Contacted 24 hr Express via their web site the night before regarding my hot water heater.
The following morning they contacted me promptly & had a plumber, Dustin, at my home within 1 hour.
Dustin checked the hot water thoroughly & was able to determine the problem. He waited to make sure that the water was at a correct temperature. I recommend this company & Dustin a very thorough plumber.

Turned out my kitchen garbage disposal issue was not as big as I had thought, and I appreciated him not trying to rip me off. He even helped me with another minor issue in the bathroom. Long overdue review! Third time working with 24 Hr Express to deal with our plumbing issues and every time I am really satisfied with their work and customer service. From their people working in the office working the phones to the plumbers coming out, everyone is very professional and pleasant. This third time, Gonzalo G. went above and beyond with his work. We had a backup in our master bathroom when the toilet was clogged and we saw water coming up the drain of the shower smh... Gonzalo legit worked his tail off trying to find the culprit of the clog and each time kept me updated as to what was happening. He gave me a lot of advice as to what to do next due to the way the builders built the home and plumbing, and really tried to work with me price wise. Dealing with plumbing issues is always a pain but I'm happy with 24 Hr Express because they are honest, do a good job, and are very courteous and professional. Thanks again Gonzalo!

I called several plumbers today to give me an estimate to snake (unclog) my bathtub. A couple of them gave me a price but could not do same day service. A couple others refused to give an estimate over the phone. Then I called 24 Hour Express Services & they not only quoted me a very fair price but came to my house within hours of calling them. Michael was very polite & straight forward on the phone. The technician that was sent to my house was Jerry. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, knowledge & KINDNESS. Jerry went above & beyond what I was expecting. In addition to snaking the clogged drain, he repaired a couple of items at a more than reasonable price. Our hot water heater went out due to a burner/pilot assembly. We have a home warranty with American Home Shield so I called for service through them. This was on Saturday May 2. On Monday May 4 the assigned plumber contacted me by e mail and said they could come out on Thursday May 7. I asked if they could get here sooner and was told no. The plumber showed up on Thursday, looked at the water heater, took a picture of the manufacturers tag and left. No further communications from them. After a 2 hour runaround from AHS on Saturday without any resolution I cancelled the Svc order, and called 24 Hour Services. 10 minutes I had a return call, plumber was here same day, took the burner assembly out, confirmed issue and ordered part needed from manufacturer. Part was overnighted Monday, delivered Tuesday morning. I called 24 hour spoke with Courtney who promised to have someone here shortly after 2. Instead they were here at 12:45, installed the part, and lite the water heater, all done, out the door by 1:30. Hot water at 2:00. Thanks Mike and crew!!

I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services. I'm a curmudgeonly old military guy but these guys were professional, courteous, and prompt during the whole process! Oh, and did I mention that every phone call was answered on the first or second ring by a real person with real answers! What an amazing concept!!

My supply line to my water heater went out and started leaking pretty bad at night. I haven't dealt with a water heater issue before but the on-call mechanic, Ryan gave me great tips to mitigate the issue by turning off the water supply valve.

Next morning, as promised by Ryan, the office called and Javier who was in the city nearby show up for a free estimate. Javier was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. He also gave great tips for me on how to maintain and troubleshoot next time.

We have worked with 24 hour express on a number of occasions and we are very satisfied with their service. Over the holidays we remodeled our kitchen and relocated our dishwasher from the left side of the sink to the right side. Unfortunately there was a drainage pipe in the way and our dishwasher was not able to go in far enough. Bob, the field supervisor was able to find a solution and it was still up to code. We are so thankful for his expertise with this issue and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had the privilege to work with David (tech) in our home. He came in and was so professional, honest, knowledgeable, timely, personable and timely.
We needed repairs on the air conditioner that is upstairs. He came out on a Friday last minute and told us what needed to be done. The job needed a part that had to be ordered so he came out again and completed the job. He made sure everything was working properly. He has a great attitude and personality. We feel so blessed to not only have David (tech) do the job but the whole 24 Hour Express Services team help us out. Called them because of a clogged toilet. Aaron came out and removed the toilet and found a giant horse tail of roots in the pipe. The roots had entered through a flange that had been installed wrong. Aaron cleared the pipe and installed a proper flange. We decided to go buy a new toilet and have him install it while he was here. He also repaired a tee-pipe & hose bib at the front of our house. Aaron was professional, knowledgeable & courteous. We feel confident that the repairs were done perfectly and we will definitely use this company again. We highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Had to call on a Sunday night at 5PM because I had a leak under my sink and when I tried to repair it I snapped off the shutoff valve and couldn't get the nut removed under my faucet because I was going to replace it. Everything that could was going wrong. Happy Fathers Day to me. I had it and called to see if they could help. In an hour or so David Dias arrived quickly assessed the issue and got to work. He replaced the valves and installed the new faucet in less than an hour. Also told me my water pressure was too high and that may be causing the issue. It was a little pricy but hey, it's a Sunday night on Fathers Day. Very happy with the quick response and the work! The lady who took my information on the phone was also very kind.

Michael in the office was nice and easy to deal with. The crew they sent out couldn't do their job correctly. They ruined a few things not related to what they were fixing. Had to come back out and still didn't fix the initial problem. Their supervisor had to come out a few times to try and fix their mistakes. The last time he brought them back out with him (their 3rd visit to try and get it right) to teach them how to fix it properly. A job that was told to us as 1.5 to 2 days ended up being almost two weeks. They removed our vanity and left it outside where it was rained on and just out in the elements for a month and a half. Which we were not going to put back in our house. We ate the cost of a new vanity! Excuses after excuse with them. Their supervisor tried to make things right but it felt more like quick fix or not wanting to take responsibility for the initial crews mistakes such as the vanity.

Had John come out because my downstairs toilet was not flushing. Turns out it was the main line sewer was clogged. This was at 7pm. I was able to get it resolved within 2hrs of my call. I was happy because he resolved the issue with 20 minutes of arriving.

24 Hour Express Services was called out early Sunday morning when I woke up to a leaking pipe at my hose bib. Water was spraying everywhere and the only way to stop it was to shut off the water to the entire house.

They arrived quickly and fixed the leak. Because it was Labor Day weekend I was expecting a huge bill. They were very reasonable considering that it was a holiday weekend. We had contacted other plumbers, but they couldn't get anyone out until Tuesday. The work was completed quickly and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.

We had a leaking shower valve, which was covered under warranty by our home builder. The builder hired 24 Hour Express to do the repair, which involved replacing the shower valve.

The guys showed up on time, were clean and friendly, and even installed a new spout, lever, and faucet, at no extra charge.

A week later, we noticed another leak from the same shower. Long story short, Bob, the supervisor, responded. He couldn't find any flaws in their installation which would've caused the leak. Nevertheless, he removed all the fixtures, and reinstalled them with a fresh seal of caulking. He took time to explain what he was doing along the way. He left, and we were happy and confident.

Another week went by, and another leak. Bob returned, and went through the same process of removing the fixtures. Upon close inspection, he noticed what I would characterize as a design flaw in the tub spout and lever.

Bob was able to carefully re-install the fixtures, and craft some parts to make up for the flaw in the design. The leak is clearly the fault of the manufacturer, and has nothing to do with Bob's work, or 24 Hour Express. Even though it has nothing to do with their work, Bob said if it leaks again, he'll come back out. He also offered to come back out and install a different model of fixtures, in the event I want to return the fixtures which are causing so much trouble.

Bob, and 24 Hour Express Services have bent over backwards to make us happy. I really can't say enough good things about them. Thanks guys, for treating our home as if it were your own.

They showed up but at 10pm at night they were a little cranky amd flat out told me that they will not be crawling under the house tonight.
Their work wasn't the most efficient as they pulled 2 toilets when the guy could have listened to me and pulled 1. Charged me for 2. Then proceeds to describe his work as reset 2 toilets with new wax rings and sealed bottom. Of which they did neither.

Good work is hard to find...

Just wanted to say what an amazing customer service and experience i had with them. Just moved in and refrigeratior ice maker water line was so tore up and when i tried to replace i noticed the the solder was eroded. I called my home warranty but gave me a 8 hour time window. With no water i saw an ad with these guys and called. Very pleasant lady on the phone. Owner called back within minutes and then Matt showed up in no time. This was around 10pm. Matt fixed it and tested everything to make sure his work and everything else was working correctly. Very pleasant and answered all my questions. Was able to turn my water back on right after. A pipe broke in an exterior wall and was leaking water down from the second level to the first. David Diaz, with 24hr Express was immediately on the phone with us and advised an ETA. Once he arrived he dIagnosed the problem and was very clear about the cost and necessary labor. He fixed the issue within a few hours and saved us from further costs due to water damage. Amazing company. Reliable, professional and honest. We had an issue with our garbage disposal that another local company said was impossible to fix and that the disposal would have to be replaced. I can't express my gratitude enough! We had a leak in the middle of the night from our tub through our downstairs ceiling and knew we needed to get someone out here asap. We called this morning and within 2 hrs, Jose was at our door. And it's Sunday! He was so polite and helpful and found the problem very quickly! Showed us exactly what needed to be done and how to prevent it in the future! A loose overflow plate, believe or not, can cause such a mess. So simple, fast and efficient! Didn't even charge us for the quick job that was just a screw needing to be tightened. Major water problems struck all in one month! 24 hour express installed two water pressure control devices on my house & guest house, installed new hose bib and installed new valve in the shower without having to tear out the shower wall (as another plumber said was required). The night before Christmas eve our lower bathroom flooded and we could only image what the bill would be to have someone fix it, if anyone would come at all. 24 hour express services replied quickly and were at our home 11am Christmas eve, John the technician was amazing and though the project turned out to be a long drawn out tough one he was more then professional, calm and quite honestly a joy to have around helping us through the nightmare. I had a problem with my second floor shower leaking and the garage was showing some signs of water damage. I contacted 24 hour express services and they sent over (CADE WAGNER). Mr. Wagner immediately within minutes identified the problem and did not have to break into anything. As a homeowner, it is extremely important to have a technician you can rely on to resolve your Heating and Plumbing issues efficiently and professionally in a timely matter. Kade and his colleague did just that.

We called 24 Hours Express Services and spoke with Kade. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as assistance with some troubleshooting over the phone that night. We were not able to get the furnace working.

They arrived the next morning and resolved our issues. It was a great customer experience. We are extremely satisfied and will recommend Kade and team to other neighbors.

First time customer and we will use again! Our toilet clogged late in the afternoon and I couldn't get it unstuck. When my husband arrived home he was also unsuccessful and said he thought we needed to call a plumber. At 4:30pm we called 24 Hour Express, based on the positive Yelp reviews, and they sent Shane to my house quickly. Shane checked the drain on the side of our home and explained that he would need to clear the line. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything in terms I could understand. He unclogged the line and also shared what we should do in the future if we had any more issues. I felt like he was very genuine, and the price was fair. I needed a shower cartridge replaced on short notice on a Sunday afternoon. I tried the job myself but the cartridge was stuck, so I decided to call a professional to finish the job. Most places didn't answer the phone, but 24hour Express Services sent David Diaz within the hour and he had the valve replaced and the shower working in no time. We live in a mobile home community that has many issues with main water lines. In the past the management has just patched things without concern for how long the patch would hold. Well, management contacted 24 Hour Express to make repairs on both the gas main line and the 6 inch water main this past week.
Matthew, Jonathan, Chris and Sam showed up and not only minimized the downtime, but performed the most professional repair I have seen on our property in the past 10 years.
These very polite gentlemen excavated, removed and creatively replaced 45 feet of 6 inch water main and repaired not only the gas line but made repairs to other water main leaks elsewhere in the park while the water was shut off.
Our park residents are lucky to have this professional organization. Thank you for the great work your team of Techs and apprentices performed.

Amazing! After battling my home warranty with some plumbing issues and being scheduled 1 Star companies by them, I chose to go about hiring someone myself. To start of they are amazing. They live up to their company name: they are 24 hours and they are fast. We had Ryan help us out when we needed the help urgent. Recommend these guys if you find yourself in a pickle. Called on a Sunday afternoon after my wife and I failed at our efforts to snake a pipe blockage which was causing our kitchen sink to back up. Jose responded out within approximately an hour and a half of our call (in the agreed upon - and quite reasonable - timeframe) and he was able to quickly resolve the issue. Beyond Jose's professional service, the price (which had been quoted on our initial phone call and was thereafter maintained) was very reasonable, especially considering we had called for service on a Sunday. Would definitely use these guys again.

We called late on Tuesday to see if we could get someone out to fix our slow sink. At the time the earliest available appointment was Thursday so I took it. We got a call from the office today letting us know a technician in the area had a cancellation and I was able to get a tech today. Well, Mark came as soon as I took the appointment. Mark was very friendly and straightforward about what it would cost after inspection. The price was reasonable and Mark got to work right away. Mark put a blanket down below his snake tool. Mark was very professional and got the job done right away. Mark assured me that he got the clog and indicated they would come back and fix it if the problem came back within 30 days. On 08/3/21 I had 24hr plumbing come out to my residence to Hydro Clean the drains in my backyard. Prior to establishing business with this company, I had talked with two other companies. One of these companies showed up to my house with a ridiculous quote, for a thousand dollars just to start the hydromachine and a $100 dollars for every additional hour. Another company insisted they couldn't give me a quote over the phone without coming out to evaluate the job, but wanted to automatically charge me a service fee, just to show up to give me a quote for the job.
I then made a call to 24hr plumbing they provided me a quote over the phone for the first hour, which i felt was a very reasonable estimate and was a quarter of the cost of the competitor company . The plumber arriving to perform the work went by the name of Zack. As a retired Fire Engine Captain, I clearly recognized and appreciated Zack's special attention to detail. Zack took the extra steps to point out problems in the construction of the drain line and the needs for corrections. The Hydro cleaning was completed as estimated. I would definitely recommend this company and there is no doubt that I be calling 24hr plumbing for any future plumbing repairs.

Aaron Clark, licensed plumber was prompt, courteous and provided expert service to our malfunctioning water heater that stopped providing hot water.
He identified a defective placement of a lower heating element by a previous serviceman, that was cross-threaded, causing a slow leak of water.
He performed his job admirably and at my request replaced both heating elements and both thermostats and restored our hot water.
I am impressed at the quality of his work and he willingly answered my questions during the entire process.
The invoice for his work was quite reasonable.
He is a credit to his company and to himself.

24 HR EXPRESS PLUMBING SERVICES are the BEST plumbers around!! I live in an apartment in Hemet, CA, so I have to rely on our manager to arrange for repairs needed. After being greatly disappointed with a different plumber in our local area that our manager prefers using, I begged our manager to try someone else about 1 year ago. She chose 24 HR EXPRESS at that time because my repair was an emergency that needed help immediately. Since then, whenever another major plumbing issue comes up, I ask my manager to use this FANTASTIC company! Today one of their plumbers, Jesse, came by to fix a major pipe leak. He did an EXCELLENT job, was extremely mannerly, practiced safe COVID-19 procedures & was just a MOST WONDERFUL person all the way around!!! He even cleaned up the mess he made!! WOW!! This is the 3rd time this company has come out to my apartment, and each time the work done was EXCEPTIONALLY GREATl!! From the office staff to each plumber employee - - so far NOTHING BEATS THIS COMPANY in my opinion! Especially since this particular emergency happened on a Friday & my manager called around locally & absolutely no one had availability. Since my apartment was nearing mini-flood stage, I needed HELP immediately. My manager called 24 HR EXPRESS & they were the ONLY ONES who could come to my place 1st thing on Saturday morning. Jesse arrived at 8:00 am practically on-the-dot!! You cannot get better service these days & this company's customer service & efficiency is PAR EXCELLENCE!! Woke up this morning (Sunday) to a leak in my garage. I called this company and they called right back and arranged to come in about an hour. The plumber (I didn't catch his name) was amazing. Got right to work, communicated with us every step of the way and fixed our issue . I know nothing about plumbing but the price seemed reasonable.
Would absolutely recommend again.
A side note.... the guy said this company doesn't charge extra for weekends and nights which is a huge plus. It's always scary calling for help outside of the 8-5 Monday through Friday and this was extra awesome.

At 8:15am on a Tuesday after a Holiday, I called to arrange installation of a garbage disposal. I was told I would receive a call back when a technician was contacted. I soon received a call back and an install was scheduled for 1pm the same day! An hour later, I received another call that a technician was available earlier, and to make a long story short, my install was completer by noon!
The guy who did the work was Jack Khoury. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He completed the work quickly and perfectly.
It's so nice in this time where service often disappoints to have a company over perform. I heartily recommend these guys and especially Jack.

Where do I even start? These guys are the real deal. Helped clean out some drains (came at night when we had a lot of rain), answered all my questions, incredibly nice and very knowledgeable.

Few weeks late water heart goes out and needs to be replaced. They handled it from beginning to end. At one point Cade come out for almost an hour to answer questions at no charge. When I asked he just said Happy to help and shook my hand. Will be going back here whenever we need something done. 5 stars all the way!

Outstanding service and they didn't even charge me. We were having a refrigerator installed and the installer said he couldn't complete the job because the water supply valve in the wall wouldn't close completely. He told me I would need a plumber to fix it before he could install the refrigerator. Matt Martinez from 24 Hour Express Services arrived at my home roughly an hour after I called for help. He said the valve looked fine to him. It turned out that back pressure from the old refrigerator was the culprit and there was no need for a valve change. I asked him how much I owed him and he said don't worry about it. Thank you Matt and 24 Hour Express Services for such prompt and excellent service!

My water heater started leaking so I need a replacement quickly. The thing I really liked was a live person on the phone immediately. Ana answered my questions and then asked me to send pictures to help match the correct size. She emailed me back within a few minutes and I got a service call set for the next morning.
24 Hour called me when the crew was on it's way and they arrived right on time. Jack and Dylan removed the leaking heater and did an impressive installation of the new unit. Both were pros! They cleaned up the work area and left it looking brand new. Highly recommend!!!

My 1-1/2 year old decided he was sick of brushing his teeth so he flushed his toothbrush down the toilet. I requested a quote online and Mike responded within the hour. I called to schedule an appointment (thinking it would be a couple days) and they said they could come out the same day! (Understanding that I am calling them at 5pm and they are able to arrive within 2 hours? That's quick! and I do construction for a living.) We opted for the following morning though due to kid's bedtimes and all. The lady on the phone I made the appointment with was so kind and helpful. My wife told me that the plumber who showed up the following morning (on time I might add) was polite, helpful, friendly, quick and professional. This is the type of business I want to come back to over and over again! And I'm sure I will be calling them back with many more toothbrushes down our toilets...

well, last year we had a pin hole leak in our 31 year old copper plumbing. these guys did a fantastic job. i had them repipe the majority of the house, since the original plumbing (Roripaugh Hills development) was all dissolving. All horizontal plumbing in the attic was replaced faster and much less expensively than anyone else in town proposed, and i asked 4 other companies. the only plumbing we didn't replace was the drop downs inside the walls to the sinks and toilets so i didn't have to rip open the walls. OOPS. we had a leak on Sunday from one of those lines to a sink. they were here in under an hour, which gave me time to get the wall opened up and the leak exposed. also gave Palido Restoration time to get here and get the fans going. Jerry fixed the leak, which then started another leak. took Jerry and extra hour to fix the second one, but he charged me the same regular rate and gave me a military discount to boot. these are the only guys i will ever use in this area. i have them working up an estimate for replace the lines in the wall now since it is open.

24 Hour Express Services is so blessed to have Chris J. work for them. He is friendly, trustworthy and prompt. During his initial visit on the free estimates last Friday, he gave me an estimate of the repairs on two showers with water pressure issues in my house. It was pricey as it involved cutting the sheetrock in one bathroom and tiled wall in the master bath to replace the shower valves. However, Chris assured me that he would make sure he would try a few things until it was completely necessary to make the cuts on the walls. He even offered to charge me a modified rate if the actual repair turned out to be an easier fix. He said the most important part for the repair was to find the right cover in the area, so he would give me a call after he checked inventories in the hardware stores in town. He called me back in 30 minutes as he promised, and said he found one in Perris where he would pick it up the morning the very next day (Saturday) to complete the work. I was so thrilled because it is not easy to find someone who works on Saturdays for non-emergency work.

With plumbing issues, I feared a plumber would give one estimate to start the work, but adding other charges when the initial work order did not solve the problem. (This has happened to many of my friends and relatives.) However, Chris J. was the opposite. He quoted me a higher estimate, but he tried a few things outside the box in attempts to save the tile wall and cost which other plumbers don't usually do. Unfortunately, Chris's other options did not work for the shower in the master bathroom. He then asked me if he should go ahead and continue with the messy repair. I told him I would really like to try one last thing (I wanted to try pouring vinegar down the long pipe behind the wall to descale any sediments or calcium deposits ) before making the cut on the tiled wall. He said he was allergic to vinegar, but I could try it after he left. He told me he would come back another day to do the repair if the vinegar did not work. He replaced the cartridge, flushed out the valve, and emptied the pipe so it was ready for my vinegar hack.

Chris had to replace the leaky shower valve in the other bathroom and covered the sheetrock with the repair plate. He modified the original estimate and charged me only for the work he did. He told me to text him to update if the vinegar hack worked.

That night I poured some vinegar before bed and left it overnight. Guess what? it worked!!! I texted Chris the next morning with the happy news. He offered to come back to take care of the rest at no additional charge and he did come back this morning (Saturday) to finish it up as he promised.

I wholeheartedly recommend Chris J. at 24 Hour Express Services to anyone who is looking for a dependable plumber. I truly appreciate Chris for his honesty, willingness to listen to my concerns, and for saving my hard earned money and tile walls. During the pandemic, it is very difficult to find qualified and experienced technicians who also quote reasonable estimates. I have never written any Yelp reviews before, but I thought I had to write one this time in hope of helping other homeowners in the area with similar plumbing issues and to shout out to Chris J. at 24 Hour Express Services.

Every technician that has worked in my home has been exceptional! Two weeks ago Daniel diagnosed a low water pressure issue in my kitchen and expertly installed new faucets that have improved the water pressure to perfect. Yesterday the hot water pipe leading into my home from the hot water heater in the garage sprang a hole in the cheap copper pipes that the builder used. Javier fixed it the same day I called for help! That evening the water pressure in one of the kitchen faucets decreased tremendously. This morning they sent Zach and Milton to the rescue. They were communicative, respectful, professional and efficient. They found the problem inside the faucet, corrected it and didn't charge me because it was under their warranty. I found 24 Hour Express through a neighbor's recommendation and I highly recommend them for anyone who needs competent and professional plumbing service.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator and when they went to install it I was told my supply line valve was broken and needed to be replaced. I contacted several companies using Yelp (3 in all) and was not impressed with the quote on one, one couldn't come for about a week and the third, well seemed strange. I was recommended by a friend to call 24 Hour Express and all I can say is wow! From the lady who answered the phone, she answered all my questions and was polite. The called to confirm the appointment and Marc Delio was the service technician. Marc was very polite, explained what was needed, provided a quote and did an excellent job. The price was a lot less than the other company, was done correct and he even reminded me to do some other maintenance on my place. Marc was not pushy and I highly recommend this company and will keep their information.

Chris Jackson provided an extra super awesome job at my property a couple of months back. Initially I called the company 24Hr service to say how extremely satisfied I was with his work and resolution to our problem. Our water heater sprung a leak around noon today. Started calling plumbers to get it fixed or replaced. First plumber said not until sometime tomorrow. The second said not until Thursday ( 4 day wait) contacted 24 Hour Express about 2 pm. the repairman arrived at 3 pm. Checked out the heater and said it had to be replaced. He had to go pick up a replacement and was back in about 40 minutes. He removed to old unit and replaced the new unit. In no time at all he was completed and cleaned up the area he was working in. The repairman was Matthew Blom, a retired Navy Veteran. He could not have been more professional or friendlier. I hope 24 Hour Express realize what a terrific employee they have and hope their other repairmen are as great. I will continue to recommend the company and ask anyone reading this review ask for Matthew when you call. As a retired Army veteran I am always happy to see companies that give job to our vets and Matthew proves the point why I feel this way. Great job Matthew. I would have given more stars but was limited to 5.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. In the past, I've had Matt come to do work and he's excellent. Today, Jack and Daniel arrived to install new sinks in my bathroom. These guys from this company are always prompt, courteous, honest and professional. They arrived within their promised window and got right to work. The job was done in about half the time they promised, at a very reasonable price. I'm absolutely ecstatic about the outcome of the service. My bathroom is gleaming! They did a great job! My son-in-law has just returned from 7 weeks of training and we were planning a great evening at home but all of sudden water started to come through the ceiling in the kitchen at around 6pm. I started calling around to several plumbing companies and only a few called back. 24 Hour Express Service was the first and they were here within a hour. 24 Hour Express Service was extremely helpful Ryan was able to help my husband the moment he called with a concern about our water heater over the phone we weren't in a rush to get someone out that night since it was last - we were just grateful for the response so late so Then sent Jack and another employee out right away the next day and both where extremely respectful. Jack was so beyond helpful and honest when it came to any questions or concerns I had since we had a prior quote about our heater from another company that was not very honest with us and Jack was so extremely helpful and honest he didn't try and rip us off like the other companies did! We ended up having to replace our water heater and he was out here within just a few hours to install the new one! He had our new one up and running in less then 2 hours! He was extremely respectful and professional. Underneath our house was very wet for some reason. A few days after I called (I.e. not an emergency) Zack Ochoa came out, earlier than projected. He was polite, listened to our problem and came up with a plan. He first walked the house to get his bearings. He then spent at least an hour under the house having us flush toilets, run faucets, etc. He found nothing, a big relief to us and helped us with a plan to dry out the wet areas. We recently had moved into our new (to us) home. Our sewer line had a belly in it. Which would back up our toilets. We ended up having Bernardo coming out late one night to clear our sewer line. And, Adam coming out again on a second night to clear our sewer line. Both times late at night. Since it didn't seem to be a one off situation we had Bernardo come back and run a camera through the sewer line and give us an estimate on fixing the sewer line. Bernardo and Adam came back along with Raymond to do the job. The dirt was very wet and heavy and took longer than expected to dig down to the pipe. And, because of the wet dirt, they took extra steps (putting in rebar and concrete) to help support the pipe and prevent another belly from happening. They took their time, worked hard in the hot weather and did the job right. And even with all the extra work they completed the job in 3 days. Which is what was provided to us in the estimate. The area they worked in was kept clean and tidy the entire time. And, when they were done they cleaned everything up. You'd never had guessed anything was done (except for the small patch of concrete they had to cut out of our driveway to complete the job). Bernardo, Adam and Raymond were super friendly and kept us updated on the steps they were taking while doing the work. As far as we're concerned we have found our go to plumbers. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I don't normally write reviews but 24 Hrs Express Plumbing did such an amazing job that I had to. My husband and I bought a new build and 3 months living in the new house, a mysterious sewage odor was happening in our house and we didn't know where it was coming from. Our builder sent out their plumber to diagnose the issue but could not find anything which was so frustrating and stressful. 24 Hrs Express was then sent over to perform a smoke test to find the issue, and indeed found the vent pipe that was incorrectly installed! The vent pipe should have been installed to the roof but was vented up to the attic. Big props and thanks to Chris and Greg! These guys worked so hard!! Impressed that they crawled into my small attic and also went up the roof during the rain and successfully found the vent pipe that was incorrectly installed by the builder!! Feeling so relieved that this was found as I have read so many others getting multiple plumbers trying to diagnose similar issues but not getting resolution. OK let me start by saying 24 hour express service changed my faith in humanity. Let me 1st start off with disclosure I have the ring camera all over my house so I hear and see everything with that being said yesterday on Sunday my toilet was gurgling when I woke up couldn't understand why. I saw my toilet was stuffed uo. So for about a hour or so i was plunging and swearing loudly with no luck. I noticed in my driveway water was overflowing from the pipe into the drains (gross.) I called my American home warranty place who couldn't find a plumber to come out on Sunday so i found 24 hour express service. Both of the lady dispatchers were awesome, fast and professional. Chris the technician showed up not to long after. Chris was very nice and professional. After about 3 hours of trying to see what was wrong his Boss Bob showed up..also very nice and professional.

So to remind you I have the ring camera so i can hear everything (sorry Bob and Chris for ease dropping) while they were working Bob was educating Chris on the correct equipment to use. At this point in my head I thought the job would be very expensive because of the time there and the boss coming. But no that wasn't the situation. I heard Bob saying to Chris that he enjoyed coming out and helping him on the job...which i thought was awesome. He then told Chris it was thr wrong blade or something being used to clear the pipes and it wasn't the owners error. At that point Bob restored my faith in humanity!!! You don't see that honesty that much anymore. THANK YOU BOB AND CHRIS! So the job was completed and not expensive which I was grateful for. I will definitely use them again and refer them 100%.

Had a leak on our property in wine country that no one could find. Even had RWD out and they couldn't figure it out. Called 24 Hr Express and when Shane and Ethan showed up they went right to work. In less than 15mins they found the leak. Broken water hose bib that I didn't even know I had. They dug it out and repaired it in less than an hour. Recently called 24 Hour Express for 2 plumbing issues at my home. The primary reason was to install faucets into a double sink in my kids bathroom. Due to shortcut taken by builder, the old faucets could not easily be removed nor new ones installed without removing the sink itself. I don't remember the name of the plumber who came out, but he assessed the situation and explained to me what would be involved to fix it. The price was a bit higher than I was prepared to pay right before Christmas. He advised that I get some other estimates 1st and then call him back if no one could give me a better estimate. While he was at my home, he resolved an issue with my kitchen sink free of charge and also didn't charge a service fee for coming to our home, even though he did have to pull some things apart on the bathroom sink. We ended up going with someone else for the bathroom, based on price alone, but the fact that he didn't charge for anything that he did in bathroom or kitchen was pretty amazing and unexpected to me. Why go anywhere else!!!! I called for service at 9:21pm for a pipe leak in the bathroom and told them we needed it fixed asap because we have out of state guests arriving in the morning. Well I was told that they would get someone out between 10 and 11. Bob arrived a little after 10 and went straight to work. Bob had our leak fixed and the water back on to the house by 10:25, I was shocked how fast Bob got it done considering he did have to cut pipe and replace a valve. I noticed I had bubbles in the paint over my Bathtub 9-21-21. After calling all that I needed to call. I called 24 Hour Express Services 9-24-21. Chris J. came out on 9-25-21. It was the PEX Blue system that had a leak. It had to be ordered and would be in on 9-29-21. He was at my house at 10:00 and fixed the problem. He then said that he liked to hang around for about 30 minutes to make sure there was no leakage. I'm so glad that he did because the other PEX Red also had a leak. Luckily he had that part on his truck. Fixed it and waited another 30 minutes. All was dry.

Ryan went to our house and take a look at the pipe erosion issue. We were worried about we need to replace all the corners but they were all blue/green, but he told us that that is normal and the problem is in the inside, not outside. We need to fix the pressure regulation and that should fix the majority of the issue. He really reassured us and did not try to tell us we need a big project. If i could give a 10 I would!!! We have a very challenging sink configuration in the kitchen. Our faucet would not stay tightened due to the builder jerry-rigging the faucet setup with a block of wood. We could not get up into the space and tighten if needed.

24 Hour Express sent Dustin Mitchell out and that did the trick. He is professional and knowledgeable. He got everything set up the way if should have been.

Extremely impressed! I called in on a Saturday morning after realizing that my kitchen sink was leaking profusely and knowing that was going to put a major damper on my weekend. ;) Thankfully Crystal answered the phone right away with a sweet and cheerful voice and told me she could have someone out to me within a few hours. She said she would call again when they were on their way. Sure enough, not even a half hour later, she was on the phone with me again, telling me that a tech in the area had finished up another job early and could come over to my house in ten minutes. AMAZING! Technician Jerry G. showed up at my door, courteous, professional, friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. We both hoped it was just a tube in my kitchen faucet that needed replacement, but thanks to his expert eye, he showed me that the actual faucet interior was corroded and leaky, so we needed to replace the entire faucet. He went to the store, sent me photos of 3 options, came back and installed the faucet for me. It looks great and works beautifully. He was super clean and did not leave a mess for me to clean up after when he left. I will definitely be saving their number in my phone for all our future plumbing needs. I want to start by saying DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE THIEVES!!
I have a home that I rented and now vacant and currently sold. The master bath is under a remodel construction and the general contractor uses them as a sub.
While they were working I had asked them to give me a bid on installing a water regulator and replacing a ball valve. The bid was $700 and when I looked at him funny he had stated the water regulators are up to $500 because they are made of all brass. I am not a plumber and a bit to trusting so I agreed to the cost. A couple of days later he came, spent 45 min on installing the regulator, added about 2 of brass pipe and a ball valve and yes, $700.
A couple of days later my son, who is a commercial welder visited and I was telling him about the things I was having done at house. He asked about the cost of the regulator and the work and of course I shared, He just about lost him meal of course laughed at me for not checking with him and I told him well the regulator is up to $500 because it was all brass and he laughed harder. We went to house, looked at regulator got make and model, googled it and the cost retail was $104. Of course plumbers get it for much less. My son said the raw cost for other items they did, brass pipe and ball valve was maybe another $25.
It just so happened that I had scheduled an appointment for the same company (before I knew they grossly inflated costs) to come to my home I live in to give an estimate on a positemp valve needing to be installed in my shower. Keep in mind the removal work had already been done and I purchased the hardware. When he came over I was now skeptical but wanted to see what he (same guy) would estimate work at. He looked at it 10 seconds and stated it would be $500. Now that I knew I was being robbed I politely asked him to leave and mentioned the other work regarding the water regulator work and how he over charged by hundreds, showed him the REAL cost of the valve and he stated we pay more than retail because we are plumbers which of course is a lie. To put it in perspective I called another company out for work on the home I live in which was to replace water regulator, replace and put in 2 new ball valves and replace positemp valve in my shower. The total estimate for ALL the work from a licensed plumber who was recommended by my realtor was $525. So now I knew I was robbed in the amount of over $700 - $800 by 24 hour express service in Murrieta on Jefferson.
As I should have, if you call them, double check cost, labor, parts, and be very skeptical of any of their quotes.

I went on Facebook's 'Murrieta Talk' page and did a search for 'plumbers'. I found a recent post that had a flyer for 24 Hour Express Services, along with a 'Free Estimate' and $25 off Service Call. Ran into a problem replacing the toilet tank valve/flapper... on Father's Day. Ugh. Didn't have the right tools, and the valve from the wall into the tank was now leaking... a slow leak. Got quotes from 3 plumbing services for purchase and installation of an outdoor tankless water heater. These guys were the lowest, and were able to pickup and install the water heater the same day they provided the quote.

Great service, Justin and Ray were friendly and genuinely wanted the work to be done and everything was right. They also installed a pressure regulator and replaced the valve in the master shower.

I had an emergency at 9 o'clock at night, I was selling my house and the movers broke a valve where the washing machine was, and my laundry room was completely flooded! So around midnight on a Friday night my water heater inner tank broke. To top it off, my shut off valve to the tank broke also. After spending the next day without water I didn't want to wait for American Home Shield to send someone out.

Thanks to 24 Hour Express Services, we were without hot water for less than 20 hours. Our old water heater gave its 1 millionth crank and quit Thursday night. I called 24 Hour Express and left a message. Friday morning at a little past 8 o'clock Kim called to set up an appointment for that afternoon! The technician arrived on time and went to work right away, no wasted movement and very efficient. He was very knowledgeable and worked with precision while removing the old water heater as well as installing the new one. All connections were replaced with new ones and the water heater was made in the U.S.A. He made certain that everything worked as it should and we actually had hot water before he left at about 4:30 p.m. He explained the settings on the new water heater and gave reasons why things should be set the way they were. Steven came out not long after we called. We needed a leak repaired so it wouldn't do any further drywall damage. Relatively easy fix and gave us truthful options. We chose to have him do the repair. Very efficient and friendly.
Our neighbor had a backup so we recommended Steven and he came and quickly corrected the problem. Highly recommend!

I just had my kitchen leak repaired by David D. today(Sunday)... I am so thankful. He was fast, professional & overall just seemed honest & kind. The leak had put a HUGE damper on our day & moods. Mike is awesome! He is so hands on when you're having an issue no matter how big or small plus he is not all about the almighty dollar- If there is something or some type of service that he cannot provide he will refer you and try to help you find someone who can take care of your issue even if he's not going to make any money I find that kind of Customer service so rare and so refreshing - highly recommended !

I had the privilege of meeting David Diaz due to water overflowing into my kitchen. David was an absolute delight and will be welcome in my home any time. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. He arrived with all the right tools to do the job properly, including a 65-foot snake, and his work was excellent. I am now confident that my drain is clear which gives me peace of mind. He left my kitchen as clean as it was when he arrived and even gave me tips on how to maintain my drain and prevent future clogs. IMHO David should be considered a valuable member of the 24 Hour Express Services team!

My hose bib would not shut all the way off and I am not very good at sweating copper fittings. With a bucketful of water heading down the gutter, dinner reservations in jeopardy, I started by calling my plumber. He didn't answer and the next two I called on the Yelp list said they would be out on Monday- WAIT A MINUTE. 24 hour plumbers coming out two days later, talk about misleading advertising.

Thankfully, I called 24 Hour Express Service and actually got a live person on the other end of the phone. She gave me a time and said she would call me when they were on the way. True to her word, she called me back two hours later and within 30 minutes Jack arrived.

Jack was able to quickly provide two different options to correct the problem. Within 10 minutes, all was fixed and everything good as new. Jack was professional and clearly knows what he is doing.

My new go to plumber for sure!!

This company is great! Called them out because half of our property was backing up. This is my second time using 24 Hours. We had Ryan this time. You can tell his mama raised him right. Very polite. I offered to wear a mask so that he could take his off and breathe while he was working. He said, Oh no. I'm a guest in your home. I'll wear a mask. Nice, polite young man.

He worked fast and efficient. Cleaned up his mess. Didn't mind my dog supervising him. The prices are fair. Ryan took a picture of the corroded pipe so I could see before he started the work. He also gave me the cost beforehand. Ryan thanked us for our business.

Crystal, the dispatcher was very nice and personable both times I used 24 Hour. I called on a Monday morning and was able to have someone here two hours later. Now it's 1:00pm and I can get on with my day. Thank you 24Hour and Ryan!

BUYER...BEWARE!! These guys will attempt to rip you off big time, if you do not exercise due diligence. We had a problem with a plugged pipe in our downstairs bathroom and we were charged $550.00 for the following: They removed the toilet, ran a camera through the pipe, and then reinstalled the toilet when they were finished. Did they unplug the pipe? NO, THEY DID NOT! They left us with a huge invoice, and told us that it would cost $1200-$1600 to fix the problem. They also told us that they may have to tear up our floor, cut out the dry wall and/or go in from an adjacent room. What a load of garbage! We said thanks, but no thanks. We decided to call Infinity Plumbing and they were fantastic! They came out, ran a specialized snake through the line, cleared the pipe, and our problem was resolved. They didn't need to remove the tile or cut through the dry wall. 24 Hour Express Services was way too expensive and misdiagnosed the proper solution to the problem. BE CAREFUL!!

My 3rd time using 24 Hour Express. Every time they are incredible. I needed my washing machines shutoff valves replaced so we can install our new washer. The existing were corroded and would not turn off. Called at 11AM and Aaron arrived at 1PM. By 2PM he was done. Aaron showed incredible professionalism during his time at our house. No need to ever call another plumbing service. And they are very reasonable on there charges.

One of our outdoor pipes was leaking and we needed a plumber to replace a cracked elbow pipe. We reached out to 10 businesses on yelp and sent them some pictures and a video of the leaking. 24 Hour Express Services replied to our message and provided us with an online quote within 1 hour. (Thank you Mike for the quick response and for answering all my questions!)

Mike gave us a really reasonable quote which also included a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. I decided to book a free onsite estimate (just to go over the details of how they would fix my leak) and they sent Aaron.

Aaron did an amazing job and even took the time to explain exactly what he'll be doing to fix the cracked pipe. Overall, it took him a little longer than he expected. He kept apologizing for the long wait...but it was nice to have someone who didn't do a rush-job to run off to the next appointment. (Thank you Aaron for your hard work and also for wearing a mask even though the job was outside!)

I highly recommend 24 Hour Express Services to anyone who is looking for a reliable, affordable plumber!

Great Service!! Crystal who works in the office was able to schedule me right away. We replaced an existing toilet in our master & had them repair another in our guest bath. They came on time, and even received a courtesy call from Crystal when they were on their way. They hauled everything away, including the box, and did not leave one speck of dirt! Their pricing was much LOWER than others, including Lowe's & Home Depot. Will go straight to them for any future work.

I was grateful they came fairly quickly. But a little bit baffled that I was charged $125 plus an additional $20 for gas just to tell me what was wrong with my shower. It was only a quote for what was wrong and I don't know why anyone would have to charge that much. It took about 30 minutes to diagnose.
I also got another plumber to quote the actual resolution of the problem for about $200 less than what I was quoted here. Very disappointing experience.

My wife and I noticed a leak at night coming through our exterior wall. I was worried about where it was coming from, so we called out to a few emergency services including 24-hour Express Services. They were the only ones to respond in the middle of the night (around 10pm or so).

The first they sent out came in fairly short order. He speculated that the leak was coming from a drain or water fixture inside the house (the laundry room was behind the exterior wall). However, he told me that he could not get work done until the morning. That was fine with me and the initial visit was re-assuring enough for me to not worry until the next morning.

The next morning came around and another technician came by to look at the leak. By this time, there were no signs of a leak and things were dry outside. The technician asked some questions about what's behind certain areas and tried to make a best guess as to what was wrong (without having to cut holes in walls yet). He speculated that the water may have been coming from our dryer exhaust nearby which could expel moisture depending on the load type. He asked me to observe what was happening before the leak so we could pinpoint the problem (again, without having to cut holes in the walls). This was great for me as it indicated that they weren't trying to just do work for the sake of taking my money. They really seemed to care about getting things right. So, I let the technician go while I observed some things.

Finally, after doing a load of laundry, we noticed more water leaking. A third technician finally came by and cut a hole in the wall. There was a pressure side leak (hot water side) to the laundry. The fix was simple for the professional technician.

All 3 technicians were friendly and efficient. I didn't get any BS from them and they did their jobs quickly. I realize that my residential problem wasn't a big deal but they were still very helpful like I was a big deal customer. I really appreciate things like that.

For all this, I would definitely go with them again for my emergency plumbing needs.

I didn't use their services, but their customer service was top notch. I had a plumbing emergency & called/emailed several local plumbers. The phone rep I spoke to said she would have a plumber contact me for more info. Literally 5 mins later, I got a call back from Brandon who asked related questions. After discussing a few options I opted for a replacement. driving home from work about 7 pm watched truck 04 cut off two cars. Driving like a real asshole. Guy is laughing about it almost merges in front of me but stops. The truck was swaying all over the place. Then the asshole blocks the road yelling at me to pull over. I called for emergency services this summer when my air conditioner quit cooling. The technician came out and repaired the unit within 2 hours of call. I was so impressed by the tech that I scheduled my yearly HVAC service with 24 Hour Express Services months in advance.

This week, a different technician, David, came out and was just as impressive as the last. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Cost for yearly HVAC service was reasonably impressive, as well.

Chris J. from 24 Hour Express Services was AMAZING!! We had replaced our water regulator and our pipes kept knocking and knocking. We turned off the hot water heater to make sure we didn't cause any damage to it. Over the phone, he walked us through how to stop the knocking AND how to relight the pilot on the water heater.

This was my second time using them. Last year I had the same issue - both toilets clogged at same time. Last time was a real challenge. Had to snake all the way to the clean-out. This time, they turned on all faucets in house and the clog cleared by itself. No repair charge - just a service fee for showing up. I will definitely call them in the future. This company and Dustin are THE BEST!! Let me tell you why you don't want to go anywhere else... we first had a different company come out and they did not know what they were doing or didn't care enough to do a through job of clearing the clog, because the problem reappeared days later.

We called 24 hour. Not only did they fix the problem, but they were less expensive! This company will be our go to from now on!

I had a water pipe leak somewhere in a wall. Friends at Pulido Cleaning and Restoration suggested this company.

They came in at a reasonable time, got back to me with an appointment time in a good amount of time. Prices are reasonable and though this stuff isn't cheap I was ok to pay it. The only problem was that their phones were acting weird, so I had to call twice in a row, not the end of the world.

The plumber (Bob) came in, was professional and very nice. Told me the game plan and some rough estimates for worst case scenario (like under a slab or something)

He was very helpful and also suggested insurance may help. Itemized his invoice and made sure I kept the bad pipe beacause he knew insurance would want to see it. Basically did more than find the leak and fix it. I had to clear out a pantry for access, he helped. He left my house cleaner than when he came in. Explained what probably needed to happen as far as damage repair (I know that's not his job)

Bottom line, I was very happy with the service and reccomend them.

After calling Roto Rooter and Rescue Rooter which claim to be a 24 hour service, but offered to send someone in the morning, I called 24 Hour Express Services and got a call back from Jose within 5 minutes of hanging up with their dispatcher. He called his backup Ryan Young and he called me back within 5 minutes of hanging up with Jose and was at my residence with 15 minutes. Ryan was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. His expertise allowed him to do the job with ease and was done in a few minutes. Even though my problem was small, it showed me that 24 Hour Express Services is the go to company for all your plumbing needs and they really do care about their customers. Shout out to Chris, he showed up within the appointment window to check out my water heater. The darn pilot wouldn't re-light for me. Then he arrived and it wouldn't work for him either. He took the time to call Whirlpool to find out if my water heater was still under warranty to avoid any crazy unnecessary charges. While on hold he was checking out every little thing on and around the water heater. Come to find out there was a piece of lint in the way of the gas reaching the ignition. He saved me a few hundred bucks. I have used this company for 7+ years in every place I have rented and now owned. My home warranty can't even get their contractors out as fast as these guys come out. These guys have always been very courteous and professional. Way to go guys!

Wow! Sunday afternoon my kitchen sink plugged up tight. This meant I couldn't use my washer either as they run into the same drain. Called these guys and gave my info to the lady in dispatch. She said someone would call me asap. Within 3 minutes I had a call from Aaron, he was able to give me an estimate of the cost (if it could be fixed with a simple snaking) and said he would be here in 20-30 minutes. He arrived right on schedule, was super professional and polite and really knew his craft. It didn't take long for him to get the job done and he even cleaned up well when he was done. I was very impressed with this company's professionalism and honesty starting with the lady who answered the phone and took my info right through Aaron's courtesy, response time and the great job he did. I'll be calling them again the next time I need plumbing work done.....oh...and the price was very reasonable.

Our kitchen and living room wood laminate flooring began to bubble underneath last weekend. We knew there must be a leak somewhere. We called 24 Hour Express Services and they came out within a couple days to diagnose the problem. They confirmed there was a leak. Under our foundation.....All bad! Dustin gave us a reasonable quote and was out to fix the problem within a couple days from the time we approved the quote. Overall, I am very pleased with work done to fix the leak. Minimal holes to reroute the water line. Dustin and Ray were very professional and friendly. Would definitely use 24 Hour Express Services in the future...... Let's just hope I don't have to...

Sam came out to my home to check for a clogged dishwasher drain and he was so nice and very knowledgeable! I wasn't sure if my drainage problem was because my new dishwasher was installed wrong or I had drain clog, but he figured it out quickly! Thanks for a job well done, Sam! Our drain got clogged, my husband tried everything to fix it himself. We even went to Home Depot and bought a little snake. However, the snake was only 25 feet and just didn't reach far enough. It was 7pm, I called 24 Hour Express Services. The guy let me know that because it's after hours there would be an extra charge to get someone out. I said I could wait until the morning, he said great my office will call you first thing in the morning. Sure enough, 8am his office called me. They had someone out within an hour! Will showed up to our house and was very friendly and professional. He explained that the 25 foot snake we tried wasn't long enough,but the one he has definitely will get to the problem. He also told me the cost up front. 30 min later he was done and everything was working! I will definitely use 24 Hour Express Services again if I have any plumbing issues!

This company came highly recommended by a neighbor who I respect and trust. My wife called in the evening and Dustin came out the next morning. I explained to him that another plumber came out 9 months ago and did a quick fix on a toilet that had tree roots clogging the drain. He explained to me what the root (pun intended) of the problem was. I realized right then that Dustin was a no-nonsense professional who was not going to do a quick fix. After watching the last guy, Dustin proceeded to conduct a thorough repair by actually addressing the cause of the problem and correcting it at the source. These days it's hard to find a company and/or people that provide this kind of service. Dustin, YOU ROCK! 10 STARS!

It's unbelievable to be typing this, but we had a great experience hiring this plumber. Matthew showed up on time and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, worked quickly and the prices were very reasonable.

Previously, we had hired a plumber that worked on our dryer. They did not install the gas lines correctly and we had a leak. A rep from the gas company came out and told us the correct way to do it. That wasn't necessary because Matthew inspected the situation and told us the same thing the gas rep did.

Also, this happened on New Year's Eve. We were having a party and had plenty to worry about. This was something we thought would make the whole day terrible. It didn't because of this company and their excellent service.

I am extremely perplexed by such great reviews on yelp because my experience with 24 hour service has been nothing less than dreadful...

I just moved into a new house. Before I moved in, while there was remodeling going on, I got a notification from water company there is continuous leakage somewhere in the house. I called this plumbing company and a plumber came out to look at issue and he called me saying it's possibly due to toilet running on the second floor bathroom. Because I was not in the house I could not check the meter but believed in him.

After I moved in, the meter was STILL running and we Continued to get report from water company there is leakage. Apparently, they did NOT check meter to make sure it is not running anymore but LIED to me that they did. I got upset, called them and it took me 4 phone calls over one week to finally get to the owner who REFUSED to give me refund and continued to lie to me that the meter stopped running. He offered to give credit towards doing electronic leak detection that was over $250 but i know that that's not gonna fix the issue (after talking to 6 different plumbers they said leak is from outside and doing electronic detection does not guarantee finding leakage) and lost all my trust in them.

Finally after getting in contact with another leak detection specialist who confirmed leak is NOT from Inside the house but from outside and that the problem was sprinkler we finally finally fixed the leakage issue. 24 hr plumbing did NOT provide any quality service to make sure customer is taken care of.

I demanded a refund for basically them not detecting anything and lying to me that the issue is to do with toilet when it was clearly not confirmed with six other plumbers in the area. (Backed up by water bill)

Furthermore, they quoted me $650 for installing water filter.. are you serious?? Got it done by another handyman who only charged me $150. Definitely not calling them every again and Super upset i lost my $105 for nothing.

So, we've had trouble with the drains on our pool deck since we purchased our home 10 years ago. About 5 years ago, we hired two different companies to come out and clean the drain lines- both gave up, but not after charging us almost $500 each!

We called 24 Hour Express because our sewer drain was blocked which they cleared quickly and professionally in minutes. I was so impressed that I decided to mention the blocked pool deck drains to Cade. Needless to say, Cade took the time to understand how the drain lines were routed. Spent a total of about 6 hours clearing them one by one and now the drains are flowing freely and for a cost that was less than either of the companies 5 years ago.

I am so impressed with Cade's patience and resolve to clear the drains. Giving up was not an option for Cade or 24 Hour Express! Problem Solved!!

Gave them a call late last night since it's 24 hours.... talked to the person on the phone she was nice and provided email and address.... she said the technician would give a call but never received any email or call.... I guess because it was I called around midnight but when I checked the website it says they are still operational even with COVID-19 happening....waited all night since our ceiling just randomly started leaking water and we had a small flood on our wood floor. Waited till 7am this morning to call another company and they actually emailed me back afterwards and came out like they said they would...too bad bc I saw a lot of great reviews but if they aren't going to provide service they should update their site description as well as their google and yelp in case their hours changed but from the sound of the lady who got my information down over the phone around midnight she did says 24hour emergency service....I can't recommend this if it's an actual emergency late night... but I do recommend R&R plumbing out in Murrieta instead!

Called them on a Saturday for my parents' house. They picked up the phone and she was very professional and friendly.We had a bad backup in all the bathrooms..water and you know what! They showed up quickly, and when they said they would be there. She gave me a quote over the phone, and that's exactly what it was. She stated if there were going to be any extra charges that they would tell us beforehand on what it is, they had to do and explain it to me.
I own a couple of homes, so..
all in all, great company and would definitely do business with them again!!

We had an emergency due to water heater leak in our rental property.
We turned this work to 24-hour Express service.
Crystal answered our call and assigned Dustin to come to the property. He came very fast and did everything possible to solve the problem. It turned to the point that we needed to replace the water heater. It was not that simple due to some complications. Dustin not just did very good job as a plumber, he also kept us updating on a progress and sent us pictures before and after the repairs. You can not ask for better service if need someone else to manage the repair. Dustin is an honest and reliable technician.
Also our special thanks to Crystal who made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She sent us invoices, warranty and helped us with more things that exceeded her regular duties.
We will definitely be doing business with them again.

I needed help with a water leak from my expansion tank last night around 9:00 pm so I called 24 Hour Express and Chris showed up in about 30 minutes and removed the rusted out tank and capped the line for me since I didn't know anything about those, thanks to him, I do now. Apparently a routine water regulator replacement (city to house) turned into a ridiculous bill. The on-site quote by the tech included re-working the plumbing because my valve was an old model. The tech ordered the new reg knowing well the dimensions of the new reg. (It took 3 days to receive). My bill was $467,the original quote. Onsite job start was at 0945 and work was completed at 1015 with obviously no plumbing work required. I was charged $175 for the reg and $292 for what?.....labor

If I could give more than five stars, I would. The handle broke off of our shower and the water was streaming out of the shower faucet. And of course this happened after hours on a weeknight. I called over 10 businesses who claimed to be 24 hour emergency repair plumbers. And only 2 called back. 24 hour Xpress service called first. We were given the amount of the visit (which honestly was completely reasonable, given that it was after hours ), and were able to send a technician out within 90 minutes of the call.

Bernardo arrived and was quickly figured out the problem and next steps. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part, but he was able to stop the flow of water and said we would receive a call next morning and the job could be finished at that time and what needed to happen.

Next day, I followed up, and Cathy was so nice and helpful and gave an ETA of a technician to come out and finish the repair (that afternoon). No sooner did we hang up that she called me back to say she was able to move some things around and Marc was on his way.
Marc arrived about 30 minutes later, told us what needed to be done and gave an estimate (completely reasonable). He then had to go get the parts, and came back and finish the repair and we were good to go.
Marc was fantastic, very helpful and honest.
We found our plumbers going forward. We have been through a couple of them since moving out here a few years ago. But our experience with 4 hour Xpress plumbers has been incredible. They are upfront with their costs, and are totally reasonable (we were quoted at least double what we ended up paying by the other company). The staff are so nice and helpful, and I really appreciate the fact that when you call them after hours you don't get an answering service you actually get somebody who works at the company.

It's a family owned business, and you can tell that they really try to accommodate customers. I can't recommend them highly enough, looking at further for any of your plumbing needs....emergency or otherwise.

Seriously, Jessie saved the day!! The faucet in our shower malfunctioned and we couldn't turn the water off. We had to turn the water off to the entire house. The home warranty place couldn't tell us when someone could come out so I found 24 hour express on Yelp. Jessie answered the phone and was extremely professional and friendly. I called at 6:43 pm and he arrived to our home in Aguanga by approximately 8:15. He was fast, efficient, friendly and AFFORDABLE! I couldn't be more pleased! I called 4 other 24hr plumbing companies around 730pm and none of them could make it out tonight for a emergency water leak repair that would've left us without water at least till the next day in the afternoon. With a house of 10 folks, we couldn't wait that long to go without water. Technician Dustin showed up less than 30minutes, repaired the busted pipe super fast without adding unnecessary work. I needed my backyard faucet fixed and replaced. It was soldered on and was really close to my house. I called 24 hour and they had someone at my house the next morning. The technician that came to my house was Matt Martinez. He was professional and had PPE on. He had my faucet fixed in about 30 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and informed me a one year warranty is included. I will be calling 24 hour plumbing in the future and of course asking for Matt.

I had my kitchen sink backup right in the middle of me making a large dinner for guests who were set to arrive in the next two hours. I called 24 Hour Express Services and told them my situation. They were very friendly on the phone and said someone could be out in the next few hours (and possibly sooner if they could). Discovered a leak on a Sunday after 10:30 pm. They answered the phone promptly and their technician was at my home within the hour. He was initially their just to shut off water to the house and would be back the following day to diagnose & repair. We got lucky that he immediately found it and was able to repair the leak and only charged us for the repair. This company was wonderful!! Everyone that we have spoken to were friendly and helpful. Well.. of course our water heater leaked after two years of owning our home. There were extensive damages to our garage and baseboards/bathroom. We called a few companies to get some quotes before deciding to use 24 Hour Express Services. Garrett was patient and professional. He gave me a reasonable quote so we decided to go with his company.

Dustin and Bernardo came out that same day. They did an amazing job and had our water heater on a temporary stand quickly and efficiently. Dustin also fixed a minor issue with our kitchen sink with no charge! Wow.. that is what you called service. Once our garage was repaired by a contractor, Jessie came out to reinstall the water heater on its permanent stand. He also did a great job. Let's just say that our experience with this company was GREAT! They were honest, professional and efficient. We would use them again for our other plumbing needs.

I had a backup of sewage in my toilet and bathtub. This company was recommended to me by the builder of my community. Scott was upbeat and friendly and did an excellent job of setting expectations after he arrived and surveyed the situation. Our clogged tub did not have a trap (meaning, the job could be more difficult, and cost more - he might have had to get on the roof, etc., etc.). I appreciated knowing that before he started.

Being the rock-star Scott is, he was able to remove the clog like a champion wrangling a wild squirrel. Your boss ought to give you a huge raise and more vacation time.

Nate and Toby had to replace about 30 feet of piping buried between my home and the street today and a pressure regulator valve. They completed the entire job in less than a day. Technician Jessie did a quick fix for the water heater--we we're happy and grateful for the service. Initially we were wondering why there wasn't any hot water for two days straight and called the water company in case they forgot to cover it, they said that we paid the bills and everything was set. After having some walls and ceiling torn out due to a water leak of several years, Dustin came out and found the source of the leak. He was very annalitic and systematic, running water and narrowing down the possibilities. He had to cut out one more small section under one of the sinks, but that's where he found a break in a drain pipe. Dustin was able to cut out the offending length of pipe despite the fact that it was awkward and hard to get to. Throughout the process Dustin was friendly, professional and competent. Finding a reliable plumbing service is always an unavoidable anxiety for me, especially when my water heater split. I saw water draining out on to my driveway from beneath the garage door type anxiety! I immediately hit the Yelp panic mode at 11:50 pm on Saturday. Within 15 minutes, Jack called me back (past mid-night), and arrived at noon the next day. In less than 90 minutes we were back to normal. This company is amazing! I own a business in Moreno Valley. We had some issues with our plumbing and these are the people that came out to complete service for us. Unfortunately, we had some problems when the services were being completed, not caused by them, and ended up flooding our business. They were super quick to have a restoration come out and assess the damage and get everything squared away. Again we had some other issues and they sent Bob out and he fixed everything immediately. No questions asked. I am super impressed with their professionalism and their customer service. They definitely put their customers first! What a complete waste of time. Had she told me I would have called earlier and gotten someone who could help. Now the repair is delayed another day at least. I am so angry. I have used this service several times in the past 8 years to repair severe pipe breaks in the walls of our 25 year old home. I cannot find a more reliable or excellent quality parts and labor than this company based in Murrieta. I haven't never been disappointed with their plumbers. And I do mean never disappointed . Ask for Mark next time you need a great guy and great plumber!!

Our kitchen faucet began to leak, I started to change it out and couldn't do the job; old age and weak hands. Called 24 hour and Matt came out Friday night and we decided not to try and repair the faucet. I bought a new Delta faucet that night and Aaron came by to install it on Saturday morning. Great service from both these gentlemen. Really fair price and hopefully can use them on a planned change.

24 Hour Express really bailed me out of a sudden and unexpected jamb ... a Sunday morning water leak that was tough to find and tough to fix. They put in a long day and got the job done efficiently, professionally and fairly. I highly recommend their services!!

We had the misfortune, (the 4th one) of a pin hole leak in a hot water feed from our garage inside the wall. The damage was, as you can imagine ugly: water inside the walls, seeping out under the baseboards in three rooms. From previous experience, we dreaded the fix. Had to call in a restoration team to clean up the mess. Supervisor Bob from 24 Hour Express showed up at my door; assessed the situation and said he would have to return the next day armed with parts and tools. He made good on his promise, promptly located the defective pipe, listened to me ask a million plumbing questions, and left 3 hours later. I never been happier with a contractor's work as I was with Bob and 24 Hour Express. Great personality, extremely knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. ALL PLUMBERS SHOULD BE THIS GOOD! Thank you Bob and thank you 24 Hour Express.

Joe and Daniel came to my home within what seemed like a few minuets and showed up well dressed, polite and ready to help me. My home sits on a raised foundation and the drain line was overrun with roots and all sorts of gunk in it causing my bathtub to not drain. They educated me on the process from start to finish! They removed the gunk swiftly and even threw it away for me. **Also, Courtney was super polite on the phone!**

It's hard to find a decent and affordable plumber, this place was recommeneded from a friend because we needed all new parts to be fixed for an old toilet. Matt fixed it very quickly and for a very good price ! Definitely will be making this place our go to! This is our second time calling this business. Once located in Perris but now in Murrieta, they also go to Perris and Moreno Valley area. When I called it was a live person that answered and spoke too. It's a $95.00 service charge fee, they give you a two hour window when there suppose to show-up. So As i was in a mad dash trying to clean everything up before they got here. I had a list of things that were wrong, but he went over each issue that I had and assured me there was only a few concerns. What I had fixed was two stoppers, now with galvanized piping that will last the test of time not plastic. The technician (Aaron Clark) was even working with me, to give me the best price. He was very professional and polite. Aaron answered all my questions.

I would only suggest that the white paste (Plummer's paste, I think) he would be a little more clean I mean neat. It was on a few areas like.. the wood cabinets, grout and such. What I noticed, some was removed easily but the grout.. no, there's still a discoloration.

differently got schooled... A toilet disassembled and removing of the toilet is $160.00, $85.00 to assemble it. If the toilet is already assembled (one piece) it's $160 flat rate. if in two pieces $160. + $85.00. And 1.6 GPF, (gallons per flush.) Is better then 1.1,. one of the better toilet brands is kohler.. and liquid plumber and drain o eats up the pipes the best thing to use is baking soda and vinegar. SCHOOLED!

excellent company ! i called & they came right out & gave me a quote . it helps that Ryan lives right around the corner . Ryan & his partner took good care of my plumbing needs . replaced valves in both bathrooms & laundry room . very pleased with their work & would highly recommend them to everybody . reasonably priced & great work . you can't go wrong with these guy's ! give them a call !

Our technician Nate Nielson was very professional and did an amazing job for us. We had him replace our tankless water heater and even helped us find the right tank for our home and water usage. He was very pleasant and even came back to reset the maximum temperature for us with no questions asked. We would recommend him to any of our friends and family members!!

Our main line at the water meter burst on a Saturday afternoon. I called at 4:33 pm. By 6:08, the job was done. Dustin is the best!! He explained clearly what he had done, showed me the completed repair and even put the lawn by together. If you didn't know it had happened, you would walk by and not even see the repair. Good price for great work!! Don't waste your time, just call them first.

We had a slab leak. Its one of those things you won't wish not even on your enemy. We are thankful for the 24 hr Express services. They sent Dustin and Johny. They were amazing . They found the leak and took care of the problem. They were so good at their job and cleaned up really well after. After they were done we noticed another leak coming from another place. We called them back and Dustin figured it out right away. He showed it to us and explained and fixed the problem right away. He is the plumber you want, I am serious. Great great service! I can't say enough of how great of a job these people did. John and his associate (I unfortunately didn't catch his name) were very professional and took care of the problem in a very quick manner. While all the other plumbers gave me pricey quotes and long turnaround times, 24 Hour Express Services came within just a couple hours and did the job for a very affordable price. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. They are now my go-to for plumbing services.

Xavier did a wonderful job at being patient with us cashiers at south coast winery, it was a chaotic day. Xavier and his Coworker helped out in the men's bathroom as fast as possible. They did a good job!
