Cody and his teammate did a fantastic installation at my home! They installed full kitchen and laundry, as well as hauled out my old appliances. A month ago I contacted these folks to install a used washer and dryer unit in my new home. They set up an appointment within 3 days of my call, and Adrian showed up right on time. He was friendly, prepared, and he explained each step of the process before he completed the install. After an initial assessment of the hookups, he advised me that the existing gas valve needed to be replaced (it's unsafe to use one twice) and informed me of the additional cost. The price was fair and I was thankful for his attention to detail - the previous owner left the home a mess, and because this was a used gas dryer as well, I knew I needed to take all precautions. Just a sidenote... As a woman, I felt respected and never talked down to - Adrian was a joy to work with and I'm so thankful I found such a great team of installation pros. A month later, the hookups are functioning perfectly. Will be recommending this team to my friends and family.

Instalallation Pros are awesome! Cody came out took a look at my garbage disposer and the replacement he immediately went to work. In less than 1/3 the time I thought he had it installed and cleaned up. Really impressed with their service and am calling them again for another service call.

Cody was quick to respond when I called to set up service. Adrian and Sam came to install my range hood, repair a leaking water valve to dishwasher and change the gas line for my stove. They were polite, efficient, friendly and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend this company again! As I walked Adrian and Sam out, I thought one of my trash cans I put out was missing. Sam had brought it up to the garage after the trash man emptied it! Talk about service!!

I highly recommend Installation Pros. They were very responsive on providing a quote through Yelp, which I like because I'm not a big fan of calling places just to get a simple quote. The price they provided was fair and reasonable.

They scheduled me pretty quickly and kept me in the loop the entire time on when they were going to show up. Jake and Cody were able to get my new microwave installed quickly and now my kitchen looks amazing. They also keep the kitchen clean which is nice. Thank you so much and I will definitely use you guys again in the future!

Don't let the number of reviews fool you. These guys do fantastic work. We had just moved into our new home and needed our washer and dryer hooked up ASAP. I had all the parts ready for a DIY when I realized I didn't have the proper gas valve fitting for our dryer. Luckily I found these guys on Yelp and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Cody went above and beyond to help us out. When he saw that I had purchased the wrong sized gas connector, he drove down to the local HD and picked up the right parts. His installation work was flawless and even made sure the washer and dryer were lined up and stable. I could tell he takes pride in his work. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the area who needs appliance installation.

I was having a lot of work done in my kitchen which left me without a kitchen sink and stove top for about a month - not fun. The next time Installation Pros had available for me was a few days away. At the request of my contractor, Cody came on a SUNDAY morning to hook up my sink, garbage disposal and water filter system! He also hooked up my stove top to gas and replaced my hood. I can't tell you how good it made me feel to have everything functioning again. But let me tell you - not only is Cody an expert at what he does, he is also extremely pleasant. I'm sure he didn't like doing this on his day off, but he was very polite and friendly. If you're looking for someone to install whatever for you - stop right here. They were both extremely polite, clean, and knowledgable of everything we needed to install our new double sink and vanity and finished it perfectly. Cody Came out to one of my properties in Cerritos. He was very friendly professional and not just knowledgable but an expert in his services.  We ordered a Thermador hood and Best Buy initially installed it.  It was a nightmare and after having gone over a year without a kitchen due to a flood and extremely delayed appliance deliveries due to COVID  (ordered in July received in January) the hood was the last piece to the puzzle and we just could not for anything get it installed correctly.  Best Buy destroyed brand new kitchen cabinets, broke my $200 planter on my porch, and installed it incorrectly but also improperly and made it into a fire hazard as well.  Cody not only did his job right the first time but changed our lives and allowed us to move forward with the kitchen.  He answered all our calls and questions without hesitation or delay.  I would recommend him to anyone who gives a d*** about their home.  I will use him for anything else that needs to be installed.

Cody & Dustin came to install our washer & dryer that Best Buy failed to do for multiple reasons. Cody was very responsive and helpful and even went as far as scheduling us for next day service. Installation Pros did the job with no issues and even provided the necessary equipment to keep it up to code. The experience was night & day compared to the crap we dealt with in the hands of Best Buy. Will never buy appliances from Best Buy ever again, but will always recommend Installation Pros without hesitation.

If you need an appliance install, these are your guys!! They offer quality work, respond quickly, and fair pricing. We had a double oven installed and they actually had to move the power connect so it cost us a little more than the initial quote but they did it pretty fast and well. I would definitely recommend them!

Had our sink faucet replaced by Jake and his partner did a great job and didn't even charge me a return service fee as I purchased a replacement that did not fit and had to come back the next day.  Cody also figured out where a low leak was coming from and fixed that as well. Was given a window of 8am-10am for kitchen faucet removal and replacement, showed up shortly after 8am. Encountered troublesome lock washers that prevented me from replacing unit myself.  But the technician was able to cut them off and change everything with no delay and no damage.  Price for  service was exactly what I was quoted.  Definitely recommend this company.

Marcus came out to our house to replace a bathroom faucet for us. He did an excellent job installing the faucet. Unfortunately, there was an extra charge for the replacement of the drain pipe to make the new faucet work. We agreed to have it done because it was needed. I would recommend this company to others. Great communication with company owner. They weren't necessarily the cheapest, but they were reasonable. It's important that I feel comfortable with company performing the job.

Cody did an amazing job.  He was by far the most knowledgeable of all the installers who gave me quotes.  He wasn't the cheapest, but was well worth it.  He came right on time, worked efficiently, did a thorough job, cleaned up carefully and actually wound up charging us less than he quoted. (He very honestly told us some parts didn't need to be replaced!) He was fun to have around and we couldn't be happier with the result.

I called for a walk oven and cooktop installation. The woman I spoke to followed through in what she said and called with a delivery window the next day.

The technician who arrived was efficient and kind. He installed both easily and explained why certain things were done eg. The oven needing to be left on for a bit.

I hired Installation Pros to cut out my drop in range and oven. They arrived at the agreed time, removed it, discarded the old range, and then cleaned the area after they were done. Installation Pros have come out to install our dishwasher and chimney hood. They have done PHENOMENAL work and have provided clean, quality service. My chimney hood installation posed a few unforeseen challenges, but Cody made sure that it was done and that it was done right. This is a great company and I couldn't say enough good things. These guys are fantastic.  They provided clear & reasonable pricing upfront.  

I had them come out to replace a built-in cabinet wall oven/microwave combo & replace a range hood.  They were the only ones that I found that could install the oven when cabinet modifications were needed.  They were able to increase the width of the cabinet opening & create a new lower floor to increase the height of the opening.  
They did a great job with a difficult job that others can't do.

I highly recommend them & will always go to them first for my future needs.

Overall Installation Pros were great, I dealt with Cody, he was responsive,  on-time, polite and most of all seemed to know what he was doing. My countertops needed to be cut on 3 sides in order for my new range to fit. My only complaint is for the cost, seemed a little high as they charged for each cut. Need to be more particular when checking their work.  The weight on the pull out hose was not placed correctly and the hose was not pulling out far enough.   The soap dispenser was defective (product error) but they didn't check it to let me know it was defective.

This was the ONLY contractor who would give a quote up front, on a very standard garbage disposal install...(the two most heavily 5-starred plumbers gave me nothing but run around when I pressed them for a general price range and I even sent them photos to show what an easy job it would be.) Anyhow, Installation Pros have great customer service in returning calls, giving upfront information, and showing up when they said they would. I liked our installer, who did a fantastic job in about 15 minutes. The *only* thing preventing a full 5-star rating was the price seemed a little high for the amount of minutes spent on the job; it came out to cost just over ten bucks per minute. Again, it was stellar service and a nice job. We are happy with them and would use them again.

These guys are fantastic.  I think this is the only time ever I have not had to tell a contractor what they forgot.  Cody took care of everything without any issues and was super careful with our home.  I did not want to use Lowe's or Best Buy for installation due to a previous issue we had with them.  I'm glad I went with Cody, my installation looks top notch and everything works great.  Cody installed a built in microwave, built in fridge, wall oven, ice maker, cooktop and a dishwasher without any issues.  My dishwasher was missing a piece so it wasn't able to be fully installed, not Cody's fault because it was missing a piece from the factory and it's a special order part.  Cody assured me that as soon as the part came, he would be back to finish the install.   Great bunch of guys who do excellent work!

Then we provided some pictures of the back of our oven and gas hookup to ensure the correct placement. Installation Pros was very communicative from start to finish. We received text messages when the job was scheduled, a reminder the morning of the work and notification that the job was finished. Cody called the night before installation to confirm the appointment. Cody and PJ were very professional on site. They wore shirts with company logos, communicated often and clearly and did great work efficiently. They installed a full kitchen suite of refrigerator, dishwasher, range and over the range microwave. They also installed a new faucet along with all of the plumbing. They installed the plumbing and electrical for all of the appliances. Pretty impressive that there were no extra trips to hardware store which means that they come very well prepared. They cleaned up well, answered our questions and asked if we had any more questions. Very happy with Installation Pros services, definitely would use them again and highly recommend them.

highly responsive to the yelp inquiry and quoted a reasonable fixed price.  i booked the appointment immediately via text for a 2 hour window two days away.

the crew had a cancellation on another job, so cody texted me to let me know that they would be a bit early, which was awesome.  the guys were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and very efficiently installed a range hood, cooktop, microwave, and microwave trim panel in about two hours.  they even had the gas line and power cable in stock on their truck that i hadn't purchased since i had no clue what i needed.

their workmanship was impeccable:  super neat and precise.  they even figured out a really elegant solve to create a bit more room for the microwave's power cable which was in a different position than the old one which didn't require any cutting or pinching of cables.  what's impressive is that they paid that much attention to detail on something that isn't even visible once installed.

the guys were also super diligent about cleaning up after themselves, even vacuuming out any dust or debris in the cabinets.  they accept pretty much every form of payment, so paying via venmo using their QR code was a snap.  

in a world of unfortunately crappy contractors, installation pros stands heads and shoulders above with their service and expertise.

i would recommend them without reservation.

I purchased some high end appliances and made the mistake of using a different company to start.  The company was hard to contact and very slow to respond.  I'm pretty sure they even damaged one of the pieces they installed.

I had some pieces back ordered and decided to find a different installer for them.

These guys are exceptional. Here's the back story: I had bought a fridge from Best Buy and had two horrible instillations, one where the fridge didn't even look built in and the other where it was lopsided. I returned that fridge two times then I bought it from Howard's and again received a horrible delivery with subpar work. Finally, today I got my fridge finally and the instillation was superb. These guys are meticulous, careful, calculated, dedicated, and determined. I appreciate their thorough communication and their teamwork. One of my pet peeves is people who are late. I definitely did not have any issues with Cody! I really like that he provides confirmation emails for scheduled services, and gives me peace of mind in knowing they are organized.

I appreciated that he gave me a courtesy call, letting me know he was on his way. He had to relocate a gas valve, so that my stove could be pushed back closer to the wall. He was quick and clean. He even did the drywall work. I look forward to using additional services from him.

His pricing is straight forward, and I really liked how he hauled away our stove (which was included in the service), and charged an unbeatable price to haul away additional appliances. I called several places to get prices to haul away appliances, and all were expensive.

We bought a Bosch 800 dishwasher from an online retailer and had originally ordered installation with our delivery.  The guys that dropped it off were unable and unwilling to do the install since they thought it was too complicated.  Installation Pros saved the day though!  The installation required them to install a new water line and a new electrical outlet for the machine.  They also made sure the line to the garbage disposal was clear.

The work was carried out in a workmen like manner, for a price that was comparable to what the online retailer had tried to make us pay.  I know from now on I'll accept delivery from other retailers, but I'll always be calling these guys for installing all of my appliances.

Within 24 hours Cody gave me a highly competitive estimate for installing two new Toto toilets that I had ordered from the factory. Even though the toilets had not been delivered yet, he worked with me on the timing by scheduling an appointment contingent upon their arrival in time.Luckily,the toilets arrived in time and so did Cody and his assistant. He arrived early and made some additional recommendations (replacing the old valves) and explained why he was making those recommendations. He did not insist I needed to replace them--no pressure to add to the job and bill. I respected his professionalism so agreed to replace the valves.

Cody and his assistant were polite, punctual, friendly, and well-organized. They did an excellent job! They left both bathrooms as clean as they found them! They even made certain my kitten did not escape outside! They hauled the old toilets away and were incredibly fast and efficient.  Even better, they charged nearly half of what another plumber had quoted and did not complain about having to deal with the weight of a one piece toilet.

You cannot go wrong by hiring Cody to install your toilets and appliances! I will call him again when I need installations.

Cody is great!  He installed our new gas range and oven combo and found out the gas line was in the wrong location on the wall.  He was relocated the line, ensuring the range was perfectly aligned and flush with the back wall.  He also leveled the range and provided us some instructions on using it and maintaining it.  He's great to work with and very responsive.  We'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for appliance installation.
