Emergency Plumbing Solution

Amazing company!!! They were the only company to respond fast enough to take care of the leak on the main line going into my property. Fixed it in only a few hours and didn't try to upsale me. Very professional and understanding of my stressful situation. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!!

I am very pleased with the service which Emergency Plumbing Solution had provided to us ; therefore , I had to take away my busy schedule to write this review about them .

We recently had a big leak at my rental triplex in Costa Mesa . My insurance company
Farmer called Emergency Plumbing  Solution  on a Friday ( most companies are not available on Friday ) . At 5pm on Friday , Ernie , the owner came with other workers & they worked very hard until 11pm that day to fix the big leak at my units & my tenants had the water back the same day , I was so happy !

Ernie and his workers are very professional , friendly , fast , and accurately solved the problems. I am quite impressed with them and strongly recommend Emergency Plumbing Solution for your future need !

These guys were great. Came out on a Saturday afternoon for an emergency call and were very friendly and professional about the service they gave. I will call them again if i need any plumbing needs..

Anthony was courteous and knowledgeable in his line of work.  Anthony helped fixed the underground water leak issue we had, and even went above and beyond to call my insurance claim adjuster to coordinate the repairs.  On top of that, what I like about Anthony was that he is up front and tells me it is what it is and not beat around the bush. This helps me manage my time and coordinate other repairs. I was also able to obtain feedbacks from Anthony when the job is completed. I will keep Anthony on my good list.

These guys are a bunch of clowns I can't figure it out weather they are a plumbing company or if they are a water mitigation company.  We definitely made a mistake by calling EMS to help us with the plumbing in my restroom. My insurance company sent a water mitigation company (Servpro) to my house to do an inspection then this guy shows up saying that his son owns a servpro and that he is gonna have his son come look at things because apparently his sons servpro is better idk. I feel like they try to beef up the project way more than what it should be when they know insurance is involved. This is the worst bunch of plumbers I have ever met in my life. Talk about a blessing in a messing situation. Anthony was extremely punctual, knowledgeable, and services our emergency quickly. Could not ask for better service. Call them with confidence.

Ernie and Domingo answered our plumbing emergency call on the first ring.  They came within the hour, and could not have given better service, very competent and efficient, and so courteous.  Very safe with social distancing during COVID-19.  Very reasonable rates, could not be more pleased.  Will definitely use them again and let our friends know!

We had a basement flood on a holiday weekend . I called and they were out within the hour!  Very professional and courteous. Immediately set up a claim with our home owners insurance to give us piece of mind. Would give the highest rating possible.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. There was a mix up with payment from my homeowners insurance for thier portion. And a woman called and told my daughter I was going to jail because I cashed their check and kept thier money. And left me a voicemail that they were going to send a sherrif to my house. Even with the mix up, that is inexcusable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If your home owners or warrany company tell you they are sending this company ask for someone else. They are unprofessional. They also agreed to a lesser amount with the insurance company. I bet they try and hit me up for the remainder even though they agreed to the lesser amount with my home owners insurance. It will be sad. Ill have to repost again. And again and again. Maybe ever month to get my point across. If you go with this company you are in for trouble trust me. Very poor service.
