Had to call them back to repair the badly executed repair job they did on my water main line. They never fixed the main line handle like I asked them to, then gave lame excuse as to why they didn't want to find a different handle. Now the handle doesn't work at all. I had to call another plumber to fix their work.  They removed the old toilet along with the expensive toilet seat cover I had bought. When I asked for it, Travis told me he threw it away claiming it was old junk.  Didn't bother to ask me first. They were expensive. The new plumber I found did the work for half the price.  I really want my money back. Travis did a good job of restructuring the plumbing in my bathroom. I would be wary of hiring this company if I were you.

OUTSTANDING Service by Jessie. Called and they made appt to fit my crazy schedule. Jessie fixed the problem with toilet and even cleaned it for me. He then helped solve the draining of my dishwasher thru the aerator, clogged hose. He was the best and I know he is who I will call if I have need of a plumber again.

I recommend Priority Water Geaters for anyone looking to get their pilot light repaired.
Mine went out at night and they answered at 11 pm. Very nice, very helpful.
After texting one of their guys he said it was my pilot light and said it could be an easy fix. He fixed it and did it for a cheap price too!

The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

We've been using NexGen for over 3 years, and they've always provided fast, friendly and reliable service for our home A/C and heater maintenance. We've always had great technicians but our most recent tech, Carlos, was awesome! He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He also suggested an electronic air cleaner for our home but wasn't pushy. I will definitely request him in the future!

Dan price matched the lowest estimate we got for an expensive repair. Alec was able to come first thing the next morning, and then tried the least expensive fix for our shower, rather than jumping into the really expensive repair we had thought necessary. Also did an excellent repair (again, most affordable estimate) on our outdoor spigot. We really appreciated the friendly, efficient, and affordable service we received from Dan and Alec!

Returned promptly after notifying of a leak, but was then easily fixed by the customer with teflon tape
Honest discussion about mickey mouse angled piping that should work fine.  This part did not happen to be an issue.
Prompt discussion after review with owner to resolve the discrepancy described below.

CONS:-
Notified servicer of recent replacement of under sink piping which could possibly need work; informed that replacing that part could be an added cost which was somewhat ok, but at the end of the day, there was still a leak from the drain attached to the sink.  This could have been caught before leaving the site.
Marco came back free of charge to tighten the drain stopper, but this did not resolve the issue.
Leak fixed by customer using simple teflon tape, but was quoted an additional $225 to replace drain stopper to resolve the issue.

David has come to my rescue several times now, most recently by installing a tankless water heater to replace my ancient, dying 40 gallon tank heater. His quotes are always reasonable and he always makes sure that you understand what the job is going to be and that it gets done well. Can't recommend him and Bad Drains emphatically enough.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Bob was great, when first I called him, he started to explain to me what to do myself to fix it, NEVER expected a free expert step by step advise for FREE over the phone. I couldnt fix it, well, I called back as I felt he showld be the one earning my business.
Sure enough I was very happy with the service, Job nicely Done, not expensive,
I guess its a family business, god bless them, as they do a good job.

Great service. I scheduled an appointment for a descale of my tankless water heater. Crew arrived early. Very professional and personable guys. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I'm out $680 because of dishonest employee. I called specialty air to come fix my air conditoner to cool my house down. The technician led me to believe leveling my refrigerant would fix the problem. After the technician leveled my refrigerant and charge me $680 he tells me I have to also replace my ducts(which cost thousands and I don't have) for air to flow properly. So that's when I realized there's no point in running air conditioner since its not going to cool down the house(I wished he would of told me that before hand or else I would of never agreed). So not only does my air conditioner not work properly but I now feel like I got screwed out of a lot of money and got nothing in return. I called back and spoke to the owner and tried to ask for a partial refund. I basically argued that I got mislead by the technician. The owner sounded like he didn't  care about accommodating his customers so I was force to hang up. I would never call them back or recommend them.

My attempt at installing a ceiling fan went south, so I decided to try a handyman. Robert is great! He was punctual and had my fan wiring situated in about 15 minutes. He also took the time to explain where I messed up with the wiring; which I greatly appreciated. I inquired about having wall outlets installed so I can hang TVs on the walls of two bedroom. Robert was very honest and said hiring an electrician would be a lot cheaper and they'd be able to do the job quickly. I appreciate that honesty, and him leaving me with contact info for two local electricians. Overall, I'm glad I went with Call Our Handyman, and I will absolutely call him again for any future projects. Also, his pricing is very reasonable. Thank you! :)

I recommend this company for servicing the pipes in my garage wall connecting my washing machines. I was so afraid it would be worse than it was. I was very comfortable with the timely service and reasonable rates as well as the customer services provided by John ( I hope I have his name right). I am a Realtor, so if I ever have a client that needs service I will recommend them first.
