return because the new remotes proved it wasn't our fault. The ceiling fans were balanced when we left. She never asked us to come back to rebalance. I can understand the customer's frustration but we can't be responsible for manufacturing problems or poor quality fans.
