Jim & Sons Plumbing & Rooter was polite and courteous and scheduled a service call for the next morning. Problem was with our water heater continually dripping water on the outdoor drain. Daniel the technician arrived on time and we briefly told him the problem. Checked the outside drain and then the water heater and immediately found the problem. Quoted us the cost for fixing which was very reasonable and explained what the problem was. Problem diagnosed and fixed within a hour. The whole experience was very positive and would highly recommend Jim & Sons Plumbing & Rooter for any plumbing need. Daniel gets an A+ excellent customer and technical skills.

WE just found our new plumbers! We returned from vacation to find that our water heater was out. We needed a plumber on a Sunday and our usual plumber does not work on Sunday. We found Jim & Sons Plumbing on Yelp and, after reading their reviews, we called them. They were out within a few hours, fixed our problem quickly and charged their everyday service rate of $98.00! They were knowledgeable, honest and did excellent work! We highly recommend Jim & Sons and will use them for all our plumbing needs in the future!

Jim & Sons are the real deal. They deserve more than five stars. We needed a bunch of work done on my dad's house recently. We had a loose toilet and a clogged line from our dishwasher. We also needed several fixtures replaced. They did the work we needed and exceeded our expectations. They found a few other things that needed fixing and explained what was broken and *why* it needed fixing in clear, non-bs terms. They did not try to upsell us a bunch of things and repairs we did not need. Jim and his son just told us what was needed to fix what was broken and took the time needed to do it right. Their pricing was surprisingly reasonable for all of the professional work done. I highly recommend Jim & Sons Plumbing.

I might be a tad late getting this review done, but procrastination aside, let's get to it. Jim and Sons Plumbing offers hands-down the best plumbing service I have ever experienced. I have called on them twice for service, and both times the experience was stellar.

The first service call to clear a drain, Aaron's response time was immediate, arrival time as promised, worked efficiently, and offered very fair pricing. Months later, I became a repeat customer and needed plumbing services on a separate occasion. Just when I thought they couldn't be better, they exceeded my expectations. Both Team Aaron/Mike and Team Steven/Chuck truly went out of their way to work with my schedule, get the repairs (hydro-jetting) done quickly, efficiently, and their quote was fair.

These professionals offer the best customer service in the business along with the highest quality work. I would never hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Thank you guys for giving me peace of mind, and when a plumbing issue comes up... I know who's on my speed dial!

Jim & Sons was so great! From the moment I first called to the invoice payment being processed they were extremely helpful during a difficult situation. I had a pipe that was leaking from my front yard and lots of water was coming out so we had to shut the water off. When I called, they were very friendly and were able to dispatch a repairman immediately. Steve, the repairman, contacted me and discussed the plan and pricing. He was very transparent, gave me a great deal on the service and had the repair completed within a few hours. Everyone was so great at communicating with me and helping me to resolve the issue even while I wasn't able to be onsite. All of this was done through the phone and I am so glad to have found Jim &sons. Although I hope I don't have to contact them again anytime soon, at least I know for sure who to call in case of any future issues!

I had problems with my water heater on a Sunday, I am so happy that they got back to me that same day. Showering with cold water was a nightmare. They sent Aaron to my house and he inspected, and found the solution to my problem. He went back to the company grabbed all the necessary tools and finished the job faster than I expected. I love how real they are, we talked about different ways to solve my problem and he educated me in every solution and I was able to choose the solution best suited me. Wow - Monster HydroJetter!

A+ Experience! Amazing Quality, Good Price, and Service!

All HydroJets are not created equal, Jim & Sons have a MONSTER of a Hydrojet. Yes, you can find a cheaper hydrojet, but it will probably be a much smaller machine. They have a Trailer Based System with a huge tank, that can do 18 Gallons Per Minute and 4,000 PSI. You need a tank in order to do that many Gallons per minute. One of the heads they use is called a Warthog, and it's an amazing piece of equipment. Their Hydrojet uses a caterpillar diesel motor. There is a lot of maintenance, because of the high pressures involved.

The camera system they used is top quality, RIGID.

All plumbing equipment is not created equal, and their Hydrojet went through a huge root in a clay pipe that had laughed at trying to cut it out with a Snake. The hydrojet just blew through it.

Jim & Sons is a family run business, and James was the one helping me out. I have had Hydrojetting done three times by other vendors, and Jim & Sons is my new goto Hydrojetter.

Hydrojetting is needed for some applications, where a Snake just won't work. Tree roots is one, another is grease.

I hired Jim & Sons based on numerous excellent reviews and I am so glad that I did. We had a number of small items that needed attention. Corey was an outstanding plumber who fixed a leaky sink, wiggly faucets, a leaking toilet, installed new faucets in our bathroom and laundry, and moved a host bib to a better location. I recently had a drain problem at my house and was in desperate need for help.
I called Jim and Sons plumbing and they were here within half an hour.
They found the problem and fixed it !! And they were very polite and friendly.
My house is 97 years old so I'm always worried about repairs. Usually when I call someone in to fix something they try to talk me into replacing it with something newer instead of just fixing the problem.
They did not pressure me into updating anything because of the age of my house. They took care of the problem and that was it . I am very grateful for the respect they had for me and my old house.

And then this happened-our bathroom continued to smell like there was still a leak from the toilet-that sewer smell. I was just crazy frustrated. I called Steven and he took my call while in the midst of another job, said he'd call me back, and when we connected we set-up a plan on how to address the issue. He kept his word. He checked in with me during the day to see if maybe the smell had dissipated as most times it does. He rearranged his next morning and came over first thing. Ah, er, ahem, with my leaving the bathroom door closed, only the exhaust fan on, I did a disservice as I discovered with my taking a shower using shower gel, quite rose fragrant, so that it over powered and knocked the methane gas out, poof, apparently fixed the problem. When Steven arrived at 8AM I was so chagrined because it just didn't have the sewer smell anymore. He couldn't find it, the problem I had nagged him about all the day before. Yikes! He was so bewildered, as was I. Steven double checked with me at noon to confirm that it was still coming up rose's shall we say. We both were so glad to call this project completed! I am doubly sure I will call this business again - for any thing I can think of.

This company is great! They came out on a Saturday, same day I called. They used state of the art equipment and showed me what they were concerned about. James gave a good estimate and worked from Saturday throughout the week until the job was done. They worked through horrible rain that made the job twice as hard. They did not charge me an extra rate for weekend call and did not complain at all they were working during the Super Bowl. As a female owner of rental properties, I felt I could rely on this company to give me a honest bid and complete the job. In fact, a week after the job was done, I called them to let them know the ground had settled from the rain and I had a dip in my yard. They were out the next day, in good spirits, to fix the problem. Nice people. Reliable and honest. Also, great referral source for other honest repair people. Cannot recommend them enough. I also agree with the picture that says they are nice to your pets.

Our patio faucet knob didn't work when we bought our home, and we couldn't use the hose. I chose Jim & Sons because their response to my quote request seemed genuinely written, came in less than five minutes and were able to offer me options to schedule me using a feature in the Yelp app. They came out a day after I contacted them, were courteous of our home and the neighbors parking, the truck is beautiful and well stocked, and the technician was so incredibly kind and quick! They came in under budget, replaced the faucet knob that now works, and he even moved our trash cans when I left for errands. What a wonderful experience! Our grandfather, father and uncles ran a family swimming pool maintenance company serving Riverside and the surrounding area for approx 50 years, much like Jim & Sons. So we were happy to find them.

My parents are disabled seniors and their plumbing backed up thanks to phantom baby wipes. My brother and I were making plans to move them to a hotel where they could be comfortable until the issue was fixed, however it was easier to be home and safer from the pandemic. My brother called Jim & Sons and they came out right away, scoped the drain removed the blockage within a minute and the crisis was done.

We had Jim & Sons come out again because the plumbing work bid by a home renovation company working with the City of Riverside price gouged charging 10x as much as Jim & Sons for a snake job. To have that removed from the bid we called Jim & Sons back out and they snaked and removed tree roots for ten times less than the reno bid that would do less.

Jim & Sons also came out one time the week prior to perform the root removal but my brother had rushed our father to the ER just before the appointment and they were courteous with our mother and said they would return. There was no charge for a missed appointment and they came back another day and did the work.

There was definitely a situation to exploit, but they are a good, hard working, honest and reliable company with very affordable prices that break stereotypes about the plumbing industry as predatory.

We will call again and also recommend them.

In the rain, snow and sun, Stephen saved the day!!

After my bathroom flooded, I called Jim and Sons for help. Within hours Stephen and his guys came to assess the issue. Stephen is so knowledgeable that he knew immediately what the issue could be. After using his experience and tools, he confirmed that unfortunately my old sewer line was blocked with roots. He gave me the options straight up, the pros and cons of each and let me decide what would be the best course of action for our family. He was able to get me on the schedule the next day. After digging up the line, he discovered another big issue- my main water line riddled with old crusty pipes and was leaking a bunch. One nightmare issue tuned into two. He quickly worked to fix the sewer issue and then in the SNOW worked quickly to get the water link fixed (Yes snow! The one time it snows in Riverside of course he is outside working). All of this was such a nightmare and I'm so grateful it ended up not as bad as I anticipated. Thank you Stephen for the quick, reliable service, solid communication and excellent follow through. Next time we have plumbing issues (which I hope isn't for a long time) they will be the ones we call for sure! Thanks again!!

After calling different plumbing companies I decided to settle with Jim&Sons. I was impressed with Angie who answered the phone. Angie was not only polite but very informative in water heater repair or replacement. Angie gave me prices for possible repairs or replacement of Water heater. Other plumbing companies would not give me a price over the phone . Technician Steven came to my house and saw that my water heater was not too old and looked in good condition. Noticed I had a leak in the front yard where my hose was. Wonder why my plants were fully green all of a sudden. Husband dug down to find a leak in the main pipe. Unreliable and unprofessional. I set up an appointment to install a new kitchen sink. I sent pictures. They canceled a few hours prior to my appointment. The owner rescheduled the appointment. The morning of the appointment, the owner doesn't show up. No call. My messages don't get a reply. If you're looking for a reliable company, this one is not it. They wasted my time. I could've found someone else by now. I stand by what I say, I never received a call. Two appointments cancelled in the same week.

Suspected a leak under my house and called these guys out after reading reviews. They showed up within the window I was given and inspected the crawl space. They confirmed a leak and scheduled someone to come out Monday. The technician came out and confirmed the leak and found another that was causing the main puddles under the house. I told him I'd like him to look at everything and if there was anything that needed fixing just do it. They did exactly that, replaced all the bad plumbing for the drain lines from a poor renovation job and now I have peace of mind. Knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest. I'll be using them for my future plumbing maintenance and repair service. Thanks guys!

Well it happened again. The master suite toilet this time. Right away I said, We're calling Jim & Sons. We want it done correctly. They're the ones we can count on. Ring a ding ding Carol, I need you! I was happy to get scheduled for the next afternoon - no problem for me but she called right back and rescheduled me to the morning and when morning first came so did Danny and his associate and within 20 minutes I learned I can't flush clorox wipes. Just NOT a thing. Their cost was fantastic and you bet I gave them a 20% tip! I hope not see them again any time soon but if the need arise I know I can count on Jim and Son for excellence.

We reached out to Jim & Sons as our backyard area drains were not draining properly. Whenever it rained our backyard would pool with water and we'd have to sweep away the water into one of the drains that was functioning. When we saw in the weather forecast that it was going to rain again, we immediately reached out to Jim and Sons to see if they'd be able to stop by for an estimate.

We'd reached out to previous plumbers before regarding the same issue and was told we would never major construction done to replace the existing drains. Steven and Chuck came out from Jim & Sons and told us that they'd simply need to cut out a narrow portion of the concrete to add new drains. They came back the next day after initial inspection and got started on the work right away. The work was done in a day and a half and turned out better than we had thought! We plan on adding pavers/steps onto the cut out section, but now the drains are working perfectly and just in time before the long rain days.

From beginning to end, Steven and Chuck were extremely professional and also friendly. They made sure to clean up the yard leaving no mess after completion of the job. They were honest with their inspection, gave a fair estimate, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend Jim and Sons (especially Steven and Chuck) for any plumbing related work moving forward!

Needed my water heater replaced. Called around and Jim & Sons Plumbing was the only company that would give me a solid quote right away over the phone. Everyone else gave me the run around and said to text them a picture or we need to see your water heater before we can quote you. Daniel and crewmate showed up ahead of appointment time and was done with install within an hour. Paid them exactly what was quoted me. This is a solid company with great employees that do professional work. You won't regret using them for all your plumbing needs.

Sadly, once Jim retired, the company has gone downhill. Aaron, Jim's son, took over and although he is very nice, he is not nearly as fair or honest. He also does not return calls or make appointment times, plus he will tell you what he thinks you want to hear then when it comes to time to follow through, he will ghost you. There is a long list of things he has dropped the ball on with us before we decided to look elsewhere but it would take too much time to explain. The end result is that Jim was the reason this company did so well and now it is back to trying to find someone reliable and fair. This really is sad because Jim is not only an extremely hard worker but he truly went out of his way to be fair and reasonable in his pricing. A very tragic loss but on the positive side, I hope you are enjoying your retirement Jim! You really do deserve it and are greatly missed.

Excellent plumber. Jim, Jim Jr., and Aaron are courteous and professional and hard working. Jim listened to what I wanted, and made it happen. Unlike some other plumbers, he didn't try to convince me to repipe my how or get a new tankless heater. His estimate was much lower than other guys, and he stuck to it. Highly recommended!

The company was recommended by a friend and so I gave them a try for the first time yesterday
10-18-2019 they squeezed me into their schedule
So they came out later in the day like 5pm he did what he could and then made arrangements for them to come out the following Saturday morning.
They did a great job and very pleasant to work with. I dealt with 3 guys and all very kind and just great people.. no cursing like other plumbers I have used in the past. These guys are top notch and totally professional!!
I finally found me a good plumbing company I can trust.

Wow these gentlemen were amazing. They arrived on time to a house we are in the process of buying and were so thorough giving us an estimate of any issues that were in our home inspection report. I got a full remote and while luckily they didn't have any issues to report, I will absolutely use them as soon as we need to switch out fixtures and update things. I had contacted Jim & sons about a garbage disposal replacement via yelp and was instantly impressed with the courteousness of Carols responses. Probably asked more than I needed to about replacing the disposal but she was patient, prompt, and I felt being genuinely helpful. Sold! Scheduled the work and was to get them out the same day I had spoken to them. Then these 2 guys show up...... they were so efficient and very respectful. Took the time to explain the what's and whys of what they were doing. Aaron was kind enough to take a look at my dishwasher just in case the old disposal was effecting it's performance even though I was told they didn't work on appliances. Not only was everyone I interacted with from this company incredibly kind and helpful, their prices were fair and they don't charge you extra for parts, you pay what they do. Talked to the guys about future projects and I look forward to working with them again. Neighbors two days later had a plumbing issue and I referred Jim & sons without hesitation.

WOW!!! I called Jim & Sons, they sent out someone to give me a quote! I mentioned how my Hot water was coming out of my Cold water in the bathtub. The technician which I think was Aaron diagnosed it and said my valve was possibly stuck due to wear then explained in detail how hot water tends to cause these types of problems. I decided to add additional items to the quote/job because he was experienced and knew what he was doing!

The previous company I called told me my pipes were crossed and I needed to redo the entire system!! I left a honest review for intercity plumbing and the owner was nice enough to text me about it. Takes constructive criticism well? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!

Aaron arrived with a 2nd technician and they tackled each of one of my repairs! They installed a new kitchen faucet, two new bathtub valves, installed a new water heater, then cut and welded my copper pipes that the previous owner used copper & galvanized pipe.

I looked at the time and it was just past lunchtime as they were cleaning up. I was in shock at the fact they were so fast. They even ran into issues because parts were missing from what should have already been used by whomever worked on our home previously.

Aaron and his tech were beyond impressive! I made sure to thank them and plan to use them for all my plumbing repairs!! Jim & Sons is definitely someone you can trust.

Many times repair vendors will come out and will just do the work; Steven and Chuck did the work, and cleaned up after themselves which was impressive. Excellent and efficient service! I especially appreciated a 2-hour window (rather than the 1/2 day often quoted by others) - and when they were running a few minutes late, he called to tell us. That kind of consideration is worth so much these days!
He also explained the problem and what needed to be done in terms easy to understand - explaining my options with no pressure whatsoever.

My mother in-law had a water heater that wasn't heating the water any longer. Messaged Jim & Sons and they got back to me very quickly and had a tech out the same day (within an hour or so). Instead of just charging me for the part to fix it, they suggested I call the manufacturer as the water heater was still under warranty. They told me what to do and say and just told me to call back when I had the part and they could come back and install. When the part came in, they came back the same day (on a Saturday no less), and had it working sooner than they had anticipated being able to get to the house. Great communication and great customer service. Thank you! When I need plumbing/rooter service again, you'll be the first call I make.

As the owners of an older home in Riverside (circa 1950s), my wife and I were anxious about calling for plumbing service for a kitchen drain that had been rootered three times in a five year period. Because of this, we were concerned about older pipes requiring extensive repairs. What we needed was hydrojetting, not another rooter. However, after reaching out to Jim & Sons we got a reasonable ballpark quote for hydrojetting service over the phone. It helped that we were flexible so we scheduled for two days out. The team showed up right when they said they would. They hydrojetted our drain clog in less than an hour and did so while I continued working on a project so I was barely impacted while they worked. Locally owned, and really explained in detail our drain line issues, great service. Call these guys for your older home! We'll use Jim & Sons again.

The last thing you want to do is call a plumber... especially when its Sunday morning. But when your kitchen sink is backing up, your 3 year old is demanding breakfast, and your wife is slightly annoyed, you do what needs to be done. I had already tried cleaning out the P trap and using my weak-sauce 25' snake but I could tell this was no ordinary clog... time to call in the big guns.

Fortunately, Jim and sons were nearby and able to schedule me very promptly. They responded extremely quickly to my message and when they arrived, their service was top notch. They pulled out years worth of gunk and build up from the sewer cleanout and were extremely nice and professional. I now have a plumber for life just in case life decides to throw me let another curve ball.

Based on Yelp reviews I gave Jim and Sons a call when one recent morning our toilets overflowed from a main line blockage. Steve and Chuck arrived in about 90 minutes and went to work, scoping the line and clearing a root clog. They found a problem in the line that needed more investigation and came back two days later to dig it up. They suspected a broken line but found that buried clean out with a dislodged cap, filled with roots. They cleaned it up, fitted an extension to make it accessable and hydro jetted the system to clear all debris out of the pipes. They replanted our plants and flowers that got dug up in the process, cleaned everything up, and charged us less than half of their upper estimate for the job. I highly recommend them to my neighbors in the Lake Mathews, Perris, Corona, Riverside area.

The best rates in Riverside! I called two other plumbing services listed here on Yelp before getting an estimate from Jim & Sons. The first estimate was $3,500. The second estimate was $4,600. Jim and Sons estimate was $2,100 for the same job. No brainer there, right? Jim and Sons got the job done a few days later since they were so booked. I didn't mind waiting a couple of days. A dripping hose was disconnected or damaged in the process. When I reported it, they came to fix it early the next day. They also installed a brand new faucet and reconnected my garbage disposal for a fair price.

I will be using this company for all my future plumbing needs.

They are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly .

Had an emergency at a rental home where we had to shut off the water from the source (which was from the street), so I sprinted to find a plumber that was local and most importantly available. Called them out to fix a cracked PVC pipe joint that has been an annual problem for us.

Jim called us after he was dispatched and gave us an ETA and within the hour of arrival the joint was fixed. Charged me a reasonable price and I was also able to get $20 off because of YELP! I was glad that it was resolved promptly with little stress. I just hope they really solved the problem and won't cause me any future issues.

Lets start with this : hands down the most easy breezy plumbing fix situation I've had in a decade.

Had a small leak outside the house but it was under the entire front yard, possibly in the concrete under the sidewalk...we called in the midday, they were out here in a few hours, gave us a free estimate with two options: a quick fix or a long term solution both at a very reasonable cost.

Scheduled for the next day, they sent us a text as a courtesy heads up before arrival and in a few hours, everything was all done, leak fixed, lawn back together in one piece - all with very minor water shut off. Steven was thorough with the game plan, open and clear about cost and I don't know what else to say, easy as pie!

Will be keeping them in my contacts in case of any other plumbing issue.

I was getting estimates for a gas relocation line job in our kitchen. Other companies were charging me a lot more, giving me different answers and taking a long time to determine how to fix it. I didn't want to wait almost 30 mins for an answer and ballpark quote.

Good ol fashioned family owned plumbing company & awesome network of services available to them.
Jim & Sons were at our place for the good part of a month doing some major work for us.
We had whole house plumbing replaced from in-foundation copper to new pex lines & a new service line & a cool sediment filter setup in garage (thanks Aaron :) Plus a separate project, a master-bathroom complete remodel from demo to new valves & install new toilets & vanity etc.
I cant thank this family of honest-no bs people enough. They are funny & cool & caring & confident in what they do. They stay concerned with their client's budgets thru the whole project & almost refuse to change an estimate unless it's absolutely necessary.
They managed to keep our project going even
in-between their 24 emergency service calls.
I honestly dont know how they do it but they make it happen.
James & Aaron were godsends for me because I just knew from the beginning I could trust what I was being told. James has a calming way about him and he always stopped & took the time to listen to my concerns & brainstormed with me to find doable solutions.
Aaron is amazing too. I was impressed & appreciated how he walked thru the house with me before installing new pex lines to map out the best routes to cause minimal demo to my walls.
James & Aaron both are willing to share their valuable knowledge & experience to help the customer make their best choices for their home.
I could write a book praising these guys.
They are family to us now.

As life would have it, your main sewer line does not let you know when it is going to back up on you, luckily I contacted the right guys for the job. I called for was able to get an estimate the following day. Tech Daniel arrived assessed the problem and gave me a quote (free estimate without a service call charge). He was able to repair the problem immediately.

Another smuck plumber stated pressure regulator needed replacement in addition to the shower control valve. All I needed was the shower control valve replaced. I appreciate the integrity of my tech Daniel. I am an out of town landlord. Thank you Jim & Sons Plumbing.

I needed a new water heater, a pressure regulator for a shower replaced, a faucet installed in a bathroom and a P-trap replaced in the laundry room. I got five estimates from highly rated plumbers found on Yelp.
Jim and Son's office staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. They scheduled me for an estimate the very next morning.
When Daniel came out, he was on time, friendly, enthusiastic, and most important knowledgeable.
I received their estimate a few hours later. The price quoted was consistent with all the other plumbers.
I ultimately chose Jim and Son's, because of their yelp reviews and Daniel's knowledge and positive attitude. I'm glad I did.
Daniel again showed up on time and got right to work. He is a hard worker and the quality of work is excellent. I highly recommend Jim and Son's.

Aaron and Dan came out today and installed my water heater. They were quick and efficient and did an outstanding job. I also didn't have a part that was required, they went to Home Depot and returned with the part to finish the job. Only charged me for the part and not the time it took them to go and come back. My sister owns a plumbing business in Hawaii so I had an idea at least what she charges. Their price was a couple hundred dollars less than a few of the big companies servicing this area. I would highly recommend them and will definitely do business with this company.

Called on 9-1-2020 to have sink stoppers replaced in bathroom vanities , plumber showed up didn't have correct information from his office as to what work needed to be performed . Carol is the name of the person who took the original work order , when we spoke she was rushing to leave the office and said she could be reached later by phone possibly causing her to NOT write down a detailed description of the work to be performed .
Plumber called me I explained to him what we wanted done . There were NO LEAKES in my Plunbing only wanted the sink stoppers replaced on all vanities due to aesthetics . Aron performed the work and left .
Next day I called and told him water was leaking under my sinks . Aaron said he would come back later that day and fix the problem . ( He did late the same day )
Next morning water still leaking under vanity sinks .
I called and Carol was EXTREMELY RUDE ... Called me a LIAR , blamed us for causing the leak etc
And said we are horrible customers told me to call someone else and HUNG UP ON ME :( ...
We have been in the community 30 plus years , and have never experienced such unprofessional people in our area .
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company . In addition the price they quoted on the phone
$139 ended up being $448 :( ...

You've found your plumber! Jim and Sons is a highly skilled team with a moral compass; proceed with confidence! ---- Our story: We had a leak in the line from the water main to the home. Another plumbing company misdiagnosed the issue as a slab leak at the footer of the home. The competitor insisted the only way to repair the issue was to replace the entire line. (Very expensive option) Stephen, of Jim and Sons, explained he could better pinpoint the leak with some sophisticated plumbing equipment. In a short while, he had the issue located and resolved for a fraction of the other proposed solution. There was no scope creep, no damage to my driveway or my front walk.

This is our 2nd time with Jim and Sons. The 1st time Aaron came to install our water softener system & did an excellent job. My wife Vy N. Gave a 5 star review. This time it's my turn to leave a 5 star for Jesse! He was very professional, awesome, & hardworking. He rescued us when our upstairs master bathroom leaked water & caused it to rain down to the ceiling of the downstairs family room. He was very knowledgable, inciteful, & honest. My contractor contracted JIM AND SONS PLUMBING to install a sink, dishwasher and other miscellaneous items in my home. Steven and Chuck showed up on time to the perform the work much needed after 8 months of not having a kitchen. Steven was very honest about everything, he talked me through all the work he was doing. I recommend JIM and SONS PLUMBING. Thank you Steven and Chuck now I can have a Thanksgiving in my kitchen.

Check this out: I needed my toilet replaced. Found Jim & Sons on yelp and choose them. Why, 1. They were local. 2. Unlike everyone else that said free quote online, which was BS. They gave one without a fee to show up. 3. They had the most reasonable price for the size of work.
The install: The technician was early. Snap, just like that, he's done. (I brought a lunch but didn't have time to eat it,) The tech took away the old toilet without charge, unlike their competition which charged a fee for removing the old equipment. Last but not least, the technician took out the empty shipping container as if he had brought it.
I'll use them again if I have any plumbing problems. Very satisfied with the technician and his work.

I submitted a request for quote to replace a toilet and received their response within a few minutes. Their price was one of the lowest. I booked them with a two hour window- which I really appreciate. I hate having a four hour window! They arrived right on time. The techs were very personable. They completed the job with no extra charges. My kind of transaction. I will definitely use them again.

Our realtor referred us to this company during the inspection process of our home purchase. The previous owner made a sloppy repair that actually weakened our water main shutoff. Aaron and Jesse came out and gave us a free estimate and included best and worst-case costs based on what they might find once they got in there. After buying the house, we called Jim & Sons back and Aaron was able to fix the pipe at the lower estimate! Aaron was prompt, responsive, and ethical. We felt fully informed throughout the whole process and Aaron took the time to clearly explain the problem and our options. It's great to know that our home is safer from the potential disaster of a burst valve and we're delighted to have honest, responsible, licensed professionals we can call upon next time we need something.

I contacted Jim & Sons one night after one of my toilets got plugged and somehow caused all my drains to bring up water from the drains. Being a first time homeowner I was nervous to contact a company but I needed one and found them to be reputable.

James showed up the next morning and helped us with our problem. Educated us on what might of caused the problem, what to look out for and the plan to resolve the issue. I have never dealt with plumbing but James walked us through it and explained everything very well. Felt extremely comfortable knowing someone confident in the profession was working on our house. I will contact them again if needed.

This is great company with affordable price and excellent customer service. I asked them to fix clog drain for my restaurant. They did very good job. Just finished a new kitchen install and called Jim to plumb in the new sink and disposal as well as some new bathroom fixtures. Called Friday and Jim and Aaron showed up today(Saturday) . Garbage disposal leaked and flooded under my sink while we were cleaning up after Thanksgiving dinner. Went to buy a new disposal the next day but the install was different than what I had so I decided to hire a plumber. My regular guy was on vacation and I found Jim & Sons here on Yelp. They were out in a couple of hours, did a great job and were super nice guys. Really reasonable prices too, especially since other plumbers consider today (day after Thanksgiving) a holiday and charge extra. While they were out, I had them look at something else I need done and they will be back Monday to do that job too. I would highly recommend Jim & Sons and will use them from now on.

Nothing but great things to say about Jim & Sons. Angie, Danny and Aaron have provided fair pricing and great service on replacing my toilets and most recently replacing my leaking roof water damaged water heater. They were very patient with me and came to my house several times to answer my questions and try to revive the old one. Finally it was obvious we needed a new one and they worked with me to get me a very fair price. Good, honest and dependable contractors are hard to come by and Jim & Sons checks all those boxes. Highly recommend !!

Excellent customer service. Plumbers, Aaron and James were running late, but made sure to keep informed of when they were expected to arrive. They came to my place at 7pm and worked on a clogged main drain for two hours. There was a major blockage that required a front clean out which I didn't have. They fixed the problem temporarily but because they could not guarantee a long term fix they did not charge me, but recommended a long term fix. James and Aaron were incredibly patient and professional and I could not ask for a better plumbing experience.

If you are reading this because you're looking for a plumber, just call Jim and Sons Plumbing right now. You will not find a better price, better service, or more skilled plumbers anywhere. They also are are some of the nicest people I've ever met. We moved into our house 7 months ago. Since then we've put in a new sink, RO System, whole house de-scaler, toilet, water line for the fridge, garbage disposal, new water heater, and we had a gas leak. They've been here so much doing work on our house that my daughter thinks they are our friends and asks about Mr. Aaron. There was one issue where a part they installed was faulty. They came out within 24 hours, fixed it asap, explained the issue an apologized excessively, and explained to that they've taken steps to ensure they don't get parts from that vendor again. Not only do they do great work, but they have the integrity to own a problem and make sure that it doesn't happen again, at no cost to the customer.

I have very minimal toleration for bad service, and am always looking for the best deal, for me to have used the same plumber, this many times, in this short a window, says something about their skill, quality, and integrity. I cannot recommend them enough. I contacted them on a lark because they are based on Narnia St and I'm a huge CS Lewis fan, and it was easily the best contact we've made with a tradesperson since buying our house. As you've been reading this, your toilets been leaking, or your sink has been clogged...call Jim and Sons and get that fixed asap.

I had water coming out from where my main line meet the water meter and I had water just running and running. I Called Jim And Sons and they were here with an hour. They assessed the problem and fixed it for what I believe was a very reasonable and fair price. I think if I had called one of the bigger outfits I would have paid twice as much. The technician Curly was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will now only use Jim and Sons for all my plumbing needs.
