Amazing company!!! They were the only company to respond fast enough to take care of the leak on the main line going into my property. Fixed it in only a few hours and didn't try to upsale me. Very professional and understanding of my stressful situation. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!!

I'd give ZERO stars if I could.
My garbage disposal was not working. Called them out and they could not fix the garbage disposal as they said it could NOT be removed. They did snake our drain and we paid for that. As far as the disposal they claimed they would need to CUT OUT our pipes and suggested we just try it ourselves. We agreed and were told by the technician it shouldn't be difficult they just do not want  tug to hard and break something. One week goes by and we still have no luck so we called again asked for a different technician. Same two guys show up and again CANNOT remove. They say they will HAVE to cut the pipes. Which we obviously did not want. I ask how much they say 685$! I gasped and said, wow! That's a lot more than we were thinking! Let me go talk to my husband, (who works from home) as I am starting to talk with my husband. My kids yell saying, mommy they need you! I come back and magically the garbage disposal is removed. (Which seemed very shady it came off with little effort all of a sudden) They say we got it off! As if it was so difficult but somehow managed to so easily. They sound happy to be able to fix it for us and explain they have a replacement in the back of the van! How convenient! My husband walks out and is so surprised! He goes into how much it will cost now. They say 45$ and he says 45$???? That seems aggressively low? They say ya we just have to replace it with one we already have in the back. Making it seem like a deal because they've been out twice now and are able to replace it finally. My husband proceeds to ask several more times and they assure us, yes it's 45$! We say okay great thank you so much! They do the work FIRST and then ask us to sign and pay. We agree and sign the pad. We were not given a receipt or contract!!! We then notice the absurd amount of 485$$$$ taken out of our account! We call and they say yes the amount to replace a garbage disposal is 485$ even though it was 30 mins that is simply our costs! Finally after much negotiation they refund 125$. Which is probably around where the cost should have originally been.
I ALSO WANTED TO ADD: I've never left a bad review. My husband and I felt very taken advantage of. Based off principal alone. We have five kids one whom we foster. We aren't liars. We don't nickel and dime because we are small business owners ourselves. We did not want free service we even said we'd gladly pay for cost and labor They said garbage disposal is 100$ and labor is hourly. Which again doesn't add to 485$. Which is the problem: they determine pricing different for different people. Which is probably why we got a 125$ refund. The technician was great and personable... He talked about being a first time home buyer and even spoke to my kids. I DID NOT misunderstand the number just like I DID NOT misunderstand the conversations. Regardless it's a matter of my version of truth to theirs. Ultimately we did sign without documentation. We genuinely thought it was an honest mistake.

We tried to reconcile it. We just wouldn't be want any one else to receive what you think to be honest service and be surprised later. DONT USE THEM! Our work was done BEFORE we signed anything or WE WOULD HAVE NEVER AGREED TO PAY THAT COST and we would have not had the work done in the first place!

There are other people this happened to! Where they add a zero to your total! We did pay and did not stop payment. I think most people expect shady things from electricians, plumbers, and mechanics. Turns out this Mr. Rooter is one you should AVOID! My next complaint will be the BBB!

Anthony and son were so helpful and friendly. I called Anthony to replace an old dryer gas line and ended up helping us with our dishwasher. We had called multiple plumbers and appliance services who could not detect a problem, but Anthony found it!!! As new homeowners, it's hard to find a reliable plumber who you can trust. Fair pricing, professional follow-up/contact, knowledgeable. Today I needed a kitchen faucet and a showerhead installed. After getting an astronomical estimate from a plumbing business that had come for another issue, I decided to contact Riverside Handyman Services. Scotty called me back promptly and gave a reasonable quote. He came later the same day to complete the work, returning my calls to coordinate arrival time, etc. I will definitely rehire Riverside Handyman Services for future needs. Thankfully the business offers a broad spectrum of services!

Eric is a legit professional! Came in on short notice and did the job! My son dropped a rubber ducky down the toilet and it clogged my toilet/sewer line. He was finishing a job and probably was done for the day, but he saw that I really needed help. He was completely transparent with diagnosing the problem. Offered solutions but was not pushy. In the end he was able to clear my sewer line. Highly recommended!

Frank did stucco work on my home. Easy to schedule, shows up on time and does good work. I will use his service again.

First, let me start by saying amazing service!

My puppy ripped out my wiring on my AC unit, and it's the start of that Southern California summer heat.

Called around and of course everyone is booked solid for a couple weeks, but I explained the situation the office and they said they could have someone out the very next day, hallelujah!

They gave me an appointment slot between 2-6 the next day, and was great at communicating exactly when the day of.

They came and while my situation was an easy fix, the pups did blow a fuse but they quickly assessed the situation and fixed it in no time.

Very upfront on their services cost and no hidden fees. Highly recommending them to friends and acquaintances.

Kenny came out to my house and replaced our water heater that was leaking.  He was prompt and efficient and removed the old one.  He was fast and friendly.  I will definately keep his number to use in the future.  Thanks for being quick and getting the job done right.

Art helped us with a leak at our house. I was referred to him by a neighbor and he is very involved in the community. He came out ASAP brought his leak detection equipment pin pointed the problem (which decreased the amount of construction) fixed it and was done in an hour! He is very professional, efficient, trustworthy, and cost effective. Being a real estate professional I will definitely recommend him to all my clients, friends,and family.

Gibson Plumbing is Great!  Friendly, and prompt  customer service. Kyle came out to do my annual maintenance on my Tankless Water Heater. He explained the entire process, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely call them again, for any plumbing needs.

***DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE***
First and foremost, this plumber arrived late at my house; however, that was the least of our concerns. He presents himself as a warm and trustworthy company. He isn't. He will take advantage of your situation and use it to manipulate you into completing work. Daniel was adamant that we not use the toilets or water because it would exacerbate the situation. He stated that if we call him back to complete the work, he will charge 30% more than the $2300 he is charging us. Furthermore, he asked me to sign a blank work order form (which I should not have done). He then performed the work and recorded on the work order that he had completed work he had not performed. I was present. I witnessed what he did. He charged us $2300 to investigate the main drain, which had no issues other than offsets that I photographed. We have cleared the sewer line using various drain cleaning equipment, his work order stated. He DID NOT clear anything, for one. Two, there was an absence of VARIOUS cleaning equipment. There was a machine with a camera that went down the drain where he showed me that there was no blockage, just the offsets that he showed me. I was shocked and couldn't believe what he did when I read the work order. In retrospect, it's clear that he was manipulating the situation to get what he wanted out of us through any means necessary (including instilling  fear). We are now $2300 in debt and must take additional action.

DO NOTUSE, scam artists, Dale is dishonest, He tells you on the phone there is no charge for Leak Detection, their site states the same, the final bill had a fee of $400 added yet other services that I called  and were booked quoted $200-$275. Their site also claims they have a A+ rating with The Better Business Bureau, BBB states they are not rated with the BBB.  Without asking permission, giving options,  or giving a quote he calls in his people. Superior Integrated Services who set up 3 fans.  I find out days later their fee to run 3 fans for 3 days is $3200.  The plumber he called in, Stalger Plumbing charged $1550 for about 1 1/2 hrs work.

I had Carter come out today for my annual a/c inspection/tune up. He was extremely courteous and friendly. He inspected my system, gave recommendations on what he found, and with no pressure left it up to me to decide how to proceed. I didn't need a whole lot, a capacitor and some Freon, so I went ahead and had him do the work. The company applied the quoted inspection cost to the cost of the parts, so all in all it was a great experience.
I would highly recommend Carter and Nex-Gen for your a/c tune up, especially now since the high temps are here.

Trouble shooting a washing machine plumbing issue at home.  Lomonaco Coast was highly recommended.  Checked the on-line reviews and found many highly recommends.   Called for an appointment, gave details of known issues and had a plumber there the next day (was not an emergency).
Roger scoped the issues and we decided to increase the length of the washer drain pipe and update/replace the hot and cold pipes and shut offs.  All aspects were professional, job site was cleaned and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Lomonaco!

Ben and his guys took care of us on a complete repipe of the entire house.  I would highly recommend him, he had great communication he answered anytime we called  and when he gave us a time frame on what to expect and when work would be complete he was always spot on.
