After a horrible experience with another plumbing company, these guys came out and were much more professional and pleasant to deal with. They gave a free estimate and even reduced their price after the job was done because it went quicker than anticipated. I highly recommend using this company.

I got pelican water systems installed by Jason. He is very knowledgable about the system and very good installation. Jason and his crew were right on time for installation and did a phenomenal job, taking in to consideration of my requirements. These guys are pros and let them do the job and they will give you a good result at the end. Jason even stopped by multiple times to tweak the softener system to our satisfaction. I will recommend these guys for my friends for sure.

I was surprised to see that this company doesn't have many reviews on Yelp. I've used them twice and both times they took care of my problem quickly and honestly.

I had to call them yesterday to root out the main drainage pipe in my backyard. That pipe has been driving me crazy since I bought my house a few years ago. It was clogged with roots and mud. I replaced the pipe that I thought contained the clog but I found that there was another blockage under my front yard. I thought that if this wasn't a simple fix I may have to dig the yard up and I really wanted to avoid that.

On the phone they told me that to root the pipe would cost $125, and if that didn't work then they would use a high-pressure hose which costs $325. If they would have had to have used the hose they would have credited the original $125 against the cost.

They came out on schedule and unclogged the pipe using the rooter. They could have upsold me and told me that they had to use the hose, but they didn't. They were at my place for 15 minutes and took care of a problem that had been bothering me for weeks. I should have called earlier.

I would definitely use this company again.

I love Best Plumbing! They always come out when I need them and go above and beyond! I am in property management and I need to keep my residents happy even in a messy situation but Jason and his team are always there to help! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I called on a Thursday around 4pm. No answer, then I called Friday and still no ANSWER!!! I left two messages!!!! No one called me until Monday around 3pm.... By then I found another plumber. Thank god the other plumber actually answered and we set up an appointment to fit MY schedule.

I stumbled on Jason as a referral from a contractor friend. Wow how lucky I was because I had 2 full bathroom remodel and they did a excellent job with being on time ,returning texts and phone calls. He referred me to a contractor friend of his and between the two of them our full remodel of our rental house is going smoothly. I'm not a person to spend time with this but have to shine light on people and businesses that care about craftsmanship and a honest price. One last thought is that this is company that does not take in lot of big jobs at a time so that the quality and customer service spot on. Jason,Richard,Cris and the rest of you thanks so much. I love Best Plumbing... I work in property management and have been working with Best for 6 years now. I can always count on them to get the job done right the first time.  Bob is amazing! I always recommend them when anyone is looking for a plumber.

I called them on Wednesday evening and left a message. I called again Thursday morning at 9:30am and was told that I would get a call back in about an hour and that they would likely be able to get someone out on Friday. I called again on Thursday after 2 since I had not heard anything and they acted like they had never heard of me and said that they can't get anyone out until Monday. It's fine if that's the case, but be up front about it and return people's calls.

Very pleased with the company, they came early to my house witch no company does that ever. Looked at my problem witch was a clogged sink from hell. And Jason with a fair honest price unclogged the sink with the hydro Jet. Before I had tried almost everything, from snakeing the pipe to dumping pure Lye down there. But thanks to Jason my problem is fixed. They truly  are The Best Plumbing Services.

Came in promptly on a Sunday and cleaned a very blocked drain.  Prompt, efficient, even adjusted some of pipes under the sink.  Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Richard who replaced a frozen angle stop, removed old undersink filter system and hooked up my refrigerator water line.  Showed up on time, was very professional, double checked his work before he left and hauled away all the removed parts.  Highly recommend this company!

These guys are A-MAZING! Since I bought my house 8 years ago, Jason and his guys have been my go to.  They have fixed everything: toilets, sinks, kitchen, outside faucents.... Plus they are so easy to do business with.  Small jobs are done on the spot for great price.  Larger jobs, they can email over an estimate, and work with you on a plan.  Once you give them a shot, I guaranty you won't want to lose their info.

I was in a bind and had used Jason before. It had been a year and a half and my husband had just passed leading to my having to move quickly. Our pool pump had stopped working  and several electricians and in-laws could not fix. A very difficult time. I called, he came out and went right to work! He fixed the green pool in a jiffy. I was so grateful. His wide range of expertise and speed in troubleshooting the problem makes it seem like magic. Now I can sell knowing the pool is in top working condition and peace of mind too just knowing The Best had fixed it. I really am in awe of his knowledge. We had a clogged main line.  They came out the following morning and cleared the clog.  After completing the work, they give you a clog warranty.   3 days later, the slow drain was back.   They returned that morning and cleared the main line.

They found the problem and we're able to detail what to watch for ams how to remedy the situation simply.  Apparently we have a belly in the line that causes clogs.

They were knowledgeable and thorough.   I would recommend them.

We have been using this Plumbing company for the past few years. Most recently the toilet in our master bedroom was leaking and we were off to our summer vacation and this happened just a day before we leave, so we needed  to get it fixed fast, Jason showed up on time ,was friendly,courteous and pleasant, the price was fair and evertyibg was professionally handled. He didn't get to finish everything in one shot,so the next morning he came back and finished up before we leave. I will highly recommend this company for their outstanding service!!

If your looking for a plumber CALL THESE GUYS!!! I can't begin to tell you how happy I was to find Best Plumbing Services here on Yelp! Jason and his technicians live up to their name! First of all I want to say they respond quickly and are very professional, friendly, honest and up front people that will do everything to save you money and not upsell you. (They also have a Yelp deal going on). They are really reasonable in price too. On 4th of July my shower was draining slowly and the toilet poured water from the bottom twice and flooded my bathroom into my carpet in the bedroom. My kitchen sink also wouldn't go down. Turns out my main sewer line was rotted away! (If you got an older home and have that Orangeburg crap pipes, replace them, believe me... and call these guys)! Jason found the problem and showed me the pictures on the camera and explained to me everything, and he and his technicians took care of the problem fast! Had them also Hydro-Jet the main line. They also fixed my toilet and Hydro-Jet the kitchen sink. These guys are the BEST! Jason is a very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy person and he and his crew are very hard working guys. Let me tell you I watched them work and they bust their butt! Thank You Jason, James and Richard for all your hard work, fast response and excellent customer service! I will be calling you back for all my future plumbing, remodel (my dream one day) and HVAC needs. (Yes they do that too)! Five stars is not enough. I wish I could give them ten! So our drain and disposal stopped working saturday. Spoke to the owner and he said he would get a guy out there for us on a sunday! Wow! Kris came on time, was very helpful and knowledgeable. After reading the reviews on Yelp and with the good recommendation from Pelican Water Systems company, we decided to hire Best Plumbing Services to install the whole house water filtration system for us. Jason and John worked together to complete the installation. John came out to our house on time and finished the job on schedule. The system is working as expected. Jason, John and Melinda answered our emails and phone calls either right away or within minutes. We strongly recommend Best Plumbing Services to everyone. The 5-stars reviews on yelp are true!!!

Received great service from Best Plumbing Services!! We had a kitchen drain that was clogged.  Jason worked quickly, was professional and the price was fair!  We will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems!

Very pleased with repair of pin hole leak in my copper pipe.  They used small portable saw to make clean cut in drywall.  Completed repair and cleaned up cut drywall mess.  I had another plumber give me a quote of $1200-$1500 to do work.  Best Plumbing saved me at least three hundred dollars which I considered a fair price, even though the work took less than an hour to fix.  I highly recommend Adam at Best Plumbing.

I got my whole house water filter & conditioner system installed by Best Plumbing Services.  I've been researching many different systems/options and decided with Pelican's PSE 1800 because of minimal maintenance, no regular discharge requirement, and to avoid salt system. Anyhow, I contacted three Pelican certified contractors and read many many different reviews about the product & it's recommendations.  So I had pretty good idea what i needed to look out for while obtaining quotes.  
Decided to hire the Best Plumbing Services even though they are located furthest from my house and very satisfied with their services for the following three main reasons; 1) the owner's, Jason, understanding of the system.  My local contractor insisted that the bypass system was not necessary although it was recommended by the manufacturer and many other customers. 2) I was not certain whether other contractors knew or was being honest about the differences between softener vs conditioner.  Jason knows the differences and did not try to sale the Product as softener. Based on my research, no saltless system exists in the industry that can be called softener yet (softener = water hardness measuring less than 1 gpg, my house in Placentia measured 14 gpg). 3) Price is fair; BPS uses more expensive copper pipe fittings because they mostly apply crimping method in lieu of soldering.  I also had my pressure regulator replaced and they gave me about 50% DC.  Lastly, although Jason had to leave during my job after 80-90% completion and someone else had to finish it. I was pleased to have the owner perform the majority of my job and communicate throughout the entire pre & post job start.

All that said, I will be watching my new system carefully to make sure that it does not leak or malfunction during the warranty period.  Should it be needed, I hope their after services are just as good.

I had a clog in my line and Best Plumbing was great at taking care of it! They were prompt, knowledgeable, and did the job for a good price.

I have a septic tank so I use low flow toilets, and eco-friendly toilet paper. The roommates I just kicked to the curb, however, use that linty Charmin crap. They backed up the entire line!

Tyler from Best came out bright and early. He knew a lot about septic tanks and educated me. I finally learned why there are damn mustard weeds growing on the lower portion of my property!! A leech field! Who knew? He also explained all the things that can cause the backup we had, including a leech field issue or root intrusion. Luckily, it was just that fancy toilet paper clogging the line. He snaked it in 10 minutes and we were good to go.

Upon inspecting his work by testing the drains, Tyler located a local clog in my shower. A big one. So rather than dump a bunch of clog drainer down the pipe into my septic tank (not good for the septic, not good for the environment) he snaked it at a discounted price since it wasn't why I originally called.

I will definitely ask Best to come back the next time I have an emergency. Thanks Best!!

Best Plumbing was helpful with servicing a tankless water heater, fixing a running toilet, and, recently, unclogging a toilet. Unfortunately, we have been waiting over a week to hear back from them with an estimate for my parents' bathroom remodel. My mom left a message and we still haven't heard anything. My parents are disappointed so we will move on with another plumber. Communication is important in any relationship and if they just don't have the time right now, we would understand, but don't leave us hanging. Now, we have to start over with a new plumber and time is of the essence because my dad can't use the existing shower due to injury. Three stars for the work they did do.

I had major problems with the main sewer line of a recently purchased home.  Jason was outstanding in his work and very professional. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was fair, and honest.  He took the time to explain details and showed me video images of the scope, he performed to the sewer line. I will definitely use Best Plumbing Services again.

Hired them to install my Pelican whole house water filter and softener.  I didn't get any other estimates since they seem to install a lot of Pelican filters and I wanted someone who had previous experience installing this type of filter, so I can comment on that.  They came out to do a free estimate.  They were very punctual for both the estimate and actual installation appointments, which I liked.  For the installation of the filter, they did the work very quickly and efficiently.  The installation looks great since some new piping needed to be installed in my garage.  They even cleaned up after themselves which is a nice touch.  I would recommend them to anybody to install a water filter.

Man I really wanted to like these guys. They came out and did the work they said they would. They hydro jetted 4 pipes for me for about a grand.

About a month later I start getting calls from tenants saying individual lines are backing up again, bath tubs, sinks etc. There was also a unrelated minor leak at the connection outside.

As I presume they may all be unrelated to the work they did, so I called to see if they can check if the clogged lines are under their warranty, and if not to service those lines as a new job.

The outside leak another job since it just started.

James was a no call/no show twice.  He then states that the appointment was tentative, however in text message we agreed on a specific date twice.

Jason won't answer calls or texts. I called to try and get him for this new job.

I didn't find out that James never went until 2 weeks later when the tenant asked me why I haven't sent a plumber. For those of you that have tenants we all know how bad that can go.

These guys may do good work, but good luck getting them back for anything.  Unresponsive and unreliable.

An update to my previous post. BEST did eventually come back and make the necessary repairs to my bathroom and pipes. They ended up having to repipe my entire place. It looks very nice now

Great job. Had hot water leak under garage floor on Sunday,  came out got me at least cold water running and a quote. Fixed and done by 10am on Monday,  good price as well.

The city was replacing all the main water pipes in our condo association.  Best Plumbing Services was hired to assist with connecting the water pipes to each condo.  In doing so, they have to check the water pressure regulator to each condo.  The owner of the company Jason (real nice guy) came to my door and told me that my water pressure regulator needs to be replaced because it is rusted and working at 50%.  It had not been replaced in more than seven years, so I knew it was time.  Jason made time that day to go pick up a new pressure regulator and installed it the same day.  

I appreciated how Jason showed me the old pressure regulator so that I could see the rust he was talking about.  I was impressed with his through explanation on why it should be replaced along with the possible consequences if it is not.  I would say that I am good with reading people and Jason comes across very trustworthy and after this experience I have no reason not to trust him.  I plan to use his services going forward.  I did notice that my water pressure had dropped in my house the same day he replaced the pressure regulator.  Jason came out the following day and made an adjustment to the water psi that the regulator would let though, which fixed my concern.

In addition to his service I am extremely impressed with way Jason and his wife run their business.  After I hired them to replace the water pressure regulator I went to Yelp about my experience.  I noticed on their Yelp page that they has a special running that would apply to my service.  Jason did not tell me about this special and it rubbed me the wrong way when I learned about it.  I did comment on that in my Yelp review and have since updated my review due to the following.

The office manager replied to my Yelp Review and called me to thank me for my review and explained why Jason did not know about the special on Yelp.  The office manager handles the marketing, which makes sense and Jason is the field technician specialist.  She told me that she would like to refund me the difference as if I had taken advantage of the special.  This shows me that they care about their customers and reputation.  I appreciate that!

They have my business going forward.  I trust them!

Our kitchen island sink drain was very slow. Jason came out and jetted the drain from the outside clean out. Years of buildup made for a tough job. He got most of the crud loosened up with his portable jetter but needed to come back with his heavy duty one which was on another truck. When he returned, after a few minutes all was good. He stated that almost always the portable jetter will get the job done, but every once in a while he gets a stubborn one like ours.
Price was fair. We'll use them again whenever we have another problem.

I had a slab leak in my house, got Best Plumbing number from my friend and called them, very professional manner, set a date/time to inspect the house and detect a leak. The plumber was on time, well equipped with all tools, wear mask and shoes covers. Diagnosed and found the leak very quickly and explained all the options to me. He fixed/caped the line so we could have water back on until repairing the damaged floor. He was a life saver!

Absolutely recommend this company.

Had the cartridge in my shower leaking and had called a couple of places for pricing to remove the brass nut holding the cartridge in place. Jason the owner had me text him a picture of the cartridge and then called me with 2 pricing options depending on if the nut was frozen on or not. He sent out Richard the technician to do the job for me. Well with an option of an extra $45 if they had to replace the nut, I was expecting the worse. After a couple of minutes, Richard tells me it's your lucky day I can get the nut to move. He removed the nut and the old cartridge, installed the new cartridge and saw that is was leaking, He then spent about 10 minutes cleaning out the calcium deposits in the line so the new cartridge fit snug and no leaks. Would definitely recommend these guys for plumbing jobs and have their number stored in case of future need.

I had a clogged back yard drain, I reached out to most plumbers in the Wildomar area and Jason was the only one to offer an inspection prior to trying go upsell me any services. He came to my home within the week and took care of the problem. Zero hassle, zero fuss. Thank you Jason, you make home ownership that much easier.

Feels it's ok to not only park taking up more than one spot, but if one of those spots is for ADA parking it's ok because he's working close by. No sir. I'd not recommend this company due to his utter disrespect as lack of empathy for others.

Best Plumbing services just replaced an old water heater of ours. They helped do a bathroom remodel last year. We called them back when we knew our water heater needed replacing. They are honest and dependable. Jason, the owner is great with customer service. He answered all our questions.

Called back the same day (within hours) when I requested a quote here on Yelp. Came out later that day at the time they said they would, fixed the problem. My wife said the employee that came out was friendly and she felt comfortable with him there.

I bought a Pelican whole-house water filtration system online, and needed a plumber to install it.  Glad I found Best Plumbing Services.  They were responsive to my questions, and gave me a quote over the phone after I emailed them the pictures of my old water system and my plumbing connections.  They were less expensive than some other places I had called, and they did the job the next day.  After the job was done, Jason gave me a discount without my asking, because he said it took him less time to install it than he expected.  I was pleasantly surprised.  Jason is definitely an upstanding guy running an honest business.  Will be using them from now on!
