Service has been top notch when ever I have needed a repair .

The professionals at Rush Plumbing are reliable, extremely knowledgable and ethical.  Their team came out as scheduled and assessed my tankless water heaters that were failing.  They guided us to work with the manufacturer on a warranty for one unit which ended up saving us nearly $800.00.  Both units are now installed and working great.  I fully recommend this company and will definately use them again.

We needed a plumber ASAP last Saturday and the first one to respond was Rush plumbing. The plumber came right out and was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He recommended we call a septic company and even provide a name. We called that company they came out and then had to call Rush plumbing back out after that for the same plumbing issues. The same plumber came back out to rechecked our concerns and provided excellent service once again. We will definitely be using Rush plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs. I highly recommend Rush Plumbing if you want honest, friendly and great service.

Rodney and Manuel came to my grandpa house to work on his heater and went over and beyond to help him out, my grandpa is old and needs assistance and to have a tech with the knowledge that Rodney has to fix and explain to my grandpa what's wrong with his unit the way he did spoke volumes to me, and the very great price he gave with senior discount i'm thankful.

Called Rush on a holiday and was very pleased with their sense of urgency. Mike made sure to get out as soon as he could and provided me with over the top education on the systems and how to avoid the issues in the future. Jesse came out to service all of our units at our church.  We have a total of 14 units. He was on time and professional.  They do not try to overcharge like some of their competitors.  I would highly recommend Rush Plumbing, Heating, and Air!

I called Rush heating and air about 4pm and he was at my moms house at 11 am the next day...Mike was so nice to explain everything he was going to do before he did it without over charging I would highly recommend Rush Heating and Air to anyone!! Not only did he fix the problem with my moms air, he was so nice and patient with my mom and all her questions.

AC died at my house in Redlands, and Mike with Rush just completed installation of a new AC unit and new ducting.  Mike is professional and has a great work ethic.  He worked hard and fast at restoring the AC and returning the house to a livable temperature.  Have not had similar experience with other AC companies in the area.  Will always use Mike in the future.

I HIGHLY recommend Rush Heating and Air. Even on the weekend he didn't double his call charge like other companies. I had another company come to look at the AC unit and just felt like the guy was overcharging for EVERYTHING, not just the call charge because it was the weekend. He wanted to test the unit because it was out of freon, but couldn't do it for a week. He was right there, why couldn't he just do it. Plus the rate to test seemed astronomical. We told him just to leave and called Mike at Rush Heating and Air before the other guy was even gone. I told him what the other guy said and he said he could come over and test the system right away and the price was TOTALLY different than the other company. When he got to the house, he tested the unit and found the leak right away. Unfortunately, because the coils were aluminum on the unit, we need to look at replacing the coil instead of repairing. So being a weekend, we are in a to be continued till Monday. But felt Mike was VERY honest and not trying to take advantage of the situation or that it was a weekend. He also seemed very knowledgeable in everything. I felt very comfortable in what Mike was telling us and so happy we found him!

Now I know they have a word Rush in the company's name for a reason)) I still can't believe that the technician was at my place literally within an hour after my call. Great, reliable and very professional service! Thank you Mike and George. I definetely recommend this company and also plan to get their help with upcoming projects on my property.

Rush Heating and Air did a great job replacing the valve in my shower. Gabriel was polite and professional, and I was impressed with the quality of his work, especially the welding (see photo).

The previous valve was difficult to turn on and off and the temperature fluctuated. The new Moen valve is a pleasure to use.

Gabriel even took the time to install a new eustachian for my shower head. The job was completed and inspected in record time.

Nice guy, but took me for big bucks and basically lied to me. Charged me $75 to come out and diagnose my AC issue (no problem there). Took the panel off the outside AC while I watched. Within 2 minutes he determined that it was a capacitor (5 minute job). Charged me $300. Since I had another AC at my other house that was exactly the same, I thought maybe it prudent to replace this part in it since they were installed around the same time. I asked him where I could get the part (knowing that I could do the job myself now) and he said that I'd have to go through a contractor. I then asked him how much he'd sell me one for and his response was $100. Come to find out that the same part is sold through Amazon for $15...to ANYONE. This job should have been no more than $100...period!! The owner, Mike, was a nice guy and very personable, but there is no excuse for lying to me and over-charging me by 200% or more. I would never refer anyone to them after this experience. Buyer beware!!

My wife booked a appointment for Friday at 5pm to come price a install for a full cut in to our house. He did not show. My wife had to text him to see if he was coming. He then responded saying that he had an emergency that he was not going to make it. (Understandable) my wife books another appointment the next day with him and he says a time of between 830-9 am. Well here we go again. No call no show. We waited around tell 9:45. I would not recommend this company. A call saying I can't make it would be great.

I called Mike today because my A/C unit was not starting. He was at my house within 75 minutes. Turns out that my unit was great but has a bad breaker connection. He cleaned everything up and tested the system for cooling. Never tried to upsell me or tell me something was broken that wasn't.  I would give him my business any day of the week. Trustworthy, timely and friendly in the big heatwave we are having currently. If you need an A/C repair or service call these guys.

If I could give zero stars I would. The initial interaction started off great, Omar came out to our house to give us a quote, we scheduled a date (today) to come out and do the service. 8am rolls around, which was the appt time, 830 rolls around, 845 and I decide to give him a call. First off, he didn't even remember I had an appt scheduled, and asked if I had the right company. Then he remembered what service was suppose to be performed and said oh, you know I was trying to get a hold of you guys.. when I told him I never got a phone call he then says oh, it's because I couldn't find your phone number. Well then you OBVIOUSLY weren't TRYING to get a hold of me. Then changes it to well, I was waiting for you to call me. Now why would I need to call you if we already have an appointment scheduled?! Long story short he said we're too busy with other calls to make it to your appointment, but I can try to squeeze you in sometime next week, but I need to check with my boss first. Don't waste your time with a company that needs to squeeze you in to an appointment you already had booked for over a week. Terrible customer service Omar. Thanks for nothing.

I manage a local auto repair shop. Our A/C broke on the hottest day of the year. We called Mike and he made time to come out and check our unit. Even though our unit is from the 1970s and wasn't able to be repaired same day, I appreciate Mike taking the time to come out and diagnose our problem on his busiest day. Great service and will definitely recommend to everyone!

Mike and Mike (yes, they were both named Mikes) came to our home within 24 hours of my husband calling them to fix our AC. They were punctual, professional and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rush is the best. Prices are reasonable and affordable. They take care of all the permits and the hers testing.

Called Mike again regarding my air duct system.  I had checked one of my vents in my living room which is usually the warmest room in the house during the summer months.  I discovered that the ducts we're not properly connected to the vents.  I could reach into the attic.  That's when I realized I needed to give Rush a call.  Mike came out and checked all the ducts.  I knew the ducts we're old.  We had also had problems with allergies with myself and the kids.  He suggested adding some vents, enlarging the return vent and enlarging some other vents.  He said he would replace all the ducts and ensuring it met a certain code.  After a few days of work I cannot tell you how pleased we have been with the results.    We have only been able to try out the heating portion of the new ducts since it's been cold.  The heat in the house is now distributed so well and evenly throughout the house.  The unit even runs smoother and quieter than before.  The filter doesn't get anywhere as dirty as it used to.  Allergies, haven't been an issue and the overall dust in the house is much better.  The vents and return look great!  Awesome job Rush Heating and Air!

My air broke on a Friday afternoon and Rush  was here on Saturday morning. Nick and Mike did a great job fixing my air conditioner. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them.

The Best Plumbers Ever

My Rheem Tankless Water Heater was leaking water on my garage floor so I called the Rheem Company. The Rheem Company suggested that I call Rush Plumbing, Heating, and Air in Yucaipa, CA. Don from Rush Plumbing sent veteran Plumber Paco and his assistant Simon to my house around 3:00 pm on the same day that I called. I have never seen a more sociable, intelligent, detailed, and professional customer-caring Plumber in my entire life. Both Paco and Simon were so friendly and had great personalities as they took their time and made sure that everything they did was explained to me with honest smiles on their faces. After entering my garage and checking my old Rheem Tankless Water Heater which was leaking, they contacted both Rheem and a company in Fontana, CA about 4:00 PM to get another new Rheem Water Heater that they could pick up. It took them 2 1/2 hours with all the traffic on the 10 freeway to get my new Rheem Water Heater replacement and drive back to my house in Beaumont, CA . Paco & Simon then took almost an hour to remove my old leaking Rheem Water Heater and replace it with the new Rheem Tankless Water Heater. Both Paco & Simon did an amazing, perfect, and super clean installation of my new Water Heater. I have never seen anybody like Paco & Simon from Rush Plumbing, Heating, and Air in all the years I have done reviews of professional employees.

Don was so Nice and Great to call me back 3 times in 5 minutes verifying that he had set up my appointment with Paco and Simon to arrive at my house only a few hours after I called Don. I was really happy with the service. Paco came out and inspected my drain line. I was expecting the worse like a root or broken line. I was lucky, it was just mud and dirt in the line. I appreciate the honesty of this company. I will use them again for future issues.

My land lord recommend me Rush HVAC, I did not have a choice since I am renting, an bragged about how professional an how detail they are an how they take the time to explain any questions I have.
Issac from Rush air conditioning shows up with my land lord and supervisor maintenance to inspect the massive problem of my AC system not working properly and what I suspected to be mold inside the HVAC ducking system.
Long story short, Issac puts his hand on the mold that he says it is just dust..how does dust accumulate inside a duct when their is a filter?? But he says it is just dust, he puts his hand on the mold an try to put it in front of my face. I immediately step back 10 steps back and ask him how does he know it is dust. Issac reply back saying, I'm pretty sure it is not mold. So mush for a yes or no answer. I asked him if he could remove a vent for inspection. Issac replied back No.
Issac could not remove two screws and a vent. I had to use my own tools to remove two screws an a vent an inspect it my self. The only thing Issac was nice about was he let me borrow his step stool.
Issac recommend to just bust all the old ducking out and install all new duct work. I ask him again what about the mold, he replied back with a sarcastic remark making me feel stupid.
I had this dust inspected by a certified mold expert an find out that it is positive for mold, high level of mold, the name of the type of mold is  Cladosporium. I recommend Issac to go get him self checked out at the doctor since he rubbed the mold all over his hands and never did wash his hands. He also blamed my cats for the malfunction of the HVAC system not operating correctly and also said that I had an incorrect air filter. He did not recommend any kind of advice to protect me or my family.
Maybe it is not Issac's fault, maybe his manager did not train him properly to do his job.
I just did not like the fact that I had to remove the ceiling tile, unhook the flex pipe, told him to be very careful with the mold and then  remove the vent.
The only thing he did was let me borrow his step stool, re install the vent upside down an made me feel stupid in my own home.

I called Rush yesterday and wanted to ask first how much their services cost. Instead they wanted to know where I lived and said they would call me back. I had already put in a 12 hour shift at work and was very tired. I decided to find the last AC people who serviced my AC and give them a call. They came out to my house right away after they answered my questions about whether they accept credit cards. They fixed the problem and I was only charged the low rate of their service call and they were gone and I could go to bed. Just as I went to lie down, Rush called. I told them someone already came and fixed it. The Rush people stated, we just employed someone to come and help you to which I stated, I don't need your services thank you. And they hung up. Today I received another call from Rush asking if I needed their services. I replied,My AC was fixed yesterday and they abruptly hung up. I'm glad I didn't use this service as they wouldn't answer a simple question on the phone and wanted to play phone tag. I really don't have time for that.

Mike at Rush got back to me ASAP. His guys were able to fix our broken toilet soon after we spoke. Thank you!

I had a tight schedule and Rush Heating and Air was able to accommodate. I called many other companies that were unable to meet my schedule needs. Rush came highly recommended by his competitors. Family business.  I think his wife even scheduled me for the service. Mike was very clear on what my system needs were and didn't try to up sell me. I am very happy with his level of customer service and especially his prices.  I will use Rush heating and air again in the future.

Called to get my AC units serviced and a a problem with a condenser overflow line was making noise.

They sent Gabriel the next morning.
He serviced both AC units and fixed the problem with overflow valve  being very careful and thorough.

Rush is the most reliable and honest plumbing service provider I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I have hired these guys on several occassions and they are continually raising the bar everytime out. Thoroughly impressed with their level of prompt service. Simply put, if you want it done right for a fair price call Mike and his crew!

Such a great deal on a new system and courteous initial service.  When calling for yearly servicing no response.  Answering machine only and no return call. Called 3 Times and left 3 messages to schedule. No return call ever

Both times I've used this company, they seemed uncertain as to the best course of action. The last time the technician who serviced my unit was like, well, we can do this but it's going to be really expensive and I'm not sure you even need it. They also weren't any cheaper than their large competitor in the area.

However, my AC unit seems to be working right now so I'll give them a 3 of 5.

I was referred to Rush from a co worker of mine and very glad I was able to get in contact  with the supervisor. They were very quick and responded to my call right away. All employees were very professional (equipment & training) and very friendly. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing the services this company offers.

Placed a call to Rush Heating and Air on Friday, 7/21 and Mike the Owner arrived at our home on Saturday, 7/22. He surely lives up to his name. He was quick, professional and very friendly. He explained his inspection on our units in detail and what he planned on doing if we accepted his quote to proceed. His price for service was very affordable and we felt confident that he would do a great job after his analysis. We are very happy with his service and will definitely call him again when needed. We found a gas leak under our house and called multiple plumbers. Rush was the first to respond, and very friendly. They ended up running all new gas lines to our 100+ year old home, and had the work done quickly. The techs were friendly and did fantastic work.

I called and spoke to George about what I was sure a leaking hot water tank.He arrived within the hour( I do live close to their shop) to give me an estimate on my 15 year old water heater. Instead, he found it was a cracked hose for my dryer and replaced it. He could have easily charged me the cost of replacing with new one. Instead my problem was fixed for less than 100$.I have used this company for many years and have never had less than 5 star service. When that old water heater does give out, I'll be calling Rush.

Mike was very professional and very fast.  Had a condenser motor go out.  He went and hot one and installed the new one same day.  Pricing was very reasonable.  I will certainly be calling them again.

Rush Heating and Air were the quickest contractor that could come out during a 100+ heatwave. Our HVAC died and we were without AC for a whole weekend.

Mike and Nick quickly came out Monday morning to the Rescue and installed a complete new HVAC system.

Our current system was 25 yrs old and on its last leg. Mike said the best course of action would be a new system. He quickly found us a condenser, coils and furnace and finished the installation on Friday.

My new system is better than cool, it's ice cold baby. No comparison to the old system. Now we are saving money because it is so much more efficient, can't wait for winter to start using my brand new furnace as well.

Rodney at RUSH has saved the day now TWICE! A couple of years ago, they fixed my dinosaur of a furnace in the dead of winter, and it has been running like a champ since! MOST RECENTLY, Rodney, again arrived, diagnosed and expediently had the problem remedied! During my phone interactions, and the discussions in person, he and the the other gentleman, Danny were always POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. Attempting to prepare for replacement cost, I spoke with my neighbors about their COST TO REPLACE. RUSH was about HALF THE PRICE, compared to what my neighbors paid. They are SO HONEST, that I was made aware that I did not require a new unit. DEFINITELY A RETURN CUSTOMER!

Nick and Mike came over early in the morning after I just called them late afternoon the day before..They answer their phone and get an appointment with you promptly!!!! He came and solved the problem and I only paid him a diagnostic fee..I had 2 other bad estimates from 2 other companies with 2 different answers and 1 even made me replace my thermostat when that wasnt even my problem..Nick and Mike reassured me that I dont have to rush out and get a new unit like the others told me or that there is no potential crack leaking carbon monoxide or that my air ducts were the worst they ever seen...He reassured me that everything was ok and it was just a simple fix..and he even quoted me on the piece the others told me to fix and it was wayyyyyyyyy cheaper!!!!!! They are awesome and are VERY honest, reliable, and good prices!! Even the diagnostic fee was cheaper!!!! I am so excited to finally have HONEST people because you cant find that anymore!!!Such a relief!! I didnt want to waste my $$ and have them as a 3rd opinion but im soooooo glad I did..Best decision I made!!
