I made an appointment over the phone. They never showed up or called. I called them for another appointment and again, a no-show. Perhaps the 5 star reviews have made them too busy. After losing a week, I called another company and they showed up on time the next day.

Rudolph Electric is top notch in my book. They just replaced our outdated fluorescent garage and bathroom lighting with LEDs. Wow, what a difference. Tim and Leonard always make the experience pleasant with their expertise and humor. They get the job done on time and in a professional manner. They always cover our personal items and cleanup after. Katelyn was so kind and helpful and prompt in getting the scheduling handled. This is our 2nd time having them do our lighting work, and we will use them again! Sam came through for me and did an excellent job repairing my front and back doors after my boyfriend did a not so good job on them.  Super responsive and reasonable.  I plan on using him in the near future to paint my kitchen cabinets and install new backsplash.

Dejan is reliable and knowledgeable!  He wired my master bathroom during my complete remodel. He was thoughtful about helping me figure out how to move things around to make them work. He completed the job and was open to do some additional electrical work I needed!  If you need a great electrician hire him!!

It was an excellent experience working with Aaryn on a writing issue I had for one bedroom. Aaryn is super responsive and reasonable in pricing and expectations. Aaryn was very professional on site and exceeded my expectations. Aaryn finished the job much faster than estimated and charged much less than estimated. Aaryn has all my respect! Way to go man!!

I called.  Christian called back, and we agreed that I'd email him a list we needed completed. I do so promptly -- ten routine items.
Didn't hear anything back for two days. Called and left message.
Again, no response.
Now the DE FACTO coronavirus lock down has taken effect, and so I won't get anyone to take care our rather routine projects.
Unsat.

I had Greg come in again. First time was for my house and second time for my salon. I'm super satisfied! He is very helpful and wasted no time to put up my chandeliers and track lights and made the place sparkle! Will definitely always be using Greg for any electrical service I may need in the future.

I called 3 other electrical company's and they all were not available or they could not fix my issues . This place picked up my calls and they were there same day and gave me a great price with a warranty for 6 months on the work I did with them . I don't ever write reviews but when I have great customer service I had too .

The guys came on time , very friendly and professional , bill  came as expected no hidden fees , will definitely  hire them in the future

We called today because our doorbell had quit working. Adam came by, figured out the problem, got the part, and fixed it, all in the same day. He was extremely professional and courteous, and it was all done in an instant. Highly recommend!!

I'm responding to the ceiling fan review. We did install one of the blades upside down but the colors were similar and neither we nor the customer saw it at first. We returned to flip the blade as soon as we heard and we apologized. The remotes all synced to each other when we set them up. We spent an hour trying to get them independent but we couldn't.  The owner replaced the remotes and when we installed them they all worked independently. We charged for the return because the new remotes proved it wasn't our fault. The ceiling fans were balanced when we left. She never asked us to come back to rebalance. I can understand the customer's frustration but we can't be responsible for manufacturing problems or poor quality fans.
