0 stars!!!!! By far the worst, most unprofessional company I've ever done business with. The company's website does not even exist. I had to do a lot of research to find out they've changed their name from Rite a Way to Plumbers Inc (probably because of the HORRIBLE reviews they have and DESERVE and trying to snow us customers with a fresh start). Unbelievable. And AHS will always try and use them first - DECLINE!!!!!!! First off, David never submitted the report to AHS like he said he would. When I called to check the next day, was told he had 24 hours to submit it so try back later. Called back and was lied to by a different receptionist, (after also looking into my account), that the report has been submitted. After calling AHS, I found out they never got it. Called Plumbers Inc again to learn David never turned the report in before he went on days off and there was nothing they could do. Fast forward 7 days from the day he came out to finally the day of scheduled install: David text just before 9 to say he's on his way. Got a call he didn't mean to enter my address and he'd be here at 11. Around 1130 got a text from David he's on his way. Got here just after noon and it all went downhill from there. He wanted me to pay for work he hadn't done, asking to swipe my card within the 3rd sentence of meeting me. When I advised him I'd pay for his services AFTER he did the work, he was really shocked I would have such a request. Then I noticed his company Mercedes van didn't even have even a company logo or any identifying information so I asked for a business card and realized they don't even have their address on them. When I asked him about this, he got very defensive and asked why I was yelling at him. This poor kid, (about 18 years old), I never once raised my voice. Then when I asked him to show me what the $555 I was paying ON TOP of the warranty, he was confused. He really struggled to show me what he was planning to replace and when I stated it was ok, at least all those pieces would be brand new, he looked worried. Then I hear him on the phone for awhile (with no work getting done), talking about a vent. (Not mine, he says, someone else's). Final straw was when he got so upset I wouldn't give him my WiFi password that he left, saying I refused service. Who in their right mind asks a customer for their WiFi password?! He said it was to call his boss but he must think I'm stupid and didn't hear him on the phone the whole time. Maybe he needed to look up how to do the work he now had to do since I actually expected the job done they claimed they were going to do. Honestly not sure his real reasoning, but all I know is after I offered for him to use my phone to make the phone call numerous times, it was clear it wasn't for a phone call. I see why they're trying to change their name so WE won't know what a horrible business this is. If you respect your time, your sanity, your money, and your home ... Stay away from Plumbers Inc.
