John is a wonderful and reliable electrician, not to mention a great guy.  He has been installing canned lights in my house on an installment basis since January.  The first time I used John, he came out right away and charged me a very nominal amount to help source out the problem with my Christmas lights.  After meeting him, I knew he would be a great choice for installing my canned lights, and he has been steadily working on doing so on a room-by-room basis.  John always quickly returns my calls and texts, and confirms our appointment before coming over.  He is very punctual.  I highly recommend John for your electrical needs.

Omega quickly resolved my home',s GFCI receptacle issue.  Replaced questionable receptacles, and verified proper wiring and grounding along the entire circuit.  Oscar also made some recommendations to consider, as we are planning a kitchen remodel this year. Certainly would call on Omega for any future electrical needs.

Steve and his crew (Eder, Javier, Roberto, Virgil and Jose) did an excellent job. We had 16 can lights and 2 ceiling chandeliers installed, shop lights in the garage and they were very professional and friendly. They used plastic in work areas to collect any dust. They used masks due to Covid. I would use them again and I highly recommend them.

We had to turn off our electricity because the main breaker burned and it wasn't something we could figure out. This happened around 7pm when most business are closed. We called a few places that stated they had emergency services, but none answered or returned our calls. We called Armes Electric and there was an option for emergency services that we could select. Pete answered and he was very professional and went above and beyond to help our situation. We decided that we could go on a night without electricity. The following day Pete came out and fixed our problem. Pete was knowledgeable, professional and gave us a good price on the services we needed. We will be coming back for our future electrical needs. Reliability and trustworthiness is important to us and Armes Electric has these qualities.

I think they are trustworthy. You can tell because they're really busy. It is a bit hard to get an appointment, and they do require a credit card to come out and charge $150 to troubleshoot and give an estimate, but it is worth it. They solved the problem and took care of it efficiently for a reasonable price. I'm a happy customer and will call them again for any electrical needs I may have.

I cannot say enough good things about SMS electric.  We recently purchased a house in IB, the home inspector said that the wiring in the house needed some work.  We wanted to get a professional electrician to take a look and called Scott at SMS electric.  Scott not only saved us money by confirming we did not need work on the house that was recommended, but he also did not charge us for the inspection.  We have also used Scott to do several upgrades to our house as he has earned our complete trust.  I highly recommend SMS electric to anyone who needs superior electrical service.

I was so fortunate that Chris from Energy Electric answered my call about my problem with an electrical outage that affected my master bedroom, computers, and TV. He guided me through some over the phone tests to determine source of the problem and then arranged to get the correct breakers/fuse that were needed to fix it. He was at my house the next morning and was able to get everything back to normal in a short time. I really value his expertise and commitment to fixing my problem. Highly recommend.

My house was constructed in 1985 and the internal cables were too old to handle the newer digital signal needed for high definition TV, such as Cox Contour and High-Speed Internet.  I hired JaCo to basically reinstall all new RG-6 cables throughout the house and add new coax and ethernet cable outlets in various rooms.  Eric and his brother came and completed the project over two days, and it could've been done in one day if not for a last minute change in the cable routing that I requested.  I got two quotes for my project and Eric's prices were very competitive and fair.  I added new outlets to 4 room and was very happy with the results.  I now have Contour and saw a noticeable improvement in my TV picture quality and resolution.  Eric was very good about keeping the number of holes he had to cut in the walls to a minimum and made sure the construction areas were cleaned up afterwards.  Just note he does not do drywall repair so you will need to hire a separate contractor to fix the holes he cuts.  I would recommend Eric to anyone looking to replace the cable wiring in their homes.  Just make sure you schedule him with some advanced notice.  He had a pretty packed project schedule and we had to reschedule a couple of times to find a date that worked.  Also as a suggestion, when you talk to him make sure you do the following:
- identify the room where you would like to put your media hub -- cable modem, wireless router.
- identify the rooms where you need new wiring
- in each room, what devices (TV, computer) need a cable outlet

Overall, Eric was very pleasant and reasonable to work with and he tries to accommodate all your requests within reason.

Since my initial review, I've called on Volt Electric for countless projects like ceiling fan installation, GFCI replacements, grounding electrical outlets in an old house, installing an electric car charger, installing an automatic fan in a basement crawl space, etc. Every single time, great service!!!
