***Do not use this fraudulent company!***
Filed a claim with American home shield home warranty and said the contractor would reach out within 24 hours. They never reached out and even though I called and left messages every day they did not return my call. Finally after 3 days I called the home warranty company and they reached out to plumbers Inc. and they scheduled an appointment for The next day, Friday. I waited at the property for hours, no one showed up. I called the home warranty company who reached out to Plumbers Inc. and was told that they had no appointment set. They did however set an appointment for the following morning, Saturday. The plumber came out and check to see if the pilot was lit, that was it. He lit the pilot and left. After about 30 minutes I called and said there was still no hot water. The plumber asked me to take a picture of the water heater and send it to him. This company has 48 hours to send their diagnosis to the home warranty company. Of course they waited till the third day and charged an additional $980 that were not covered for modifications even though the plumber never really looked at the dynamics of the water heater. This is a strategy that they use so that they get you at a desperate point and you just pay for all of their bogus fees.
I later Found out through American home shield home warranty that they have a contract at a reduced rate of about $690 to replace the water heater.
What this company does is charged this bogus fees of almost $1000 to make up for their loss. Disgusting entity doing business, do not use them!

RUN do not walk away from this company. This has become almost a one month nightmare to get my water heater fixed. There is NO customer service to assist you just someone answering the phone and saying they will contact me within two days. Well that was a week ago! I placed a work order on December 6 my American Home Shield policy for my hot water heater. Eventually, Plummers Inc sent out a technician, Joseph, to deal with the issue. He was very professional and very kind. He said he would order the control panel and they would get back to me. It is now December 27th, Plummers Inc. has made no effort to contact me or American Home Shield, nothing! I contacted my American Home Shield provider and they also have had no contact with Plummers Inc, no paperwork for repair approval, NOTHING! My American Home Shield representative put me on hold and they attempted to telephone Plummers Inc only for them to answer the phone and quickly hang up.

So if 2021 wasn't bad enough for you, then when you need a plummer, contact this company. RUN do not walk away from this company!

Finally, the only good thing I can think of is thank God this company is in the so called plumbing business and not answering the phones for Suicide Prevention!

Shady company/companies

This company was assigned by my home warranty company AHS to replace my gas water heater. This review is about the business (practices) of the company, NOT the tech who replaced my gas water heater.

The Plumbers Inc. uses multiple names in an attempt to negate their BBB grade. Names include (probably more) - Rite A Way plumbing and Direct Connection Plumbing.

Communication between AHS and this business stinks. I was without hot water for a week. I also mentioned this communication problem in my AHS review

Communication between this company and myself stinks. I called numerous times - the phone either kept on ringing or I went to voice mail. I left a message, however nobody got back to me. This occurred during normal business hours. The last time I called (to schedule the replacement) I was put on hold for an hour then disconnected. I called back and it took 20 minutes before the lady answered my call.

I am choosing not to identify this company by name because I don't know what name is valid.

Rite A Way has a BBB F grade
Direct Connection Plumbing has a BBB D grade
Both have 1 star BBB reviews with the same complaints.

The contact person for all of these DBA names is Roland Munoz

Contracted with AHS. They sent out Plumbers Inc to fix a leaky shower faucet. First visit he spent 5 minutes and said it was fixed. It wasn't. Called right back and had to reschedule with AHS to have him come back a week later. He spent another 5 minutes and said the valves needed to be replaced and would have to order the parts. 4 weeks later he returns, spends 10 minutes and said he replaced the washers, not the valves. Still leaks 1/8 cup a day. AHS won't respond to my emails. AHS and Plumbers Inc are both ripoffs.

Terrible. I just bought the house for rental. There is a leak from a faucet that happens only when the water is turned on and a small water damage (1'x2') on the cabinet base. The plumber said he will order a new faucet but claimed that there is a mold problem, scarring tenants who have small kids. He then called his friend's remediator who said that the whole sink needs to be replaced and offered to work with my insurance company but suspiciously said, don't mention mold problem. I later checked with the home inspector, obtained thermal images showing that the area was completely dry, e.g. no mold. I texted the remediator asking why not to mention mold and, knowing that I can use the text against him, he replied 'because it doesn't look like mold, it looks like water damage'. I used his reply to calm down the tenants, called AHS to check the order status. AHS said the plumber closed the request, never orders the faucet and never sends the diagnosis back. I asked AHS for a 2nd opinion, checked yelp reviews and picked another one. The new one replaced the faucet within an hour.  Shame on AHS to keep using this contractor. Will file a complaint through the state board.

Through American Home Shield (home warranty insurance) hire this company Plumbers inc in San Diego. My water heater burst on 08/12 and they came home on 08/15. They removed my water heater and they said they will come back on by the end of the week once everything was dry. On 08/22 I called them back to see when they were going to come back to replace my water heater and timer to keep hot water that it was not working. He said there were 980dlls for modifications that the insurance does not cover. He said that his office should have call and sent an email with an estimate, but they didn't. He also assure me that if I haven't receive they will sent it immediately. So they came back today (08/29) and they said they got me a smaller water heater and no replacement for the timer. He said he doesn't have any notes and he was not going to do it. He can the do the water heater but nothing else. I told him that the job was not complete, which he agree and still said he was not gonna do it. He was rude and despot. He didn't care about us or show empathy about our problem. No other solutions were offered even after I ask him. He picked up his things and left. I had the worst experience ever. There were also 2 faucets to be fixed that I show him on the first day also in the same claim that he didn't care to fix.
Stay away from this company

This is the worst company and I agree with all the reviews!  I too never write reviews but I had to!!! I think they only have 1 technician, Jimy.  He took 1 minute to tell me that my Hot & Cold water dispenser is leaking, which I already knew.  2 weeks later, I get a call that the part is here and scheduled an appointment to install a new dispenser.  He never showed up!  I called the company and the rude lady answered after putting me on hold for 20 mins 3 times and said that AHS denied the claims because I have a filter system!!!
I don't have a filter system???  But it was his word against mine!  They took the $100 deductible/service call fee and never did the repairs.  I had ask for a second opinion.  TERRIBLE COMPANY!  THEY SHOULD REFUND ME MY MONEY.  I am now going to take it up with my credit card company!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Outrageous experience  with them. They don't answer their phone. Put us on hold for 20 minutes every time we called. Rude. Lied about saying they called us on a visit they didn't show up for. No one called. Stood us up three times for scheduled appointments with four or five hour windows of us wating for them...with no courtesy call. Upcharged for new water heater instead of addressing simple original problem of catridge replacement in ine shower and avoided fixing new issues it has now created. They were referred by American Home Shield, which is another SCAM company, both of whom take your money and leave you high and dry!
Zero stars!!!

After a week, they finally came out, looked at the problem, then told us they had to go back and submit a claim to American Home Shield, which AHS then denied because of how they worded the problem. We did not receive any call back and had to call them to find this out, all while the faucet continues to leak.

Plumbers Inc., 888-379-4321 was hired by our home warranty, American Home shield. I have a shower head that is leaking. We were told that they would have to find out what type of valve was needed and that they would contact AHS. What this company did was call AHS to let them know that the job was complete. My shower head is still leaking. Please don't use this company. This was so dishonest of Plumbers Inc., to completely lie and say they fixed the shower head.  Now the home is not available to have another tech come out for over a month so I will have to pay my service fee again.

This plumbing company is unprofessional, irresponsible and negligent. They came to my home to fix a hot water issue with my bathtub and instead I had to pay to open up a wall, ended up with a sink faucet as a bath fixture and when they realized they didn't fix the issue, they basically said find another plumber to fix it. Another plumber came, it was an easy fix and they had to reverse the work Plumbers Inc did.
The plumber assumed my issue was a problem with the build of my home, and he wouldn't try to resolve it without me opening my tile. The end result was over a thousand dollars out of my pocket for unnecessary damage to my tile and bathtub.  He completely disregarded where I suggested the valves were and didn't bother to check them before taking things apart and having me pay to open my walls. The confidence that the problem was behind the tile wall perpetuated unnecessary problems and stress.  When he found out his repairs didn't fix the I water issue,
He left saying the owner would call us to check out what's going on. Three days and multiple calls later  we find out that they've transferred our case to another plumbing company.
We tried to talk to the manager and then the owner about how a qualified plumber would have checked for the valves or tried the solution before recommending opening the wall and then cutting the pipes and replacing the faucet but no response. Adding insult to injury the owner won't return our calls or messages to discuss or look at the work of their employees.  We've left multiple voice and email messages and no one will return our call anymore. STAY AWAY from this company!

I would give zero stars if I could. I had someone come out to my home on November 29, 2022. Tim was nice enough and diagnosed the problem With the water heater. I contacted the company a couple of days later to hire them to fix the issue. I was told the part would be ordered and they'd contact me to schedule repairs. It is now December 23 and I have made several phone calls over the last 3 weeks asking if the part has come in  (it hasn't been delivered to my house). In addition to phone wait times upwards of 27 minutes each time I call, I have not received one promised return call. Nothing. Horrible, horrible customer service. I'm sorry I wasted so much time on this company.  Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.

I just had a toilet repair yesterday through American Home Shield and the experience was positive. Ultimately, what counted for homeowner is the problem being resolved as expected in one visit and I got that yesterday from Plumbers, Inc. First, I got a next day appointment 11am to 3pm, and Second, the tracking system allowed me to track the technician at 10:30 am informing me that the technician Jamariah was already on the way with a precise ETA. Very efficient and knowledgeable. My tenant confirmed a perfect repair and all went well before noon.
Regarding home insurance, as a side note, I think for many homeowners who purchased home insurance, over time they would gradually know how home insurance worked. Depending on the type of repair, often time the contractors do not have parts so the first appointment is to just diagnose the problem and then the contractors go back to ask for AHS to approve repairs. With the supply chain shortage problem we have nowadays, in my experience, a repair can take months. I had a dryer repair starting August 2021 and it was only resolved in Jan 2022, which took 4 visits and 5-month of time. When we have low expectations for the working of home insurance and expect all small inconveniences in the process, homeowners will be less disappointed.

They could actually do the job they were paid to do. Came out and said they couldn't fix the clog because they would have to go on the roof and I got charged $100 from American Home Shield for the call. Called up Yogi's plumbing, an excellent company, who came out unblocked the clog in 15 minutes and they did not have to get on the roof. They just went behind my wash machine and found access to the clog and fixed it.  If they had bothered to look, they could have fixed it. They did not bother to do so

DO NOT USE THIS company if you are with AHS Warranty company.  They are thieves (see BBB reviews as well)  Do not let AHS them send these guys to your home, they will try and rip you off.  They will always use the word MODIFICATIONS  even of none are necessary, because AHS does not cover modifications.

Plumbers, Inc. was assigned by AHS to fix my tankless hot water heater.   The tech arrived (late) after rescheduling.  When he arrived, he looked at my water heater and that they'd recommend replacing the entire hot water heater, which was still under warranty. After a few day AHS said they were waiting for Plumbers Inc to send me extra charges for my review and approval before any repair could be initiated.   When I received the extra charges the bill was over $700.00 for modifications when I explained there wasn't any modifications necessary.  They sent a supervisor out, he dismissed me and was exceptionally rude and raised his voice and said THIS REQUIRES MODIFICATIONS!

I refused to approve their ridiculously high bill. Asked AHS for the cash out option after I called AHS to explain that the extra costs Plumber's Inc wanted were crazy high and totally unnecessary, AHS offered to send me a check that covered the cost of what they would have paid to the contractor.

AHS then sent me a check and I hired a licensed, insured, and fantastic five star contractor who quickly got the job done for a couple hundred bucks.  ZERO modifications necessary.  Saved me hundreds dollars to NOT use these Plumbers, Inc.

Avoid using these guys at ALL COST.

I called my home insurance policy American Home Shield (AHS) to have them send a plumber out to fix a clogged toilet. They sent a Plumbers Inc technician to fix my clogged toilet. This plumber ran a snake down the toilet and said there was a foreign object in the toilet, and it needed to be replaced for $550 and then left my house. The plumber didn't even remove the toilet to push out the foreign object from the bottom of the toilet. It was a Friday and I guess he had better things to do than his job.

On Saturday I removed the toilet myself and turned it upside down than used a toilet snake to push out the foreign object and reinstalled the toilet. This took me 30 min. to complete the repair. Plumbers Inc did not even try to fix the toilet and lied saying the toilet needed to be replaced. This is a warning to everyone DONT USE Plumbers Inc for any of your plumbing needs.

Plumbers, also known as Plumbers Inc, in Riverside, seems to be a deliberately deceptive company name chosen to avoid responsibility. This company is hired by American Home Shield (AHS).
I have had several plumbing problems. In each case, AHS has sent out plumbers from Plumbers Incorporated, a company in Riverside. The technician from Plumbers, Inc will diagnose the problem, and then no one gets back to me. When I call, there is always some sort of excuse: We needed to get authorization is a common one. The left hand does not know what the right is doing. When I call, the AHS phone service operators have no idea what Plumbers Inc doing. The people on the phone at Plumbers, Inc clearly do not want to give good service. Recently AHS arranged for a technician from Plumbers Incorporated to come to my house on 1/14/22 to look at a toilet that was leaking at the base. He made the diagnosis, took my $75 from my credit card as the service fee, and said he would need to get the parts. I received a phone call on 1/15/22 which stated he'd return on 1/16. He never came or called. And yet the job is listed as Completed on the AHS website. I called Plumbers Incorporated. They said Of course he can't come. That's a Sunday. We don't work then. Then why was I told he'd come then? No call or email since then. I finally called Plumber's Incorporated yesterday; no one picked up in any of the several times I called.
AHS schtick is to blame everything on the subcontracted technician and pretend that this is the problem; Plumbers Inc's schtick is to blame everything on AHS. They work hand in hand to evade responsibility.
They have no desire to give good service.
Both AHS and Plumbers Inc give you the runaround. A toilet needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY. Plumbers Inc needs to go out of business. And then, nothing. No phone call from Plumbers Inc. Today is 1/26 and nothing.

If you're in Southern California and in need of plumbing repair I highly recommend you contact Plumbers, Inc. and request the work of Luis.

A few weeks back my tub had a slight drip once the handle was turned all the way to the right.  I automatically diagnosed this as a bad cartridge.  I had this happen on a different shower in house I grew up in and that was what the problem was.  I contacted my home insurance and they got in contact with Plumbers, Inc.  An appointment was made a few days later Luis showed up.  He quickly stated that I was correct in my assessment and that the cartridge was bad.  Due to hard water build up the nut on the handle was seized up and he stated he would get the approval of American Shield to cut off the handle.

He came back a week later within the time window he said he would show up.  He brought a new handle and cartridge.  I was considering doing replacing this myself and I am glad I didn't as it took him around two hours.  Plumbing tip: loosen and tighten down the nut on the handle every few weeks on your tub to prevent it from getting seized on.

It's been several weeks since the repair was done and I am happy with the work of Luis.  While the Plumbing, Inc. office is out of Riverside Luis lives and serves in San Diego county.

I would use this business again and I recommend their service.

They are the worst company to deal with!!!. remember if they are assigned by your Home Warranty Company you could REQUEST FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY, as they are the scam of the industry!! Just recently had a dis attached (came off) sink strainer & the Home Warranty company AHS  assigned them to fix this very petty small item. Their suggestions was to charge extra $175 that really took my plumber only 20 minutes and not much of hardship to change!!
Keep in mind they usually come in with the statement it needs modification!  If I would have used them for sure I would have videoed all the repair process and present it and file a complaint with the general attorney and the Better Business Bureau for ripping off the public.

There was no modification my understanding of modification is when you have to totally change the whole route / plumbing/ system , otherwise it is only a repair. I have the photos to proof and I had more complicated items repaired with the AHS and their vendors at no extra costs.

Plumbers Inc was the contracted company assigned to me through AHS. The initial visit was on 12/30/2021 and the technician Dave was nice and was able to locate the problem with my furnace (so I thought), a door safety switch. He didn't have the part but was able to do a temporary fix until he could get the part. Dave called me on Tuesday, 1/04/2022, stating he had the part and could he come and install, I said yes. Dave placed the new switch and left. Two days later (1/06) my furnace stopped working so I called AHS and they contacted Plumbers Inc. Plumbers Inc set up their soonest appointment on 1/10 with a 9am-1pm window. On Monday 1/10 I waited and by 12 noon I called to get the technician's eta. Deangela answered and quickly asked to put me on hold.....which was 15 minutes so I hung up and decided to wait till 1pm. I called back and again Deangela put me on hold, 20 minutes on hold, I hung up and called back immediately which that call didn't even get a greeting but was immediately placed on hold, I hung up. Frustrated at this point I called again and Deangela answered and was noticeably more rude with her rehearsed hold line but I interrupted her and said No, your technician was supposed to be here between 9am-1pm and never showed up (it's now almost 1:30) and without taking any information from me to verify who I was she said let me look at your account and abruptly placed me on another 7min hold. I hung up and called AHS and filed a complaint (during which time I actually looked on YELP and couldn't believe what I was reading). During my call I asked why AHS knowingly contracts with a company like this given all the poor reviews and was told I was probably the first costumer to make this complaint, are you serious, like really!??? However during my AHS call I received a text from Plumbers Inc that my technician was on his way.
When he showed up he seemed different than previous visits, almost annoyed but still respectful. He tinkered with my furnace for almost an hour and said my issue was a defective power cord now which he just happened to have so he replaced it. He was able to get the furnace running in the garage so he packed up and closed everything up but he hadn't checked to see if the thermostat would turn it on so I asked, can we test it, Dave replied oh yeah so I went and turned it on inside using the thermostat. As it was starting Dave had me sign the receipt and he placed his personal cell on the receipt and said call me if it stops working and began walking out saying I hear it ignite, your good and quickly left. Within 5-10 minutes it stopped working so I directly texted Dave that it stopped again which he said to give him a half hour and he'll be back. So I called AHS with another complaint and really questioned if both AHS and Plumbers Inc was a scam both were running on their costumers because something was off, especially since the only reviews of this company were from AHS clients. To be honest I am realizing all the companies AHS contracts with are a bit shady and give a bad vibe.
In the end Dave came back, this time found that another reset button was faulty and replaced that. It has been almost 24hrs and my furnace is still working but I told AHS to never connect me with Plumbers Inc.

Plumbers Inc came by to fix a clogged drain problem through First American Home Warranty.   Their plumber was shown the clog problem and he said they could not run the snake or do anything until they first installed a cleanout.   Sounds like they want to upcharge me.   The guy never had any tools in his hands and didn't try to snake the drain.

His visit was a complete waste of time.   But I guess they get credit for a home warranty visit by FAHW.

We had Horrible service from the start. After contacting our home warranty company we were sent Plumbers Inc. phone to schedule an appointment. It took a week for them to schedule but we had no other recourse because this is the company we were told was contracted. On the day of the appointment the plumber was supposed to arrive between 12 and 2pm. At 245pm I called the office and they said it was now 4-6pm. At 630pm I called the office and they said he was close by and should be there at 7pm. At 830pm the plumber shows up tired and grumpy. I had 2 issues, 1 my tankless water heaters control board didn't work and 2, my kitchen sinks hot/cold water dispenser at seized up. He looked at the sink first and after 15 minutes said I needed a new one and the warranty company would cover it. Its almost 9pm now as he has to go outside on the side of the house to physically look at the external tankless hot water heater in the dark. Using his phone light he looks at the exterior then asks where the control panel is located. Its in the garage on the interior side of the wall. He goes in and looks at it and can't get it on. He said it's fried. You need a new one. I asked if he had a volt meter to check to see if the main unit was sending power to the control panel. He didn't have one or a flash light. He said it seems the storm we just had 2 days ago must have damaged the hot water heater. I told him I had called this in over a week ago. Its now 930pm and he seems exhausted. I asked if he was going to take the cover off of the tankless system to check exactly what was actually not working but he said he was too tired and he can't work in the dark.

I didn't hear back from Plumbers Inc until I called my warranty company to ask when my equipment would be repaired. They said the tech reported that the kitchen hot/cold can be replaced but the outside hot/water heater was damaged by the storm and that was not covered. I argued with them that the plumber didn't even trouble shoot it. Because I own 9 other rental properties with this warranty company they said they would send another Plumber for Free but if the results came back the same I would have to pay the Co-pay.

I was good with that. The new company came out and removed the cover, read the voltages and noticed an interior wire had been corroded. He simply cut the wire, stripped the coating and attached it. The Control Panel came on and the unit was fixed!!!!!!

I still had to get the hot/cold dispenser installed. I called Plumbers Inc and told them that their guy screwed up the hot water heater diagnosis. They said they had to send the same guy to install the hot/cold. I wasn't there during the installation but what he installed was BEYOND cheap and not even close to the quality of the existing appliance. He actually installed something that you had to go under the sink and reach your arm to the back and manually switch a lever left or right to have the dispenser run hot or cold. The top part is a large plastic knob with a faucet that looks like it should be in a public schools bathroom. I called Plumbers to complain and the owner said that's the best they can do. I said this is supposed to be the same caliber as to my existing appliance. They said they were sorry and to call the warranty company to complain.

This vendor was assigned by AHS to fix my tankless hot water heater.  They were sometimes short on skill and professionalism, but most irritating was their outrageously high price.

They were slow to respond, needed several days to schedule, and arrived much later than they said they would.  When they arrived, there were two of them and they both asked for my WiFi password so they could watch YouTube videos of how to diagnose and repair the issue.  Eventually they announced that they couldn't fix it, they were leaving, and that they'd recommend replacing the entire hot water heater.

After the guys left, Plumber's Inc stalled for a few more days.

AHS said they were waiting for Plumbers Inc to send me extra charges for my review and approval before any repair could be initiated.  When I called Plumbers Inc to ask for an update, the gal said she had an invoice she would send right away.  Days kept going by.  Still no invoice.  I started calling them daily to remind them we're still waiting and to please just send the invoice, either to me or to AHS.  We ended up waiting weeks with a broken water heater.  AHS couldn't process the claim without first getting my approval for the fees Plumbers Inc wanted to charge.

When Plumbers Inc finally did send me the invoice, it was incredibly high.  I thought they'd mistakenly sent me someone else's bill because there were several obviously unnecessary charges. To replace the hot water heater, they were asking for more than a thousand in fees for miscellaneous and completely unnecessary modifications.  The charges they were asking me to cover were IN ADDITION to the cost of labor and materials for the hot water heater itself, which AHS was going to pay for.

I did not approve their ridiculously high bill.

I called AHS to explain that the extra costs Plumber's Inc wanted were crazy high and totally unnecessary, AHS offered to send me a check that covered the cost of the hot water heater, and I could hire my own contractor.  I said 'great, let's do that, anyone would be better than these guys'.  AHS then sent me a check and I hired a licensed, insured, and fantastic five star contractor who quickly got the job done for a couple hundred bucks.  ZERO modifications necessary.  Saved me over a thousand dollars to NOT use these guys.

My advice is avoid using these guys if at all possible.

Plumbers Inc was assigned by AHS to unclog a bathroom sink - simple job.  Plumber took apart the PCV connections, cleaned everthing out, and reassembled the PCV pipes.  About 30 days later, the pipes came apart with water going everywhere.  When I called Plumbers Inc, they said 'Oh no, we only guarantee our work for 30 days.  You will have to start a new claim'.  When I called AHS, they said the same thing.
Neither Plumbers Inc or American Home Shield stand behind their work.  Don't use either one of them.

The one plumbers came to my house as expected. Can't say anything about that. My daughter was home and unfortunately she did not get an update before the plumber left, so I am not sure if the work is done or if he is returning. I keep calling the company number and leaving messages and I am never able to get a person on the phone or the courtesy call back. It has been 3 days now  so good luck any potential clients. There follow up sucks

We recently had Plumbers Inc install a tankless hot water heater for us. We were extremely pleased with the job they did. When the technician assigned had car problems, the boss came out himself and installed it. Would recommend then.

This company is a scam, which will pull a bait and switch in order to charge you a higher fee than what they would earn from AHS.  I'm a AHS client and was referred to this company to repair a simple pipe leak.  Instead of repairing the pipe, they told AHS that the pinhole leak was NOT due to normal wear and tear.  Really?  a 30 year old pipe that has a pinhole leak is not wear and tear?  That's new.  AHS denied the repair based on the plumber's assessment (which I did not receive ANY documentation on).  After calling them over 7 times DAILY (they don't answer voicemail, nor the phone unless you do this), they answered and said they could repair it for $1200.  Well, that's a 1000% markup from what my local plumber charged me.  Total scam, avoid at all costs.  If you have a home warranty, tell them to switch to another vendor that has a good reputation.  THEY DO NOT DO WORK....they will simply falsify documents in order to get paid.

I have exactly a month and 2 weeks waiting for this company to contact my insurance company to send the budget or report  and nothing they answer or send nothing .. please do not hire them, they really are not professionals.  when they came to see the problem at my house, they only asked me silly questions, for example, and that I rented my house or if I lived alone, please be careful with them.

They don't answer the phone and don't return messages. American Home Shield foisted them on me.  Most companies they assign actually call me or text me. They didn't, so I called them. 3 times, left messages.
I realize some people are short handed these days - if that is the case, don't have a high-volume contract with American Home Shield.  Answering the phone and returning calls is the most basic function of a business.

Believe all the bad reviews you're reading, this company has 0 integrity and is the most unprofessional group. My home owner's insurance (which I will be cancelling due to this debacle) sent them out because the handle on my toilet kept getting stuck. They sent someone out who completely ruined the toilet so that it's now Non-functional. It's been a total of 3 weeks now and they sent someone else, who also couldn't fix it. I've had to chase them down almost every day to get updates etc, finally a total of 3 weeks later the plumber sends in the report to my home owners insurance?? Still don't have a working toilet. Unbelievable, so unprofessional and I will be lodging a complaint with the BBB.

Worst company ever. These clowns were sent out by AHS in July 2022. This clown (Miguel) said there was nothing wrong with my water heater. Two other guys that were working on fixing some damage told this clown that it needed to be fixed and he said it didn't. Here we are, less than two months later and I have no hot water. Sure enough my water heater is out. I called AHS again and of course they send this same company. I did request that a different technician come out. My appt was scheduled between 11-3 today. I called at 1:45 to confirm and the receptionist said he would be here by 3:00. Here it is 3:45 and nothing. I called three times right now and my calls go straight to voicemail.

STAY AWAY FROM PLUMBERS INC! Ask your insurance to change the plumbing company as Plumbers Inc will make it very difficult for you to fix your plumbing issues through your insurance. I think AHS hires them to deny the claim. No matter what you do to facilitate plumbers inc, they will make sure that your claim is denied and you pay out of your pocket. In our case, we had a plumbing leak which we identified fairly quickly. We provided plumbers access to Allan from Plumbers Inc. But while reporting to AHS, Allan mentioned that he needed to make some changes in order to fix the issue (which was a big LIE). AHS denied the claim on that basis. I had to get a private plumber to fix the issue out of my pocket. STAY AWAY!

I have American Home Shield and they recommended Plumber's Inc.  I looked up the reviews and they were pretty horrible.  I asked to switch and they said they had to send them out.  2 days later they showed up.  My toilet had been running and I wanted them to check the other toilets.  I also had a leak from the bathtub which was from the faucet. He wouldn't even touch the faucets but took a picture.  He was supposed to get back to me with itemized information but I never heard from them again. They sent a young guy named Devin who was so bad.  I don't believe he knows anything about plumbing.  He took the tops off the toilet and said whoever installed 2 of them had them on backwards which wasn't true.  The one that was running he didn't do anything to it.  He told me that I had a problem with the pipes in the wall and they would have to open up the wall and I couldn't use that bathroom for at least 2 weeks or more. I would have to use my homeowner's insurance as it would cost around $5000.  I have a friend who is a licensed contractor who came out and said there was nothing wrong with my pipes and he fixed the toilet in 2 minutes and said the other toilets were fine.  They're a disgusting company and I would hope nobody would ever use them.  So disappointed!

We have AHS. American Home Shield for our home repairs and whatnot. They are hit and miss with contractors. But in the case they sent out Plumbers Inc (which also shares the name Direct Connection Plumbing). Initially the ratings worried me, but I like to give businesses the benefit of doing business.
So after we called AHS, they got our info over to Plumbers Inc, one of their representatives reached out to us within the hour, and set up a time for a plumber to come out.
Casey showed up, he was a tad past the schedule window, but not more than 5 mins. He was nice very apologetic, van broke down, grabbed the spare, but still made it to pull hair from our drains.
He mentioned he could feel a blockage and needed to use the power snake, which regrettably was in the broke down van, not the spare. No big, he let his office know they needed to reschedule. And would be back later.
The office called and we rescheduled. Casey was back out today. Came on in, snaked the bathtub, and then snakes the main line. Cleared the blockage.and debris. Dude was fast, professional and nice.  Kudos to Casey.

I would give them -0 stars if there was an option.  They are the worst plumbing company I have ever come across.  They came out once, took the money for the repair and parts.  They said they will come back with parts because it needs to be order and they never did.  They NEVER return calls and if they answer the phone they say that they have to talk to technician and will call me back.  However, they never call you back.

One star reviews sound inflated. If I can give them 0 stars I would. Talk about unscrupulous business practices.
First: customer service is horrible.  If you like listening to repetitive elevator music for 20 minutes on hold to get scheduled service then this is the plumbing company for you.
Second: Allan the plumber shows up and gives my warranty company AHS a B.S. diagnosis. Tells them he needs to replace the supply line valve to the toilet. Which is not leaking at all and considered a modification. Which means I would have to contact all the 16 residents in my condo complex and shut off the water main line to our building. So in essence he is looking for an additional $200 out of my pocket for this modification and cause a huge inconvenience to the association. Mind you the only reason he was called was a drip coming from a toilet bowl screw due to the washer being worn out. The reason I know this is because I fixed it myself by buying a $5 washer set turning off the supply line water and replaced it myself using the YouTube videos in regards to this specific issue.
Best to stay clear of this company at all cost.

Terrible company, was assigned them through American Home Shield.  They came and diagnosed that my sink was leaking and said they could do it but would need authorization from American home shield first.  Well they never called or came back.  I then found out from American Home Shield that they were trying to charge me an extra $500 to replace a sink that I already bought and no extra parts were needed.  They also would not pick up my phone call, so I then called with my wife's phone and sure enough they picked up right away.  Stay far away from these shady unprofessional people.

I am not complain about company, My complain is about this young man name Miguel, That works for the company. AHS Use  this company for their plumbing. All I can say i call AHS back today. Do not send this company back to my home Plumbers INC.
Ever again everything Miguel said about my hot water heater and works that had to be done. Would cost over $2000 or more. I call AHS if  my hot water heater needs to be replaced they would do it.
This guy was making all kinds of excuses if I needed one. I call someone else on the same thing that Miguel came out check on.It would be less complicated .I bet he would  not talking to friends or family or talking down them. I did all I could not  tell him get off my property . He made seems like I was trying  get some I didn't  need. Which was hot water heater that was leaking for 5 days. The day he came it stop leaking. Telling me I  have the wrong hot water heater in my home to change the cost would be over $2000
.I just didn't like his hold demeanor. Not friend at all

I contacted AHS Warranty service because I believed we had a slab leak under the entrance flooring of our home.  They dispatched Plumbers, Inc., to handle the repair.  After reading all the negative reviews I was incredibly nervous.  The young man that came out (Casey) was not only highly knowledgeable in repairing slab leaks but was also very thorough in his explanation of possible remedies.  We decided to agree to his repair & I'm so thankful we did.  Casey texted us to let us know he was on his way, as scheduled.  He kept the area clean with his vacuum as he had to cut into drywall to locate the leak.  He used listening equipment that he then allowed us to hear and see how they determine the location.  We felt confident in his expertise and quit hovering to allow him to work.  He was able to do the lifetime repair for the less expensive quote, then cleaned up everything.  He was polite & business professional.  We couldn't be happier with his representation of his company!  It's a shame some others didn't have the same experience but I would feel confident in the work if Casey were sent out from this company again, sharp young man in his field of work!

This company works with American Home Shield Warranty and did a virtual inspection of my water heater after my pilot went out.  Though there was only a video chat inspection of the outside, he informed me the water heater has too much sediment and that it needs to be replaced through the warranty, but only after numerous valves and lines were paid for which would cost me $700.  Just crazy.  Not one comment about the pilot, which is the reason I called.  Never again.

Home Shield sent them to my house last summer when my AC went out. It took them 3 times on three different appointments to come and finally tell me it was my compressor. This went on for about 3 months to give me this answer and home shield to authorize the work. They told it would cost me almost $1900 to replace the compressor, do the electrical and replace it with the new Freon. I didn't have $1900 to fork out at the time and something didn't seem right. Today I finally called Angles AC repair here in a riverside. It took him all of 2 minutes to tell me it was probably just the circuit box on the AC. He said it could be something else but he could not check the rest of the AC without replacing that part first. He said up to me the repair for just that was gonna be $243. He replaced it and sure enough that's all it was. He said that bad circuit would cause my house breaker to jump every time, which what I had told Plumber INC from the beginning the problem was. I'm glad I went with my gut instinct and waited. Definitely shady ass company!! Took them 3 different trips and still did not get it right.

0 stars!!!!! By far the worst, most unprofessional company I've ever done business with. The company's website does not even exist. I had to do a lot of research to find out they've changed their name from Rite a Way to Plumbers Inc (probably because of the HORRIBLE reviews they have and DESERVE and trying to snow us customers with a fresh start). Unbelievable. And AHS will always try and use them first - DECLINE!!!!!!! First off, David never submitted the report to AHS like he said he would. When I called to check the next day, was told he had 24 hours to submit it so try back later. Called back and was lied to by a different receptionist, (after also looking into my account), that the report has been submitted. After calling AHS, I found out they never got it. Called Plumbers Inc again to learn David never turned the report in before he went on days off and there was nothing they could do. Fast forward 7 days from the day he came out to finally the day of scheduled install: David text just before 9 to say he's on his way. Got a call he didn't mean to enter my address and he'd be here at 11. Around 1130 got a text from David he's on his way. Got here just after noon and it all went downhill from there. He wanted me to pay for work he hadn't done, asking to swipe my card within the 3rd sentence of meeting me. When I advised him I'd pay for his services AFTER he did the work, he was really shocked I would have such a request. Then I noticed his company Mercedes van didn't even have even a company logo or any identifying information so I asked for a business card and realized they don't even have their address on them. When I asked him about this, he got very defensive and asked why I was yelling at him. This poor kid, (about 18 years old), I never once raised my voice. Then when I asked him to show me what the $555 I was paying ON TOP of the warranty, he was confused. He really struggled to show me what he was planning to replace and when I stated it was ok, at least all those pieces would be brand new, he looked worried. Then I hear him on the phone for awhile (with no work getting done), talking about a vent. (Not mine, he says, someone else's). Final straw was when he got so upset I wouldn't give him my WiFi password that he left, saying I refused service. Who in their right mind asks a customer for their WiFi password?! He said it was to call his boss but he must think I'm stupid and didn't hear him on the phone the whole time. Maybe he needed to look up how to do the work he now had to do since I actually expected the job done they claimed they were going to do. Honestly not sure his real reasoning, but all I know is after I offered for him to use my phone to make the phone call numerous times, it was clear it wasn't for a phone call. I see why they're trying to change their name so WE won't know what a horrible business this is. If you respect your time, your sanity, your money, and your home ... Stay away from Plumbers Inc.

Plumbers Inc. was incompetent, unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional. American home shield sent them January 10 and our faucet is dripping. Dan originally replaced the cartridge, but it drips for up to 10 minutes. Today Chris, from Plumbers inc told me not to turn the water on because it was not dripping! I turned the water on to show him how it drips and he said there is no problem. He said it was normal. He told American home shield there was no problem and I was complaining. I called Kohler, who made our faucet valve, and was told it should not drip when turned off. I was told there are two parts that should have been replaced. One is the mixer cap and one is the pressure balance unit, plus 2 O rings. Kohler said it sounds like they replaced only the pressure unit and not the mixer cap. When I called plumbers Inc. back and spoke with Dolores to find out which parts they replaced, she said the notes only stated that they replaced a cartridge. She said she would call Dan to see if he remembered what he replaced and she would call me back if he remembered. What a joke! I tried calling them back and of course they did not answer.

Our toilet base was cracked at the bottom which causes it to shift with use and leak. We decided to use our warranty thru AHS thinking it should be an easy fix and boy were we wrong. Plumber was there all of 3 minutes, took no pictures and did not write a single note but advised the toilet REQUIRED replacement. I should've known by the back and forth calling to the company along with these reviews that it wouldn't be that easy. Essentially although the toilet does no function properly due to the damage, it was deemed cosmetic and quoted $750 to replace. A toilet. $750. Seven hundred and fifty dollars. I haven't gotten a follow up but wouldn't want one from these shady people and AHS couldn't care less. Good ol Costco and YouTube got me thru to replacing myself. So if you're assigned this company, call back to ask for someone else and don't bother trying to give them the benefit of doubt. And if you're looking on your own, look elsewhere.

Plumbers Inc is a SCAM company. Like many of the negative reviews, they were hired by my warranty company, American Home Shield (another scam). Plumber came to inspect a cracked toilet tank. Told me it wasn't covered. That's all he said. After I replace and install a new toilet, I get a letter weeks later from AHS saying he decided was not due to wear and tear that it was cracked by misuse. Sorry but I was living in the home by myself and no one used the toilet for months. It's a fact It appeared out of nowhere. Had I known before I replaced it, I would have challenged and requested another plumber. Turns out my personal master bedroom toilet got a crack in the tank two weeks after. The toilets were same brand and pretty old same age. So I myself just cracked two toilet tanks? Several Private Plumbers came by for quotes and advised it can happen with age and climate change. Hmm it's winter? I got screwed out of my valid warranty service that I paid into for years. Read the reviews, they do this to so many people. Go onto BBB/Better Business Bureau to see many more poor reviews. They're not BBB accredited for a reason.

Instead of replacing the piping, there was simply plumbers glue put around the leak and this started the leak again (after paying $1000 for a repaired pipe and all we got was glue). The dry wall team from another company had already repaired the area that was worked on and now that area is completely damaged and the leak is not fixed.

This company was sent to my place by American Home Shield for a simple drip coming from my shower handle. It's an exposed shower system where the whole faucet and shower bar are outside the wall. Its a shower unit from Amazon. $165 bucks is what I spent on it. Totally self installable. These people came out and said they would need to tear out the wall and floor to replace this exterior wall mounted shower head and faucet. I watched it being put in when I had the bathroom remodeled. it was the last thing to go in. Very simple as the hot and cold pipes are already through the wall this just bolted onto them from outside the wall. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing. I would just buy and replace it myself, except I have a home warrantee for that. I told them it's from Amazon, the old guy asked where the store is located and phone number?!?! Like he didn't know what Amazon was.... there is no store or number it's online!!!! Crazy that people that age are still working, sad actually.

VERY SHADY COMPANY. Just take a look at their BBB rating - F, I don't think it gets worse than this. We were assigned Plumbers Inc. thru AHS, our home warranty plan to repair a toilet and a situation with our water heater. Plumbers Inc's technician Jimy was the rudest, most incompetent plumber ever. He did not want to look at our issues, he did not want to wear booties (a common courtesy) and had the shittiest attitude. He basically took one look at our water heater and decided it needed to be replaced, umm.. what??? He spent about 2 minutes inspecting it and was trying to leave the home before even looking at our toilet issue. He got offended at asking him to wear booties and walked off the job. Yes, you read that right, he walked off the job, not answering us or even any common courtesy.

Calls to their office go unanswered, the manager doesn't want to hear how shitty their employees and company are and doesn't want to return our calls. Go figure, the shittyness must emanate from the top asshole in charge.

I contacted American Home Shield regards to my leak in my masteroom bathroom tub.  They sent out Plumbers Inc tech to diagnose the problem.  He spent very little time diagnosing the problem and submitted the report to AHS that the water was leaking due to missing part and the adhesive was keeping two parts together which wore out causing the leak.  After AHS rejected my claim due to missing part diagnosis sent in by Plumbers Inc, Plumbers Inc quoted me $950 to repair the leak.  At this point, I had doubt about Plumbers Inc and hired my own handy man.  My handy man noticed that one of the part was broken and simply replaced the part and charged my $120. Plumbers Inc is scam and do not use their service!

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. American Home Shield home warranty assigned this company to us. They were prompt in scheduling and quickly gave us a diagnosis that we needed a few new bolts for our toilet and sinks (literally would cost less than $10 to be replaced). The technician did not have the bolts in his truck so he had to come back. It then took him over two weeks to send the work order in to our home warranty company. We called several times but the contractor still refused to send the work order. My husband left a message notifying the company that American Home Shield would likely void this service request if they go beyond 20-30 days to respond...he wasn't nasty, just stating facts. The plumber then lied on the work order to say that our toilet and faucets were broken due to excessive force just so he would not have to come back to fix the small bolts that needed replacing. This was honestly the worst business experience that I have had in a long time. I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau and to American Home Shield so that they never work with this company again!

Plumbers AKA Plumber Inc was assigned to me today by AHS for a plumbing issue. I contacted Plumbers Inc today and they gave me a time front of 1-5. So I left work and waited at home. I called to get an ETA at 2:30 and the dispatcher claimed she reached out to the plumber and he would be at my house in 1 hour. I called back at 4 and the dispatcher( claimed her name was Deloris) now informed me that the plumber never knew that my house was assigned to him so he finished work and went home for the day and I can't get another appointment till Monday. I asked to talk to a manager and was told they would call me tomorrow...

I called AHS to explain the situation and they informed me that they would call Plumbers Inc to see what happen after I JUST TOLD THEM. They said I would have to make another appointment and wait for Plumbers INC. I refused and demanded to be assigned another Plumbing company which I did. But it was a complete run around by both AHS and Plumbers INC.

In the meantime I have NO hot water in my shower until Monday.

I looked on Better Business B and I cannot believe all the complaints they have on them.  I cannot believe AHS deals with them.

If I could give this company a minus zero I would.  The worst plumber company on the face of the earth.   We called AHS as our water heater gave out, the bottom leaked, they sent Plumbers Inc out.  The order was opened on the 7th of March, they came out on the 11th. The tech said we needed a new one.  We never heard back from anyone. On the 15th of March we called Plumbers Inc to inquire about the status of the order Elena said that the tech was on vacation, and they had been trying to get in touch with AHS but couldn't (that's funny each time we called we got in touch with them.) We called AHS and complained about Plumbers Inc. On Saturday the 16th we received an e-mail stating there are limitations associated with approving the water heater.  I called and AHS said they would provide the water heater but there are additional charges of $760, I asked for what, they said, new gas line, new flap, and other things that offhand I just can't remember. I said that was not acceptable.  They told me if I wanted the water heater installed to let AHS (them) know and they would contact Plumbers Inc and I could give them the out of pocket cost and they would go on with the installation. I said no, then AHS said they would provide me with a cash out proposition , as of yet I haven't heard from AHM. I called Plumbers Inc 3 times was on hold first 20min the second time 20 min and the last time when some one answered I told them I wanted to speak with a manager in the store and do not put me on hold, and if I didn't get someone I would be at their business in less than 15 minutes I live about 15 min from Riverside. I got the office manager,  who gave me a rehearsed line of why all of the extras were needed, I told her that the Plumbers Inc was scamming the consumers and that they were full of it.  I am cancelling AHS by the way they are ranked #3 with lots of really BAD reviews.

They came twice to fix . Still leaking and actually it's worse than before !
Very bad , I am so frustrated dealing with this company and want to share my frustration to others so that you don't have to go through what I am going through with this company

I wish there is a 0 star for me to rate

When I saw the Yelp reviews I was really concerned...mainly because they all have to do with American Home Shield referring this company...HOWEVER...the problem I had was fairly minor...our water heater had a pin-hole leak in the hot water hose on top of the heater. Had to turn off the hot water to the house for a day and a half...not a big deal since we had a heat wave and I wasn't showering with hot water anyway...win! Luis came on the early side of the 8-12 timeframe and was done within 30-40 minutes...replaced the hose with a newer, more flexible one. Problem solved so I'm giving them 5 stars. Luis was very informative, helpful and courteous...happy with the whole visit. Thanks!

I recently hired Plumber's Inc to install a new water heater in my home, and I am thrilled with the quality of work and service I received. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, Dan C. was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable.
Dan arrived on time for the installation and immediately got to work. He was meticulous in his approach and paid close attention to every detail. He took the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. The installation was completed in a timely fashion, and the area was left clean and tidy.
I was impressed with Dan's attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring that the job was done right. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working properly before he left, and even gave me some tips on how to maintain my new water heater.
Overall, I highly recommend Dan C. for any plumbing needs. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication to his craft are unparalleled. Thank you, Dan, for a job well done!

Shady, dishonest.  Waste of time dealing with this company and their workers.  Look elsewhere for plumbing services.  Run from this company.   Do not let their handy man jimmy into your house.  He will misdiagnose your plumbing issue.

Plumber Inc. was assigned to us through American home shield for our water heater. The technician's name was Michael and he was a nice guy in person. He said that the water heater needs to be replaced but there will be out of pocket charges for us. He confidently assured me that the out of pocket expense is going be maximum $600 and he gave me a break down of the pricing i.e. water line, expansion tank, tray, electrical .... He then said that the out of pocket expense can be a couple of hundred less  if AHS covers items related to code upgrades like the expansion tank and the earthquake straps.
I came to find out that AHS cover up to $250 for those items and the out of pocket cost should be less than $400. later I got a bill of $675 which all the non-covered items being more expensive than what Michael told me. I called Michael and he agreed that this is not right and the Plumber Inc. office shouldn't have done that but and said that he is gonna call and have them change it to $500. That never happened and he blocked my number after I tired to call and follow up with him.
Every time I called the Plumber Inc. office  they put me on hold whiteout telling me for how long. I called three different times and asked to talk to a supervisor and they said a supervisor is gonna call me after a day or tow but that never happened after calling them three times. The dispatch ladies are also not very nice and couldn't do any help and basically said it is what it is.
This company is a fraud and I'd never do business with Plumber Inc.

Similar horrible experience as many  other reviewers have mentioned. Was connected by my home warranty with this sham of a company when I found out my water heater is leaking. The first plumbing company that came to look at the water heater confirmed the leak but also discovered an underlying issue with the general water pressure going through the entire house - it was almost double the recommended pressure (~130 psi). Unfortunately, because it was considered a new issue, I had to go through the loops with my home warranty people to get another plumbing company assigned to the water pressure issue. That's when I had the misfortune of dealing with the con artists that work at Plumbers, Inc or whatever multiple aliases they go by (see older review for apparent multiple different listings under different names on the BBB site). Their plumber (Nash Munoz) came to my house, agreed there was increased pressure in the house and informed me that I would be needing a new pressure regulator. After his consult was completed, he sat in his car for about 30 minutes and then came back to me to inform me he had submitted his paperwork the company for them to then process it and contact my home warranty folks for the next step. I was delighted at the efficiency of this young man. Little did I know...

4 days later, I still haven't heard from the home warranty folks or anyone from Plumbers, Inc. I call them a bunch of times (and I mean a bunch) and finally get hold of someone at the office. They inform me that they've been trying to get the plumber who came to my house to submit his report so that they can move on to the next step! I told them he had informed me that he had already done so right after he finished up at my house the day he came over and they said: he must have lied to you! I asked them if they were successful in getting a hold of this individual and they said yes, they have gotten in touch with him multiple times to tell him to submit the report.

What kind of business can't control it's own employees and have them do what they're apparently hired to do on time?? Based on all the other reviews, who knows how much truth there is to anything they said to me.

Ultimately, after 7 business days of no action, my home warranty company found another plumbing company (actually managed to link me with the originial plumbing company I worked with on the water heater issue - CM Plumbing Services, Inc.) who came and did the job efficiently and perfectly. Highly recommend these folks at CM Plumbing, btw. Ask for David - he is a certified life-saver!

Moral of the story: Avoid Plumbers Inc. like the damn plague.

****  DO NOT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. TGEY ARE A FRAUD****

THIS company was sent out to my house through a home warranty I had a leak in my dishwasher the general that came out was very nice he said don't worry we will take care of it for you we'll order the parts and be in contact with you be great since we had the water off for a day or so it was nice to know they're going to take care of it right away.

We get a call from our home warranty American Home Shield and was told that they were told by this company that we misused or abused or the mistreatment of the dishwasher and that they are not covering it because of what this company said

The guy that came out never wrote down to us or told us anything of that sorts we never got any written paper from him and he calls from them and all of a sudden we get a letter stating that we misused or abused our dishwasher and that's why they're not covering it this company is a bunch of cowards who write up whatever they want to cover their asses and make them look good in front of American Home Shield.

I'm filing complaints with the Department of Consumer Affairs against them and American Home Shield because they're both going to pay for saying that I abuse my stuff it's not about the money no more or the repairs it's about the principle and the fact that they say that I abuse this stuff the letter I received today made me feel the worst I've ever been in my life it really made me feel like a criminal and it's based all on this fraudulent company's BS Report so please don't use this company for anything they don't even tell you what's going on from the beginning

Didn't have a good experience with these guys.

They were assigned by my home warranty. We had a stoppage in our bathroom sink and gentleman came out to take a look.

He removed the stopper and began plunging and said he couldn't run a snake because the clean out was located in the attic and he's not allowed to go up there.

And that he couldn't run snake directly from drain because of the positioning. Anyways he said they need to install a clean out and then would be able to do it.

He said I should hear back from them later that day to schedule the rest of work. I didn't hear back anything at all and I had to call them the next morning.

They said that to install the clean out it will be over $400 because warranty doesn't cover installing clean out.

Still don't understand why he couldn't just snake through drain. We got another plumber to come in do that.

Also he didn't install the stopper back correctly so our sink was leaking below and we didn't even know it.

Don't recommend them.
