Best Plumbing Services in Riverside, CA
I had and outside faucet that cracked and was spewing water. I had to shut off the water to the entire house. I called a plumber they said they would have their emergency plumber on call get back to me I waited an hour and then called Right Solution Plumbing. Richard was at my house within 45 minutes. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed my faucet within 30 minutes. Very professional and great prices, and the price for the house call went towards my bill. I will definitely call Right Solutions Plumbing if I ever have any plumbing issues again. Great job!

Had a backed up kitchen sink and called Phenom Plumbers.
Two gentlemen showed up 3 hours later and fixed that baby in short time and very fair price. I highly recommend this company and I will make them my plumber from now on. Always very happy to support my neighborhood business.
Thanks again

Fire N Ice provided prompt service. I messaged the owner Jason regarding my air conditioner and the problems I was having. He had one of his guys Jesus come in and service my AC immediately. Jason provided great follow up and made sure everything was running fine. I would recommend Fire N Ice for any AC repairs or service you may have.

So, these guys are amazing. This is gonna be kind of long so here's the short vereion. Fast quote, quality work and amazing speed. Their team arrived day 1 of a full repipe job including the main and the water was back on for the whole house by 6pm. This blew my mind.
Up here in Lake Arrowhead, plumbers and tradesman in general were so backed up with work we were getting quotes to start 3 weeks out after a major leak into the foundation of our 1960s three story craftsman necessitated a full repipe of all the original galvanized piping.
A day after I called, Toby drove out and laid out a plan for replacing everything with PEX (the good stuff too, Uponor with compression fittings), including digging out my original and heavily corroded main water line and replacing with a thick copper pipe. Even before the Military discount and the Yelp special they had going on, the quote for this came in very competitive.
A few days after the original survey, Alfonso and his
team roll in and somehow have the entire houses plumbing completely replaced with fully insulated PEX by 6pm. Even the main line was somehow replaced day 1, with the digging 30' down through my concrete driveway and everything. It was amazing to see. They even added a few extra outdoor hose bibs and a area for a future kitchenette and fridge ice maker line etc which were last minute add-ons. 10/10. Did I mention they insulated damn near every inch of that piping with half inch insulation?
I am not worried about pipes bursting at all now.
Other then the holes in the drywall and the cut out driveway sections.. by the end of the day you couldn't even tell they had been there in other sections due to how well they had plasticed everything off.
After the work passed inspection by the county, the repair guys did a phenomenal job repairing the drywall in all 3 floors and matching the various texture well. They left it primed and super easy for us to paint, at our request (good excuse to change colors).
The driveway took a bit longer to get finished due to inspector availability (I did mention how busy up here everyone seems to be), but once it passed they did a great job redoing the drive and it's been solid for weeks now through even the first freezing temps of the season.
We went from only being able to use one shower at s time to being able to run every single faucet and shower simultaneously without pressure drop. If you're thinking of a repipe or need it like we did.. call these guys they are fantastic!

Had a big problem with the toilets not draining and then backing up into shower and the tub. Called American Home Pro and they in turn had Hercules plumbing come to our home. Sal the plumber explained that it was like a network. Well Sal was VERY good and knowledgable in what needed to be done. We know that there are bigger problems that need to be addressed and we WILL be calling him but he was able to get things working so that we could take a shower and use the toilet without having to worry. Sal was very nice and we would want him to come back to fix our other issues. Thank you Sal. :)

The job was to install new wood handrails up the right side of stairway and up the walkway. I am very pleased with the work done by these guys. They were on time, cleaned up after each day. Went above and beyond to do this work like true pros. I highly recommend.

After changing to a tankless water heater and loving the company I used, I decided to repipe my old house BEFORE it became a problem. So I chose to reuse the same company Plumbing Buddies and as before they were excellent! Any problems that arose they went over all my options and worked out the best solution. On several occasions they went above and beyond what could have been done. They will forever be my plumbing choice! Thank you Jeremy and Mike!

I had BHI come out twice for different plumbing matters. I was able to set up an appointment in a timely manner. They came out both times and gave me free estimates, took photos and explained the problem thoroughly. Very knowledgeable which led to completing both jobs in a time manner. I would highly recommend BHI.

I don't normally leave reviews but this company really deserves it. They were on time, polite and most of all they didn't drag it out so as to charge me more. I've got a big property with a house built in 1939. In less than an hour he walked the property, found the main and marked it off, pressurized the system, located the leak and cleaned up all his stuff. He easily could have made this into a 2 or even 3 hr job. The leak was just outside my fence on the side of my driveway. I hadn't even thought to look there. Very professional. Really wish I hadn't wasted 2 days digging up my front yard and stressing about how to find the leak.

Had plumbing concepts come out to look at a 3-year old tankless heater they installed in my new home. They charged me $138 to inspect the unit which consisted of taking the panel off and looking at it with a flashlight for five minutes. Determined the whole unit needs to be replaced (the hardware is under warranty) and that the labor will be $350. They don't apply the inspection fee to the labor so for them to replace my fully warranted heater they want to charge $488.00. Since i have no reason to use them for the replacement. I've cancelled the order to replace and will go with someone else. Nice business model Plumbing Concepts.

During my Saturday morning while washing dishes water started spilling out from under my kitchen sink. Prior to this incident I had noticed the faucet was acting up by not properly shutting off.
This occurred at 9:30am, so I decided to Google search a much needed plumber. I decided on Drains and Plumbing 24 based on merit reviews. I spoke with Jose who was on another service call, but gave me an eta of 12:30-1:30pm to arrive at my home.
At 12:00pm Jose and Gerardo arrived onsite for service. I immediately noticed their respect for our property. They had to park around the corner of our house as not to block our driveway, and before entering our home they slipped on some protective covers over their shoes. This to me showed me they not only cared, but were attentive to the little things.
What I appreciated is how professional and upfront Jose was. After diagnosing the problem with our kitchen sink he showed us pictures and explained what the issue was and what caused it. We needed to replace the entire faucet fixture due to the worn out threading on the hose.
Jose gave us a quote for all parts and labor needed. He stated that in the off chance the parts would cost more he would immediately inform us of any price changes. My take away from this is that it's great to do business with someone who is upfront and clear about things. No surprises. They even offer a year warranty for their repair.
After replacing our kitchen faucet, Jose went above and beyond by fixing our switch to our garbage disposal. We had to keep it unplugged since the switch wouldn't shut off the garbage disposal. He made a minor adjustment inside the switch and now we have a full functioning garbage disposal. This service wasn't even part of the quoted job he was called out for. I wasn't charged for this or for the minor adjustment that was needed to my bathroom sink drain plug.
All in all I am completely satisfied with the service we received. Jose and Gerardo are my guys for any and all my plumbing needs moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend using Drains and Plumbing 24.

Price seemed reasonable, although no one else was willing to give an estimate without coming out first, so can't really compare. They quickly gave an estimate and then were at the house within a few hours. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Every time Christian says he'll show up, he doesn't. Will have to search for another company to help us.

Top quality plumbers. Not the most expensive, but not the cheapest either. Scott Owen is a class act and his company is carrying on his father's legacy; honest, high quality work at a fair price.

My family has been using Lampman's' for over 20 years. For over 20 years they've been honest, reliable, hard-working, reasonably priced!!
. I don't know what else to say this is really an honest plumber. The workers are always very kind and patient and have time to answer questions. When they give you an appointment they'll be there at that time. Highly recommend

After searching, and reading reviews, my husband and I decided to call NexGen AC . Our repair tech Robert Ramos was such a wonderful tech. He was on time, was very communicative , and very honest ( which I truly appreciate his feedback). What we loved the most is that he didn't talk to us as customers but more as if we were his friends. He told us the prices, and also suggested what was better for us in the long run. He was very professional and obviously knows his craft. We decided to go with a new unit, like Robert suggested. My husband and I are so happy and excited to enjoy our new AC system.
Thank you again Robert for everything. We truly enjoyed your personality and your work.

Bad experience with their technicians.
1. Purposely or not? : My Water Pressure Regulator stopped working as soon as the technicians finished my water pipe's job (He shut down my water regulator before the work and reopened it after), I found my water pressure gone up into 150 plus psi with very loud sounds as soon as they finished the job, and I turned on the water switch. My water regulator was 45 psi as normal before their work, and it's new regulator.
2. The man asked me to replace the regulator now and pay him $700 plus, I had no $ to pay for as I just paid him much, so I consulted my Lowe's man who sold the new regulator to me 6 months ago. He told me: it doesn't need to change as the regulator can work for 10-15 years, but Someone made wrong pressure to your pipe/water system. So I F/U his instruction to adjust the system just in a minute, then the water regulator has been working normally from 150 plus to 45 psi and no more whistle sounds from the pipes ever since.
3. Poor job: The Co's trainee who replaced my new faucet, but the draining pipe had been blocked so the water flow had been very slow then stopped after they replaced it 3 months. So it had been unused until it was solved by an expert.
4. The technicians had no manners and no respects at all! Such as they showed you very serious attitudes with very strict talks.
Very uncomfortable experiences !
