On Sunday - these things always seem to happen on the weekend - the outlet from my water heater started leaking. I did a Yelp search to find a plumber that was open and found Lomonaco. Within an hour of my call, I had a plumber (Zack) at my door. He diagnosed the problem and gave me some options. I chose getting a new water heater and fixing associated fittings.

Zack and Roger were back out Monday morning to do the work. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They knew I had a tight schedule and they finished earlier than expected. They double checked to make sure everything was working, including replacing the pressure regulator to the house, which probably saved me from an even bigger future repair bill.

My family owns a 3 unit complex in San Clemente ca. We have had multiple plumbers come to our location with no resolution over the last couple of weeks. Lomonaco coast plumbing is the best! Mike returned our call within 10 min. (It was a Sunday might I add) They came over to inspect/give an estimate and the very next morning showed up with an entire crew fixing the problem immediately. I couldn't believe it but with a new born my shower stopped up and Vlad came within 20 minutes or so of my call and snaked the drain for a very reasonable fee. These guys are my go to for sure in the future. Excellent top notch service and happy to support a local san clemente business!

I had a broken garbage disposal and leaking sink. I reached out to Mike and he got back to within 24 hours with a quote + available times he could come.

That next day one of his employees (Oscar!) came and fixed everything!!! He was polite, efficient and explained to me exactly what he did. I especially appreciated that part. So often someone will fix something and you have no idea what was the problem let alone the solution. It was a small touch but meant a lot to me.

I really appreciate having a company like Lomonaco in my back pocket for any pluming issues!!! HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team. Trustworthy hardworking guys.

We discovered a leak in our attic late Thursday night. I called Lomonaco first thing Friday morning and the repair was complete by 10:30am! Antoine and Shawn were excellent and took time to detect the origin of the leak to minimize drywall repair. I'm so glad we found them and they will be our first call for plumbing issues going forward.

I called Lomonaco to repair some dripping faucets. They recommended that I call the mfg of our faucets and have replacement parts shipped out first so that I wouldn't have to pay for Lomonaco to go and get the parts, which saved me time and money. Once the parts were in, They came out and did the repairs. I really appreciate that kind of customer service! I highly recommend Lomonaco.

Great plumbing company! Matt and Vlad came out last week due to concerns we had over our water pressure. They were able to schedule us quickly and, as it turned out, found no issues. They easily could've tried to sell us on something we didn't need, but they didn't. Obviously, this company knows that repeat customers are better than a one-time, potentially unnecessary job. We'll definitely be using Lomonaco again!

After reading several plumbing reviews on yelp, the choice was clear. I had a stopped up kitchen sink so I called and mike treated me like my dilemma was as important to him as it was to me. Mike showed up on time, very professional and solved my problem. Plumbing is not my thing and when there are problems my wife gets on my case.  It's great to know there are guys like Mike and Nick to get things resolved.  We had a slow draining sink in our master bath that took a little time to clear but Nick stuck with it and got fixed.  I would highly recommend these guys to other family and friends.

Our Water Heater died last Wednesday morning. Mike answered the phone right away. He was very courteous and wanted to help. He had a busy day, however, he spoke with my wife and gave her a quote. His team was at our house right on time the next morning. Within 90 minutes the old heater was removed, the new one was installed and brought up to code. They left everything spic and span.
We had an issue the next morning about water pressure. It was not their fault at all, due to the age of the old water heater it had filled some of the pipes with sludge. His team rushed back out and checked every showerhead, faucet in the house. Cleaned all the screens and the showerheads. They were terrific. No charge for that. We know now who to call in San Clemente.

Upon my Yelp! request, Mike called me back almost immediately.  There was a sewage backup in my parent's home, and one of his employees came out within 1-2 hours and fixed the problem.  Great company!

Ok, so it's Valentine's Day I'm talkin with my wife about so many things I am thankful for over a home cooked amazing dinner. What comes up??.... MIKEY and his team. No joking, I'm almost 50 and have dealt with a lot of contractors in my day and these guys are at the top of the list. We have 5 restaurants and Lomonaco Plumbing takes care of all of them, my home as well. We just opened a new restaurant in Laguna Niguel the first of December, the first 2 months of business we had a lot of issues with drainage. MIKEY (the boss) came out and figured out we had a much bigger problem down the line, and the dining needed to be closed down for 3-4 days... are you kidding me we just opened! This is the worst news we could have heard. MIKEY assures us he would contain as much debris and dust as he could so it would not leave my dining room in shambles after they left...... you would never know they were there. It's true, you get what you pay for.. you want a deal, don't complain when there are things that are not handled how you want. Lomonaco all day!!

We had a mainline stoppage in our 2 upstairs bathrooms in my elderly stepmom's condo in San Clemente. It leaked through the ceiling and was dripping on the floor. Gross...and I live almost 100 miles away, so, needless to say, the panic set in! How am I going to find a plumber at almost 3 p.m. and one that I trust to do the work when I can't be there?

I called Lomonaco Coast Plumbing based on the outstanding YELP reviews, and luckily, they had an appointment time available THAT DAY. Roger, one of their plumbers, was able to get there within the hour, call me with the results, and set up an appointment the next day (when I could be there) to finish the work.

Roger was wonderful. Totally COVID-compliant, friendly, professional and efficient. He snaked the toilets and with his camera in hand showed me where the pipes need descaling. I appreciated that bit of schooling! Thanks, Roger!  :-)

Mike has a great plumbing company because of his customer service and execution from his staff. As a marketing consultant, he checks all the boxes of a company you want to do business with. First person out of 5 that actually picked up the phone. Sent a very professional plumber to my residence next day. Damion was knowledgeable and professional. He showed up with a professional company truck and looked the part. He gave me professional advice for my repair. We proceeded and within an hour the repair was completed. First time using Lomonaco Coast Plumbing and will recommend and use from now on. You all know what a pain it is to find quality construction services for your home and this is the company for your plumbing requirements. This was my third time using Lomonaco Plumbing. The first two times were replacing an old leaking water heater and adding a new hose bib that was about 40ft from the nearest line. This last time was an emergency leaking bathtub on the second floor. Mike and the crew showed up within 30 minutes, identified the problem and had me all fixed up within an hour. All three times I've used these guys they show up on time, know exactly what's up and charge a fair price.

Great service!  They arrived on time, they were professional, honest and reasonably priced.  We would use them again.

I noticed a portion of our laminate flooring had swelled and a water stain on our ceiling directly above.  Mike cut away a small portion of the ceiling, scanned the area with his infrared camera, and opined that the source of the leak was our neighbor's unit (we live in a townhome).  Mike patiently waited until my neighbor granted access and the investigation continued.  

Mike and his crew were punctual, cleaned up, and provided a professional opinion and service which I greatly value.  In addition, Mike's cost was reasonable.

I'll be contacting Mike for all future plumbing issues.

I called right after Thanksgiving for a non-rush job and was able to schedule an inspection for the next day. They communicated eta well. They provided the inspection and quote for free. The quote was more than $1000 less than another plumber quoted for the water heater replacement.  They got the job. The job was scheduled 2 days later. Again, they showed up on time and communicated well. I now have hotter, cleaner water. I  will use them again.

Lomonaco saves the day. We had a late night toilet issue needing someone ASAP. We called 8 plumbers who advertised 24 hour service. We got no one answering or no one working. No one returned our call except Mike and he could get a crew out the next afternoon. That morning Mike called to say he could squeeze us in earlier. I had my entire house repiped by Lomonaco's A few weeks ago.  Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional.   They showed up on time and repiped my house in about 6 hours due to the large, well oiled crew and collaboration they have perfected.   I'm from a construction family and no stranger to the trades; I was very impressed!

I called on a Saturday, short notice, house guests arriving next week. Our kitchen sink decided to stop draining, nothing at all, not a drop. Call these guys and they sent Rodger to the rescue, same day, literally within hours. Even called to let me know he could come sooner and showed up an hour earlier than originally scheduled. Cut in a new cleanout in the drain line for future access, found and replaced a cracked p-trap pipe and snaked out the drain line right to the main. Works great now, I couldn't be more pleased.

Was nice to call a Plumbing Service and have someone actually pick up the phone. Called on a Friday at 12:30 and spoke to the owner Mike and 3 hours later I had Roger and Jake with the Snake.. Had to say it Great service!! Super friendly, knew what to do right away and problem solved. Thanks for the fast response Lomonaco! If you find yourself in trouble and need a plumber! They showed up on time looked at the job, gave me a quote and started the work They found a way to save me some money asked if that was ok which it was and they finished up changing the water pressure value well within expectations

Very messy plumber came out. Dragged in dirt to the house. The snake didn't completely clear out the clogged sewer. I was forced to call another plumber who actually finished he job. Don't even try calling or emailing them because they won't get back to you. They then claimed hat their work was only covered for 24 hours. Terrible policy. Unprofessional.

Great response on a Sunday.  Roger did the work.  Very professional and knowledgeable.

Found them using Yelp. I emailed on Mother's Day because our water main was leaking. I emailed a picture and got an almost instant response and estimate. They also said they'd put me on the schedule the following day.
Roger texted me the next morning to let me know he was on his way. Showed up ON TIME. This is very important to me. Roger was awesome and got the job done. Very organized. The job was bigger than expected and they kept to the original estimate. Couldn't be more pleased. If you use this company you'll be lucky if you get Robert to do the job.

We discovered a leak in our bedroom closet on a Saturday night and called Lomonaco Sunday morning. He came out within an hour, discovered the leak and showed us the extensive water damage. He recommended KADE restoration to take care of the damage. The plumbing problem was fixed at a very reasonable rate with no weekend or emergency charge. Couldn't believe the service was that good for such a great price.

QUICK AND HELPFUL!!!!!  We called Mike and he showed up the next day!  Very fast, helpful,  and solved all our plumbing problems!! I highly recommend this company!!

Lomonaco plumbing epoxy lined our old cast iron sewer/drain lines that are over 60 years old and in very bad shape.  Mike Lomonaco and his crew were great to work with.  They kept me informed at each step of the way and put up with my looking over their shoulders a good deal of the time.  (I was really interested in the procedure to line the pipes).

Last week my office disposer broke and you guys came out and replaced it the same day. Always professional and with fair prices, if anyone needs a plumber in Orange County, call these guys!

So we had a literal S**t storm happen on 4th of July and not a plumber could be found.  Next morning I called Lomonaco first on my list as I like local and their reviews were great.  Initially I was told 3:30 was soonest and I said ok, again because of reviews.  10 minutes later I get a call from Jake on the team that he can be at my house in 10 minutes!

Jake and Roger arrived and immediately went into action in what turned into a long, nasty job in tight spaces for my older mobile home by the beach.

They kept smiles the whole time and kept me informed every step of the way.  They were professional, polite, funny and considerate.  They did their best to mitigate further storm damage as the process at times caused some local spillage shall we say in a bathroom.  Quickly they created a dam until it could be sucked away.

My experience was not cheap, but worth every penny and I was not over billed nor did they try to sell me any bogus services as I have experienced in years past with another company.

I highly recommend this company and try to get Roger and Jake.  Oh yes, also make sure your guests with small kids do not flush, flushable wipes!

I sent Mike an email via Yelp this morning about a leaking toilet.  My expectation was that I would see them on Monday.  Mike arrived about 4 hours after receiving my email and he fixed the toilet issue quickly.

Really impressive stuff Mike.  I highly recommend these guys.

Mike and his team did  great job.  I had a failing cast iron main sewer line under the house, and a clay tile line to the street that was starting to get roots into it.  Basically my main line to the city was shot !  Mike came and assessed the problem, showed me the problem on the camera, and then discussed options on how to fix the problem.  I went with the NuFlow pipe relining as it was the best option for me.  This is not a cheap process, but Mike gave me a grate price and I'm very satisfied with the results.

On Day 1, the team showed up on time, and dug a big pit in the front yard.  When they got down to the main line pipe, it absolutely confirmed I had made the right decision as the pipe was falling apart.  The day was spent preparing the lines for the sleeve the next day.  The crew was great and they were in constant motion.  Aside from the pile of dirt (nothing you can do about it), the cleanup at the end of the day was perfect.

On Day 2, right on time again.    It was a long day as they completed the prep work and pulled both sleeves into place.  Mike was great at answering my questions explaining to me all along the way what was going on.  End of the day, same great cleanup.

On Day 3, right on time again.  They removed the bladders and replaced the section of pipe they had to cut away to access the lines.  He even fixed a lateral line from the laundry that connected in that area because it did not look like it was installed correctly 50 years ago, no extra charge.  End of the day, the dirt pile was gone, and I was amazed that 90% of the grass was back in place and looked great

I cannot express how grateful we are with this company! I will use them with all of our needs and refer them to neighbors and friends and family. We had just moved into our new home only to have main sewer line issues (roots in the line) and a flood happen within the first week of being in our home. I called Lomonaco, Mike was personable, on time, and overall professional. What seemed like a nightmare was fixed within a day from our quote and everything is back to normal. All the workers who were on sight were personable and professional. We were informed of every step with the repair and communicated with. The repair work has a warranty of 15 years, their price was fair and Mike gave quick responses which was ultimately why we chose this company. We recommend them 100%

I got a quote from another plumber for up to $200 more than what this company charged. The gentleman who came out was honest, and he worked with a very small space to install an Apex reverse osmosis alkaline system. While he was here, he also gave me a quote to have my outside drains waterjetted and took a quick look at a pipe. Almost no plumber will waterjet these types of drains. Looking forward to using this company again. Very polite and friendly.

We had a total house re-pipe - (a job I was told could be done in one day). Well I really wanted to give a 5 star review but Parts of the service was good but other (IMO) parts were lacking.
Antoine and Matt were very nice, patient and easy to work with. But towards the end of the day (or job) the re-Pipe crew seem a little 'hurried' and a little less attentive to detail. I was under the assumption that there was going to be someone there to oversee or supervised the work to be sure everything was going to be done properly or complete. That's where things were overlooked and not done completely or properly.
For example: we had three leaks after the crew had left. First leak, (Master bath)the water line for shower head and hand wand was cut and not reconnected! We discovered this after water was turn on and WE Checked for proper operation and leaks. Second leak, 2nd Bathroom - Hot and cold was reversed in shower and after the Fix was done (that night)- water was dripping from the pipe connection. Third leak: the main shut off valve and pressure regulator was suppose to have been replaced but only the shut off valve was and the leaky regulator was left to drip continuously. Fortunately the holes in the drywall were not closed up for 5 days and we were able to discover these leaks in time.
Thankfully, Matt was willing to come out asap each time to fix each issue.
I assumed somebody was supposed to check their work to be sure everything was working properly before they leave. I wish that was the case here -but not. I now question the integrity or overall quality of the job for fear I might have another leak ready to happen any time?

Our kitchen sink drain was clogged last night. Jake was able to come out this morning to unclog it fo us. He show up on time and was able to fix the issue in a timely matter. Will definitely call them again for future plumbing issues!

Mike Lomonaco and his employees provided exceptional service at an incredible value. We had a pipe burst and had to shut off the water to our entire house. We called them late in the evening and they came right over for the leak detection. We chose to go with a full house re-pipe with Pex piping. They pushed off a big job they had to start and complete our house the next day, so that my 3 kids, wife and I  could have water. They showed up at 8:00AM with a large crew and completed the entire 3,200 square foot house re-pipe by 7 PM that evening. They even vacuumed, mopped and cleaned up after themselves, which made my wife very happy. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, did great work and all at an exceptional price. I will use Mike Lomonaco Plumbing for all my needs from this point forward.

I want to thank Michael the owner, for coming through to correct a situation! A couple of his workers performed some services at my elderly mom's home.  She was very upset, however Mike corrected the situation almost immediately!  It's very admirable of an owner to come forward in making his customers happy and this he did with flying colors! I called Mike to see if he could come over to check on my water heater. It was a Saturday, and I was having trouble finding availability. He was over within two hours and was quickly able to determine that the part needed was under warranty. He was also able to get the heater turned on which I wasn't able to do. Awesome service, I will definitely call him again in the future!

We have a triplex in SC that has had the mainline backup 3 times in the past 2 months. Of course it backs up again on a Saturday night so I have voicemails from 130am that the toilets have been overflowing. I called Sunday morning at 730am, Mike answered, was super polite and scheduled to meet me there 2hrs later at 930am. They were professional, on-time, got the job done quickly and did an awesome job.  I'm not sure why finding a good plumber is so difficult but let me assure you that I would always call these guys first and you know you're going to get great service at a very reasonable price. Where do I begin. Mike and his crew always show up. There is not a day or time that I've called him and he couldn't find time for me. Being a property manager of 17 homes its essential to have an honest, reliable and hardworking plumber on your call list. I usually keep three contacts for different tradesmen just in case one does not pick up. However I only have one for plumbing because mike never let's us down. My recent call this past Friday was for a shower valve and even though it was super late on a Friday afternoon, Jake (one of Mike's solid crew members)  came right away. You cant find that kind of reliability anymore these days. So when you do find that needle in a haystack you hold on to it. Highly recommend you call Mike

Seriously, I had a Pex repipe done by Mike and then had difficulty getting hot water in a shower. I figured it was an error in the work done. I called Mike with the (non-emergency) situation on a Saturday, and bright and early Monday morning  -- like 8am bright and early Monday -- he called and said he'd be over by noon that day to take a look. That's really good service.

Turned out the problem wasn't Mikes work, it was me and my inability to operate a two handle  -- hot and cold separate -- shower. I did save some self respect by figuring it out before Mike actually came over. He was quite understanding about the whole situation.

Mike and another guy (I didnt catch his name) called prior to coming to ensure that I still needed their services as it was a Monday morning and things may have changed over the weekend. They were both very courteous and kind.  Prior to entering my home they asked if I wanted them to wear a mask. It was a super quick and easy experience. My only beef is that I called on a Wednesday and they didnt have an opening until Monday. Must be a busy time for plumbers with everyone being home due to covid.  I would definitely use their services again.

Even tried to help save us money on the service call by trouble shooting how to unjam whatever was in there. We hired Lomonaco to hydro jet our sewer line, and we could not be more satisfied with the work they performed. Oscar, the plumber on site, was efficient and knowledgeable. Zero complaints on his work or Lomonaco's pricing, which was very reasonable. Afterward, I made sure to get some estimates on a few other plumbing jobs we need done. We'll definitely be using them again.

We called the Monaco plumbing at 3:45 PM today, Sunday evening. They had their plumber Roger at our house within 20 minutes, 10 minutes earlier than Promised. Roger was courteous well spoken, kind and professional. He cleared out our main drain within 25 minutes, cleaned things up and was out. Our water heater blew up and Mike was at our house in 15 minutes.  Great service.  Professional.  Quality work and honest.  He solved our problem quickly and with good craftsmanship.  I will call Mike again if we ever need a reliable person who knows his trade.

It was the Friday after Thanksgiving and the kid's upstairs toilet clogged and broke through the wax ring with some water seepage downstairs. Most businesses were closed for the 4 day holiday but I reached out to Lomonaco (previous customer) after hours (happened after 5pm) after turning the water off in that bathroom. I was expecting a repair perhaps  next week on their online booking but to my surprise Roger, one of their senior specialists, was able to accommodate the next morning, Saturday at 10am.  He was very friendly, knowledgeable, fair, and professional. Estimates were discussed upfront also. Very pleased and highly recommended!  Will be using them again soon to reseat some more aging toilets with aging wax rings.

I am so glad we decided to contact Lomonaco. After several YEARS of off and on issues with our kitchen sink backing up, and using plumbing companies with either limited knowledge or lazy technicians, we called Lomnaco. We finally called them as the previous plumber from another company came out, but in less than 24 hours, our problem returned! We were fed up and knew it was time to call someone new. Roger came out, and within a short amount of time, he assessed the UNDERLYING CAUSE of the backup, which was much more important than simply unclogging our sink and then assuming all is fixed. Roger spent time looking more deeply into the why behind the problem. And even though he spent significantly more time than planned to get out problem solved, he charged what was initially quoted to us. A shout out too, to Oscar, who also was involved in resolving our problem. And this company provides customer service like no other I have received from other plumbing companies (and we've used our share of them.) Roger contacted me several days after his visit to check on how things were flowing, etc. This was a first. He also took the time while he was here to answer any questions I had, and to show me just about every step of the way what and why he was doing what he was doing. I do not anticipate calling any other plumbing company than Lomanaco.

Called Mike last night at around 8:30 due to a pin hole leak in our bathroom sink.  He came down, was in a great mood for an emergency late call, was very knowledgable and had the necessary parts to repair my sink and pressure regulator.  Appeared to be a great family man as well.  He even discounted the invoice with No Charge for emergency call out.  That's what I call Good Customer Service and business man.  I strongly recommend him and will list him as our regular plumber.

Highly recommend Lomanaco Plumbing. I have limited availability so when I called on a Saturday morning with a plumbing project I wasn't expecting same day service, but that's what I got. Mike sent Roger to our house, who arrived within two hours of my call. He promptly diagnosed our problem, provided clear options for a simple minded non plumber (me) and had the work done within an hour and a half. Couldn't have asked for better service. His workmanship, cleanliness and communication was excellent. Planning to use them for a larger project in the near future.

We could not be happier with the service received from Lomonaco Coast Construction.  We had a water main leak.  Called at 8 am and had repairs completed by 3pm.  Dennis came out and even though the area was a muddy mess, provided service with a smile and made us feel very confident the repairs were going to be done right the first time.  The charges were very reasonable and he even came back the following day to put all the dirt (mud) neatly back.  So glad these guys are local in San Clemente and we would without hesitation use them again should the need arise.

Have to give a shout out for Lomonaco plumbing.  i own 2 Laundromats and ran into a bad drain issue.  My usual plumber was out of town so i contacted Lomonaco; Mike answered and said they will be there in an hour and they were.  Jake fixed the problem with a BIG snake to clear the drain used for large washers and problem was solved.  They really did save the day.

Called Mike for quote today.  Had a water hot water circulator that needed to be replaced.  I already had the identical replacement unit.  It's a job that can easily be done in half an hour...45 minutes at most.  Water heater is totally open so there are no access issues.  Two nuts loosened, Unit removed, no repipng, repairing etc.  His quote $450.

We recently purchased a home and found out that many of the pipes were corroded. One ended up breaking while replacing the fridge, so my husband and I hit up yelp to find a plumber. This all happened around midnight, and we ended up calling a couple of places to leave messages in order to get estimates the next day. When he called Lomonaco Plumbing, an actual person answered the phone! Again, let me reiterate that this was at midnight.  It was the owner, Mike, who answered. My husband was floored and apologetic to bother him so late, but Mike was super nice and even offered to come out then. Since it wasn't an emergency, we had him out the next day to replace the pipe, and then, he inspected the whole house and found other potential problems that needed to be fixed. He gave us a great price for everything and was super nice and professional. I would recommend him to anyone!

Mike was awesome.  I had a water heater go bad, which we discovered at 9am.  It is now 2pm and I have a brand new one installed.  He showed up with a crew of 4 that worked quickly, knowledgeably and efficiently.

He knew his stuff.  He immediately identified the type of water heater and what our best option was for replacement.  He had his pricing straightforward and direct.

Easy to work with and professional

Plumbing problems are never planned or welcomed, but what are the odds that we go out of the state and get a call from our foreign guests vacationing in our rental property that the toilet and tub are backing up with water? And of course this happens less than 24 hours after leaving the house. Panicked, we started calling friends who for plumber referrals and went down the list of Yelp reviews. After two hours, we had been told that either they don't cover our area, or that they don't deal with sump pumps or that they are booked for a few days out. When we finally found someone who could come out to the house, they quoted us an arm and a leg including $250 to just remove and replace the toilet. Really??

Luckily we found Mike. It's so refreshing to know that there are still honest, reliable people in the world. Although he too was booked for a few days out, he must have sensed our panic and desperation and agreed to squeeze us that same day. He gave us a fair quote and told us he'd likely be by the property between 4 and 5 pm. Imagine how pleased we were to get a call at 3 pm saying the job was complete! He even replaced the seal and caps on the toilet and although he admitted to underestimating his initial quote given the amount of debris he removed from the pipes, he still honored his original quote. We really couldn't be happier and  Mike's number is now saved in our phones for the next unexpected plumbing mishap. Thanks Mike for keeping the service industry honest and reliable!

Due to Lomonaco Coast Plumbing's honesty and professional service, I saved $2,900 today.

I had a clogged sewer line and I called Mike Diamond Plumbing for their $99 drain clearing.  When Mike Diamond arrived they charged me $450 to find the leak with their camera. After finding the leak, they said they could only clear the drain by installing a new clean-out for $3,200.

I called Lomonaco Coast Plumbing for a second opinion before proceeding and they cleared the drain within the hour through our toilet for $300.

My experience with Lomonaco was friendly, responsive, fairly priced and I feel great about working with a local company. Without question I know who I will be calling with any future plumbing needs.

I had a pretty serious plumbing issue at one of my properties in San Juan Capistrano. We had a main sewage line underneath our house rupture, and block up the entire house. The home was built in the early 50's, and has cast iron plumbing throughout.

I requested a quote through Yelp, and Mike called me 15 minutes later. He was at the house in 45 minutes.

After checking the damage, and assessing what would need to be done, he had a quote for me in about ten minutes. They beat the price I was quoted from two other companies. They were at the house first thing the next morning.

Not only did Mike and Matt replace the damaged pipe, they found leaking copper pipes (which they also replaced), snaked the whole system, hydro jetted the pipes and installed a clean out. After checking the system, another pipe was found that had a major hole in it, which they also replaced on the spot for a very fair price. They were stand up guys from the first meeting, very honest. They did not start any work without consulting me first.

These guys were phenomenal, and very hard working. They will be my first call for any and all plumbing issues I have from now!

I don't know what happened to Mike Lomonaco, but he has not been responding at all to my numerous phone calls to fix my plumbing problems.  I've used him before and was very happy with his promptness and his work.  I've also written an excellent review about him.  But this is the third time now that I've needed him for different plumbing problems around my house, and I can't seem to get any response from him.  His previous lack of communication had prompted me to give him a one star review.  But when he read my review, he kept contacting me repeatedly, just so I can remove that one star rating from Yelp.  I did. And now he's doing it again.  How can anybody rely on a plumber like that?  I will not schedule services with Mike Lomonaco anymore.  If he wants my business, he needs to answer his phone calls, or have his receptionist relay the messages to him.  Careless and Inefficient.

Moved into a new place and the hot water heater failed. After making every attempt to revive it, including staying on with the manufacturer's support line for an hour, they replaced it with a brand new one. Had to use these guys a couple of times for a couple of different separate issues over the last couple of months. They are always prompt, courteous, and you can tell they are pros and good people. I am sure you could probably find some iffy character on craigslist who may work for less but when it comes to the risk of having your home flooded it is well worth the extra cash to have it done right and based on the work they did for me these guys are the best in the biz.  Highly recommended....and the cool mustaches are a nice touch as well.

He has always answered his phone when we called. He and his crew of people have always been transparent with different options and their assessments of solutions to address our different plumbing issues. You don't get this kinda of feed back you see on yelp from not bringing value to your customers that engage you. You also don't get this kinda of feedback by taking advantage of your customers.

Lomonaco Plumbing provides great value for what they due. Their plumbers have tons of experience.  They have all the hi-tech toys to help locate any problem, cut down on waisted diagnosis that could waist time and money.

We had consistent back up at our house for the last 7 years. We had called multiple plumbers out to address. They would send a snake down, clean out the clog and move on. This time we had a back up that caused some water damage in the master bathroom, and we decided to invest in a real plumber and engaged Lomonaco Coast Plumbing to help us figure out the problem and come up with solution.

Mike and his crew came out. They used a sophisticated camera system to look at our sewer pipe under our slab. The used this camera system through a few different access points, to properly evaluate and identify all the problem(s). Unfortunately we found 2 different ares in our sewer line that were collapsed. This is not great news!!! Mike was clear this was not great news.

Mike talked about the different options and some best case scenarios, but what needed to happen first was we needed to access the sewer line in 2 different areas in the middle of our house first. This included cutting through our slab and digging 6 feet down. Mikes crew was great and capable of doing this.

Once down there they found HUGE roots strangling our pipes in both locations and reducing the flow. This created a consistent blockage of our sewer line. They cut the roots back, they replaced the damage areas of the sewer line, they pulled a new sewer line in under 2 rooms in my house using a technology called pipe bursting. When that was done, they backfilled the huge holes they needed to access the line, and repaired our slab floor to like new condition.

We are grateful to Mike and his crew. Mike Lomonaco and his company is by far the best Trades company I have ever engaged. He has the highest quality people, he has the highest quality equipment, he returns calls, he gives you different options as you progress, he is transparent along the whole process.

Well calling a plumber just sucks.  Sunday morning 7am wake up and Ohhh crud water coming from the walls.  I called my usual plumber and he was out of town so decided to give these guys a shot.  Within couple hours one of his guys (Jake) was at my door.  Upfront, honest and overall great experience.  Had to come back the next day with reinforcements.  I had a hot water slab leak...I just thought the ground was hot to warm my feet (jk).  It was a crappy situation but these guys handled it like true professionals O and they were funny as hell.  Explained the entire situation, what they needed to do and were in and out in a matter of hours.  Even pulled the drank crushed Coors Light can out from my wall (wtf).  Price I felt was fair, experience was way above par and they have earned my business.  My internal icing on the cake was if they would Clean up after themselves, they sure did.  Hopefully I will never have to see them again but if/when the need may arise.....I will definitely give them a call.  Thanks Fellas and hopefully the extra Benjamin bought you some cold brews.  Ha!

We had a suspected slab leak, our hardwood floors were buckling.
My wife called Lomanaco Plumbing for someone to take a look at our house.
In the meantime, I had shut off the water main to our house and checked the meter for hours and saw no change in the usage.
My wife wanted a professional opinion so Lomanaco plumbing came out and did exactly what I had done, they didn't use moisture meters or anything different than what I had done, the guy was there 15 minutes tops and charged me $295.00.
The good thing that there isn't a leak.
I don't expect anyone to come out for a free service fee but this was ridiculous.

Highly recommend. Had root infiltration in drain line to street. Received 2 other estimates. Mike Lomonaco came out and was very knowledgeable and beat the other prices. They dug up my front yard, fixed the issue and even replanted my rose bushes that had to be removed during the digging. Will 100% use them again for other plumbing needs.

Response was extremely timely. Work was very high quality. However, original quote was $450 for shower valve replacement. In the end charged $525 for 2.5 hours of work with no significant parts (I provided valve) except for some short copper pieces during replacement and some propane for the torch. $210/hour seems a little high. Even if we take 15 minutes travel time each way since we are all in SC $175/hour seems a little high.

These guys are the best. Especially Antoine and Roger. Besides being lovely people, they are awesome plumbers! My dad is a retired plumber, and he was overseeing the plumbing inspection on our house. He was so impressed with Lomonaco and Co, and if you can impress an old guy like him; I want you in my house. Antoine cleans up like it's his house, and even hauled reno junk away for me.

Mike (the owner) is such a good guy. He's honest and goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with every job they do for you. Plus, he always gets back to me quickly, which is tough to do when you're busy. We have had them move gas lines, remove a kitchen vent, and inspect our sewer and water lines, and I've been happy every time.

Also, they all have really cool Super Mario Bros. mustaches.

Loved that they fixed the problem within a timely manner, were courteous and performed quality work.

I would not use their service again....way TOO over priced.  They charged me $250 to snake a toilet!!!!  He was here for maybe 30 minutes.  If I had know that....I would have done it myself.  When I have had plumbers her in the past it has been at least $100 cheaper.  If you use the ....I would get a quote before they come out.

Total rip off!!! Run from these guys.... Had a slow flushing toilet so I called Lomonaco. They came to my house and I told them that my toilet was flushing slowly. They quickly flushed it about 5 times until it overflowed all over the bathroom and into the hallway. As we were standing there in the toilet water on my bathroom floor they said it wasn't the toilet, it was the main line and it needed to be  snaked to fix the problem. Like an idiot I trusted that they knew what they were doing and said, Then do it. 45 minutes later they hand me a bill for FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS without fixing the slow flushing toilet. I called the owner and he said, You agreed to it, sounds like you want a handyman with handyman prices. Actually, all I wanted was a good plumber that knew what he was doing and didn't rip people off. Worst work and worst customer service ever.

If you need a plumber, just Google Plumber and there are all kinds of guys that will happily come to your home and fix little stuff like the problem I had for 99 bucks.

Check out the owner's response. He's cool with overflowing toilet water in your bathroom, charging $450 for less than 45 minutes work that was not needed, and not fixing the problem. Never worked with someone that cared so much about getting money and so little about doing a good job. Run from these guys!!!!

Let me be clear, there was no block in my main line. There was no reason to snake it, none. It was functioning perfectly. The only problem I had was a slow flushing toilet that they flushed again and again until it overflowed the bathroom floor and out into the hallway. What kind of plumber does something that stupid when his client tells him the toilet is flushing slowly? Standing in the bathroom watching the toilet water flow out into the hallway they told me it happened because of a clog in the main line. No, it happened because I had a slow flushing toilet which is exactly what I told them and why they were at my house. They snaked a perfectly working main line (The reason I know it did not need snaking is that ALL other toilets and sinks drained perfectly) and then charged me $450 for 45 minutes for unneeded work. When they finished snaking the main line my toilet still flushed slowly so they now blamed the toilet and wanted to charge me hundreds and hundreds of dollars more to fix the toilet. They talk about giving me options... Ha Ha, let these guys flood the whole house and continue to fix fake problems or tell them to leave. That was an easy one.  Really, run from these guys.

Punctual, professional and courteous.  Called Mike, he said he would be there in an hour and he was.  He even called five minutes out to let us know he was almost there.  Fixed our water heater in an hour and was reasonably priced.  I would definitely recommend to anyone.  Thanks Mike!

Here's a review long overdue, I am a local plumber who back in June had his truck broken into and over 5grand worth of tools stolen  when mike saw my post on Instagram he kindly offered to help me (no strings attached) to get some of them back by putting some $$$ on a tool account at a local plumbing shop. I had never met him before only chatted on insta, seeing how I was just trying to start my own business while supporting a wife and 3 kids that loss was devastating but his gift was more than generous , it was a silver lining to remind me that while some people might suck there are plenty more spreading good vibes. Definitely got me outta the dumps and back on the horse. Anybody who would do something like that for a stranger I'm sure treats their customers like a vip and anybody Ive talked to says he's a class act, and I will too. Cheers brother

Great service. Mike, Matt & crew re-piped our whole condo, installed a new tankless water heater, installed a new furness, installed all new faucets and installed our new appliances. They were very patient with our slow decisions and always answered our questions and concerns. Lomonaco Plumbing is very professional and I appreciate their strong, honest work ethic.

Mike absolutely saved us! The city had turned off our water only to be turned on when the block in our pipe was fixed. Mike was able to get to us in an hour late on a Saturday and once here was extremely professional with state of the art equipment to discover the source of our issue. I just had a great experience with Lomonaco.  I called them yesterday and within 24 hr. showed up on time and reset our toilet within a few minutes and he was off.  There just isn't any reason to call anyone else for your plumbing needs.

Needed to have kitchen sink line snaked out. Called Mike, gave me a quote over the phone, his guys were there in less than an hour. Did the job, cleaned up the work area and price was what was quoted. Highly recommend. Would use again.

Matt saved my vacation!  I arrived at the San Clemente State Beach campground and discovered water all over one end of my trailer.  Apparently when I was running water to flush my grey water tank at my prior stop it was leaking under the sink.  I determined where the water was coming from and called Lomonaco.  Matt called me immediately, was at the campsite in less than hour.  He was back later with the needed pipe fitting and another plumber and fixed it!

Reasonable rates, fast quality service, nice young men.  I can't say enough about this business.  I'd give them ten stars if I could!

I was able to move on the next morning to hook up with family members and grandkids for a wonderful week camping.

We had some major renovations done a year ago [this review has been a long time coming] and Lomonaco Coast was a huge part of it.  Here's what we had done:
-  gutted our main bath complete and installed new tub, double vanity, toilet, and (of course) faucets
-  updated laundry area
-  replaced old water heater with new tankless water heater (this is awesome!)
-  repiped entire house with PEX piping, bypassing the old set-in-the-concrete-slab-foundation pipes

Mike and his crew were fantastic.  This multifaceted project was well managed and completed in 3 weeks - from tear-out to totally functional.  The remodel took our these impacted areas of our house from the original-late-1960s-with-hack-job-updates dysfunctional to clean, modern, and worry-free functional.  Mike patiently listened to what we wanted and delivered.

If remodeling isn't your focus and you just need some plumbing repairs, Lomonaco Coast is your go-to plumber.  We had unusually odd and slow clogging of our sewer line that started months before our remodel.  When we finally had Mike come take a look at it, he snaked it and got is cleared but the clog kept recurring.  Unfortunately, Mike's camera and locator equipment was in the shop for repairs so he couldn't really see what was going on.  After several snakes and even a hydrojet clearing of the sewer line, the clog persisted.  Once Mike got his camera and locator back, we all finally saw the cause - a massive ball of fine roots (like a wig!) that had grown into the sewer line at a junction of multiple lines!  Throughout his return trips to deal with this clog, Mike was persistent and gave us a discounted rate because he realized he hadn't yet solved the problem.  Now this is integrity.

Mike and his team are the best!! Had a drain blockage and they fixed it really fast over the weekend. He gave us some good suggestions on how to prevent future clogs. Lomonaco Coast is our go to plumber from now on.

Mike responded immediately to my plea for dealing with a leaking hot water heater.  He had his folks on site within an hour and finished in about another hour, replacing the entire water heater and the circulating pump. And this was 3 days before Christmas!  He and his folks were all kind and knowledgeable.  There price was reasonable and their work superb.   I highly recommend them.

Mike is the 1st person on my list to call from now on for all my plumbing fixes.

I've had them out twice and the latest job was to check out a toilet that wasn't always flushing 100%. I called in the am around 9 am and by noon, the problem was diagnosed, I had a comprehensive estimate to replace the toilet, they had located a replacement toilet and was able to install it for just a bit more $ than it would me for my time and expenses.

Also, this was a landlord/tenant property and scheduling payment was super easy over the phone. I'm happy and best of all, tenant is happy!

Called Lomonaco up a few weeks back for help with a commercial backup and Michael, I assume the owner, sent a couple of guys over within 45 minutes. Once Jake and Roger arrived, it didn't take them long to diagnose the problem and instead of being greedy and dishonest, they informed me that there was a simple solution I could handle myself. Saved me a couple hundred dollars without hesitating. Unfortunately, the trades get a bad rap when it comes to being forthcoming but these guys were the exception. Saved the contact in my phone for future maintenance work and posted their number on our emergency contact sheet at the shop... trust is hard earned these days and Lomonaco more than deserves it mine.

After dealing with unreliable contractors during renovations, it was a pleasant change to have a contractor turn up promptly as promised and then do a quality and quick service for us. Mike was able to get Jake over to us with very short notice on July 3 so that we could enjoy an operational kitchen on July 4. Thank you!

Immediate response time and they came out same day for clogged sink. Very professional and older then he sounded on the phone!

we have outdoor drains clogged and called these guys. their customer rep guy said it will be around $850 and can have a guy to come down and give me a proper quote. so they had the owner mike call me and he quotes a rate of $550 per hour without even seeing the place inspection. this guy was unprofessional and a jerk. I would have to be a fool to hire these people. if you hire this guy you are making a mistake. at the end he was rude and insulted me over the phone. so I said thanks for the professionalism and I ended the call.

My problem was a water heater that was dying and about 20 years old.  Lomonaco was available after my work on the same day I called.  A new water heater was installed, the old one trucked away and the area cleaned up.  Both personnel were polite and had the job done under 90 minutes.  The water heater was a Bradford and home store price is around $900.  I paid $1650.

Our water heater started to make a very loud noise on a weekend during our showers.  Sounded like rocks being ground up in a garbage disposal.  

I called Mike on Monday and he returned my call within 10 minutes.  I had a very knowledge technician Roger at my home within an hour.  The water heater was on its last legs and the price for a new one installed was very reasonable.  

We had a new water heater installed and Roger was very thorough with his work.  We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company.   By the way we also live in San Clemente and it feels good to use a local business.

Excellent service, honest, and good to their word.  These guys know their business and their commitment to the industry shows.  I called Mike the owner on a sewer issue with a home for sale. Needless to say, it needed to be fixed fast.  He responded immediately with a  very reasonably priced quote;  Mike had his crew out the next day as promised.  

Roger worked fast to determine the problem and give us options for resolution. He walked us through each step and cleared up the problem quickly. What I really liked was he brought a camera so we could see the issue was resolved inside the pipe.  I highly recommend this team, you'll not be disappointed.

Wow! These guys saved the day!!! Found a leak in the ceiling as we were going out of town on the 3rd of July, thinking there's no way anybody will answer the phone at 6 am. Boy was I wrong... Lomonaco's website advertises 24/7 service, so even though it was a holiday for most people I thought what the heck, I'd try to call. Mike's phone message tells you to text him if it's an emergency, which I did and believe it or not he texted right  back to me in 5 minutes, telling me to turn off the water, that he had two calls ahead of me, and he'd call around 9 am. At 9:07 he called to get details, and said he was on the way to a call ahead of me and would be here around 11:00 am. And to my surprise at 10:30 Mike and Matt showed up on my doorstep.

Once I showed them the leak in our closet, they got right to work, checking all the plumbing throughout the house. Covered everything in the closet with plastic, and went to work looking for the cause of the leak, which took about 10 minutes. Once the repairs were completed and they cleaned up, we were out the door by 12:30, weekend holiday rescued!

Mike and the gang where crawling under a house in Laguna Beach battling a hard to find leak in a large home in Laguna Beach.  It was a tough job but they made it smooth for everyone involved. Great service.

It's been months since they installed a very expensive water heater and I'm still waiting for the warranty that was supposed to be left when the WH was installed.

Had a last minute issue with a water heater at a rental house in south orange county.  They sent someone super quick and resolved the issue by re-lighting the pilot.  Very happy with the service, but it was a little bit expensive and the cost was more than I got quoted.  Will most likely use again.

Mike at Lomonaco Plumbing came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. We had an emergency in the evening..the kind where they say don't use ANY of the water faucets!  They were very responsive and came quickly.  Mike was very friendly, professional, and did a fabulous job.  Its always a pain trying to find a good plumber and especially one you can trust, so we were pleasantly surprised and will bookmark this for future use.

Roger and Shawn (or Sean) were very friendly and efficient.  Roger took the time to explain each step along the way and made sure I was happy with the final product.  I won't hesitate to give them a call the next time I need plumber!

I have NEVER written a Yelp review for a plumbing company because as a landlord and homeowner they tend to make us grateful for fixing dirty messes;  Lomonaco like other plumbers I have used in San Clemente do seem to take care of that!

So, this review is about ethics and communication...and this company appears to NEVER adhere to any!

I am a landlord with a house full of renters (I do NOT live on the premises), and I have a property manager who does a GREAT JOB reporting problems and interacting with the renters.  Six months ago I had a mainline to the street backup and called many companies for a quote.  Lomonaco was the least expensive, so I used them.

So, when the house backed up I called them out again.  They charged me $550 to clear the line, but the next day it backed up again and this they charged an additional $250 claiming their guarantee wasn't in effect because of some tree roots.  When the very next day it backed up a third time they came out at no charge.

3 BACKUPS IN 4 DAYS and there is NO work guarantee!!  

I paid the first bill over the phone Mother's Day weekend while in another state visiting my children and grandchildren immediately after the first visit (the work was done on a Friday).  So, obviously I am an honorable customer!

With EVERY communication with Timm I told him that I PAY THE BILLS, so the property manager has NO AUTHORITY to authorize work and I was to be consulted whenever there was going to be a charge and payment was needed!!!  Needless to say they went around me on the second visit and charged me again without authorization and noted their flimsy excuse about guarantees!!!

I told them I would be discussing the second charge of $250 and was preparing to negotiate a reduced rate because I was NOT consulted as per our agreement and I expected them to do the FULL JOB, AND NOT THE PARTIAL ONE THEY DID!

So, instead of waiting to negotiate they went WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE to my property manager and got payment from her!!!!!!!!!!!  And now I clearly will be paying the full bill and I have no recourse; who knows what they told her, while completely ignoring my stated rules for operation, to get paid TWICE for a job not completed the first time?!

Here are what appear to be their rules for maximum compensation:

1) low-ball first time customers to get all their future business
2) ignore all work authorization requirements to get the business
3) do a partial job so another billing can be had
4) offer no guarantees that can't be negated by ANY excuse
5) pressure employees for payment without consulting their boss
6) do whatever it takes to get full payment...lying will be involved
7) immorality = DOUBLE PAYMENT

Ignore my experience at the peril of your finances...

I left an earlier review that I am updating.  I appreciated the call I just received from the owner of Lamonaco Plumbing.  I stand corrected on the plumbing issue.  Mike was sensitive to my questions and detailed the job and costs to me.  I am satisfied.

Mike and his crew have helped us on various projects at our house.  We live in an old home with plenty of complications, and he has been able to make it work every time.  We recently had a major septic issue at our house, which also involved appointments with the insurance adjuster.  Mike was willing to work around everyone's schedule and complete the job quickly.  I always feel like he goes out of his way to respond quickly, and he is willing to listen to questions and concerns.  More than anything, I appreciate the extremely fast response to emails and text messages.  I always know that Mike will get back to me right away and that he will be reasonable in working with me no matter what the issue.  Excellent service!

I don't even know where to begin. We awoke this morning to water all over our garage this morning. We called Lomonaco Coast Plumbing and within 20 minutes Mike the owner was at our house. He checked to first see if our water heater was still in warranty. Even though it wasn't, it meant a lot that he checked and didn't try and replace it right away. We ended up with a new one and couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, and pricing. Highly recommend Mike and his team. This is the second time he has rushed over to our house and he makes a stressful experience manageable for his customers.

These guys are the best.  I am so stoked to finally have a plumber I can say something good about.  I've searched for years for a plumber I can trust, who returns phone calls and gives fair prices.  These guys are the real deal and they all have sweet mustaches.  I can't say enough good things about them.  They have rescued us probably 4 times now, Hyrdo Jetting our main line due to root intrusion.  They've gone above and beyond to help.  We were using another plumbing company for a while and Mike beat their Hydro Jet pricing by hundreds of dollars.  Owning a home is SO expensive and the extra savings truly means the world to us. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them.  I've had so many unprofessional, rude, overpriced plumbers here and Mike and his crew are all so professional and polite.  He returns calls promptly and makes me feel like I'm a priority.  These guys really know what they're doing!  They work fast and come as quickly as possible which I appreciate considering many plumbing issues are emergency scenarios.  I highly recommend these guys!

I've used Lomonaco three separate times and have been extremely impressed! Roger was timely, professional and answered any and all questions I had. The next time I need a plumber, they'll be my first call. Excellent work!

Absolutely great experience. Two guys showed up the same day we called. They were very efficient, courteous, and thorough. They put booties on to come inside, wore gloves, and masks. Where do I click to rate Mike and his team partners Matt and Nick 1,000 stars????  5 stars do not in the LEAST way describe the phenomenal service!  If you are reading this review, then I guessing you are looking for the best plumber to help your current situation.  If so, AND if your situation is bad, I'm talking REALLY BAD, then definitely read this review!!!  Oh, one more...If you are like me and never had to call a plumber before, but have heard for years of other people's horror story of working with plumbers and called everyone you trusted if they had a good plumber only to hear back no, then you have to read this about Lomonaco Plumbing and what you will experience when you call or text them.

My situation:
- Came home Saturday night to a big puddle on the floor sorta near the water heater, but where the water heater was, it was totally dry. Hmmmm.  Mopped up the puddle, area all dry again.
- Went out for a early day break run and saw that the puddle had returned but was twice the size.  Mopped it up, but this time I could see that it was slowly seeping up through a hairline crack in floor.
- We called a friend who was a handy man.  On the other side of the wall outdoors of the garage is a faucet that was leaking pretty heavily.  He said it looks like it probably the sprinklers, but the sprinklers weren't on.  He said he had a friend...
- Came back from my run a few hours later, and the garage was FLOODED!
- Forget the recommendation of friend of a friend who does plumbing, we knew immediately that this was bad, and water was coming up from under the house AND turning off the water actually failed, it kept going!!
- I typed in Best Plumber, San Clemente into Google and found all the suggestions from various companies.  I chose Mike because of his expertise in both residential AND commercial which told me he knows his stuff AND if this turned out to be major construction, we needed someone with that level of expertise and experience.  Second reason why we chose Mike and that sealed the deal for us is that we needed someone who was not only going to do it right but do right by us.  That's where all the other Yelp reviews came into play.  Customer experience story after story sold us on what we would experience.  Every single experience story was right on the money.

What we experienced:
-Called Mike Sunday morning, he ANSWERED!  I explained my situation and he was over to our house within a few hours.
- He pulled out all his devices to listen to the pipes outside leading into our main water line, then gave me the earphones to hear first hand what was going on and why, even after shutting off the water, water was flowing.  We had a main line break and the water was looking for an outlet which of course found it's way through the slab and up through the cement flooring of our garage.  This was the worst news.  
-To fix our problem, we gave us options...dig up where the break was to patch it or since the piping is extremely old replace the main line.  We chose the replace the entire mainline--never want to deal with the situation again or the damage it caused under the house and garage.
-Fixing the mainline involved tearing up the walkway, through our tropical front yard full of deep roots plants, then under the side walk to the mainline meter/shut off.
-We said go for it--but how long would this take? What horror is in front of us...living with construction for weeks, water buckets to take showers, our landscaping turned upside down?  NOPE--NONE OF THAT!!!  :)
-Mike and team showed up Monday morning, and treated the job as if working on his house.  
-They thoughtfully cut through the walkway, through the landscape and under the side walk so as not to get the association all upset.  
-At the end of the day, they cleaned up everywhere and even the dirt was neatly piled and covered up until they could return on Tuesday.
-We went without water Monday night, but within a few hours into Tuesday morning, he had it back on.
-By noon Tues he was almost done with fix.
-His team then spent the rest of Tuesday afternoon restoring the landscape as if nothing had happened.  I was stunned.  It was unbelievable.  Neighbors at this time were gathering around because they were amazed too!!  It was like a magic show in Vegas, -ha!
- By Tuesday 5pm, it was done.
-Wed he had his guy who does walkways to restore the walk way.  Again. Magic.

Mike and crew were professional, treat your home like their own, have incredible expertise and are insanely friendly and positive, and are ALWAYS there for you every step of the way.  And they were so incredibly respectful!

There is so much more that we ended up having him do, but I'm out of Yelp space to keep writing.  Just know that we are having him repipe our home just because we trust him now 100% and will NEVER use another plumber but him.  I wouldn't spend an hour writing this review if I weren't blown away--and I was.  Still am.  HIRE them!  You'll thank me later. ;)

Trouble shooting a washing machine plumbing issue at home.  Lomonaco Coast was highly recommended.  Checked the on-line reviews and found many highly recommends.   Called for an appointment, gave details of known issues and had a plumber there the next day (was not an emergency).
Roger scoped the issues and we decided to increase the length of the washer drain pipe and update/replace the hot and cold pipes and shut offs.  All aspects were professional, job site was cleaned and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Lomonaco!

I called Lomonaco Coast Plumbing today due to overflowing/flooding of a toilet, bathtub, and u-trap. Roger got here within 2 hours of the call. He got to work immediately and fixed the problem efficiently!

I've had a couple different plumbers in the area out and obviously I didn't call them back. Lomonaco Coast Plumbing is affordable, efficient, and professional! I'll definitely be calling them back for any future issues that may arise.

Appreciate any person working on houses that shows up on time, well groomed / dressed, clean work truck = clean work habits. Professional, prompt, and competent.  I had a few issues with a new house I bought over the last few weeks.  Where other plumbers and tradesmen failed or gave me the run around Lomonaco was a breathe of fresh air. Will definitely be calling them again!

Mike is extremely responsive. He returns calls within a few minutes and sets up appointments quickly. Damien arrived on time. I received an estimate for repair of my leak within a day. It was a fair price. On the second visit Mike and Damien discovered that it was more complicated than previously thought. They spent a lot of time figuring out what was going on and gave me options. These guys were prompt and great to work with.  I actually went on yelp when our master shower bath clogged up.  Every plumber in town said they were busy until next week and these guys came out quick and got the job done.  The plumbers name was Roger and he was 25 minutes early and fixed the shower immediately.  I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.  Thanks again Roger!
