Ezequiel is honest and fair. He fixed a water valve. I walked him around the property to ask him about pending projects. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and even provided suggestions on ways to keep our cost down. I appreciate he wasn't afraid to share his knowledge. My Akita liked him too.  All around good guy.

My project was for a small bathroom remodel and the crew consisted of Josue and and his brother. On Day 1 of the job Josue wasn't present for the entire day and eventually left his brother to finish up the work for the day. Day 2 arrives and Josue is pretty much absent the whole day which was alarming since the workload for Day 2 would definitely entail the bulk of the work. I'd arrived home on Day 2 of the project and frequently went back to check on the progression of the project. At first glance,  I noticed that one of the two light fixtures was higher than the other. This was appalling and I would think that his brother would have taken notice too and corrected it. The placement was so bad that I could literally see the hole behind the baseplate of the fixture where the wiring goes. I advised him that it needed to be corrected and lined up with the other fixture but there was a language barrier so he ended up calling Josue who'd been out and about on other business. What transpired next was basically a three way video chat between myself, Josue and his brother with me addressing my concerns to Josue and him relaying the information to his brother. His brother made the adjustment to the light as I'd asked, although it would ultimately still not be level and would need to be adjusted again on Day 3 of the project. His brother also plumbed the vanity prior to confirming placement with us which prompted another 3 way video chat with Josue. Consequently, I informed Josue via video chat  to tell his brother to unhook all of the plumbing so that we could position the vanity where we actually wanted it-- his brother then proceeds to unhook all of the plumbing before eventually taking a lunch.  After his brother returns from lunch, I eventually grow frustrated with not being able to communicate with him directly and had him call Josue on the phone for another video chat. I knew the scope of the rest of the work and it would entail at least two guys. I address my concerns with Josue and urge him that he should be present to assist and guide his brother. Josue claimed to have several other engagements for that day and unfortunately would not be able to make it to my home on the day my project was set to be completed. He basically left his brother there to tackle the project on his own and his brother wasn't doing the level of work I'd expected. I basically tell Josue that it's unacceptable and that I hired him as the licensed contractor to take charge of my job so I wasn't quite understanding how he's barely been there at this point. He apologizes but tells me he has other commitments so we mutually agree that his brother pack up for the day but they would both be there the following day to complete the project. Day 3 arrives and the crew arrives on time and begin work immediately. I'll just mention the few things that took place on Day 3 which is what ultimately led to me leaving this 3 star review. My girlfriend and I were called back to confirm placement of the medicine cabinets. The cabinets had several pre drilled mounting holes behind the mirrors that you could use anchors or screws in order to mount to the wall. Josue opted to not use anchors and screw the mirrors directly to the studs which was fine. The problem is that one of them drilled two screws right through the front part of the medicine cabinet to the stud. We should have been consulted prior to drilling additional holes into a beautiful cabinet when there were plenty of other mounting options behind the mirror that will also line up with the stud. Later, I wander back to the bathroom and notice that the backsplash on the vanity has thinner caulking on the right side and much thicker caulking on the left side. When asked why it looks that way, Josue replies, your wall is bent. I turn away puzzled but later discover that if they simply pushed the left side of the vanity flush against the wall as they'd done the right then the excessive amount of caulking wouldn't have been necessary since both sides of the backsplash would have been flush against the wall. Overall, Josue is a nice guy who charges a fair price and does decent work. However, the main reasons for my 3 star review is the fact that Josue was pretty much non-existent for the first 2 days of my project and left his brother to fend for himself, yet his brother clearly lacks the experience and knowledge that he has. Furthermore, the errors they made during the remodel could have been avoided had they consulted us prior to actually doing anything. They would literally do the work first then consult with us after the fact. This could have easily been a 4 or 5 star project but it's simple mistakes, a lack of attention to detail, and not being present in general for the first couple of days that earned you 3 stars.

These guse came out installed a hot water heater and a water regulator. They were prompt and at a very fair price. Great company

A & A Plumbing is Awesome.  August the owner is a very nice gentleman and cares about his customers.  The service tech Jason Green that came out to help us with our septic tank was very professional, very nice and gave us some tips to maintain our tank.  We would highly recommend A & A Plumbing to help anyone out.  They are the ones to call if you need a plumber.

Crazy my water heater went out in my apartment manager didn't want to replace it so I called these guys they came out so fast. They said that Bobby was on his way. I'm so glad they came to fix it as soon as they could. The guy that they sent was very nice very helpful.  They prices are good. If you ever need a water heater call these guys. You will be very satisfied.

Alex and his son were able to come pretty quickly after I discovered lots of water under my kitchen sink--(even though they had already put a full day in--they fit me in after 5:00pm). I was worried about the mess and not knowing how big of a project this would be. Got a recommendation and their number from someone who has worked with Alex before. They were both so great and very reasonable for sure. They installed a new garbage disposal and inspected the area for any moisture. Very detailed and efficient. I highly recommend Alex and we will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs.

I called pretty early on a Saturday morning, the Rick, was willing to come out and help with my water issue (broken pipe). Once he finished with the work, we turned the water back on, and everything worked just like it should. He even gave me some pointers on how to help prevent the next disaster

The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

Martin was AMAZING!  His customer service was very  professional. He took the time to explain what he would be doing to get my air conditioner up and running!
He provided me with various cleaning plans to fit my budget.  Martin did a chemical clean to my unit, and now it is running as if I have a BRAND NEW UNIT!

We had a late night plumbing emergency. All of our drains were backed up and we couldn't flush the toilets.  I contacted a few places and Isaiah responded to my message in less than 10 minutes.  He had the most affordable pricing out of all of them and was able to come out in about 30 minutes.  He cleared out our drain and also did the camera just to make sure nothing was missed.  He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.  Highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again if we have another plumbing issue.

I called him because I thought I had an issue with my fire sprinklers. David came out and was very helpful and professional. I asked a lot of questions because I wanted to understand how my system worked and he was patient and very knowledgeable. I am also looking to get my water heater replaced and David quoted me a very reasonable price for parts and labor. I will definitely be using David for when I need to replace my water heater and will be giving him a call for any additional plumbing needs.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

We had no hot water we tried to light the water heater several times. Called Wells and a nice young man names Mike came out and showed us the trick to getting it to light. We were not even charged a service fee. The next day we had no hot water again. Mike asked us how old our hot water heater was we were not sure he told us there was a possibility that it was still under warrenty. We could not find the paperwork but Mike went the extra step had us give him the serial number he did the research and found out that it was and told us all parts would be covered for the repair all we had to cover was the labor. He came out the following day to determine what needed to be repaired and discoveredt that there was nothing wrong with the water heater the problem was a mistake that another plumber from the company that we are having remodel our bathrooms had forgotten to take out the test valve and put in the permanent one causing the hot water to constantly mix with the cold water that's why we had not hot water upstairs or in the kitchen. He was very proffesional and the cost was reasonable. We highly recommend this company and will be calling them anytime we have any plumbing issues and will refer them to family and friends.

I called Mike and he gave me some advice over the phone to try first before charging me for a visit. I will be calling again if I need anything. I appreciate honesty in business. Thanks!

One of most dishonest and unprofessional AC companies I have ever met and dealt with. Made a service call to them and they have $129 service call. They came to my commercial building and gave me an estimate of almost $2500 for the following:
$560 for recharging the gas which is normally $300
Replacing a blade which was replaced 6 months ago $670
Finding leak in the AC by just seeing oil on the ground  will tell you there is a leak and charge you $760, and at last clean the condenser for$350.
Now here why I realized who dishonest this company is , on the invoice it says that they changed the filter which was replaced two months ago and since the replacement I have not used the AC.
By the way other technician I called found out the the compressor was dead and no of the above was the problem .
I called the owner and he sent me a picture of a dirty filter from another job and tells me this was mine.
Don't insult me.i suggest that you do your homework before hiring these lairs.

My wife and I had been looking for a handyman to tackle a long list of projects we have for our recently purchased home. We called Robert and he came out the very next day to give us an estimate. He was punctual and very friendly and professional and very honest. Robert was up front on what he wasn't able to do and what he could do, I very much appreciated the honesty.
He rehung a huge flat screen TV the correct way, unlike the previous person had done and patched up wall and re textured and repainted and the job came out beautiful.  We couldn't be more happy with his work. If you are looking for a fair honest handyman, my wife and I cannot recommend Robert and his company Call Our Handyman enough.  They are great, will definitely be using them again, very soon.

Our attic fan quick one night. Ballard came the next day to fix it. While the man was in our attic he notices that our duct work had some holes in it.  Upon closer inspection it was clear that most of our air when on was just floating around in the attic and going outside.  
He related this to us right away.
Ballard was over here the next day and three hours later everything was replaced new.
We realized when we went to turn our air on that there was an amazing difference in the amount of air coming in.  
It is great to have it fixed and we know our bill will be a lot better from Electric company now.
