It's Saturday, and it's Memorial Day weekend. A guest accidentally zaps my electricity while running a hair dryer. Circuit breakers look fine, but flipping them on and off doesn't solve the problem.  

Who do you call? Actually, anybody that'll answer. I called other highly rated Yelp-recommended companies, but they all bailed and weren't around for the weekend. I called up Kevin, it was already almost 5pm, and he answered and said he can come right over.

He diagnosed the problem methodically and within a half hour had everything back up and running again. He was courteous, pleasant, and very knowledgable (I think he's been doing this since 1976). Highly recommended when you need someone who knows his stuff in a pinch.

I had Hank replace some broken bathroom exhaust fans and some not up to code electrical wiring done by my previous contractor.  Hank not only did great work with very reasonable prices but also cleaned up thoroughly after the repairs.  Oh, did I mention he was so patient that he explained everything he was doing in great detail?  I'm an engineer myself and I learned quite a bit of things from him!

AJS Electric was wonderful.  He was thoughtful, careful, gentle, read instructions immediately and worked well with my landscape architect figuring out how to install a stainless box for my new garden lighting timer.  He came quickly, was prompt, cleaned up after himself and his pricing was very fair.  I highly recommend him.

These guys are great!  Very professional.  I had a mess on my hands, with a faulty main circuit breaker, and a few poorly wired devices (by the previous handyman--me). They quickly found and fixed each problem.  I'm now thinking of installing some LED lighting.  Wanna guess who I'm going to call?

Excellent service and communication. Got him to install my electrical charger. The price was reasonable, and the workmanship was exceptional. He left the area clean and he was fast too! Even got him to install a 120V outlet outdoor. Highly recommend him!

I've been working with Rudolph Electric for the past year and it's been such a positive experience. Tim and his team are knowledgeable, personable and all-round top quality! Sam diagnosed and fixed a light fixture that had a bad bit of hardware.  He explained what he was doing, was upfront with the price, and was very friendly.  I will use his service again next time an issue pops up that he can help me with.

Dejan is reliable and knowledgeable!  He wired my master bathroom during my complete remodel. He was thoughtful about helping me figure out how to move things around to make them work. He completed the job and was open to do some additional electrical work I needed!  If you need a great electrician hire him!!

Jerry and his team are very helpful, and did a great job replacing / repairing all of our old outlets.

Aaryn helped me replace a fried fuse in November '21 (see review below), so I called him to replace a ceiling fan on an slanted, tall ceiling.  He came out the next morning (fast!), on time, ready with everything needed.  I was worried I had messed up and a part was missing from the box, but he looked and found it.  Got it installed quickly, showed me the work and all the functions of the remote, as well as offering to mount the remote.  He broke down the old fan and tossed all into the recycler for me.  He is great about instructing you on the nature of the work, as well as tips for effective operation and needs.  And his quote was right on the money.  You can't ask for a better experience.

Aaryn is my hero!  I had a circuit arcing in the box and called him on a Monday morning, and made a date that night (he added me to an already= full schedule due to the dangerous nature of my situation).  

Aaryn came on time, knew what questions to ask to get right to it, gave a quote that was fair, and had the part to take care of me in one visit. He also educated me as to the various countertop appliance loads, and how my kitchen is not built to the current standards (should have two circuits for kitchen counters alone) so only one at a time for me now.  

Also, he worked with me (technologically challenged) to get a payment app that worked for us both.  

Just a delightful experience, and I cannot recommend him enough!

Christian is a true professional. He has completed a variety of jobs (plumbing, cabinetry, electrical, wall repair, and other basic handyman jobs) over the past few years for me. He's never disappointed. He's always  on time with a smile and all tools necessary for the job. His prices are fair and he does an outstanding job! I would highly recommend Christian's Handyman Services!

I would give this company zero stars if I could.

After pocketing almost $10k of my money for installing some LED fixtures and installing 6 runs of networking, Greg refuses to come figure out why one of my network ports doesn't work. He is totally unresponsive to my texts and emails. He once wrote back with a vague promise to come troubleshoot but when the time came and went, he was nowhere to be seen.

Fly-by-night operation at best, be warned.

New Electronics Communication (NEC) is an awesome electrical company to work with! They offer fair and competitive pricing with wonderful customer service ! I received quotes from 3 other different companies and after speaking with Elie, I felt very comfortable hiring him and his team to do the job. I'm in the process of renovating my backyard with new concrete, artificial grass and pergolas. We want to have outdoor lighting and want to install 4 electrical boxes. In addition to this, I also requested Elie's team to install 2 electrical outlets in my garage. I recently purchased an electric car and needed to install a fast charging outlet.

I reached out to 5 Yelp electrical companies and felt after reading reviews and speaking to Carlos, this was the one I thought I should go with for the work that I needed. Though it took sometime to schedule, I'm glad I was a bit patient. Carlos showed up on time, did the needed work and on we go. In fact I'm waiting for a bid to now get other work done because I was so pleased.

First reached out to get a quote to take down 4 ceiling fans and replace with can lights and install one 8' fan in the middle. Tommy was super helpful and was great in communicating with me. He was also able to meet my deadline of thanksgiving.

Tommy and Hector came and knocked it out. I chose 6 lights but Tommy Recommended to stay with 4 which actually saved me some money so we stayed with the 4 dimmable lights.

Adam did an amazing job. We thought we had one issue, but in fact it was three separate issues. Adam explained everything to us and made sure we fully understood what he was doing. He also made sure everything worked in our house before he left. He went above and beyond to help us. We will never go with anyone else again other than him. I highly recommend him.

I'm responding to the ceiling fan review. We did install one of the blades upside down but the colors were similar and neither we nor the customer saw it at first. We returned to flip the blade as soon as we heard and we apologized. The remotes all synced to each other when we set them up. We spent an hour trying to get them independent but we couldn't.  The owner replaced the remotes and when we installed them they all worked independently. We charged for the return because the new remotes proved it wasn't our fault. The ceiling fans were balanced when we left. She never asked us to come back to rebalance. I can understand the customer's frustration but we can't be responsible for manufacturing problems or poor quality fans.
