We had problems with our sewer back water valve. George showed up and  fixed our initial drain problem. Recommended they use a camera and determine the stoppage. Jonathon, the owner came the next morning and determined our problem area. We agreed to the the repair work. Their crew, George and Enrique, were timely and professional at all times. With the replacement valve in place, Jonathon, returned and checked the work and and scoped the drain to the street. If you want honest, fair, professional, knowledgable plumbers these are the people to call. If you want results and timely help with your problems this is the shop to call. They return calls, arrived when scheduled and we would call them first if we ever have another plumbing problem. They have old fashion values and believe in fair treatment and up to date equipment.

6/16/2021 UPDATE: Still awesome! Had several dripping fixtures, Mike came out and assessed, Jeremy came out and fixed. The kitchen fixture couldn't be repaired, homebuyer's warranty would only replace with builder grade, they saw we had a Delta faucet, Mike went the extra mile and called Delta knowing we would have a lifetime warranty. Delta is now sending us a replacement and Jeremy will be back out to replace the old one. Thanks Mike and Jeremy for going the extra mile! You guys are AWESOME!

Richard and Chris are the best, and I love that they are a local, family owned business. They are always on time and explain everything so you know exactly what is going on. His company has very fair prices and the honesty of the way he runs his business is not like anybody else I've ever dealt with. I have had him out for a major clean out addition and also numerous other repairs, and every single time it's always an outstanding experience.  Also, he gets back to you right away, and communicates if there are changes, very professional.  When I have had other companies out for quotes before I found Renowned, the men that would come would either barely explain the problem and their solution, or made me feel like they wanted to know where the man was because I was asking questions.  Very insulting, I am a teacher and have no problem understanding, just answer my questions and be respectful.  You will get that here, great company to work with!

I can't sing enough praises for Sarosh! I had a long 'honey-do' list that was growing with every handyman I called, but never called back. Sarosh, was quick with his responses, estimates, and follow-up. And the best part? His work is awesome! Our list included everything from electrical and plumbing to woodwork. I'm over-the-moon happy with everything he did.  I'm already working on my next list! I highly recommend Sarosh.

Wow wow wow!!!! Called this company off Yelp and a neighbor/friends advice. Within 30 minutes They shows up to my house(7:00pm) I was utterly impressed with the quick response.  But it even got better, the tech John was clean cut and professional and quickly I diagnosed the problem. He had it the bathroom shower valve fixed in a short time. I'm a cabinet contractor that is very detailed and professional, I would highly recommend to anyone there services.

This was a great experience, with courteous employees and they beat the nearest other quote by half!  Only other emergency we had, the plumber was OK...but left a huge mess behind.  The place was cleaner than before the pipe broke, the repair was well done and they called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way!  I think we've found a forever plumber!

I called around 11am to have someone come check out a water leak at my house. By 3pm the leak was fixed and they were on their way. Great service!

Danny finished a plumbing project for me recently and he did a great job! He replaced both the fill valve and the flush valve assemblies in two toilets. This required draining and removal of the tanks to replace all of the main guts of the toilet. He was neat and he was respectful of my house, asking if he could use the sink before washing his hands, which I appreciated. He was also knowledgeable and pointed out that the Kohler OEM part I purchased (fill valve kit Gp1138930 with gray not black main shaft) was labeled silent and therefore refilled the tank at a slower rate--it's apparently designed to be that way to make less noise. Then he showed me that letting the refill hose flow into the tank directly rather than filling up the overflow tube (clipping it to the flush valve) would make the tank fill up faster! Wow, who knew? (This didn't seem to impact the refilling of the toilet bowl by the way.) I appreciated him letting me know, as I've not had other plumbers explain this to me before! Danny is good at communicating, showed up on time, skilled at his work, and a nice guy to boot!  I would not hesitate to hire him again.

For the past week I had been having issues with having low water pressure all around the household. We also were dealing with temperature issues in both guest and master baths to where if anyone would try to shower, water would always come out cold no matter which way the valve was turned. Tried to YouTube some DIY to no avail and reached out 24/7 Pro-Rooter and spoke with Cesar. He told me he had an availability to come by later in the day and assess the issues. Cesar came by grabbed some photos, and explained to me what the issues were then offered me a great deal for him to come by the next day and get things up and running. I am absolutely impressed with the professional manner of this company and with the work ethic of Cesar himself. He attended to me as soon as he could and got everything working again. will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues if any.

Our grandfather, father and uncles ran a family swimming pool maintenance company serving Riverside and the surrounding area for approx 50 years, much like Jim & Sons. So we were happy to find them.

My parents are disabled seniors and their plumbing backed up thanks to phantom baby wipes. My brother and I were making plans to move them to a hotel where they could be comfortable until the issue was fixed, however it was easier to be home and safer from the pandemic. My brother called Jim & Sons and they came out right away, scoped the drain removed the blockage within a minute and the crisis was done.

We had Jim & Sons come out again because the plumbing work bid by a home renovation company working with the City of Riverside price gouged charging 10x as much as Jim & Sons for a snake job. To have that removed from the bid we called Jim & Sons back out and they snaked and removed tree roots for ten times less than the reno bid that would do less.

Jim & Sons also came out one time the week prior to perform the root removal but my brother had rushed our father to the ER just before the appointment and they were courteous with our mother and said they would return. There was no charge for a missed appointment and they came back another day and did the work.

There was definitely a situation to exploit, but they are a good, hard working, honest and reliable company with very affordable prices that break stereotypes about the plumbing industry as predatory.

We will call again and also recommend them.

John has a done a bunch of different types of work at my house and has done all of it well.  He has done things from electrical, drywall, stereo speaker installation, etc.  I think John can literally do anything.  I highly recommend him for whatever project you have in mind.

I got pelican water systems installed by Jason. He is very knowledgable about the system and very good installation. Jason and his crew were right on time for installation and did a phenomenal job, taking in to consideration of my requirements. These guys are pros and let them do the job and they will give you a good result at the end. Jason even stopped by multiple times to tweak the softener system to our satisfaction. I will recommend these guys for my friends for sure.

For several weeks prior my downstairs toilet would regularly plug up for no apparent reason. It would clear easily using a plunger but would plug up again the next day. Out of frustration, and with a party coming up over the weekend, I called Rooter Warrior based on the 5-star rating on Yelp and spoke with Guillermo, the owner. I explained the problem and asked for a discount ($100 charge) if the problem turns out to be easily fixed using an auger; he agreed. Guillermo arrived about 2 hours later. He was friendly and personable, clearly explained the pricing, and proceeded to look into the blockage. He used an auger to try to probe into the plumbing. After a couple of minutes, he pulled out the auger and found some plant root fibers. At that point he test-flushed but the toilet was still making gurgling noises. He explained that he needed to remove the toilet and investigate further, but that the price would increase with the added labor. I agreed. Once the toilet was removed, the root of the problem became apparent--some plant roots had grown through the slab opening,  penetrated the wax seal, and entered the pipe. It was likely a feeder root coming from the Oak tree in my front yard. After cutting the root junction, he pulled out a 2-foot long, 3-inch diameter braid of root that was causing the blockage. He applied silicone sealant in the gap between the pipe and the slab and told me he needed to go to the store to buy a new wax ring. 30 minutes later Guillermo came back to finish the job. While he was out, I sprayed some Round-Up into the gap around the pipe with the hope of killing at least some of the roots so they don't grow back. Guillermo cleaned up well and even gave me a $15 discount. It's been about a month now, and my toilet is flushing with no issues. I highly recommend Rooter Warrior--honest, professional, friendly, efficient, reasonable price, and veteran-owned!

This family run plumber is AWESOME, they are trustworthy and economical.  Everyone needs a good plumber that they can trust and I have one now.  Steve and Nick are home run hitters.  I say 10 stars!!!!

I had a bathtub that wasn.t draining.  I called a large company that sent out a plumber who tried to clear the block within a large machine which he carried in.  After about 1/2 hour told me they were going to need to go in through the wall so as to be able to use heavier equipment and get a straight shot at the block.  This would of course cost significant dollars.  I called Ike to check it out first.  He used a half an inch drill to power the snake, and it took awhile, but he persisted and was able to clear it.  The charge was $90.00.  He does good work at a reasonable price.

I was nervous about American Home Shield sending me Plumbers Inc after reading these reviews. But much to my surprise, Miguel came and was very affable and fixed the issue well. I enjoyed meeting him and glad my shower no longer drips.
