HIGHLY recommend Brizzi Electric! We had a random outage in our two bathrooms last night. My husband and I were freaking out a bit since so close to Christmas and worried this would cost us a lot of money we didn't budget for! This is the electrician to call. I bought an EV and my home only had 100 Amp service. I was going to need complete panel upgrade in addition to installing a NEMA outlet in the garage to charge the car.

Since I knew it was going to be an expensive job, I called 5 of the Tesla recommended electricians for estimates (of which Eco-Tech is one). 4 of the estimates were pretty much the same. Eco-Tech's estimate was about 30% lower than the other electricians and all of them seemed equally knowledgeable, so I decided to go with them.

Steve, the owner was very straightforward, and the lead tech Anthony was very detailed in how he approached the job. He also removed his shoes before entering my home without even being asked.

The work took 1 day, and from the permits, to the Inspection, I didn't have to worry about anything. The work was done with little to no input from me - that's a great thing. I didn't feel as though I constantly had to watch over what they were doing, and the work is super clean. I'm very picky, and everything was done perfectly. The conduit in the garage is aesthetically pleasing, the stucco work and the box installation is immmaculate.

I've had many friends see their work and ask for their info. Don't even think twice about hiring these guys. And if you're on the fence, have them give you an estimate and see for yourself!

Having moved into a new home, we have multiple electrical needs and turned to Berk's based on previous positive experiences with the company. Jeff, the owner, was personally involved and dispatched Omar, who was outstanding. He knows his stuff and did an excellent job in wiring back boxes. I highly recommend Pacific Beach Electric.  Owner, Declan Kidd, does excellent work and is  easy to work with.  My family has lived in Pacific Beach for many years.  Over the years, Declan has done a number of jobs for our family.  Recently, I had my first experience working with him.  Our insurance company informed us that our outdated electrical panel had to be replaced due to fire risk. Based on advice from a local contractor and online reviews, I asked for bids from three local electrical contractors.  PB Electric was the lowest bid.  Once required SDG&E approvals were received Declan completed the work quickly.  I especiallyy appreciated Declan minimizing the out of service time as he changed over to the new panel.

They installed two ceiling fans and wiring in two rooms that had no existing wiring. They were knowledgeable and up front with what the job required and quoted me over the phone. The install went great and I will definitely call them back whenever I need more electrical work done.

First let me clarify there are two different T&J electricians in Corona. Remon is the owner of the only one that matters.  It started when my electric car and other outlets were overloaded and a fuse blew- thought the circuit breaker needed to be replaced. I called my home warranty co abd bud they assigned my work order to a T&J investment incorporated in Corona. This was on 12/22...didn't hear back so I decided to check Yelp for the business then contact them directly and follow up on 12/26. This is how I got hooked up with the T&J electric services who had 5 stars and a good amount of reviews.  
Remon called me back almost immediately to clarify that he was the owner of the other company which was NOT contracted by my home warranty co. Since the power was out for a number of outlets in the house and we wanted it fixed quickly, I chose to have him come out the next day to repair it. He is an electrical engineer by trade and really knows his stuff.  Remon had to literally check every outlet in the house and fixed a number of little things along the way. He figured out the culprit for the power outage and fixed it.  Not only was he responsive, he was professional, polite and proficient in his craft.  Also, he just gives off positive vibes.
As we got to talking after he fixed our issue, I asked him for an estimate on some recessed lighting in a dark part of our home.  He provided a fair price and scheduled the installation for the next week.  I included pictures to show his work from his second visit - recessed lighting and dimmer switch- before and after pics.
Remon and his company T&J electric services is now my go to electrician (I'm willing to pay out of pocket) even though he's not contracted with my home warranty co. Price is only an issue in the absence of value.  I'm more than content with the value I've received from his services.

Made a call to Mr. McFall today to get a quote for a light fixture we wanted removed. My husband would normally try and complete the job himself however, the fixture was hanging from a 20 foot ceiling.  Mr. McFall came when he said he would and definitely got the job done.  He was very nice, professional and price seemed reasonable for the amount of work and danger involved.  If you are looking for an honest electrician who is also a pretty nice and personable person, call McFall Electric!

I LOVE Gleason Electric, as I had a small job and Robert not only fixed the problem, with a smile, he also gave me his number in case anything goes wrong and hell be over!  I am so impressed with this organization I just cant say enough on how PROFESSIONAL everyone is.  I am a Gleason fan.  And, they also are movers!  If I ever leave this paradise, they'll be the ones I call.  Thank you.

Steve is the BEST! He's fair and he's honest. Like, legit honest. He knows how tough the economy is and thus he tells you how to get the best bang for your buck. He's personable, always on time and very communicative. He's cool with my dogs even tho they bark their heads off for 5 minutes straight every time he comes over. My only issue is that he is getting so popular that he usually can't come see me for a week or so. But my electrical issues aren't usually that urgent. He definitely will prioritize and makes sure he takes care of you sooner if needed. He treats my house as if it were his house. He tells you what the best product is and then will give you a couple other options of products that work just as well but will save you some bucks. He is the best! I'll never use another electrician!

This was a good experience. My search for this revealed that ev charger install companies charge in two ways. One is a flat charge with no extra cost for installing away from your electrical box. The second way is a base fee with an extra charge per foot for chargers installed away from electrical box.

The cost for OC electric was on par with a few other install quotes we got so we went with OC Electric because they had good reviews and the comments of others seemed satisfactory. $395 for a base install and $18 per foot away from the electrical box.

Scheduling was done via chat through yelp and after a phone call conversation. They had availability within the week of calling and were able to accommodate a specific time frame. A two person crew showed up exactly on time. Two young guys who were professional and listened to my specific request about placement. They were quick and did the job to about 99% of my satisfaction. There was one wall clamp on the electrical conduit that could have been a little straighter and the hole they patched that brought the wires through from the electrical box could have been a little smoother. But both of those things are negligible in my experience.

Tips: Have a photo available of your electrical box when looking for quotes.

Cosmin was very helpful and responsive. He did a great job installing a new 240v outlet in my garage. He ended up charging me 20% less than the initial quote because the job did not take as long as he thought it would. Very honest, and I plan on using him for any future electrical needs at my house.

When we recently faced major work on our badly water-damaged kitchen, we turned to Yelp to locate local contractors.  We considered quality of workmanship, knowledge, cost, time factors, licensed and bonded, warranty policies, customer relations and communication.  We checked the positive and negative comments and placed these into context.  For our electrical work, we identified three contractors who fit the necessary criteria to relocate outlets, add several new outlets and built-in USB charging ports, and work with aluminum wiring.  

While the estimates were in the same range, the deciding factors were communication, experience, customer rapport and creativity.  We needed new dedicated outlets for appliances. Two of the people wanted to replace the main breaker box or run new lines for outlets.  Rod noticed that we had two 220-volt lines that had been used for electric ovens and cooktop; these lines could be split into two 110-volt lines each for four dedicated circuits, without having to run new lines to the breaker box.  

We had to convert a wall-mounted over-the-sink track light into a hard-wired system.  Rod suggested that we replace this with three LED recessed rotatable spotlights in the ceiling, which we could connect to a dimmer.  These new lights look fantastic and are more efficient than what we had.  

Communication by phone, email, or text (preferred) was always upbeat, with quick responses.  He gave us no-nonsense time frames and answered questions easily and clearly. He and his sons and crew worked efficiently and cleaned up after every visit.  

His assessment included a complete inspection of all circuits involved; one of the existing outlets was badly matched to an outdoor outlet (improper copper to aluminum join).  When Rod opened the cover and checked, the wiring had gotten so hot the insulation had melted and charred, and wires were fused.  Also, the circuit should have been 15 amps but was protected at the panel by a 25-amp breaker.  He repaired the damage and replaced the breaker with one of proper rating, and tested everything when all installations were completed.

We are exceedingly pleased with the work done by Rod and his family crew.  There is no doubt that for other remodeling projects, we will be contracting with Rod's Electric.  If it were possible to award more than five stars, we would do so without hesitation.  We feel Rod deserves and has earned our highest recommendation.

If you need a guy, he's your guy. Communicative, shows up at the time he says he's going to shows up, and charges reasonable rates for honest work.

I used his services when I first moved into my home, he installed some can lights in the living room and master bedroom, along with ceiling fan rated boxes in the bedrooms. Work was done quickly and everything works great.

I also just recently used his services to replace a loose outlet that was operating questionably, along with tracking down an issue with an outside light. Again, he showed up right at the time he said he would, and solved my issues quickly.

We can't say enough good things about Rob's Electrical Services! He's the only electrician we trust with our projects big and small. He's always timely, courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and reliable.

I have a general knowledge of electrical so I can manage small projects like changing outlets and switches, etc., but when I had a seemingly small issue that turned out to be more complicated, I called Rob. He immediately answered, listened carefully, and helped troubleshoot and guide me through the process over the phone. As it turns out, the problem was in a different part of the house, and if it wasn't for Rob's responsiveness, vast knowledge, and commitment to customer service, this issue could have been a much bigger problem requiring a lot more time and money. His guidance on the phone helped us avoid a possibly dangerous situation with our electrical outlet on the outside of the house- what started as a problem with an indoor outlet turned out to be CAUSED by a faulty outdoor outlet. See attached picture. I never would have thought to look elsewhere for this solution without Rob's expert and patient guidance.

This is the fifth time we have used Rob's Electrical Services, and every single interaction has been excellent. He's always on time, ready to work, helpful, friendly, reliable, and he does the job right the first time. His prices are reasonable, but for us, you can't put a price on excellent service and peace of mind!
