John has helped us out on several occasions now. He's reasonably priced and easy to contact. He shows up on time. I haven't tried to smell him so I don't know if he's a smell-good plumber but he certainly doesn't stink! He and his partner are always very polite, they don't spend time standing, fooling around or on their phones. I would recommend All Star to everyone.

Posted on Yelp when our dishwasher wouldn't drain they answered the quote fast with a good price.I believe his name was Alex he was nice and knowledgeable about our situation it took around an hour so super fast and now it works great. We will be using them in the future if needed

Yesterday, on October 15, Michael & Jared arrived at our residence (Cantabria, Corona Ranch) to fix the main valve and indoor shower. I was pleased with their work and speediness. They both communicated well with each other and worked as a team to accomplish their goals.

Michael was very thorough with his explanations and concise with details of how the unit works and operates. Also, Jared explained to me where the problem was in the shower, how he fixed it, and what he recommends in the future.

It was a pleasure to have these gentlemen on-site at our residence, both down-to-earth, friendly, polite, and professional. We enjoyed their expertise, we decided on the spot to have them return for another repair job..... I had asked for a 2nd Estimate from Michael regarding the upstairs bathroom.

This one's a no brainer . . . plumbing issues in the Corona area (I'm not sure how far All-Star travels), call All-Star.  Great service, professional both trade and personal.  We had a ceiling leak, which was repaired within hours.  Mike and his team, went the extra mile to insure the job was well done, even added straps (not installed by the builder), to insure problem does not repeat.  Thank you gentlemen!

Showed up for the estimate right on time.  Then when I posed the issue of needing the job done in a week, they completely accommodated me and made me feel like a priority.

Full disclaimer, this is not a standard plumbing job, but rather running gas lines to 11 built in backyard heaters. We invested quite a bit in the yard and wanted the gas lines to obviously be functional, but inconspicuous. They did an amazing job!  They even went as far as renting state of the art equipment to maximize efficiency and complete the job in one day.

Very happy with All-Star plumbing.  I had bad water flow in my master bath due to some poor work a construction company did.  I spoke with Melinda who was very nice a professional and she contacted Mike who came out right away and took care of the issue for a great price.  He provided me great service and knew a lot about how to solve the problem.  I will be using All-Star from now on for all my plumbing needs.

I can't say enough.  They responded immediately with my request for a quote to unclog my drain with a reasonable quote.  Was put on the schedule the next day. Jared and his partner were on time as scheduled. They were friendly and professional. Jared clearly communicated what they planned to do and they went right to work. Michael and his partner (sorry I didn't get his name) did an amazing job replacing our water heater. They came out and accessed the situation and installed it quickly and professionally. They were both very friendly and helpful.

John is a genuinely great guy. I began a DIY repair on a leaky bathtub faucet and was stumped. I called All-star Plumbing and spoke to John who didn't have an immediate availability. Given the nature of my emergency, he guided me over the phone and helped me solve my problem. John, I know you didn't have to do that, but my family and I really appreciate it.

All-Star Plumbing delivered another great job. Needed a sink replaced in my thirty-year-old home. Last time required new wall fittings and my father and I botched the job. Mike took care of the whole thing and tightened the spigot in the back yard, too. More five-star work from All-Star Plumbing. Maybe they should change their name to Five-Star Plumbing. I'm just saying.

Another five star review for these guys! Mike is the best - he came out to check an issue with the discharge lines on my HVAC, and discovered that the primary discharge line was blocked off. He helped me clear that up, so that everything was working properly again. Did I mention that he had helped fix an issue with my toilet tank last time as well? These guys go above and beyond every time, and I'm super grateful for their help. You guys rock!

Our home warranty company sent a plumber to deal with a hot water problem. They were terrible. After 22 days of not having a working shower and being told all kinds of stories, including that the part was not available locally, we called All star Plumbing on our own. They responded immediately and set up an appointment in a timely manor..Austin called. He came early. He diagnosed the problems quickly. He went to the plumbing supply place, bought the part, installed it, Checked it and was finished in one hour. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Austin was professional, competent and cares about customer satisfaction.
We have used All star 3 times. Their techs are all good and their dispatchers listen and care.
We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

First off I will say I'm writing this the night the repipe job at our home was finished because I absolutely didn't want to forget to write this. We had our second big leak in a year and we were told we needed to repipe the whole house by multiple local plumbers. This company came in (During covid-19) told us immediately they could do a full repipe if we really wanted but it wasn't necessary right now John recommended we just worry about the kitchen and do the rest slowly. Our entire kitchen was damaged by a leak so this was a huge relief for us financially.  They were able to get the job done right away and they were  here almost 12 hours to make sure it was completed in one day. They also fixed a shower leak for us. The whole crew was super friendly and professional. My fiancé is the one who met with multiple plumbers and from the start he made it clear this is the company he felt Comfortable going with.  We have plans to use them for many more jobs in the future and we highly recommend them! They made an already very stressful situation much easier for us!

Called another local plumber who gave me an estimate, but would not return my calls to set up a date to work (flake!).  John of All Star Plumbing returned our calls, came on time, provided a complete breakdown of costs, charges a fair price, and does excellent work.  John repiped our shower (remodeled bathroom) and returned to do the finish work, and set our toilet.  John is a hard worker, keeps the area clean, and works fast, but does not cut corners.  We'll definitely use him again.  Great plumber!

My garbage disposal was not working, I called different places to get a quote and as hard as i knew it was going to be i begged people if they could come today to fix it. Having a broken garbage disposal is no fun esp when you have to cook....the dishes just pile up. John and his wife communicated with me and even snuck me in today! From the assessment I told them over the phone about my garbage disposal, they said maybe I might need a new one so my husband bought one so they could do the labor. John is an honest guy and came and saw that I in fact didn't need a new garbage disposal...that there was a small black wire (maybe from a bread tie?) that was stuck on the side of the garbage disposal. Me and my husband tried really hard to look for anything and to find it was such a small stupid thing that made our garbage disposal not work was so dumb. Instead of John cheating us and saying we needed a new garbage disposal which the labor would cost us $175 (plus the new garbage disposal we had to buy $110) he simply just fixed it by finding that stupid black wire. We ended up only paying $45 for a house call, that I can't reiterate enough John and his wife squeezed us in today. I appreciate John's honesty and of course for squeezing us in, thanks to you and your wife for being so accommodating! Highly recommend!

Our Water Heater went out and needed to be replaced and All-Star Plumbing came out the next day. They provided fast excellent service and we can't be any happier.  We called several places and All-Star Plumbing provided the best prices.  Would recommend them to friends and family.

I have had to use the services of All-Star Plumbing twice and have been very impressed. I love how the team shows you exactly what the issue is, how to solve it and what your options are. Plumbing sucks and most of us have no idea what to do. It's nice to have a local company you know you can trust to get the job done right. Thank you!

I am not happy with the high price charge of $95 for the water faucet shut off valve and $75 for the hose bibb.  Both of these can be easily changed within 10 - 20 minutes and they charged us a total of $170.  In my opinion the company is very expensive for just part replacements.

Called 4-5 plumbers and only All Star was able to do same day service. John got to my hs within 30 min from me calling and the work came out great and he did a very clean job. Also, decent price taking into consideration the quick response.

I had a pinhole leak in a pipe above my kitchen. I got a few estimates, some only wanted to do a patch repair while others wanted to tear down walls to replace everything. John (I believe) was the only one to pop his head up into the hole to determine that only 4-5 feet of pipe was corroded. His demo work to expose more pipe was clean and his repair quick. I have a few other non-emergency plumbing issues and I'll for sure be calling All-Star Plumbing when I'm ready to address those concerns.

They were the first ones to call me back, they came he listen to the wall between the kitchen and bathroom and said we had a leak in the cold water line under the slab and sent me a $8,ooo bill to repair. I called my State Farm agent filled a claim and he referred me to the company the cleans up after a flood. And they recommended a reliable Plummer, he came out the next day and of course there was more damage he open the wall between the kitchen and the bath and found that it was a hot water pipe coming out of the slab and that line went to the back bathroom. He is charging us $2000.00 to replace and run a new lines and the insurance company is picking up the tab for all the damaged flooring wall repair.......I would not ever call them again, if he would have done his job and stoped the leak like this Plummer did we would have had a lot less damage. I am very Thankful for the info I got from sState Farm

Had warm floors in our small bathroom, hallway, and hall closet called All-star they came out right away and detected small slab leak. Mike who came our knew right away what it was did the test sure enough that's what it was. Before , I write more let me say that we have used All-Star since 2018 and they have done other jobs for us. It's always Mike that comes out which is great because you get to know them. He is so great and neat he has never left me a mess, and for me that's a plus. Anyway, fixed the leak, checked back  in to make sure we were good to go then came the next day to do the drywall where they had to cut into the wall. Drywall looks great zero mess.

Had to contact a plumber after trying my hand at being a professional.  Ventured into replacing water valves myself to quarter turn valves around the house as the older ones had some corrosion.  Ended up using a Dremel to cut off the old water valves compression nut which got a little out of hand and cut right into the main copper line.

Contacted All-Star Plumbing and within 60 minutes, Mike (the pro) arrived and corrected my mistake.  Fixed the damaged copper line without cutting into the drywall within 20 minutes.  Only a pro could fix it that quickly.  Price for the repair was reasonable for such quick response and great expertise.  A+++ all the way.

Excellent job! I had Mike come out again to help replace my old complicated plumbing system to the house and garden and of course fixed a major leak coming from it as well! I used All-Star Plumbing before in the past to help repair my sceptic system and Mike and John did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier so I had them back! He installed three different easy to use shut off valves for me so I can easily shut the water off from the main line to the garden and the house. A feature I really needed! They guarantee their work and they are worth every penny. They use excellent material and do excellent job!

Had a slab leak which I was afraid it's going to cost big time...but John managed to just re-route the leaking pipe and just cutting couple of small hole instead! BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival
window, as well as the assigned plumber. The Master Plumber,
Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate
diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he
was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding
a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came
with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake. Not
many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such
warranty. This company will be our go to for future plumbing
needs.

SEPT 2019:

Much to my despair, we had a Slab leak from the water main coming to our house.  Jake @ All-Star Plumbing was the first person called to verify the slab leak and provided a detailed estimate.  He arrived on-time as scheduled for both the estimate and repair.  The Re-route of the water main into our garage to the water heater was a tough 2 day job completed by Jake.  The cost of repair was a tad bit higher than others, however, the quality and warranty of repair (15 yr) is worth it for the peace of mind knowing the job was done right the first time.  Again, thank you Jake for your quality of workmanship as a Master Plumber.

Solid plumbing guys you can trust and go to for any plumbing & installation needs. I had a shower head installed and re-did my toilets. They were able to give me a accurate and fair pricing. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them for plumbing services .

Jared from All-Star Plumbing showed up right on time.  He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.  In fact, h e was so nice that if we need any other plumbing work done, we will definitely contact All-Star and request him.  

Although most of the plumbing sites listed had a button to push to request a quote.  All-Star was the only one that posted an estimate within a few minutes.  Most of the others wanted to come out to give me an in-home estimate which would only delay the installation.  I got the estimate right away and All-Star did the job the very next morning.  That's what I call SERVICE!!!

Absolutely awesome job! We had the valves for our washing machine break and painters painting in our home that day. We were able to schedule someone to come out immediately and replace the valves. Their price was right and their worker was terrific. We would definitely use them again.

With my parents in their late eighties and early nineties, it's my responsibility as the eldest son to make sure that they get their house maintained well and for a reasonable price. Recently my parents had a very severe plumbing issue which their on-call plumber, after inspection, quoted for an insanely expensive price. They even wanted to dig up the backyard and completely change the connection to the city sewer system. I thought this was a little bit out of line, so I consulted Yelp for a second opinion and found the services of All Star plumbing. They responded and after two visits John found the problems and it was all taken care of for one-tenth the price of the previous company--and they were very truthful every step of the way. There was no price gouging, and everything was explained very thoroughly, down to even installing a bathroom faucet that my dad had already purchased. Many plumbers would balk at that and insist they put in their own faucet, but All Star inspected it and thought it would be just fine.

Let me add this final thought, during the course of calling around for second opinions, one plumber I contacted who was also highly rated and headquartered in Long Beach asked me who else I had contacted. I mentioned that I had spoken to John from All Star in the Inland Empire, and the guy from Long Beach said, You know what? John is going to treat you well. Look, why don't you go ahead and let him give you a quote and if you have any questions call me back.

A recommendation from a competitor, too. You can't get much better than that.

Our water heater leaked and got a deal from John , right away. He was easy to contact and offered competitive pricing. Wee had a slow draining problematic toilet and called another plumber in the area. That plumber was not able to fix the issue. All-Star plumbing was able to come the very next day. John from All Star Plumbing is a hero - seriously. We had a water pipe leaking and when our regular plumber flaked out, John stepped up and took care of it right away. His prices are excellent, he did great work, and he offered some creative solutions for installing a pressure regulator in a way that wouldn't detract from the finished look of our garage. I would definitely recommend John for any and all plumbing problems - he was excellent!

Hot Water Line Leak Under Slab; Rerouted.  John analyzed the problem and offered his resolution.  The repair process offered was knowledgeable, professional, the best option, and the most cost effective.  Work began immediately and continued until completed.  Communication continued throughout; what he was going to do, what was next, etc.  I even learned a few things.  John also recommended professionals who can repair/replace the drywall associated with the reroute.  Total cost was in line with industry standards.    I took the day off from work (teacher) to get this done; it was done.  It would of been even more great if All Star Plumbing offered military and senior citizens discounts; I am a military retiree and a senior citizen.  Thanks John and All Star Plumbing!

I called All-Star in the morning and had someone onsite at 3:30pm. The person I spoke to in the office was friendly and quick to get me scheduled for service. Mike was the plumber assigned to our job and although he was not running behind too much he had the courtesy to call to let me know. He was friendly, helpful and was quick to get our work done. We had a slab leak that ran through the main bedroom of our house.  All Star Plumbing was our second opinion (thank goodness we got one) .  The technician, Max, suggested a great alternative to busting through the concrete slab which would have been VERY disruptive. His suggestion was literally 1/2 the cost of the first diagnostic. He was efficient, professional, on time and a pleasure to work with.

I had a kitchen sink leak and didn't know what to do. So I yelp'd and sent out a distress call. All Star plumbing was the first to get back to me and was available on the weekend. I made an appointment. Prior to the 2 hot window, Reggie ( I think that was his name) called and said he was on his way. I hate people being late to appointment so this was good. The estimate was free, another big plus. Reggie was very polite and honest. Never pushed anything. Once he determined it was the garbage disposal, he gave me options. He went it and purchased it and installed it all in 1 hr. Very efficient. I could not have been more pleased with the service. Will definitely use them again.

I woke up to a water heater that rusted out inside and was leaking water out of the lid.  I contacted All-Star Plumbing because I was happy after the last job they did for me.  By the next day, they were here fixing my issue.  With consultation with them, I decided to replace my 40 gallon water heater with a new tankless system.  The install looks so good and I am VERY happy with everything!  I highly recommend All-Star Plumbing.  They are the best

I called Canyon Hills Plumbing to help with a clog in my kitchen sink.  I lease my house, but the lease says I have to pay for clogged sinks says there is no telling what some tenants may put down the drain.  I saw many good reviews on Yelp, so I called Canyon Hills.  A woman answered the phone and I set an appointment quickly.  I then had to call back the next day and change the appointment to another time, no problem.  On the scheduled day, I got a text when the plumber was on his way.  The technician was Jorge Nunez and he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.  He showed up wearing a mask and when he came inside he put booties on.  Since the house is 30 years old, I had a feeling that there might be more going on than grease in the traps.  Jorge told me that he felt some resistance while cleaning out the drain so I opted to have the line scoped so that next time I have a blockage I can show the landlord that it's the pipes not me.  He scoped and we found issues!   Overall, it was an excellent experience.  The cleaning and scoping was extremely reasonably priced!  Jorge was great and I now have a video to show my landlord that he has to pay next time the sink clogs!!  I will call Canyon Hills for any plumbing issues in the future and will recommend them to my landlord if he wants to fix his 30 year old plumbing.  Thanks Jorge!!!

John stopped by our rental property in Riverside to unclog a drain that our home warranty wouldnt help with due to access. He quickly came up with a cost effective solution. He unclogged the drain no problem and at a fair and reasonable price in under 30 minutes! He arrived on time and ready to work. Was very knowledgeable! Excellent company.  I had a problem that was a bit tricky to figure out.  I had another 5 star plumbing company in mind when I requested responses from Yelp. But All Star Plumbing responded quickly with a stated bid and a scheduling option.  No need to call them and re-explain my situation.  Two hours later Mike the plumber came out, quickly assessed the problem, confirmed the bid which was understandably a little higher than the original bid and completed the repair. The price was very reasonable.  No drama, no scare tactics, no upselling, just good customer service and quality work at a good price.  What more can you ask for?

No opening wall and letting me financially bleed. He just needed to extend my pipe (looking out of wall) because my new faucet was a little short. But no ripping of, honest explanation and I am thankful for honest people.      So,  no recommendations for this company here.

John with All Stars is the best plumber in Riverside. He is professional, reasonable and honest.  I am in escrow and had a leak running across my driveway Thursday I notice it 2/16/17. I had called my home emergency place and they sent out Lancelot Plumbing on Thursday night. It was raining yet but was about to. They had an attitude to start with, JD was on phone to girlfriend or wife telling her about job and he loves her. They were here 20 minutes at most and state its an HOA issue.  Called John with All Star he came out and did leak detection. There was a leak under slab on my main line.  Called Lancelot they came back with attitudes and John even came back to show them, he left and they did checking but no digging out dirt and then stated there's no leak. I was frustrated so home emergency sent out Sanford and Son plumbing and they stated they would just run a new line and cut out concrete all the way thru and he couldn't guarantee it would look nice as he isn't a concrete layer? And he too did nothing was here 10 minutes and said could be HOA issue.  Amazing i was told no leak in main by 2 licensed plumbers sent by home emergency. I JUST NEEDED IT FIXED ASAP.  So I paid John to fix the leak. Thank God I did there was a leak big one under driveway on my side. He was here 4 hours dug out under driveway and we took pictures and video to show water is flowing big time. He repaired it, installed pressure regulator, poured small patch of concrete. Looks like I never had a leak. I was so frustrated that John rescheduled his jobs and did it immediately. Thank you John for caring and taking the time to find the leak. I know it was hard work I watched you dig but you were right from the first time you came out, there was a leak in my main. YOUR THE BEST!

I had a small leak on the main water line just before it enters my home.  The issue was that long ago someone installed galvanized pipe to the standard water pipe used and over the years the galvanized pipe rusted and eventually caused a small leak.  I had four different companies come out to look at the issue and give me a quote.  The issue was greater than just replacing one small connection to have it match up with the normally used water pipe material as there is a hose bib and line going off to the irrigation system in the same location.  

After meeting with the first three companies and getting their quotes, some which included doing things they suggested be done while doing this project, All-Star Plumbing came.  The first thing he asked me after I talked and showed him the issue, was what I wanted to do.  That surprised the heck out of me but was much appreciated.  We talked about it, came up with what SHOULD be done.   The price was most reasonable, and he did a great job on the project.  I would recommend All-Star Plumbing.

Called All Star plumbing and received an answer right away and sent over a plumber within an hour.  Josh arrived and quickly assessed the problem and was quick to repair our broken pipe in the wall.  Very knowledgeable, quick on the repair, and pleasant individual.  Pricing is reasonable and I would defiantly recommend this plumbing co.

Miguel from All-Star showed up when I had a flood late at night. He showed up and offer a diagnosis and didn't even charge me. Once it was time for the work to be done after contacting my  insurance company they showed up promptly and worked with me on the price. What else can you ask for from a plumbing company? Work was done well and is guaranteed.

All-Star Plumbing did a great job!  John was very informative and answered all my questions and did excellent work.  If I have any other plumbing issues, All-Start Plumbing will be the first call I make.  I highly recommend them!

I used All-Star Plumbing for a problem, they sent out Mike.  By the way, he is a remarkable young man and very professional.  Well on Sunday while my wife was taking a shower, it backed up.  On Monday I called All-Star and they were slammed, when you do great work you are.  Well, the first appointment was today, Wednesday.  Again Mike came out, when we explained it all, he did what he always does, listens to us.  We had water under our new flooring that was less than a year old.  He started checking the floor and the walls, he helped me pull the fridge out and measured the amount of moisture in the walls.  Then he let us know that it probably was not a slab leak, awesome, but pressure from the drain line is plugged up and it blew out the wax ring.  Since the water had seeped out under the new flooring and spread out into the dining room, and into the edge of the living room, plus up the walls about a foot.  He called a restoration company and they are coming out to start the repairs.  Dam, I will definitely share this company with who ever asks.  Nothing but professionals, start to finish.

Everything I read about this company and John on Yelp was true. What a kind and knowledgeable young man. Excellent work, completed in a timely manner and he totally cleaned up afterwards. He is our Plumber, hopefully forever! He also came out the same day I called which was yesterday. We were totally satisfied!

Toilet was leaking water from the base. Tech arrived promptly and not only fixed the problem but swapped out all the old parts for brand new. Works better than before!

We just had to replace 2 master bath faucets along with angle stops in 2 bathrooms and a new shower valve. John came out a couple of months ago to give me a quote as I was dealing with my home warranty company and waiting for a buyout from them. The HW co. Sent out 3 different plumbing companies 2 of the companies flaked out didn't submit the report needed finally got it resolved. I felt very confident with John's company price was competitive and explained everything they would do to complete the job. He sent out Mike & Mike both of them were great very polite and got the job done that day even though they had to make two trips to get parts. They are a local company which I think is nice to support. I would differently refer them to family and friends I will use them again for any plumbing needs. Thanks Guys

Just moved a year ago from Anaheim Hills to Terramor in Corona.  When my tankless water heater was due to be flushed, I had no idea who to call. I searched Yelp and found All-Star plumbing. There is a reason they are a 5 star Yelp business.  The lady in the office who answered the phone was very nice and you can tell she cares about what you need and your concerns.  It was very easy to make the appointment.  All-star showed up the day of my appointment.  My wife said they were very nice and professional.  They flushed my tankless water heater in about an hour. They made the whole experience painless. If you have a tankless water heater that needs flushing or any plumbing issues, I would recommend them in a heartbeat . Mike and his team were great! I called in the morning to grab a quote to snake our shower drain. They were not only super friendly and competitively priced, but they also got us on the schedule immediately! Mike and his partner literally arrived like a hour later.. He was courteous and knowledgeable and had the drain cleared up in minutes. Also took the time to quote us for future services. Will def be using again!

We had an issue with our back flow regulator. I called all star plumbing and they responded in under 30 minutes. They had the problem diagnosed and a solution within 30 minutes. Don't hesitate to call all star plumbing for your plumbing needs. The price was fair as well.

I had a very good service experience with Jared today. He listened intently to my drawn out explanation of what was going on with my drain pipe, and assured me it wasn't as complicated to fix as I thought. When he removed and cleaned the aerator on one of our sinks, he showed me what to do the next time it got clogged up. I appreciate all the maintenance tips he gave me and how he cleaned up after he was done. Great, friendly and reliable service. Pricing was good, and I felt like I truly got my money's worth!

The plumbers are very professional and courtesous.  Jimmy came out to unclog a drain that ended up being more complex than we thought due to a broken pipe underground caused by city workers accidentally when they were jackhammering.  Jimmy handled it with professinalism and relayed the situation to the owner and was able to fix the clog which was uglier than it sounds.  Lol.  Thank you so much! :)

I bought a new fridge and wanted to reactivate an old water line in the wall. All-Star responded quickly to my request on a Friday and had someone come out to assess Monday morning. Another company came to the house that Friday evening, but wanted to charge me to check if there was any water in the pinched copper line behind the fridge, then cap it. That diagnosis quote was the same amount All-Star ended up charging to run a completely new line from scratch. They also completed the work in a single morning. I am very satisfied with the responsiveness and quality of the work. Thank you.

Moved to our current home in Chino Hills and have used John and All-Star Plumbing often over the years. First of all great plumbers. But John has really good people like Mike working for him too. Not only have they fixed and replaced numerous toilets and faucets - John will come out for emergencies like water heaters flooding the garage. Did our water softener filtration systems too. Courteous and Professional. Highly recommend.

Had a plumbing issue that a few other companies couldn't troubleshoot or commit to a recommendation. Mike busted his tail to eventually properly diagnose the main issue and complete repairs that would actually finally fix our problem. Very knowledgeable from the jump, he laid out best case to worst case scenarios. We were closer to worst case scenario when all said and done but there was never a time that progress was not properly communicated or explained. Always prompt and reasonably priced for the level of professional you get from these guys.

4 years ago All Star Plumbing installed a new HVAC system in our home for us. They were very  skilled and quick with a very fair price.  This week we noticed that the system wasn't cooling as well as it should.  They came out and performed a service on the system and added some Freon.  I can't say enough about their service.  You will not regret calling them.  Splendid service!

Hello All, I know we all are living in some very difficult times now with this Coronavirus Pandemic. And I hope everyone is listening and wearing there masks , as well as keeping that 6 feet apart rule . We recently had a small water leak under our kitchen sink and I was some what afraid to call a plumber to our home. But once I called All-star Plumbing and they reassured me that there plumbers all wear mask and gloves, as well as keeping 6 feet apart. That made us very happy and aloud them to come in our home and fix the problem. Mike was very helpful and very neat. I would highly recommend them for any other plumbing service in the future. My water heater needed a part replaced. All Star Plumbing sent Mike out in the afternoon. They told me ahead of time what the cost would be and stuck to it. Mike took about an hour to replace part.  He was efficient, professional and was personable.  Will use again if another problem occurs in the future.

Old house, built in 1925, shower valve in the shower/bath combo broke, couldn't get hot water. Asked for a quote from ALL STAR. Mike came out the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote, took a day to find the right valve but worked around my work schedule to come back out and finish it up. I will recommend ALL STAR PLUMBING to everyone I know who needs some plumbing help! Great customer service with a fair price!

Wow wow wow!!!! Called this company off Yelp and a neighbor/friends advice. Within 30 minutes They shows up to my house(7:00pm) I was utterly impressed with the quick response.  But it even got better, the tech John was clean cut and professional and quickly I diagnosed the problem. He had it the bathroom shower valve fixed in a short time. I'm a cabinet contractor that is very detailed and professional, I would highly recommend to anyone there services.

These guys are AMAZING.  I first needed their help in May of 2021 & Mark was incredible to work with.  He was not able to solve the issue on the spot but really took his time to trouble shoot it and come back with the owner to build the best team possible.  So today (Aug. 2021), I needed their help once again and Johnny was equally amazing as Mark was out of town.  They are honest, thoughtful and really care about the quality of their work.  I had a different crew/local company come out yesterday to my mother's rentals and the guy left in 30 min... totally failed... and just left the job site and said, sorry but I could not figure out a solution.  I spoke to the owner of that company and was told I would not be charge... of course I would not be charged because nothing happened!  I got some excuse that business was super busy and to basically go elsewhere... I only went to them in the first place because of the high demand of All-Star... BUT in the end they fit me in... well in advance after my fiasco!  Never going anywhere else... totally worth the wait!  BTW... The whole crew from All-Star Plumbing are amazing!  I would recommend to everyone... I live in OC otherwise these guys would be helping me here too!  Our family rentals are in great hands with these guys on our team!  Don't hesitate to call!

I can't believe I almost forgot to write a review. It's been about a month since John and his company came to the rescue. I'm currently renting and we've ALWAYS had issues with the plumbing. About two years ago, it got so bad that the owner spent about $30K on repairs. The ceiling in our bathroom downstairs came through. The floor by the bathtub upstairs in the master bedroom started to cave in. And ALL three of the bathrooms had leaks. The pipes would get clogged and none of the bathrooms would work, and the guest bathroom downstairs would flood. The bathtub would fill up with all the shit from the pipes and, NOTHING worked. We basically couldn't shower, do laundry and use the bathroom all at once or else the tub would overflow from the pipes being backed up. We CONSTANTLY told the landlord that we were having issues with the plumbing and they either didn't send anyone, or they'd send someone to do a quick and cheap fix. Eventually the problem got worse and led to all those issues. Now when they spent the $30K, it was still a cheap and quick job. You can tell from the remodeling that it was done poorly. But they needed to do something obviously. Not even a year later, we're having the same issues with the plumbing. Everything would get backed up and the bathroom tub downstairs would overflow with water and shit. Literally. It happened again last month and not getting a response from my landlord, I called All Star Plumbing. The woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY nice. I explained to her the issue and that I needed it fixed ASAP and she handled the call quickly. She told me she'd have someone at my house in half an hour to an hour. Not even half an hour later, John was at my door. Now I have a 5 month old, and I'm in the middle of cooking and cleaning. Time is of the essence. He comes in, goes straight to the problem, figured out what needed to be done and was real with me. He gave me a few different options, the cheap route (would last a few months to a year), the logical route (would last a few years and wasn't too pricey), and the fix all route that was definitely out of my budget. I just wanted it fixed for now. I'm renting. It's not my house. But I don't want my bathtub filled with shit since my landlord wouldn't help me. I picked the temporary fix and John didn't try to up-sell me at all. He wasn't a salesman, he was a plumber genuinely trying to fix my problem. He was done in about 15-20 minutes. He even dug out some of the roots that got caught up in the pipes. Definitely a great choice and I'm glad I found them on Yelp. I'll be calling them again in a few months so they can do the longer fix. I won't be going to any other plumbing company.
