These guys are amazing! Found out last minute of the day that My water heater broke and wouldn't stop leaking from the bottom. Was running a muk trying to find repair place after 5p. Called 4 plumbing business before finding renowned and im really glad I did. Richard picked up after business hours still and assured me that they can get it done the next day since it's already late in the day. He didn't give me a run of the mill on cost like the other guys I called did, he literally gave me a straight forward and honest answer on how much everything would cost, if it's fixable or not and what parts I need to replace it. even though he wasnt able to get it done the same day, he got everything ready for the next day. 3hrs tops sent 2 tech Danny and Chris. in and out smooth transition of installing it. I'm happy to say I Finally found an honest company, and I will be calling them again if I ever have any other plumbing issues. Thanks fellas!

Okay, Richard at Renown gets AAAAA+++++ I seldom find anyone who listens to what I say? This time, however, I got the best Plumbing Company a person could ask for! From Trenching to getting permits and installing approximately 60' of Copper water line with a pressure regulator. The owner showed up on time with a Permit in hand from the City of Covina. I did not have to contact the City. Not one problem and that is rare today! Richard and the crew did a fantastic job! I just don't see this quality of work and Craftsman ship these days. Appreciate your help. I had no idea why my pipe is making the noise when I don't have any running water in my house. Due to this happen on Saturday he face time with me so he can walk me through the step to take care the issue before he can come by on Monday but turn out it was not a big issue but lucky I called the right person so I found out the real issue sooner!

The kitchen sink backed up on a Saturday, 2 days before Christmas and hours before people were coming for dinner. They were one of the few who were open and gave us a fair quote. This place came as a severer for my home. As on Saturday night the waterline of house just happens to broke. In those stressful moments I called several places but changes have gave me more stress. And finally I called to right place where I got nice help and even the emergency charges also fits perfectly to my budget. The guy name Richard came to home , he has not only fix it but had gave good price to change our 40 gallon water heaters. And explain how to do after care. I recommend this company. Renowned plumbing was the only one out of all the companies I called that responded to the house within an hour and I'm glad it worked out that way. I called Due to a plumbing issue I was having with my washer drain that one plumber couldn't continue due to lack of equipment, then my bathroom sink got backed up immediately after so I spoke with Richard and he was very professional and was in contact with me through the whole process... He and his colleague went to work and unplugged my drain effortlessly.. He checked my drains made sure everything was draining well before he left...... I should have called him first!!! Now I have a go to plumber should another issue come up.... thanks for everything!
The house we rented hadn't had plumbing support for years. Richard was east to talk to and gave me a direct quote right away. Called renowned Plumbing for a leaky outdoor spigot. They responded within hours and made the necessary repairs. Their staff was polite and professional. Prices were also respectable and competitive
Richard and his team are great. My pipes were clogged so I gave them a call. Richard, the owner answered and told me he could come that very day. Richard was very kind and very thorough. He explained all of my options and never did he try to up-sell me. His pricing was very reasonable. I called around and looked for a plumber after I was red-tagged and had my gas shut off by the Socal Gas Company due to a gas leak my friends smell. The Gas company had my gas shut off in the morning around 2 am. I was tired and cranky and had to wake up at 7 am to start calling around on the numbers on yelp. That's when I found Richard.
Richard was very patient. He asked me to tell me what happened and to take a picture of the gas connection and where the service line was. Within 45 minutes he met me at my house. He was very professional and prompt as he said he was and he explained everything in a professional step by step matter of fact way. Richard tried to save me some money by hoping to only replace the exposed part of the line but warned me that my line was pretty old and the entire line due to the elements would have to be replaced. He said, the service lines that we have where I live are about 50 years old. He showed me the corrosion caused by the elements. Honestly, I was just hoping to go with the quick fix. He fixed the exposed part as I requested and told me to let him know what the gas company said. Moreover, very politely he said if there are other issues just let me know.
Richard was right and I was wrong. The gas company ran a pressurized test and he said exactly everything that Richard has told me. I called Richard back up. I apologized and explained to him that I do need a new service. His price was very reasonable and he was very supportive of my situation. Richard said that he would be back out the next day to help trench out the line.
A man of his word, there was Richard and his crew early in the morning at 8 a.m ready to work. Richard and his crew went right to it. They're hardworking, didn't take any breaks and by 230 p.m. they were finished. He told me to call the gas company which I did. They came out within an hour and a half. They ran the pressurized test and said it was perfect. The gas man said that they did a very good job. Everything is smooth and functioning perfectly.

We had a clogged toilet that was swiftly repaired by Chris, a technician from Renowned Plumbing. We were impressed by his professionalism and respectful attitude. He explained our options before doing the work. The office staff was also excellent and had great follow up.
I requested service quotes from multiple companies using the app. Renowned was one of the first to respond with a quote and availability based on the service info I submitted. Other companies who responded did not include a quote, some were not available and others gave quotes for an inspection and were significantly overpriced. I corresponded with Fabiola through the messaging app. She was very responsive and straight forward which I like. We made an appt for the service to be done the next day. Service team called to let me know they will be arriving EARLIER than expected and if I would like them to come back at the set appt time. In the past, from other companies, I've had to wait hours without notification. So it was a welcomed notice. Service team were friendly, courteous and efficient. My experience went flawlessly. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

A couple weeks ago I heard what sounded like the shower was running except nothing was on. I could not see a water leak anywhere but I had a feeling something was wrong. The usual company I used wasn't available for almost a week so I had to branch out. I chose this company based on their existing good reviews and I am glad that I did. They were able to come out a day later and diagnose the problem which was a slab leak. The technician, Junior, was informative and helpful with explaining things to me along with showing me what he and his technicians were doing as they were conducting the tests to find the water leak. Since I rent, I had to keep getting authorization from my landlord to continue going further into the problem (manifold testing to see if plumbing can be rerouted vs. a patch repair) and this meant bothering the owner, Richard, at odd hours because my landlord had lots of questions during non-business hours. Richard was patient and informative over the phone/text just like Junior was when he was at my house. My landlord opted for a whole house re-pipe to improve their investment property and fix the slab leak all at once. I believe we were quoted a very fair price based on market pricing and my experience as a previous homeowner.
From start to finish, this project was done in a week. Diagnosis was on Sunday, Manifold test was on Tuesday, we had Wednesday and Thursday to discuss pricing with my landlord and Friday a large group on technicians came and re-piped my entire home! I got to meet Richard on Friday and he came to my home again Saturday morning to help install our new water heater. It's not every day you see the owner of a company getting his hands dirty with his team. You can really tell that he loves his business and his team. I had the option for drywall repair on Sunday or Monday following that and I chose Monday. By the middle of the day Monday, it was as if nothing had ever been wrong with my plumbing at all. The walls look amazing, as if there were no holes cut into them! I received my invoice by the end of the day and it was very detailed with warranty information and everything we discussed was there in writing which was very important for my landlord.
Thank you so much Richard, Junior and the rest of the team at Renowned Plumbing for making a stressful situation easier to deal with. Thank you for being patient with communication between myself and my landlord and making it a comfortable experience for all parties. I highly recommend Renowned Plumbing not only for the impeccable work they did on my plumbing but for their excellent communication skills, manners, and overall personalities in general. I needed a plumber immediately for my place of employment as a caregiver. These guys came out right away. Earlier than I had anticipated. They worked fast and did an amazing job.

With COVID-19, I was pretty hesitant to get a stranger to come into my home but after my husband tried twice to unclog our toilet without success, we had to get someone ASAP.
We only use referrals for any and all services that we need. My husband was referred to Renowned Plumbing by one of his customers so we already felt confident in hiring them. CHRIS was extremely helpful and informative. He was on time and respectful. He wore shoe covers, a mask, and gloves! I was very appreciative of that. He let us know that if option 1 didn't work he would need to try something else BUT he always asked for our approval before adding on extra services.
The service was quick! CHRIS spent about 10 minutes max unclogging our toilet and then took the time to give us the why it clogged what clogged it and how to prevent it from happening it again. He answered all of our questions and we didn't feel rushed or brushed off.
The pricing was extremely reasonable and honestly was probably less than what my husband spent altogether to try and declog the toilet himself! Haha

I spoke to Richard today, and I describe the problem that I was having. I needed to get service ASAP as I'm selling a home. After describing the situation, Richard shared with me what he thought the quote was however, after learning more about my situation, he determined that, it was very minor. He talked me through it and spent 10 minutes consulting with me, and although we didn't after all require service, if he didn't diagnose the problem, we would have never known how minor the situation was.
Would definitely work with Richard again in the future. That type of honesty, and, customer service is astonishing.

I used them to replace a toilet shut of valve that was leaking and they charged me $185. I think it was a bit high considering they didn't have to tear into the wall and it only took about 30 min. I needed the fix right away so I didn't shop around and they were the first to show up.
That being said both guys were very responsive, on-time and friendly. My issue was resolved so overall my rating is 3.6 stars.

Found Renowned Plumbing on Yelp. Used the quote function and heard from them really quick. A very nice gentleman named Richard gave a free estimate. Quoted $225 for the job. Purchased the parts, came back a few days later and did the work. He ended up having to purchase an extra part which he normally would have charged $70 for and threw it in for free to stay consistent with his quote. That's what I call honest and fair service! I highly recommend Renowned Plumbing.

Had a pipe leak from my 2nd floor bathroom to my 1st floor. Was a project since drywall on the 1st and 2nd floor needed to be cut open. Gotten quotes from multiple plumbers. Out of all the plumbers, Richard and Chris impressed me by answering their phones & texts right away, showed up on time as they said they would, very clearly explained the issues, what they were going to do, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I was even impressed by how detailed their proposal was compared to the other plumbers - you can tell they are extremely professional and take your time and money seriously.

My tankless water heater stopped working earlier this week and I was quoted close to 4K to replace it by one plumber without coming over to assess it in person. When I asked if they could come take a look at it in person before I made the decision to replace it, they stopped responding. I then called Renowned Plumbing & Rooter and they were able to squeeze me in on the same day. They came by to inspect it and did let me know that my heater is an older unit that may soon need to be replaced, but were able to reset it and it worked! They let me know how to reset it myself in the future, but if it happens frequently then it's time for a new one. I appreciated them coming out same day and providing a free consultation, and although I may need to replace it in the near future, I'm happy that they were able to reset it and get it to work for the time being. Will definitely contact them again for future plumbing needs.

Woke up one day to a leaking water heater. Right away looking at the leak I knew that my water heater had to be replaced, plus it was old. I called Renowned Plumbing and they were so prompt. Right away they new the issue and provided me with a quote right over the phone. They were able to arrive within two hours. Art, our installer, was very nice and professional. He fixed the water heater and provided us with a quick tutorial. The next day, I called and Richard because our water was not getting hot. We really did not want to mess with it and both Richard and Art showed up early the next day to fix the issue. Nothing was wrong with it, user error. But I just enjoyed the comfort that they provided me by coming out. Everything is great now!
All I can say is that I have found my plumber for all my needs. There professionalism, quality of work, and products that they use really shows. They are the realest and cheapest out there. Check them out.

Excellent Service!! Our shower was backing up pretty bad, so I finally convinced my husband to call a plumber. Richard is great on the phone and came out right away. He made sure to explain everything to my husband and answered all his questions. So now that we needed our water heater replaced ASAP almost a week before my babyshower, we called Renowned out again. I messaged Renowned Plumbing at 6pm on Friday night because an exterior copper pipe had burst, forcing my tenant to turn off the water for the entire condo. They responded immediately and were able to schedule an appointment for Saturday at 8am. By 9am on Saturday the job was completed with photos of the repair! We had a clogged toilet on a Sunday morning. Not an ideal situation. Richard showed up same day and on time. He was fast and friendly. I would Highly recommend and would use again. Price was also very reasonable.
Had Richard and Manuel over to replace my water heater today. They did in an hour and a half what would've taken me a minimum of 3 to 4. Great people. Very honest and family oriented. I will definitely be hitting them up when I'm ready for a repipe at my house. Thank you Richard and Manuel!!
Richard and his crew were great. The condo I bought had a small gas leak outside and the gas had to be shut off. I was taking cold showers in late December! Up until then I could occasionally smell whiffs of natural gas outside, but couldn't quite pinpoint from where.
They came out and assessed the work required, giving me a range of pricing depending on the different scenarios from best to worst case.
Once we agreed on a game plan they started work. They worked with my HOA on potential issues that arose and were able to handle anything unexpected.
After the work was done the gas company came out, verified the work, and turned the gas back on. I won't ever take gas service and hot water for granted again!

I came home one day and found that my living room smelled like old wooden mildew. You know that smell... The same smell that an old abandoned outhouse in the middle of a forest has? We've all been there, amirite? So after a quick inspection of the house, I found that my 23-year-old water heater (that's 121 in water heater years) had finally cracked a leak. So, like my first marriage, I decided to end our relationship when it got corrosive and trashed my house and hoped to replace it with a better model.
Enter Richard: after calling 5 plumbers in the area, Richard gave me the best bang for my buck #nohomo. He quoted me a reasonable price and delivered high quality work. Richard's resume is impressive and emphasizes safety code. It's done right the first time and lucky for us customers, he has OCD. Everything looked great and clean!
Side note: In case you were wondering, Richard does not like to talk about politics... but he knows all about the local breweries and awesome local spots to visit.
After everything was said and done, he did a quick water heater swap in a little than less 2 hours, taught me a thing or two about copper press fittings and the radio industry, gave me a great warranty and drove off into the slightly smoggy Pomona sunset.
The highest compliment I can give to another person in my industry is saying someone is a good dude/lady... and Richard is a good dude.

Richard and Chris are the best, and I love that they are a local, family owned business. They are always on time and explain everything so you know exactly what is going on. Sunday morning plumbing issues, Richard to the rescue! Over the phone he was through and he showed up when he said he would. I am very appreciative of the time Richard took to show me the issue, educate me, all the while running the camera angles in the pipe to explain over things when he doesn't have to. This is a man who cares about his customers and is proud and confident in his craft. And his price was very competitive. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and Richard. Water heater leaking. They were prompt to respond to my requests on Yelp. They Asked me for a picture via text and from that they were able to Diagnose and give me competitive bid over text. I truly appreciate their honesty, diligence and promptness answering all my questions and getting the work done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again should any issues arise.

Our 1959 ranch style house was in desperate need of a repipe and redrain, as well as a new tankless water heater (we had 2 old style WH's from 1999). I sent out requests for estimates to 7 different companies. Some didn't show, and of the ones that did only Richard from Renowned put booties on over his work boots before entering the home. Small detail, but it spoke volumes. Next I showed him what we'd like to have done, understanding it was a huge job. He said it was all doable and that they were very experienced with doing similar jobs with as little demo and holes in the walls as possible. The estimate was completely fair and not full of a bunch of extra costs that I didn't ask for. They did the complete redrain from the old cast iron to ABS pipe in one day. They did the entire repipe from galvanized steel to Uponor PEX in one day. Then they had all of the patches repaired in one day. I'm extremely happy with not only how much better the water flow is inside our house, but the tankless water heater is a life changer! Richard was always easy to get ahold of both over the phone and text, he always kept me updated on timelines, and he was very personable and professional. His team was extremely fast and efficient. I had a wonderful experience working with Renowned Plumbing when dealing with a leaking hot water heater that needed to be replaced pronto! They were extremely responsive, friendly and up front with their pricing and services. The water heater was replaced the next day, the technician worked thoroughly and with care, and they even sent a thoughtful follow-up message later in the day to make sure we were getting hot water. It's never fun dealing with these kinds of homeowner issues, but the kind folks here made the process painless. I'm very grateful to have come across this excellent local company and enthusiastically recommend them!
These guys have been doing plumbing work on my house for a few years now, and they've earned a 5 star rating. They're knowledgeable and friendly, flexible and willing to work with your situation, and give price estimates that actually feel fair (and are definitely lower than competitors', especially the big companies). I recommend them for any plumbing work for your house, from faucet replacement to water heater installation to repiping - these guys have you covered. As a bonus, since they're a local company, you don't have to deal with operators, wait times on the phones, clunky automated scheduling software, or anything like that. It's always Richard that I talk to to schedule work and get suggestions, and I think pretty much everyone from this company has been at my house at this point (with no complaints to any of them).

Working with Richard of Renowned Plumbing for a new main water line was a pleasure. In addition to the fact that his quote was among the very lowest, he threw in a free repair for unassociated drain repairs. He was also very responsive whenever I called, either picking up the phone immediately or returning my call in a timely manner if it went to voicemail. And he topped it off with a 10 year parts & labor warranty.
There were unexpected issues with the local building code that also involved their Public works dept, so 2 permits had to be pulled, which Richard generously split with me. Then he was told he couldn't use PEX lines, like he did in neighboring cities, per the code so Richard split the increased cost of Copper pipes with me. The technicians, Chris & Dan, were also very good. Their work was fast and neat, they were polite and they kept me updated throughout.
I am happy with, and appreciative of, their plumbing work and highly recommend Renowned Plumbing and I will use them again for my plumbing needs.
I had the pleasure of doing business with Renowned Plumbing. Richard and Junior came out to hydro-jett our warehouse in Mira Loma. It was backed up and caused a flood in which froze all our production lines.
We called multiple companies and their time of arrivals were between 2-3 hours out. Called Renowned and they had these 2 awesome gentlemen out within 30 minutes. They arrived and got right to work. Within an hour, they were able to get line cleared.

Well you are reading Yelp reviews for plumbers. I'm sorry. That means something has gone wrong, and you aren't having the best day.
Let me recommend Renowned Plumbing. Richard made the process of repairing a leaky valve outside my house as painless as could be. He communicates very well via text message (I prefer that to phone tag). I sent some photos of my issue, got a quote and appointment almost instantly. He showed up right on time, and fixed my valve and pipe with a much more robust upgrade at a fair cost.
I take COVID 19 seriously and am also pleased to say Richard and his crew do as well. They wore masks the entire time even though they where outside of my house. They are very mindful of social distancing.
Best plumbing company. I send the request at late night, they actually provide step by step troubleshooting for free and it help me fix my problem. This is the first company ever do that. I will definitely recommend it to everyone, this is the best plumbing company to work with.
I first stumbled across Renowned Plumbing when we moved into our new place and had to get the water heater checked out and the washer and dryer connected. All work done before, during, and after was done in a very professional manner.
They definitely left a lasting impression. So much so that I called them again when we recently (a few weeks ago) needed professional installation of a kitchen faucet. They were excellent!! Found them on Thumb Tack. Sent my inquiry and received a response in minutes. When the service guy came to the home, he did not discover a leak, explained the problem, and did not charge us anything. Whenever we do have any issue with plumbing, I will definitely use them. Richard and his team member diagnosed and resolved the issue with my backed up sink drain within a couple of hours of my initial phone call. To ensure the problem was fully fixed, they ran a camera down the water line to visually ensure there was no further blockage downstream, and they did not charge me extra for this. In this day and age, this level of thoroughness and service is unheard of, and I can't thank Richard and his team enough.

They say that the things that make you cry today can become the things that make you smile tomorrow. I know this to be true because of my experience with Renowned Plumbing & Rooter.
You know that feeling when you finish a long day and are so sweaty that you just want to take a warm shower to clean off all the sweat and dirt? I know it too. On one particular Saturday that happened to also be Halloween, I had this same feeling. I needed a warm shower but when I jumped in, the water made me scream because it wasn't hot or even warm. No, my friends, this water was freezing cold! So I waited a few minutes, shivering with goosebumps. I could have waited an eternity, but that water was not getting any warmer. So I quickly rinsed, dried off and then went directly to inspect my water heater.
As I had suspected, the flame was off. I tried to reignite it, but just couldn't get it back on. I probably called ten other plumbers before I spoke to a live human. It was Richard from Renowned Plumbing & Rooter and he actually made an appointment to come out to check on my water heater the very next day, which happened to be a Sunday.
Sunday morning came and Richard and an assistant promptly arrived. They checked on the heater and to my delight, after a little twisting and shaking, were able to get the flame back on and hot water back in my life.

I've heard good things from others but today experienced for myself the quality and dependability of these guys. They worked hard to find the cause of my drain blockage, didn't quit until they did. I must admit sometimes I am skeptical about 5 star ratings. I needed a plumber and because so many of them have 5 stars on Yelp, I decided to answer a few questions and let Yelp find me one. 2 responses immediately came thru. I answered both. Renowned Plumbing was the one of the two that kept in contact with me so I went with them. We had one hiccup on a follow-up call I was expecting, but I did not hold that against them. I mention this because it seems people overreact these days over any minor thing. Tell me who is perfect?? Anywho, I explained to Fabiola I had not received a call yet and literally in less than one minute, the dispatcher called to make an appt....with an apology to boot. Thanks Richard. BTW, he is a retired DJ like myself. We had a great talk. Very personable guy.
Now on to the service. My appointment was scheduled at 4p. The plumber, Lorenzo, actually showed up 15 minutes early. How about that! Lorenzo was very polite and respectful. Especially for a young person. I say this too because it seems young people are getting so much flak these days...if I had a dollar for every these millennials comment, well...I would have an extra one hundred dollars in my bank account, haha. What I liked about Lorenzo is he kept me in the loop on what he had to do and what needed to be done. At the end, he explained what happened. Simply put, the kid knows his stuff. Also Lorenzo could be a Gen Z....regardless, you get my point.

Called several plumbing companies. After describing my plumbing need and sending photos Richard sent me a estimate right away. His price was better than the rest and he had great reviews. He scheduled my job but had an emergency. He contacted me in advance to let me know of the slight delay. He sent Art, an excellent plumber who did a fantastic job. Richard and his team are absolutely the best. I was put into contact with Richard by his cousin (who is also an excellent plumber!) because the location we needed help with was out of his area. From the beginning, Richard has been super communicative, always answers calls and responds to texts almost instantly. He's very friendly, knowledgeable, and won't get irritated when you call him 100 times (like I have) with tiny and stupid questions.
He was able to squeeze us in at the last minute for an emergency leak check, and was incredibly fair with the pricing for the last minute trip fee. His tech Joey was prompt and pleasant, and thankfully gave us good news.
We're already working with Richard to schedule the next project (sewer pipes), which he's already given us better advice, solutions, and tentative verbal estimate well below the big-box plumbing company we had check it out first. Support a small business instead of calling the big guys! The 5 star reviews for Richard and Renowned Plumbing don't lie.

Most of the negative reviews of plumbers involve lack of professionalism. Renowned Plumbing does exactly what they say they're going to do when they say they are going to do it, peak of professionalism. Other plumbers looked at our problem and said they'd need some time - days- to map it out. Art asked if I wanted it done now and had all the work done in half an hour for less than the other plumbers wanted. We have projects going forth and these guys will be who we use for all our plumbing needs going forward.
My husband and I were so pleased with the work they did on a small repair in our home that we contracted with them to do a large job on a guest house we are building and have already referred them to family members. They do a great job! They are on time, professional, polite and truly know what they are doing.
I'm very impressed with Renowned - We had a hot water tank go out and as this is not common occurrence for me, I relied on yelp reviews to select this company. The reviews are very good, but you never know... Mr. Galvez was right on the situation and one of his technicians checked it out within a few hours; gave me a variety of options to correct the situation and helped me select what worked best, made good recommendations for replacement, getting an energy efficient and quality unit. Very organized, gracious and easy to work with - highly recommend!

I contacted Renowned Plumbing after experiencing a series of leaks in our plumbing. The morning I called Renowned Plumbing, I talked with Richard, explaining our leak issues. Due to the seriousness of our problem, he agreed to come out later that morning. Upon inspection of our kitchen flooring where we thought the water was coming from, he assessed we had a slab leak. He gave us two options - 1) find and fix the slab leak or 2) do a repipe of our house. Even though it was very expensive, we opted for the repipe so that we had a more permanent solution. His team came out and completed our whole house in one day and came back two days later to patch the walls. We are very pleased with the service we got from Richard and his team. Richard is very professional and truly cares about his clients. I asked a lot of questions, and he always took the time to explain things. Renowned Plumbing will be our go-to plumber for future plumbing needs.

Called Renowned Plumbing and spoke to Richard and told him the issue I had with my tankless water heater. He gave me the steps that we can do before actually doing a replacement unlike all the other plumbers that I called. Chris and his partner (forgot his name sorry) came to the house told me the steps that they were going to do. They also educated me in how to maintain my tankless water heater so it can keep running for many more years. At the end everything worked out and no replacement needed. Their price was very fair compared to the other plumbers that I called.

Needed to get a last minute inspection done quickly, Richard was able squeeze me into their schedule. Both Richard and the on-site tech named Chris were able to provide me with great service. There were honest and transparent with there services. I would definitely recommend them
Second time we had to use Richard and this team. Had a leak in the bathroom toilet stop valve, called them mid morning and they said they will try to get someone out by end of day, no promises. Richard contacted me that he has a guy who became available around 1pm and said he is on his way to my location. Got issue fixed and changed out the stop valve.

I am so impressed by Renowned Plumbing. From the get-go, Richard quickly set himself apart from other companies. I requested a quote for a garbage disposal replacement, and he immediately responded with guided directions on how to unclog a disposal in case I could fix it myself. Granted, he wasn't the only one to do this, but Richard went above and beyond. He included photos as well as directions! Despite his beautiful directions, I wasn't able to manually free the blades, and when I called him, he offered to explain the steps over the phone in hopes of saving me time and money from calling out a plumber.
Ultimately, I decided to have him come anyway, and I have no regrets. Richard was able to see me in the sliver of a time slot I had available the following day. He communicated with me throughout the process, so I knew exactly what to expect from arrival time, duration of service, cost break-down, etc. The cost was reasonable and comparable to others in the area, a little less than some quotes. After installation, he stayed to make sure everything was working properly.
I appreciate Richard's honest and enthusiastic work ethic. He is a true professional and just a likable guy! I'm certain that I will be sticking with Renowned Plumbing for all my future needs. Thank you Richard! I couldn't recommend this company enough.
This review is very much long overdue. I was in the process of purchasing a home and getting my inspections done. We had a plumber do a videoscope on a sewer line at the advice of my inspector. The plumber I hired told me I needed to do major work, but he'll give me a good price with a lifetime guarantee. I was in a panick as we were very close to the deadline to remove our inspection contingency. I called several plumbers to try to get a second opinion. I ended up calling Richard who offered to look at the video free of charge. He assured me the sewer line was fine and informed me the solution the other plumber was not a permanent fix. I never had work done by Richard and his company, but wanted to write this review based on him taking the time out to review the videoscope for free as well as providing me education on the sewer line.

We had leak from our upstairs shower that was leaking from our hallway ceiling downstairs. I requested a quote and they got back to me within minutes and was here the very next morning. They were friendly and fixed my problem very quickly.
Richard was great in analyzing my problem with my toilet that whistles ! He changed the old parts and quickly solved my problem! I especially like the quick response as I arranged an appointment in the early morning and got an estimated time of services! Quick and efficient is what I loved!!
I called a few places before hand to compare quotes and I have to say I'm satisfied I went with Renowned Plumbing & Rooter. Not only do they have VERY reasonable prices, but they do a very good job. Excellent Service! Attentive! Nice and transparent. I had an emergency plumbing situation early in the week and these guys came to the rescue. I had to replace the sewer leading from the front of the house into the main pipe completely redone in a week and a couple days.
Had a sewer pipe that had some pine tree roots inside and also deteriorating due to age, they replaced it with some longer lasting pipes.

Called for a quote regarding a toilet replacement. Received a call back minutes after my request. Received an appointment for the following morning (Between 8:00am-10:00am). Field Manager Chris Gonzalez and his brother arrived early and immediately began to work. I showed him the new toilet to be installed which I purchased at Costco. After removing the toilet Chris found a problem with the existing drain flange (rusted and partly covered by tile/cement). Chris gave me a few options to remedy the drain leak and explained each option. I chose to replace the old rusty flange. I was charged extra for the additional parts and labor but was given a reasonable price. The repairs were completed quickly and professionally. I'm pleased with the finished work and I highly recommend Renowned Plumbing . Special thanks to Chris and his brother... A+

Richard and Paul came over for a free consultation. From the minute they knocked on our door they were so polite and have been the only ones to wear shoe covers! Such a small detail, but much appreciated. Richard gave me a free consultation and even gave me advice on how to fix it with my own contractor mentioning it would be cheaper. It doesnt get more honest than that. Definitely will try to fix the issue ourselves, but if it doesnt pan out, he will be the first person I call.

I needed to have my garbage disposal replaced and had a bad experience with another plumber before I decided to reach out to Renowned Plumbing. I spoke to Richard and felt a night and day difference between him and the previous plumber. He kept me posted on when Chris was on the way and updated me on the time of his arrival.
Chris was very thorough with the installation and even thanked me for clearing out the area under the sink before he arrived. He was also very friendly to my one and a half year old son who was very curious as to what he was doing. He came in with a mask and put on boot covers before stepping into my home. He cleaned up after everything was complete and showed me what he did and double checked that there were no leaks.
The whole experience was very smooth and they were nothing but professional throughout the process. I hope I don't have any other issues in the near future that would require a plumbing service but I would definitely use Renowned Plumbing again if that were the case.

Our overall experience with Renowned Plumbing & Rooter was so good! I called about 5 plumbers requesting estimates to fix the clog in our kitchen sink. Two wouldn't give estimates over the phone, and the other two estimated about $70-$80 more for the job. Renowned was great all around - good customer service on the phone, lowest price, and good customer service in person. Chris was our technician and he was polite, informative, and friendly. And quick! Chris was at our house within 3 hours of our call and he took less than an hour to fix our sink, which is working perfectly now. No question about it, if we have another issue come up, we'll be calling Renowned first!

Piling on with the all the other great reviews to say I will definitely be calling them with my future plumbing problems. Very easy to communicate with, and I would rate their prices from reasonable to very inexpensive.
In my situation it was not an emergency, but I had a gas line going to my pool heater that was corroding and wanted my washing machine hot and cold valves replaced with newer easier to use ball valves since my original ones were stuck in open position. I texted Richard and he was very responsive with estimate by text for covering both issues. Both estimates for my two issues were less expensive to substantially less expensive compared to at least two other quotes from other plumbers.
Made arrangements and within few days he repaired both on same day. Richard and helper were very easy going and I felt very comfortable watching and talking to them throughout both repairs. I did have to call him back out for both repairs, but the gas line was minor just to to cover the below surface elbow with more protective tape before I buried it in dirt again, and the one washer valve had a tiny micro leak from the compression extension that was added, and was that was also fixed on follow up visit to solder extension to eliminate the problem completely.
Both follow-ups were at no extra charge and Richard was very attentive and communicative throughout the whole process.
Richard came out and cleared our drains no problem! He was prompt and professional. He also checked out our water heaters. Reasonable prices with great service!
Very knowledgeable about what they need to know to replace 3 toilets.

I had an issue with my Septic Leach system, it had been draining slower and slower over the last several weeks. Tried some home remedies (chemicals, etc..) however after having no luck started to call around to several companies to explain my Septic set-up and what they thought it could be (as my septic setup is odd and there were no plans from the previous homeowner). After speaking with Richard from Renowned he explained several options to me over the phone (had a good 20min convo with him on the septic system and options). Based on that, I had them come out, inspects, and ultimately take on the large job of replacing my leach lines that were clogged with debris, roots, and cracked letting dirt flow in. Throughout the entire process the Renowned team explained options to me for repairs, walked me through what they were doing, and communicated constantly. Prior to making the decision to replace the leach lines (under my concrete driveway that had to be dug up by them as well) they gave me multiple options for repair with Pro's and Con's of each to fit my budget. Due to the pricing not being too bad and the state of the pipes (they showed me over the cameras) I opted to replace the Leach lines. The onsite crew did an outstanding job, they were respectful, clean, safe, and gave me any / all updates I could ask for. This was my first time working with this company, and I can see why they have such awesome reviews on yelp, in addition to their great customer service, the crew is extremely professional, and the price of work is reasonable with multiple options presented by them. Great work and I will most definitely be using them for all of my future plumbing needs!!!

I recently used Renowned Plumbing again to fix a gas leak outside my home. Needless to say it was a stressful situation, but I called Renowned right away and they were able to come fix the issue the next morning. Richard not only made sure that the work was done right, but he also checked the rest of my home's gas line and valves to make sure the gas would be turned back on once the Gas Co came back to inspect.

He wasn't able to make the first couple of appointments due to personal, family issues he was dealing with. I called Renowned Plumbing and ask them to replace two compression angle valves under my sink. They gave me a quote of $175 after I sent pictures of the valves that I needed replaced.
Richard came out and replaced the two valves and extended the pipe which now is in the way of my pull down faucet weight.
So the $175 turned into $238.50.
I asked him about reconnecting the dishwasher and ice maker lines. He said the copper tubing was corroded. I thought why not just put a new fitting on. He said I should call refrigeration guy or dishwaher guy.
I now remember why I don't call a plumber to come out and work on anything. They never finish the job right, he could have hooked up the tubing very easily and if he would have, then it would have been a job well done.

I contacted Renowned and spoke to Fabiola about receiving a second opinion on my sewer line that another local company stated I needed replaced from my property line to the middle of the street. I received a total of two estimates and was confused from everybody's inspection report and estimates. I spoke with Richard the owner and he came out same day with one of his plumbers to perform a full sewer inspection at no charge. Needless to say, Richard saved me an outrageous amount of money by just performing a rehabilitation that was a combination of descaling and installing a pipe liner sleeve to avoid the expensive costs. Renowned Plumbing and Rooter did an excellent job repiping all the drains in our home. The job was a massive undertaking. It started with me accepting bids from several plumbing companies. Our house was built in the 60's with galvanized steel drains. The drains were completely rusted through. Only Renowned came up with the unique solution of redirecting the drains from their present place under the house to going around the perimeter of the house. This limited the amount of digging inside the house to one bathroom. It also allowed the drain lines to be upgraded to a bigger diameter pipe and be more accessible in the future for maintenance. Their bid included all the plumbing work, concrete work, and patching of drywall and stucco. It was all-inclusive. Now our home is a plumber's dream, with a drain system designed by plumbers, with ease of maintenance in mind. There are 3 clean outs accessing the exterior pipes, and 5 clean outs accessing the interior pipes. Compare this with the 3 we had before. We are extremely happy with our experience with Renowned Plumbing and Rooter. As a FAA licensed aircraft mechanic and pilot, I'm not the easiest person to please when it comes to maintenance. Yesterday I sent 3 quotes through Yelp for a clogged shower drain and Richard was the first to respond with a quote and was quick to respond with follow up questions. We confirmed a 9:30 am appointment for today and he stated he would try to arrive earlier. He kept great communication this morning and checked first to confirm an earlier appointment.
He was polite, professional, and gave an honest assessment. Our second shower was starting to clog a bit, but after unclogging the first shower, the second shower drained fine.

Called Richard to clean my clogged drain after others failed. Richard was polite, professional, and got the job done quickly. Richard was also very observant, noticing I installed a new disposal and asked if I knocked out the tab. I had not so he did it for me, thus preventing my disposal from flooding my kitchen when I used the dishwasher.
I had a main sewer line clogged due to tree roots which backed up the whole house. I knew this because I've dealt with this issue in the past at this house.
I called several plumbers, some didnt answer, some quoted me alot more and couldn't get it done same day. I found Renowned Plumbing and saw that they have great reviews! I called them up, they answer right away, I told them exactly what I needed (hydro jetting) they gave me a competitive price. Richard and his partner showed up on time same day.
They didnt try to up sale me as other plumbers have aggressively in the past and got to work right away. They hydro jetted the main sewer line with their machine and got it unclogged quickly. During the job they used an inspection camera and Richard is very knowledgeable and experienced showed me exactly where it was clogged with roots...they explained everything to me and answered all my questions and I could tell they are being honest, different options of how to repair it properly but understood that I'm trying to save money.

Here's what you need to know. I needed a tankless water heater installed. I had communicated with about 4 other plumbing companies at this point and Richard from Renowned Plumbing & Rooter was the most genuine and accommodating interaction. Richard quoted me a price that was fair and he seemed like he cared the most about providing great service. You can tell he cares about his business. I read other reviews and it seems like most everyone has a similar experience. Richard made it an easy process and accommodated my schedule. He went out of his way to keep the communication flowing throughout the process. I felt like at all times we were on the same page about scheduling, cost, and what the process would look like. Day of install Robert came out to my house. He had a mask on the entire time which was cool. Everything went by smoothly. Robert was professional did a great job transitioning me from an old 40 Gal water heater to the tankless. I feel like I made the right choice and I really can't think of any complaints. For future plumbing needs I would definitely give them a call again. I strongly recommend Renown Plumbing & Rooter for an easy-going experience that you can feel confident in. It really seems like these guys just operate at this level all the time. I didn't feel like I needed to worry about hidden fees, price gouging, someone not showing up, or not being in the loop. Last Saturday, my toilet flooded. I called about 12-13 plumbers before I finally got a response for same-day service, and I'm so grateful that it was Renowned Plumbing! They came after lunch and had my toilet drained within 3-4 minutes (which was filled with not-so-great stuff) and did it cleanly and quickly. Then on Tuesday, I found out my office sink had also flooded, so I called them again and that same day they came out to snake the drain and restore it back to working order. Guess how long? My husband heard a continuous drip somewhere by our kitchen and when we discovered the source, we were met with a giant puddle with dishwasher suds floating at the top! We had just moved in a few months ago, so imagine our surprise to find after multiple calls to different people that our pipes were 70+ years old and had multiple leaks all over our house!

My water heater broke and I asked for quotes on Yelp. This company answered the fastest. Very professional and the tech named Chris was very professional, on time and considerate. My heater is outside and with all the dirt under it and the water leaking, created mud. Chris cleaned this all out and retuned everything he moved , back. Big shout out to Richard and Tio who came and helped us out. My sink had clogging issues for 2 or more years. I would hand snake it and it would be OK for a few hours. Richard and tio came like promised on time. Clean and courteous, and with the whole covid-19 going on they came with mask and gloves.They snaked the sink about twice removed the blockage replaced the pop up assembly that was outdated. Lorenzo was the plumber who helped repair a loose toilet bolt and plate. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He took iPad photos as well which I loved for recall and to see other repair needs. These guys are great! Had a leaky pipe in our backyard, the pipe was in a very odd spot, it was an L shape that came out of the back of the house then down into some concrete, every other plumber we called immediately told us it was gonna be a $2,000 job since they're gonna have to cut into the house and break into the concrete to get to the pipe. Renowned Plumbing came out (Darn, I can't remember the name of the guy) and after consulting with his boss over Facetime, told me there are a few options, either to cap the pipe or rebuild it from the ground up, I told him we don't use water in the backyard, so if he can juts cap it because it won't stop leaking. It took him a little less than an hour and he capped it very securely, and told us that in the future if we want to rebuild the piping it's still able to do so. Only charged me a fraction of what everyone else was trying to charge me. The guy was super friendly. He did a superb job, and I'm very happy with the work. I found Renowned Plumbing & Rooter by chance looking at all others online and was very lucky to have come across the good reviews I was reading.
I left an email describing the issue with my wife's parents home built in 1922. I got an immediate response by phone within 15 minutes from sending the email. We spoke on the phone scheduled for them to come out the following week Friday morning. Punctual they were on time I walked them over to an outside wall behind the kitchen sink water was coming to the driveway through the wall. They went to work right away found the issue ,assessed the problem and gave me what the cost for the repairs will be and estimated time frame. I said when can we start? Richard and his team were a delight to work with. They were all extremely professional and above all, more helpful than what I would have expected. They provided a detailed explanation of the issue and how they would be executing the repair. Fabiola contacted us immediately and within the hour Richard and his assistant were at our home ready to unclog our drain. They got the drains unclogged, and showed me with a special camera how my pipes were built up with a lot of grease. Our water heater was leaking from the top last night. I posted a service request on yelp and got immediate response message from the manager Chris with Renowned Plumbing & Rooter. I highly recommend Renowned Plumbing! I had several companies out to do a bid on connecting a new gas line to an outdoor fireplace. Upon arrival, Richard was friendly and did a great job explaining how he would handle the job. His quote was competitive and we ultimately chose him for the job. On the day of their work, his team was on time and worked hard. Since I was at work, he took pictures to show me all of his completed work which looked great. I thought that was a nice touch and that he went above and beyond. I was supposed to leave a side door open so he could re-light our water heater after the job but forgot to do so. He drove back to my home at 8:30pm later that night when I was back from work just so that he could help me re-light it and have hot water. That was REALLY going above and beyond. Renowned Plumbing came on time, and then resolved the issue at their quoted price which was far less than quotes I received from other companies. Unlike some other companies they also didn't try to solve the problem in the most expensive way possible, instead Richard troubleshooted then gave us all of our options in a way we could understand.

I wish I called them sooner. I tried some other place first and they couldn't clear my drain. The other guys said I needed under the house work for $1,500!!! And the other guys left my bathroom a mess. Then I called Renowned. They wore booties to keep my carpets clean. They cleared the drain, and were really nice to work with. I know who to call next time :-). They also cleaned up the tub after!!!

It was so refreshing to work with a company that is truly customer service oriented. They went the extra mile to be available and on time. Lorenzo came out initially to clear my kitchen drain and to also check on an issue I had in the past with another company who told me to keep an eye on it. I was concerned because I was having new flooring installed and didn't want to encounter any plumbing problems with my new floor. First of all, Renowned Plumbing did not charge me for the camera inspection even though another company wanted to charge $495 just for that. Lorenzo told me they did find a big ball of roots under my driveway and the boss, Richard, suggested I use a tool they had to put water pressure on it to hopefully blow it out. We also talked about installing a clean out outside so if there was ever a backup from outside the house it would come out of the outside cleanout instead of my house. In addition, they found build up in my kitchen pipes and said they would not charge me for dislodging it, since they were going to charge me for trying to remove the roots in the pipe. The good news the power blaster was able to remove the first clump of roots but once the camera got past that point they came across another ball of roots which was harder to dislodge. Richard, the boss, suggested a commercial tool that had more water pressure. Another gentleman, didn't catch his name, showed up with that tool and was able to dislodge the second ball of roots. He was very professional and did a great job as well. Many thanks to Richard who was very educational about the problem and the solutions starting with the least expensive option first. Another bit of good news was that Lorenzo found an outside cleanout that I didn't even know I had so I saved money on that too. The solution wasn't cheap but I saved thousands from what the price could have been if I had to tear up the driveway to remove the roots. Renowned Plumbing is a first class operation with outstanding dedicated employees.
I will be referring them to all my friends.
We had a clog in our kitchen sink. We called one of the plumbers from those coupons you get in the mail. They were not able to snake the pipe, but still wanted to charge $80 for the diagnosis. I will tell more how that turned out at the end of this review.
I went on Yelp and called Renowned Plumbing. I told them my story and they texted back that they will snake the pipe, and if they are unsuccessful, it would be no charge. They arrived at the time they said and had no problem snaking the drain. We later asked them to install a Cleanout and hydro jet the pipes. Their prices are reasonable and they work fast and keep everything clean. Thanks Richard and Chris. Also, great job Ruben on the stucco.
So this first Plumber from a Coupon is a big company, but I won't give their name. They advertise unclogging any drain for $89.95. We called them. When they arrived, they saw that we didn't have a Cleanout. He went back to his truck and came back with a quote of $329 to snake the pipe and $1000 to install a cleanout. My wife immediately called me. I told her not to do it because it wasn't the $90 they advertised. After she hung up, they offered to snake the pipe for $200. As they were snaking the pipe, he saw mud. He suspected that the pipe might be cracked and mud is getting through. This can be very expensive. They will come back in a few days to give a proper quote. That next day I called Plumber #2. I told him this story. I asked if he can snake the pipe, but not charge me if he can't do it? He said that nothing is free. Plumber #3 was Renowned Plumbing. I don't know if their protocol is not to charge the customer if they can't unclog the drain, but they offered that to us. That was a great reassurance for us and my wife felt safe and comfortable with the Plumber. Once again thanks Renowned Plumbing.

Recently got our latest bill and our water bill is back to normal!!! :)

I have a good history here so have no idea what happened. My immediate needs were explained and handed in quickly way on a Sunday with the promise I'll be called the next day for an appointment. Two days from now will be two weeks since that promise was made and still have heard from nobody. So difficult to find a good technician for any household needs that can become your go-to guy. A nice guy and I wish him well.
It all started with a very good phone experience with Richard he explained everything to my satisfaction, the time was also at my convenience.
The tech who came out was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He was quick and very efficient. He was also very swift to diagnose the issue. Kept the work area clean and left me with the confidence that if there are any other plumbing issues in the future, Renowned Plumbing is the company to call!
Richard came out to our home to give a recommendation on a possible laundry water line relocation. He ended up recommending that we keep our laundry where it is currently and explained what the pros and cons were to both options. It is hard to find honest people these days but luckily he is one of them. He gave us the consultation free of charge and even gave me some advice when I asked him on possible fixes for our shower water not being hot enough. We didn't need his services today but if we ever do, I'm 100% going to call Richard.

I can't begin to say how pleased I am with Richard and the amazing plumbers working at Renowned. These guys were an absolute pleasure to work with - were very responsive, accommodating, professional and very good at what they do. It is a rarity you find someone who honestly tells you what is needed and more importantly, when it is needed. Many companies are looking for fast revenue, but this company is focused on building a relationship and being transparent. I will be using Renowned for any future plumbing need I have. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I had my toilets back up in the middle of the night, and had another service come out to handle the clog. They pushed me to do a very costly repair. However, before I just signed that check I had 3 other companies come out. Renowned was the only one of those that came and looked at both clean outs, actually looked in the line with a camera at no charge, showed me and very patiently explained exactly what I was looking at. Richard, the owner, came out after I had received their first inspection and I called back to request them to do the job. Richard and his team cleaned out my cast iron pipes, removed root growth, hydrojetted the kitchen side without needed to do what the other company was proposing. They also put in two additional clean outs. Ultimately It was almost $5000 less than what was initially put forth.
Chris and his team had the work completed in a day! Love a family owned company and especially hard working folks that don't try and take advantage of their customers.
I would recommend them to my family and my friends and to anyone looking for quality work and honesty!!
I searched in Yelp for a plumbing service and Renowned Plumbing answered right away. They gave me a quotation for replacing the angle valve on my toilet as well as the toilet valve which was leaking. They came within two hours and handled the job very professionally. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I reached out to Renowned Plumbing after we noticed a faint gas smell from the water heater. Fabiola was really responsive and ordered the part that needed to be replaced. Joey came out as soon as the part arrived, so that we wouldn't be without hot water for too long. Had a kitchen sink clog and sent a quote request about 8am. Renowned was the first to reply with an actual quote. They estimated by noon the same day and arrived early. Lorenzo had great customer service and even allowed me to see the camera view.
He offered a better cleaning, but I declined. I paid the actual quoted price and was back to doing dishes.

Having to make that dreadful call to a plumber can daunting. As a single mom, I worry about the risk of being overcharged. However, after reading the reviews for this company I made the call. They came out the same day and stayed in constant contact with me until the plumber arrived to my home. Toilet and bath tub were unclogged pretty quick. The plumber put on shoe protectors before entering my door which is very considerate of my home. I was given an affordable quote and they stuck to it. Also, he was very COVID safe, he maintained his face covering the entire time. I'm am very please with the professionalism of this company and I highly reccomended them and they also take Zelle!

I sent a request for a quote on yelp for plumbers to flush out our tankless water heater. Fabiola form Renowned Plumbing was very quick in in responding and gave me a fair price well below the competitors. She was able to get a plumber to our house the very next day.
The plumbers were very knowledgeable and professional. They quickly serviced our water heater and were mindful of my personal property to not damage anything while working.
After the service I expressed concern about water pressure and the plumbers were able to address calcium build up throughout my house and discovered my water pressure regulator needed to be replaced.
I told Fabiola about the issue and she quickly had the owner Richard call me and explain everything and help diagnose the problem. Richard quickly had another plumber respond with the replacement part and it was replace within an hour.
After the plumber was done he thoroughly checked all our plumbing to ensure everything was working. After the plumber left, Richard called to make sure the work was to our liking and we were satisfied. He also kindly gave credit for any future service we needed.
We had a great experience working with Renowned Pluming and Rooting. I recommend them to anyone who needed professional quality service at a fair price.

I called Richard up a few months ago come come check out our gas pipe leak near our barbecue Island. He was able to find the leak and repair the line. He did a great job and was very upfront about what was needed and what wasn't needed.
I hired him for a second job that was completed today they fixed a few of our water spout and also looped some old water lines. They got the job done pretty quick and the cost for the job was very reasonable.
If I need a third job in the future I will definitely call Richard again.
We experienced some back up due to roots and old build up in our main sewage pipes in the middle of the night and Richard was at our door at 10am in the morning to help us unclog the pipes. Talk about speedy service! Once we got that done, he thoroughly gave us some options for us to decide on with very reasonable pricing. We decided to go with hydrojetting the pipes and his team showed up the next day to get everything cleaned. The entire team was accommodating, quick, and thorough. Typically, this type of issue is such a nagging pain but they made the experience comforting and painless! Thank you!

The Yelp reviews were right- the Renowned team is amazing! My parents' home has not had piping repair in the 50 years they've lived there, so the pipes finally crumbled beyond use.
My parents were stressed and overwhelmed with the daunting project, but Richard and his team put them at ease and made the process less painful. They were very patient with my parents' questions and were very careful working around them in their walkers.
The workers made sure everything was protected with plastic sheeting while they worked, and cleaned up promptly when they were done. Richard was awesome relaying to me what was happening throughout the job.

I have to start by saying, I'm a single parent with no experience with plumbing issues. I had an old pipe break as I tried to change fittings for my new kitchen faucet. Yes, I'm a do it myself woman; but this time my do it yourself went horribly wrong. Thank goodness Richard saved my evening.
It was this past Saturday, 7:00pm and I was scared and nervous because my kitchen pipe was spraying from inside the wall. I cut the water off, looked on Yelp and choose RENOWNED PLUMBING & ROOTER. At first I was scared my experience was gonna be bad (thinking the person would see a single woman and take advantage). MY EXPERIENCE WAS BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE IMAGINED.
Richard & another gentleman came out within 30 minutes and went to work! The price was right and problem handled. In short, if you want an honest, experienced and on time service who gets it right...call this company. I don't know what I would have done without Richard. Let's put it this way...I'm glad my family's regular family friend plumber was not available when I found RENOWNED PLUMBING...I've found a better and permanent plumber that I trust with RENOWNED PLUMBING. I rarely post anything related to service unless it's warranted. Renowned Plumbing & Rotor deserves this posting regarding the service I received today. I had a toilet with low water flow and searched Yelp for options. Ran across Renowned Plumbing who answered all my questions and were very professional.
They arrived this morning on time and ready to work. They discussed all options and what service they will be conducting. The owner Richard who was also on scene to assist his staff was very professional and explained everything being done as well as provided a live feed video as the process was being completed.
The problem was solved without issues. I highly recommend their service to anyone who is looking for an honest upfront business which can get the job done. I will be having them return to change out old bathroom valves.
