Five stars isn't enough. A legitimate trustworthy business. He helped me for free before I became a client of his. A quick simple fix (trust me I felt very stupid) but he came over fixed my problem and said. Put your money away. Love this guy and I hope to see his business grow exponentially!

Reason for hiring: my nest thermostat wasn't powering up.

Reason for being upset: Isaac took on a job that he did not have experience with (hvac system).

Outcome: I paid $150 for an unresolved problem!

Solution: walk away from jobs if you don't have the experience..it doesn't waste your time and the clients money!

I am a local Handyman in Ladera Ranch and do only very minor electrical, I have referred Hit the Lights to many of my clients and have always got fantastic feedback. Electricity is very tricky and should only be done by a licensed professional electrician to avoid potential shock dangers and insurance problems in case of a malfunction. At my front door about 15-20 mins. after calling them. First hour $160. I'm no guru on electrician prices, but I feel it was a fair price considering what was accomplished. Hardware replaced and multiple outlets back up and running. Further, when he completed what I asked for, he found other tweaks to be made without any prompting. One of which was a self-fix he really didn't need to advise me of. Yes, I'll be calling again if I have any issues.

Hit the Light was able to come out and repair a light switch in my garage that had a faulty ground wire. The workers were prompt, friendly, explained the process and cleaned up after they were done.

This is hands-down the best electrical company in all of orange county, probably in all of California. They do honest work which is hard to find nowadays but they will give you the honest truth to serve you the customer, they know that if they take care of you, you will refer them to other clients over and over again. #1: They were quick to get back to me with a quote and schedule me in for a ceiling fan installation service.

#2: The electricians that came out to my home were reliable, efficient, and friendly. They also practiced safe social distancing and wore a face covering.

#3: The ceiling fan I had installed had issues...not the electric work that was done by the electricians. Izack did not hesitate in sending his own staff out to figure out the issue and take care of us multiple times.

You can get kind of confused not knowing your options on which outlets to use and how to get the installation done. I contacted another electrical company but they did not get back to me. When I contacted Hit The Lights Electrical Company they got back to me ASAP. The two electricians that came to my house removed three ceiling fans with lights and installed new ones. They also repaired my doorbell. They were great! We called Hit the Lights at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, and our problem was fixed 8:30 a.m. the next morning. Hit the Lights arrived early and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Apparently there was a GFI outlet hidden in our garage cabinets. Instead of leaving they asked if there were any other electrical issues they could fix and proceeded to tighten up some outlet plates and answer questions we had about anticipated projects. Appointment confirmation and invoicing is all done via text and email, which is super convenient. Will definitely use Hit the Lights going forward and would recommend them to others.

This company is very professional. They are honest, on-time, courteous, clean and efficient. We had a few minor repairs done, and a fan installed. They brought everything to the current code for us. Our under-cabinet kitchen lights had been out for several years. We really missed the look they provided and had tried replacing the small 2- pronged bulbs to no avail. Steven found it WAS actually only a bulb problem and replaced all 10 bulbs and tightened the fixtures. We recommended them to a neighbor who was also thrilled. Their pricing is fair and they make recommendations to help get everything accomplished in one visit.

It was a Sunday afternoon and my GFI outlet in my garage stopped working so I called Izack and even no he is on vacation in Texas he still answered the phone and walked me through trouble shooting the problem and fixed it!! Electrician Peter McCoy arrived on time to repair our broken doorbell unit. He did it quickly & efficiently explaining to me what could have caused it to burn out so prematurely since it was only 4 months old. He also went above & beyond the job request and corrected & rewired our light switches wired by a previous electrician and remedied the loud buzz in our 2 overhead fans.
Peter was friendly and professional while performing the extra work and left us happy with the results. I would recommend Shamber Electric for any electrical problems you may encounter.

We are getting ready to list our townhouse so I had some electrical issues I needed fixed. He repaired those and did a safety check of his own to see if he could spot any issues the home inspection might bring up. Ended up needing a safer wall unit for all mounted TV and he was quick and reasonably priced. He's very nice and courteous as well. Definitely have him fix other issues for me in the future.

Set up an appointment for an estimate with Isaac over a week ago. The morning of the appointment he sent me a message for my address again. I gave it to him and he confirmed our 4:30 appointment. By 5 I called him and he was too busy with his job he was on to come out to me. If you can't hold your commitments to future customers, I don't think you will be in business very long.

Isaac was very professional, you can tell he has many years of experience. He came in and first thing he did was cover all my furnishings and laid down plastic throughout the house to ensure no drywall dust was brought in throughout the house. The work was done in one day and included installation of a fan and installation of 4 can lights. My home is tricky because it is a three story townhome with no attic space so electrical wires had to be tapped from a lower outlet. Drywall cut outs were clean and patchwork was done perfectly. I highly recommend Hit the Lights Electric!

He has hung ceiling fans, replaced electrical outlets, hung a flat screen TV above the fireplace which required going through the wall, and replaced fixtures. Izack provides exceptional customer service! I was in a pinch and needed a bathroom light hung ASAP so the wallpaper installer would have light to do his job in (my previously scheduled electrician was a no-show). I contacted him at 2 in the afternoon (after it was clear the other electrician was a no-show) to see if he could squeeze me in before the scheduled wallpaper installer came at 8:30 the next morning. Izack put me down for 8 the next morning and was in and out before the wallpaper installer arrived. I was so thankful! Izack also installed a complicated ceiling fan for me on another occasion. He did a great job and also made sure I was aware of a potential design issue (the blades possibly being too stubby for the room) before he proceeded to do the work and potentially waste my money. His prices are incredibly reasonable, he is prompt and courteous, and he pays attention to details!
