Ean came out on time and was very professional. Replaced all my old copper stop valves with new valves. Replaced my two old bathroom faucets. Took a look at my water heater. Helped me take off my water softer that causes harm to my copper piping. Thank you Make it Drain. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Definitely would recommend Make it Drain! The hot water in one of our properties was having issues, and it turned out there were a lot of issues with it from it's original installation. Our technician, Daniel, was very professional and efficient at getting the issues solved and making sure everything would continue to work well in the future.
I am so grateful to have found Ean and Make It Drain. I agree with all these other 5 star reviews. Ean was knowledgable, fair, took care of my issue which was to replace an outdoor sump pump but also was willing to fix a half dozen other plumbing issues around my house. He was super knowledgeable, very fair, arrived on time or early, wore a mask at all times and was a pleasure to deal with. His office is also efficient, polite and very accommodating. I can't recommend this company too highly and hope to use them again in the future.
My wife and I recently purchased a house in the San Fernando Valley. We were having some Plumbing issues and questions on the existing piping. I called up make it Drain Plumbing and Marc and Ean were here the next day. They both were very friendly, professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. My concerns were that the toilets weren't always flushing correctly and the bathtub wasn't draining properly. They ended up putting a camera down my drain system to see what was stopping it from not draining properly. They asked me to sit with them to see what the camera was seeing, it comes to find out that my pipes are broken under the ground and causing stoppage. At the time I thought to myself oh wow this is going to be a big job and cost me a lot of money. Marc and Ean calmed me by explaining to me of this way of repiping the pipes without having to dig them all up. Using some kind of plastic coating that goes through the pipes and makes a pipe in a pipe, which I thought was AWESOME! After we were done going over everything that needs to be done at my house and they were in their truck about to leave I asked them one last question. I was wondering if under the house is copper or galvanized, so the nice guys they are they ended up getting out of their truck again, putting on their suits and went under my house to examine everything to see what kind of piping I have. Being the honest plumbers they are they took pictures under my house for me to see and it ends up the piping is copper. Being a homeowner it's very very hard to try to find someone to do service on your house that you could trust. After my appointment with Marc and Ean, I trust them 100% to do the work at my house and would refer them to anybody that needs Plumbing done.

Book these guys! COVID-19 customer here and these guys were great. They came out quick and fixed my issue fast. Marc and Ean and good guys. Was the only plumbers that I was able to find same day. Luckily I'm only down the street from them. Needed a hose bib replaced and they gave me an estimate on the phone. Gave me the options and possible costs. Very easy to work with and they were fast. I would definitely use them again and they came within their stated timeframe
I had to have the valves in a my shower handles fixed since they were leaking. I called around to a few plumbers I found on Yelp. These guys were the most responsive and very cost competitive.
Peter come to my house, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He was professional and showed a lot of flexibility in scheduling to accommodate me.
I definitely plan to call them next time I have an issue.
i was very pleased with the service of Make it drain, Mark and his co worker are so proffessional , i had them for my clogged toilet, and installation of new toilet. It's 4 pm and the drain is backed up. I called Marc and told him my problem. I was leaving early the next morning and would be gone for 2 days and I needed someone this evening. He made room for me in his busy schedule. Jacob showed up at 5 pm and took care of the back up.

Marc and Ean just replaced the shower cartridge. They were very efficient and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. They were also kind enough to tighten some of the DIY shut-off valves I installed under the sink just because they are great guys. I would highly recommend their plumbing service to anyone, as their prices are reasonable and fair, and their service is clean and prompt.
I have used Marc and Ean twice now, within 2 weeks for different plumbing repairs. As a first time homeowner it is hard to tell when a company is is taking advantage of you. I called Make it Drain to come out for a free estimate with a bunch of repairs and suggestions that our home inspection report listed. They reviewed the report and said we can fix all of it, but what was most impressive and made me feel comfortable about working with Marc and Ean was their honesty. There were a lot of expensive and unnecessary repairs listed on the home inspection report and they said don't waste your money on these items, if the problems were safety related they said they would have suggested those repairs. I had other plumbers coming out that day for estimates that were going to simply going to charge me for coming to take a look. After talking with Marc and Ean, I called the other companies back and canceled.
The second time I called Marc was when I needed the water and gas valves replaced and brought up to code in the laundry Room. I had called another plumber initially as I wanted it done the same day (Marc and Ean were booked) and they quoted me $525. I texted Marc (very responsive and he got back to me asap) the pictures of the valves that needed to be repaired and he called me back and said that it shouldn't cost more than $400. I decided to wait a couple of more days and have Marc and Ean do the repairs instead. Again, they were honest and gave me a fair price and quote, even after I had told them about the higher quote. I again had to call the other plumber and cancel with them.
So I have learned my lesson, going forward I am calling Make it Drain first, Marc and Ean are my go to plumbers for any future repairs.
Word of advice: If you have a project that isn't an emergency just call them a bit in advance, they get very busy (most people who are good at their jobs normally do).
You know when something in your plumbing goes wonky and you get that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach because you KNOW this is going to suck both your time and your wallet dry?
This is not that kind of company. We initially hired Make It Drain because we had some water getting backed up in the sink, which turned into replacing all of our horizontal pipes under the house. Work was phenomenal, price was more than fair, and Ean and his team were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Note, he showed us the pipes and they were beyond corroded, all work was transparent.
More recently, we had a bathroom leak that turned into a total gut, again Ean and co jumped to work and not only did excellent work again, but also worked around our remodel schedule, regularly followed up to see where we were on the job, and didn't send us the invoice until work was completed, which is above and beyond.
Ean has been nothing but professional and the quality of work has been above reproach. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs ANY kind of plumbing.

Ean and Marc are my new plumbers of choice. They were recommended to me for a new water main. The price was excellent, but the service was better. They're very professional... on time, on budget and with no surprises. Go with pro's the first time and choose Make It Drain for all your plumbing needs.
I'll start with Crystal from the initial phone call. She was very friendly and helpful. Marc & Ean were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They spent time explaining my situation and options so I could understand it. Overall, they responded quickly and completed the job in no time. I will definitely call them again! These guys are awesome!
I had a stubborn clog in my kitchen sink that my $20 snake couldn't handle so I called Make It Drain. Marc answered the phone and we scheduled a 1pm appointment for the next day. Yes, an appointment - not a 4 hour arrival window.
Marc and Ean showed up at my house at 12:55 and had my drain unclogged in 20 minutes at a fair price. They even replaced a broken piece under my sink at no extra charge. Marc and Ean were professional, clean, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again...

Finally! A PLUMBING COMPANY THAT DOES WHAT THEY SAY THEYRE GOING TO DO!
I'm not a guy that typically writes reviews about businesses as I believe each experience whether good or bad, should be had first hand - just my belief however, I had to make an exception for these plumbers. By far, the most professional contractors I've ever dealt with.
9 times out of 10 (In my experience) when a contractor has to come out on weekend for an emergency situation, they either don't show up for whatever reason or they do show up only to try and solidify the work from me and tell me they have to comeback the next day or whatever lame excuse they give...
I called Make it Drain - spoke with Marc (who was also the same guy that showed up) because my mothers downstairs bathroom was completely flooded and it had begun to flow down the hall into her den... very dicey situation for mom. Called these guys up Marc answered the phone, told me he would be there at 3:00pm to assess the symptoms and did exactly that. Maybe it's just me but I'd say about 90% of the plumbers and/or contractors Ive ever dealt with in the area, usually end up telling me what they think I wanna hear and then don't follow through as promised. It's the way many people operate and do business, I get it. But to be somewhere when you say you're gonna be there, is something I value a great deal as customer and as just being a person of integrity. Anyhow, he and his partner diagnosed the emergency in a timely manner and explained the challenges my mom was up against in detail. They made sure she understood fully and even went as far as to ask her roughly 6 or 7 times if she had any questions and if she understood what they were explaining. That was huge for me and probably the reason I'm writing this review. They were swift and EXTREMELY CLEAN BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY They were shooting it straight with mom and I felt very confident about Putting my trust in them. Just all around decent men and VERY GOOD at their craft. If you're looking for a RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, HONEST AND FAIR, PLUMBING COMPANY,,, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THESE GUYS A CALL!
We've had to use Marc and Ean three different times over the last few months and each time they were easy to reach, they make an appointment with you right away (instead of the usual let me check my schedule and never get back to you), they actually accommodate YOU and give a small window of when they will arrive. Then they arrive on time, get straight to it and fix your problem. On top of that, their rates are affordable and they definitely show their loyalty to their loyal customers. They are a great team and really work with each other to diagnose the problem. Lastly, the first time I ever called them was for a simple clogged sink, but when I mentioned to Ean a weird smell and bugs coming from another bathroom, he generously offered to crawl under the house and discovered a massive leak for us. Eternally grateful for that!

I needed a plumber after I lost an heirloom earring down the drain. Based on referrals here, I called Make It Drain. Marc came out promptly and did everything he could, but the earring was nowhere to be found. For such a basic job, he had quoted me nothing more than a service call fee. But when push came to shove, he wouldn't take my payment. It wasn't his fault that it couldn't be found - he did the work and then some. Even though I didn't get the earring back, I totally anticipated paying him for his time and effort, but he wasn't having any of that. Compassionate. Local. I'll definitely be calling him again.

It is very cool to find the company that really knows there's stuff of what they do, knowledge, professional, friendly service and most important fair price. Make It Drain plumbing responded quickly to a clogged pipe problem! I was able to get a next day appointment (it was not an urgent issue), and the owner/operator came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was really nice and super-informative. He also discovered and showed me on camera what ultimately caused the clog, which was a poor plumbing job by the previous owner who had put in a sewer line for an ADU. I got a quote to repair that issue as well. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a plumber in the IE!
Ian was a great help at snaking our shower drain and removing unsightly things. I'll hire his company again.

I had lost faith in plumbers after working nearly an year with Helping hand brothers Plumbing Company who tried to trick me into doing a massive repair to my bathroom pipes which was not necessary. Then I found this amazing plumbers on Yelp MAKE IT DRAIN they are professionals who know what they are doing. I was so pleased with their workmanship that I have told my friends, family and now I want to tell everyone. They explain everything in detail, the issue and how to correct it. I called Make It Drain after reading a ton of positivity about their service from my neighbors on the Next Door app and I was not disappointed. My call was returned quickly, Marc and his colleague showed up on time for a Friday afternoon appointment to inspect my hard-to-find-parts-for leaky bathtub faucet. After inspecting it, they said they'd need to call around for the correct part and get back to me with a quote. Marc called back on a Sunday with two options for me so we could get it repaired quickly. I selected the one I wanted and when they showed up with the part to replace, Marc told me they'd gotten it for less than he originally quoted me and passed that savings down to me. Talk about an upstanding business! And to top it off, they even helped clean up the flood in my bathroom when my stupid brother turned the main water back on while they were in the middle of the repair. (Oy.) I'll definitely be calling Make It Drain again for any plumbing needs.

Marc and Make It Drain is Incredible, we have him to Service Our Restaurant, he Does such a Great Job at Fair Pricing and he goes Above and Beyond when it comes to service and getting you back Open for Business. Amazing Plumbing Team! Started searching for plumbers around the area, looked at all different reviews and all I found were amazing reviews from Yelp and from Next-door Neighbor. I showed my fiancé all the reviews and he decided to call them. They came by and gave us a free quote and the next day they were on site fixing the problem. Had a bathtub that was draining super slow. I contacted Make It Drain and set up an appointment for 2 days later.
Ean showed up 10 minutes early and unclogged the drain within minutes.
I liked that I was quoted a flat rat of $109 upfront and that it Ean showed up on time.
I asked Ean about an unrelated noise that my pipes make and he suggested a simple fix that worked like a charm.
I would recommend them.
Ean and Marc were awesome. Showed up on time and did a great job. Hired them to do a main sewer video inspection but they went above and beyond to help inspect some of the plumbing on a house we are trying to close. They had the best price out of 5 other plumbing services that I requested at quote on.
I recently called Make It Drain for 2 other plumbing issues I have had. Since I had such a good experience the first time, I wanted to stick with the company for my new issue. I had Ean come out again and he was able to figure out the problems and gave me advice on what the next steps were. I wish I could give him 10 stars for the excellent customer service I received. My water heater stopped working and they came out as soon as they could they helped me with our Water heater issue. They were completely honest with me regarding the issue and gave me perfect advice. I appreciate honesty and today they showed me that. I definitely have found a plumber I can trust for all my home issues. I will definitely be using them.
Marc and Ean came out to take care of a clogged kitchen waste line. Response was quick, price was fair and these guys were knowledgeable and professional. Great job by the crew. They inspected the damage and knew exactly how to go about fixing it. When they were done the cleanup was great.
I had a clogged toilet, I mean really bad. We got it to stop overflowing, but it still wouldn't flush. I found Make it Drain on Nextdoor, they had many good reviews and comments. I was extremely apprehensive, because I had a really bad experience previously with Rapid Plumbing. Marc and Ean showed up at my house exactly on time. They were pleasant, considerate, tidy and took care of my problem so quickly that I asked them to look at something else, which they also fixed quickly. I highly recommend Make it Drain, and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

From the beginning to the end, Marc from Make It Drain provided me with excellent customer services. I had my bathtub and toilet clogged. I called Marc and came right away to assess and fix the problem. The whole project took roughly 2 -3 hours.
Great job Marc!! Not many companies left that actually care about providing you with such amazing customer service.
Ean is absolutely fantastic and has been to our house a number of times over the years. He's given us great prices and service on bigger jobs like a new water heater. He's given us excellent service for free, fixing smaller issues that needed looking at. He also has been great at looking at issues in the house and talking through bigger plans about how and when we should replace things.
I highly, HIGHLY recommend Make It Drain! It's so nice to actually have someone come to your house that is straight forward, honest, super personable, and does the highest quality work you can trust.

Make It Drain was great! I called them to unclog my kitchen drain, and made an appointment for the next day.
They gave me an hour arrival window (9-10), and arrived right on time. They were very professional, and after checking around the house for a possible clean-out, they came in, inspected the sink & underneath, brought in their tools, and had the water flowing in less than 15 minutes.
Mark & Ean were were professional, very neat & tidy, and did not leave any mess behind.
When I called the day before, I was quoted $99 for the service. They honored their quote without any issue, and didn't try to up-sell any services. In short - no hassles!
If you have a plumbing problem, I HIGHLY recommend Make It Drain. I will be calling them again without hesitation it I need a plumber in the future.
We have been going to Make It Drain for several years now and have been impressed. They are always helpful, honest, fair and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumber.

I've dealt with these guys a couple times now- I'd highly recommend them. They gave us a freebie (no service charge) after retrieving my wife's wedding band from the bathroom sink drain, and they provided effective and affordable service on two subsequent visits (one to deal with water hammer in one of our toilets, and another to deal with a furnace that stopped heating our water). If I have any other plumbing issues, I'd contact these guys again in a heartbeat.
If you're looking for plumbing services, look no further. Ean and Marc are top notch. They really care about you as a customer VS the dollars they can charge you. I called and spoke to Marc in the morning. He listened to my plumbing issues, gave me a possible recommendation and gave me a base price up front. By noon Marc and Ean were at my house. I was blown away at how accommodating they were at such a short notice and very appreciative of their understanding that I was coming from work. After performing the recommended service and reviewing the pipes with the camera, unfortunately it looks like a septic problem. I was very happy with their persistence, honesty and pinpointing the septic access that had since been covered with grass.

We've called on Make it Drain a few times in the last several months and I just have to put this review up because they deserve to have anyone inquiring that you need not look any further. I've called them to both of my grandparents houses (faucet installation and then a main sewer line replacement) and recently my dads for a big leak under the house. They have always been very polite, showed on time and sometimes early, went straight to work, explained clearly what needed to be fixed and did an outstanding job. I'm convinced also that they genuinely love their work, hold customers in high regard and are very honest and even generous on their pricing.
I've had terrifying experiences before with other companies, especially with being way over priced, (actually completely ripped off) but we didn't know any better. Now we have their card on our fridge for life! Thanks again guys!

Had a problem with our water heater and suspected the pilot went out but was not completely sure that was the issue. Make It Drain came (even showed up earlier than expected) and re-lit the pilot. Gave several scenarios if pilot didn't stay on and expected cost of replacing parts. Didn't upsell or manufacture reasons to replace water heater. They came highly recommended from neighbors and I can see why. Solid reputation with ethics and workmanship to match.

Totally awesome! Ean was very responsive via yelp messaging, provided a flat fee quote and worked around my schedule. I tried everything to clear my kitchen sink- baking soda & vinegar, salt, boiling water, green gobler, etc and nothing worked.. Ean started troubleshooting my grease clogged kitchen sink and within minutes was able to clear it by pushing some pressure through the pipes! I was ecstatic that he didn't need to take anything apart. He knows his stuff! Ean is my go to plumber now and I highly recommend him!

Marc came out this morning(Sunday) to unclog my bathroom sink. He is the model of professionalism in his trade. I went with him due to the feedback on Nextdoor App & Yelp. Him and his partner were the best, quick, efficient, friendewly and knowledgeable. They even took the time to answer questions I had re: tankless heater as I am researching the pros/cons before making a decision to convert.
On a scale from 1-10= Make It Drain is a 20!

Had a sudden leak from the water heater that was detected around 9pm. Contacted Make it Drain and received an immediate response. Appointment was set as early as 7am the following day.
Lo and behold, precisely at 7am Marc and Ian rang my doorbell. A quick inspection revealed that the water heater must be replaced. They U-turned the water supply from the heater so my house could have water until the guys came back with a brand new heater.
Important to mention that this was on MLK day, so most shops were closed and supplies were not readily available. Despite this fact, the guys were back at 2pm with a brand new heater and finished the whole replacement procedure within just couple of hours. Pricing was just right too. Nevertheless to mention that Ian was kind enough to fix my leaky toilet bidet too and, he charged nothing additional for it. Impressed.
I am most grateful for this very professional and very quick service. This is by far the most reliable plumbing company I have ever worked with. I now know with certainty who to contact next time I or my friends and acquaintances need plumbing jobs done.

Make it Drain does amazing work! They know what they are talking about and they fit you into their schedule right away. They can handle all things plumbing related and only use the best quality materials when they have to do replacements.
We had our main sewer line from the street back up. They ran a camera and discovered we had major root intrusion and the clay pipe had begun to separate. They dug an 8ft hole down to the problem area, ran a liner through the clay pipe and replaced the connection. We are so thankful to no longer have to worry about our plumbing backing up.
We will be calling Mark and Ean for all of our future plumbing needs. I've never felt more confident in hired contracts. With Covid, I also really appreciated that they wore masks while working all day outside. It made me feel comfortable to have them working on my house during this pandemic. They are excellent to work with!

I was referred to them by my neighbor, as I had water pouring out the back of my house, I called them first thing the next morning and with in a hour Marc and Ean where at my door. I have since called on this crew for a few other house issues. Recently I had a water heater problem sent them a text, Marc called me right away he asked me a few questions and told me what I needed to do for the evening and was at the house the next day,
A quick inspection revealed that the water heater must be replaced and up to code.
This company is very professional, polite and always punctual and I never feel like they up-charger or try to take advantage very reasonable!!

I understand that contractor schedules do not always accommodate my scenario, but at 8:30 a.m. I noticed that my water heater was leaking across the entire garage floor. I called them immediately. They were finishing up another job and told me they be at my house within an hour. (During that time I researched the best brands, pricing and labor costs so that I could make an informed decision about their quote.) They arrived promptly, answered all my questions, quoted very competitively and by 12:30 pm I had a brand new, high quality water heater installed, in a professional manner. They even replaced a small part in a leaky toilet and helped me fill out the registration and extended warranty paperwork on the water heater at no extra cost for the time it took. From beginning to end, all I had to do was call them, open the garage door, point to the water heater and they did the rest - including hauling away my old water heater. I have utilized Marc and Ean in the past for a major sewer lining job and I can now say with confidence, no matter how large or small the job - these are the guys to call. In fact, they are now on my speed dial.

Had a leak in my front yard. Pressure valve regulator busted. Put in a request Monday night and he was here Tuesday morning to get it fixed. Very responsive and reliable great service.
We had one of those dreaded leaks under the driveway where you really have no idea where the water is coming from. Ean was incredible to work with and went above and beyond to not only to find and fix the leak but also helped address some other issues that cropped up as a result of the leak. OUTSTANDING!!! Ean and Marc are real pros. I made an appointment for a new toilet installation to replace my existing toilet, which has a FlushMate power flush unit. They started removing the old toilet and saw that it had a FlushMate unit in the water closet. They suggested that, because of California's low flow requirements, a standard handle flush toilet can be a little sluggish and require a second flush. They told me they would be happy to replace the toilet if I wanted. So, I decided to take their advice instead and cancelled the new installation They were here for about a half hour, and even though I made the appointment for the installation, they wouldn't take my money. That's says a lot about their character.
KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! The next day I called them to retrofit the P-trap in my bathroom sink which dripped from the rusted galvanized pipe threads. Having consulted with a few plumbers no one seemed to have a solution. Marc and Ean came in, put their heads together, and in a matter of minutes figured a way to retrofit the P-trap. It works like a charm. No leaks and easier to snake in the event of a clog.

We had hose leaking that led to our refrigerator and not only did Ean come on a Saturday morning at 6am to help stop the leak, but both Ean and Marc came and fixed the leak the following day - in a way that will prevent future leaks (sadly, unlike the last plumber). This review is for the fabulous customer service from Crystal and for the professionalism we had while working with Ean. This is not an emergency, so we have yet to have Ean come back to repair our drains, but will absolutely do so when it's time. He figured out the problem, told us where to get the necessary parts, then returned to install, realizing there were additional parts we needed. For all of this, we were never charged. Scheduling was super simple and quick, with late afternoon/early evening options available. These guys are great! They came today to install a garbage disposal at my house at a sink that had never had one before. The job only took an hour and everything was immaculate! I have had some really bad experiences with plumbers in the past, but Make it Drain restored my confidence. They charged me a very reasonable, fair price, and walked me through exactly how to use the disposal and how to register it online. They left my house completely clean, and even offered to take out the box the disposal came in. The technician wore his mask his entire time, and followed all Covid safety rules. When I finally gave up trying to clear my kitchen sink drain, I turned to Ean and Marc at Make it Drain. They beat their promised appointment time by over an hour, and quickly cleared my sink because of their vast experience. They could not have been more personal and professional as they went about clearing the drain. They explained what they were going to do before they performed the work. This made me feel very comfortable watching them do the work and getting the results as promised. Any future plumbing issues that I can not clear, Ean and Marc will be my company or choice.

It's hard to find a good plumber (as many of you know). Going with the people who spend the most on advertising and all that isn't the smart way to go. It's usually a recipe for getting ripped off. Quick response, easy to make a appointment and they were punctual. They did the sewer inspection during our escrow process and gave a written report after. They gave a verbal report at the time of inspection and even ran the camera through a second time so that I could see for myself.

Finally found my full time plumber!!! Ean was great to work with, very responsive, very professional and very pleasant to talk with. The pressure valve on my water heater was leaking and after replacing it myself, it still continued to leak so I knew we had to call in some professionals.
My wife called Make It Drain on Monday night and they were able to come out on Tuesday morning at 7:15. They diagnosed the issue to be my pressure regulator on the main line and they were able to fix it quickly within the hour.
They were on time, worked efficiently, friendly and fairly priced. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future but if I do, I will make sure to contact Ean and Marc. Thanks guys!

Ean and Marc are fantastic plumbers who really know their craft. I contacted several plumbers before they came to give me an estimate. When they arrived they assessed my situation as the other plumbers did. However once they checked my main waterline pressure they knew the problem. It needed to be replaced in which I knew too. What made me hire these professionals is that they also checked the water pressure of my neighbors and knew we all have issues but mine was worse than all because i'm 350 feet from the meter. The price charged was beyond fair. I had them do the work and i'm very happy I chose them for my plumbing needs. If you have any plumbing needs and you don't call them first you will be sorry. The most impressive part was their work and I didn't have to pay any fees up front for them to start my job they trusted me and I trusted them they wanted to make sure I was satisfied before I paid for the work. Make It Drain Plumbing to the Rescue
Yes, truly Ean and Marc of Make It Drain Plumbing came to our rescue. Ean and Marc are talented and wonderful young men who exhibit the three P's in abundance: Professionalism, Politeness, and Perseverance.
I first found them through Angie's List and arranged to have them come and re-pipe our whole house with PEX and install a new water heater. Fate prevailed and we had to call them in early to deal with a sudden dire issue that they fixed on our very limited budget and in record time. They arrived on time, left things tidy when finished, were a joy to be around, and are extremely conscientious, helpful, and caring. They are both very sweet. Qualities one does not often run into when having one's home repaired.
I'm probably tripping myself up, broadcasting this and making them busy with new work, but they deserve it, and other folks deserve to have these young men helping them. They do excellent work, provide great workmanship, have years of knowledge in their field, and above all, are ethical. I would not hesitate to hire them again, in a nanosecond, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Wow. Can't say enough great things about our experience with Ian and his team. From the start, communication was prompt and thorough. They were very flexible with our schedule. I came across Make It Drain on yelp and decided to give them a call based on other yelper's reviews. Their initial response time was very quick and I was able to get an appointment within days. Ean and Marc came and took a look at my leaky kitchen sink faucet, and said the faucet needed to be replaced. Once I picked out a new faucet, we scheduled another date for the actual work. They were very punctual of the appointment time and got the work done fairly promptly. A few days after the faucet replacement, I had some issues with the hot water and gave them a call again. They returned to my house and took a look at the issue. They found out that there were some debris stuck in the hot water supply and cleared it out for me for no additional cost.
Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the fair cost for their labor. Ean and Marc were also very helpful with any questions that I had. I would definitely call them in the future again for any plumbing related issues.

My kitchen sink clogged up so I called around to get a few quotes. Make it drain responded quickly and was also very competitive with his price. The owner (Ean ) was really nice and helpful. He showed me every step of what he was doing and gave me information on how to keep my drains from clogging in the future. I was able to get a same day appointment and get my sink back to normal. I would recommend this company 100% to anyone, and they definitely have a permanent future customer.
Had some issues where everything in my bathroom backed up. I called a few plumbers and these guys had the best price. They also had the better equipment. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable (the plumbers I've dealt with prior have not been). The previous plumbers blamed it all on hair and these guys proved that wasn't the case. Now I'm able to have my Landlord cover all repairs.
They were extremely efficient. They kept me updated and was able to show up earlier than original appointment.
They also wore the necessary masks and such during this quarantine.

This is a long over due review for an amazing small business. We have used Make it Drain twice to fix various things around our home. They are punctual, friendly, up front and honest. They have all the qualities that make a business worth a shot!!

My kitchen and bathroom sinks were draining slow, and now they are not!
Ean and Marc came to my house, assessed the situation, and solved the problem. They were punctual, professional and really nice guys.
I was very impressed with the service and highly recommend Make It Drain for your plumbing needs!
Marc & Ean at Make it Drain are as good as it gets. They came by and gave me a FREE estimate - with no commitment. I appreciated their professionalism and urgency. They came by the house, got the work done (broken shower handles in my master bath) and I'm extremely happy! I expect to use them moving forward for my home, and rental properties moving forward.

For starters, they are always on time, in fact are only ever arrive earlier than the agreed upon time. They know exactly what to do and offer solutions at very fair prices. I desperately needed two new toilets. I knew what I wanted and that's exactly what Ean installed. Very professional and excellent work. I have more jobs for him! I just recently relocated to Newbury Park from Las Vegas and am thrilled I found an excellent plumber!
We've used Make it Drain on several occasions over the past 5 years and they have been responsive, prompt, professional and courteous every time. We've been happy with their service whether it was for a major repair (replacing pipes and installing a cleanout) or a minor service call (relighting the pilot on a gas water heater). We will continue to call them when we have a plumbing need and would recommend them to anyone within the service area.
The guys were super professional and cleared out our clogged kitchen drain.
I moved into a house a couple of months ago that had two broken sump pumps a bunch of clogged lines feeding them. Ean worked really, really hard fixing it all. Great guy, great service, highly recommended.

I was referred to Marc and Ean by my daughter's teacher. I'm so happy to have found these guys. I had an issue with my toilet and was able to schedule an appointment ASAP. They gave me a courtesy call reminder and was prompt. Punctuality is priceless...
They both were so pleasant and made me feel comfortable, they are wonderful. I thought I would have to replace my toilet, but they said it was a just simple fix. Seriously, how many plumbing companies do you know that are as honest??? They fixed my toilet and also gave me a quote for the other plumbing issues around the house. Make It Drain is definitely my go to guys for any future plumbing issues!!! If you want HONEST, QUALITY, and RELIABLE service, please call them. Thank me later. :)

Wow just WOW!!! I called these guys because i found them here on yelp! Boy was i glad i called them, first they were clean looking when they arrived, they spoke professional and knew exactly what had to be done ! My sewer was on the verge of collapsing, i knew it was in bad shape because this isn't the first time i had back ups, i called mike diamond out and rescue rooter prior to calling them to get a ruff idea on cost. Both of them were very high like 20k high to install a sewer liner, Marc and Ean did the same job they were gonna for half that! They saved me 10k. Who does that? I'll tell you Make It Drain plumbing does. You guys ROCK! Thank you Thank you !! Use them!! Also there is a company called make it drain plumbing and rooted, please don't make the mistake in calling them i can't speak in them but i can tell you Ean and Marc are in a different league!!!! 844-697-7170 Thank you both for being honest!!!

3 best words to hear - Collapsed Sewer Line. No wait. It sucks. It is the worst. If you've had this happen, or know someone who has, then you know it ain't cheap to fix. Your wallet is going to hurt no matter who you chose so you are going to want to pick the best company with the best people who are going to treat your property like it is their own. Make It Drain is the company you will want to choose. Marc and Ean are both knowledgeable and courteous. They showed up at the appointment time set, scoped the line, walked off & marked the sewer line location in the front yard quickly and efficiently and then gave me a breakdown of the situation (pictures included). No hard sell from the guys - just a concise description of the job, the materials to be used, the process, and then (ouch) the cost. Is what it is. Marc & Ean were available to start 8am the next morning and sure enough at 7:50am they and the team were here and ready to dig in. Their process is as minimally intrusive to the property as possible and they are great about keeping you informed as the work progresses. Long story short - they wrapped up the job quickly & cleanly and the yard barely looks like they were here...and now we have a sewer line that will probably outlive me. Make It Drain will be our go to for any plumbing needs going forward and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

This is a family owned business and I would love to support them. They are really nice and very responsive. Are they a little expensive? Absolutely! But not as compared to like a Rotto Rooter or a Next Gen. They are decent with their prices.
Crystal and Ean are husband and wife team who are owners for this business. They have done a really nice job when it comes to changing pipes, helping with garbage disposals, drain cleaning, drain clogs etc. They even work with crawl space, if your pipes are located in the crawl space area.
Overall they are good people. They are good to talk to and very caring when it comes to customers.
Marc and Ean are fabulous...they are an OUTSTANDING plumbing contractor. I had a mainline backup in one of our bathrooms and they immediately scoped the line, identified the area where clogged and cleared it effectively. They are very honest and trustworthy and give you options that are fair and reasonable. We would seriously use these firms again on major projects requiring plumbing installations.
These guys got to the bottom of the issue very quickly. They were respectful and a pleasure to work with. The pricing was reasonable as well! I highly recommend :)

Called Make It Drain because of the reviews I read. Many of them spoke of the men themselves, not just the sink or tub that now works. I felt confident in calling. Two gentlemen arrived that day, (on time) and fixed my problems. They were extremely well mannered and professional, and by that, I mean that they explained what they were doing, or going to do. They took away the mystery, and to me, that is professional.
We have a new plumber, and that is Make It Drain.

My experience with Marc at Make it Drain was fantastic. We had a problem with leakage under the house that we thought was fixed when we bought the place. Turns out two years later that something wasn't done right and we had wastewater accumulating from the kitchen. Marc from Make it Drain came out on short notice on the weekend to look at the job, and he gave me a great estimate, educated me about the issues, talked me through the process, and had a friendly but no-pressure approach. I had several other companies out to make estimates, and one of the estimates was three times what Marc quoted me!! When we arranged the job it was easy, and Marc and his guys showed up on time, did exactly what he said he'd do, kept everything super clean, took pictures to show me what was going on, and continued to keep me looped in so I understood everything. It was a painless process, done quickly and professionally. I will call them anytime I have plumbing needs!
Great job unclogging three drains in our house today! His prices were better than initially quoted as well. The team was fast, friendly, and put up with our obnoxious barking dogs

Ean at Make-it-Drain Plumbing has done exceptional work for us. His knowledge and expertise is invaluable.
Six years ago when I received a water bill for $1500, he replaced a leaking water main line from the meter to the front of of our house. The original copper line was too thin and ruptured after 5 years.
Several years later, our 'special needs' son developed the bad habit of flushing baby wipes down the toilet. After cleaning out the line several times, Ean recommended we upgrade the sewer lines. The old(1958) galvanized pipes and clay sewer line had rough edges inside that catch the wipes and clog the lines. We replaced 110 feet of clay pipe and a couple hundred more feet of galvanized pipes with P.V.C. lines and haven't had any issues since.
He's our first call for all maintenance issues at our house. His network of contractors is excellent.
We are eternally greatful to Ean for all his hard work.
We estimate he has saved us more than $10K over the years. It's good to know we have a seasoned veteran who can handle any issue. We recommend him to all our friends and family.

These guys, Marc and Ean absolutely rock. They helped me discover a leak, identified that my water pressure was too high (which likely caused the leak) and since then I have used them for many other small issues around the house. They are reliable, they answer the phone, get back to you, and are super knowledgeable. I never felt that I got ripped off, their prices are very reasonable. I would 100% recommend this company; so happy I found them.
Class act and highly recommended! Had a couple of lingering plumbing issues at home and had run out of DIY ideas. Ean and his crew came at time that was convenient for my schedule, cleaned up the mess I had made and quickly got the leaks fixed and put in two new faucets. Absolutely no upsells. Ean was great to work with, responsive and upfront about availability and pricing, showed up on time, was courteous and wore protective gear (mask, gloves, booties) to put us at ease without us even asking. Finished the job quickly (deep clogged bathroom drain that was backing up into our sinks) and cleaned up the mess too...the most professional service call we've seen and would absolute recommend him to friends and use him again for our home plumbing repairs! Super courteous, beat every other plumbing estimate (we got 4) by $20-140, and nice guy as well.

We called this company yesterday for a clooged bathroom sink drain, The staff was nice over the phone and even called us an hour earlier before our appointment time that there guy was on the way to our place.
Sure enough the plumber arrived and his name is Ean Brunelle,
Let me first begin how courteous and respectful this person is. He asked us what's the problem was and went ahead to take a look. After that he went back to his van and get his gears. I knew then that he know exactly what to do and how to ge it done the professional way.
After a few minutes All I can say was Wow he's the man, He did it and even told us that if for any reasons it gets clogged again just give him call. Now that's what I called a Total Customer Satisfaction.
We can not Thank You enough for words to Mr. Ean Brunnelle. This review is intented for his ability and skill workmanship.
