Had a company with a 49.99 dollar promo come out to unclog a kitchen drain. They tried to snake it, and ended up quoting me 1800 to hydroscale the drain. Can anyone say scam?? I figured I give Kevin a call since he previously replaced the water pressure regulator and some piping.

I had a possible leak in my sprinkler system and wanted to get a second opinion. Kevin came over and was very efficient in isolating any possible problems. Turns out that my system was fine no leaks but Kevin took his time and investigated all possibilities.  He checked all of my toilets checked the sprinkler valve and he checked the auto pool fill valve.  I was very impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he did as much as he did at no charge. It's just as they said on the website that they will give you a professional Consultation at no charge. he didn't have to pull out the leak detection system so that saved me some money. I reached out to Kevin regarding a malfunctioning water heater. He walked me through what to look for, reviewed my photos, offered suggestions, and advised me on next steps (e.g. what to ask the manufacturer).

Even though we decided to go directly with the manufacturer's partner technician (their parts aren't widely available), Kevin was kind and generous with his time & advice both over the phone and via text (even though it was clear that we may not be using his services), which I think speaks to him as a person and the quality of his business. There was zero pressuring of services or annoyance at my many questions; just kind help. :)

We recently hired Kevin, whom we found on Yelp, to help us with our kitchen cabinet project. He proved to be a professional, friendly, fast, and communicative plumber. Kevin did an excellent job at a good price, and we are happy with his work. We highly recommend him if you need assistance with kitchen sink-related tasks such as lowering the gas outlet, connecting the waterline to the sink and faucet, reconnecting the RO system, and hooking up the kitchen sink drains and garbage disposal.

Called Kevin up for a quote, came the next day. He's very honest, factual and provides very competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend him for anyone that needs their plumbing taken care of.

Kevin helped replace an 11 year old Bradford White water heater for us that had a pilot light that would not stay lit longer than a day. The water heater closet is located outside in the back of our townhome. The closet door wasn't flush with the ground; rather, the door was about 10 off the ground which made accessing the panel to the burner assembly difficult (if not impossible, without removing the heater). He installed a brand new Bradford White and customized a stand to allow the assembly to be serviced more easily (e.g. flushing the heater should be a piece of cake now). Kevin was super communicative and super cool. His pricing was competitive, particularly since he was installing a Bradford and not a cheaper Rheem. Installation took a couple of hours and they were very respectful of the property. Would highly recommend KP plumbing - Kevin is our guy now.  Thank you very much!!

Kevin was absolutely amazing in responding to a water pipe burst within the ceiling in our downstairs bathroom.  He came within an hour after contacting him and immediately went to work to find the problem.  He was completely transparent, explained to us his assessment of the situation, checked very thoroughly for any and all possible causes, and explained to us the possible work to be done... he was even courteous as to wear shoe covering even before entering the house, and was always making sure we understood the potential issue and the problems, and how he was going to fix the burst.  He even showed me the leak, along with the damage within the walls, and where the affected water damages were.  He gave us an estimate, and true to his word, he not only met our expectations but exceeded it.  The leaking pipe was in a tight space with only about 9-12 clearance, but Kevin managed to do the job using quality parts... which I totally appreciated and he thoroughly explained the difference between the different levels of quality parts.  In the end, he even lowered the final cost by a tad based on the amount of time he spent on the project, and the prospects of us using his services in the future.  Just a stand up guy and company, and moreover, honest and true to his word.  He really took care of our situation, and if you're looking for a great plumber, I'd highly recommend them!

Once I discovered a slab leak, I called several companies on repipe quotes. After I tried a few reroutes to avoid a huge repipe project for a house with 4 full bathrooms to deal with, repipe became the only solution left.

What I like about Kevin is he is very professional. He has all the proper documentation organized so that I could even get Home Owner's Insurance discount on my premiums. His ideas on the best way to do the repipe were very good and creative compared to others. His prices are very fair and I really like the fact that drywall and texturing post the repipe is also part of the quote.

His team completed the whole repipe in one day as promised and patched everything back up the next day. I don't think it could get any more hassle free.

Absolutely amazing service. Kevin came by to assess the issue same-day that I requested, and he was immediately able to identify where the ceiling leak was originating with his thermal imaging device free of charge. He gave me a quick tip for immediate mitigation and a rough low/high price estimate. I scheduled a future appointment for him to actually come and fix the issue, and on the day of the appointment Kevin promptly fixed the issue while being completely transparent and informative about everything that was going on. ).

Upon work completion, I was charged at the lowest price that he had estimated. With my new understanding of how everything works and this leak fixed I probably won't need to call him back anytime soon, but I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone who has a plumbing or leak issue.

I discovered a water leak under my floor in my kitchen, I called KP Plumbing based solely on the reviews I read through Yelp.  He kept in touch with me by text and came out the same day which was very much appreciated!  Using his leak detection equipment he was able to uncover that it wasn't a slab leak (thank goodness) and he also checked all plumbing fittings for leaks. He didn't end up doing any work for me as the source of the leak is still unknown and most likely not a plumbing issue, but he did provide valuable diagnostics and advice.   For sure I'm calling him if I ever need a plumber again!

Kevin, Robert and James did great job locating the route of leaky pipe.  It took some misses and drywall cutouts but found the manifold. It was at least expected location due its crazy routing under the post-tension slab. Repair was quick with the PEX pipe bypassing leaky pipe portion. Very fair price for their time spent at my home and their combined experience and expertise.

This review is way overdue, as things have been pretty hectic during COVID-19.

I first started requesting for quotes for a complete home repipe several months ago, but only in the last few months did my family and I agree to in-person consultations. I think we initially got quotes from 3 or 4 different plumbing companies, all in different price ranges. Our residence is fairly old (built in the late 70s), and is in need of many renovations. The replacement of water pipes was definitely top of the list though.. We had so many leaks (a slab leak and one particular pipe that was 'repaired' 3 times). It was just a mess. We were leaning towards one plumbing company, but I wanted to ask for one more consultation. Am I glad I decided to contact KP Plumbing!

Kevin was awesome with accommodating our consultation, and kept in frequent communication with me. He answered all of my questions very patiently, and was very flexible and affordable. His team is very friendly, professional, careful, and tidy as one can be when doing a job like this. The project took a grand total of two days: one day to replace the pipes, and one day to patch the holes. He updated me on the progression of the project, since I was working and unable to take the days off. We have not had any problems since the repipe was completed back in June, and our water bill is the lowest I've ever seen it since moving in back in 2004. I'm so grateful to Kevin and his team for helping us out with our needs. Definitely a trustworthy plumber, and will be giving him a call for any future needs!

About a month ago our water heater wouldn't stay on. I had to relight it more than 5 times a day. We called a few plumbers for quotes on getting it replaced and Kevin was one of them. After talking to Kevin, I knew he was the plumber to go with. He was clear, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. He was able to fit us in to his busy schedule and replace my water heater the next day! I was away on business when my grandma called me saying that she had a leak in the front of her house, first plumber I thought of was mike diamond so I called them, it was a bad idea, she said he was very rude and didn't laugh at her jokes! I got a ridiculous estimate as well. I knew this type of work shouldn't have costed so much. So I yelped someone local and KP was the closest with great pictures and reviews, I gave him a call and was surprised when he answered I knew it was him because I asked a few questions only a plumber would have known. Called Kevin after 1st plumber failed to fix the leak in the kitchen.  Office staff kept me up to date of his arrival time (he was on time).  Once he arrived, Kevin was able to diagnose the problem and cap the leak within 2 hrs.  He was professional and friendly.  Prices are very reasonable.  Call KP Plumbing first before calling anyone else!

I looked online for a plumber and ran across KP Plumbing and boy was I lucky I choose this company. The owner himself came out the same day I called. I had an upstairs leak in the bathroom which Kevin (the owner) diagnosed and fixed. Much to my amazement not only was Kevin professional and courteous he was spot on with his diagnosis but just to be sure everything was OK he ask me to let the bathroom air out and the floor to dry out for 5 days which I did. Everything is still working fine. Did I mention without any leaks of course. The fix was so easy for Kevin that he didn't even charge me. Boy was that a pleasant surprise. After finishing up in the bathroom and on his way out I ask him about my water pressure regulator which he quoted me a great price and he said he could change it out which would take about 1/2 hour so he did and when he finished he left everything clean and working fine.  I highly recommend KP Plumbing because they do great work. Our Kraus faucet needed a replacement cartridge and, for the life of me, I wasn't able to remove the top cylinder to access the old parts. WD-40, a wrench, I tried everything...Called Kevin today, and BOOM done in less than 20 minutes. He went out of his way to come by same day, and was extremely professional, efficient, courteous, informative and helpful.

Great experience with Kevin coming by and fixing a busted hot water pipe. Had someone else come by at first but they quoted a pretty ridiculous price just for the leak detection and left a mess. Kevin came by right after I called and used his cool thermal vision gun to find where the leak was coming from. Gave me a free estimate with options depending on how the job went. He was on time and finished the job much faster than expected and also ended up being the cheaper option. He even cleaned up the last guy's mess up free of charge. We were on vacation & once came home heard Heavy water flowing in the walls. My husband could not find the leak within the house or garage, so he shut the main water off while I tried to get a plumber out . This was a Saturday & I called (5) other plumbers that would either not call me back or tell me to make an appointment to come out. I found Kevin on Yelp & called him & he fit us in his schedule - still Saturday, & gave us a Free estimate at home . There are plumbers and then there are detectives disguised as plumbers. I suffered two mysterious plumbing issues at two different houses within the last month, and Kevin showed up, figured them out, and fixed them. He knew immediately what was causing the low water pressure in the shower and why sprinkler system on the front lawn wouldn't calm down. This man knows his mains, drains, and valves and won't take advantage of that fact that you don't know your way around a garden hose. Very professional company and friendly service to boot.

Kevin was amazing. He came out on a Saturday and found a factory defect in our toilets that had been there for years that finally gave way. He worked hard and got us up and running in no time.

I had a leak somewhere in my irrigation but I couldn't locate where exactly.  Kevin was very easy to communicate with and schedule.  I got a text that he was on his way and it even had live tracking showing how far away he was and provided an ETA.  

He was very knowledgeable and explained what he would do to locate the leak and provided options I had concerning future issues.  He was able to isolate where the leak was and instead of looking for an opportunity to make quick/easy money, he advised me to have my Gardner or an irrigation company do the work as it would be less expensive.  He volunteered to do the work, but it was very kind of him to recommend a cheaper alternative.  He explained how I would benefit from a pressure regulator for my irrigation system and quoted me a price, he also advised me that if I were to go with another company or my Gardner, to ensure that it didn't cost above a certain amount.  My entire interaction with him was exceptional from start to finish.  You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work/business.  

For the level of customer service, experience, knowledge, and results, his pricing is extremely reasonable.  

I could tell he was looking for avenues to save me money.  At the same time he recommended work that would be beneficial in the long term so I wasn't throwing money to put a band aid as a temporary fix.  He was never pushy or gave the impression he was trying to upsell me for something I didn't need.  

He is quick to share important information and tips with you especially if it's something you can handle in the future.  He explained every step he was taking and helped me understand what the tools he was using were showing.  Never once did I feel left in the dark or that I was unsure of what was going on.  

FYI.  He does have the special equipment for leak detection (probe and listening device).  With his listening device, he can hear my music, tv, and talking that was happening in the house.  So if you fart I'm sure he can hear it.  Haha  Most irrigation specialists I contacted when I was initially looking to schedule this work did not have the right equipment.

Kevin came to my house tonight and check to see if there is  a leaking in my shower pan. He is polite, honest and  knows his work very well.  He found out there is no leaking in my shower pan.  The tiny hole I found on the shower pan is not a leaking hole but a small chip of fiberglass.  He patiently gave me good advices even though I don't need to pay him a repair fee.   Thanks Kevin for your help and expertise.  No wonder you earned all  5 star reviews!

A great honest plumber. A friend of mine used him for some plumbing work and she wanted my opinion on what he did. I have some experience in plumbing and the work he did was on point. I had a leak recently in a bathroom ceiling and i remembered his work at my friends house. I called Kevin and he was able to squeeze me in the following day. He was able to locate leak and fix it with minimum drywall damage. His prices are very reasonable. I would recommend KP Plumbing to any of my friends or family.

We had 3 separate slab leaks in different parts of our house over several months last year. Kevin came each time and fixed them promptly. I was quite pleased with his work and his professionalism. He is easy to talk to and very willing to explain what he is doing and why. After the third leak he told us it would be best to repipe. He explained what it was and how it would be done so i would know what to expect. He gathered his workers together and the job was exactly like he said. There were no surprises. He did great work. I consider myself to be a DIY kind of homeowner and installed three new toilets. But on the third install, the supply valve has a small leak which grew bigger after I used a dremmel to saw off the copper ring.
Luckily I got a hold of Kevin, he fixed the leak by soldering the tubing and install the supply valve. Since he's here already I asked him if he can install two bathroom faucets which he did at a reasonable rate.

After getting a runaround with a couple other local plumbers, I was hoping that Kevin would be the one; I'm so glad he was !

We were having our kitchen remodeled and needed someone to do the plumbing after the countertop guys got done with their part. Our schedule was tight and needed to have someone come in on a Sunday, right after the guys got done to set up plumbing and install the new dishwasher for us.

The communication with Kevin was outstanding from the onset. There was no beating around the bush, no frivolous talk and most importantly, no bait and switch. I sent him pictures of what the kitchen looked like at that moment, and he quoted me a max price for his work.

The price was more than reasonable and with Kevin being local, it was a no brainer.

From this point on, it was only a matter of communicating how the previous work was going and setting expectations with him of any possible delays on our side that might affect him. This was the part that impressed me the most. He was thorough in his follow-ups and let me know what I would need to procure before he got there, so that he did not hit any snags.

Kevin showed up on time, was immaculate in his craftsmanship and got everything done on schedule.  His pipe setup looks like an artwork and it's a shame that it's under the kitchen sink where very few people will be able to see it. He left us more than satisfied with the quality of his work.

Overall, being the sole person doing everything; the scheduling, communication and work, I was impressed by how efficiently Kevin runs his business, his honesty and the quality of his work.

We called I love sewers first. They charged $675 just for leak detection. We decided to get second opinion and found kevin. He came and provided leak detection for free. He was a lot more thorough and found 2nd leak spot. Kevin is unlike other plumbers. He is detail oriented, thorough, honest, and much reasonable priced versus I Love Sewers. I've never been quite this enthusiastic about a plumber.  But dammit, it's hard to find a great plumber!

Like most, I don't know who to trust for estimates, and  want them immediately.   For one of the more mundane tasks -- clearing a blocked drain in second floor bathroom --the first plumber snaked  about 50 feet through twists and turns of house but couldn't find the block.  He was embarrassed and didn't charge me.    When Kevin came,  his snake got a nibble at the 80 foot mark, and I watched in awe as pulled out a hellish clump of mystery horror (black gold) as if reeling in a deep sea marlin.  Problem solved.  

Ditto with a 2nd floor shower leaking onto 1st floor.  Two separate companies came, their alleged solutions completely contradictory.  Both declined to go forward.  Too big a job.  (translation: I haven't a clue)

Kevin quickly found the specific source of the leak, installed new shower pan and drain parts.   Problem solved.  Another call brought him to install new faucets on a bathroom pedestal sink.    I respond to effective problem solving,  pride in work, and basic decency.  Kevin is all that -- and reasonably priced.  

I don't know what happened to Kevin growing up, but it produced the oxymoron of a plumbing genius.  You will not go wrong with this guy.

p.s. He also has the most geeked-out van I've ever seen.  Major cabinetry and organization of parts, extensive LED lighting.  I wanted to stay overnight in it.

I have lived in my house for over 8 years and have been looking for a good plumber every since I moved in. I have been through at least 6 to 7 plumbers and either they are too costly or have only done an average job at best. I have FINALLY found my plumber. Kevin was honest, inexpensive and did a tremendous job.

I previously called a larger plumbling company for an estimate, and they were going to charge me over $7,000. Kevin was going to do the exact same job for over $3,000. After examing the problem, he found a $200 short cut that would at least band aid the problem for 6-12 months while I saved up for the $3,000. Friendly, personable, professional. The guys were competent, efficient, and worked fast. They handled requests with the greatest of ease and had great suggestions for when I didn't know exactly what I wanted. This was a last minute installation of an electric water heater. They praised my purchases on the water heater as well as the supplementary attachments that I purchased and installed them as well. The only thing they didn't handle was the electric portion of the job, which is understandable, they are plumbers not electricians. They did have a recommendation on a sparky, whom I hired. Overall the job was well done, I kept their info and I will be calling them back for other projects. I wish I knew that I could have hired my own plumber for my pool install. I would have chosen these guys over the bumble heads the pool company sent.

Just two days after we closed on our new home, my husband and I discovered that the main water shutoff to our home was broken. We sent a message to Kevin on Yelp and he responded within an hour (even though he was actually on vacation!) to schedule an in-person consultation and quote a few days later. Kevin and his team was recommended by a coworker that was happy with his work to repipe an entire house. i had a hot water leak under my foundation and he came out, took the time to go over everything, was patient, knowledgeable and offered a reasonably priced fix. i'm happy with the work they did and will definitely recommend.

I called my Homeowners insurance to fix our leaking bathroom sink. Due to our customized French sink, the plumber said he will not he able to fix it and the insurance will not cover it. I called Kevin, he came the same day, give me an estimate and  the following day, he came and fix it and was done within 30 minutes. He also fix my clogged shower for free. There was a leak developing under my carpet, so I called in a homeowner's claim and was directed to find a plumber to stop or find the origin of the leak. I communicated with the owner, Kevin, who was very responsive.
Due to scheduling Kevin and I were unable to coordinate for about a day, but he was available prior to that.
When he came out and assessed the location of the air conditioner in relation to the leak, he was able to diagnose the problem. Not only did he diagnose the issue correctly (leak has dried up), but he also rectified the problem at no cost.
I appreciate that Kevin could have come up with a price for the resolution of my issue or even for the house call, but he didn't. I think that demonstrates a class act. If nothing else, he has a customer in the future.

In conjunction with my water mitigation project, I was looking for a plumber that can not only fix our leak, but also fix our bathtub since our inspector failed to realize that our waste and overflow pipe was never connected to the bathtub. It was hard to look for a plumber because the prior we dealt with had 5 stars on yelp but ultimately screwed us over. Thankfully, we met Kevin.

Kevin came out for an inspection and immediately I noticed how passionate he was about plumbing. You can tell he was a quality plumber when he started to teach me what he would do and why he would do it this way. He never talked bad about any competitors and most importantly, he knew his worth. He mentioned that he wasn't your cheapest plumber, but after considering the horrible mess we experienced from the prior plumber and the fact that our home is our investment, we considered this option. In a nutshell, he recommended that we opt in for a full Repipe and Redrain of the house. Now this was going to be a HUGE project and you could only imagine what a pretty penny this was going to be, however, looking back after project completion, we were glad we took the leap of faith.

The process was as follows: 1st 3 days were from a different contractor that demo'd all of the necessary tile and slab concrete to access the drains. Then his buddies from JetSetters drains came in and helped remove all of the old rusted galvanized drains. Following the removal, the team installed new Poly SDR pipes where needed then repoured the concrete. After the drains were installed, he followed up with a 2 day repipe in which all the old copper in the home were replace with Uponor Pex (industry leading standard). While this was taking place, he also was able to redo our water main and shutoff valve.

Overall, the project was a huge success and I can sleep happily knowing that our plumbing system and drains will not cause us any issues for the next 50+ years. I am so glad we met Kevin and his team. He not only is trustworthy, but knowledgable, humble, funny, communicative, and patient. He is our forever plumber and hope he can be yours too.

We hired Kevin to reroute a drain line and convert the plumbing from a bathtub to a stand-up shower in our in-law suite a few weeks ago. Kevin was fantastic!

Kevin is a great guy who responded to our request for quote through Yelp. What else can I say but the reviews here are absolutely on point. We had a pipe burst and cause water damage at our house and even though dealing with the insurance was a slow process Kevin was there to help and guide us. The repiping that Kevin did to the house was great and and his team did an excellent job.

Had a little emergency with my garbage disposal. Lucky for me Kevin had an opening in the afternoon.  He replaced the garbage disposal in no time!  I was expecting to pay an emergency rate, but that wasn't the case at all. I had a slab leak in my home that started to get worse. I called KP Plumbing and spoke to Kevin. He came over the same day and diagnosed the issue. He was upfront on the options available to remedy the problem. I decided to do a full replacement of the water lines in the house rather than doing a partial replacement. After agreeing on the terms, he wrote a contract and went over it with me line-by-line before we both signed. He answered all the questions I had about the work to be done. The job took two days with the second day devoted to patching up the stucco and drywall. Disruption to our daily lives was kept to a minimum and we had running hot and cold water at the end of the first day. Very happy with the job. Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous and also a pleasure to work it. I would use his services again if the need arises.

I would HIGHLY recommend KP Plumbing.  Kevin has done work for me at my rentals several times.  He goes above and beyond to work around my schedule.  Because it is my rental, I am not there on the property. Kevin  is VERY communicative on his progressof any job I have sent him to do.  He has always contacted me to let me know what the issue is and asks me if I want him to continue on the job. KP came to house and located slab leak. Told that cost of detection would be absorbed into total cost of repair, if selected.
Scope of work was to cut small window in wall of adjacent wet-bar for access to cold water line that will be divided, one end to be capped and the other end would be joined to Pex A tubing, routed up through wall into attic (one story house), across a horizontal distance of approximately 25', then joined to copper tubing down the outside of kitchen wall and then through wall to adjacent sink cold water line, completing the by-pass. The estimated price came in the middle of two other bids which would also include in-wall tunneling and subsequent patching (no outside copper tubing but more work and more holes in the wall).
KP was selected and arrived on appointed day with assistant and second plumber. Pulled inspection panel inside closet open to see cutout in house's slab (far from leak area), saw partially corroded drain pipe from bath tub, 'that will need fixing', a separate job (nothing to do with the original water leak). Window was cut into wall of wet-bar, cold water line isolated, cut and one end capped  as planned. Assistant plumber sent to work under sink to replace and install new angle valve, while the licensed plumbers spent most of the time in discussions out of earshot. After two hours, announcement was made that 'its done'. How? Plumber's Ninja Trick!
This was how the by-pass was achieved. There is an existing copper cold water line running from the main line, outside the house, into the kitchen for drinking water filtration equipment that sat next to the sink. The plumber just replaced the angle valve, disconnect the plastic tubing from the filter and connect the cold water flex line of the faucet to the angle valve. Done. No running Pex line into the attic, no cutting holes in the wall (other than the initial one in the wet-bar), no patching, less work for the plumbers. What is there not to like?
The adjusted bill was $850. Detection $175, material $50 (angle valve and one pipe cap) and $625 labor. This was presented after completion, no information as to the change of plan or the cost before proceeding. Most people would hesitate to pay such price for the amount of work required and would likely sought other bids. Was this discussed with KP? Yes, and the answer was 'That's our price'!
Yes, KP could have gone ahead with the original repipe plan and we would have been happy to pay the estimated cost, not knowing the alternative. What is the likelihood that some knowledgeable friend would find out and informed us of it at a later date?
Should an experienced plumber not be aware of the cheaper alternative presence? Should he not want to save his customer's money and be paid fairly for the actual work or should he be more concerned with maximizing his profit at the customer's expense? These are question of ethics.

People on my Facebook know for a week I've been stressing about a slab leak and the possibility of having my place ripped to pieces. I also feared for my neurotic cat who would freak going through such a major disruption so I got some cat tranquilizers to be prepared. The tranquilizers worked great and I was happy. As for the cat they did not do a thing. These guys were amazing. An army of people showed up. I discussed my fears of days of disruptions and holes in the ceiling and walls and possibly no water for days.  I was immediately put at ease with a little information how the process works and what would be involved. High tech equipment was used plus one technique that surprised me that found the problem within minutes. Then the stunner. I was told the job would be completed in a couple of hours. When you have a slab leak it typically takes two days or more not two hours to fix. You can Google me on that. Another fear I have when calling a plumber, electrician, or contractor is from experience I've been put through the upsell treatment and once fell for it, spent thousands, and was ripped off. None of that here for the first time since owning my place. There were a couple of suggestions for the future but no selling. Fair price, very nice guys, and politely tolerated a neurotic on his third cat tranquilier until the job was completed. BTW, total time? Under two hours.

Good job Kevin  Kevin rescued me from an overnight dripping leaks, above the sink in the kitchen ceiling today. He is a referral from my neighbor next door. Kevin quickly detected the leaks by a handhold equipment. He was very positive and pointed out the area that needed to be cut out from the ceiling.  He showed me the pinhole on the copper pipe sprayed all over the drywall and insulation. Kevin quickly cut out the 1 broken pipe and replaced with a copper connector, secured with a $ 2,500 worth of a special tool.  Let the 10 x 10 opening dry out for a few days before patch the dry wall by a handyman.  I am impressed by the text notification from Kevin's office that he is on the way to my home. Very skilled, professional and honest. I requested a quote for a garbage disposal change and to snake the drain attached to the garbage disposal since it seemed clogged.

When Kevin got here, he saw that the pipes and fittings we're in terrible condition (since nothing had been changed in 20+ years). He said he would still honor the same price.

Kevin and his business deserves 10 stars. We had just moved into our new home and the day we finished renovating our kitchen .. I ran the dishwasher and started doing the dishes when we started hearing a pipe leak from downstairs. We were assigned a plumbing company with 1.5 stars through our home warranty company and decided we didn't want to take the risk and so I contacted 20+ plumbing companies. We are so grateful we decided to work with KP Plumbing. Kevin was quick to respond, super quick to come out, and very honest. He will be my go-to guy for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I had wet carpet in my hallway. It was only in the center of hallway. Kevin arrived when promised (same day I called). He immediately got on the job. I had thought it was a slab leak from a drain. Kevin was so enthusiastic, it was a joy to see him do his stuff. He located the leak, in a wall in a bathroom. Why it didn't present itself in the bathroom is a mystery to me. My water heater stopped working on a Sunday. The pilot light and burner would not stay lit. No hot water in winter days! Ouch!  I called a couple plumbers the next day and they were so busy and could not see to my problem until the next day!? I called KP Plumbing as they were local to my city.  Kevin, the owner, was also busy that day, but he still came to my house to take a look. He gave me the time he would be there after his other job.  I was patient and Kevin came by to check on the problem.  My thermostat stopped working and I had to order a new one.  I had to wait a couple more days for the warranty part, but Kevin was true to his word and came back  as soon as I got it.  He quickly installed it.. the thermostat worked, but something else was wrong.  Kevin was knowledgeable about the problem and fixed a leak that caused the heater to stop.  Kevin is honest, prompt, and reliable, and most importantly, has great communication with you throughout the process. I can rely on him for future plumbing needs.

Kevin is an honest specialist in the plumbing and leak detection industry. He provides sound advice and completes the job in a professional, efficient, and accurate manner. He is extremely reasonable and honest on pricing, which I believe is a rare trait at times. I will surely work with him again and I highly recommend him to our community!

I hired this company to do a plumbing job on my leaking faucets and it stopped for a few days but afterwards it kept leaking and I had to replace the carpet afterwards which was a bigger financial cost to me. I wish they would have done their job correctly. I wouldn't recommend them again

Nothing but good things to say about KP Plumbing! 1st of all, the owner Kevin responded to my inquiry within the hour.  To save me time and money, he gave me some quick advice before coming out.  Compared to other plumbers I reached out to, he seemed experienced and knowledgeable, and I've only described the leak problem to him via messages.  He was also very clear on how much the service call is and what it'd entail.  

He fitted me into his schedule the very next day.  He was responsive and on time.  He determined the leak and gave me some sound options with the next step.  

Overall, the service was excellent, Kevin went above and beyond, exceeded my expectation.  He was honest and genuine.  He also seemed very passionate about his work.  Definitely my go-to plumber in the future!

Called in to get a quote to come in at the office I work at and came sooner than expected which was great. Helped fix our office toilet in minutes which was great! Definitely will call again if our office is in need of plumbing or if I need to call a plumber at home. Thank you!

Awesome service with Kevin @ KP Plumbing.  Kevin was very thorough and provided me with options when it came to my slab leak.  With Kevin's guidance, I was able to move forward with a permanent solution by repiping my entire house at a great price.  I was amazed that they were able to repipe the entire house on Day 1 and patched the holes on Day 2.   Overall, fantastic service!  Thank you Kevin and team for all your hard work!

Call Kenvin back for another issue with the sewer pipe that is blocked by the tree roots.  Kevin clear the sewer and put a liner in to prevent the root from blocking the sewer.  Also, he put another cleanout in the sewer as per the code.  He is very easy to communicate with and explains exactly what he is going to do and there is no surprise at the end of the day.

Kevin is amazing and super easy to work with. I had called Kevin for helps a few times in the past 6 months. And most recently, he and his crew did a wonderful job repiping my house. Thank you Kevin! My search for a reliable plumber is over. Kevin is the to go person for all plumbing issues!
