wow, theses guys are great. true customer service. Used home advisor for a bathroom sink job and unlike the other companies who gave phone quotes, they responded right away and sent a technician to our home within a couple of hours for a personalized quote. They were very competitively priced and they really make an effort to gain your business. Juan the guy they sent was great , very informative, very sociable and finished the work in a clean, and very timely manner.  Can't recommend enough.

Very great work they have to offer. The team is responsive, on time and get the job done. Chris came out and fixed an issue I had, he explained to me what caused this and how it could be prevented. He was very detailed and comprehensive when it came down to explaining it, and not to mention such an affordable price! Definitely becoming my go to plumbing company.

Richard and his team are great. My pipes were clogged so I gave them a call. Richard, the owner answered and told me he could come that very day. Richard was very kind and very thorough. He explained all of my options and never did he try to up-sell me. His pricing was very reasonable. I wasn't home on one of the days that he was there and he texted me several pictures of the finished product. I am very glad that I called Renowned Plumbing and Rooter!

We just had Sarosh come mount our tv and hide the wires as well. He was on time, professional and very friendly! His prices are very reasonable. We had him quote a few more projects and will definitely have him handle them. He does excellent work and is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a handyman!

John just stopped by on time and got to work fast. I got stuck on a repair and needed a pro to fix it. Waited a day for the repair but well worth the wait. Fast, Clean and at a great price compared to the other quotes I got.

I'm smart, I knew it.  This is my second experience with 24 hour express services and it just gets better.  Marc D stopped by this afternoon to repair a leaking shower.  After discussing a few options I opted for a replacement.  Marc was great, he took his time to make sure everything was done perfectly and even gave me a quick lesson on how to get a great looking caulk line.  I'm impressed and appreciate the professionalism and friendly attitude the whole time he was here.  No question these guys have my business and I'll ask for Marc next time.  Great job !!

Just completed a plumbing service call with Pete Ornelas-Lopez from Service Champions in Murrieta and I could not be more pleased with his service, professionalism and the special care he took to protect our flooring, cabinets and granite countertop. His presentation was immaculate, something you almost never see in this business. He explained everything he was doing before hand and showed me the problem after completing the job. He was very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations for a couple other issues I was having with my kitchen facet and water heating. He even offered to do a good deed before he left such as take our the trash, help with moving a item, etc. I had to laugh, I was blown away.  We have used Service Champions for all our heating and A/C needs in the past and have always been very pleased with the quality of their service. We were very happy to learn that they now offer plumbing services as well. I'm keeping Pete's card close in hand now that I have found a plumber I can trust and count on. Recently moved into a new home and needed a built in refrigerator removed. Contacted Installation Pros and the response was quick and professional! They were able to remove the fridge and haul it away in less than 45 mins! Thanks guys! Will definitely call you again!

I contacted Jay Indeck Thanksgiving weekend because my heater was not working not expecting an answer until Monday however Jay called me back the same day. He came out to my home Monday and identified the problem right away. Jay is very professional and I do not feel he is trying to sell me on something I do not need. Jay even fixed a leak in my kitchen. He is great, I recommend him. He will be my go to plumber from now on. Thanks Jay.

Absolutely amazing service. Kevin came by to assess the issue same-day that I requested, and he was immediately able to identify where the ceiling leak was originating with his thermal imaging device free of charge. He gave me a quick tip for immediate mitigation and a rough low/high price estimate. I scheduled a future appointment for him to actually come and fix the issue, and on the day of the appointment Kevin promptly fixed the issue while being completely transparent and informative about everything that was going on. ).

Upon work completion, I was charged at the lowest price that he had estimated. With my new understanding of how everything works and this leak fixed I probably won't need to call him back anytime soon, but I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone who has a plumbing or leak issue.

Danny arrived on punctually, protective in mask and was comfortable to have in my townhome. He was easy to communicate with, affordable and got it done right the first time. I'm going with Danny for all issues now on I can think of. He asked if he can remove his shoes and it is a great gesture of a person to do! He made the choice having a handyman on a Saturday so easy. To do list included toilet lever and seat fixing, fire alarm tests, chaulking, dehumidifier fan cleaning, light socket checks, and advice.

For the past week I had been having issues with having low water pressure all around the household. We also were dealing with temperature issues in both guest and master baths to where if anyone would try to shower, water would always come out cold no matter which way the valve was turned. Tried to YouTube some DIY to no avail and reached out 24/7 Pro-Rooter and spoke with Cesar. He told me he had an availability to come by later in the day and assess the issues. Cesar came by grabbed some photos, and explained to me what the issues were then offered me a great deal for him to come by the next day and get things up and running. I am absolutely impressed with the professional manner of this company and with the work ethic of Cesar himself. He attended to me as soon as he could and got everything working again. will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues if any.

I had water coming out from where my main line meet the water meter and I had water just running and running. I Called Jim And Sons and they were here with an hour. They assessed the problem and fixed it for what I believe was a very reasonable and fair price. I think if I had called one of the bigger outfits I would have paid twice as much.  The technician Curly was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will now only use Jim and Sons for all my plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend John!! John and his work is as good as it gets!! I had a project to replace a side door to a garage and I looked on Yelp for someone to do the work. I requested a quote from John and he got back to me in less than an hour on a weekend. He has great communication and we easily made arrangements for the job. The price he charged was excellent. The work that he did was the greatest! He did not take any shortcuts and made sure that every aspect of the job was done to perfection. Call John for any construction work you need done... I had major problems with the main sewer line of a recently purchased home.  Jason was outstanding in his work and very professional. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was fair, and honest.  He took the time to explain details and showed me video images of the scope, he performed to the sewer line. I will definitely use Best Plumbing Services again.

they came pretty quick and the technician/plumber was excellent and found my proble. quickly and was honest.  Didnt try to make money because he could but save the parts that were new and fixes it saving cost.  Would recommend and use again if I need a plumber.  reasonable for sure

Mark and Ean are extremely knowledgeable about sewer and drains, well in plumbing in general, they came and address my sewer problems quick and easy, their equipment is amazing to watch, they replace and repaired my pipes by a method called trenchless, I'm very impressed about how they did the job

I called Hybrid Plumbing today for a clogged shower that also had a leaking faucet. I left a message and Steve called me back very quickly. He was very courteous and said he would make time later that afternoon at the end of his day to stop by and check out my problems. When they arrived they put my mind at ease that they would be able to fix the issues.  The clog was an easy fix for them, but Steve was more concerned about the leak. He stated he could possibly fix it in a less expensive manner than reinstalling a kit that would be more than $200. I gave him the go ahead to try and it worked!!! Thank you so much for your honesty and taking a single mothers budget into consideration. It is greatly appreciated! I will be referring family and friends to call Steve without hesitation.

If I could give this company a minus zero I would.  The worst plumber company on the face of the earth.   We called AHS as our water heater gave out, the bottom leaked, they sent Plumbers Inc out.  The order was opened on the 7th of March, they came out on the 11th. The tech said we needed a new one.  We never heard back from anyone. On the 15th of March we called Plumbers Inc to inquire about the status of the order Elena said that the tech was on vacation, and they had been trying to get in touch with AHS but couldn't (that's funny each time we called we got in touch with them.) We called AHS and complained about Plumbers Inc. On Saturday the 16th we received an e-mail stating there are limitations associated with approving the water heater.  I called and AHS said they would provide the water heater but there are additional charges of $760, I asked for what, they said, new gas line, new flap, and other things that offhand I just can't remember. I said that was not acceptable.  They told me if I wanted the water heater installed to let AHS (them) know and they would contact Plumbers Inc and I could give them the out of pocket cost and they would go on with the installation. I said no, then AHS said they would provide me with a cash out proposition , as of yet I haven't heard from AHM. I called Plumbers Inc 3 times was on hold first 20min the second time 20 min and the last time when some one answered I told them I wanted to speak with a manager in the store and do not put me on hold, and if I didn't get someone I would be at their business in less than 15 minutes I live about 15 min from Riverside. I got the office manager,  who gave me a rehearsed line of why all of the extras were needed, I told her that the Plumbers Inc was scamming the consumers and that they were full of it.  I am cancelling AHS by the way they are ranked #3 with lots of really BAD reviews.
