John was awesome. We got him for our shower and the wax ring on one of our toilets. I got a same day appointment. He was on and out in an hour. He is super nice...very personable. I will definitely call him again for service. I have him in speed dial cuz u never know.

I was recommended to Christian from my insurance company. He came same day when I had a leak in my ceiling. He was prompt and was very helpful in explaining the situation to me. I will definitely use him again if I need future plumbing jobs. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work in the oc area!

I had a leaky main valve and went on Yelp to find quotes.  FIRST CLASS responded right away, sent a technician within the hour to give me an accurate quote. They gave the best quote of them all (sent pics to others) not including a military discount that I got. My leaky valve was fixed brand new that night. It was absolute first class service. I plan to go back to them again for my plumbing troubles.

Dustin was a life saver. I had a fall out with Valley Plumbing in Palm Springs area, and was left in a bind with no toilet, no dishwasher, no clothes washer...and Dustin saved the day.  

He was punctual, communicative and pricing was very fair.  

I've got him on my call list now and look forward to using his services again.

I had no hot water . I phoned Bernals pluming and they came out today. He actually relit my pilot. But warned me that it may go out any time again.
They are very friendly, knowledgeable, on time and he gave me an honest quote for a new water heater. I will definitely call him again for my plumbing needs.

I bought a toilet from Home Depot and tried to use their install service but they did not have any installers in my area. So I went to the Yelp project app and received a response from this company within 10 minutes (even thought it was after hours).

The owner, George, was responsive, clear and upfront about all costs. None of this $100 to come to your house to inspect and then we will guess at the price. They had set pricing for toilet swaps.

He had an appointment for the next morning and also offered to have his guys pick up the toilet from the store.

The next morning he followed up with the schedule (it was raining so his guys hit traffic) and shortly afterward two of his plumbers were at my door.

They were friendly and efficient. They talked me through each step of the replacement and install.

I was really happy with their service and while they were here, also had them quote a water heater and regulator.

Martin was great! We had a bit of an emergency on Saturday that required us to turn off all water, but other people said they couldn't help until Monday! Martin said he could take care of us soon, showed up within the timeframe he quoted, and took care of the problem quickly and effectively. On top of that, he was very polite and respectful throughout the whole process.

We made a good decision when we hired and worked with Handyman Bob George this week. He worked at our home and repaired the kitchen fan light electrical system, the doors to and from the garage, and the ladder to garage attic.  Bob was very professional and is an expert in his field while providing the top level customer service.  We recommend Handyman Bob George.

Awesome customer service. Joseph worked with me to find least expensive route to fix my broken diverter for the tub/shower. His staff are courteous and professional. Response time was terrific. Will definitely be my plumber of choice from now on.

After purchasing our home we were having issues getting our washer/dryer installed properly. It had become a frustrating process because Home Depot came a few times and left every time with some excuse as to what part/piece we were missing. We kept buying parts because we wanted to ensure we had everything but it was never quite enough. We were losing our sanity so my husband googled away and found Pro Appliance and I am so glad he did. They responded instantly, gave us a quote and were at our house within a day. They came and told us that they could easily do the job. We were in fact missing another part but they quickly went to Ace Hardware and got the part came back and installed it all within a few hours.

I would also like to mention that they were extremely clean, professional and wore their masks the entire time. They went above and beyond and for that I cannot recommend them enough.

We are buying our first house and realized it would be a good idea to get a sewer video inspection done before closing. We called Sean because he had great reviews and were not disappointed. He arrived early and was ready to get to work. He spent the next hour doing a thorough inspection of our future home's pipes/sewer system, letting us know what areas are in need of repair/replacement and how the system is flowing. At the end, we knew where the sewer clean out was, where all the pipes go and what we need to do to make sure there isn't a break down the line. He was also really informative and helpful about a few questions we had relating to hooking up an RV in the future. Just a few hours after completing the inspection, we were sent a full report, pictures and video documentation of his findings. Thank you so much for your professional, expedient work. Found Efficient Plumbing on Yelp and sure glad we did. Mark was able to squeeze us in for a shower valve repair, and with 4 added family members visiting it was necessary to have quick service. Mark was prompt and very efficient and did us a great job. Do Not hesitate to contact Mark and Efficient Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

As of right now, the service is terrible. Isaac said he'd be at my home by 4pm. He then tried to talk me out of their service by saying that there are other less expensive companies. Huh??? I think he just wanted to have the night off. Soon after, Isaac texts me and says he'll be there between 4 and 6. After a couple hours, Isaac texts me and says that he can't come because I didn't call him within two hours. Huh??? I then call two more times before a lady calls me at 7pm saying they are too busy helping other customers and won't be able to make it out. I then call back and ask for a manager or owner. 30 minutes later, Ally calls me and says that the supervisor doesn't want to call me back and that because I don't have a warranty they won't come out. Huh??? I don't care about any warranty I just want my faucet fixed. So now they've left me hanging ALL day long and are not coming out. You guys are one of the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Quit hiding in the shadows and call me back. I will NEVER call this company again.

One of the drivers here followed me through a shopping center parking lot in as he whistled at me making sexual remarks. This is not okay whatsoever! Who are you guys hiring considering there's another negative review regarding employee misconduct?!
