This was my first time for hydrojetting, Eric was responsive and explained the process. He went straight to work and fixed all issues. He cleaned all 3 drains and cleared flood blockage which could've lead to bigger issues. He worked hard and was very helpful. He even has equipment to detect pipe breaks and an underground camera! As a result, I have used him twice now and will look no further. I would highly recommend Eric!

Eric is super helpful. Unclogged my toilet in ten minutes and I should have called and scheduled the appointment as soon as the toilet is clogged. Don't waste time and energy try to unclog the toilet it's not worth it!!!! Call them!!! Get the professional to do their thing!!!

Our sink flooded around 9 pm Thursday.  Eric was able to take care of it within 3-4 hours.  He not only unclogged the kitchen sink but also diagnosed that the garbage disposal was installed improperly which he took care of for free. He also gave me a $120 discount since the tenants had just moved into the apartment.

We found a new plumber! Eric got out here early and was very courteous, clean and patient. He got our deep clog out and waited patiently for the laundry wash cycle to run till it was rinse time, to double check that the grease clog was out, since it was the washer load that backed up the kitchen sink. It took a while to snake through our old apartment pipes back and forth but he was patient and thorough. Honestly that was the best experience I've had yet dealing with plumbers. Eric responded super quick to my concerns and was here within an hour of reaching out to him due to a leaky kitchen faucet.  I reached out to him a little after 11 am on Saturday.  He arrived right at about 12 pm Noon.  

When he got here he glanced at the leak and got his tools ready to go and said it's most likely a loose knob/nut because the faucet is one where you can pull the hose out.  Sure enough within 10 minutes he fixed the issue and even showed me what he did to fix it!  That's what I call service!  To top it all off he didn't even charge me for the repair since it was just a minor one.  Definitely recommended  and I will definitely be reaching out to him for any more plumbing repairs!

Eric was great. Kitchen sink was clogged and Eric was prompt and responsive. He fixed the problem and flushed everything out with no issues. I had my whole house replumbed.  Everyone did a great job.  Eric  was especially great.  He dug a tunnel from my island to kitchen sink in order to not have to rip up my wood floors.  He saved me a great deal of money. Eric is very knowledgeable, honest and got our kitchen sink drain cleared within the same day I reached out to him. So the story is our kitchen sink drain backed up after less than a month after being snaked by another company. When Eric showed up he already had an idea of what the cause may be and upon a quick video inspection he confirmed it was a bad grease clog. He hydro jetted the drain and in minutes years and years of solidified grease and deposits were cleared out - some of it actually came out the clean out so we could see it. He went back in with the camera and showed me how clean the drain now was and inspected it further to ensure there were no other issues. I highly recommend this guy and his company.

Our toddler has an infatuation with throwing stuff in the toilet. A week ago we noticed it wasn't flushing properly. After several attempts to unclog it with DIY videos on YouTube, we decided to search on Yelp to call a professional.

My tenant's sink was backed up and leaking through pipe under the sink. Eric was able to make an emergency trip out there on a Sunday afternoon to help evaluate the drain with a snake and camera and then helped unclog the grease and other blockages with the hydrojet service. Really personable, quick, and helpful to our tenant and kept us up to date on the repairs as it happened. Would highly recommend!

I requested a quote on Yelp on a Saturday afternoon when I noticed a weird smell coming from my shower. Eric was the first to respond. I read over his reviews and chose to go with him. Eric is such a great plumbing technician I can rely on and with an absolutely great service from a standpoint of helping us rather than maximizing fees.  We had a kitchen sink backups caused by all the recent rains.  He has made himself available for an emergency visit request and took an extra step to inform neighbors up two floors not to use water to prevent a flood, getting their contacts for us to follow up, and scooped out water from the sync to prevent the water backup increasing when we had to leave the apartment unattended for overnight.  Such a caring service! Eric came through big during emergency. Had sewage pump go out just before weekend and couldn't get anyone to come out on short notice. I sent out a request for a clogged drain and Eric responded within seconds with beyond the best price compared to others. He showed up within an hour and was able to troubleshoot several issues (with proof) and suggestions on how to fix them. I had hesitation with price, and he did not pressure my fiancé and I into anything. He was great to talk to, thorough, cleaned up the area, and even offered to do a camera inspection of our main sewer line which we found to have a crack. Had clogged main drain that we could not clear ourselves. Saw this company on yelp and the great reviews they got so we sent a message for service.

I have to say the response was faster than we expected! A man named Eric contacted us. We explained the situation and he immediately gave us or options. Suggested what he thought was best with out trying to get us to get something done that we really did not need. He was nice enough to explain what we could do in the future to prevent something like this happening again. Since each situation is different, I'm not going to advertise what we were charged. But let me say Their rates were very reasonable compared to others!

I would highly recommend this company because of their quick response time & knowledge of our situation.

Eric came out right away in the middle of the night for my backed up sewer line. The snake didn't work, so he had to use the hydro-jet to cut through all the roots. Once it was unclogged, he ran a camera down to make sure everything was clear. Eric was super nice, honest, and informative. He taught me a lot of preventative things that I could do to help prevent this, and other things in the future. Very organized from the call to schedule an inspection of a sink blockage to receipt. They were thorough and knowledgeable about my issue and explained my options very clearly without upwelling a fix. Then to clear the blockage they continued to work well after water was flowing to completely clean out the trouble pipe. That was how a professional handles the job. We had the unfortunate luck of experiencing a main line backup around 10pm. We reached out to Sewer Nation. Eric answered and was willing to come that night to help us out. After some thought we decided on having him come first thing in the morning and he was at our house promptly at 7 am as promised. Our house was building the 50s and there's a big tree by our sidewalk and near our mainline, so this wasn't our first rodeo with a mainline block. Eric was the most thorough of all the pros we have used in the past and explained everything going on (as well as the inevitable need for the big fix relatively soon) and cleared the line as best he could to buy us some time. Eric was very professional and we will use their services soon for the big fix and I'm sure we will be satisfied with their work then too.

Eric is a legit professional! Came in on short notice and did the job! My son dropped a rubber ducky down the toilet and it clogged my toilet/sewer line. He was finishing a job and probably was done for the day, but he saw that I really needed help. He was completely transparent with diagnosing the problem. Offered solutions but was not pushy. Eric is super responsive and good work for a fair price. A few months ago,  had a leak underneath my sink and it turned out it was the garbage disposal. After Eric fixed it, there was another leak that was coming from the faucet line. He came back and took care of that too. Both were done the next day as I found the leaks at night. Recently, I had a toilet clog which required taking the whole toilet out because plunging didn't work. Eric was able to show up the next day to help clear it up and did a fantastic job being careful not to make a mess.

Response time was  quick, within 10 minutes of sending a message I received a phone call back scheduling . Also received a text message 35 minutes prior to the arrival of the technicians. Both technicians were very knowledgeable, dress appropriate and respectful of my property. Both were  genuinely nice also which was a great bonus these days! Backyard drain was so clogged that it looked like a swimming pool after a half day of rain.

Eric S. came out the day after I called him.  He assessed the situation.  He presented me with different scenarios, from the least costly to the most expensive (i.e. excavating hardscape) depending on whether or not he can clear the line. FYI, I hired another company over a year ago with the same issue. But obviously it was not resolved.  As it turns out, he was able to retrieve A LOT of roots and removed sand (I have artificial turf that blocked some of the drains).  He must have been here at least 2 hours trying to clear out as hard as he could what could be cleared out.  He tested the pipes by flushing it out with strong water pressure.  It seems to be clear....at this time anyway. He gave me a 90-day warranty...if it gets clogged up again in that period, he will come out to fix it at no cost.  I am satisfied overall with Sewer Nation - honest and efficient.  Thank you Eric!

Eric, the youngest and most knowledgeable plumber/technician I have met has been in this line of work since he was 6! He is the most responsible, kind, and patient man I know who explained step by step what needed to be done. I have to preface during my communication with him on Yelp he sent pictures to try to reset the disposal myself which I felt that he cared not to waste my time and money for an unnecessary visit. I called for a clog and disposal malfunction but discovered a larger problem, my pipes had aynkeast 5 years worth of grease buildup! He hydro-jetted 2000 psi and visually showed me the end results.
I highly recommend Eric and his company, he truly cares about his clients plumbing issues and values the relationships he builds with them. He will respond quickly and more importantly follow through with quality workmanship.

I've been having problems in my home with root problems. SEWER NATION ROOTER AND PLUMBING came late at night at a very reasonable price compared with the other competitors. They were able to snake my drain in no time. They explained what was our situation and they even performed and free camera inspection. The old company that was here years back they said they charge for camera inspection. Definitely will be working with this company from now on. It's hard to find and trustworthy plumbing company. We had a backed up mainline affecting the drains in the house. We had an emergency situation with our BRAND NEW house with backup from toilet and shower. Eric was great; he answered promptly at 10pm at night and was able to come out on time at 8am the next morning. His prices were fair, and his service was really great. We are so glad he did due diligence in looking at our pipes first before snaking because we discovered our pipes were lined. Since he had the equipment out he offered to help us check the rest of the drains in the house. We love that his hydro-jet services are under warranty so if we need to call him out again for the same issue he'll be back for free. Glad we found our new plumber!

I called for a broken garbage disposal; I needed fixed immediately . It was the weekend and late at night I didn't think I would be able to get a quick respond. To my surprise Eric responded immediately. He called me to ask more in detail about the issue I was having . He even tried to resolve the problem over the phone to see if it was something minor I could resolve on my own but the problem was something major that needed more assistance. Eric was able to schedule me for an early appointment on a Sunday and had my garbage disposal working immediately. Eric was pleasant and quick to resolve the issue. It's not every day I get excited about a rooter service. Whether it's calling, scheduling, waiting or paying, it's generally not the most fun in the world. After working with rooter pro for the first time I had to let folks know. I had two clogged drains and needs the work done today. They gave me a quote over the phone, set up a time to get things done, got here on time () and were done in fifteen minutes! Are you kidding me? I've got old drains and instead of giving excuses for why what they are doing might not work (like I've experienced twice before) they just can in and fixed it. I can't recommend them enough! Great job, drain is like the Holland Tunnel at this point! Can recommend HIGHLY! Thanks guys!

Eric was great. Our Main Line backed up and he was one of the first to get back to me. He answered my estimate questions as some other companies will not discuss. The roots in the line were worse than I realized and when another plumbing company couldn't take care of it, he came out quickly and showed me the problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable, fair and a hard worker.

You guys..... the great reviews for this company are seriously NO JOKE. I had some issues with my toilets this past weekend. They sent Eric S. over and he was absolutely amazing. Aside from the decent company prices and his excellent workmanship and punctuality, what I appreciated and admired most was his outstanding customer service. Going over and beyond is an understatement when it comes to Eric s. He was honest and thorough with his evaluation. Super easy to talk to and I was able to ask questions without feeling like I was bugging him. He literally spent so much time explaining to my dad and I what we'd be expecting in the short and long run... with videos and pictures to boot!!! He even came by two days later, on to help with another clog. I personally will be asking for Eric s . if/when I need help with my plumbing. I guess it's always kind of uncomfortable and awkward asking for help dealing with something as personal as your plumbing but Sewer nation made this experience almost painless. Eric and his crew are very professional! I had contacted several other plumbers for a shower leak and they all said I had to replace all the plumbing pipes. Our kitchen sink was clogged and we needed immediate assistance.

We messaged multiple businesses on Yelp and Eric was the first and fastest to respond to our inquiry. Spoke to him at 8:30 AM and he booked us in the same day at 5:30 PM.

He called 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed up on time. He was very honest, professional and answered all of our questions. Within 20-30 minutes he was able to clear the clog and gave us many helpful tips.

Had a late late night overflow in kitchen that came from upstairs shower. Tried to snake it myself all night and no luck. In the morning, searched Yelp & this was the first business to respond with in minutes. Eric was quick to respond & was easy to explain situation to. He came in an hour & was super informative. Our outside drain clogged and needed immediate attention due to an outdoor backyard party the next morning. Eric responded to my request promptly and took care of the drain immediately. This review is long overview but well-earned. Eric is incredible. Very Passionate, Professional, Fair, and a really hard worker! We'd call him again in a HEARTBEAT!

We had a situation where we had our side yard landscaped this year and planted a lemon tree (and other plants in the same area feet away). The lemon tree was about 15 feet from our garage.

After a month or so, we noticed the lemon tree was dying.  We were scratching our head wondering why. My fiancé dug up the lemon tree and found there to be a lot of water underneath the ground.

Of course we were very concerned, thinking it was a leak coming from our home. The first company we called was Sewer Nation. Eric was so responsive he called back immediately.  He was literally over to our house THAT SAME EVENING.

He was prompt, and ran a camera down the sewer line.  He did not see any leaks but did find another issue - branches running into our sewer line so we had him hydrojet the line so we could circumvent other future issues.

Eric spent over 2 hours at our home with my fiance troubleshooting, checking our home water pressure off the main. The meter did not move, so he provided reassurance that the leak was not occurring inside our home.

We were able to narrow it down to being groundwater or a leak from the community water lines, by the time Eric left. While it took us another week, with the water district coming out to research. We finally figured out what it was.....The coolest thing was that Eric stayed with us across the 2 weeks, checking in via Text, offering advice, asking if we found any more evidence, sending us articles, that might point us in the right direction.

It was a very perplexing issue that ended up being a leak in a line underneath the ground outside the house.  The thing about Eric though, is that he's tenacious, very thorough and passionate about what he does. He was genuinely concerned and caring for helping us, and even my fiance was super-impressed with how much extra TLC he gave us.

Toilet got backed up and called these guys, they showed up quicker than the police in white neighborhoods. Their service was exceptional. Told me I needed a new toilet unit, but they provided me with one and I didn't have to buy my own, it was an all inclusive service. We had a problem in our master bathroom where we could smell sewer through our shower drain. We knew something was wrong. We bought the house in 2014 and they Renovated the bathrooms in 2012. I suspected there was no trap in the shower room.

Eric came out looked everything over and explained we were going to have to cut the drywall defined the problem. He came back a week later and got down to business. Sure enough the sewer vent that goes to the roof was not installed properly during the renovation. Eric got the problem repaired same day. Since then the smell has gone away and it's all good. I really appreciate Eric's knowledge and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him and use his service in the future.

We had a kitchen clog and I immediately jumped on to yelp to get plumbing support. Withing minutes Eric got back to me with a potential estimate and was able to swing by my house under 2 hours. Once he took a look at our pipe and noticed it was due to a buildup of grease he explained how snaking the pipe would not fix the problem (just save us time until we call and get it done again) and suggested hydro jetting instead so it was a lasting solution.
