HISTORY

Established in 2016.
EV Pros, Inc. was formed out of years of service to the electric vehicle industry; it's birthing company, Sheets Contracting, Inc, has been involved in electrical contracting services for 22 years. As the premier electrical contracting firm in Orange County, it was a seamless transition to further hone our skills and abilities to serving primarily the niche' market of electric vehicle charging systems. With over 10,000 successful installations, we pride ourselves on the ability we have to fulfill our customers expectations.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

EV Pros, Inc was formed by Jeff Sheets, owner of Sheets Contracting, Inc. He is a 2nd generation electrician and has lived in Costa Mesa, OC, for nearly 30 years. With over 35 years in the electrical industry, he has become an authority on the NEC and installation practices. To his credit, he has earned his Bachelor's Degree from Cal State Long Beach and has had his contractors license for 22 years. Further, he is also a certified general electrician and hold various certifications that lend credence to his authority. In regards to electric vehicles, he also worked diligently and intimately through the years to bolster strong relationships with each city in Orange County (and their inspectors) as well as Edison. This relationship that has been bolstered through the years by consistent, quality installations, is often the underlying backbone to the success of a project. Jeff is happily married to his bride, Jennifer for 21 yrs. They have 3 children Jack(17), Jesse (15) and Jade(10).

I had my Tesla wall charger installed yesterday by Kwan and Brandon. What nice guys they were. They were very polite and explained everything they were doing.  Jennifer in the office was great also. She had me send pictures of my garage area and was able to send me a quote. Two of my neighbors also had EV Pros install their Tesla charger and recommended them. They came on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were finished. I am very happy with their work.

I needed a wall charger installed for my Tesla.  There are lots of places to choose from.  The most important thing for me was to find someone who could do the job well so I wouldn't have any problems.  

After getting a few estimates from both Yelp and independently contacting contractors, I chose EV Pros.  Based on their reviews and ratings it looked like they were the best ones for the job.  My husband texted back and forth with the owner Jeff.  He requested photos and a video of the installation site so he could give me a precise quote.  They were able to get me on their schedule within two days.  

On the installation day, they were on time and did the whole job in about an hour.   The installer was courteous and professional and worked very efficiently.  Everything seems good and I'm pretty happy with my wall charger.

What can I say? New experience for us when we finally sailed off the EV side. Worried and troubled by not having the readily availability and access to the nearby EV station - we took on and called many places. We had varying amount of estimate and we considered the high and the low. After much contemplation- e settled for what was in the upper middle of the cost estimates received for installation. As luck would have it, we had the absolute best technician, KWAN, sent to us who not only explained what we were in for but also reiterated every detail of the pluses and minuses of what he was doing. Further more, he was also very courteous and as informative as he can possibly be. He quickly installed being there panel inside the garage an EV WALL CONNECTOR within an hour and a half. I, like the many car manufacturers, recommend going to EV PROS, hopefully, you get this guy KWAN but I'm sure all of them are like him but having Kwan is like having what the doctor actually ordered. Thank you EV PROS for sending us the absolute best. Surely everyone can be like Kwan with a tremendous positive attitude and takes pride with his workmanship. Go Kwan Go! Go EV PROS GO!!!

I recently purchased my first EV vehicle and I was looking for a locally owned company to install a 240V outlet in my garage.   I had reached out via the yelp messenger app on a Saturday evening and by Sunday afternoon I was able to schedule an appointment midday Monday. Pretty quick considering it was the weekend. The installed, Brandon, came within 20 minutes of his 2hr window given for his arrival. He was professional, efficient and cleaned up the area after completion. We tested out the outlet with my new EV charger and everything worked out great! A very smooth and easy transaction. I found the price and service a great value and would recommend them again.

Their pricing is reasonable and the service was professional, quick and efficient. There was a slight issue with my installation since it wasn't up to code based on my city's requirements so it needed some adjustments. Russell didn't do the initial job but he was very responsive and came out to make the adjustments himself the next business day - major kudos to him for outstanding customer service!

Tip to other prospective customers- make sure you understand your city/county code requirements in advance so that your installer knows those details before they start the job.

These are freaking so legit.

I texted them. Immediately got a response. Took a picture of my breakers and sent them a video.

Got a straight forward, honest quote.

Schedules for install within 3 days.

Guys showed up on time and were SUPER NICE.

Did their work and made sure I was set up before they left.

Legit doesn't get easier than this.

I reached out to EV pros to have them install a NEMA 14-50 outlet. I decided on pursuing a permit for extra reassurance which they were to easily able to handle. Jeff was very responsive and professional. The electrician Brandon was extremely polite and professional and got the job much quicker than I had expected. Easy 5 stars for these guys. Thank you!

I needed some electrical work done (installing a dedicated circuit for a new outlet) and sent out some requests via Yelp. In one sentence, from start to finish, this job was flawlessly done and I am very happy to have selected EV Pros.

Jeff answered all of my questions (sent via Yelp messages) very quickly. I asked a lot of clarifying questions and not once did I feel sales pressure. Just straightforward, honest answers. Jeff was also extremely patient with me as well and made me feel comfortable asking questions before starting the project.

Brandon and Kwan were the ones to do the job. They were on time and were very friendly and professional. Before starting, we went over the work to be done and they described what they would be doing. The job took a little longer than initially planned because it was complex, but they took the time to do it right - which I definitely appreciated. Once done, they took care to clean everything up and make sure I was satisfied.

Russell assisted with collecting payment and was very accommodating of my delay due to New Years.

Like I said, everyone I worked with each step of the way was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I will definitely be going back to EV Pros for any electrical needs in the future!

EV Pros are extremely professional and know their business. Within just a few short days, I had an appointment, my EV charger was installed, permit was procured, city inspected, and signed off. EV Pros have best services and professionalism!  Kwan installed at my house two 240 nema outlets and he is absolutely friendly, answered all my questions, extremely helpful and provide top quality services!

A few weeks later the building inspector came and I notified EV pros at 7am (city can only tell me the time of the inspection on the day of the inspection) and they came out by 8 am and waited for the inspector to come as the window was between 8am to 12pm.  Both Sean and Evan are incredibly friendly, courteous and highly professional.  Both Evan and Sean worked with the inspector and of course, we passed with flying colors.  i highly recommend their services for those who are looking for electrical upgrades and installations.  I had my nema installed for car charging stations.  Thank you EV Pros for taking care of an ignorant electrical challenged homeowner!

I've read a lot of recommendations and reviews on NextDoor and Yelp. Despite knowing that EV Pros has a higher price point, I still decided to go with them for their quality work. I like the fact that they are forthcoming about their pricings.  My brother in law had used them in the past so they are highly recommended.

My NEMA outlet was installed a day before my charger came. When I went to install my charger, I realized that the outlet was upside down since the charger's cable was very short. I don't have much wiggle room to turn the cable up to plug it in.

Without much expectation since it was a 4th of July weekend, I reached out to EV Pros asking if they would come out to help me flip the outlet around. Russell, who installed the outlet initially, responded and came out on Sunday morning to turn the outlet around for me. It was a very nice gesture for him to do so and I'm very grateful for it.

The workmanship is professional and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

We started with another contractor for this job. Got a quote and scheduled an appointment, but man that other guy was rough to work with - condescending, curt, and a number of his responses made me feel like I was bothering him (I can only imagine what it would've been like if we had issues after the install). After yet another curt exchange, we cancelled the original appointment, and happily found EV Pros, Jeff and Team.

What a night and day difference! Everyone I interacted with at EV Pros was responsive and happy to assist - they seem truly grateful for their clients. They are knowledgeable and professional as well. Their price was just $40 more than our first contractor but what a world of difference.

Install went seamlessly: Brandon was on time, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. Our EV is not here yet to test out the install, but their 2 year warranty (2x longer than that of our first contractor) gives us peace of mind. Money and time well spent!

Called for an estimate. They advised that they do not come to the house, instead had me text photos. Did not understand the problem as I explained it to them. Instead, they gave me a $2600 estimate for 60 feet of 240 line and a wall outlet. I won't be calling them back.

This has got to be a first for me. Like most people, I don't often write reviews for companies that I ended up not using. However, EV Pros (and Jeff in particular) have such great customer service that I felt compelled to leave a review.

I was looking to install a Tier 2 charger in my garage for a plug-in hybrid we recently purchased. I requested quotes on yelp and received messages from 4-5 different companies.

EV Pros/Jeff was far and away the most professional, responsive, helpful, and... dare I say kind? contractors. Jeff took extensive time to answer all my questions, was never pushy, and overall seems like a really good guy. Even after I canceled my appointment with them because we decided not to go forward with the install, he was nothing but professional and, again...kind.

If I ever need electrical work done, I know who I'm calling.

I found the vendor among the list from the Tesla website to install my wall charger. EVPros quoted with permit application reasonably, some quoted low since they are new and the others quoted skyrocket because they know the county rebates. The appointment was made smoothly. Kwan arrived without delay and finished it fast and perfectly. His skill passed the city inspection without concerns. Highly recommend them.

Got my EV a few days after installation and the wall charger stopped working. I verified the charger worked after EV Pros left in my friends EV. Russell came out the next morning and the Tesla wall charger was pending an update. He restarted the wall charger and resolved the issue. Shame on the Tesla wall charger and thank you EV Pros for your great service. This one was not their fault at all.

Jeff was quick and courteous in responding to my quote requests for a wall charger installation.

We called on a Friday to make an appt and within a few hours, Russell came to do the install. He was on time and did a great job! Another very satisfied customer!  We vetted 3+ different Tesla authorized businesses to install our Tesla Wall Adaptor in our home. We chose to work with EV Pros based on the 5 stars & great reviews from Yelp and every where else  on-line.  From the initial contact with the owner Jeff, for a quote to install our Tesla wall adaptor, to the date of service with their awesome & experienced technician - Kwan.  The entire installation process was trouble free & stress-free.  Scheduling a date for the installation with Jeff was quick & effortless.  As scheduled, Kwan arrived on time, professional with a kind demeanor, no arrogance,  extremely knowledgeable & skillful at his job.  Following the installation, Kwan took the time to connect & explained the wi-fi connection to us.  Kwan worked quietly & focused to get the installation done right.  Neither Jeff or Kwan tried to sell us anything extra or up-charge from the initial quote for the installation.  Jeff and Kwan answered all our questions without judgments.  Kwan even answered our questions about our HVAC problems.  We were so impressed with Jeff & Kwan that we asked Kwan for additional EV Pros business cards to forward them to our friends and family members purchasing their own Tesla vehicles.  Thank YOU Jeff & Kwan - Great Teamwork.  EV Pros is worthy of all the great reviews &  they earned all the 5 stars!  No B.S. - Just quality work & superb customer service!

Great experience with EV Pros. Jennifer communicated with me through text about the different options, the quote, and the appointment process. She was really kind enough to answer all sorts of EV charger related questions that I could've probably googled. The process was quick and the appointment instant. I had the joy of having Kwan. He was really kind and respectful of my work schedule since I had a meeting during his appointed time. Russell and Kwan were extremely knowledgeable and responsive to questions. Kwan did the install without it even showing on our siding! It was super well-done and clean! He later came back to help solve a problem with the charger which ended up being 100% firmware related and not related to the install. Kwan was there helping, troubleshooting with the car manufacturers on the phone help fix the problem! You don't get that kind of service everywhere. They made the process so simple! I would absolutely recommend them... in fact, I already have to all my neighbors!

This was my first EV and didn't know what to expect when hiring an electrician.  Jennifer guided me through the whole process.  She was very knowledgeable and offered me good quote.  She set me up with an appointment with Kwan and Brandon.  They did an amazing job, they know exactly what they were doing.  They worked really hard, very professional and punctual.  They did a very clean job, and was very patient walking me through the instructions.  I also want to thank Russell for taking time and going to my house to swap out a charger.  Overall, this was such a great experience, I'll recommend EV Pros to friends and families.  Great job you guys, and thank you for all you do.

Had a Tesla Wall Charger installed (20 feet to other side of garage), and also had them upgrade a previously installed 240 outlet.
The electrician was Kwan. He was on time, courteous, hard working, answered all my questions. This was my best experience ever with an electrician.  Also, being able to get a quote online was nice, by sending video. They texted back to me within about 30 minutes. I also had them pull a permit with the City.
I will be recommending this company to all my friends and relatives.

Great experience from start to finish. They called me back immediately, worked with my schedule, and provided great service. Brandon arrived right on time in a very professional EV Pros minivan, and killed the install super quick. Then walked me through everything I needed to know, and made sure I could connect to my home WiFi.. The 2 year warranty was a great bonus as well. Highly recommended!

EV Pros is first class all the way -- I am impressed beyond words.  When my Tesla arrived yesterday after 9 months of waiting, I had a Tesla Wall Connector ready a while back thinking the EV would have arrived much earlier.  

Many have recommended EV Pros, I now understand why they are so highly rated.  When I asked for a quote, Jeff quickly got back to me and had me send in photos of the work area.  Got a great quote, so I scheduled it for the next day.   No time wasted, it's about as efficient as it gets.

Installation:  Russell is the BEST. He arrived on-time and immediately went to work.  He said we could even go 60amps which was music to my ears, thought we would be at max 50amps. I've had a few of these installs up in West LA for my tenants by electricians who aren't that familiar with Wall Connectors, so there's a learning curve for others.  EV Pros has this down to a science.

With Russell, all I did was go inside to finish some work for about 22 minutes and when I came outside, he was just finishing up!  Record time.  I was going to say I was shocked, but given the nature of the work here and for clarity, I'll just say I was extremely surprised.  He even set up the Tesla Wall Connector commissioning, it's the first time I didn't have to do it myself.  He also kept the work area clean before, during, and after with a shop vac.   Excellence at every step of the way.

Russel was always prompt in responding and scheduling. Kwan the installer showed up on time and did a really nice job installing the Tesla Wall Connector. He also answered a lot of questions we had and even offered advice on maintenance.

Can't wait to plug my new Tesla in! Highly recommend EV Pros, no need to look elsewhere, fair prices and professional installs.

The technician arrived one hour ahead of schedule.  He performed a clean install requiring a small hole through the wall to the electrical panel on the other side of the wall.  Pricing was fair and competitive.  Vacuumed up debris and was good to go. Install was done within an hour.  Payment through Venmo. They take personal checks as well.

Amazing service and experience!  Jennifer in the office was highly responsive and detailed with her information about pricing and scheduling.  Loved that we could confirm everything with over text and was able to book us in under a week.  Our installer Kwan is the EV PRO!  So knowledgeable and detailed in walking us through the connection to our breaker, how the wall unit was mounted, and how the equipment should be used.  He stayed to walk through all the scenarios of usage and any troubleshooting we may need to know with all our questions as first time EV owners.  Highly recommended!

Kwan and Sean installed my Tesla wall charger and did an amazing job! They were super friendly and professional and answered all the questions I had throughout the installation process. I also appreciated how Kwan patiently walked me through the best location to install my wall charger to maximize utility and avoid potential bodily injury. It was awesome watching them work their magic and the wall charger looks great!

Kwan even went above and beyond and helped me reattach a small piece of garage weather paneling when I asked for his advice at the end of the job. These guys truly care about their customers and I know who I'm going to in the future for any electrical work! Thank you Kwan and Sean!

Jeff and his team installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage a few weeks ago. No problems so far in terms of actual use.

Overall, the experience was positive. Jeff is very kind and responsive, and had a technician come out promptly to install the outlet.

We ran into a situation where I was left a bit unsatisfied with the initial install. I had approved a location on my wall, but in actual practice, the location was unusable due to clearance issues with my charging cable. I reached out to a 3rd party electrician to double check and they also let me know that the location was a poor one. So, although I was responsible for approving the location to begin with, I wish EV Pros was a bit more adamant about overriding my decision in regards to safety and use. After all, they are the professionals, not me.

Jeff and his team were understanding, and although didn't offer a complimentary re-install, did work with me to get it fixed at a very reasonable rate, which I appreciated.

If Yelp allowed half stars, I'd probably give EV Pros 4.5/5. However, despite the unfortunate situation, Jeff and his team were class acts, and I was always treated with kindness and respect, so I know that on average, I'd have more 5/5 experiences than 4/5.

EV pros were quick to respond and love the professionalism displayed by their team. My original EV charge was installed by an electrical engineer that used make shift parts that ended up breaking 2 years later. EV pros quickly replaced the outlet and wiring to standard industrial grade. Would definitely come back and use them again. My only concern is the non transparent quoting.

They state it's free to inspect, but they charge you to put it back after taking it apart which puts you in a position to pay them to repair/replace the nema 240v or have them leave you with outlet taken apart. That is disgusting sales tactics tbh. So just beware.

I have requested 3 quotes from 3 different installers. However, EV Pros is the one listed on Tesla Website as the tesla certified installer. I am sure all other installers are capable to install a 60amp and set-up the tesla wall connector without issues.

However, what set EV Pros apart is the customer service, and then I also found out they have the lowest price on both installation and pull the city permits.

1. I always ask questions and alot of 'stupid' questions because I have no knowledge about installing a 60amp or anything related with electrical thing. Russell is very patient to answer my questions.
2. Attitude : I can tell apart from the first email Russell sent out for asking details that he cares about the customer service.
3. I had received some replies from Yelp with 1 line : 'call this number' or without knowing if my panel is capable to handle a 60amp, they just quote me the installation price. It does not give me a good 'vibe' on those companies.
4. EV Pros charges reasonable price. I was shocked some other installers quoted me 50-80 bucks more on the installation and 2-3x more on the city permit. One installer even says they don't handle the load calculation. Wow. I needed someone to help to apply the permit because I don't know how to do the load calc.

Anyhow, I know I will recommend EV Pros to my friends who might be interested to have an EV solution installed.

EV Pros installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet for me inside my garage. Kwan was the electrician who arrived at my home on time and he was exceptionally professional, efficient and just a great guy! The whole process was super easy from getting an estimate and price quote via text to the installer being the best contractor I have ever worked with. Brandon did an amazing job installing the Tesla Wall charger for us this morning. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. He was super nice to answer all my questions and helped me to setup the charger wifi network. He even went above and beyond to help me remove the stuck light bulb in our garage! I've been communicating with the team at EV Pros for years, and have known them to be the go-to for EV-home charging solution installs. When it came time to install a Tesla HPWC in my own home I reached out for some help.

Scheduling was easy, and they were flexible to try and work with my schedule reducing the stress of moving! Installation was met with a challenge the home had, and the tech managed to be creative and work around the electrical issues at my new home without complaint!

Installer was respectful, cleaned up when he was done, and ensured everything was working properly before departing. He was friendly and I was left extremely happy (being very particular).

Nicely done, EV Pros. I am so pleased with your company. I called earlier this week to get a quote, and based on the price and the positive online reviews, decided to go with EV Pros. Not sad I did. The company was very responsive to all my questions. They even scheduled me for the same week! Kwan arrived right on time as scheduled and finished in just over an hour. He also installed a hook for my charging cable. Most unexpectedly (in a good way), he even rehung my tool rack that had fallen down a few weeks ago, which is certainly above and beyond his job scope (and also certainly something I would have put off doing for years to come...)! I would recommend EV Pros to anyone that needs any electrical work done. We had a 40amp receptacle installed in our garage for our new Tesla travel charger and I couldn't be happier with the work. Kwan was our installer and his work was impeccable. He was professional all the way and not only educated me about the install but always provided tips on the do's and do not's of usage. We also had our electrical panel examined for breaker details such as which breaker was for what part of the house or any issues with unused or broken breakers and Kwan not only did a great job cleaning the panel but also labeled everything to make sure we were clear and knew which breakers were for what room. He also cleaned up after he was done and left the work areas cleaner than when he first arrived. EV Pros went above and beyond our expectations and I will be using them again in the future for our electrical needs. Thank you to everyone at EV Pros!!

We hired EV Pros recently to install an EV charger in our garage. Kwan & Russell were amazing - my husband called them the kindest contractors we have ever worked with. These guys did a great job!  The installer Kwan called with an ETA for his arrival. Once here he evaluated the location to install the charger both for ease of instillation and ease of use. He made minimal holes in the wall and efficiently hooked up everything. Then he cleaned up what little mess was made.  A little internet hiccup (from my system) caused me to call and ask a couple of questions. Kwan had given me his cell. When I couldn't reach him I called the office. Very very helpful. They tracked him down, he returned the call and the problem was solved. A very simple and reasonable cost structure makes using EV Pros the only choice if you need this type of service.

I couldn't be more impressed and happy with my EV install.  Opened the garage, we briefly discussed the placement of the charger and that was it.  Came back out in about 30 minutes and it was done.  No holes, no marks or scratches anywhere and no putty.  The level of attention to detail is on another level.  Example, they don't hand write labels with a marker but rather print them with a label maker.  i highly suggest EV Pros and especially Kwon as an installer.

I rarely do a review. Kwan and Sean were amazing. I had an EV charger installed in my garage with a direct conduit run from the panel. I was able to schedule the job in a reasonable time from when I originally called.  They arrived in the arrival window, had everything they needed, overcame any unexpected issues, did a very professional looking job with higher quality materials than I expected, minimized holes, maximized appearance and cleaned up any mess made by them (it was in a garage). They're also a certified Tesla installer, so there's some additional coverage there if ever needed. Would definitely recommend them.

I called regarding getting an outdoor Nema 14-50 outlet installed and Jennifer was quick to get us an appointment the following day.  Kwan came out for the appointment and it was great to have an experienced professional willing to share knowledge about his craft.  Kwan did an amazing and clean job.  I ended up having Kwan upgrade our indoor Nema 14-50 outlet to the industrial grade Hubbell and am I glad I did. It turns out the existing outlet was already showing signs of melting and one of the wires had some fire damage.  It was a pleasure to work with this company and their staff.  They are well worth it for the customer service and quality of work you get.

Jennifer was my contact person at EV Pros, she answered my call promptly, was pleasant, answered all my questions, texted me back when I had more questions. I sent in a video and some pictures and she was very responsive. When I was ready to install, she had me scheduled right away and the installer arrived less than 18 hours later due to a cancellation in their schedule - now that's service! I've had more trouble making appointments with almost anyone else. Additionally, Jennifer gave me more options than just the next morning. Efficiency = A+

I was highly recommended to EV Pros from a friend who is very particular about his vehicles. We are in the process of preparing to charge for our first Tesla that is coming soon with a wall-mounted charger. Meanwhile, the previous owner of our home had been plugging in her Tesla to the dryer-type wall outlet in the garage cabinet. Our installer explained that the wiring on the existing outlet could have caught fire because the wires were not the right width and could have overheated over time, they would not able to handle the load. Kwan (our installer) was kind enough to remove the outlet and covered the opening in order to deter any future owners of trying to plug in.  Expertise = A+

Not only did Kwan expertly install our new charger (that looks like a fuel pump) in our garage, he took the time to place it; he was mindful of the space and the door opening and the accessibility to the unit. Then he rearranged our entire electrical panel and explained the safety features of this type of charging. He is so informative and cleaned up after himself; you'd never know he was here except for installing the beautiful charger. Professional = A+

Kwan made sure, after the installation, that the gas dryer and the AC were still operating properly. I would hire EV Pros in a heartbeat. They didn't rush out because the installation was done. They answered my questions about connecting to the internet (which they had done).  It's worth every penny and I felt they were reasonably priced. Kwan's truck had everything in its place. EV Pros was very communicative from the start, with a solid (and easy-to-follow) process that made things very streamlined--with just a few pictures and a short video from my phone I was able to provide all the context needed for them to evaluate the situation--I thought this was muuuuch better than other businesses trying to ask questions over a phone call (and then not believing me when I said I had a well-done prewire ready...). Jennifer managed collecting all information and asked concise questions while providing clear answers to my own questions, and ultimately gave me a quote that was a solid  $250 less than a competitor I called! I set up an installation appointment, and they were responsive and thoughtful enough to re-coordinate to an earlier time when they had a surprise opening--so I actually got faster service than expected, so that was nice!

Russel was the installation technician and he did a fantastic job, and was also clearly quite knowledgeable of Teslas and their chargers. He did a very clean install (which included him cleaning up all the mess and even taking away the packaging trash for me!), with the charger mounted nicely in tandem with the pre-wire for my home. It's nicely leveled, helps hide the base-plate left there by the builder, and is of course fully functional! Russel also walked me through the digital portion of the install, and gave me some tips about to best treat the cable for longevity.

Awesome experience and results!
I initially contacted EV Pros about getting an outlet installed for an EV charger. They asked me to record a quick video of our electrical panel and where I wanted the outlet located in the garage, and then send them a text with the video.

They replied quickly with a few options and a quote.  This was great because I didn't have to wait for someone to come out to give the quote on the spot.

I was also able to schedule the appointment through text message.

Russell and Kwan showed up 10 minutes early on the day of the installation.  They were very professional and communicated additional options after analyzing our electric panel and our property.

This was NOT an upsell.  They just gave us options on where we could locate the plug, but recommended going with the most economical option to save money.  I really appreciated their honesty.

They completed the job in a few hours.  They communicated their progress throughout the process and were very organized.  They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.  

The final result looks great and I'm impressed with the quality of the work.

We ended up getting a 14-30 outlet installed due to the age and condition of our electrical panel.  It charges our 2017 Nissan Leaf at about 16-18 miles per hour, which is a big upgrade from the 4 miles per hour we were getting from the regular 110V outlet.

I'd highly recommend EV Pros.  I didn't really shop around for price, and not sure if we paid a premium, but I believe we received a premium service and I'm happy to pay for that.

I used them to install a Tesla Wall Connector. Tough installation, needed an additional panel. Price was same as my initial 50A/240V plug install over 6 years ago. Also figured out why that old plug wasn't charging at the full 40A. Turns out initial install used an non industrial outlet that was over heating. Luckily the car is smart enough to draw only 32A. With the new plug it's back to 40A.

What can I say that SO MANY people haven't already said about EV Pros?!?

We found them through the Tesla website recommended electrician for the wall charger installation. We purchased the charger through Tesla because our 3 was in route at some point in a 4-8 week timeframe. I understand that EV Pros can also provide the wall charger as well, so another route could have been to have everything done through them.

The guys that came out were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We had a glitch that they came back same day to check out and fix. No charge.

EV Pros is excellent. I called them, they asked for a video and some pictures of the electric box and where I wanted it installed and it was easy for them to give me a quote. I called around a couple places and they were one of the cheapest. When I asked to price match another company they did so without hesitation. The technician showed up exactly on time on day of installation. When I had to leave a bit early before installation, he was able to finish the installation, show me pictures of it completed and working normally, and then closed the garage for me. The team at EV Pros helped me get a 240v outlet installed in my carport amongst all the hoops I had to jump through to satisfy my HOA. This included the expensive drawings/plans that the HOA requested.

After I got approval from the HOA the team scheduled me for a few days later. They showed up early in the morning and were done by the afternoon. This included the complicated route they had to run the cables from my breaker to my carport. They did it with very minimal damage, which I was really happy about. They also cleaned up after themselves really well, I couldn't even tell they had worked in my house afterwards.

These guys are great.  Russell came out and took a look at the install, he quoted me a price and even offered to change out a couple of the other breakers that another person put in to be consistent with the rest of the panel.  Once I got the charger, I called them to schedule, the technician Kwon came and did a great job running the electrical across our garage to the other side where we hard wired the new charger on the wall.

I spoke to the owner Jeff over the phone after reaching out viathe Yelp request a quote feature.  He reviewed three different ways to do my Nema 14-50 outlet install based on my current panel.  He explained the three methods, one which he would not do because in his opinion, it could cause issues.  Once we agreed on the work, Kwan and another techincian in training came out.  They arrived right at the agreed time on the dot.  They did the work within the estimated time window, and did a great job.  They installed a sub panel and the Nema outlet from there.  Everything was clean, works well, and they the little things like provide a cover outlet to a different outlet that was exposed and offered to install a holder for the cable.  I only declined but I'm still figuring out where I want to put it.  They were both professional and friendly.  Highly recommended.

Got my Level 2 charger installed April 1, so have had 1.5 months and everything works well so far!

Whole process was very smooth, from speaking w Jennifer on the phone and getting the initial quote and scheduling to having Kwan come over to do the actual installation.

Jeff (CEO) was very quick to respond to my quote request and answered all my questions in a friendly and timely manner. Compared to several other companies, EV Pros was by far the best deal.

I needed a third Tesla charger and with my house being built with a 100 amp meter breaker made in 1960, I needed a new 200-amp meter breaker to accommodate three chargers for my EVs.  I contact Jeff and all I can say is that the guys at EV pro were very professional.  Prior to the project, they were able to get Edison to come and inspect the house and get approval for the project.  They were also very efficient with getting their projects done in a timely fashion.  I would highly recommend using them for your EV charging needs because they will do everything right.  You can always feel confident with their work and charge your vehicle with peace of mind.  I would use them again with any future projects.

Kwan just finished an install of a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my Level 2 charger, including a new 50 amp circuit and hanging the charger on the wall.  There were some challenges on the install due to what appears to be laziness by the original builders, but Kwan managed to work those those challenges and the install looks great.

He showed up promptly, was very professional and friendly, and made sure I didn't have any questions.

Jeff was also very helpful getting me the original estimate and we got the estimate and install done all on the same day.

Had an EV wall charger installed in our garage through EVPros. First, my husband, Don, contacted EVPros for a free consultation. It involved sending them pictures and a video of our wall and circuit box. Second, based on our layout, he got a quote, and they agreed on a deal. Third, installation looked great and professional. Took a little more than the expected time due to some unexpected obstruction in the wall, but Kwan of EVPro figured it out and was able to make it work. He showed he's an expert in this job. Absolutely the best! These guys are truly experts and do amazing work-- so professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly! Jeff met with my dad initially, to assess the project (were looking to install a Tesla charger in my garage). Jeff was very nice and gave us some great restaurant recommendations in my new neighborhood. Once we scheduled an appointment for the job, Russell and Evan came over and did a beautiful job together! Everything looked absolutely amazing (they made sure every item was level to perfection) and they even loaned us a charger to test the outlet-- it worked like a charm. Russell was kind enough to give us a tour, to show us what was what, explained where things were located in my circuit breaker, etc. My dad even asked Russell to help him with a few unrelated tasks (dad, please leave Russell alone), and Russell happily obliged. Outstanding customer service. I would hire this team again and again. So grateful for this all-star team! They all deserve free Teslas !

We found EV Pros on the recommended Tesla website for installers in our area. It was great speaking to Jennifer, she was so kind, understanding and very accommodating with all of the questions I had from my HOA in regards to the installation process. The electrician who installed our NEMA plug was Kwan, he was so professional, kind, knowledgeable and patient. Our breaker panel was located on an area that was difficult to navigate. But he was able to find ways to properly install our system. Overall, they have good customer service! Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to family and friends!!!

We installed our Tesla charger at home about a year ago. And something went wrong few weeks ago and I contacted the company via yelp messenger. The manager responded right away on Sunday evening and sent us the same technician the next day. And the technician fixed it right away!!! I found EV Pro off the Tesla website for suggested installers after dealing with a very poor installer the first time. To say the install was not up to code was being charitable.  I exchanged text messages  with Jeff who did the power calculations and worked out the details ahead of time and with a reasonable quote, we moved forward. Kawan was my installer/electrician and he was professional and top notch with everything he did. He pulled out the mess the last guy left, cleaned it up, fixed the hole, put in the new boxes, conduit and high quality Hubbell NEMA 14-50. Then he cleaned up everything he did, waited while I tested to make sure the charger worked properly and went on his way with a smile. Awesome guy to have on your team!.  I am happy to recommend EV Pros to anyone who needs this type of work in the future.

EV Pros were great. I got an appointment in one day. Russell and Sean came out and were even early. They worked on the problem (my charger was slow) and then it turned out that it was a setting on my new car! (My bad!) But they fixed some wiring and we talked about possible plans for a faster charger some time if I get a car that can handle it. They never pushed a product or unnecessary work. But then they even came out to solve an additional problem that came up. It was minor, but it was great that they came. They are nice guys and I feel that they will completely back up their work. I have full confidence. The home visit is a bit pricey, I must admit. But I'll turn to them if I need more work on my charging station. Highly recommended.

Despite our constant delays in actually getting our Tesla vehicles, EV Pros have been responsive, professional, and helpful. First, it was very easy to make an appointment even after hours. Unlike some other companies, EV Pros actually respond to you even after their normal business hours re: appointments. As for the actual installation work for our Tesla wall connector, Russell was timely, professional, and efficient. Even more, Russell had a pleasant demeanor and actually took some time after the installation work to answer some of our non-expert questions thoroughly and with patience. We are definitely referring EV Pros to other friends and colleagues of ours! Hopefully, we get our cars sooner than later to actually use our wall connector.

I've been a plug-in hybrid owner since 2018, but I've hesitated to have a Level 2 charger installed because I imagined that it would be an expensive hassle. The EV Pros team proved me wrong.

Jennifer in the office was fantastic.  After a brief, and friendly phone call, I sent her photos of my proposed installation locations, worked out a few details, and agreed upon a reasonable budget for the project (Including a couple of non EV related electrical repairs).  

Kwan and his partner (I am embarrassed to say that I forgot the partner's name) arrived on time. They were both professional, courteous, and genuinely nice guys. They answered all my questions and left their work areas cleaner than they were when they arrived.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my closest friends or relatives!

I researched Installers for my new Tesla charger that were Tesla certified and cross referenced with Yelp. There was a wide range in fees, BTW. I chose EV Pros because they are reasonable, have excellent reviews, and they are local to OC. They did not disappoint. They let me know they were pretty booked, but had it installed in two days in the time window I gave them. It all went very smoothly and their technician was great! I wish everyone was like them.

Found EV Pros as a Tesla recommended installer after calling a few.

These guys were great--incredibly polite, rearranged my breaker box for me because it sounds like the previous folks had put together too many high amp circuits.

Trustworthy.  EV Pros were able to stay within the panel max by reevaluating what was in use and correcting others and reconfiguring. I was quoted 3k by another installer who looked at my photo of the box and said they needed to add a new panel.

They did this all with a nominal extra fee. Car is charging at full power. Breaker box looks more professional than before.

Spoke to Jeff and was quoted a competitive quote, after some research decided to go with ev pros due to the review and experience with talking to Jeff, he was straightforward and honest! On my Install day, my installer was Kwan who is very knowledgeable and did a great job with the install and even installed a hook for my cables with the price of the outlet. We needed an EV charger outlet installed.  The entire experience from initial contact to install was smooth.  The staff are courteous and professional and very responsive.  Kwan, the electrician showed up on time and was a true professional.  We already had a circuit for an EV charger but he inspected the wiring and circuit breaker to make sure everything was in order before installing.  After installing the outlet he even hooked up and secured our car's charger to the wall.  On an unrelated note, we have a sub panel that was missing a couple of screws to secure a cover.   My hope was that he would know what screws I needed and let me know where I could get a couple.  He knew exactly which screws were needed and actually had some on him.  He was gracious enough to secure the panel with his screws.  EV Pros truly goes above and beyond in their service.  I would not hesitate to call them out in the future for additional service.  Thanks

I spoke to Jennifer over the phone and she was so great at answering my questions and gave me a quote the same day. I was able to make an appointment for the same week. Kwan was my technician and he was very punctual, even arrived early! He got my NEMA 14-50 installed in under an hour an a half. Good thing a wall hook was included because I didn't even think about that! Kwan even asked where I wanted it placed. They  have a 6 month or 4 year warranty options. I have used EV Pros twice in the past- Once for a new Tesla Wall Connector install and another time to re-route some external electrical cables.  
My favorite thing about Jeff and his EV Pro's team are how punctual and honest they are. Requested a quote from EV Pros for installing an EV outlet plug in my home garage, pricing was reasonable and competitive. Other quotes we received charged exorbitant amounts since we wanted this project to have the proper city permit. EV Pros did a great job installing a NEMA 14-30 outlet in my garage. Since my circuit breakers are clear on the other side of the house, the best option was to extend an existing circuit to where the receptacle needed to be installed in the garage. I had my concerns about possible damage to the drywall and having to do more repairs after the install, but EV Pros mapped out a good route through the ceiling going across the kitchen and laundry room and out the garage.

Kwan and his co-worker (sorry I'm blanking on his name!) were on time, professional, and friendly. When they were done, you wouldn't even be able to tell they were there! The wires were routed with no visible damage whatsoever and the receptacle works as expected.

I would definitely recommend EV Pros!

Freakin Awesome! Extra Stars!!!! Jeff and his crew, especially Kwan & Evan who worked tireless without any complaint as our office building to install two charging stations. The job is very challenging they work from 9am to 5pm the first day and 7am to 8:10pm the next day to finish! Wow, can you say they love what they do and they know how to get the job done right!!! Their positivity, can do attitude got it done and done beyond our expectations!  We got three bids from other so car EV Charger Professionals and they were better in all areas, especially their experience level is unmatched that put them over the top. My partner and I wanted this project done right and they did it even better than we had originally planned.

And as a side, we have work with other electricians too for our office, but these guys are a cut above the rest! Their attention to detail and pride in their work really shows! The guys did an install today and it turned out really well. Christian and Kwan were both on-site to install a Tesla wall charger and NEMA 14-50 in my garage. Their work is clean, professional, and up to code. I highly recommend that you work with them for any install.

My wife saw their company van on the road and took a snap shot of their number. I did my research and gave them a try. The response time to my question on Yelp was within 10-15 mins. I was originally shopping around for a company that specifically installed electric car chargers. After doing some research what I liked most about EVpro is that they specialize in that. I am so happy I chose them! Kwan the technician showed up even 10 min early, and was very knowledgeable on where to place the charger in my garage and the best way to mount it. I have the Tesla Gen 3 wall connector charger. He even helped me link it to my wifi before he left. The job got done in less than 90 min and he made it look effortless. I needed to have a Tesla Wall Charger installed. Jeff from EV Pros, replied very quickly to my message and gave me a quote after I sent him pictures of my panel and the location for the Wall Charger. He scheduled me for the next day and Kwan was the electrician who came to do the install. It was clear Kwan is a very experienced licensed  electrician and has installed a lot of EV chargers. I wanted my charger to be installed inside the garage but have the charging cable outside as I park on the driveway. He did an excellent job of doing exactly that in a very clean and professional installation. It could not have been done better and I am very happy with how competent and professional Kwan was and he even helped with another small electric issue before he left. I strongly recommend EV Pros for any EV Charger installations that you may need.

Had my car charger stop working completely Kwan came out within a few hours and was able to spot the problems immediately and what the other previous electrician did wrong that shorted out the fuses. We had to basically pay to redo the whole thing because it was all wrong (not using thumbtack anymore). Save yourself the hassle and hire someone who knows what they are doing and has customers who have hired them for the same job and is their specialty.

Seeing as it's Thanksgiving, I thought what better time to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Jeff Sheets (Owner & CEO), Kyle Martin (Director of Sales & Marketing), Kwan Gartin (Master Installer) and the rest of the EV Pros team. I cannot recommend them enough, and here's why...

I purchased my first Tesla earlier this year, and quickly came to the realization that this wasn't going to be my last Tesla or EV. Knowing this, I knew I needed a more permanent charging solution, both at my work and at home. I started my research on Tesla's official Find an installer page, and after scrutinizing all of the reputable and highest reviewed installers / electricians, I decided that EV Pros was the best choice (thank you, Yelp!).

My first interaction with EV Pros was with Kyle, who was very knowledgeable, receptive to my needs, understanding of my budget, and extremely professional throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment to survey the installation locations, and to determine exactly what I wanted and needed. Once I met Kyle, it was a done deal! At the end of the day, every i was dotted, and every t was crossed, including any permits or special parts that were needed (in my case, I requested that my home Tesla Wall Connector be installed using Unistrut).

For each of my installations, Kwan arrived on time, was very methodical, and executed with precision and laser-like focus. He even consulted with me beforehand to ensure the installs turned out exactly as I had imagined, and before I knew it my brand-new Tesla Wall Connector was up and running. I'm a very particular person, and I take great pride in my home and the way things are done, and Kwan didn't bat an eye at any of my OCD tendencies.

When the inspector showed up to sign off on the install at my home in Laguna Niguel, she asked me who had done the work, to which I told her EV Pros / Sheets Contracting. She immediately had a sigh of relief and informed me that EV Pros / Sheets Contracting always does superb work, and that I had chosen wisely.

Ev Pros goes above and beyond, and you won't find a more knowledgeable, experienced and professional team around. Without reservation, I would recommend Ev Pros to my family and friends, and I won't hesitate using them for any future electrical needs. Thank you for everything!

In summary, fantastic service and professionalism from quote to scheduling to installation. I requested a quote online late one night and received the quote the following morning. Their office followed up that same day by telephone to see if I had any questions, to confirm the information I provided and what I wanted installed (a NEMA 14-50 420v/50 amp breaker circuit/outlet in my garage), and scheduled the appointment for installation. The installation crew showed up when expected, worked quickly, and left that corner of my garage cleaner than it was before they arrived.

Very happy with our 240V NEMA 14-50 install for our new Tesla Model 3.  Kwan did a professional install, completing a flush mount plug on the interior of our garage without the need of additional drywall work.  Inside of main panel was clean and the new circuit defined.  He answered all our questions and provided a link to the permit so we could follow up with our City.  Recommend EV Pros for your EV install needs and other electrical work as needed.

They did a great job with NEMA 14-50 outlet installation in my garage.

Unlike other electronic company's slow response and long waiting period, EV pros responded to my inquiry in a timely manner and scheduled the installation next day.

The installation took about 2 hours. They installed the outlet, changed the breaker, re-labeled the panel, cleaned my garage floor and the wall, even patched the holes. The result is a nice and clean installation.

I just had an installation of a Tesla wall connector done by these guys 3 months ago, and it works flawlessly.  Christian was very quick to respond to my questions and offered a fair price and competitive price compared to the local market.  Kwan was the man who came and installed the device to code and was extremely professional and knowledgeable in how he explained what he was doing.

As a side note, I had trouble with the City of Anaheim in obtaining my permits due to a failed inspection where the city inspectors claimed I used a different device when they came (essentially lying to cover their mistake).  I called Kwan back, and even a month after the original job, he and Christian went out of their way to advocate on my behalf to convince the Anaheim inspectors to return and redo a fair inspection.  They gave extra effort for me despite the mistake belonging to the inspectors.  These guys go over the top, and they absolutely have my endorsement for anyone who needs a charger installed.  Nothing but great customer service here, and you will not be disappointed.

This is the first time I've felt compelled to actually take the time to write a review, despite having used yelp for years and years. My experience with EV-Pros was just that good.

From the beginning, Jeff was very quick in responding to my messages via Yelp and gave me a competitive price quote for a NEMA 14-50 outlet installation. The day of my appointment, Kwan arrived on time wearing a face covering. My initial desire was to install the outlet flush with the wall, but the location of plumbing and wiring made the job more complicated than I originally thought. Kwan used his many years of experience and wisdom to find a way to solve the puzzle and install the outlet in the location where I wanted it. He was very professional and friendly taking the time to explain everything that he planned on doing and afterwards as well. Kwan also went above and beyond and helped me install my EV charger. Despite being a more complicated job than anticipated, EV-Pros kept their word with the original price quoted.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends in the future.

He was responsive, friendly, did an extremely clean installation, put in a wall mount for me, and finished everything within an hour! Purchased a Tesla Model Y and needed to outfit my garage with a Nema 14-50 outlet. Got their contact from a couple friends who also used them so I thought why not contact for a quote. My house came with some existing hardware so I sent pictures and the owner Jeff was able to give me a quote over the phone and give me a good idea of what options I had. Super easy to schedule and they said it'd take 1-2 hours depending on what it looks like when they get here. Unfortunately I had to reschedule a couple times because of the Silverado fire but Jeff was very understanding and professional about the sudden schedule changes. But eventually was able to get them in and they did a superb job. Took about an hour tops and no mess or hassle. I let them in, showed them the area, approved the job and went on my work conference call while they worked. Great explanations of how things work and options of where I'd like the outlet installed. They give you a hook to hang your charging cord and recommend that you don't loop it up tightly into multiple loops but bigger loose loops are better. He ended up just looping it twice over my hook. They were very professional and wore face masks the whole time too. I have no doubt if I ever need help with it again or have questions that they'd be more than willing to answer. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a BMW i3 and needed an EV charger installed in my garage. After getting a few quotes, I decided to hire EV Pros.

The house is 60 years old, a single story ranch style home with the breaker box located several feet away from the garage.

This job required an experienced, resourceful and limber professional like Kwan. He meticulously inserted a wire from the breaker box and pulled it through the crawl space located in the attic to exit through a wall in the garage. He did an amazing and impecable job. So meticulously done that I do not need to paint.

He also on his own with the help of Miguel mounted and tidied up the wires on the RainBird sprinkler controller box located in the garage and now adjacent to the EV charger.

He also mounted a power strip that we use to power a fountain and accent light.

I could not have had an easier or more pleasant experience than I had with EV pros. They were extremely professional and took care of all the permitting necessary to install my Tesla wall charger and a Nema 6-20 outlet for a hybrid Volvo.

The installer was extremely friendly and was able to wrap up the entire installation process in under 5 fours. Without even being asked to, he made sure to future-proof the installation so that higher power chargers could be installed in the future without have to put in new piping.

The installation is aesthetically pleasing and tucked up against the roof where possible to minimize the visual impact. He labeled all of the charge ports and the corresponding fuses and left absolutely no trace that he had been there. I would highly recommend this service.

Definitely would reccommend EV Pros.  Very responsive from initial quote through inspection.  
Kwan came out and did a fantastic job on a clean NEMA 14-50 plug installation and helping us understand the options for additional home electrical residential work.  Really took the time to make sure we understood it all which is very much a customer service oriented approach to doing business which we appreciate.  Lastly and similar to other reviews, the city inspector definitely rated EV Pros as one of the best out there.

Spoke with EV Pros about installing a Tesla charger and they just finished up the install.  Jeff responded quickly to my inquiry and discussed what it would take to complete the job. His price was competitive and his business partner did an amazing job on the install.  Kwan arrived promptly and on time as promised. He's super meticulous and does exceptional work. Check out the pictures and how clean the install was.  Best part, Jeff emailed me the invoice minutes before the install was done. Paid online and we were done.  Kwan is the man and i would highly recommend EV Pros.  If you buy the Tesla Charging Unit from EV Pros, they offer a 4 year warranty! If you buy direct from Tesla, it's a standard 1 year warranty.

I had great experience with EV Pros installing Tesla Wall connector in my house.

Getting a quote was easy with pictures of the electric panel and the installation location.

Kwan was the technician who came to our house for installation. He was very professional and detail oriented. Instead of just installing the new circuit breaker at the empty slot, he rearranged the existing circuit breaks to put the largest circuit breakers further apart for better safety. They were clearly re-labeled afterwards.

After connector was installed he helped me configure the Wall Connector. The whole installation process was safe, smooth, and efficient without even shutting down the electricity.

They were referred to us by Tesla and they sure did a fantastic job. We sent them a message on Yelp to make an appointment. They were very responsive in replying to our message.

  We bought our own juice box charger as the EV Pro team suggested. They arrived on time in their cool truck that has all the necessary tool. Nick and Kwan started the installment process. I was out buying some big tree decor and when I came back they were working in the garage. They opened the back door even though they were working since I was carrying this big artificial tree (thank you!!)

   I came upstairs, took a long nap, and when I woke up everything was done. They even cleaned the garage for us before they left. Now we can charge the i3 and the Tesla at home faster. No more fossil cars!

   I definitely recommend everyone making the switch for a more sustainable future and saving the environment STAT, starting with the EV Pro team here!

I needed a Tesla wall connector installed. Jeff was super helpful with all my questions. I sent him some pictures and a video and a couple hours later he sent over an estimate. Price was reasonable so I accepted and he put me on the schedule a few days out. The day of my appointment they arrived on time and started working right away. The installation took several hours since the location of the charger was pretty far from the breaker panel. They had to go into the attic and run some conduit over the garage door but when they were done everything looked very clean and exactly the way I wanted it. Before they left they vacuumed everything and it was like they were never there. I had some more questions that Evan and Kwan helped with before leaving. The work is top notch and they are super friendly. I highly recommend them.

So I was up early this morning trying to score some Kobe 6 Proto Christmas Grinch Edition hoop shoes on the Nike SNKRS app when I hear a knock on the door.  It's Kwan and Evan from EV-Pros!!! 7AM....right on time!! What contractor is that punctual?? I was really impressed! Being prompt and on time scores major points in my book!! When I started my due diligence and research for an electrician to install my Tesla Wall Charger, EV-Pros jumped to the top of my list. I think the big reason why was because of Jeff, the awesome owner, who promptly responded to all of my YELP messages on whatever topic or questions I had. It just put me at ease and it gave me a good vibe with the company. This review is long overdue. I bought my Tesla back in July and if you know how it works in purchasing from them, it's an extremely quick turnaround. From knowing when we would get the car to picking it up was less than three days. In the mean time, I needed to have the Tesla charger installed and ready to go.

I called EV Pros and they were able to fit me in that same week. It was so such a quick and easy process and they took care of all the permits and got everything ready so I could submit the documentation for a rebate from the city. I would highly recommend their work. It was so simple.

My 240V outlet kept tripping the breaker when charging my EV. I needed better wiring and a NEMA 14-50 outlet fitted in the garage. I knew what was needed and searched for local electricians.
After being quoted for over $1200 worth of work and charged for a pointless in-person inspection from Mission Viejo Electricians Team , I quickly realized the scam that The Prime network runs for electricial service, especially for EV installation work. Luckily, I was able to get a very reasonable quote from EV Pros the next day.
Not only was the quote well under what Prime was charging, the service from phone to installation was handled with so much care and attention. Jennifer was very helpful and was able to exchange photos of my garage/electrical panels to understand what was needed without any in-person inspection. The very next week I was able to have a technician come out to the house and get my garage fitted with a safe and proper outlet for charging.
Kwan has over 20 years of experience as an electrician and was able to find the best solution for running new wiring from my electrical panel to the garage. He had another technician, Evan, come through to help with the job and they were finished with-in 2-3 hours. They ran such a tight/neat piping job in the garage to the outlet, and even installed a hook for me to wrap the charging cable. Extremely nice people and excellent work. Recommend highly if you're seeking an EV charging solution for your home.

Very happy !!! I contacted them through yelp and they were super responsive and happy to give a price in writing without even coming to my home. Every other electrician had to come see the job before they could give a price, and no guarantee they would even install then. These guys were awesome, super professional and really very knowledgeable. They were in and out with a super professional job in less than an hour, and completely cleaned up after them selves. I could not be happier. The electrician they sent had clearly been doing this a long time and was very experienced, and even took the time to show me what he was doing and to teach me some electrical 101 so I understood how everything works.

I cannot recommend EV Pros/Sheets Contracting enough.

Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly with my semi complicated situation with living in an older condo

After sending some pictures of my electric panel and the master breaker for my unit, he was very honest and gave me 2 options I could work with. One option would've saved me a lot of $$ over the other, which I appreciated that they were not there to squeeze every dime out of me.

Come the day of the work, they arrived on time, did a very neat job and provided me with all the necessary paperwork for the permits. And the city signed off on the permits, so I am one happy camper

What a group of professionals! I picked up my Tesla last week and one of the first things I wanted to do was get in touch with an electrician that had a good price, experience with Tesla customers, and was easy to do business with. EV PROS checked every box and more. Letting them know what I needed was easy and they communicated what needed to be done and what it would cost. I was able to schedule a time for them to come install a NEMA 14-50 outlet within a week of reaching out for a quote. They even added a place to organize the charging chord! Recommend them 100%!

I needed to get an electric outlet in my garage. I sent a request for a quote and promptly received a response. Not only was the price fair, but the quickness to respond demonstrated excellent customer service. When I asked availability for having the job done, they were able to work with me and even get someone out the next day.
The day of the job, I was greeted by an employee that was not only respectful and courteous but he genuinely seemed happy and excited to be doing his job. That speaks volumes. Because of covid-19, I was doing work from home and wasn't able to be present for the job but I felt the employee was trustworthy so I let him do his work alone. He did a great job of installing the outlet and carried himself professionally throughout.  I am sure to need a few more jobs in the future, and I won't hesitate at all to call EV Pros again for my electrical needs. They have fair prices, do great work, and demonstrate top-notch customer service. If you give them a shot, I am sure you will agree.

My ceiling fan stopped working, so I called and spoke to Jeff. He patiently explained what was most likely wrong with it and how it would cost over $300 to fix / replace the fan. When I mentioned that I recently bought the home, Jeff recommended that I call the home warranty folks. I didn't think ceiling fans would be covered, but Jeff said they should be - and he was right! Jeff could've easily talked me into paying his company to do the work, but he's an honest and kind person who clearly wants what's best for other people. Thank you so much for the great advice, Jeff! You can bet any of my other electrical needs will be done by EV Pros!

We just took delivery of a Tesla Model 3 and ordered the Wall Connector to charge it at home in Irvine. I knew I needed a new circuit put in and the unit installed by a professional. I got several quotes from electricians that all came in with different costs and suggestions. The special circumstance with our home is that the existing Electrical Panel was maxed out. There was no room to add the required circuit so we needed a sub-panel installed first. I realized this was a must becuase we may want to add another Wall Connector if we purchase a 2nd EV and/or a solar system. I knew I didn't want to go with the electrician who said he could do the job without a sub-panel. EV Pros' quote was not inexpensive, but a contractor friend validated that it was solid and well-priced. Jennifer and Jeff handled the quoting process very smoothly and sent Kwan to our house very promptly on the scheduled day. Kwan is a real pro. He configured the installation so beautifully and with no damage to the wall and the least conduit. It's a work of art! He also took the time to answer all of my questions. He even discovered some loose wiring in the main panel and fixed it for us. One loose wire caused a surge that blew out a wifi-enabled outlet and three-way light switch combo in the house that he replaced for us at no charge and no questions asked. When the job was complete, he ensured our already-clean garage was spotless. He even patched the holes in the drywall left from when I removed a cabinet to make room for the installation! I want EV Pros and specifically Kwan on any future electrical job we have for sure.

We needed a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed in the garage for my wife's new Tesla.  I received a bid from one company, who seemed to want the up-sell me to a panel upgrade and I generally like they talked down to me.  So I checked with a friend who had recently had a similar outlet installed and he highly recommended EV-Pros.  They gave me a straight forward quote that was about 10% lower than the other guys.  
Kwan from EV-Pros arrived on time, talked through the job with me and then did a great professional job installing my new outlet.  He cleaned up afterward and patiently answered all my questions.  He made me feel like my little job was the most important thing he was doing today and you really can't ask for anymore than that!  Thanks, Kwan and EV-Pros!

I called today today July 20 because I had questions and needed a quote. I spoke to Jennifer and she couldn't have been more polite and knowledgeable. She ask for pictures and I sent them right away. I believe it was Jeff that called me back and suggest I save money and just use my existing outlet. He didn't try to sell me anything and was just honest. My wife went out with a friend and purchased a Tesla 3.  So, it was left to me to have the electrical installed in our garage so she could charge it.  We reached out to EV Pros, sent some photos of our electrical panel and the area where we wanted the outlet installed.  They gave a solid estimate, and promised to show up at 7:00 am. Kwan Gartin was right on time, friendly, and professional.  He was easy to trust and he worked most of the day installing a sub-panel (my regular panel was full), installing the outlet, and running the conduit.  He also took it upon himself to clean up some old messy wiring.  Evan, another electrician, stopped by for awhile and assisted.  He was similarly friendly and professional.  The installation looks professional and Kwan tested it in my presence before accepting payment.  He left the area neater than he found it.  I highly recommend EV Pros and would use them again.

Awesome team! I had EV Pros come out and install a 240v Nema 14-50 outlet for my Tesla charging. Kwan came out on time and explained his whole process before getting right to work. While he was getting everything installed Christian came by with the permit done for my city and walked me through everything I needed to know about my connection and even gave me some cool tips on my car. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The job was done super quickly and most importantly super clean. Couldn't even tell there was any work done when they finished up.

Before leaving I was given a tutorial on my box and outlet and Kwan and Christian gave me some charging tips to maximize my car battery. Also told me if there were any issues or concerns not to hesitate calling them.

P.s got a couple other electrician quotes before going with e.v pros and I was quoted $100 more for a non licensed electrician who wouldn't get permits ?

I had my Tesla wall charger installed by EVPros in August of 2019.  Kwan did an excellent job with the install, including moving a couple of hooks that I had on the wall so that the the charger unit gets installed in the right location.
Couple of days ago, my Tesla app told me that charging was interrupted after it had been charging for about an hour.   The wall unit looked like nothing was flowing, dead.  I tried the Reset button, and then checked the breaker, to no avail.  I called EVPros yesterday and explained my situation.  Kwan came at 7 this morning and found that the breaker had failed and replaced it, and did not charge me anything for the service!

We used EV Pros to install a NEMA 6-50 plug in our garage for a Level 2 Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE is what it's referred to) - notably the ChargePoint (25' cord) product.

Scope of work:
- Install 240V outlet on the opposite side of the garage
- Install 2 gang (4 plug) outlet in the garage
- Install & wire up the ChargePoint EVSE
- Acquired city permit, procured drawings and load calculations (I would call for the inspection at my convenience).

Kwan arrived to our place, asked a million questions on our expectations on placement and route and then explained in detail what it will look like once he's done. Not only did he complete the job quickly, but he left our garage looking better than it did prior to his arrival. The 240V outlet & device were installed & tested successfully. The 2 gang regular outlet was definitely needed in our garage given its age and lack of readily available plugs.

The customer experience was fantastic, from my initial touch base and scheduling with Kyle to the successful completion of the project with Kwan.

We will definitely come back for more when we need electrical work done.

Recently had EV Pros install a car charger in my garage.  Everything from start to finish was handled perfectly, including getting the permit for me from the city ahead of time (landlord requirement).  Kwan showed up on time and was incredibly professional.  He had to navigate a few challenges in getting from the breaker box to the outlet location, but he figured it all out and the finished job looks great and clean!  Highly recommend!!

They did an install 6 weeks ago.  Great service and price.  The charger suddenly stopped.  Called them back to check the 240 connection.  They were here within two hours.  sadly the problem was a dead charger, not their work.  No charge for the follow-up.

A CLASS ACT!. Jeff was a knowledgeable, helpful and concise individual. He helped us without charging any fees. He listened to our needs and guided us towards a solution which was better and  more affordable. He is not about monetary gain but helping his customers find THEIR solution. I can't say enough good things about this company!  Called them on Wednesday morning. Kyle came out early on Friday morning  (7:30am) to accommodate our work schedules.  He gave us an estimate for installing  rapid charge unit for our Tesla and Chevy Volt.  His price was reasonable for the amount of work and conduit he had to run from the main panel through a wall and across 50 plus feet.  We scheduled for work to be done  the coming Thursday, January 11th.  Kwan, the technician, arrived on time and began working. His type A personality is exactly what we needed for our job. He was meticulous, neat, and conscientious.  I highly recommend!

Usually I don't write reviews, but once in a while I come across enterprises that does excellent job and I feel compelled to let others know.. I needed NEMA 14-50 outlet installed for my new TESLA.  Since this was my first EV car, I was a bit apprehensive about the electrical outlet. I was very glad that I found EV PRO.  Cost was one of the best and from start to finish, the experience was very smooth.  Quan was the electrician and it was obvious that he was very experienced. He was very personable and definitely knew what he was doing.  If anyone need to get EV outlet installed, EVPRO is definitely the company that I will strongly recommend!!

Would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to install an EV charger!  Just installed a Nema 14-50 in the garage.  Jeff and his technician, Kwan, were both very professional.  Work/pricing was honest and fast.  After the work was done, Jeff even sent me the load calculations so that I could apply for the city permit myself online (saving me a lot of money).  If I ever move, I will definitely be contacting them again for future installations!

Simply the best!   Jeff & his team are pros and do the job right ...the job was tricky because of the layout of the panel but they were able to do a clean job for a reasonable price.  

I got three quotes and EV wasn't the least costly but they were worth paying a few bucks extra to get the job done right.

This review is long overdue but I would like to show my gratitude to this wonderful company for fulfilling my expectations. Kwan did the installation and is quite the perfectionist, which I really appreciate. Our house, like many others can be somewhat of a challenge due to age and additions of electrical needs. Kwan, I think thrives on puzzles, like our electrical panel trying to find the perfect setup for our home. He had to move some wires around from circuits that were not being used as often to get sufficient voltage for the charger. The install was very clean and looks like I expected it to look based on other reviews I've read. Thank You Kwan and EV Pros for a job well done!

I contacted EV Pros to install a 15-40 outlet, and they responded fairly quickly with a reasonable quote and hired them.  Kwan showed up and I showed him where the electric box was and he did the rest!  He did a great job and I now know who to call if I have any issues as they have a parent company that handles bigger issues/jobs.  Thanks EV Pros!

I used Tesla's website to find recommended local electricians to install a 240v NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage for my new Tesla Model 3.  EV Pros was the first company I contacted.  After a brief phone conversation with Kyle, in which he asked all the right questions and gave me a firm price, I was convinced that EV Pros was knowledgeable, professional, and could do the job.  Kyle scheduled a timely appointment on the spot.

Kwan came to my home promptly at the appointed time to perform the installation.  He, too, was professional and open about the details of the installation.  Everything was done exactly as planned; wires were run from the electrical box outside the garage through conduit, so the installation was clean and visually unobtrusive.  EV Pros handled the necessary permit from the city, and the post-inspection went without a hitch.

I needed a Tesla charger installed and EV Pros was one of the suggested contractors. They had the most reasonable estimate of several that I contacted, and were able to schedule an appointment that worked for me. Kwan was on time, did a great job, and finished in a reasonable time (you don't want them to finish TOO quickly, right?) We needed a small repair done in addition to the installation, and he did a great job with that, as well. I'd definitely recommend EV Pros!

I looked at a lot of companies before i settled with EV Pros.  They are a bit more pricey than the competition BUT i definitely see why.  First of all, Kyle was very responsive to my questions and very helpful.  Kwon was the gentleman that came out for the install.  He was VERY precise. I had Jeff install a Telsa super charger in my garage for my new car. I interviewed six different
contractors.  I choose Jeff Sheets because he seemed to be the most knowledgable of all
the electrical contractors I interviewed.  I knew nothing about how complex it was to get
all the permits and the approval I needed with my HOA. He also contacted SCE and met
with them on how and where we needed to connect with the transformer. He drawn up the
plans to submit to my HOA and kept in contact with SCE so that everything would go
smoothly. Any concerns I had he took care of in a timely matter. I would totally recommend
Sheets Electrical Contractor, they did an extremely professional job and kept me informed
of their progress on a daily basis. It was a pleasure working with Jeff Sheet and his

I had them instal the NEMA 14-50 outlet for my tesla. Kwan is very knowledgeable and super easy to work with.  Once you meet this guy, you will know he genuinely cares to do the job right. I have a very old circuit breaker box for my house and Kwan made it happen.  Because of my OCD, i pretty much hovered over him during the whole installation while i picked his brain apart about electrical stuff.  Thank you Kwan for your patience and your willingness to explain everything.  I would definitely use them again if i need to for any future projects.

I had the pleasure of having Kwan install my Clipper Creek charger for my Tesla and he was unsurpassed in his attitude and professionalism. It turned out the my home situation was much more complicated than originally thought and it required all sorts of complex work and piping that took Kwan nine hours to complete. The entire time he worked tirelessly without breaks to make sure he was an efficient as possible. I also couldn't believe how positive his attitude was the whole time.

One thing that is often not mentioned is the artistry required of an electrician. He made sure that the pipes with the wires was well done and will last a lifetime. I felt so bad for Kwan that I would offer him a break for refreshments, but he politely declined and worked all the way through. Even more impressive is that they kept my original estimate the same, which was $725 for what looked like a simple project. I couldn't believe it. I felt like I was robbing them considering the time and labor required.

I also spoke to Kyle to arrange this and he and Kwan were extremely knowledgeable and their experience shows.  Even though he looks like he is in his 20's, Kwan has been doing this for 20 years! I need to find out what his eating and exercise regimen are. Without reservation, I highly recommend these folks for your car charger installation needs.

These guys are great. They were out within a day of my contacting them. They came on time, were totally professional, did what they said, cleaned up, and delivered on what they promised. I am very happy with the work they did and will tell anyone who asks to hire these guys. I would have left a five-star review for them based on that experience. Couldn't have been better.

However...after they left, two lights in one of our bathrooms suddenly weren't working. I begrudgingly contacted them, sort of preparing for an interaction where someone in their situation might say of course our work on your garage has nothing to do with your bathroom. They likely had the knowledge to credibly say that. They didn't. They had someone out to my house the same day. They tested, and hunted, and even got up into our attic. At all times he was a total calm, cool pro. In the end, he discovered that the GFI switch in another room had been triggered, and that is why the bathroom did not work. What's best is there was zero attitude, only gratitude that they were able to help. I of course volunteered and did pay for their time in coming back, as it was totally unrelated to their work. I was so impressed with everyone I came in contact with, and would recommend these guys to anyone who need EV work. I wish that all companies were this pleasurable to work with. Amazing work...trustworthy...professional.

Fantastic service and professionalism!  I had a problem with the cable that came with my car.  I called Jennifer and she quickly had Jeff Sheets come to the house to assist.  He went through and double checked every part of the original outlet installation and everything checkout perfect.  The problem was the vehicle cable.  Jeff used an identical charge cable that he had to make certain that it was my cable that was not working properly.  The dealer replaced my cable and everything works perfect.  Many thanks to Jennifer and Jeff for their quick and friendly service.  Very highly recommend that you use EV Pros for your EV outlet installation!  Steve S.

I'm a busy person, and on the day EV Pros came to my house, I was especially busy.  We ended up having an additional request to make the day of service, other than having a Tesla wall charger installed.

These guys blew away all expectations.  The communication was great.  They were focused on delivering great customer service, and said so, upfront.  Several times.  And you know what, they delivered.  There was even an issue getting a part.  Initially it seemed like they would have to come again another day to complete the job.  But they got the part from Long Beach that same day and completed the job all in one shot.

When the job was completed, they sent me pictures of the work while I was away.

I would do business with these guys again and I have no reservations.  Excellent work.

Got a quote for a NEMA 14-50 outlet installation over the phone with Kyle. Their price was reasonable and their reviews were good, so I made an appointment. Kwan arrived on the appointment day at 7:05 AM  (earlier than expected, which is fine with me) with the city permit and completed the job in less than 1.5 hours!  The work looked professionally done.  Can't try it yet (actual use) but Kwan showed me the Amp/Voltage output through his test meter was correct.  I called the city right after for final inspection the next day.  City signed it off with no problems.   Thanks Kwan, Kyle, and EV Pros for the great professional work done!

I called EV Pros to get information and an estimate to have an outlet put in to charge our new electric vehicle. Not knowing much about EV charging, I had some questions and needed information. Jeff called me and walked me through the entire process and informed me of my options. I greatly appreciate the information Jeff gave me. I now know all about NEMA 14-50 level 2 charging stations. EV Pros came out and installed the NEMA 14-50 and pulled permits with our City. The entire process was wonderful from start to finish. The job easily passed inspection. Once I decided to go with EV Pros, I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The installer, Kwan, arrived on time and was happy to answer all of my questions and he reviewed different location options. Kwan was awesome to talk to and he provided a great amount of information. Very positive experience with my home charging install for a Tesla 3.  On time, very knowledgeable, professional, and finished early, with high quality work and providing all permits and inspection records.  Kwan and Kyle also made some suggestions as to equipment which saved me money in terms of not buying a separate Tesla charger as well as how to get a partial rebate from Edison.  I know of no higher compliment than to say that I would use them again and I highly recommend them to others.

I needed to get a Tesla charger installed at my boss's home as well as the office. EV Pros was one of the companies referred to us by Tesla. Kyle was very quick to respond to my request. In a few days he was at the office to give me an estimate and right after we headed over to the house to get an estimate for that location as well. He gave me his opinion on what to do at both locations. A previous company we got a quote from made it seem very difficult to get done and very expensive. Kyle was very professional and very helpful with any questions I had. We decided to go with the NEMA 14-50 for the house and the Tesla wall charger for the office. Not to mention that the Tesla wall charger is hard to get and they had 1 left!

The day the NEMA was getting installed at the house, Kwan arrived right on time. He was very friendly and professional. There were a mess of cords where he had to drill and he went ahead and organized everything without question. He worked so hard without a break and completed the project. It was a bit of a puzzle but he figured it out and it looked great.

About a week later, Kyle and his team came out to the office to install the wall charger. Now this project was a lot more difficult to complete because they would have to run lines from the electrical room and drill holes through concrete walls. Never the less they were able to figure it out and complete the project. I have to give Kwan another shout out because he is one of the hardest workers I've ever seen. At one point he was the only one out there working hard, I don't think he took a break. Although the project took a lot longer than expected, he stayed and finished until everything was perfect. They even put the wall charger in a box so that it can be hidden and away from nature.

My boss was very happy with both projects. Kyle and his team did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them for any electrical job you may need

I recently bought an electrical vehicle and wanted to charge it faster by installing a 220v outlet. The challenge was that my electrical box is on the opposite side of the house to the garage. I reached out to  3 electricians through Yelp. EV Pros were the only ones that returned my call right away. They were professional and did a great install. I can now charge my car in a few hours versus having to charge it overnight. It was worth the investment!

Jeff and his crew installed my Tesla wall charger a few years ago.  Recently it lost power. They came back out, the same day I called, discovered why it didn't have power, and took care of it. AND Kwan made it all much more user friendly by moving things around to hang the cable properly on the wall. He was friendly, knowledgable and a pleasure to talk with. He even left an extra fuse, just in case another blows! I have called them several other times to hang ceiling fans, etc, and they are ALWAYS efficient and clean. Kyle and Kwan of EV Pros did a wonderful job installing a Tesla wall charger in my garage. Kyle arranged the installing during his vacation and Kwan came on time and finished the work in less than two hours.

Kwan is just great, very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. While doing the work, he found out that the ground wires inside our electrical panel were loose and took extra effort to fix the problem and made sure all wires are properly secured.

I needed a 240 volt outlet installed in my garage for my new electric vehicle. My salesperson sent me a list of recommended contractors and I picked EV Pros (it was listed as Sheets Electrical Contractor, but they just changed their name). I spoke to the very knowledgeable Kyle on the phone and texted him a few pictures of my garage and breaker box. We set a date for that week and I was on my way!

A couple days later, Kwan arrived right on time for our appointment. There were a few surprises waiting for him, but here's the part where EV Pros earned TEN stars in my book. My garage walls are made of SOLID concrete, and the box was situated further down the wall than the outlet. That didn't come across in the pics I sent, but guess what? Kwan to the rescue! He was able to use an existing hole (thus avoiding an extra 2 hours of jackhammering a new hole into the side of my house) and shaped a beautiful sleek silver pipe to place my new outlet right across from the charging dock on the car. He even cleaned the floor of my garage and labeled the outlet and breaker with a label maker. Kwan is not only the coolest, most positive electrician, he's also super knowledgeable and a true creative problem solver. He really took the time to get this install right. I appreciated his concern about convenience and ease of use when we were discussing the ideal outlet location and just LOVE the attention to detail that he brought to this job.

Cherry on top: EV Pros even handled filing all the permits with the county and packaged everything up for me in a nice, neat folio. Thanks, Christian!

These guys really are pros.

Kyle did a great job working with me to cost out the job to install a ChargePoint EV Charger for my electric SmartCar and help me figure out what I needed and how to go about doing it. He also made all the arrangements to get me the right permits from the city and even gave me some great suggestions for how to convince my HOA to get on board.

Then, when it came time for the installation, Kwan did an awesome job! He made some great suggestions on how and where to place the charging unit, and then went ahead and installed it with no problems. He got the whole thing done and dusted in no time flat.

Especially if you're in Costa Mesa, call these guys. But even if you're not, if you want a company that knows what they're doing, call these guys. You won't be disappointed.

I think one sentence to distinguish EV-Pro is They are really professional and the work was done extremely good.

I actually interviewed more than 5 electricians. The EV Pros guys the most professional company.

Kyle is the project manager guy. He came and did the initial on-site check. He knew what he does, efficient, & dressed and speaks very professionally. He KEEPS what he promised. After the job was done, he followed up making everything was clean and well done.

The installation guy, I don't have his name but want to give him my thanks. There was some issue with my wall so it took him longer time to get the job done. He did not complain during the entire work and was extremely professional, just focused on get the work done. Finally he did a very high quality work (the pipes and my wall) and cleaned up everything before he left.

I really feel these guys are well-trained and knows what they do.

Jeff's guys do excellent work.  They installed a high speed car charger in my garage and when I asked why the cord wasn't the longer one Jeff personally reached out to let me know he re-ordered for the longer cord and would have it re-installed when it arrived.  Both times they came out to install and re-install they were very professional and even problem-solved for placement on the wall that could have presented a problem later.  I appreciate the work they did...may not be the least expensive solution but with their own warranty covering my charger I have confidence in the service I've received and will receive in the future.  Can't recommend EV Pros enough!

If you need an electric vehicle charger installed then call EV Pros! They were impressive from beginning to end.  I found Sheets Contracting through Tesla and I was directed to EV Pros. They're owned by the same folks but EV Pros is specifically tailored for electric vehicle chargers.

I called on a Monday and spoke with Kyle. We made arrangements to meet on Thursday and he was able to give me a quote on the spot. Later that day he emailed me an invoice which itemized the work to be done along with some photographs.

Friday morning his team pulled the permit with the city and they arrived to my house promptly at 9am.  Kwan and Nick were professional and knowledgeable. They explained the work to be done and we did a walk through.  

Their install turned out great. They had to run conduit on the exterior of my house but they hid it under the bottom portion and out of sight. They also helped to clean up some satellite tv cords, they patched a hole on the side of my house (related to the cords) and they fixed my neighbors broken gates.  Thanks again for the extra effort! You guys are awesome!

I just purchased a used Tesla and needed the 50 amp 240 volt outlet.  The Tesla website
listed EV Pro first for good reason.  I spoke with Brenda in the office who transferred me to Kyle who was extremely helpful in determining exactly what I needed.  I took a picture of our breaker box and texted it to him.  The installation was performed by Kwan and he did an excellent job and left our garage spotless. He suggested where to place the outlet and it worked out perfect.  Finally, Christian called and set up the final inspection required by the City and he offered to be there to make sure everything goes well.  I am so impressed by by the service provided by all of the people at EV Pros.  They are are a class act  and fully deserve 5 stars in my book!

I called EV Pros because from the reviews they were rated very high and they specialized in installations of charging units for Tesla's and other EV. I was a bit hesitant of a regular electrician, not because they are bad, but sometimes with specialized installs they are not real familiar with them and I didn't want to take a chance.  Jeff the owner got back to me within minutes on a Sunday to help give me a quote for installation. I explained what I had and sent pics and he was very good about approximating what it would run. I chose them because he was very honest and open about his estimate. The next day they scheduled me and Kwan and another person (sorry forgot his name) came on time, upbeat attitude and surveyed my situation. Within a few hours they ran the proper gauge romex to the other side of my garage through my attic down the wall and set it all up. They were very professional how they set it all up, explanation of how much power I would get because of where the unit was and run length. They had all the supplies needed for the installation on their truck and did the job quickly and without a hitch. I can't say enough of how they did a great job, cleaned up and made sure that everything was just right. I would definitely recommend them for installing a charging unit. Remember that you get what you pay for and the value that EV-Pro's gives is great!

They might be great at installing charger, outlet...etc, but no luck I could never experienced it.  It shows in here that they're 100% response rate within 3 hours.  So I've expected they communicate with customer in here quite often.  I was wrong.  After I sent my quotation request, I waited for a couple days and the only message replied was please provide a phone number.  I replied back explaining my situation that it was more convenient to communicate in here.  Then I never heard them back.

The installer came out to a clients house to install the Tesla charger. He ran into many issues and many problems but he work through it fast and did an amazing job. If you go with anybody to install an electric charger for a car I would use them 100%. He explained everything was very courteous and kept the job site extremely clean.

I called 5-6 different companies for estimates to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my new Tesla and I received the best quote from EV Pros. They were able to squeeze me in the next day (with permit) because they had another service call near my house. Kwan was my tech and he was very efficient and knowledgeable. He finished the job in about an hour and a half, but he probably would have finished much sooner if I didn't ask so many questions while he was installing. He didn't seem to mind me asking questions and he answered every one of them. I'm really glad I chose EV Pros and strongly recommend them!

I called many electricians recommended by Tesla, and guys, EV Pros stands out the very best. My electric panel is old and is required full upgrade. Not to mention running some twenty feet from the panel to the garage to install the Tesla Charger. This will result costing me a lot of money. I was panic and thought there was no way i would have a Tesla. Jeff, the owner at EV Pros calmed me down and took his time to explain on how it works to install the electric charger and laid out the cost. He; however to save me money, suggested to use the 10-30 to NEMA 14-50 adapter. Hey, this solved me issues. He also texted me a picture of what it looks like, so i would not make a mistake. I was so impressed with his way of help. EV Pros did not charge me a penny!!! This turned out working great. I am so so happy.
I do recommend everyone to keep this business for any electrical needs around the house because i do.

I received an initial response from Christian requesting that I answer a few questions and to send pictures.  It has been more than 10 days since I sent the requested answers and pictures of my electrical panel and the area where I want the EV Charging Station installed - no response.  Apparently EV Pros decided my job wasn't big enough for them so they didn't bother giving me a courtesy response.  Oh well!!!  I have moved on to other electricians who are more than willing to do the job.

I had EV Pros demo some old shelves in the garage, install a level 2 charger for our Chevy Bolt, and move washer and dryer outlets into the garage.  Their work was first rate.  Kwan and everyone else did a great job and cleaned up nicely.  They changed their approach twice to improve the job for no extra cost, and the owner personally checked on the job twice to make sure I was satisfied.  The way they work is indicative of a company where everyone's contribution is valued and the owner pitches in as needed.  I was very impressed.

These guys do great work! I highly recommend using them. Christian was my phone contact who arranged the install. Kwan and his team showed up on time and were very friendly and thorough. Spent most of the day dropping a line from the second floor box down to the garage for my new Tesla. When they finished they completely cleaned up all dust and debris. I needed a 240v plug installed in my garage for a Tesla and Christian worked with me to provide suggestions and options for ideal plug placement. Kwan showed up on time the following day and patiently showed me how he was going to do the install while also maintaining a clean look on the finished product. I cannot ever say enough about Jeff Sheets (also of Sheets Contracting) and EV Pros.  Kwan from EV Pros has installed three NEMA 14-30 outlets in two houses for us, over the last two years.  He knows exactly what he's doing, is so friendly, and his work is of the highest standard.  In this latest house, instead of taking the easy route for one of the outlets (using a builder-provided conduit), he carefully thought out where the outlets SHOULD go for best usability and put in the work to place them there.  EV Pros does everything by the book - high quality components, permits, and all - these guys aren't cowboys.  Scheduling was fantastic, too.  Jeff took all the information he needed weeks in advance of our closing and made sure Kwan could roll up and proceed with work immediately.  When the closing date moved, he was really flexible and worked with us to move the date of installation.  Jeff Sheets's companies are also operated with heart, which matters so much in this day and age.  If you have any electrical/EV needs, never hesitate to call Sheets Contracting and EV Pros.  We will definitely continue to do so!

Contacted a few electricians to do a Tesla wall connector installation in my garage. I spoke with Jeff on the phone and decided to go with EV Pros because of how thorough he was over the phone to determine the installation work. Jeff worked around my schedule and was able to schedule a time that worked for me. On the day of the installation, Jeff showed up on time, completed the work in good time and cleaned everything up, and gave me all the documentations I needed for the permit's final inspection. The City of Irvine inspection scheduling website wasn't very informative as to a time window when scheduling an appointment for the permit's final inspection, and Jeff answered my questions about the appointment scheduling over text message late in the evening. The day of the inspection appointment I was still not able to get any call backs from the City of Irvine inspection office, even with multiple call attempts, to confirm a time window on when the inspector would be coming by; Jeff texted me to let me know that the city inspector was on his way over to my house. He could have easily just left it for me to figure it out with the city inspection since his work was completed and paid, but Jeff made sure everything was completed and I really appreciated that.

Simply the best EV installation team in the world! Professional, courteous, and the quality work is just amazing. I was referred to EV Pros by my salesperson at Tesla.  Seeing as my home is not wired for a Tesla charger in the garage, I needed to have the required voltage and charring plus wired from my breaker in the back of my house to the garage.  The guys at EV Pro were AWESOME.  I had previously received a quote from an electrician which was higher in price and would have simply run a conduit on the exterior of my house the entire length of the home.  The EV Pro installers weren't happy with that solution (even though I said I was fine with it thinking it was my only option).  They spent half the morning crawling around in my attic, seeing how far they could get with a hidden, clean installation.  They ended up sending the entire day at my house in order to DO THE JOB RIGHT!  Well, I couldn't be happier.  They handled the city permit process and I just had the city inspector here and it passed with flying colors.  Being a realtor, I am certain I will find the opportunity to recommend EV Pros again very soon for one of my clients.

Call these guys; they know what they're doing. Great service and expertise. Jeff did the initial consult and asked for photos, then Kyle got me scheduled and advised on placement, and finally Kwan came out and did a very clean installation, explaining everything as he went and troubleshooting some extra issues that I had. Permit signed by inspector without a hitch and charger is working perfectly. Everyone was responsive and helpful.

A little hard to reach for initial contact, but once contact was made, they provided exceptional service!  Hired to install electrical for a Tesla, we talked about options on the phone, made an appointment to view the home the next day, then install the next week.  I provided input/feedback on what I wanted and they not only listened, but went out of their way to incorporate some of recommendations they could.  The electrician was on time, did an excellent job, and made sure he cleaned up afterwards.  For the work they did, the price was reasonable too.  I would highly recommend them!

We were very impressed with Kwan Gartin installing our fast charging electrical car cable hookup. Have not tried the parent company yet but hope they preform as well as EVPros. I had discussed a job with Kyle on the phone at my home in Irvine.  I wanted them to install a Telsa HP Wall Contector in place of an existing NEMA 14-50 outlet.  I insisted that it was a straight forward, simple job and wanted their lowest price.  They quoted a price which seemed a little too good to be true.  Kyle said that the job should only about 100-120 minutes if it was as simple as I implied.  Well, once we started looking at the job it was much more complicated.  The prior electrician installed the NEMA 14-50 outlet in a very un-safe manner which was not up to code.  Kwan had to run new wire from my panel and rewire an existing 4 pug outlet which was illegally spliced from the NEMA 14-50 box.  Kwan was there at least 4 hours and did an amazing clean install. They BARELY raised the price from the original quote but ended up doing 4 times the work!  These guys are the best!!!!!!!

I had a few different people come out to quote a 50 amp charger for my Model X.  These guys were by far the most professional.  Others were trying to get me to completely overhaul my panel saying it wasn't up to code, even after I told them we've already passed a few inspections before.  Didn't try to oversell and worked with me.  They were able to get on the job fast, and when complications arose stuck to their guns on the price quoted rather than trying to get more.  I came home to find them working passed 6 because of a long run of wire that kept gettin stuck.  I was surprised that they refused to leave until they got it, once I told them they were welcome to stay as late as they wanted they stayed until they had it all the way through.  Kept me from loosing sleep! This is the third time I have used EV Pros and they have never disappointed. They did a great job with the initial installation of my Tesla charger and when the charger malfunctioned 3 years later due to a problem with the charger itself, Jeff with EV Pros came out the next day to get it swapped out with a brand new charger. Because of their strong relationship with Tesla, EV Pros were able to get the new charger and installation fully covered by Tesla. EV pros installed a Tesla charger in my home about a year ago. I had a problem charging my Tesla. I thought it was the power source. The owner, Jeff Sheets, came out at 7 PM on a Thursday night to see if he could solve the problem for me. Turned out that it wasn't with his installation and the power but with the charger cord itself provided by Tesla. It's not often you see a company respond that quickly and in particular.... the owner. I can't say enough about this company and about the man. Five stars.

I had called up EV Pros to install my NEMA 14-50 outlet.   From the time speaking with Kyle and the installation done with Kwan it was a very professional job and I find this company very honest and knowledgeable and the all inclusive price including the permit to be extremely fair.   They even took the initiative in obtaining the city permit and based on calculations showed me I did not need to upgrade my panel, which saved me over $2000.   Kwan provided superb service and got my questions answered.  I would highly recommend them to anyone!

If I could give these guys a higher rating I would gladly do so.  These guys were amazing.  I shopped around for price and EV Pros was not the cheapest, but they were not the highest either.  But I got swayed by the yelp review and went ahead and hired them.  They did an amazing job of installing and taking care of the permit process with the city of Anaheim.  I did not have to do anything.  They were professional, did a clean installation and always kept me informed every step of the way.  They even came back after making the appointment with the city inspector and stayed onsite till the inspection was done.  Handed me the signed permit and then left.  That is what is called service.  Special mention should goto Kwan the electrician who installed, did a very thorough job and left the place clean.  And Christian, the project manager was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way and promptly answering any questions I had.  These guys were worth every bit of the money I paid them.

EV Pros did a great job installing our two Tesla wall chargers. Other electricians were asking what the specs were for them before they could even give me an estimate and even told me we probably couldn't install two since most homes can only handle one. They wouldn't even schedule a time to come see for themselves that this wasn't the case.  When I called Jeff of EV Pros, he asked me a couple of questions and immediately determined that two wall chargers was perfectly fine. He knew exactly what to do and scheduled an appointment with his electricians. Gilbert and Charlie were friendly, polite, and professional and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job with the help of Evan who dropped some wring off with them as we decided that daisy chaining the two wall chargers was our best option. Evan helped Gilbert and Charlie make sure all was done correctly. Christian came by with all the permit info and was very helpful in getting that done. Making my appointment with the City of Irvine for a final inspection of the wall charger installation was very easy. That evening we had two working wall chargers. We'd highly recommend EV Pros for your Tesla charging needs.

I called regarding getting an electric charger outlet installed in my garage. They asked the right questions over the phone and gave me two quotes depending on the location. I accepted. Kwan showed up and worked a miracle. We had very limited space left on our electrical box outside. He was able to move a few things that we rarely or never use and use our existing panel and avoid creating a new sub panel. He is really a magician. I highly recommend and will definitely use again if the need arises..

We all have heard the stories of contractors being unreliable, unpredictable and over budget. This did not happen. Kyle even advised us that  the plan we were advised to install for our EV was not necessary and much more costly.....Thanks Kyle you were correct, what you designed and placed has worked out beautifully. I highly recommend EV Pros to any one needing to install an EV charging station!
