Mister Electric

I hired Bill for a small job of replacing an exhaust fan in a bathroom.  He arrived on time, charged a very reasonable rate, and he stuck to the quoted rate even though he later found that the exact motor I needed wasn't available.  

He retro-fitted a different motor into the fan housing which took quite a bit of time, and could have hardly been worth his time considering the low rate that he charged me, yet he did not utter a word about it and did it with a cheerful attitude.  Will definitely use him again and I hope I can award him a bigger job next time.

Mister Electric's workmanship and knowledge are outstanding.  He installed 2 security lights for us.  One of them was very challenging - it required installing a light in a area where there was no power.  Vilmos ran the power from inside the house and brought it to the security light area several feet away.  His craftsmanship was remarkable.  He ran the wire through a PVC conduit that matched the color of the house so that the wiring would not be noticeable to passerbys.  I don't know of another electrician who could have done the job as professionally or artfully.  We feel very fortunate that we learned of Vilmos through a neighbor for whom he installed a ceiling fan. I recommend Mr. Electric to anyone who values knowledge and craftsmanship in their electrical projects.  I would give him 6 stars if that was available.

This man is a puntual, reliable, knowledgeable & professional electrician. We asked him to replace our outside light  fixtures. He came over, gave us a fair bid & made the appointment for the following Monday. My husband couldn't remember how the exterior garage lights turned on & was immediately reassured there was a timer and it was set. His card says service, remodeling and new construct so we'll definitely be using him again. He's also very personable & polite.

Bill, aka Mister Electric is a racist.  He showed up to my house, asked if we were Hispanic and then told us he did not have time for our job, and gave us a card for a Mexican to come do our work. I was beyond baffled.

I've used Bill at Mister Electric for years, he is a staple of Scripps Ranch. He is a one man shop, polite and fair in his dealings. His reported closure by Yelp (december 2018) is untrue, I called him this week and he was at my house to provide quotes for some small jobs I need done.
He is busy but leave a polite, clear message on the voice mail and expect a call back about your work. Recommended.

He is courteous and prompt and his rates are very reasonable. I have trusted him to leave my keys and have always come home to a cleaned up work area.  I have referred him to many friends and family members and have heard positive responses back.

Bill came out the next afternoon after I called him in the evening.  He arrived early and quickly and professionally sorted out my problem.  He charged way less than I had expected for such expedited work.  I'll definitely be calling him again if I need his services.

Professional, honest, courteous and fast CA Licensed Electrician! Bill was easy to get a hold of by telephone and quick to respond and schedule. Rate quoted over the phone was the same at the end of the job and even did a quick project request on the side for no extra charge! Nicely covered up our dining area to protect our furnishings which is where he installed our dining room pendant light with dimmer. Excellent patch up job as well. Bill is a close-by neighborhood treasure. He has been helping us for years with electrical projects inside and outdoors. Today he installed a new chandelier, for which he also had to rewire the ceiling. Bill is honest and punctual, and tends to stop by quickly to provide you with a fair quote. Whilst working in your home he is courteous and tidy, and he takes great care to protect the area he is working in. I highly recommend him to anyone, and I would trust him with my keys.

I called Bill based on a referral I received from a co-worker.  I can't say enough positive things about him.  He called me back within 30 minutes after I left my message, met me on-time (an exact time, not a range), quickly identified and fixed my issue, and price was super-reasonable I felt.  I highly recommend him and will call him every time I have a need for an electrician in the future.  He also helped me out with some small other items regarding my fuse box itself that I didn't even ask him to do.  He is a nice, trustworthy guy.
