Sarosh has done several remodeling things for our home. His craftsmanship is excellent. He remodeled our entertainment center to accommodate a huge TV two years ago and this time he added trim to my Kitchen hood, new floating shelves, a door to a bathroom, & a few other items. His work is very good ,that is why we have had him back again. Sometimes it's hard for him to get back to you because he's only one person working. It's worth it to wait for him however.

If you are in need of a handyman I would highly recommend Sarosh he is the owner of The Handyman Guy.  He is a perfectionist and very reasonable and his response time is immediate and to top it off he is a nice guy.  I had him install closet doors and he did an amazing job in no time at all .

Sarosh did an amazing job replacing 4 pop -up drain assembly in our rental property.  He is very knowledgeable and skilled as a handyman.  He recommended getting a better version of the sink drain assembly and even changed the pipe clamp without charging us for the extra service. If you need an excellent handyman with reasonable fees, Sarosh is the guy! We will definitely use him again for future projects! Very highly recommended!

This is difficult to write as I depend on Yelp and our local companies to do the work necessary to repair or improve our home. However, sometimes you just have to be honest with people about your experience in the hope that the person/company takes it to heart and changes the way they operate or treat their customers and clients.
In this case, I contacted Sarosh in early March to have some work done around our home. After some difficulty in connecting (he had a family issue that did not allow him to return calls) we did connect, he came to my home, looked at the work to be done and sent me an estimate with the proviso that he was pretty busy until mid-April, which I agreed to.
By mid-May I called (no reply), emailed (no response) and texted him (again no reply). We are now at the end of June and I have never heard from him again. Just gone.
In my last text to him I told him that he was leaving me with little option but to write a review on Yelp, which I was reluctant to do but as July looms ahead, the work still not done and Sarosh no where to be found I felt this was my only option.
Seems like a nice guy but this is no way to run a service business.
Sad.

Sarosh was great. Responded quickly to my request and was able to schedule me quickly too. Value was great and he did a great job helping us get our house ready to sell. I would definitely recommend him for any handy work you need done.

Well he is no longer responding. We have a lot of things we needed him to do. Doesn't respond to text and his voicemail is full. Would be nice if he would just respond and let us know he's not working or available. *** UPDATE: his son has his phone which is why there is no response. Would like to have known this before posting this review. Hopefully this doesn't ruin Sarosh's reputation. When he's available, he does a great job.

Sarosh did a great job assembling a wall bed (Murphy Bed) for us. He is knowledgeable, experienced, skillful, reliable, rea$onable and friendly!
We will definitely use Sarosh for future jobs.

Sarosh installed our baseboard after we switched flooring. He did a fantastic job- good cuts, matching angLes & seams, caulked, etc brought his own GOOD tools; electric mitre saw and nail gun. We purchased our baseboard from Hanks and painted the baseboard  beforehand which lowered cost and still a very Reasonable price. Sarosh is professional, takes pride in doing good work, honest, on time, dependable and cleans up afterwards. Highly recommend him! And he does much more than baseboard.

Sorosh is That Handyman Guy. Professional AND friendly. He knows how to respond quickly. He called me back well within his requested window, and came ready to work the next day. We had two interior ceiling lights to install in our living and dining rooms, and two motion security lights in our yard.

Sorosh acknowledged the details immediately. The dining room required an attic 'visit' to switch out a can light for a suitable box on which to hang a chandelier.  He had already texted me to confirm the weight of the chandelier. The living room light was a three-wire hookup, with no additional modification required, so he took care of that first.
Oh, by the way, 12 foot ceilings in those rooms...

Then, outdoors, he really impressed me. One of the motion security lights needed to be hung on a junction box that had already been 'tapped' to extend power to an in-ground spa site and a BBQ Island. After a detailed inspection, Sorosh recommended that I call a licensed electrician to handle that particular job. He then hooked up the second light with no issues.

While our jobs were pending, our HOA contacted us by letter. They wanted the fencing in our front yard sanded, and refinished. Sorosh took that job on short notice, worked it into his schedule, and got that done, too.

Sarosh was great! He changed out my kitchen faucet and mounted an outside TV. He knew completely what he was doing and did it well! I am very pleased. He's coming back to do another job for me this week.

When our master bath water closet ceiling fan went out, I didn't know who I should call.  After doing some research on Yelp, I found That Handyman Guy.  The reviews looked good, so I sent Sarosh a text message requesting a quote to replace the fan.  This was on a Saturday, but he responded within an hour to get more information about the issue I was having.  I appreciated the fact that he wanted to come out an take a look so he could get a better idea about the issue and come up with the appropriate fix.   Right away, I knew I had the right guy for the job.   What I like the most, is Sarosh was prompt in responding to my inquiry and speedy with gathering information and providing an estimate.  He stopped by on Monday afternoon and later that evening, I received his estimate.  Sarosh is very knowledgeable about for the various types of bath fans and provided me with the options I could go with at a reasonable price for the type of fan I have.   After purchasing a new unit, Sarosh returned the next day and installed my new bath fan.   He worked very efficiently and neatly.  He had to work in a tight space and left everything as if nothing had been touched.  I am completely satisfied with his work and will call on him again when I need a handyman.

Needed some doors cut down after carpeting was installed.  Sarosh responded quickly to my inquiry and was out next day to do it.  He also came in with the best value as well.

Garbage disposal installation went great! He was very knowledgeable with a positive professional attitude. I would definitely use his services again.

I recently had Sarosh replace a portion of my drywall in our garage and seal up a vent.  He did an amazing job.  Not only is his work quality but I've found him to be reliable, honest, fair and hard working.  He did such a great job that I called him back a day later to repair a bathroom fan for me.  Apparently it was a simple fix. I would highly recommend using Sarosh and will definitely use him again.

Sarosh fabricated and installed the beadboard and trim on our kitchen island.  Extremely pleased with how it turned out.  I highly recommend him to anyone looking for anything done around the house.  We will definitely be requesting his work in the future.

My disposal broke and flooded my under sink.  I ran to Lowe's to pick up a new one and THG installed it next day, on time, in a friendly yet efficient manner. He also set up a new TV sound bar as we talked about other potential projects like woodworking.

Would love to do business with that handyman guy but unfortunately he never returned my calls or text messages.  I would ordinarily not even bother with a review, except for his promise to return calls within 20 minutes during business hours that's stated both on his website as well as the voicemail.  Maybe the business is going so great he doesn't have time.  Fine, then clearly state that ... we apologize if we don't get back to you, we are a little too busy.

My experience with Sarosh was pleasant and professional from the beginning. FIrst of all, he responds promptly and answers all questions and gave me a reasonable quote for the work I needed done. He was kind and professional when I had to reschedule our visit. Today he arrived and replaced my garbage disposal within an hour and took the time to look  around for the other jobs I have in the future and again gave me reasonable quotes. I will be using his services in the future.

Wow oh wow. Sarosh truly went above and beyond. He helped fix our garage door panels that my previous tenant broke and fortified it with steel. It looks absolutely immaculate! Additionally, he was able to help me custom fit some cabinet doors for the kitchen.

That Handyman Guy responded to my Yelp quickly and had incredibly reasonable rates. I have never had a service keep in touch as well as he did on when he would arrive. He was prompt and friendly and did a great job fixing our front door. Will definitely call on him in the future for future home repairs!

I needed to find a new handyman because mine had surgery. I saw all of the great Yelp reviews for Sarosh here so gave him a call. It was a bonus to find out we live in the same Masterplan community. Sarosh was personable and quick to respond with reasonable estimated quote and scheduled me quickly. He hung 2 very large pictures for me, replaced an electrical outlet and several outlet faceplates, replaced the hardware on two bathroom sinks, snaked a tub and went up to attic to look for leak. He used my restroom an realized we were having to hold handle down to flush toilet,  so even stopped by later in the week and fixed for FREE! I won't hesitate to call Sarosh for our next handyman needs. He's personable, reliable and does a solid work at reasonable rates!

I have nothing but great things  to say  about Sarosh, that Handyman Guy. My husband and I needed a new above -the- range microwave oven installed,  a built-in entertainment center painted, and a new garbage disposal installed. When I left a message in his voicemail and asked  for an estimate for the jobs, he responded within half and hour and told me he would come by  in between his jobs (he was working that Saturday) to measure my entertainment center so he could give me an accurate quote.I didn't wait long; while there, he assessed my garbage disposal, manipulated something and voilà, it worked!! He didn't charge me for it, and I saved extra cash because I didn't need to buy a new one. Sarosh installed my microwave and painted my entertainment center on the day we agreed on in a timely manner,  and he did an impressive job. He also  installed 2 extra bolts for the microwave so it's now more secure. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with his work, his price,  and  his customer service. He is very friendly and easy to talked to. I know I will keep him as my handyman.

Oh boy, where do I begin! Sarosh is exceptional at what he does. I had about a dozen repairs and installations needed at my home and he not only completed them but he came the day after I requested his services, that does not happen these days! He is super personable and knows how to fix absolutely EVERYTHING. He is a perfectionist at what he does and has incredible attention to detail. He notices things that I never would, he has been an extraordinary help to myself and my family, our home is beautiful now and all of our repairs are finished. I now have the freedom to purchase items to be installed at my home knowing they will be installed in a timely manner with a great guy!

Contacted Sarosh on a Saturday and was surprised at his prompt response same day!  His response answered all my questions, indicated reasonable cost for projects and available times to start.  It is such a relief to find a handyman who works weekends.  We agreed to start the following Saturday at 11 a.m. and I appreciated Sarosh contacting me to let me know he was 10 minutes away.  I am so pleased with my bedroom closet door install.  My baseboards posed a small problem, but Sarosh, being meticulous and professional, did a special cut on the baseboard end pieces to allow the doors to close flush and maintain the asthetics of the baseboards.  I have to say the baseboard issue wasn't a big deal to me, but Sarosh is  a perfectionist and I'm glad he is.   The end result looks great.
