Jose P, you missed the whole point of my review. When I called the number that was not the plumber I was looking for and specifically asked your EMPLOYEE what happened to the plumber I thought I was calling your employee could've very easily said you called the wrong number, but they said we bought his business. That was a total all out lie, a FALSEHOOD . Unethical business. Somebody will lie when presented with a straight question, that business will lie about anything. Why would you do business with somebody like that?

Frank and George, and the Mr Rooter team saved the day at our home in Woodcrest. Not only did they arrive in less than 30-mins, they expeditiously repaired a serious problem that lingered for two-days. Our home warranty sent out plumbers who basically said, nothing we can do there's no clean out on-site for 5-mins and gone; a wasted $150. The Mr. Router team like the rock stars they are took time to investigate the issue, identify the solution, and for a good price took care of the problem.

What was the problem you ask? We had sewage building up in all of our tubs and showers, despite my amateur augering efforts nothing. They found a blockage that was the culprit, our main sewer line that leads to the septic separated, and became clogged with the famous wood rest clay soil. Within a few hours, the pipe was repaired, the sewage was flowing, and a new clean out was installed.

Frank and George dug the area in the attached picture, and for those of who know Woodcrest soil, that was no easy task. They will be our go to, and recommend anyone looking for a dependable plumber gives them a call.

Fast service! I had an issue with my Gas line. I called and they had a technician out in 30 min. When he arrived he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to correct my issue fast. I would definitely call again if needed

I called Mr. Rooter on 8/22/2022 for service on finding a leak that caused water to rise from under my flooring in several rooms of my house.  I called the office at 5:37pm and Santiago the technician arrived at 6:17pm.  Very prompt and attentive to my concerns.  I had a different company come by on 8/21/2022 and tell me I had a slab leak and it would be $9600 to repair.  I was told to turn off my water so the leak wouldn't continue.  Santiago was kind and considerate and within 2 minutes of walking in and listening to me explain the problem, he detected where the leak was coming from and fixed it within 5 minutes.  It was a cracked/broken thing in my AC unit.  I turned my main water back on, and that night the water ceased from accumulating and has been drying since.  No more water on my floor.  So, to the different company, it was not a $9600 slab leak repair, it was my AC all along.  Times are tough for a lot of us, and the service, respect and compassion I was treated with speaks volumes for this company.  I appreciate you so much for helping me during this stressful time of my home flooding.  I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will never use any other company.

Great customer service, Santiago and Jose were amazing. I am currently single parent in the home so when it comes to house maintenance it can be really difficult and I wasn't sure where to begin with my plumbing issue. Santiago and Jose were so kind very helpful. They were so quick to resolve my issue.
They showed me what the problem was and they gave me options on how to resolve the issue. They were so reasonable with me and really tried to work with me and help me out. I am so grateful for their services. I've been dealing with this plumbing issue for quite some time and as quick as they came is as quick as they fixed my issue. I was soo surprised and I just had an overwhelming feeling of relief. I am a strong believer, and I I know it was meant for me to make that call to Mr. Rooter plumbing. Thank you guys soo soo much.

A pipe broke in my yard connecting to my hose line.  I was very impressed with this young man, Ray Godinez, who promptly addressed the issue and repaired the line quickly.  He was very professional and knowledgeable.  I was fortunate that his crew was working at another house on our street and Ray was able to come over and take care of the issue.  I will definitely use this company in the future.  Thanks Ray for a great job done.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and this was very frustrating to my wife. We had called a few other companies but they didn't have a guarantee on the price. Armando came out and we explained the situation. He and Brandon?(I'm bad with names) were able to get things going pretty quick. After a couple of tries the clog came out and water was running down the drain again! I really appreciated their professionalism and not giving up. Thank you!

I'd give ZERO stars if I could.
My garbage disposal was not working. Called them out and they could not fix the garbage disposal as they said it could NOT be removed. They did snake our drain and we paid for that. As far as the disposal they claimed they would need to CUT OUT our pipes and suggested we just try it ourselves. We agreed and were told by the technician it shouldn't be difficult they just do not want  tug to hard and break something. One week goes by and we still have no luck so we called again asked for a different technician. Same two guys show up and again CANNOT remove. They say they will HAVE to cut the pipes. Which we obviously did not want. I ask how much they say 685$! I gasped and said, wow! That's a lot more than we were thinking! Let me go talk to my husband, (who works from home) as I am starting to talk with my husband. My kids yell saying, mommy they need you! I come back and magically the garbage disposal is removed. (Which seemed very shady it came off with little effort all of a sudden) They say we got it off! As if it was so difficult but somehow managed to so easily. They sound happy to be able to fix it for us and explain they have a replacement in the back of the van! How convenient! My husband walks out and is so surprised! He goes into how much it will cost now. They say 45$ and he says 45$???? That seems aggressively low? They say ya we just have to replace it with one we already have in the back. Making it seem like a deal because they've been out twice now and are able to replace it finally. My husband proceeds to ask several more times and they assure us, yes it's 45$! We say okay great thank you so much! They do the work FIRST and then ask us to sign and pay. We agree and sign the pad. We were not given a receipt or contract!!! We then notice the absurd amount of 485$$$$ taken out of our account! We call and they say yes the amount to replace a garbage disposal is 485$ even though it was 30 mins that is simply our costs! Finally after much negotiation they refund 125$. Which is probably around where the cost should have originally been.
I ALSO WANTED TO ADD: I've never left a bad review. My husband and I felt very taken advantage of. Based off principal alone. We have five kids one whom we foster. We aren't liars. We don't nickel and dime because we are small business owners ourselves. We did not want free service we even said we'd gladly pay for cost and labor They said garbage disposal is 100$ and labor is hourly. Which again doesn't add to 485$. Which is the problem: they determine pricing different for different people. Which is probably why we got a 125$ refund. The technician was great and personable... He talked about being a first time home buyer and even spoke to my kids. I DID NOT misunderstand the number just like I DID NOT misunderstand the conversations. Regardless it's a matter of my version of truth to theirs. Ultimately we did sign without documentation. We genuinely thought it was an honest mistake.

We tried to reconcile it. We just wouldn't be want any one else to receive what you think to be honest service and be surprised later. DONT USE THEM! Our work was done BEFORE we signed anything or WE WOULD HAVE NEVER AGREED TO PAY THAT COST and we would have not had the work done in the first place!

There are other people this happened to! Where they add a zero to your total! We did pay and did not stop payment. I think most people expect shady things from electricians, plumbers, and mechanics. Turns out this Mr. Rooter is one you should AVOID! My next complaint will be the BBB!

I just had three plumbers out starting @ 9am til 4:30 pm and could not get anyone to open up a toilet drain line. My husband finally called MR ROOTER and in 1 hour 6pm Javier Moreno showed up totally had us back up working. I love him and MR ROOTER

We had trouble connecting our gas dryer. Angel came out assessed the problem, quoted us a reasonable fee and replaced the necessary parts. In less than an hour we had a working dryer. He was very professional and I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs a good plumber.

Called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Riverside.    The laundry drain pipe was backing up.  Gabriel came the same day and made an assessment for basic drain service and also offered a Hydro-Jetter treatment for long term results.  

I chose the basic service and was very grateful that he accepted the company's discount coupon even though I was not there physically to give it to him.  This resulted in a substantial savings.

Jose Torres came out the same day I called in order to bring my water heater piping up to code for a home inspection. He did a great job and explained what needed to be done and why, and he even gave me some tips to preserve the lifespan of the heater. We checked out the work afterwards and it looks great, I know it was done right. He gave very clear instructions regarding what to do if we ever need to drain the water heater, and didn't leave any trash or scraps behind.

Another thing I also appreciated was Jose didn't try to upsell and pressure me. He asked what work we needed done, and asked if there was anything else he could help with. If every contractor worked with this mindset I they would get a lot of repeat business from me.

these idiots just couldnt do honest work smh Mr. Fernando Barragan came to my home to see what was causing my water pressure to go low in one of my bathrooms. Fernando actually told me that he would first check the screen on the tip of the faucet and see if it was bad and needed to be replaced, he went checked and removed the original screen and he held back to tell me that that very screen needed to be replaced and water pressure would run good after. Story short he talked a good talk saying theres many other replacements of pipes and jiberish that needed to be replaced underneath three different sinks in the house and he said the whole job will cost me $1,700. In my case this crook Fernando Barragan was caught doing dishonest work and all I needed to get fixed was have my faucet screen replaced. Bad Buisness and Bad Experience with this Plumbing Company don't bother using these people!!

We we had a clogged sewer line and toilet had overflowed and soaked carpet. We called for service at 7am. We called them back at 9 and explained that we had an appointment at 10 that we couldn't cancel. They said they would see us at sometime after 1:00 but then proceeded to call us three times to say we were the next customer when they finished their current job. Then, around 5:00 p.m. they called and said they were not going to make it today.

Last night, my tenants called and informed me, the toilets and shower drains were clogged.  I called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out at 7pm and in the rain.  At first I thought they were going to charge me an emergency fee, or a fee for just sending someone, but I was told there was no fee.  The dispatch center sent Santiago who was more than amazing.  Alone  and in the dark,  he was able to figure out the possible problem; however, because of the rain, he had to come back today. Early the next morning, Santiago returned with Gabriel. They identified the neighbors pipes were the cause of my issue, and the sewer line was connected, to mine.  I called Jurupa Valley city sewer company and they also came out.  Santiago, along with 3 additional coworkers, and the city sewer company both ended up working together.  Within two hours, we were back in services.  What I like the most about Santiago and Gabriel was that they were honest. They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and explained the whole process as they came across a problem.  They went above and beyond.  Thank you again.

Another successful job completed by Mr Rooter plumbing. Courteous, talented and honest technicians. They don't give up when they have to troubleshoot either! Great prices too, no job too small or too large, they tackle it all!

My technician was Santiago. He and Gabriel quickly found the problem and Santiago got right to work. It was an all day job. Santiago was professional, polite and took care of business! The problem and solution was explained and shown to me. The repairs were not cheap but I feel it was necessary and done in the best way possible. I appreciate this business and would highly recommend them.

Noah was on time and did a great job. He was so knowledgeable.  Cleaned up. We will call again if we need more work. Thank you

I have used them for two jobs. In both, they  were AMAZING! Xavier and his team were knowledgeable, professional, thorough, thoughtful, and easy to work with. On the second job, large aspects of my front yard needed to be dug up - the Mr. Rooter team put everything back as close as humanly possible. Follow up and communication was always easy and clear. Although I hope to not need plumbing repair, they will be the first people I call!

We had an issue with our toilet (my toddler thought is was the best place to put a cat toy) so we called mr rooter and Javier moreno came to the rescue, this guy did not give up until the issue was resolved and it was a mission.thank you SO much Javier! We appreciate you!!

I called these guys expecting to make an appointment. Instead they came out that day. Due to the hour they had to come back the next morning to finish. They were prompt professional and respectful. Here is why I included respectful. The job required that they dig a hole next to the water line. Well there happened to be a small plant there maybe maybe 6 inches tall. They carefully dug it up and when they were done they put back where it was unharmed. Now I didn't nor do I still care about that plant but they did. Great job great service great people. Thank you I enjoy writing good reviews. It is not as often as I like but hey you deserve a good review.

Frank and Westley where awesome I give 2 thumbs up 5 star service. They where  professional and efficient Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I will totally recommend service and will use them again if necessary.

Our garage disposal stopped working so I called Mr. Rooter-Matthew Hendry was at my house within an hour and was professional, courteous, and fixed it rather quickly! I will suggest others use this service as we will continue and hope others can experience the great service from Matt too!

I called to have a main sewer blockage rooted. Ended up paying $1400 to have it 'jet rootered' with high pressure water and have a camera run down the pipe. They informed me that my pipe would eventually collapse due to tree roots an recommended 'sleeving' the line for $13000. Told me to call Fontana city services because the roots were at the 'city Y' and they could not proceed. Fontana city services came out, did the same jet rooter that Mr. Rooter did and determined that the 'city Y' was not to code. The city services techs did a full excavation and replaced the 'Y' in 2 days at no cost to me. Some lawn needs reseeding now but who cares? They also informed me my sewer line was fine and no 'sleeving' was necessary. I suspect I spent $1400 unnecessarily but am happy not to have spent $13000, too! I got the impression this was a common upset tech issue used by rooter companies, so let the buyer beware. Don't be afraid to call your city services first and at least ask. Might have saved me the $1400, too. Needless to say, I am pretty happy to be a Fontana, CA resident! Good luck to you.

Frank came and saved the day! We had a plumber backout last minute due to unpaid invoices from my landlord. Apparently my apartments pipes hadnt been maintained in a long time. It was the most foul-smelling thing I had ever witnessed but he handled it like a champ! Definitely will come to these guys again!

If I could give a negative 0 its more than they deserve! Was charged $1280 dollars to install a shower valve!  You read correctly,,,$1280 dollars!!  Not a tub nor a shower but a valve! I'm livid! Better Business Bureau said to wait and see if they (mr. rooter) would rectify the gouging before filing a complaint with them.  Spoke with manager Jose and he was willing to take off $180 dollars,  told him I will see you in small claims court!  By the way, Jose...you are rude and need better customer service skills!

This is the second time I called these guys . Jarred , Coby & Travis  were all very polite ,knowledgeable and professional. No run around . Just honest at what the problem was and got the job done both times with no problems . Btw the company's prices were way less of other companies. Thank you guys . God bless

Called on Saturday for Sunday appointment. Call was handled professionally and appointment given. I am very pleased with their service. Armando, the technician was professional and excellent workmanship on diagnosing and replacing my water heater. Thanks for prompt answers and great service.

I have used Mr. Rooter previously.  Each time they do a great job.  Today Paul and Carlos came out to help me.  They were very professional and cleaned up after the job.  I was super embarrassed that they had to come and fix the leak under my kitchen sink because it got all gross.  I never felt judged, and they just did the job.  Thank you guys for the great work!!

Fernando B. was just out to my home - the day after New Years and on a Saturday night. He was friendly, and knowledgeable about the pipes in my old home. Clog was harder than I could fix with my snake, but all good now, and a good price too. Definitely recommend!

I called Mr Rooter and Richard came out and help me fix a major disaster plumbing water drains, broken clay pipes and complete re-piping of all the gas lines. The service was outstanding and I highly recommend Mr Rooter!
