Water heater went out over the weekend, I called another company for a quote which was insanely over priced. Ryan and Ryan came out within a few hours, replaced my water heater and lines in about an hour for just a fraction of the cost. Super friendly guys and very thorough.

I have a 30 year old AC unit that failed. On my first attempt I called another company who didn't even bother coming out and said I probably should just replace it at this point. Second attempt, I called up Rancho Heating and Air and scheduled an appointment with Jesse the same morning. Upon arrival, Jesse was able to determine that the fan motor had gone bad within 15 minutes. He said that the replacement motor was in stock and scheduled to be back for the installation the following day. Jesse arrived as scheduled the following day and got the motor installed quickly and even went beyond to troubleshoot and repair some other wiring issues.

No upselling or gimmicks. He gets you up and running fast for a very fair price like the good old days. This business is a true and honest which is hard to find these days. Highly recommended. Thank you Jesse!

I'll start off by saying I don't understand how anyone would write him a two star review! One of the hardest working handyman I've seen. My water heater went down and he came out after doing a previous job. He got my water heater up and running! Super professional and friendly. Definitely holding on to his number. Price was fair and reasonable as far as I was concerned too. So I would definitely recommend!

Ernesto was prompt in communicating with me when I reached out, responding in just a matter of minutes. I let him know I needed a home inspected within the next 24 hours and he delivered.

He found time the next day and worked in the blistering heat to get us our inspection and quote. He let me watch on the camera as he scoped the various pipes in the house and was good to explain what I was seeing, any concerns, and details around what the next steps would be to fix any problem areas.

I felt confident with his findings and he even spotted an issue related to the city sewer line that could have resulted in a major issue, not just for us, but the houses around the area.

I will definitely be calling Hero Plumbing back and requesting Ernesto to make any of the fixes once our home closes.  He was courteous, professional, and fantastic about following-up with other thoughts and concerns via yelp messaging and text as necessary.

I had 2 bathroom sink faucets installed. I reached out to him on Friday via Yelp, and Saturday evening he was completing the job. Very happy with the installation and service.

The Rossman team did a great job, came out right away.... AND, it was much less (by a few thousand $) than the other folks that gave us an estimate. It's been a few weeks and everything seems to be going really well! I would definitely call them again.

Miguel is awesome, I had a clogged toilet, leaks in my bathroom, and issues under my kitchen sink with the pipes. He fixed the problems in my house in a reasonable time.
